なんて素晴らしい日だったのでしょう！キャプテンとクルーは素晴らしかったです！シュノーケリングに必要なものやその方法、さらに島の歴史についても教えてくれました。行きの途中で美味しい朝食サンドイッチを提供してくれ、シュノーケリングの後には美味しい食事を出してくれました。クルーは素晴らしく、親切で、誇りと配慮を持って素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれました。これは絶対にやるべきです！！🌺

and crew were exceptional! They provided everything we needed for snorkeling and the how to’s, plus Island history. They provided a tasty breakfast sandwich on the way and then served us a delicious meal after snorkeling. The crew were amazing and friendly, providing exceptional service with pride and care. This is a must do!! 🌺

誇張ではなく、私たちはまるで王族のように扱われました！チェックインの瞬間から、帰りのフェリーを降りるまで、フェリーの乗組員から、特に私たちのトレッカー運転手/ツアーガイドのラッスに至るまで、常に気配りと礼儀を感じました。ラッスは私たちの快適さと楽しみを確保するために並外れた努力をし、訪れた多くの場所で十分に探索し、楽しむ時間を与えてくれました。彼はフェリー出発の少し前にビーチに戻ってきて、フェリーの桟橋までの送迎を提案してくれたことに驚きました。私たちは感謝してその提案を受け入れました！彼が「期待以上のことをした」と言うのは控えめすぎる表現です。

No exaggeration, we were treated like ROYALTY!! From the moment we arrived at check-in until we disembarked from the return ferry ride we experienced CONSTANT care and courtesy from the ferry crew and especially our trekker-drver/tour-guide Russ , who went to extraordinary lengths to ensure our comfort and enjoyment , always giving us plenty of time to explore and indulge at the many places we visited. He even surprised us by returning to the beach shortly before ferry departure time to offer us a ride over to the ferry dock, for which we gratefully accepted! To say that he went "above and beyond" would be an understatement.
And all the people we encountered in Lana'i City ( at cafe , gallery , stores ) were so friendly , kindly and hospitable towards us...we felt sincerely welcome , and thoroughly enjoyed our visit , and hope to return for a longer stay.
Our emphatic thanks to Russ ( he was there to greet us when we stepped off the ferry ) and the ferry crew , who were right on time and very professional , for helping us have a fabulous and very memorable visit to Lana'i !

RUSS was our guide and the day was exceptional! This was off the beaten path, and we learned so much about the island with the best guide ever. He's easy going, fun and flexible and makes sure everyone gets the tour that works for them. This exceeded our expectations and we recommend this highly!

フェリーでラナイに向かう旅から、島の港でガイドと会うまで、すべてがスムーズに進みました。 シップレックビーチとガーデンオブザゴッズを訪れ、どちらも訪れる価値があるスポットでした。また、メインビーチパークや素敵な高級ホテル、ラナイシティをじっくり見ることができました。 ガイドがラナイで育った話を楽しみ、ビーチの素晴らしいサンゴ礁での無料の午後のシュノーケリングも大好きでした。 フェリーでの帰りはかなり揺れましたが、ラナイとマウイの間の午後の荒れた風の水域では予想されることです。 私たちの意見では非常に高価な一日でしたが、ガイドが時々同じことを繰り返して、話を続けていました。それでも、良い一日を過ごし、深いポケットを持ち、ラナイを体験したい人にはお勧めします。

Everything ran smoothly from our ferry ride to Lanai, to meeting our guide at the island harbour. We saw Shipwreck Beach and the Garden of the Gods, both worthwhile stops, and were introduced to the main beach park, some of the lovely expensive hotels, and a good look at Lanai City. We enjoyed our guide’s stories about growing up on Lanai, and we loved our free afternoon snorkelling on the excellent reef at the beach. The ride home in the ferry was pretty rough, but that’s to be expected on the afternoon rough and windy waters between Lanai and Maui. It was a very expensive day, in our opinion, and our guide sometimes repeated himself, just to keep the patter going. Nevertheless, we had a good day, and would recommend it to anyone with deep pockets, and a desire to experience Lanai.

From the minute we booked this trip the communication was excellent. We knew exactly where to meet the crew and captain for this excursion. They explained everything about our day so we knew we were gonna have a great trip. The food was wonderful, the snorkeling beautiful, the lunch was delicious and we even got to watch the sales be lifted. We got to sail home and it was so relaxing.

My wife and I enjoyed our half day tour of Lanai. Our guide, Josh, was very friendly, knowledgable, and a great guy to hang with. I would recommend this tour to anyone looking to visit Lana'i.

あいにくの天候でサンセットも星空も絶望的で他社ツアーが下山する中、ガイドのやまぴーさんだけが諦めておらずポイントを紡いでご案内頂き素晴らしい光景を目にすることができました。諦めない姿勢に感嘆です！

頂上は寒いので、暖かく服を着ることを忘れないでください！それ以外は、景色は最高です！

ハレアカラへは15時のお迎えだった。
気温29℃なのに防寒着を持っての集合だった。
さっそくハレアカラを目差して車は出発した。高地順応のために休憩を取りながらのハレアカラ行である。
1000mではスーパーマーケットに立ち寄り夕食の用意をした。
2000mではトイレタイムでアボカドのなっている木を写真に収めた
いいよ3000mの地点に到達したが空気を薄いと感じていた参加者もいた。
18時になって添乗員ヤマウチさんが薦めてくれた種々のポキの具材とご飯をポキ丼にして車内でいただいた。
暗くなったところで天体観察である。寒さの中、星や星座の説明を聞きながら天体観察させてもらった。ダウンコートを持って行ったのにも関わらず寒かった。手が悴んで感覚がなくなってきたのには驚いた。
ホテルへ帰ってきたのは22時半ころであったが、それにしても添乗員ヤマウチさんは多才で気が利いて、話が滑らかで子供を含めた観光客を半日以上もずっと飽きさせないで案内してくれたことには感謝している。

素晴らしい体験でした！
ずっとラナイを探検したいと思っていて、今回の旅行でやっと実現しました… 簡単な予約、非常に良いカスタマーサービス、そして素晴らしいクルーが旅をさらに良くしてくれました！ 本当にありがとうございました！

Great time! Great crew! They call it appetizers, but it’s a meal. Even the drinks were superb. Fortunate enough to see one of the last whales of the season. Highly recommended! Would do again!

We had a wonderful 1/2 day trip around Lanai. Our local guide was very friendly, professional, informative and engaging. It was so much fun and well worth the cost. Highly recommend, since some of the best location spots require a jeep in order to get these spots.

トリロジーのカタマランに乗り、ザトウクジラを見ながらラナイに向かう途中で朝食のスナックを食べました。シュノーケリングをしたり、自然散策に出かけたりしました。その後、小型ボートハーバーのパビリオンで素晴らしいランチ休憩を取りました。キャプテンとクルーは旅行中ずっと素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれました。マウイに戻る航海では、大人向けの飲み物とアイスクリームを楽しみました。これは一流の旅行で、誰にでもおすすめです。

We boarded the Trilogy catamaran and saw humpback whales, ate a breakfast snack on way over to Lanai. We snorkeled and went on a nature hike. Later on we had a great lunch break at the pavilion at the small boat harbor. Our captain and crew served us very well throughout the trip. On sail back to Maui we had adult beverages and ice cream. It was first class and recommended trip for everyone

もう〜夢のような1日でした（╹◡╹）
マウイ島は初めてだったのですが、いろいろな情報を教えて下さったり、マウイ島以外のお話なんかもたくさんしてくださいました。
また山頂では、沈んでいく夕日を見ながらの食事は、経験した者にしか味わえない贅沢な気分でした。
シチュエーション毎に流れる音楽の演出はヤマピーさんらしく粋なはからいに脱帽です。
特に星空を眺めている時に流れた曲は、感動して泣いちゃいました(^◇^;)
おもてなしが半端ないです。
これからの人生を自分らしく生きる勇気をいただきました♡
マウイ島に行かれたら、ぜーーーったいオススメのツアーですよ。

以前ハワイ島で星空とサンライズのツアーに参加したことがありますが、今回のサンセットと星空のツアーも最高でした。また、山内さんのガイドも最高で、本当に参加して良かったです。娘夫婦にも薦めたいと思います。

We had the greatest time on Lanai! The tour was fantastic! Josh was gracious and catered to what we were interested in. We felt like a local riding around town with him and are already talking about when we are going to come back!

Make sure to bundle like they say, it was very chilly when the sun quickly crept down!

Tour guide was very attentive and informative. The ferry ride was great but no chargers so make sure your prepared with things for your phones!

6:30amに私たちが乗れるようにフェリーを待っていてくれたスタッフの方に感謝します。ドックには少なくとも30分前には到着するようにしましょう。駐車場や集合場所を見つけるのは簡単ではありません。私たちはそれをしませんでした😞
ラナイの美しさと静けさを見せてくれた素晴らしいツアーガイドのラッスがいました。フォーシーズンズホテルの内部も見たかったです。

Shout out to the staff member who held the ferry in time for us to get on at 6:30am. * Ensure to get to the docks at least 1/2 before as parking, and finding your meeting point, isn’t simple. Something we didn’t do 😞
Russ was a great tour guide who showed us how beautiful, and peaceful, Lanai is. Would have loved to see the inside of the Four Seasons Hotel.
Eat at the Blue Ginger Restaurant. Home cooked, fresh food!
We initially booked to stay the full day on Lanai, but was able to get an early ferry back.

Yoshi was absolutely amazing! From the prompt pick up, the hospitality (tea, snacks) and the amazing knowledge, this is a tour I will always remember. Words can’t express how awesome being at that height and seeing the stars as you stand above the clouds was. Yoshi knew and shared so much and even had coats and gloves for us all as it does get cold at that height. He even showed us how to adjust the settings on our phones to timelapse and take great pictures. 1000% recommend Yoshi and this tour if you want to experience something breathtaking.
