The weather was nice, and we had plenty of time—three whole hours—at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, which was really great. I thought three hours was just the right amount of time for a group, although I could have spent even more time there. Other places were also wonderful. In particular, Nago Pineapple Park had many blooming orchids, and the atmosphere was lovely. I would love to participate again.

天気も良かったし、美ら海水族館だけで、時間もたっぷり3時間もあったし、本当によかったです。
もっと時間があってもいいくらいでしたが、団体で動くなら3時間はちょうどいい時間だと思いました。
他もいい場所ばかりでした。特にナゴパイナップルパークは蘭の花がたくさん咲いていて、雰囲気がよかったです。
また参加したいです。

For our first trip to Okinawa, we chose this tour to spend three hours at the Churaumi Aquarium, which my grandchildren love.

Of course, we enjoyed the highlight, the Churaumi Aquarium, but the Nago Pineapple Park exceeded our expectations. I thought the announcements during the journey would only be in a multilingual machine voice, but the tour guide provided explanations in both Japanese and English about the stops and scenic views along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, efficiently visiting the main tourist spots on Okinawa Island within our limited time, and both adults and children were very satisfied.

初めての沖縄、水族館が大好きな孫たちの為に美ら海水族館に3時間滞在するということでこのツアーを選択しました。

目玉の美ら海水族館ももちろん楽しめましたが、名護パイナップルパークも期待以上、道中の案内は多国籍後対応の機械音声ということで生音声の案内は無いのかと思いきや、添乗員さんが適宜、立ち寄り先や車窓の見所を日本語と英語で説明してくださって充実したツアーを満喫、限られた沖縄滞在時間の中で沖縄本島の主要観光地を効率的に回ることが出来て、大人も子供も大満足でした。

The Jomon Sugi tour involved a lot of walking. We ate our lunch under an umbrella in the rain. They were very considerate about safety. Unfortunately, we hardly had any time to take pictures of the beautiful blooming sakura azaleas or the lovely green scenery along the trolley path. The guide took photos for us at the main spots.

For the Shiratani Unsuikyo tour, we didn't go to Taiko Rock due to the rain and lack of visibility, and instead turned back in the mossy forest. The guide also recommended other mossy areas, and we were able to spend some relaxing time there.

縄文杉ツアーはひたすら歩きつづけるというものでした。雨の中傘をさしながらお弁当食べました。安全にはとても配慮してもらいました。残念だったのは、サクラツツジがきれいに咲いていたり、トロッコ道のきれいな緑の景色の写真をとる時間がほどんどありませんでした。ガイドさんは主要な場所で写真はとってくれました。
白谷雲水峡ツアーは雨で展望がないということで、太鼓岩へはいかず、苔むす森で折り返しました。その他ガイドさんおすすめの苔の森を案内していただき、ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。

Departing from Ishigaki Port, I enjoyed the beautiful scenery of mangroves while listening to the fun explanations from our guide on Iriomote Island. I saw rare butterflies and rode a water buffalo across the sea. At that moment, the young man handling the water buffalo played the sanshin and sang, which was moving. The houses on Taketomi Island were incredibly beautiful structures. I was strolling around the island on foot, but I was sticky with sweat from my pants and shirt. I recommend using a rental bicycle. Next time, I want to visit Hateruma Island, which I haven't been to yet.

珍しいチョウを見たり、水牛に乗って海渡りこの時水牛を扱うお兄さんが三線を弾き歌ってくれたので感動しました。
竹富島の民家は物凄く綺麗な建造物でした。
私は徒歩で島内を散策してたのですがパンツ-シャツ汗でベタベタ
レンタルサイクル利用がお勧めです
次回はまだ行ってない波照間島とかに行ってみたいです。

I participated in April.
We traveled from Noboribetsu to Muroran, then to Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu before returning to Sapporo.
Later, I found out that it was about 380 kilometers. I don't think I could have managed it on my own with a rental car.

The guide was very pleasant and made eye contact with each of us while guiding, which gave me a sense of reassurance.

I hope the following information will be helpful for those who will participate in the future.

- There is no restroom on the bus.
All the stops have restrooms, but there can be long intervals of about an hour and a half, so if you need to use the restroom frequently, I recommend managing your fluid intake.

- There are no power outlets or USB ports.
We left at 8 AM and didn't return until 6 PM, so a mobile battery is essential.

- Paid option for the bear ranch.
The bear ranch is combined with Showa Shinzan, but it lasts less than 40 minutes, so personally, I think it wasn't necessary. However, it's recommended for those who want to see Hokkaido's brown bears up close.

Also, the space between the seats was narrower than I expected, and the person in front of me immediately reclined their seat fully, so my knees were constantly hitting the seat in front. I think this is partly a matter of luck, but the cramped seating was tough during the long journey.

However, considering the price, I was able to visit so many tourist spots, so in the end, I was very satisfied! When I come back to Hokkaido, I plan to request another course from this company.

4月に参加しました。
登別〜室蘭〜洞爺湖〜支笏湖を周って札幌に帰ってきます。
後で調べたら約380キロほどありました。レンタカーではとても自力では回れなかったと思います。

ガイドさんもたいへん感じがよく、ひとりひとりアイコンタクトを取りながらご案内してくださったので安心感がありました。

以下の情報はこれから参加される方に幾らか参考になればと思います。

・車内にトイレがありません。
各下車スポットには全てトイレがあるのですが、間隔が長いところで1時間半ほどありますので、トイレが近い方は水分調整をおすすめします。

・コンセントやUSBポートはありません
朝8時に出て夕方6時まで帰ってきませんので、モバイルバッテリーは必須です。

・熊牧場の有料オプション
昭和新山とセットになっている熊牧場ですが、合わせて40分もありませんので個人的にはなくても良かったかなと思います。北海道のヒグマを間近でみたい方にはおすすめです。

あとはシートの間隔が思ったよりも狭く、しかも前の座席の人がすぐにフルで倒してきたためヒザが常に前席に当たっている状態でした。こればかりは運もあるかと思いますが、移動が長いため座席の狭さは身体に応えました。


ですがこのお値段でこれだけの観光地を回れましたから、最終的には大満足です！また北海道に来た際はこちらの会社の別コースもお願いしようと思います。

We were blessed with great weather from the morning, and I felt fortunate to have the guide assigned to us. We encountered many sea turtles and were enveloped in happiness. The sea turtles were wonderful, but I was also glad to meet our guide, Matsuura. Thank you very much! I would be happy if we could have the same course and the same guide next time.

Many foreign passengers were on board, and explanations were provided in English simultaneously. This was quite normal, but I think the use of humor made it much easier for foreign guests to understand. Additionally, not only the places we visited, such as Shirakawa-go and Takayama, but also the scenery, buildings, and culture along the way were explained in detail, making it a very meaningful trip.

外国の方も多く搭乗しており、英語での説明も同時に行っていました。
ここまでは普通ですが、ユーモアをふんだんに使い外国の方にもだいぶわかりやすかったと思います。
また、今回周った白川郷、飛騨高山たけに限らず、道中の景色、建物、文化なども細かに説明があり大変有意義な旅になりました。

I had a day off during my business trip to Sapporo, and since I was in Hokkaido, I wanted to fully enjoy the great outdoors, so I found and joined this tour. It was as fun as the reviews said, and I'm really glad I participated. I was healed by nature! The guide, Onodera, was amazing! He was kind and shared a lot of interesting stories.

The participants, except for one person, were all from overseas, but the guide was fluent in Japanese. I was seated in the front row, and the guide communicated the important information in Japanese each time, which made me feel at ease.

I really wanted to visit Takachiho Gorge, so I searched for a tour, but the only one I found that operates daily was this tour, which mainly caters to international guests. I'm so glad I participated because I was able to see the wonderful Takachiho Gorge!

The guide and the driver were both very kind, and they also shared information about other tourist spots close to Fukuoka, which I visited the next day. Both places were great.

参加者の方々は私達以外は一人を除いて皆さん海外からの方でしたが、ガイドさんは日本語が堪能でしたし、一番前の席に座らせていただいて、その都度日本語で注意事項を伝えて頂いたので安心でした。
どうしても高千穂峡に行きたく、ツアーを探したのですが、毎日催行しているのは、海外の方が中心のこのツアーしか見つからず参加しましたが、素晴らしい高千穂峡に行くことができ本当に良かったです！
ガイドさんももちろん、運転手さんにも親切にして頂き、福岡から近い他の観光地も教えて頂いて翌日に行ってきました。

I was initially worried about what kind of taxi driver would come, but the driver was very friendly, and I felt comfortable entrusting my journey to him. I would recommend this to others as well.

どんなタクシー運転手の方がくるのか、最初は不安でしたがとても気さくな方でこちらも安心して旅を任せられました。他の方にもおすすめします。

The exploration location was near Sakieda in Ishigaki City, and it felt more like a jungle than I expected as we pushed through the underbrush. Unfortunately, the starry sky was obscured by clouds, so we couldn't see much, but we encountered various creatures like four coconut crabs, a giant tree frog, a scorpion, and a large spider! The excitement when we found the coconut crabs was great! Our guide, Manaka, also kept the conversation lively during the car ride, making the whole experience enjoyable.

探検場所は石垣市崎枝付近で、思った以上にジャングルで茂みをかき分けて進むといった感じでした。星空は生憎の曇り空であまり見えませんでしたが、ヤシガニ4匹にオオハナサキガエルやサソリモドキ、デカイ蜘蛛など色々な生き物に遭遇することができました！みんなでヤシガニを探して見つけた時のテンションの上がり方がよかったです笑ガイドのまなかさんも車の移動中明るくお話ししてくださり終始楽しめました。

It was my first experience! I was nervous because the meeting place was at a golf course at night, but the photographer was easy to talk to and kind. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so we had to change the date and time, but their response was polite and I appreciated it. The photos captured several times the number of stars we could see, which gave me a sense of satisfaction. I definitely want to recommend this night photo tour to everyone.

集合場所は夜のゴルフ場なのでドキドキしましたが、カメラマンの方が話しやすく親切です。
あいにく天気が悪く日にちと時間を変更しましたが、対応も丁寧でありがたかったです。
自分達が見えてる星の数倍はバックに星がはいる写真で満足感があります。
是非皆さんにおすすめしたいナイトフォトツアーです。

The bus stop at the North Gate was not clearly known to the taxi driver, but we managed to find it. Although it wasn't raining, it felt quite chilly, making the open bus a bit of a challenge, but the sense of openness was fantastic! The tour guide announced the highlights, so we were able to enjoy the hour in no time.

バス乗り場のノースゲートと言う場所がタクシーの運転手さんも定かではなく、でも当たっていました^_^雨は降っていなかったものの急な花冷えという感じでオープンバスは試練な感じでしたが、開放感は最高です！添乗員さんが見所をアナウンスしてくれるのであっという間の1時間楽しむことができました。

When I come to Okinawa Island, I always participate in this tour. This time, as soon as we arrived at the Churaumi Aquarium, the weather improved, and I was able to enjoy the Okichan Theater, which was fantastic. American Village was also great.

沖縄本島に来た時は、必ずこのツアーに参加します。
今回は、美ら海水族館に到着と同時に、天気が良くなり、
おきちゃん劇場も楽しく鑑賞出来て最高でした。

I was disappointed that I couldn't get on the bus I wanted because I didn't have much knowledge and made a reservation. I reserved a designated seat and went to the bus center to confirm, only to find out that this reservation was only for a bus with unreserved seats. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to board. As an elderly person, I thought I had secured a designated seat, so I was quite disheartened.

乗りたいバスに乗れなくて残念でした。
バスの指定席を予約してバスセンターに行って確認したらこの予約は自由席のみのバスしか乗れなくて30分ならんで乗りました。高齢者なので指定席がとれていたと思っていたのでがっかりでした。

It was a fun moment that passed in the blink of an eye. I appreciated being able to store my belongings in a locker during the visit.

あっという間の楽しいひとときでした。
見学の際は、ロッカーに荷物を預かっていただけるので助かりました。

I absolutely do not recommend using this tour company.

I have used various travel companies and sites before, but this was the worst experience.

Despite making a reservation for a single passenger one month before the departure date, I was assigned a seat on the day of the tour that was an unfavorable aisle seat where I couldn't see the scenery out of the window.

Other seats on the bus were available for single passengers without anyone sitting next to them, so I was really frustrated and upset.

As a result, I could hardly see the scenery that the guide was explaining, ruining the value of the trip.

A well-organized travel tour would consider changing seats during the itinerary to avoid any advantages or disadvantages, but there was none of that here.

If I had known I would get such a seat from the seating chart at the time of booking, I wouldn't have made the reservation. Moreover, this tour was already overpriced, lacking meals, activities, or souvenirs, and I was completely dissatisfied to be charged the same price as everyone else for such a seat.

To make matters worse, I had to sit next to an unfamiliar elderly woman of the opposite sex in a cramped seat, who repeatedly dozed off and leaned on me during the journey, which was infuriating.

The final straw was the female guide.

She talked incessantly, and it seemed like she wanted to show off her proficiency in Chinese. She would take about two minutes to explain something in Japanese, then spend three times as long repeating it in a high-pitched voice in Chinese, which was utterly exhausting.

Even during the time outside of guiding, she chatted in Chinese with inbound Chinese tourists on the bus, making me want to tell her to be quiet!

In addition to Chinese, she also repeated similar guidance in broken English for inbound guests, making me wonder if this was even a domestic tour in Japan.

If this is the kind of tour guide they have, I would prefer to have her assigned to a bus exclusively for inbound passengers.

It was so noisy that it doubled my fatigue.

I will never use a tour company that lacks such consideration again!

ここのツアーは絶対利用しない方がいいです。

今までいろんな旅行会社、サイトのツアーを利用しましたが最低でした。

一名利用の予約を出発日の１ヶ月前にしたにも関わらず、当日のガイドから割り振られた座席が、車窓の景色が見えない不利な通路側。

バス内他の座席では隣席に人のない一名利用をさせていたので納得いかず本当に頭にきました。

おかげでガイドの案内する車窓の景色は殆ど見えず、旅の値打ちは台無し。

気の利いた旅行ツアーなら席を旅程中に入替え、有利不利などないように配慮しますがここはまるで無し。

こんな席だと予約時の座席表で分かれば予約などしませんでしたし、只でさえ食事もアクティビティも土産も何もつかない割高のツアーなのに、こんな席で全員同一の料金をとられたことに全く納得がいきません。

挙げ句に、狭い座席なのに隣席が見知らぬ年配女性と異性で、道中、居眠りを繰り返し何度も当方にもたれかかってくる始末で、怒鳴りたくなるほどでした。

極めつけは、添乗員の女性ガイドです。

とにかくよく喋ることこの上なく、しかも自らが中国語を堪能なことひけらかしたいのか、日本語で2分ほど話した内容を中国語でその3倍ほども時間をかけて延々と中国後で甲高くまくし立てて話すのにはほとほとうんざり。

ガイド案内以外の時間も、バス内のインバウンド中国人と中国語でお喋りする始末で、少しは黙ってろよ！と言いたくなりました。

中国語以外にも、カタコトの拙い英語でインバウンド客に同様のガイドを繰返すため、ここは日本の国内ツアーではないのか？と首をかしげたくなりました。

こういう添乗員ならば、いっそ、インバウンド乗客だけを乗せたバスに配置してもらいたい。

うるさすぎて疲れも倍加しました。

こんな配慮のかけらもないツアー会社は二度と利用などしません！

I was able to catch a glimpse of how hard the ANA staff involved with airplanes are working in various fields, making me appreciate airplanes even more.

飛行機に携わるANAスタッフの方々が、色々な分野でとってもがんばっていることを垣間見ることができ、ますます飛行機が素敵に思えます。

It was a meaningful day, guided by a kind driver and a reliable guide to places that are very difficult to reach on a solo trip, from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. I was happy to meet Kuuta-kun, the Okinawa rail.

朝7:30から18:30まで、一人旅ではとても行けない場所を優しい運転手さんとしっかり者のガイドさんに案内して頂き、有意義な一日でした。
ヤンバルクイナのクー太くんに会えて嬉しかった。

The person in charge of the weather forecast called in advance to say not to worry about the all-day rain, which made me feel relieved. Indeed, it rained and stopped, allowing us to see moss droplets and Japanese macaques. Above all, the guide's thoughtful consideration and kindness were the best. I truly had a wonderful, dream-like time.

For our honeymoon, we went to Miyako Island for the first time. Since I had never seen a sea turtle before, I was looking for one and found this snorkeling tour through Veltra, which had great reviews, so I made a reservation. Although we changed from our originally planned location to Shigira Beach, we were fortunate to quickly spot a sea turtle thanks to the attentive guidance of our host, Matsuura-san! We also got to see many beautiful fish, and we were lucky to catch the sea turtle during its nap time! Matsuura-san explained everything in a very easy-to-understand way, which made it enjoyable for us as well. The photos you sent us were incredibly well taken, and I am truly satisfied! Matsuura-san, who is kind and handsome, please keep up the great work! When we come back to Miyako Island, we look forward to seeing you again!

今回新婚旅行とゆーことで、初めて宮古島に行きました。
海亀を見たことがなかったので、みたいと思い探していたところ、ベルトラさんで今回のシュノーケルをみつけ、評価もよかったので予約しました。当初予定の場所から変更になりシギラビーチにいきましたが担当の松浦さんの丁寧な案内をうけてすぐに運良く海亀発見！綺麗な魚も沢山みれて、海亀のお昼寝の時間もタイミングよく見ることができました！すごく分かりやすくお話してくださるのでこちらも楽しかったです。
送って頂いたお写真も最高に上手でほんと大満足です！優しくて男前の松浦さん！これからも頑張ってください！また宮古島来た時は宜しくお願いします！

I thought this was the best value for touring the World Heritage sites in Nara, so I made a reservation. It was an ordinary taxi, but the driver provided explanations like a 'teacher' who had studied history well. It seemed challenging to translate that into French, but I had a very enjoyable 7.5 hours. Although the course was generally set, I was able to request changes like 'let's skip this place and go to another temple,' which made for a wonderful sightseeing experience. I am very grateful for that. Thank you very much.

奈良の世界遺産を巡るのに一番コスパが良いと思い予約をさせていただきました。普通のタクシーでしたが担当されるドライバーさんが歴史をよく勉強されている『先生のような』解説で・それをフランス語に訳すのが大変だったようですが、とても楽しく7.5時間を過ごす事ができました。またコースは一応決まっているのですがこちらの要望に合わせて『ここは止めて・別のお寺に』という事もできたのでとても良い観光ができました事を感謝しております。

It was my first time snorkeling, but Mr. Matsuura taught me carefully, so I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind!

I was glad to take pictures with sea turtles and clownfish! I also received photos of corals and colorful fish, and I am very satisfied!

The venue opens at 10:40 for the 11 o'clock event! If you arrive too early, you'll have to wait outside. A current flight attendant kindly guided us through the base. She was very friendly and responded clearly to our questions. I think it would be great for you to visit at least once.

Thanks to our guide's lead, we learned not only about the history of Gunkanjima but also about the history of Nagasaki. By the time we arrived at Gunkanjima, we had been thoroughly informed about Nagasaki's history, which made our exploration after landing very engaging. The next day, we visited Glover Garden, and the information we learned the day before was helpful there as well, making it a two-for-one tour.

ガイドさんのリードで軍艦島の歴史だけではなく、長崎の歴史を知ることができました。
軍艦島に到着するまでに、長崎の歴史をたっぷりと教えていただくので、上陸後も興味深く歩くことができました。
また、翌日はグラバー園に行ったのですが、そこでも前日に聞いたことが役に立ち、一石二鳥のツアーでした。

This is my fourth time using Koshin Taxi, including one arranged by a friend. Thanks to K's wonderful driving and guidance, our sightseeing in Kyoto exceeded expectations once again. This time, I brought along an American couple, and they highly appreciated K's guidance, expressing great joy at being able to thoroughly enjoy Shisendo and Enkoji. They took many photos, creating great memories. K is very knowledgeable, and other tourists even asked for permission to listen to his explanations as well. Not only did we drive around, but we also passed through cherry blossom avenues, willow-lined paths, and residential areas, which were a feast for the eyes. I definitely want to use this service again. Thank you very much.

As a foreigner, I can't have a Japanese phone number. The staff confirmed my reservation for when I arrive in Yakushima. I felt relieved.

On the day of departure, it rained, heavily rained, and it was really pouring, but I had fun!

Everyone was in separate groups, with participants ranging from 2 to 8 and one kite.

There was a break in the middle. The first stage was normal, but the second stage was intense!

But don't worry, there’s a kite, so you can feel at ease!

It was raining moderately, but the water was clear and beautiful. It was my first time snorkeling, and the guide, Matsuura, kindly taught me how to use the equipment, so I was able to manage it without any issues. We searched for sea turtles in the ocean and found one right away, allowing us to get quite close and take photos, which was fantastic. According to Matsuura, the sea turtles at Shinjo Beach are accustomed to people, so they don't flee as long as you don't touch them. In fact, we were able to get so close that it felt like we could touch them, making it a valuable experience. I highly recommend taking photos with the sea turtles! ✨

まぁまぁの雨が降っていましたが、海の中は透明で綺麗でした。
また、初シュノーケリングでしたが、ガイドの松浦さんが親切に教えてくださり、無事使えました。
ウミガメは海で探して、直ぐに見つけてくれましたかなり近づいて写真が撮れたのでとても良かったです。
松浦さんによると、新城海岸のウミガメだけは近づいても人慣れしているのか、触らなければ全然逃げないそうです。実際、私達も触れそうなくらいウミガメに近づいくことができ、貴重な体験になりました

In early April, our family of four, including elementary and middle school children, participated. It was the children's first time snorkeling, but our guide, Matsuura, adjusted to our family's pace, allowing us to observe the adorable feeding habits of sea turtles, which created wonderful memories. They also provided us with many beautiful photos and shared information about dining and sightseeing spots. They were truly a great guide, so when we travel to Miyako Island next time, we definitely want to request them again!

4月の上旬に小学生、中学生の子供達を含む家族4人で参加しました。シュノーケリングが初めてな子供達でしたが、ガイドの松浦さんが私達家族のペースに合わせて下さったので、ウミガメのかわいいお食事姿をたくさん観察することができ、とてもいい思い出になりました。キレイな写真もたくさん下さったし、食事や観光スポットまで教えて頂きました。ホントにいいガイドさんだったので、次回、宮古島に旅行する時も、是非、お願いしたいと思います！
