I used this service to return home on a flight at 6 AM. I had arranged to meet in the hotel lobby at 2:45 AM, but since it was early morning, I thought it would be wise to act early in case the checkout process took time, so I ended up waiting in the lobby by 2:25 AM. Given that it was Mexico and early in the morning, I expected my companion to arrive just in time, but they showed up more than 30 minutes early, allowing us to head to the airport ahead of schedule. I lost the entry card that was given to me upon arrival, and after checking in with the airline, I had to go back and forth in the airport for reissuance procedures, so I was grateful for the early pickup.

入国時に渡された入国カードの控えを無くし、航空会社のチェックイン後に再発行手続きなどで空港内を行ったり来たりすることになったので、早めに送っていただき助かりました。

I thought it would be crowded due to the mixed usage during the Obon period, but it was a private transfer (^^).

They waited for me right outside the airport and guided me to the car. Both the guide and the driver were very pleasant, and I felt safe being taken to the hotel!

I was a bit anxious about using the service right after arriving, but it turned out to be no problem at all with an English-speaking driver! I highly recommend using this service because it's very affordable (^^)!

By the way, for my return, I tried a different tour company's transfer with a Japanese-speaking guide, but no Japanese person came, and I was just handed the phone by the English driver to talk to someone briefly in Japanese. Honestly, I don't think a Japanese guide is necessary! (laughs)

As long as you communicate the hotel name and the airport terminal where you want to be dropped off to the driver, it's not difficult at all, so let's save money with an English-speaking driver transfer (^^)!

お盆期間の利用のため、混載でギュウギュウなのかなと思っていましたが、貸切利用でした(^^)

空港出てすぐのところで待っていてくれて、車まで案内してくれます。案内の方もドライバーさんもとても感じが良く、安心してホテルまで連れて行ってもらえました！

到着してすぐの利用で不安でしたが、実際には英語ドライバーさんで全く問題なし！
格安なので利用をおすすめします(^^)！

ちなみに帰りは違うツアー会社さんの日本語ガイド付送迎を利用してみましたが、日本人は来ないで英語ドライバーから電話を渡されて少し日本人と話すだけ。といった感じでしたので、正直、日本語ガイドさんは必要ないと思います！笑

ドライバーさんに、ホテルの名前や下ろしてもらいたい空港ターミナルの場所さえ伝えれば、難しいことはありませんので、英語ドライバー送迎で節約しましょう(^^)

As before, it was reassuring. It's rare overseas... As mentioned in other reviews, they arrived quite early and waited for us. I don't speak much English, but they were very polite in their response. It seems that ADO buses are cheaper, but since they pick you up at your accommodation, it was safe and convenient. I especially recommend it for those taking the early morning route via Dallas.

The flight from Cancun to Houston was quite early at 6 AM. The pickup was scheduled for 2:45 in the hotel lobby, and I was worried if they would actually come that early in the morning. However, there was no need to worry; the pickup went smoothly without any issues. I would like to use this service again next time. *I will attach a picture of the interior. The car was clean, and the ride was good!

なんとカンクンからヒューストンへのフライトが朝の⑥時というなかなかの早朝でした。
送迎は2：45にホテルロビーにとのことでしたが、こんなに朝早くからちゃんと来てくれるのかと心配でした。

As soon as I exited the airport, there was a counter with the Expedia logo, where I checked in and was guided to the car. Luckily, I was the only passenger. The car was new and clean, and the driver was cheerful, which was nice, but they kept a comfortable distance, so I didn't have to feel pressured to talk. The driving was also careful. A bit of English is necessary, but even if you can't speak it, you can manage by showing the voucher. I felt that the cost performance was significantly better compared to other shuttle services. I'm glad I booked it for the return trip as well.

I requested a transfer from Cancun Airport to the hotel. Upon exiting the airport, I was greeted with a nameplate, so I was able to board without any confusion. Since there were five of us, we had a private shuttle that quickly took us to the hotel. This was my third time in Cancun, and it was the most affordable and smoothest arrival at the hotel I've experienced. I definitely want to request this service again next time.

カンクン空港からホテルまでの送迎をお願いしました。空港から出た所で名前のプレートを持って迎えてくれたので迷うことなく乗車する事ができ、また、私達は5人と人数が多かったせいかシャトルも貸切でホテルまでちゃっちゃと送ってもらえました。
カンクンは3回目ですが、今までで1番格安でしかもスムーズにホテルに到着しました。

It takes about an hour from Cancun International Airport to the hotel in Playa del Carmen, so I requested this transfer again, which I used last time. Upon arrival at the airport, I was greeted with a smile. The journey to the hotel offers a different view compared to the scenery seen from the car heading to Cancun's hotel zone, allowing you to enjoy the lush natural surroundings.

On the way to our hotel, we stopped at other hotels as well, and unlike the hotels in Cancun, they were all luxury hotels protected by a strict security gate on vast grounds, making me truly feel that this is the real luxury resort area.

Since it happened to be just the two of us, the driver helped us by explaining various shops and spots along the way, as well as providing other helpful information.
