- Pick-up and drop-off are not available at apartments (Minpaku), capsule hotels, guesthouses, train stations, or offices.
- Child seats and toddler car seats are not available and cannot be installed in the vehicles.
- If you plan to travel with a service dog, please notify us in advance. Other animals are not permitted.
- You cannot specify vehicle type, driver language, or pick-up time.
- There is space for suitcases, but valuables such as phones, cameras, and electronics should be carried as hand luggage.
