On the way there, there were a lot of drivers waiting, and I was completely lost, but when I showed my reservation paper, they guided me to the right person! They were dressed completely differently from what I was told, but it was no problem since I could just ask someone else if I needed help! On the way back, they came to pick me up smoothly and the person was cheerful!

I arrived at Cancun Airport after a layover in Houston, but my suitcase didn't arrive, and it took a long time to deal with the airline, so I left the airport nearly 45 minutes later than planned. However, they waited for me the whole time. The service after meeting at Cancun Airport was also kind, and the driver's driving was safe and comfortable. It took about 20 minutes to the hotel, but I’m glad I made the reservation in advance without any stress. If I have the opportunity to go to Cancun again, I would definitely like to use this service.

When I arrived at the airport, they were waiting for me with a sign displaying my name. There was no waiting time at all. They also guided me to the car, and I was able to get on the shuttle within a minute. I arrived at the hotel in the shortest time possible. I will use this service again.

The hotel is incredibly close to the airport, so I truly felt that an early meeting time wasn't necessary. Since it was around 4:00 AM, I think it would have been better to take a taxi myself.

Due to a delay in the pick-up time and the time it took to retrieve our bags, by the time we arrived in Cancun, the shuttle was already gone. However, thanks to the local staff at the reception who said "don't worry" and made a phone call right there, someone came to pick us up again, and we were able to reach the hotel!

I heard that it is cheaper than a taxi, so I decided to give it a try. It took me to the hotel without any issues. There is a reception right after you exit the airport, but I had to wait quite a while for the car to arrive. It might have been a matter of timing.

I used this service for my trip to Mexico during Golden Week. We utilized it for both our arrival and departure. On the way to the hotel, there were two other groups with us, but the return trip was a private ride, and it took about 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport, which was very smooth. Since the payment was already settled, it was convenient. Cancun airport has four terminals, so confirming the flight before boarding is helpful, and as long as you can speak a little English, there shouldn't be any issues. (Even if you can't speak the language, I think showing a paper with your flight information would suffice.) They were also very accommodating with our two large suitcases and a carry-on. During the ride, the speed was quite fast, and other cars on the road drove aggressively, so I recommend wearing a seatbelt.

I used this service for my trip to Mexico during Golden Week. Our flight from Dallas was over an hour late, but they were waiting for us at the Cancun airport exit with a sign. Along with us, two other groups were also taken to the hotel. The ride from the airport to the hotel took about 30 minutes, and since the payment was already settled, it was smooth. I arrived around 6 PM, slightly delayed, and when I went outside, a representative from the travel service (possibly affiliated with Expedia) was waiting with a name board. Communication in English was smooth. There was also a simple standing desk near the shuttle vehicle, and the setup seemed well-organized.
