They placed a round sticker on my suitcase and directed me to the back parking lot, so I walked to the end of the corridor. Finally, I arrived at the pickup location. Due to the shared ride, I had to wait for about an hour before getting on the shuttle. Since the shuttle stops at various hotels, it takes some time to reach the destination. It's advisable to use the restroom at the airport beforehand due to the waiting time. I gave a tip of one dollar per suitcase. The total time from the arrival of the flight (including immigration, customs, and baggage claim) to reaching the hotel took about four hours, but it was reassuring.

Until now, I have traveled to various countries that are not advanced, such as Serbia, Egypt, Morocco, and Southeast Asia, but I have never experienced such terrible service with a reserved transfer. Considering the waiting time for the bus, the cramped space inside the bus, the poor environment, and the ineffectiveness of customer service, I cannot recommend this to anyone. Especially when going from the hotel to the airport, the hotel bellman can call a taxi for you, and in that case, you can confirm the price with the bellman and head to the airport for an appropriate amount. I used this for transportation from the airport to the hotel. Although it was a short flight, I was somewhat tired from the journey from home to the airport to Cancun, so it was great that the transfer went smoothly. Additionally, since it was just my family traveling, we had less waiting time compared to others who were sharing the ride, which made it much more comfortable emotionally. After arriving in Cancun on a domestic flight, I was made to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes at the terminal because I was sharing a ride with international flight passengers. The staff were holding signs for a different company, so I had to ask people around me for help. During the wait, the staff showed no sincerity, and I felt like I was being treated like mixed cargo. In the end, it took a long time to reach the hotel. I do not recommend this at all.

Since I arrived at the airport late at night, I used this service. My flight was delayed, so I arrived about 20 minutes late, but I was able to board without any issues.

I thought the service would be right outside the airport, but it was surprisingly further back (the front was filled with taxi solicitors), and since they didn't have a sign, I couldn't find them at first. However, someone from another company kindly helped me out.

Also, I thought I would be getting an SUV, but due to some circumstances, it turned out to be a limousine (laughs). I was surprised, but it was my first time riding in one, so it was fun. Overall, I think it was a good experience. Thank you very much.

It's definitely a good idea to book your airport transfer in advance. When you exit the lobby of Cancun International Airport, you will be overwhelmed by the number of local taxi solicitations and shuttle service pickups. There were quite a few people, so I couldn't tell which one was the company I had booked. Be cautious, as there are also so-called "scam taxis" among them. I asked a couple of people about "Speedy Shuttle" and finally found it, but the sign they were holding said Expedia, which was a bit confusing. After waiting a little for the ride, I shared the shuttle with two other groups. The driver spoke English, and since there were three groups in total, it took over 30 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel as we stopped at three different hotels. That said, I felt reassured knowing they were waiting for me outside after going through the lengthy immigration process. I strongly recommend booking in advance as the prices are reasonable!
