I didn't want to fall victim to scams on my first trip to Mexico, so I made a reservation here. The hotel pickup arrived 10 minutes early, which was just perfect.

初めてのメキシコでぼったくりに遭いたくないなと思いこちらから予約しました。ホテルでピックアップも１０分早く来ていただいたのでちょうどよかったです。

I booked a round trip from the Cancun Hotel Zone to the airport with Veltra. On the return trip, the shuttle didn't arrive even at the meeting time! It arrived about 30 minutes late. When I tried to board, I was told that there was no reservation for us. During the airport-to-hotel transfer, I had shown the return voucher to the staff for confirmation.

In any case, the Japanese couple who were waiting with us boarded, and the shuttle was already full... I thought another one might come, so I decided to wait.

However, the hotel staff outside was worried and contacted the emergency number, but they were also told there was no reservation.

Reluctantly, we decided to take a taxi to the airport. When we arrived at the airport, two Japanese girls approached us, saying that their Veltra transfer hadn't come either, and they had taken a taxi but needed to exchange money because they didn't have any dollars.

I was surprised to find out that there were other victims like us.

After returning home, I contacted Veltra and was shocked by the results of their local investigation. They reported that they went to the lobby five minutes before the 2:50 AM pickup time and searched until 3:00 AM but found no one.

This is unbelievable...

- In the late-night lobby, with no one around, it was a small lobby where it would be easy to notice us and another couple.

- We were in the lobby 15 minutes before the meeting time for checkout. At that time, we had informed the hotel staff outside that the shuttle would be coming.

- Our departure time was the same as the other couple's, but they were 30 minutes late.

I was frustrated that they couldn't come up with a better lie. They reported unilaterally and ended it by saying they would refund us.

I was also surprised by Veltra's attitude, as if just refunding the money was enough.

I applied because of the good reviews, but now I wonder if the rumors about only keeping the good reviews are true.

Because the shuttle didn't come, we incurred extra expenses for the taxi and tips for the hotel staff, but there was no guarantee at all. I just felt anxious, and I think it would have been better to take a taxi from the start.

Depending on the location in the hotel zone, you can get to the airport for around $30.

帰路、集合時間になっても来ない！
30分ほど遅れてシャトルバス到着。
乗車しようとしたら、君たちの予約はないと言われました。
行きの空港→ホテル送迎の際に、帰りのヴァウチャーは係りの人に見せて、確認済みでした。

いずれにせよ、一緒にロビーで待っていた日本人のご夫婦？お二人が乗車すると、シャトルは満員状態だったので…
もう一台来るのかな？と思い、待つ事に。

ですが、外にいたホテルマンが心配して、緊急連絡先に連絡をしてくれましたが、そこでも予約がないと言われるだけでした。

仕方なく、タクシーで空港へ向かう事に…
空港に着くと、今度は日本人の女の子、二人組に声をかけられ、ベルトラで頼んだ送迎が来なくて、タクシーで空港まで来たが、ドルがないから両替して欲しいと頼まれました。

まさかの同じ被害者が、他にもいた事にビックリしました。

帰国後、ベルトラに連絡をして、現地調査をした結果を見て驚きです。

ホテル送迎時間2:50amの５分前にロビーに行き、3:00amまで探したが居なかったとの報告。

ありえません…

・深夜のロビー、人もいなく見渡せばすぐにわかる様な狭いロビーに、私たち夫婦と、もう一組。

・チェックアウトの為、集合時間の15分前にはロビーにいました。その際、外にいたホテルマンにも送迎が来る事を伝えていた。

・もう一組のご夫婦と、私たちの出発時間は同じでしたが、30分遅れていた。

もう少しマシな嘘がつけないのかと、腹立たしかったです。
一方的に現地報告をして、一方的に返金しましたと、終わりにするやり方。

お金を返せばいいでしょ？的なベルトラの対応にも驚きました。

口コミが良かったので申し込みましたが、これでは良い口コミだけ残す。との噂は本当なのかと思ってしまいますね。

送迎が来ないお陰で、タクシー代やホテルマンへのチップなど余計な出費をしましたが、一切の保証はありません。
ただハラハラさせられただけで、これなら、はじめからタクシーで行けば良かったと思います。

ホテルゾーンも場所によりますが、30ドル前後で空港へ行けますからね。

Given the lack of Uber and the only expensive transportation options available, this price is appreciated. It was great to arrive without unnecessary negotiations and be taken directly to my destination.

uberが使えず割高な送迎しかない中で、この値段はありがたい。着いてから余計な交渉せずに目的地に迎えて良かった。

Staff will be waiting at the arrival gate to guide you to the boarding area. The prices are also affordable, and it's very convenient to book from Japan.

到着口でスタッフが待機してくれていて、乗り場まで案内してくれます。値段も安く日本から予約出来て非常に便利。

Since my return flight was early in the morning, I requested a shuttle to the airport. It was much cheaper than other shuttle services, which was a great help.

The pickup was in the hotel lobby, so I felt safe waiting even at 3 AM. However, I did get a bit worried when the shuttle was about 20 minutes late. I understand that it was picking up multiple passengers and I was one of the last, so delays can happen. Still, I think it would be nice if they could contact the hotel or provide some kind of update when there are significant delays.

帰りは早朝便だったので、空港までの送迎を頼みました。他の送迎よりもだいぶお安くて助かりました。
ホテルのロビーでのピックアップでしたので、早朝3時でも安心して待っていられたのですが、ただ時間より20分ほど遅れても来なかったので、ちょっと心配しました。何件もピックアップして最後の方だったので、遅れても仕方ないと思いますが、あまり遅れるときはホテルに連絡を入れるとか、なにか連絡をくださると良いと思いました。

Compared to other transfers, it was quite affordable, and they took me to the hotel without any issues. Thank you very much.
I hardly had to wait at the airport, and the car was comfortable.
I was thinking of taking the bus to Centro and then transferring to the hotel zone, but since I was short on time, I'm glad I chose this transfer.
I requested a round trip.

他の送迎と比べてだいぶお安い上に、問題なくきちんとホテルまで送ってくれました。ありがとうございました。
空港で待たされる時間もほとんどなく、車も快適でした。
バスでセントロまで行って、ホテルゾーンまで乗り換えようかと思っていたのですが、時間が惜しかったので、こちらの送迎を頼んで良かったです。

I participated because of the early morning departure. They waited for me even before the meeting time. The driving was safe, which made me feel very secure.

早朝の出発となるため参加しました。待ち合わせ時刻より早くから待っていてくれました。運転も安全でとても安心できました。

I waited in the lobby at the designated time, but after 10 minutes with no sign of the driver, I called the contact number. They connected me directly to the driver, who said he would arrive in about 3 minutes.

However, he still took a while to arrive, and ultimately, he was 30 minutes late.

That said, the pickup time was originally set with some buffer, and being able to speak directly with the driver eased my concerns. There were only my husband and I as passengers, and once we got in, we smoothly arrived at the airport. Since this is different from Japan and I had anticipated this kind of delay, I think the service was sufficient.

指定された時間にロビーで待っていましたが10分経っても来ないため、連絡先の電話番号にTEL。直接ドライバーにつなげてくれ、あと3分で着くとのこと。
それでもなかなか来ず、結局30分遅れできました。

ただ、もともと余裕を持った送迎時間であり、直接ドライバーと電話で話せたのもあり、不安になることはありませんでした。
乗客は私たち夫婦のみで、乗車後はスムーズに空港へ着くことができました。
日本とは違うしこのくらいのことは想定済みのため、私は充分な送迎だと思います。

- The welcoming staff were kind.
- There was hardly any wait for others, and even though we arrived earlier than our reservation time, they started right away.

As soon as we exited the airport entrance, there was a staff member holding a nameplate. We waited for about 10 minutes for the shared ride, and then we departed with a total of two groups: my husband and I, and a foreign couple.
I thought we would be crammed in since it was a shared ride, but that was not the case at all; we were comfortably taken to the hotel.
While passing through the hotel zone, they shared recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and shops, making our arrival at the hotel enjoyable.

空港のエントランスを出たらすぐにネームプレートを持った係の人がいました。乗り合いのため10分ほど待ち、私たち夫婦と外国人カップルの計2組で出発しました。
乗り合いとのことだったのでぎゅうぎゅう詰めでしばらく待たされるかと思っていましたが、全くそんなことはなく快適にホテルまで送っていただきました。
ホテルゾーンを通る時も、おすすめのビーチやレストラン、お店などを教えてくれて楽しくホテルに着くことができました。

I used the service for arrival, departure, and round-trip transfers. The driver was friendly, and it was reassuring to be on time. The price was about the same as what I found locally.

到着、出発と往復の送迎で利用しました。フレンドリーなドライバーさんで、時間通りで安心でした。価格も現地で見つけるのと変わらないくらいでした。

As soon as we exited the airport, we noticed that our pick-up was already waiting for us. They were kind and friendly, which made us feel at ease. The driver was also a nice person. Both my husband and I can only speak a little English, but as long as we know the name of the hotel, there’s no problem. It might be smart to give a tip to the driver.

空港をでて、すぐにお迎えの方がスタンバイしてくださっているのがわかりました。 優しく親切に接してくださり安心しました。
ドライバーさんも良い方でした。私たち夫婦二人とも英語は片言しかできませんが、ホテルの名前を把握していればなんの問題ありません。ドライバーさんへはチップがあるとスマートかもしれませんね。

After I booked this shuttle tour, I changed hotels due to my circumstances. I informed them about the new hotel in advance, and I received a confirmation email, but when I arrived at the location, the staff in charge of the shuttle were not aware of the hotel change. When I communicated this on-site, they were able to send me properly, but when going from the hotel to the airport, they did not come to pick me up, and I had to take a taxi at the last minute. As expected, the return trip also had the same issue, and they went to the hotel I had changed from.

この送迎ツアーを申し込んでから、こちらの都合でホテルを変更しました。
ホテルの変更先は事前に連絡をし、確認メールも来ていましたが、現地に行くと送迎担当の方々は変更後のホテルを知りませんでした。
現地で伝え直すときちんと送って頂けましたが、ホテルから空港へ行く際はお迎えに来てもらえず、急遽タクシーで向かうことになりました。やはり帰りも変更がきちんと伝わっておらず、変更前のホテルに行かれてました。

My arrival at Cancun Airport was delayed by over an hour, so I came out of the arrival gate just after 1 AM. There were many similar pickup service providers loitering around the arrival exit, and I showed my reservation voucher to one of them, who then took me to their service area. I ended up waiting for nearly 30 minutes because the driver was missing. It seemed like they were trying to gather more passengers heading to downtown Cancun. In the end, I arrived at the hotel just before 3 AM.

カンクンの空港到着が予定よりも1時間以上も遅れたので、空港の到着口から出てきたのが午前1時過ぎでした。似たようなピックアップ業者が到着出口にたくさんウロウロしており、その一人に予約のバウチャーを見せて、その業者のところまで連れて行ってもらいました。
ドライバーがいないとかで、30分近くも待たされました。多分、ほかにカンクン市内まで行く客がいないか出てくる到着客を呼び込んでいたようです。
結局、ホテルに着いたのは午前3時前でした。

I thought the road to the airport might be congested, so I requested to be picked up an hour earlier than originally planned, but the hotel arrived on time. It was noted as a shared ride, but in the end, I was the only one and was taken directly from my hotel to the airport.

空港までの道が混むかもしれないと思って、当初お願いしていた時間より1時間早めましたが、ホテルに時間通りに来てくれました。
混載と書いてあったのですが、結局は私ひとりで私が泊まったホテルから空港まで直行できました。

It was very good. The airport in Cancun was in chaos during the Easter vacation. I recommend making a reservation in advance. If you're taking a taxi, you'll have to wait for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, and it will be expensive. The bus schedule also doesn't align well.

大変良かったです。イースターバカンスでカンクーンの空港は大混乱。事前に予約おすすめです。もしタクシーなら1時間30分待ちで高額になります。バスもなかなか時間が合わないです

Traveling from Cancun via the United States will require an early morning departure. I'm glad I made a reservation in advance. I was able to return home with peace of mind. On the return date, I had used up all my local Mexican pesos and US dollars, so paying by card in advance was very helpful. ^_^

カンクーンからアメリカ経由は早朝出発になります。事前に予約をしてよかったです。安心して帰国できました。帰国日は現地のメキシコペソやアメリカドルも使い切っていたので事前カード払いは有難い^_^

I requested a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. They came to pick me up at the hotel lobby even earlier than the scheduled time, and they handled my luggage with great care. Since it was a long journey, I had a lot of luggage, but the trunk was large enough to accommodate everything, which I really appreciated. The shuttle was clean, spacious, and perfect. Given the quality at this price, I absolutely recommend this service. There are many shuttle services available at the airport, but I think this one is the best. We made our reservation at the last minute, so I was anxious until I received confirmation that they could accommodate us. Fortunately, they responded immediately, but I recommend making a reservation two or three days in advance considering the busyness.

ホテルから空港までの送迎をお願いしました。ホテルロビーにオンタイムよりも早くピックアップに来てくれて、荷物の持ち運びも丁寧に対応してくれました。長旅なため荷物も多かったのですがトランクも大きく対応可能でありがたかったです。シャトルも綺麗で大きく完璧でした。このクオリティーでこの値段なら絶対にここをオススメします。空港にも沢山の送迎サービスが用意されていますがこちらのサービスが一番だと思います。私達は予約をしたのがギリギリだったので対応して頂けるか予約完了のお返事がくるまで不安でした。結果即、対応頂けてラッキーだったのですが混み具合も考えて2、3日前に予約される事をオススメします。

I was a bit anxious about having an English-speaking driver for the shared transfer. However, after arriving at the airport and spending about an hour and a half at immigration, I felt relieved to see the staff holding a welcome sign right in front of me. After my experiences in other countries where I had to wait over 30 minutes for hotel transfers twice, I was very grateful for this. They took me directly to the bus terminal. Although I waited about 10 minutes for the bus, it wasn't too hot, so it wasn't much of a hassle. The young women traveling with me quickly asked for the Wi-Fi password, and the staff responded immediately.

混載で英語ドライバーということで少し不安でした。しかし、空港に着いてから入国審査に１，５時間ほどかかったにもかかわらず外に出たら、お迎えのプラカードを持った係の人がすぐに見えるところに来てくれていて安心しました。他の国でホテルの送迎を頼んでいた時は２回も３０分以上待ったという経験の後でしたのでとてもありがたかったです。すぐにバス乗り場に連れて行ってくれました。そこで１０分ほどバスを待ったもののそう暑くもなかったのでさほど苦にはなりませんでした。同乗した若い女性たちがWifi のパスワードを聞くとすぐに対応してくれていました。

I was picked up at the hotel on time. There were other cars coming and going at the hotel, but the driver was wearing a uniform that made him easy to identify. It was a comfortable ride for two in a spacious van, and it was more affordable and convenient than a taxi, so I highly recommend it!

定刻通りホテルに迎えに来てもらえました。
ホテルには他にも出入りの車がいましたが、ドライバーは一目みてわかるユニフォームを着ていたので分かりやすかったです。
2人での乗車でしたが広めのバンで乗り心地も良く、タクシーより安価で便利なのでおすすめです！

I thought it would be difficult to meet up due to the crowded airport, but the green outfit made it easy to spot! Also, the low prices are appealing.

空港を出て混雑していて、待ち合わせに手間取るかと思いましたが、緑の服はわかりやすい！また、安いのも魅力です。

I was worried because it was cheap, but basically, there were no problems. However, they arrived 10 minutes late without any communication. I guess it's to be expected since it was cheap.

安いので不安でしたが、基本的に問題なし。
ただ、10分遅れてきても、何の言葉もなし。

I was picked up at the hotel on time. They mentioned they would be stopping at two other places. After waiting a bit at the next hotel, I found out that they had overslept and canceled. I was worried about what happened to that person afterward, but I thought the driver's quick judgment was good.

時間通りにホテルにピックアップ。他に２ヶ所まわるとのことでした。次のホテルで少し待っていたらなんと寝坊してキャンセルとのこと。その後その人はどうしたのか心配はしたけれど、運転手さんの判断の早さは良かったと思います。

They greeted us with an easy-to-understand placard. We had to wait a little due to the shared ride, but we arrived at the hotel comfortably.

In Cancun, where taxi fares can add up, I think it's a great deal to be able to travel between the hotel zone and the airport at this price. It was a shared shuttle, but I happened to be the only one, and I was comfortably taken to my hotel in a clean vehicle.

タクシー代がバカにならないカンクンで、このお値段でホテルゾーンと空港を行き来出来るのはとてもお得だと思います。混載シャトルですが、たまたま私しかおらず、清潔な車内で、快適にホテルまで送って頂きました。

The hotel zone was quite congested, so after meeting the person waiting at the airport, I had to wait about 30 minutes for the van to arrive. The usual travel time of 30 minutes took more than double that, and I arrived at the hotel a total of 1.5 hours later.

ホテルゾーンはかなり渋滞しているので、空港で待っている人に会ってから、乗るバンが来るまで30分ぐらい待ちました。通常30分の所要時間も倍以上かかり、合計1.5時間後にホテル到着しました。

I was dropped off saying "This is the place," but I was taken to a different terminal. Even though I showed my e-ticket properly (T ^ T), there were no flights departing from that terminal, which was surprising. I had to hurriedly move to another terminal. The shuttle bus that circulates between terminals didn't arrive quickly, so I reluctantly took a private taxi. The taxi fare ended up being more expensive than the shuttle service. Since it was right before departure, I was sweating nervously. It was very disappointing (tears).

「ここだよ」と降ろされたのですが、別のターミナルに降ろされました。ちゃんとEチケット見せたのに(T ^ T)
そのターミナルに乗る飛行機がなく、びっくり。あわてて別のターミナルに移動するはめに。すぐターミナルを巡回するバスが来ず、なくなく民間のタクシーに乗りました。タクシー代の方が送迎代よりかかってしまいました。出発ギリギリだったので、冷や汗をかきました。非常に残念でした（涙）

I signed up with two friends and decided to meet them at the airport, but I arrived at Terminal 2 while my friends landed at Terminal 3. When I explained the situation to the staff who came to pick me up, they kindly took me to Terminal 3, so I was able to meet my friends safely. The next morning, I received a call from the travel agency through the hotel intercom, and they provided me with tour information and sightseeing advice, which was very helpful!

友達2人と申し込んで、友達とは現地空港集合にしたのですが、私がターミナル2で友達がターミナル3に着いてしまいました。迎えに来てくれたスタッフに事情を説明すると、ターミナル3まで私を連れていってくれたので無事に友達に会えました。翌朝ホテルの内線で旅行会社の人から電話が来て、ツアーの案内や観光のアドバイスをしてくれたのでとても助かりました！
