Our driver picked us up on time, in a beautiful vehicle and allowed us time in all the places we wanted to see while he waited patiently. Excellent service. Highly recommend

The tour had more foreigners than Japanese people. For those without a rental car, it's recommended as it allows for an efficient way to explore the northern part from Naha. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, but Pineapple Park has a roof, so it wasn't a problem even in the rain. During Golden Week, Churaumi Aquarium was extremely crowded, and there was a long line to get in, but we waited about 20 minutes and were able to see it quickly. However, the roads were congested with cars looking for parking, and we couldn't make it in time for the dolphin show that we thought we would be able to see.

日本人より外国人の方が多いツアーでした。レンタカーがない人には、那覇から北部を効率よく回れるのでオススメです。
天気があいにく悪かったですが、パイナップルパークは屋根があり、雨でも問題なかったです。
GW中で美ら海水族館が激混みで、入場するまで長蛇の列でしたが、20分程並んで駆け足で見学できました。ただ、駐車場を探す車で道も渋滞し、時間的に見れると思っていたイルカショーは間に合いませんでした。

The driver is experienced, so they can take you to your desired destinations and nearby recommended sightseeing spots. If you have specific food preferences, they will also introduce you to recommended restaurants, making this tour a great option.

ドライバーさんもベテランなので行きたい場所そして近くのおすすめ観光スポットも連れてもらえるし食べたいものがあればおすすめの飲食店も紹介して下さるのでこのツアーありだと思います。

Cape Hedo, the northernmost point of Okinawa, felt grand in a different way when considering the strong beach image typically associated with Okinawa. The visit to the factory and store for Shikuwasa, which we stopped by for souvenirs, was interesting in another sense, and I think it was a nice choice for this tour.

沖縄最北端の辺戸岬はビーチのイメージが強い沖縄を考えるとある意味違った壮大さを感じました。お土産で立ち寄ったシークワーサー工場兼店舗はまた違った意味で面白くこのツアーのナイスチョイスだったと思います。

Everyone else was a foreign tourist, but the male guide from Nepal spoke English and Japanese very well with a smile, and I had a great time. This is the most popular tour to see Mount Fuji, which represents Japan, from various angles, so there were a lot of people everywhere we went.

自分以外は外国人観光客でしたが、ネパール人ガイドの男性が英語も日本語も笑顔で上手に親切に話してくださりとても楽しめました。日本を代表する富士山を色んな角度から観光する一番人気のツアーなので行く先々めちゃくちゃ人が多かったです。

I was able to visit many places (tourist spots) according to the schedule. The bus driver and the tour guide, as well as the participants, were all very punctual. I was able to enjoy the rest of the itinerary as well.

First of all, I would like to thank all the instructors for this experience. They provided guidance in a very polite and approachable manner, creating a friendly atmosphere throughout. Although we had a guided tour in the rain, I felt that they offered a unique enjoyment and appreciation of nature that can only be found here. Approaching 50 years old, I was able to encounter one of my dreams since elementary school: the Yaeyama mangrove butterfly in Iriomote Island! I was truly very satisfied.

Thank you for taking me to the sightseeing spots. I saw online that it says, "Take a tour of the island's attractions like Kabira Bay and Tamatorizaki Observatory with a bus guide! Lunch included at a restaurant with a great view!" However, I would like a bit more detailed information about the places we will be visiting.

ネットで、「川平湾や玉取崎展望台など島の名所をバスガイドの案内でひと巡り！眺めの良いレストランでランチ付き！」と書いていますが、行く場所を、もう少し詳しく記載してほしいです。

On the day of our trip, we set off in the morning under cloudy skies, but after that, we hardly encountered any rain. The weather was pleasant, neither too hot nor too cold, with occasional gentle sunlight filtering through the trees. Mr. Manabe's guiding was meticulous and wonderful, clearly reflecting his deep love for this island, its nature, and its plants, as well as the pride he has taken in his work over the years. It was an experience that made me want to come back again.

当日は雨模様の中を朝に出発し、その後は殆ど雨に降られず、暑くもなく寒くもなく、薄い木漏れ日が時折さす心地の良い天候でした。マナベさんのガイドは、この島と自然と植物をこよなく愛し、誇りを持って長年やって来られた事がよくわかる、丁寧で素晴らしいものでした。また、来たいなと思わせてくれる体験になりました。

Both Takayama and Shirakawa-go are tourist destinations that are a bit difficult to access without a car. For solo travelers, the same-day return bus tours that operate daily and can be booked by just one person were incredibly convenient.

The tours had about 80% international participants, and the tour guide provided explanations in Japanese, Chinese, and English. Everyone was punctual, and the bus was not noisy, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the sightseeing experience.

I think day trip bus tours while traveling are going to become a habit for me!

高山も白川郷も車がないとちょっと行きにくい観光地。1人旅では、毎日&1人から催行される当日帰りバスツアーがとっても便利でした。
海外の方が8割のツアーで、添乗員さんは日本語、中国語、英語で説明されていました。みなさん時間厳守で、車内が騒がしいということもなく、車内ではゆっくり休めたおかげで観光を全力で楽しめました。
旅先での日帰りバスツアー、しばらくクセになりそうです！

I chose this course because my flight was in the evening. It was the rainy season and the sky was cloudy, but I was very lucky that it was sunny at Kabira Bay. I took the optional glass-bottom boat and was thrilled to encounter clownfish and sea turtles, amazed by the beauty of the coral reefs. For lunch, I had a hamburger set at a place with a great view, and it was quite a generous portion! I was very satisfied.

The bus guide was a local who played the sanshin for us. The schedule went as planned, and I highly recommend it.

夕方からの飛行機だったのでこのコースにしました。
梅雨の時期で曇り空でしたが､川平湾では晴れてくれてとてもラッキーでした。
オプショナルのグラスボートに乗って、クマノミ•ウミガメに出会えて珊瑚礁の美しさに感動。
お昼は眺めいいところでハンバーグ定食､なかなかのボリューム！
大満足です。

バスガイドさんは､地元の方で生の三線を聴かせてくれました♪
スケジュールも予定通りでオススメです。

Since there are many overseas customers, it's understandable that the tour guide isn't Japanese, but the content of the sightseeing information didn't seem professional at all. It felt more like the level of a part-time student. This isn't a language issue; I didn't sense any professionalism in the explanations about the tourist spots, their history, or highlights. I think it would be better to have a veteran driver give the explanations instead.

海外のお客様が多いので、添乗員さんが日本人じゃないのはしかたないのですが、観光案内の内容がプロとは思えない。アルバイト学生みたいなレベル。日本語の問題ではなく、観光地の情報、歴史、見どころの説明内容にプロ意識を感じませんでした。たぶん、ベテラン運転手さんに説明させたほうがいいくらいだと思います。

The three-island tour was very good. I was impressed by the water buffalo cart I rode for the first time. At Yufu Island, I spent too much time taking photos and eating, so I was disappointed that I couldn't explore the island much. I chose the free walk plan for Taketomi Island, but the limited number of buses made the schedule tight.

3島巡りとても良かったです。
初めて乗った水牛車は感動しました。
由布島では、写真と食事に時間をとりすぎて島内の散策があまり出来なくて残念でした。
竹富島はフリーウォークプランを選択しましたが、バスの本数が少なめだった為タイトなスケジュールになってしまいました。

Our driver was prompt in meeting us at the port for our shore excursion with friends. His English wasn't great, but he was very adept at using google translate to narrate what we were passing by and where we were going. We had great communication ahead of time with the company to indicate where we wanted to go and he got us to the Kamikaze museum, (we spent about an hour) and to the samurai gardens, even showing the way and where to pay (if you don't know that you may enter at the wrong end of the street.) He picked us up at the end, which saved us a long walk back up the pedestrian street.
We liked our itinerary because it got us inland and showed us the beautiful green hills of that part of Japan. We returned to the ship with plenty of time. If you know what you want to see (we compared itineraries with the ship's shore excursion) and can share a car this is a very cost-effective way to see a port stop.

Exploring Mishima while riding on a ferry, bus, sightseeing boat, and ox cart was a delightful experience. The lunch was delicious, and I was able to enjoy the wonderful spots in Mishima✨ The drivers (and the person guiding the oxen?) were entertaining, making the time enjoyable! Thank you, Yumemi-chan, Kojiro-kun, Kaiji-kun, and Rui-kun. I also learned that the water buffalo have distinct personalities and are all quite different!

フェリー・バス・観光船・牛車に乗りながら三島巡り。お昼ごはんもおいしく三島のいいとこ巡りができました✨運転手の皆さんも（牛を誘導する人？）話が面白く楽しく過ごせました！ゆめみちゃん　こじろうくん　カイジくん　ルイくん　ありがとう。　水牛も個性豊かでいろいろ違うことがわかりました!

I recommend this for those who want to relax at Asahiyama Zoo. Although it was unfortunately rainy, there were fewer people, which allowed us to enjoy watching the animals at a leisurely pace.

旭山動物園でゆっくりしたい方にオススメです。あいにくの雨でしたが逆に人が少なくてゆっくり動物をみることができました。

I was worried about the weather. As expected, it rained.

Although I had to put off seeing the blue sea, I changed my mood by exploring the food in Otaru.

It was a tour that I thoroughly enjoyed all day long.

The cost performance was good. Although the weather was bad, they were able to adapt flexibly. At Yakusugi Land, even the 30-minute course can be difficult under poor weather conditions, so I think it's better for elderly people not to push themselves (one person dropped out midway).

コスパ良かったです、天気悪かったのですが、臨機応変に対応して貰えました。ヤクスギランドは、30分コースでも天候悪いと足元が悪く、年配の方は無理されない方が良いと思いました（1名途中離脱）

It's really disappointing that the sightseeing on Taketomi Island was abbreviated. We should have opted for a free sightseeing choice. Was it because someone couldn't keep the meeting time that the boat schedule got delayed? It seems that we couldn't change the return boat because there was no tour guide present. The bus tour on Taketomi Island was disappointing. It was good up to Iriomote Island and Yufu Island, so it's a shame. I should have negotiated with the local staff about changing the return boat.

Despite the unfortunate weather forecast, it only drizzled occasionally. This timing allowed us to enjoy our time even more comfortably, and the activities were enjoyable whether it was sunny or rainy.

◯ Iriomote Island
We explored the mangroves on a covered boat. The weather didn't affect this experience. Navigating through the mangrove forest is something that is quite difficult to do on your own.

◯ Yubu Island
Riding a water buffalo to cross from one island to another was a unique experience. The water buffalo cart is also not affected by the weather. On Yubu Island, we had time for a meal and free time in the botanical garden. Even those who aren't interested in the botanical garden can enjoy it as a meal and relaxation time. At the back of the botanical garden, there is actually a beach. Enjoying the scenery here is also an option.

◯ Taketomi Island
If you don't have a specific store or destination in mind, you might find yourself at a loss on how to spend your time in the village. It's certainly possible to arrange rental bicycles or water buffalo carts on your own. However, considering the round-trip travel from each island and moving around the island, it's wise to think about combining a water buffalo or bicycle rental. The only activity here that is affected by the weather is the village tour by water buffalo cart. It's recommended as it allows for a cool experience without getting wet.

あいにくの悪天候予報でしたが、降っても時折 小雨が降る程度。
そんなタイミングだったので余計に快適に過ごすことができましたが、晴天でも雨天でも楽しめるアクティビティでした。

◯西表島
屋根付きのボートでマングローブ散策。
天気に左右されません。
マングローブ林の中を進むのはなかなか個人ではできない体験です。

◯由布島
水牛に乗って島から島へ渡るのは貴重な体験でした。
こちらの水牛車も天気に左右されません。
由布島では植物園内で食事＆自由時間が。
植物園に興味のない方も、食事兼休憩時間として過ごせます。
植物園の奥には実はビーチが。ここで景色を楽しむのもアリです。

◯竹富島
集落での過ごし方は、目的のお店等が無い方は意外と持て余すかも。
個人手配でレンタサイクルや水牛車の手配ももちろん可能。
ただ、各島からの往復移動や島内の移動を考えると、セットで水牛or自転車を考えておくと吉です。
唯一ここでの過ごし方だけ天気に左右されます。
水牛車での集落回遊は避暑＆濡れないのでおすすめ。

It was a very affordable tour that allowed us to visit the main tourist spots in Okinawa over the course of a day! However, the time spent at each location was quite tight, so if you want to take your time and explore, I think it would be better to go individually with a rental car.

If you want to ride the cart at Nago Pineapple Park, make sure to receive the admission ticket that is distributed and immediately return to the ticket booth to purchase the cart ticket. Then, line up at the cart boarding area located near the entrance 🍍. I wandered around thinking there would be a boarding area ahead, and by the time I finally reached it, it was 30 minutes before departure, so I couldn't ride (the stay time was 50 minutes).

Perhaps because I booked through Veltra, about 80% of the participants were foreigners, and the bus guide was doing their best to provide guidance in broken English. They even sang and guided us during the ride, but unfortunately, I couldn't hear much of what the guide was saying due to the bus engine noise.

For this price, they took us to the main tourist spots and also transported us back to the nearest hotel, so there was no worry about fatigue. It was the best tour! I highly recommend it! Thank you very much to both the bus guide and the driver.

１日かけて沖縄の主要観光地を案内してもらえる、とてもお得なツアーでした！
ただ各観光地への滞在時間がやはりタイトなので、じっくり見たい方はレンタカーなどで個人的に行かれた方がいいかなと思います。

ナゴパイナップルパークのカート？に乗りたい方は、配られる入場チケットを受け取ったら直ぐにチケット売り場に戻ってカートのチケットを購入して、入場口側にあるカート乗り場で並んでください🍍
案内されて進んだ先に乗り場があるのかなと彷徨って、ようやく乗り場に辿り着いた時には出発時間の３０分前で乗ることできませんでした！（滞在時間は５０分）

ベルトラ経由の予約だったからなのか、８割外国の方でバスガイドさんが拙い英語でがんばってガイドしていました。
移動中の車内でも歌ったりガイドをしてくださっていたのですが、バスのエンジン音に負けてガイドさんのお話しがあんまり聞こえなかったことが残念です。

このお値段で主要観光地に連れて行ってくれて、帰りも最寄りのホテルまで運んでくれるので疲れの心配もなく最高のツアーでした。
是非おすすめしたいです！
バスガイドさんも運転手さんも本当にありがとうございました。

I planned a trip to Miyako Island for two nights and three days from Thursday, the 4th, to Saturday, the 6th. There are various activities available, but considering my wife's wishes, we decided to go to "Uni no Hama" on the evening of Friday, the 5th. I had a few things I wanted to confirm, so I contacted the staff, and they informed me that "the weather might be rough on Friday, and we may not be able to land." I thought we might have to give up, but then they suggested, "If it's okay, how about going on the day you arrive in Miyako Island?" I was pleasantly surprised by this suggestion and immediately agreed.

When we arrived at the meeting place in the evening, several staff members were already waiting for us. We boarded the boat with another group and headed to "Uni no Hama." After landing at Uni no Hama, we had almost all our free time. We could take photos and walk along the sandy beach at our leisure. A female staff member took photos and videos using a drone, and while I felt a bit shy, we created many wonderful memories together. The female staff member was very friendly and shared a lot about the charms of "Uni no Hama" and Miyako Island (I was surprised when I asked her age and was impressed at the same time).

The boat captain was a quiet person, but he was skilled at operating the boat, which made us feel safe. He truly felt like a veteran!

When it was time to leave Uni no Hama, I felt a sense of reluctance, but it was an incredibly valuable experience. I believe this was all thanks to the warm atmosphere created by the staff.

Throughout the trip, their flexible responses were truly exceptional, and the drink service on the boat returning from Uni no Hama was outstanding.

I am already determined to choose Miyako Island for my next trip, and I have decided to rely on this tour again! Thank you so much for everything!

４日(木)〜6日(土)の2泊３日で
宮古島に旅行に行く計画を立てた。色んなアクティビティはあるけれど、妻の希望もあって5日(金)の夕方頃に「ユニの浜」に行く事を決めた。色々と確認したいこともあり、スタッフさんへ連絡をすると「金曜日だと天候が荒れて、上陸出来ないかも知れない」と教えて下さりました。諦めるしかないかと思ったが、すぐに「よければ宮古島に来れる当日にいきませんか？」というご提案を頂いた。
まさかの提案に、嬉しくてすぐに快諾しました。
夕方頃に集合場所に行くと、すでにスタッフさんが数名待機されており、自分たち以外のグループと一緒に船に乗り、いざ「ユニの浜」へ。
ユニの浜に上陸したあとは、ほぼ個人での自由時間。写真を撮ったり砂浜を歩いたりと自由。
女性スタッフさんが、ドローンを使った写真撮影や動画撮影をしてくださり、照れくささを覚えながら、いろいろと思い出作りをしてくださりました。女性スタッフさんの愛想もすごく良くて、色々と「ユニの浜」の魅力、宮古島の魅力を存分に教えて下さった（年齢を聞いて驚きと同時に感服しました）
船頭さんは、物静かな方でしたが、船の操縦に長けており、安心して乗る事が出来ました。
ザ・ベテラン！って感じでした！

ユニの浜から帰る時は名残惜しい気持ちで、いっぱいでしたが、とても貴重な経験が出来ました。
これもスタッフさんたちの温かい雰囲気があったからだと思います。

終始、柔軟な対応が、まさに神対応でしたし
ユニの浜からの船上でのドリンクサービスは、格別でした。

きっと次の旅行も宮古島と決めている僕ですが、絶対に、こちらのツアーにお世話になろうと決めています！

The tour guide was awful she only spoke in Japanese which I was told by hotel they should all speak Japanese, English and Chinese. We stopped off at 1 place which was not on the guide. The audio equipment did not work in the coach some people were given it some didn’t get it. If she wanted to communicate she just held a piece of paper with what she wanted us to do. She kept singing in Japanese and no one had a clue what the song was about. I would certainly not recommend her as a tour guide or even recommend this company. 100% unhappy customer.

I participated on a cold day in June with rain and a temperature of 10°C. I managed to visit Kamoi Cape, and the sea was beautiful, but I couldn't help but wonder how much more stunning it would have been if it had been sunny. Unfortunately, the last boat didn't depart due to rough seas, which was very disappointing.

On the positive side, the bus guide was very good at storytelling and tried hard to keep the atmosphere lively, so I didn't feel bored during the bus ride. The seafood bowl for lunch was decent since I was quite hungry. However, it was really sad that I couldn't eat sea urchin, especially since it was in season.

This course might not be worth the cost unless the weather is sunny and the sea is calm.

雨と6月なのに10°Cという寒い日に参加しました。
神威岬にはなんとか行くことができて、海も綺麗でしたが、晴れていたらどんなに綺麗なのかと思うと。。。
最後の船も海が荒れているとのことで出航しなくて、とても残念でした。
良かったのはバスガイドさんがとてもお話が上手くて、なんとか盛り上げてくれようとしてくれ、バスの中では退屈せずに過ごせました。
昼食の海鮮丼はお腹空いていたのでまぁまぁ普通にいただけました。
ウニの時期なのに食べられなかったのは残念通り越して、悲しかった。
このコースは晴れていて、海が穏やかな日じゃないと、コスパ悪いかも。

I used the service from JR Nara Station. I received detailed guidance from the tourist information desk located near the ticket gate. There were about 24 participants. Although the bus seats were assigned, after the participants got off at Horyu-ji, it was possible to change seats.

We visited Horyu-ji, Yakushi-ji, and Toshodai-ji, and the guide's explanations were easy to understand and very informative. I think it's a great tour for those who don't drive, as it allows for an efficient way to visit the main spots.

ＪＲ奈良駅から利用しました。駅の改札近くにある観光窓口の案内から丁寧に案内していただきました。参加者は24人くらいでしょうか。バスの座席は指定の席でしたが、法隆寺まで参加の方がいなくなった後は席の移動も可能でした。
法隆寺、薬師寺、唐招提寺などを巡りましたが、ガイドさんの案内が分かりやすく、勉強になりました。また、車の運転をしない人とっては大変効率的に主要スポットを回ることができるいいツアーだと思います。

I participated in the Jomon Sugi tour.

I thought the guide was physically fit and managed the itinerary well. However, I felt there could be more creativity in supporting beginners or participants who may have concerns about their physical fitness.

For example, when a participant's shoelaces came undone, there was a reminder to be careful as they might come undone again, but it would have been reassuring for beginners if there had been a check on how to tie them or some simple advice.

Additionally, when the same participant asked, "Should I wear long sleeves?" or "Should I wear rain gear?", the responses were mainly "Please make your own judgment." While I believe the final decision should be made by the participants themselves, beginners often ask questions seeking guidance, so additional comments like "It might get colder ahead" or "This is what I think" would have been more helpful.

Yakushima and the Jomon Sugi route are courses that many first-time participants join. There is a significant gap in knowledge and experience between seasoned guides and beginners. Bridging that gap is also one of the important roles of a guide.

To prevent accidents and troubles, I feel that enhancing the information provided and the guidance offered, while respecting self-judgment, would make the tour more reassuring for beginners.

縄文杉ツアーに参加しました。

ガイドの方は体力があり、行程管理もしっかりされていたと思います。一方で、初心者や体力に不安のある参加者へのサポートについては、もう少し工夫の余地があるように感じました。

例えば、途中で靴紐がほどけた参加者がいた際、「またほどけるかもしれないので注意してください」という声かけはありましたが、結び方の確認や簡単なアドバイスがあると、初心者にはより安心感があったと思います。

また、同じ参加者から「長袖を着た方がよいですか」「レインウェアは着た方がよいですか」といった質問が出た際にも、「ご自身で判断してください」という回答が中心でした。最終判断は参加者自身が行うべきだと思いますが、初心者は判断材料を求めて質問している場合も多いため、「この先は気温が下がる可能性があります」「私はこう考えます」といった補足があると、より参考になったのではないかと思います。

屋久島や縄文杉ルートは、初めて参加する方も多いコースです。経験豊富なガイドと初心者との間には大きな知識や経験の差があります。その差を埋めることもガイドの重要な役割の一つではないでしょうか。

事故やトラブルを防ぐためにも、自己判断を尊重しながら、初心者が適切な判断を行えるような情報提供や声かけがさらに充実すると、より安心して参加できるツアーになると感じました。

Unfortunately, it was rainy on the day of the tour, so the scenery wasn't very good. The guide was someone who could speak three languages. The tour was long, so I got tired. Maybe it would have been better to just visit the Churaumi Aquarium.

当日はあいにくの雨でしたので景色はあまり良くなかったです。ガイドの方は3カ国も喋れる方でした。ツアー時間が長かったので疲れました。美ら海水族館だけで良かったかも。

I was able to efficiently visit various spots like Lake Toya, Lake Shikotsu, and Mount Usu, which are difficult to access without a car. As someone who is not a regular driver, this was a great help. The paid option for the bear ranch was also nice. Both the driver and the tour guide were very pleasant. Thank you for a fulfilling day!

洞爺湖、支笏湖、有珠山等と車がないと行くことが難しいスポットを効率よく色々と見学できました。ペーパードライバーの身には大変助かります。有料オプションですが、熊牧場も良かったです。ドライバーの方や添乗員の方もとても感じの良い方でした。このたびは充実した1日をありがとうございました。

I visited in early May and was worried about the rainy season, but it only rained while I was on the ferry and bus. By the time I arrived at Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island, the weather was clear, and I had the best sightseeing experience. Cycling on Taketomi Island was refreshing, and the botanical garden on Yufu Island was more enjoyable than I expected, so I highly recommend it!

5月前半に行き梅雨が心配だったのですが、フェリーやバスに乗っている間だけ雨が降ったのみで、西表島や由布島、竹富島に着く頃には晴れ、最高の観光ができました。竹富島でのサイクリングは気持ちがよかったのと、由布島の植物園が想像より楽しかったのでおすすめしたいです！

It seems that Sapporo was hit by rain, but Asahikawa enjoyed some sunshine and was fun. The guide was very attentive and did a great job. While some tours may primarily focus on explanations for international visitors and can be hard to understand, this was a wonderful tour. If I have the chance again, I will choose this one! I highly recommend it!

札幌は雨に降られたようですが旭川は薄陽もさして楽しめました。ガイドさんもすごく丁寧でバッチリでした。ツアーによっては海外の方向けの説明がメインでわかりずらいというようなツアーもあるようですがこちらは素晴らしいツアーでした。また機会があればここにします！おすすめです！
