    Went with my family, since we came the service was very efficient, no waiting line and it was a private reservation so we had the boat by ourselves. The view is beautiful, the food was really good and had a lot of variety of Japanese food, the presentation of everything was really well thought!     Amazing folks all around from boat operator to the people servicing the ticket. But the Vletra website is very old, clunky and confusing, selecting the right number of people was difficult on Veltra website. So I paid for whatever it let me select, then got in touch via email to pay for the rest. Website needs a major update.

    Jo was our very professional and sweet guide. With Koh who accompanied us to ensure we were ok all the way. Easy kayak trip with nice cave snorkeling. They took pictures all the way of many memorable moments. Thank you Aruguide for this experience

    I was amazed at the commitment. I believe due to low volume of customers that day the bus was cancelled. However a taxi was arranged for the sightseeing. The driver cum guide was great and made sure we spend more time in important sites. Overall had a wonderful time.

    Our family booked a private taxi tour with Kazu, and everything about our experience was perfect. The staff in the Tourist Information Centre were all very friendly and helpful, and even though we don't speak Japanese and they didn't speak English, the tablet translation tools they used made communication seamless.     We came as a group of three and had an absolutely amazing experience with Daan, our tour guide. He was extremely friendly and knew a lot about the local sea life. All the staff at Aruguide were also extremely welcoming and kind. We took the kayaks out to the spot where you can snorkel and also see the cave.     Service was excellent right from the booking , which was confirmed quickly. Pickup and drop off were on time . The driver was polite and helpful. No complain whatsoever.
