Although pretty expensive...this was an enjoyable outing! Very impressed with Hawaiian Airlines...We're mainlander's so it was our first time to fly with them. 家族４人で申し込みました。特に下の６才の子は初めての体験で、とても期待・興奮していたのですが、朝レンタカーで現地へ向かう途中で道に迷い、集合時間に間に合わないのが確実となりました。牧場へ連絡を取ったのですが、他の参加者があり待てないとのこと。完全にこちらに非があるのであきらめて、せめて子供に馬を見せるだけでもと思い沈んだ心で現地に向かいましたが、その途中でVELTRAのスタッフさんから電話があり、先方と交渉してみますとのこと。しばらくすると他の参加者には先行してもらい、僕たちは遅れてスタートしてグループに追いつくことで牧場側が考慮してくれたということでした。４０分遅れのスタートでしたが、おかげさまで子供達も大喜びでした。VELTRAのスタッフさんが粘り強く交渉してくれたおかげで、とても感謝しています。スタッフさんの本気を感じました。本当にありがとうございました。

Butch and Destiny were outstanding with my 7-year old grandson, who had only ridden a horse with me walking next to him. He actually went for a trot - all by himself!! Between the views, the entertaining guides and aloha spirit, my daughter and I would recommend the Mendes Ranch to any and all riders, from beginners to advanced.

ハレアカラ、イアオ渓谷は行ってみたいポイントだったので、他社とコスパ比較した上で当ツアーに決めました。イアオ渓谷は、バスから降りずに車窓越しに見るツアーが多い中で、こちらは降りて見る事が出来るのも選んだもう一つの理由です。
ドライバーもユーモアたっぷりでわかりやすく説明してくれましたし、ツアー自体は満足していますが、3点ほどご紹介したい点があったので参照ください。
1.ハレアカラ頂上付近では30分と限られた時間で、駐車場から岩場を登り頂上までの往復はかなり慌ただしくスピリチャアルな余韻に浸る間もありませんでした。
2.イアオ渓谷は、写真で見る山から滝が流れている光景とは異なりました。時期によるそうですが、8末時期は滝は見れませんでした。流れる清水を見れるし、マイナスイオン漂う渓谷中を散歩するのは心地よかったです。
3.ランチを頂いたイタリアンレストランはすごく美味しかったです！加え周りのショップはローカルの洋服、アクセサリー等見るのに楽しかったです。グロッサリーストアや地元て人気のベーカリーショップがあるので早めにランチを切り上げ、お買い物時間にあてるのをおすすめします。

My excursion was excellent, from the moment i boarded my flight from Maui. the staff was informative and friendly. I especially enjoyed the the docent on the Missouri, he explained the surrender in a way I could understand without being at all condescending. I was as moved as I hoped I would be. This was one of the best tours we have ever attended. We got to see how the pineapple makes it from a small plant, and on the table. This was an OK way to see Pearl Harbor from Maui. We were greeted by someone when we arrived at the airport but when we arrived in Oahu, we couldn't find anyone. Eventually after 20+min, someone did arrive. The bus driver was OK. We arrived at Pearl Harbor and he was helpful showing us how to get around and provided some helpful trips. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get out to the USS Arizona - the launches were postponed due to winds. We missed it by 1 tour - 30 min. I know this was not necessarily the fault of the tour guide but we did spend time standing around. We could have made an earlier tour. Disappointing. Anyway, all in all this was a good to OK experience.

It was an amazing experience. The sights were something out of a story book. Best part about the ride was they got us through different terrains including a very narrow heavily vegetated area. My horse was spirit - intermediate level. And she was pretty free spirited. The runs were awesome with her. My wife had quick smoke who was very gentle yet her runs were fun too! Our guides were awesome as well. All in all definitely a thing to do in Maui.

The display/aquarium was lovely and entertaining. The staff in the aquarium was knowledgeable and friendly. However, we went to the Seascape restaurant and it took about 5 minutes for the server to acknowledge us, with the acknowledgement being cold and mediocre. We then noticed that they quickly greeted and offered service to a caucasian family as soon as they walked in the door. After waiting another few minutes for the server to come back and take our order, we decided to eat elsewhere. Never been treated like that at a facility before. Terrible impression of the Seascape restaurant, which ultimately spilled into the mood of the aquarium trip. Shame on those servers for making anyone feel like that... Will never return when we visit Maui again.

The tour was cancelled. We were not notified so drove from Lahaina for the tour, sat and waited for over an hour at the tour location. Finally we used the phone at one of the local businesses (Makaii Glass Creations) to call about it, only to find out the tour was cancelled. I was told we had been emailed about the cancellation but neither email addresses provided received an email and there was no message on our phone either.

カパルア空港からのフライトは素晴らしかったです。カアナパリに滞在していたので、オアフへの小型機のフライトも素晴らしかったです。素晴らしい空中の景色を楽しみ、クジラや美しい虹を見ることができ、ホノルルへのアプローチではダイヤモンドヘッドの真上を通過しました。アリゾナ、ミズーリ、ボウフィン、博物館のツアーをすべて行ったので、すべてを見るのに少し急いでいると感じました。それ以外は、素晴らしい一日でした！
It was great flying from Kapalua airport as we were staying in Ka'anapali. Plus the flight over to Oahu on the small plane was wonderful. We had fantastic aerial views, saw some whales and a beautiful rainbow and our approach in Honolulu took us directly over Diamond Head. We did the whole tour - the Arizona, the Missouri, the Bowfin and the museum, so we felt a little rushed to see it all. Otherwise, it was a wonderful day!

急に雨が降り出し、ハレアカラの頂上は０度に近かったと思います。イアオ渓谷はなにかパワーのある場所のような気がしました。マウイの人からは「祝福の雨」と言われました。自分の不必要なエネルギーが流されたような気がします。朝のホテルピックアップは６：３０くらいですが実際の集合スポットからの出発は８：３０頃で、ホテルピックアップはもっと後でもいいような気がします。

頂上までの乗車は楽しかったですが、頂上での滞在は雲と横雨で台無しになりました。イアオバレーは帰りの旅での心地よい立ち寄りスポットでした。
Enjoyed the ride to the summit, but our stay at the top was spoilt by cloud and horizontal drizzle. Iao valley was a pleasant stop on the return journey.

ハワイに行くと夫婦で決めたところ、折角だから美しい風景が見られるオプショナルツアーはないか…とネットで検索。そこで見つけたのがマウイオールスターズの西マウイスピリチュアルツアー。マウイ島がスピリチュアルに満ちた島とは知りませんでしたが、ツアー内容に魅せられて訪問先はマウイ島に決め、すぐオプショナルツアーの予約をさせて頂きました。
美しい海岸線の風景、溜息が出るような青く美しい海の色、ロレインさんの優しいおもてなしに癒されて心がきれいになっていくのがわかる感じでした。
それにベルストーンの神秘とククイプカヘイアウの人知を超えたエネルギーに触れ、ここに来れた幸せと感謝を感じました。
忙しい生活の中で忘れてしまっている大切な「心」を思い出す旅になりました。
とてもお勧めです!!!
案内をして下さったRICKさんのユーモアを交えながらの優しく丁寧な説明と、行き届いた心遣いもこのツアーが思い出深く心に刻まれた理由の一つでもあります。

マウイの人口は現在１３万人、オアフの人口は現在１００万人を超えているので、自然が残っていると言えばマウイのような気がします。その中でもまだ手付かずの西マウイツアーはお勧めです。またマウイでお目にかかれることを楽しみにしております。
