Upon arriving in Cancun on the flight that landed at 14:00 on July 3rd, I was supposed to meet at the airport exit at 14:10. However, due to the overseas summer vacation season, it took an hour to get through immigration. I was worried about the shuttle, but there were no issues at all. We departed safely once the other two groups arrived, with only about a 10-minute wait.
Four years ago, I used a shuttle that cost around $20 one way, but this option is definitely more economical and comfortable.
7/3 14：00着の便でカンクン到着後、14：10に空港出口でとのことでしたが、なんと海外の夏休みシーズンということもあり入国に1時間費やすことに。シャトルは大丈夫かと不安でしたが、全く問題なく、乗り合いの他２組がそろったところで無事出発。10分程度の待ち時間でした。

For my 6 AM flight, the hotel pickup was scheduled for 2:45 AM, but they came to the hotel lobby around 2:30 AM. Since it was a late-night reservation, I felt relieved. During the ride to the airport, they confirmed my flight details twice. It's important because the location varies depending on the flight, and mistakes can be a hassle. This is my third time booking a transfer from the hotel to the airport, and each time they arrive a little earlier than the scheduled time. I can rely on them with confidence.

I was greeted with the best smile.
This is my third time in Cancun. Including both the arrival and departure, this is my fifth time booking the transfer between the airport and the hotel. Every time, they greet us without any delays. My spouse and I have four large suitcases and one carry-on, making a total of five suitcases. It’s a great help that they carry all of them from the airport entrance to the transfer vehicle.
We wait a little until the car departs, but it’s a relief for smokers to be able to smoke after enduring a long flight.

I used the service for a round trip, but I think the claim that the driver can communicate in English is a bit exaggerated. I can speak some Spanish, so it wasn't too much of an issue for me, but the driver could only speak a little English. I was relieved that the outbound trip went smoothly, but I was quite troubled when the pickup from the hotel to the airport for the return trip did not arrive. I had shown the return voucher to the staff on the way there, and they even took a photo of it, so I was completely at ease. However, I couldn't reach the emergency contact, I had no dollars, and taxis didn't accept credit cards, all while my flight time was approaching. I ended up taking a taxi to the airport, where a kind Japanese person helped me exchange yen to pay for the taxi fare. Later, when Veltra conducted an investigation with the local company, they reported that they had indeed come to pick me up but could not find me, so a refund from this company was not possible. I can't believe it. However, Veltra provided excellent support by sending me the details of their investigation, and while I have my doubts about this company, I believe Veltra is a good company.

I booked a round trip from the Cancun Hotel Zone to the airport with Veltra. On the return trip, the shuttle didn't arrive even at the meeting time! It arrived about 30 minutes late. When I tried to board, I was told that there was no reservation for us. During the airport-to-hotel transfer, I had shown the return voucher to the staff for confirmation.
In any case, the Japanese couple who were waiting with us boarded, and the shuttle was already full... I thought another one might come, so I decided to wait.
However, the hotel staff outside was worried and contacted the emergency number, but they were also told there was no reservation.
Reluctantly, we decided to take a taxi to the airport. When we arrived at the airport, two Japanese girls approached us, saying that their Veltra transfer hadn't come either, and they had taken a taxi but needed to exchange money because they didn't have any dollars.

帰国後、ベルトラに連絡をして、現地調査をした結果を見て驚きです。
ホテル送迎時間2:50amの５分前にロビーに行き、3:00amまで探したが居なかったとの報告。
ありえません…
・深夜のロビー、人もいなく見渡せばすぐにわかる様な狭いロビーに、私たち夫婦と、もう一組。
・チェックアウトの為、集合時間の15分前にはロビーにいました。その際、外にいたホテルマンにも送迎が来る事を伝えていた。
・もう一組のご夫婦と、私たちの出発時間は同じでしたが、30分遅れていた。
もう少しマシな嘘がつけないのかと、腹立たしかったです。
一方的に現地報告をして、一方的に返金しましたと、終わりにするやり方。
お金を返せばいいでしょ？的なベルトラの対応にも驚きました。
口コミが良かったので申し込みましたが、これでは良い口コミだけ残す。との噂は本当なのかと思ってしまいますね。
送迎が来ないお陰で、タクシー代やホテルマンへのチップなど余計な出費をしましたが、一切の保証はありません。
ただハラハラさせられただけで、これなら、はじめからタクシーで行けば良かったと思います。
ホテルゾーンも場所によりますが、30ドル前後で空港へ行けますからね。

Since my return flight was early in the morning, I requested a shuttle to the airport. It was much cheaper than other shuttle services, which was a great help.
The pickup was in the hotel lobby, so I felt safe waiting even at 3 AM. However, I did get a bit worried when the shuttle was about 20 minutes late. I understand that it was picking up multiple passengers and I was one of the last, so delays can happen. Still, I think it would be nice if they could contact the hotel or provide some kind of update when there are significant delays.
