I had an experience that I usually can't have. I enjoyed the guidance and explanations during the bus ride on Iriomote Island, not to mention the ox cart ride.

普段できない体験をさせていただきました。
牛車はもちろんのこと、西表島のバスの運転中の案内・説明には楽しませていただきました。

It was my first time at Uni no Hama! I originally became interested after seeing videos on social media, and since I plan to have my wedding in Miyakojima next year, I thought it would be great to use the videos and photos for memories, so I signed up! The drone photography was refreshing, and I was happy to have the shoot in a less crowded area.

The weather was perfect, just after the rainy season and before the typhoon, and the photos and videos, including the drone shots, turned out amazing! The ginger ale at the end was also very delicious!

If anyone is hesitating, I definitely recommend participating!

初めてのユニの浜でした！もともとSNSで動画をみて興味をもっていましたが、挙式を来年宮古島であげる予定で、動画や写真に使ったり思い出づくりができたらと思い申し込みしました！ドローン撮影も新鮮で、人が少ないところで撮っていただけて嬉しかったです。

梅雨明け台風前の天気も最高で、ドローンの撮影も含め良い写真、動画を撮っていただけて最高の仕上がりでした！最後のジンジャーエールもとてもおいしかったです！

他の方で迷われている方がいればぜひ参加をおすすめします！

Despite my age, I pushed myself a bit and went all the way to the tip of the Shakotan Peninsula. The weather was great, and the scenery was stunning, but with the meeting time approaching, I started to feel unwell on the way back and barely made it in time. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the seafood bowl I was looking forward to because I felt sick. I am grateful to the staff and the guide for their kindness.

歳甲斐も無く少々無理して、積丹半島先っちょ迄行きました。
お天気も良く最高の景色でしたが、集合時間もあり帰りに、苦しくなりやっとの思いで間に合い帰りました。
しかし折角の海鮮丼も気分悪く食べられませんでした。
お店の方や、ガイドさんに優しくして頂き感謝でした。

It was a wonderful trip for me, a solo traveler at 84 years old. It wasn't too hard, and I was impressed by the convenience of the audio guide, which I used for the first time with people from various countries. (I am Japanese, from Osaka, haha.)

高齢者の私(84歳)1人旅でしたが、大変楽しい旅でした。
それ程ハードでも無く色々の国の方にもイヤホンでのガイド初めてでしたが便利だと感激しました。

In between the continuous rainy days, we were able to enjoy beautiful clear weather and see the best views. Although the itinerary was packed, we had plenty of time at both Cape Kamui and Otaru. However, since lunch inevitably ran past the usual time, the coveted sea urchin was sold out. Our tour guide, Victoria, provided explanations in three languages. She used a board to communicate the schedule and meeting times, which was very thorough, and I believe the itinerary progressed very smoothly. Thank you to the driver and everyone involved.

雨天続きの合間にきれいに晴れて、最高の景色が見られました。
盛りだくさんの内容でしたが、きちんと神威岬でも、小樽でも時間に余裕がありました。
ただ、ランチがどうしてもお昼時を過ぎてしまうので念願のウニは売り切れてました。
添乗員のヴィクトリアさんは、3ヶ国語を駆使しての説明。ボードも使用して日程、集合時間の周知など行き届いていて、大変スムーズに日程が進んだと思います。
運転手さん含め、ありがとうございました。

The tour guide was really nice, and I had a great time. Last time, we had a plan to go to American Beverage, so this time I chose Pineapple Park. Just like last time, we were able to visit various places, and the price was affordable, making it an amazing day. Thank you very much.

I used the same tour last year and had a great experience, so I decided to use it again this year.

To reach the tip of Cape Kamui, if you take your time to take photos, you might end up rushing back and could be cutting it close with the bus schedule, or some people might not make it back in time, so be careful. This year, I learned from last year's experience and kept my photo-taking to a minimum on the way there, and jogged a bit to enjoy the beautiful Shakotan blue. There were fewer tourists this year compared to last time, so I was able to return comfortably.

Otaru offers plenty of free time, so you can enjoy it fully.

The guide was fluent in three languages and was very pleasant. I felt that the walking pace was a bit fast, so those who aren't used to walking or older individuals might fall behind a little.

I had a fun time participating again this year, and it turned out to be a fulfilling day.

神威岬の先端まで行くには､撮影しながらのんびりだと走って戻ってバス時間ギリギリか､人によっては間に合わないので注意が必要です
今年は去年の教訓を生かして行きの撮影は控えめにして行きから小走りで
綺麗な積丹ブルーに癒されました
観光客も前回の時より少なめだったので余裕で戻って来れました

小樽は自由時間たっぷりなので充分楽しめます

ガイドさんは3ヶ国語堪能で感じの良い方でした
少し歩くのが早いと感じたので､あまり歩き慣れていない方や年配の方は少し遅れを取ると思います

The local guide shared various stories about the nature of Shiratani Unsuikyo, as well as the local history, which deepened my understanding and made for a very enjoyable time. I also had freshly squeezed juice from tankan oranges grown at home, making it a very satisfying half-day. Thank you very much!

地元の方がガイド担当で白谷雲水峡の自然のことはもちろん、地元の歴史など色んな話をしてくださり、すごく理解が深まり、とても楽しい時間になりました。お家で採れたタンカンの生搾りジュースもいただき、とても満足の半日でした。ありがとうございました！

I received my boarding ticket with my name on it at the reception, and I was filled with ANA spirit. I looked down through the glass at the training booths for different departments (cabin attendants, maintenance, pilots, etc.). In the maintenance area, there were trainees moving around, making it feel just like a scene from Toy Story.

In the areas where photography was allowed, I was able to freely explore and take rare photos. The staff who guided us were friendly and very nice. I felt like the souvenir goods corner could have had a few more items, though.

受付で自分の名前入りの搭乗チケットをもらい、ANA気分満載。
パート別(キャビンアテンダント、整備、パイロットetc）研修訓練のブースをガラス越しに見下ろします。実際整備のところでは、研修中の人達がいて動き回っていたので、まるでそれはトイ.ストリーのようでした。
写真撮影OKのところは、フリーに各場所に入り込めてレアな写真からが撮れました。
案内してくれたスタッフもフレンドリーでとてもよかったです。
お土産グッズコーナーは、もうちっとアイテムが欲しかったかなって思いました。

I participated in snorkeling for the first time, and I was able to enjoy it without any worries because I received thorough instructions! The Blue Cave was beautiful, and there were plenty of fish and stunning corals further out! If you're going to snorkel in Ishigaki, I highly recommend this tour!

初めてシュノーケル参加させていだだいたんですが丁寧にレクチャーしてもらったので不安なく楽しめました！青の洞窟も綺麗で沖の方は魚もいっぱいいてサンゴもとても綺麗でした！石垣でシュノーケルするならこのツアーとてもおすすめです！

I went on a night tour for the first time, and it was great! The guide talked a lot about Ishigaki Island, the creatures, and the stars from inside the vehicle. It was really fun to search for coconut crabs in the jungle with the guide. It was also nice to be able to see the stars on the sandy beach! I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see the wildlife of Ishigaki!

ナイトツアー初めて行ったんですが車内から石垣島のことについてや生き物、星のことについていっぱい喋ってもらってジャングルについてもガイドの方と一緒にヤシガニを探すのがとても楽しかったです。砂浜で星を見れるのもよかったです！石垣の生き物を見たい人にとてもオススメできるツアーでした！

While it is somewhat limited for solo senior travelers, this course allows for a safe and enjoyable experience. The careful driving and sightseeing guidance made it a relaxing time. Although the 30-minute course ended after the descent due to concerns about the return ascent, the 50-minute course provided a slightly inclined path back to the original position, making it easier to navigate. You can also see a small gorge from the suspension bridge.

中々　シニア一人旅では限定されますが　このコースでは安心して参加できます。丁寧な運転、観光の案内　ゆっくり楽しめました。30分コースで下りの後の　帰りの上りを心配されて30分コースで終了されましたが　50分コースでは　元の位置に帰る道では少し傾斜つく感じで楽に回れました。吊り橋小さな渓谷もみれます。

Compared to the "Blue Hangar Tour," which is quite difficult to book, this one is much easier to participate in. I was able to observe the staff from various departments who support safe operations as they trained just like in a real situation, and I gained information that could be useful in my own workplace.

なかなか予約が取れない｢Blue Hangar Tour｣に比べると、こちらはかなり簡単に参加できます。
安全運航を支える各部門スタッフが本番さながらに訓練を受ける様子を間近で見学しながら、自分の職場でも参考になるような情報を得ることができました。

I was taken to a hidden temple that even the locals don't know much about. It was a narrow mountain road, but I was able to enjoy the scenery with peace of mind. We had some extra time, and I was taken to various places. The guide was also very helpful, making for a fun four hours. Thank you very much!

地元の人でも なかなか知られていない秘境のお寺さんまで行っていただきました。細い山道でしたが 安心して景色などを堪能しました。時間が余りましたが いろんなところへ行ってくださいました。ガイドもしてくれて 楽しい4時間でした。ありがとうございました。

The schedule stated a meeting time of 9:10 AM and a departure at 9:20 AM, and I received an email confirming this. However, the guide actually arrived at the meeting place about 25 minutes late. During that time, there was no communication, which made me anxious (Is the bus really coming? Is this a scam? Did they leave me behind at the wrong meeting place?). In reality, the delay was just because the bus was late arriving from Osaka to Kyoto Station, but I would have appreciated a note in the confirmation email or a message on the day stating, "This tour departs from Osaka, so there may be delays in arriving at Kyoto Station."

Aside from that, the guide (a male foreigner) was good. However, the initial confusion about the meeting time left me feeling unsettled about the tour.

Basically, the guide spoke in English on the bus, and those who didn't understand English were expected to use a translation app on their phones, which felt very foreigner-first. Moreover, the time to use the translation app ran out midway, leaving me completely lost about what was being said. The tour was advertised as being available in both English and Japanese, but it felt entirely geared towards foreigners.

９時１０分集合、２０分発と申し込んだときのスケジュールには記載があったりメールもそれで届いているが、実際に集合場所にガイドがきたのが２５分くらい。
その間、何の連絡もなく(バスは本当にくるんだろうか？)(詐欺なのか？)(集合場所ここじゃなくて置いていかれたのでは・・)と不安になる。
実際は大阪から出発して京都駅着が遅れただけだったのだが、それなら申し込みメールとか当日メールで【このツアーは大阪発のため、京都駅に到着が遅れることがあります】と一言記載がほしかった。
それ以外のガイド(男性外国人)の対応などはよかった。でも最初の集合時間云々のせいでモヤモヤが残るツアーでした。

基本的にバスの中でガイドが話す言葉は英語で、英語がわからない人は携帯に翻訳アプリを読み込ませて聞いてくれという外国人ファーストな感じ。
しかも途中で翻訳アプリが使える時間が過ぎてしまって何言ってるかさっぱりわからない状態に。
ツアーには英語・日本語と記載がありましたが、完全に外国人向けのツアーだなと思いました。

I participated from abroad with my child. The female guide was a foreigner, but she was very smart, kind, and a wonderful person. I'm grateful for her gentle approach. It was a great trip!

子供と一緒に海外から参加です。女性のガイドさんが外人だけど、すごく賢くて優しくていい方です。優しく接してくれて感謝です。良い旅でした！

It was a highly satisfying tour where I encountered many creatures, including the long-awaited coconut crab and purple crabs. Although there were some steep paths, the staff were very kind and supportive to my 5-year-old son, which made us feel at ease. It was also enjoyable to hear a lot of interesting facts about Ishigaki Island during the car ride to the spots.

念願のヤシガニや紫のカニなどたくさんの生き物に出会えてとても満足度の高いツアーでした。険しい道もありましたが5歳の息子にスタッフさんがとても優しく寄り添っていただき、安心できました。
スポットに行くまでの車内で石垣島のうんちくもたくさん聞けて楽しかったです。

My long-awaited Yakushima trekking... I was filled with anxiety wondering if I could endure the 11 hours, but the guide's consideration was outstanding. There was no negative information, and the pacing was just right, allowing us to reach Jomon Sugi in no time. The return journey was quite rainy, but I was able to finish without feeling bored or tired.

On the second day, I had given up hope thinking it would be canceled due to the rain in the morning, but the guide came to the hotel early and consulted with us! They offered the option to decline, but encouraged us to go as far as we could, and we made it to the moss-covered forest. The moss-covered forest in the rain is truly beautiful, and with all the positive talk, I was able to enjoy the tour without feeling disappointed.

This wonderful Yakushima tour was all thanks to our guide. Thank you very much!

念願の屋久島トレッキング…。11時間…耐えれるかなあと不安でいっぱいでしたが、ガイドさんの配慮が最高でした。ペース配分やマイナスな情報はなく…あっと言う間に縄文杉まで行けました。帰路はかなりの雨でしたが、飽きることなく疲れを感じることなくゴールできました。
２日目は朝から雨で中止かと諦めていましたが、早朝からガイドさんがホテルに来て下さり、相談しに来ました！って、断ることもできる選択肢も提案してくれましたが、行けるとこまで行きましょうって言って下さり…苔むす森まで行けました。雨の苔むす森は本当に綺麗なんですよって、プラスの話しばかりでがっかりすることなく、ツアーを楽しめました。
こんなに素敵な屋久島ツアーになったのはガイドさんのおかげです。ありがとうございました。

I participated with my 6-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter! I was worried about whether they could walk the whole way, but they walked energetically from start to finish and seemed to have a lot of fun, which made me happy as a parent. The guide also interacted with the kids from their perspective, and they quickly warmed up to him! Thank you very much! It was also moving to finally meet the coconut crab after four years!

I was able to visit all the famous tourist spots in Nagasaki City without missing anything. The guide's explanations were very detailed and great.

長崎市内の有名な観光スポットを、余すところなく、まわれました。ガイドさんの説明も、とても詳しく、良かったです。

On the last day in Sapporo, I took a half-day tour on a sightseeing bus. Unfortunately, it was raining, but there's nothing you can do about that. It was a shame that I couldn't ride the lift at the Okurayama Jump Stadium due to the rain, but I enjoyed the museum. The Shiroi Koibito Park was so crowded that I couldn't sample any treats, so I just took some photos and headed back to the bus. At the Sapporo Market, I had a delicious seafood bowl for lunch. Thank you for everything.

札幌最終日は観光バスで半日回りました。
あいにくの☔だったんだけど仕方ないね。
大倉山ジャンプ場も☔でリフトにも乗れなかったのが残念。博物館を楽しみました。
白い恋人パークはあまりにも人が多くて試食も出来ず写真を撮ってバスへ。札幌市場はランチで海鮮丼を美味しくいただきました。
お世話になりました。

I was grateful that they picked me up near my accommodation and took me to the airport on the way back. I could easily take a bus around Yakushima, visit the main tourist spots, and the guide provided continuous commentary throughout the trip! Plus, there was a flying fish tempura lunch included! It was great to easily see the ancient cedar trees at Yakusugi Land and to experience the nature of Yakushima! I even got to see Yakushima deer and Yakushima monkeys!

バスに乗って楽々屋久島を一周できる、主な観光地も行ける、しかもガイドさんがずっーとガイドしてくださる！

ヤクスギランドも、簡単に紀元杉が見られるのも、楽々屋久島の自然に触れられるのもよかった！屋久鹿＆屋久猿にも会えましたよ！

The thing I was most worried about was the restroom situation. However, there were proper restrooms with roofs at both the trailhead and the end of the trolley trail, so even after trekking for 10 hours, I didn't have to worry at all, as I was able to drink and sweat it out!

The guide was around the same age as me and provided various explanations. There were times when I thought the walking pace was fast, but they made sure to give us plenty of time at both Wilson's stump and Jomon Sugi, which was great. We were also able to have lunch in a covered area and they made us coffee, which I really appreciated.

I was able to meet my main goal of seeing Wilson's stump and Jomon Sugi, and I gained a lot of energy from it!

1番心配だったのはトイレでした。しかし、登山口とトロッコトレイル終点に、屋根のあるちゃんとした？トイレがあって、10時間トレッキングしても、飲んでも汗で出てしまって全然心配ありませんでした！
ガイドさんは、同年代で、いろいろ説明をしてくださったり、歩くペースが速いと思うこともありましたが、ウィルソン株でも、縄文杉の所でも、たっぷり時間を取ってくださったので、よかったです。お昼も屋根のある所で食べられたり、コーヒーを入れてくださり、ありがたかったです。
1番目的のウィルソン株、縄文杉に会えてパワーをもらえました！

I read a lot of reviews here before my trekking trip, and that's why I decided to go, so I’ll write my own review too. I had many concerns, but once I actually went, I realized my worries were unnecessary. I was able to enjoy just walking without thinking about anything, thanks to the guide. I usually don’t walk much and I'm not good with heights, but I managed just fine. Looking back now, it feels like a dream, and it was amazing.

私もトレキングの前ここのレビューをたくさん読んでやっぱり行こうと決めたから私も書きます。不安な点が多かったんですが実際行ってみたら心配していたのが無駄でした。ガイドさんと一緒に行って何も考えず歩くことだけを楽しむことができました。普段あんまり歩かないし高いところが苦手でしたがなんとかできますね。今考えると夢でもみたようで最高でした。

This time, he first confirmed our preferences. Based on that, he efficiently guided us while considering the rental time and crowd conditions, adding recommended places to our wishes, which made for a very satisfying two days.

Additionally, he shared many interesting stories about historical backgrounds and the origins of words that aren’t included in guidebooks, making our sightseeing in Kyoto not just about seeing but also deepening our knowledge.

I participated in a tour of Uni no Hama, which I had wanted to visit for a long time. The white sandy beach surrounded by 360 degrees of emerald green sea was breathtakingly beautiful. Additionally, I was thrilled to have many beautiful photos and videos taken from above with a drone! The scale of the shots was something we could never capture ourselves, making it an unforgettable memory. I highly recommend this tour if you come to Miyako Island.

I strolled through the jungle while searching for creatures with the staff, who also provided various explanations. Since I brought my camera, I was given plenty of time to capture the starry sky.

スタッフの方々とジャングルの生き物を探しながら散策し、いろいろと説明もしてくださいました。カメラを持参したこともあり、星空を撮影する時間も充分に取っていただけました。
