It was a tour that covered all the places I wanted to visit at Mount Fuji, but since it was aimed at foreign tourists, I hesitated until the last minute. However, since the guide spoke Japanese, I had no worries. I think it's a very cost-effective tour!

富士山で行きたところが全て網羅されたツアーでしたが、外国人向けツアーとのことで直前まで躊躇していましたが、ガイドさんが日本語を話せたため、心配はありませんでした。とてもコスパ良いツアーだと思います！

Despite the unfortunate rain forecast and my somewhat selfish request for cherry blossom spots that are not too crowded, they graciously accommodated me, and I was able to enjoy a wonderful sightseeing experience. The driver had a wealth of knowledge, from history to urban legends, and he researched any questions I had on his smartphone to provide answers. My family and I are grateful for the professional service! Thank you very much.

あいにくの雨予報＆なるべく混んでいない桜の名所、というわがままなお願いも気持ちよく受けてくださり、素晴らしい観光ができました。運転手さんは、歴史から都市伝説まで豊富な知識量、わからない所はスマホで調べて答えてくださいました。プロの仕事に家族一同感謝!!ありがとうございました。

Overall, this tour was extremely satisfying. Since it was snowing, I had some concerns about the journey from Sapporo to Asahiyama Zoo, but the stability was outstanding, allowing us to travel comfortably and with peace of mind. The Asahiyama Zoo was also fantastic. It was a wonderful zoo where you could feel the consideration for the animals, ensuring they were not stressed. The free time we had inside the zoo was just right. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the bus driver and the tour guide. Thanks to both of them, we truly had a comfortable time. Thank you very much.

今回のツアーは全体的に大満足出来る内容でした。雪が降っていた事もあり札幌から旭山動物園までの道中に不安があったのですが安定感抜群で安心して快適に道中過ごせました。そして旭山動物園も最高でした。動物にストレスをかけないように配慮しているのが各所で感じられる素晴らしい動物園でした。園内で過ごせる自由時間もちょうどいいくらいでした。最後にバスの運転手さんバスガイドさんにお礼を伝えたいです。お二人のおかげで本当に快適な時間になりました。ありがとうございました。

We rented the E Bikes on two separate days. The delivery and pick up at our hotel was a wonderful service. Hajime went above and beyond in customer service.

Bicycle riding on the island is a perfect way to get some exercise and see the sights. Drivers are courteous and traffic is sparse on the main and side roads. I highly recommend this opportunity!

While it is indeed written that "the event will proceed even in the rain" and "bring rain gear," there are limits to this. It's unbelievable that they wouldn't close the roof despite the heavy rain. Because of the rain, I could only look down, and even though the guide was showing us the cherry blossom spots, I couldn't see anything. I felt like I was just paying to get soaked while riding the bus. They were selling cheap raincoats for those without rain gear, but they were flimsy plastic. I don't think they would protect anyone from the rain. It was also sad for the children. I understand the organizers' point that "if the roof is closed, you can't see the cherry blossoms," but since there are windows, I think it would be better to look out from there. It's better than not being able to see anything at all while looking down.

運営側の「屋根があると桜が見えない」というのもわかりますが窓があるのでそこから見ればいいと思いますよ
下を向いて全く見えないよりマシです

We participated as a group of four, and we were blessed with good weather, allowing all of us to meet the Jomon Sugi safely. Our guide, Ko-chan (Kohei-kun), provided excellent guidance, care, and support, and I believe it was thanks to him that we all achieved this together. I can only express my gratitude for the precious and wonderful experience we had!

4人で参加したのですが、天候にも恵まれ、全員無事に縄文杉に会う事ができました。ガイドのこうちゃん［こうへい君］の案内、気遣い、フォローが素晴らしく、彼のお陰で皆んな揃って達成できたと思っています。貴重な素晴らしい体験ができたこと、感謝しかないです！

Unfortunately, it rained, and I was able to purchase a 100 yen raincoat, but when I looked up, the rain hit my face, and I could hardly see the cherry blossoms. I heard that the bus is designed to have a closed roof, but due to company policy, it wasn't allowed. I think if the roof had been closed, we could have enjoyed the cherry blossoms more comfortably. There were about 40 passengers, but due to the cold and the rain coming in through the gaps in the raincoats, most of us got off along the way. I sincerely hope that the announcement includes a note stating that the roof may be closed in case of rain.

運悪く雨天となり100円のカッパを購入できましたが　上を向くと雨が顔にあたり桜はほぼ見れませんでした　バスは屋根が閉まる仕様との事ですが会社の方針でダメとの事　屋根が閉まれば落ち着いて桜も楽しめたのではと思います
40名程の乗車でしたがあまりの寒さとカッパの隙間からも入る雨に殆どが途中降車でした
案内の一文に雨天では屋根が閉まる場合もありますといれての運行を切に願います

The weather was nice, and it was a refreshing day for cherry blossom viewing, so I enjoyed it. However, the guide's talk was drowned out by the surrounding noise, making it very difficult to hear, which was disappointing.

お天気も良く、風も爽やかなお花見日和だったので楽しめましたが、ガイドさんのお話は周りの音に消されてとても聞き取りにくく、残念でした。

The weather was favorable, and it turned out to be a trip where I could really feel the negative ions. The guide was cool, providing explanations in both Japanese and English during the day.

天気にも恵まれかなりマイナスイオンを感じられる旅になりました。ガイドさんが日中英でガイド説明しててかっこよかったです。

We participated as a group of 12, and the schedule was nicely balanced, allowing for some free time while we were able to explore the three islands in one day. The lunch was a buffet style, and we were able to enjoy a lot of Okinawan cuisine. It turned out to be a very fulfilling day!

12人の大所帯での参加でしたがタイムスケジュールが程よく自由時間もありつつ1日で離島三島を回れました。昼食もバイキング形式で沖縄料理をたくさん食べることができました。大変充実した1日になりました！

We participated in snorkeling for the first time with our 5 and 7-year-old children. Yamachan was very kind and taught the kids, and they were thrilled to see sea turtles and fish. 😊 Since Yamachan stayed with the kids the whole time, my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy snorkeling together. We created the best memories as a family! ✨

Nara is convenient for those without a car. It's recommended on calm, sunny days. I was able to relax at a comfortable pace in terms of time.

奈良に来て車のない人には便利です。

My first trip to Okinawa. I was anxious about driving on unfamiliar roads, so I decided to try a charter taxi and made a reservation. It was a great decision. The driver's stories were enjoyable, and the eight hours flew by. They were very accommodating to my somewhat reckless plan, and we were able to visit Sueyoshi Shrine, which my daughter was thrilled about. The car's license plate was also easy to remember, which was a big plus. Among all the taxis parked, it was easy to spot. Searching for a taxi can be stressful. I'm planning to go back to Okinawa once Shuri Castle is completed. I hope to rely on your services again then!

初めての沖縄旅行。知らない道をレンタカーで行くのは不安・・。
貸切タクシーを利用してみようと予約。
大正解でした。運転手さんのお話も楽しく、あっという間の８時間。

たくさん停まってるタクシーの中でも、すぐ分かる。探すのはストレスですから。

It was a tour where we could stay at Asahiyama Zoo for three hours. I thought I might get bored being alone, but the time flew by. I was able to watch the penguin walk at a leisurely pace. The bus also had breaks along the way, making it comfortable.

The guide was experienced and it was great. I believe the success of the Yakusugi tour depends on the guide's experience.

It was convenient to have a pickup to the hotel. They were flexible in accommodating my last-minute requests on the day. It was a relaxed and enjoyable day.

ホテルまでお迎えがあり楽チンでした。当日の急なお願いにも柔軟に対応してくれました。気楽で楽しい1日でした。

I participated in a snorkeling and SUP tour in early April. I was worried about whether my 7-year-old (who was swimming in the ocean for the first time) would enjoy it, but thanks to the bright and kind guide who took great care of us, we had a fantastic time. My child seemed to really enjoy chatting with the SUP guide, Peach Princess from Miyako Island, and was smiling the whole time. We received a lot of wonderful photos, and they even provided transportation to our hotel (thank you, Hiro), making it a very appreciated tour.

４月上旬にシュノーケリングとSUPのツアーに参加しました。7歳（海で泳ぐのは初）が楽しめるか不安でしたが、明るく優しいガイドさんが丁寧にケアしてくださったおかげで、満喫できました。SUPのガイドをしてくださった宮古島のピーチ姫とのお喋りがとても楽しかったようで、7歳は終始ニコニコでした。素敵な写真を沢山いただけて、ホテルまでの送迎もしていただき（ヒロさん、ありがとうございました）、とてもありがたいツアーでした。

This is my second time participating in this tour. Although there are many tour guests moving at once, the group is divided at each destination, allowing for smooth sightseeing without confusion.

On Yubu Island and Taketomi Island, you can explore freely and take your time visiting the places you want to see. The mangrove cruise on Iriomote Island was guided by a knowledgeable guide, and I learned a lot about mangroves.

On the water buffalo cart ride to Yubu Island, the guide played the sanshin and performed island songs for us. On Taketomi Island, I chose the free option this time, and when we arrived at Taketomi Port, there was a rental bicycle shop where I could borrow an electric bike.

During my first visit, I explored on foot, but there are many hilly paths, so having a bicycle makes it easier and gives you more time to enjoy. Lunch was a buffet featuring local island specialties.

このツアーに参加するのは2回目です。
大勢のツアー客が一度に動きますが、行く先々でグループ分けがされていて、迷う事なくスムーズに観光出来ます。
由布島、竹富島での島内観光は自由に回る事が出来、行きたいところをゆっくり観光出来ます。
西表島のマングローブクルーズは、案内人さんのガイドが分かり易く、マングローブの事を沢山知りました。
由布島までの水牛車では、案内人さんが三線を弾いて島唄を披露してくれます。
竹富島では、今回はフリーを選択しましたが、竹富港に着いた際にレンタサイクルのお店の方いて、電動自転車を借りる事が出来ました。
一度目は歩いての観光でしたが、起伏のある道も多く、自転車があると楽ですし、時間にも余裕が持てます。
ランチは島名物が中心のバイキングでした。

This time, I decided to travel to Kyoto with my mother. Since my elderly mother would find it easier to take a taxi rather than ride the train and go around, I requested that. The driver was very calm, which made me feel at ease.

I communicated the temples and places we wanted to visit, and he kindly suggested some recommended temples along the way, which I really appreciated. He also accompanied us inside the temples, taking photos and providing explanations. He even carried an umbrella with him because it looked like it might rain, which was a great help.

I would definitely like to book activities through VELTRA again when I travel.

今回は、母と2人で京都へ旅行に行く事になりました。高齢の母には電車に乗ってあちこち行くよりゆっくりタクシーで連れて行ってもらう方がいいと思いお願いしました。運転手の方はとても穏やかで安心してお願いできました。
行きたいお寺や場所を伝え、またその通り道にはオススメのお寺もあるのでどうでしょうと教えてくださりとても有り難かったです。またお寺の中までついてくださるので写真も撮っていただいたり説明もしていただきました。雨が降りそうだからと傘も持ち歩いて一緒に行動していただき本当に助かりました。また、旅行に行く際にはベルトラさんを通してアクティビティを申し込みたいです。

一开始走错门了，ana的工作人员还把我带到正确的地点了，非常感谢，整个参观安排非常合理，讲解员姐姐一直在引导大家互动，感觉更有tour而不是speech 的感觉，很有参与感，vr体验也很棒，下次再来吧

It was a tour with wonderful scenery. The guide was kind and provided a detailed explanation. There were many foreign walkers, so the guide offered explanations in two languages. The guide provided a fluent narration.

I didn't expect to be able to visit three islands in a single day, so I was really excited when I found this tour.

The weather on the day was cloudy with occasional sunshine ☀️, but it was a bit chilly. I had a light jacket with me, so the cold wasn't too much of a problem.

First, we took a ferry to Iriomote Island. From Iriomote Island, we boarded a boat to see the unique mangroves. Then, we crossed over to Yufu Island riding on a water buffalo, which was a valuable experience.

日帰りで3島も巡ることが出来ると思ってなかったので､このツアーを見つけたときは､とてもワクワクしました。

当日は曇りときどき晴れ☀️みたいな天気だったんですが､少し肌寒く一枚薄いジャンパーを持っていたので､あまり寒さは苦にはなりませんでした。

まず、フェリーに乗って西表島へ
西表島から船に乗って珍しいマングローブ
それから西表島から由布島へ水牛に乗って渡ったのが貴重な経験が出来ました。

We used this service for a family trip. There were three of us: two elderly people and my daughter, and we requested a tour of Kyoto. The driver was very polite and attentive, guiding us to places that are usually hard to reach by bus. We were able to visit hidden gems and famous shops in Kyoto, as well as event locations up until today, making it a meaningful day without wasting any time. The driver took many photos without any complaints, creating plenty of memories for the forgetful elderly. Thank you very much! I will definitely use this service again when I visit Kyoto, so I appreciate your help. I recommend it for both elderly and young people.

家族旅行で利用しました。高齢者2人と娘の3人で京都観光をお願いしました。案内も運転も丁寧なドライバーさんで、普段中々バスなどでは行きにくい処も案内して下さり京都の隠れた老舗や名店、今日までのイベント場所も見学出来て、時間に無駄無く有意義な１日でした。写真も嫌な顔せずに沢山撮って戴いて、物忘れの多い年寄りにも思いでが沢山出来ました。本当に有り難う御座いました。又京都に行く時は利用させて頂きますので、宜しくお願いします。高齢者にも若い人にもお薦めします。

Arrived in Ishigaki via a transfer in Naha from Tokyo. Had lunch at Ishigaki Airport, and then went to Taketomi Island on this tour. I was able to enjoy it without wasting any time and felt satisfied. Thanks to that, the next day I had a full day of activities in Miyako Island. Instead of rushing through sightseeing, I was able to take my time and enjoy it thoroughly.

東京から那覇で乗り継ぎ石垣に到着。ランチを石垣空港で、その後このツアーで竹富島へ。
無駄なくで楽しめ満足できました。おかげで次の日は1日かけて宮古島へアクティビティ。早足の観光でなくゆっくり十分楽しめました。

I wanted to visit Churaumi and American Village, so I chose this tour. It efficiently covers other tourist spots in Okinawa, and since it's a bus tour, traveling is quite easy!

Regarding American Village, the time for shopping and dining is a bit short, but there is an option to get off at American Village, which allows for some flexibility.

At the morning meeting point, there was a note to look for the bus, and it described the bus's features, but the bus that arrived was completely different (the description mentioned a white bus, but the one that came was blue). There were many other sightseeing buses parked in the area, and this mistake had a significant impact; there was a possibility that I might not have been able to board the bus at all. Other participants were also confused, saying, "Wait, this isn't the bus we were told about..."

Because of this, I deducted one star.

美ら海やアメリカンビレッジに行きたく、こちらのツアーを選びました。
他にも沖縄の観光地を効率的に回れ、なによりバスツアーなので移動が楽ちん！
アメリカンビレッジについては買い物や食事をするには時間が短めですが、アメリカンビレッジで下車という選択肢もあるので多少自由度もあるかなと思います。

朝の集合時はバスを目印にするよう記載がありバスの特徴も書いてありましたが、来たのは全然違うバスでした（書いてあったのは白いバス、実際に来たのは青いバス）。他にも観光バスが多く停車している場所で、このミスは影響が大きく、場合によってはバスに乗れなかった可能性もあります。他の参加者も「え、聞いてたバスと違う…」と戸惑っていました。
そのため星一つ減らしました。

It was my first time in Ishigaki and my first time visiting an outer island. I recommend it for those who want to explore efficiently. Since there is a lot of travel by vehicle, it’s enjoyable for both elderly people and those with small children. The explanations from the guides at each stop were fun. Since I have an elementary school student, I signed up for a free walk on Taketomi Island and rented a bicycle on-site. Biking around was very pleasant.

初めての石垣、初めての離島でした。効率よく回りたい方におすすめします。
乗り物での移動が多いので、高齢の方も小さいお子さん連れも楽しめる内容です。
その時々のガイドさんからの解説が楽しかったです。
小学生がいるので竹富島はフリーウォークで申し込み、現地で自転車を借りました。
自転車観光、とても気持ちよかったです。

I used it for the first time. The weather was nice, with blue skies and cherry blossoms above, making for a fun bus tour. There was traffic, so we could enjoy the sights slowly. The meeting place and drop-off location were difficult for newcomers, and I got lost.

It was forecasted to rain, but we were able to walk without any rain. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and we had a great time exploring. We even got to see the Japanese macaques, and they were so cute! The driver was also very skilled, navigating the mountain roads smoothly. It was really great.

雨の予報でしたが、降らずに歩けました　　知識豊富なガイドさんで、楽しく回れました。
ヤクザルにも会えてとても可愛いかったです。運転手さんも、とても運転上手な方で　山道だけどスムーズ　とても良かったです。

This was my second tour of the three islands: Iriomote Island, Yubu Island, and Taketomi Island. Unfortunately, we weren't blessed with good weather again, and like last time, it was a cold tour... But to be honest, everyone should go on this tour!!

This time, the bus driver on Iriomote Island was a great storyteller, making the ride really enjoyable. We were laughing a lot. On the other hand, the boatman for the water buffalo cart on Yubu Island, who was very entertaining last time, seemed to be doing a half-hearted job this time, possibly because it was raining, which was disappointing.

I also think there’s room for improvement regarding the lunch we had on Yubu Island. However, the convenience of having hotel pick-up and drop-off, along with the fact that the boat didn’t rock, made it a great experience overall. Above all, I believe this tour is so engaging that you won’t have a moment to feel bored.

2度目の西表島、由布島、竹富島の3島めぐりツアーでした。
今回もお天気には恵まれず、前回同様寒いツアーにはなりましたが・・・
はっきり言ってこれはみなさん行くべきです！！
今回は西表島のバス移動の運転手さんがお話上手でとっても楽しかった。ウケまくりでした。
逆に由布島の水牛車の船頭さん(？)は、前回はとてもお話上手の方の楽しい方だったのですが、今回は雨も降っていたこともあってやっつけ仕事っぽく残念でした。
あとは由布島でいただく昼食も改善の余地があると思います。
ですがホテルへの送迎付きで便利だし船も揺れないし、なにより退屈する暇は無いほど充実しているツアーだと思います。

The morning ferry rocked like a roller coaster, making my heart race with excitement! I was healed by the water buffaloes on Iriomote Island and Yufu Island, enjoyed a fun guide on Taketomi Island while searching for star sand. It was a healing journey!
