It was a sightseeing trip with four aunts, and the driver was very kind and took many photos, which became great souvenirs of the trip. I was very satisfied with using the sightseeing taxi.

おばさん四人の観光でしたが、運転手さんが、親切で沢山写真を撮ってくれ　旅の良いみやげになりました。観光タクシーを利用して大変満足しました。

It was a rainy day for sightseeing, but thank you for providing an umbrella. I wanted to visit the Great Buddha in Nara since high school, and it was a must-see for me. The explanations were thorough, and I was very satisfied.

雨の日の観光でしたが、傘を、用意していただきありがとうございました。奈良の大仏は、高校生以来で　どうしても観光したい所でした。説明も丁寧で　大変満足しました。

It was a packed and fulfilling tour. The sightseeing boat and the water buffalo cart were experiences I wouldn't normally have, so it became a wonderful memory!

The weather was cloudy, but for this tour, cloudy weather is actually better. If it were sunny, it would be hot and tiring.

盛りだくさんで、1日が充実したツアーでした。 遊覧船も、水牛車も、普段は経験出来ないので、すごくいい思い出になりました!

It was a tour that was quite enjoyable, with the guide's words being educational and keeping us engaged. It was a shame that the Churaumi Aquarium was crowded and we couldn't see much, but we had fun playing in the ocean. However, it was a rather busy tour (￣∀￣), but it was good because we got to go to various places.

退屈せず、ガイドさんの言葉は勉強になり、かなり楽しめたツアーでした。
美ら海水族館が混雑してて、あまり見れないのが残念でしたが、海で遊んだり楽しかったです。
ただ、かなり忙しいツアー内容ですが(￣∀￣)色々行けたから良いです。

I couldn't board the bus at the Ginkaku-ji stop because it was full, which caused a delay of two hours from my original schedule, and it was quite difficult. Moreover, we were told that only three people could board, but for some reason, the person who was at the very front couldn't get on, while a group of three people did. I felt sorry for the foreign man who was at the front. Since we are paying for expensive tickets, I hope they can increase the number of buses during peak times.

ので予定より2時間のズレが生じ大変だった。
しかも、3人までと言われ1番最前列にいた方が何故か乗れずグループ3人でいた人達が乗っていった。最前列にいた男性外国人の方が気の毒でした。高い切符を支払っているのだから混み合う時間帯はバスの台車を増やして欲しいです。

The tour guide was approachable, very kind, and it was great. There are set meeting times at each sightseeing location, but they pass relatively quickly, so I think it's best to confirm any places you definitely want to visit in advance (including regular shops and many stalls, which can be confusing!).

添乗員の方が接しやすく、とても親切で良かったです。各観光場所で集合時間が決まっているのですが、わりとすぐに経つので必ず行きたい場所などは事前に確認しておいた方がいいと思います（普通のお店を含め屋台なども沢山あるので迷ってしまいます！）

A trip with my elderly mother. We usually enjoy freedom and spontaneity, so initially, we thought about taking a highway bus from Kanazawa Station to Shirakawa-go on our own. However, we decided to join this tour because it allows us to visit both Shirakawa-go and Gokayama in one day. It was the right choice. Having the tour guide manage the time made it easy for us, and during the ride to our destination, we learned about the route we were taking, local specialties, recommended spots in Shirakawa-go, and interesting facts about the history of Gokayama. This increased our satisfaction with the tour and sparked further interest. My mother was also happy to be able to enjoy the trip without any strain. Thank you for your assistance.

高齢の母との二人旅。いつもは自由、気ままが好きなので、当初は自分達で金沢駅から高速バスに乗って白川郷へ行こうかと思っていたのですが、こちらのツアーでは白川郷と五箇山両方を日帰りで回れるということで、申し込みました。選んで正解でした。添乗員さんに時間管理をして頂くので楽であったことは勿論、目的地までの車中にて　どんな経路で向かっているのか、名産品や白川郷おすすめスポットの紹介、五箇山という土地の今昔に関する豆知識なども教えて頂き、ツアー後の満足度も上がりましたし、更なる興味も湧きました。母も無理なく回れて喜んでいました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

This was my first time sightseeing in Kyoto with my wife, and it was a one-day bus tour for us after 40 years. We arrived at the meeting place an hour early and waited for the guide to check in. Even 15 minutes before the start, no one had arrived at the designated meeting point on the map (Hachijo-guchi Bus Terminal).

In a hurry, I called the emergency contact, and they asked if there was anyone in a yellow happi nearby. Looking around, I spotted three people in yellow happi about 30 meters away, so I went over. A large number of participants had already gathered there. However, there was no sign for "Veltra," and the staff with "LIMON" written on their backs were checking in. You might think, "It’s just 30 meters away, how could you not find it?" but when you're in an unfamiliar place, it's hard to spot something even if you're close to the indicated location on the map. I might be being a bit unreasonable, but the tour schedule ended up being significantly delayed by over an hour, causing us to miss our dinner reservation, and we had to leave the tour during the last sightseeing stop in Arashiyama, unable to participate in the bus ride back to Kyoto Station.

I walked over a kilometer from JR Saga-Arashiyama back to JR Kyoto Station on my own. I even paid for train fare that wouldn’t have been necessary if I had returned with the tour. Other participants on different days have also commented that they wished they had been informed of the final disbanding time during the tour.

Above all, if you are conducting sightseeing tours every day, you should plan the sightseeing schedule with more flexibility! Since "Veltra" is used by many people around the world, I let my guard down and failed to manage the risk of lost time. Unfortunately, my initial impression of the tour's potential was confirmed by the error at the meeting point.

I don't think I will be able to participate again, but I hope our disappointment leads to improvements for future participants, allowing everyone to enjoy a better sightseeing experience in Kyoto!

今回は初めて京都観光をする妻と私は40年ぶりの京都1日バスツアーでした。
最初に集合場所に1時間前に到着しガイドの点呼を待っていました。15分前になっても誰も地図の集合場所（八条口バス乗降場）には来ませんでした。
あわてて緊急連絡に電話すると近くに黄色いハッピの者はいませんか？と言われて見渡すと約30ｍ離れたあたりに黄色のハッピの方が３名見えたので行って見ました。既に大勢の参加者が集まっていました。しかしそこには「ベルトラ」の表示はなく「ＬＩＭＯＮ」と黄色のハッピの背中に書かれたスタッフが点呼していました。結果で見ると「たかが30ｍぐらいの離れた場所ぐらいわかるだろう」とおっしゃるでしょうが、初めて訪れる土地で、自分は案内地図の示された場所にピンポイントにいれば少し離れてもなかなか見つけられないものです。甘えているかもしれませんがツアーのスケジュールも最終的には大幅に1時間以上遅れ夜の食事処の予約に間に合わなくなり最後の嵐山観光の途中でツアーを離れてツアーバスでの京都駅解散まで参加できませんでした。
1㎞以上歩いてＪＲ嵯峨嵐山からＪＲ京都駅に自分で戻りました。
ツアーで戻れば必要ない電車賃も払いました。
このツアーの別日の参加者の方もコメントされていましたが、ツアーの途中案内で最終解散時間を連絡してほしかったです。
なにより毎日観光ツアーしているのなら観光時間スケジュールをもっとゆとりをもって組むべきでしょう！
世界中のたくさんの方が利用しているＶＥＬＴＲＡ”なので、私もつい安心してロスタイムの危機管理ができていませんでした。
ツアーの始まり（集合場所）の誤差からツアーのポテンシャルが低そうな予感が当たってしまい残念でした。
この先、何度も参加はできないと思いますが「私共の残念」がこれからのツアー参加者様達に改善されて皆様がより良い京都観光ができますように！

The double-decker bus tour from Nagasaki to Osaka was fantastic. The announcer was a professional, right? Their voice was beautiful, definitely better than AI. There were many foreign visitors who were cheering as well. However, I got lost trying to find the meeting point, but someone from another company helped me and I made it in time. Next time, I’d like to join on a different route. The driver was also very skilled, so I felt safe taking photos.

It's a great tour that highlights the efforts of many different professions involved in flying airplanes, even though the focus is on pilots and cabin crew. I would recommend it for children and those about to enter the workforce.

However, I made a big mistake by arriving much earlier than the meeting time. You can't enter the building before the start time, and there are no benches to sit on. There are no shops or anything to pass the time in the surrounding area. I recommend adjusting your time around the nearest station. Even if you arrive right on time, there's plenty of time to spare before the tour starts. I hope this is especially helpful for those going with small children.

パイロットやCAさんに注目が集まる会社ですが、飛行機を飛ばすために沢山の職種の方が努力されている事が解るとても良いツアーですね。
子供さんや就職前の人にはおすすめ出来ます。
さて、私は集合時間よりかなり早く着いてしまったのですが、大失敗でした。
開始時刻前には建物内に入れませんし座るベンチ等も有りません。周辺にはお店等、時間を潰すものは何も有りません。最寄駅周辺で時間調整される事をオススメします。
集合時間ピッタリに入ってもツアー開始まで余すくらい時間の余裕があります。小さなお子さんと行かれる方には特に参考になれば幸いです。

I had previously visited a maintenance facility and thought this would be a similar tour, but it was completely different. It was a serious training facility where you could feel the effort put into flying safely. My son's dream of becoming a pilot has also grown even more. Thank you for this fulfilling opportunity that felt much longer than just 75 minutes.

以前整備工場の見学をしたことがあり、同じようなツアーだと思っていましたが、全く違いました。安全に飛ぶためにあらゆる努力をしているんだろうな、と感じられる本気のトレーニング施設でした。グラハンになりたい息子の夢もますます膨らみました。たった75分とは思えない充実した機会をありがとうございました。

We leisurely explored the village of Taketomi Island while listening to the guide's singing and shamisen. The explanations were interesting, and everyone who participated was smiling. It was a valuable experience as I had never seen a water buffalo up close before. I was truly happy to spend time surrounded by beautiful flowers, the unique architecture of the tropics, and shisa. I definitely want to visit Taketomi Island again to be rejuvenated.

ガイドさんの歌と三味線を聴きながら竹富島の集落をのんびり見学しました。説明は面白く、参加した皆さん笑顔でした。間近で水牛を見た事が無かったので貴重な体験でした。とてもきれいな花や、南国独特の家構え、シーサーなど見るもの全てに癒されて本当に幸せな時間を過ごすことができました。ぜひ、また竹富島に癒されに行きたいと思います。

We were blessed with good weather, and our guide was a veteran with a wonderful voice who shared many interesting stories, allowing us to have an efficient and fulfilling sightseeing experience. I unfortunately forgot their name, but I am truly grateful.

Among the many tours departing from Naha, it was great that there were several pickup locations. However, in the morning, I had to take a taxi from my accommodation to the nearest hotel for just under 3,000 yen, which was unfortunate. On the way back, thanks to the thoughtfulness of the guide and the driver, they asked for our accommodation and dropped us off nearby, which was a great help since I was traveling with my elderly mother.

I highly recommend this tour for those who do not have a rental car. Thank you very much.

お天気に恵まれ、ガイドさんもベテランで、よくとおるいいお声でいろいろと面白いお話をたくさんしてくださり、効率よく充実した観光をすることができて本当に良かったです。お名前をうっかり忘れてしまいましたが、本当に感謝しております。
那覇発着のツアーが多い中、ピックアップ場所がたくさんあったのもよかったです。（とはいえ、朝は宿泊先から３０００円弱かけて、最寄のホテルまでタクシーで行かねばならず、それはざんねんでしたが。。。）帰りは、ガイドさんとドライバーさんのお気遣いで、宿泊先をきいてくださり、その近くでおろしていただけ、高齢の母と参加していたため本当に助かりました。
レンタカーをしていないかたには、本当におすすめのツアーです。

Even though it was a short time from 10:30 to 16:00, the guide's explanations were thorough, and I could really feel the love for Shodoshima. I had such a fun time that I would want to move there if I were younger.

10時半から16時の短時間なのに、ガイドさんの説明が丁寧で小豆島愛をものすごく感じられ、若かったら移住したくなるくらい楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。

I was able to efficiently visit various tourist spots just by taking the bus. There were many international visitors, and I had a great time. The weather was also perfect, making it the best day. The guide's explanations were good as well.

バスに乗るだけで色々な観光地を効率よく行く事ができました。海外の方も多く、楽しめました。天気にも恵まれ、最高の1日でした。ガイドの方の説明も良かったです。

I was worried about the rain, but there was no rain and it was cloudy, so it might have been just right. It was my first experience with water buffalo, and their cries were cute.

I was guided to Okinawa World, the Peace Memorial Park, and the Himeyuri Monument by a chartered sightseeing taxi. I enjoyed Okinawa World so much that I had to change my plans for the rest of the day, but the driver was very accommodating and shared many interesting stories, making for a fulfilling day. Thank you very much. The next time I come to Okinawa, I would like to use your service again and visit the spots I couldn't go to this time.

貸切観光タクシーでおきなわワールド、平和祈念公園、ひめゆりの塔ほかを案内して貰いました。
おきなわワールドを堪能しすぎて、その後の予定を変更せざるを得なかったですが、運転手さんには臨機応変にご対応頂き、またとても興味深いお話しでとても充実した1日でした。ありがとうございました。次回沖縄に来る際には、また利用させて頂いて今回行けなかったスポットに連れて行って頂きたいです。

This was a recommended tour for my first trip to the Yaeyama Islands. I was glad to be able to visit three islands in one day.

The ferry to the remote islands is worth the extra 500 yen for the premium seat, and I highly recommend it.

I rented a bicycle on Taketomi Island, and that was a great choice as well.

初めての八重山諸島の旅にはおすすめなツアーでした。
一日で3島を巡る事ができてよかったです。

離島への船は、プレミアムシートをプラス500円払ってでも価値がありおすすめです。

竹富島ではレンタルサイクルをしましたが、それも正解でした。

Two-thirds of the participants were from overseas. Everyone gathered on time, and I felt they were participating in line with Japanese customs. It was great to visit popular spots like a school trip. I admired the tour guide's English skills. It was fun and also a good opportunity to study English!

3分の2が海外からの方でした。時間も守って集合して、日本事情に合わせて参加していると思いました。修学旅行のように人気スポットをまわれてよかったです。添乗員さんの英語力を尊敬しました。英語の勉強にもなって楽しかった！

The cherry blossoms were only partially in bloom, which was disappointing, but the weather was great with blue skies and warmth. Riding the double-decker bus for the first time with my three close friends was exciting! The guide's stories were educational and humorous, making it a fantastic experience. I've been to many famous cherry blossom spots before, but the view from the bus was refreshing. We all decided to go again next year! Thank you for a wonderful trip.

桜は１、2部咲きで期待外れでしたが、天候に恵まれ青空、暖かくて、初めての２階建バスは親友4人でワクワク❗️ガイドさんのお話は勉強になったり、ユーモアもあり楽しくて最高でした。行った事のある桜名所の数々ですが、バスからの眺めは新鮮でした。

The cherry blossoms were unexpectedly late, and even though it was a double-decker bus for the opening, I couldn't fully enjoy the experience! It was disappointing. There's nothing that could be done about that. Instead, the guide did their best to share stories with us. I felt that booking seasonal events can be quite tricky.

予想外に桜が遅れ、せっかくのオープン二階建てバスだったのに、醍醐味味わえず❗残念でした。こればかりは、どうしようもない事でした。代わりにとガイドさんが一生懸命話をして下さいましたが。

I participated in a group that included everyone from one year old to seniors, and everyone had a great time! For those who are unsure, you're missing out if you don't experience it!

I was worried about whether I could walk the distance since I usually don't exercise, but thanks to the experienced guide, I was able to reach Jomon Sugi safely. The emotion and sense of accomplishment I felt when looking up at Jomon Sugi was an incredible experience!

I lacked stamina and was hesitant to participate, but I'm really glad I did!

The day before, I went to Shiratani Unsuikyo without a guide, but even if I go again in a few years, I would definitely want to join a tour because having a guide made a significant difference.

With a guide, the pacing is different, making it less tiring, and they adjusted breaks based on the weather. I learned about the mysterious workings of the forest that I wouldn't have noticed on my own. Interacting with others was also a great memory.

Additionally, since I couldn't rent a car, the bus transportation and lunch arrangements were very much appreciated.

If I have friends aiming for Jomon Sugi, I would recommend the tour. (I'm not affiliated with them, just saying!)

フェリーが欠航になり、急遽1日変更して頂きました。ご対応頂きありがとうございました。

普段何も運動していない私は、歩ききれるのか心配していましたが、ベテランガイドさんのおかげで無事に縄文杉まで行くことができました。縄文杉を見上げた時の感動と達成感はとても素晴らしい経験です！

体力もなく、参加すら迷っていたのですが、本当に参加して良かったです！

前日にガイドさんなしで白谷雲水峡に行きましたが、また何年後かに行くとしてもやはりツアーで参加したいと思うほどガイドさんのあるなしは違いました。

ガイドさんがいらっしゃるとペース配分が違うので疲れにくいし、天気を見て休憩を早めたりしてくださったり、自分では気付けない森の神秘的な仕組みを知ることができました。
他の方との交流も良い思い出です。

また、レンタカーが借りられなかったので、バスでの送迎やお弁当の手配もとてもありがたかったです。

もし個人で縄文杉を目指す友達がいたら、私はツアーをオススメします。(回し者ではないです笑)

It was a windy day, but I was able to ride with the elderly sea grandfather. I also spent time with Ichiro and Rui. I felt that each of them had their own personality and acted differently. It was a very good experience.

風の強い日でしたが、お年寄りの海おじいさんに乗せてもらいました。その他に一郎君やルイ君など。それぞれに個性があり、行動も異なることを感じました。とても良い体験をしました。

The guide was doing their best, but the advertising content and pamphlet were unhelpful.

1️⃣ The ending time is incorrect. When I asked the operating company, Limone, they said the scheduled end time was 17:25. However, in the explanation from Veltra, it states 17:00. By the way, when I participated, we ended around 18:20. The day before, it was said to be 18:45. During busy periods, it seems that delays can be this significant. I wish this had been explained at the very beginning. The guide also did not mention this point.

2️⃣ Whether you include tickets for Kiyomizu Temple and Kinkaku-ji or not, there are inconveniences. If you do not choose the lunch option, you can only go buy tickets after seeing the lunch option participants seated at the restaurant.

Also, if you do not choose it, you cannot enter with the group, so during busy periods, it becomes quite difficult to buy tickets on your own.

3️⃣ It seemed like a tour aimed at foreigners, with English being the main language. This was not mentioned in the explanation.

ガイドさんは頑張っていらっしゃいましたが、
広告内容、パンフレットが不親切です。

1️⃣終了時間が間違ってます。
催行会社リモンさんに伺ったところ17:25終了予定とのことでした。ベルトラさんの説明には、17:00解散とあります。
ちなみに、わたしが参加した時は解散は18:20ごろでした。前日は、18:45だったそうです。混んでいる時期はこれくらい大幅に遅れるとのことでした。一番最初に説明して欲しかったです。この点はガイドさんも説明されてませんでした

2️⃣清水寺と金閣寺のチケットを込みにした場合もしなかった場合も不便が生じます。
ランチオプションをつけなかった場合は、ランチオプションの人がレストランに着席したのを見届けてからしか、チケットを買いに行けません。

また、つけなかった場合は、団体と一緒に入れないため、繁忙期には、自分でチケットを買いに行くのが大変になります。

3️⃣外国人向けツアーのようでほぼ英語がメインでした。そんなことは説明に書いてなかったです

1. There was no prior notice regarding the tour for foreigners!
2. The expected final arrival time of the tour was not aligned between Veltra and L LIMON.

①外国人向けツアーとの事前案内がなかった！
②ツアー最終到着予定時刻がveltra様とL LIMON様間で整合が取れていなかった。

I planned the trip with my grandchild in mind. Since it was just the two of us traveling, I wanted to avoid driving. I've used Beltora's tours several times, and there were no particular issues. The male guide was very clear in his explanations, and I was impressed by how hard he worked to manage the crowds at Churaumi. The helpful tips at each sightseeing spot were also appreciated. I would like to use Beltora (Jumbo Tours?) again when I visit Okinawa.

孫との旅行の為、子供中心に予定をたてました。
孫と2人での旅行だったので、車の運転は避けたかったです。ベルトラの、ツアーは、何回か利用してますが、
特に問題はなかったです。
カイドの男性の方も、わかりやすく、美ら海での混雑時の対応には、必死になって走ってくれてるのが感動敵的でした。各観光場所でのお得情報もありがたかったです。また、沖縄にいった際には、ベルトラ（ジャンボツアー？）利用したいです。

I participated with a female friend. Since it was just around the graduation travel season, the bus was full, and there were many university students. Because it was a bus tour, there were strict time limits, and we didn't have enough time at Pineapple Park, so we just passed by, and we could only visit the aquarium in the large seaside park. I wish we could have seen a bit more, so I think it would be good to research in advance what areas you want to visit. To maximize sightseeing time, I recommend having meals on the bus since eating and drinking are allowed.

Additionally, the bus guide provided explanations about Okinawa's history and the places we were going to visit during the long journey, which kept us entertained. It was also a nice point that the hotel we stayed at was one of the bus stops. Overall, it was a very enjoyable bus tour! The only disappointing part was that it rained, so I would like to participate again next time when the weather is clear!

女友達と2人で参加しました。
ちょうど卒業旅行シーズンだったこともあり、満席で大学生くらいの人が多かったです。
バスツアーなので時間の制限が厳しい面もあり、パイナップルパークでは時間が足りず、素通りしてしまったり広い海浜公園の中でも水族館しか行けなかったりともう少し見たかったな、というところもあったのでどの辺りをみたいか、事前にリサーチしておくといいと思います。最大限観光に時間を使うためにもバスの中で飲食可能なため、食事をバスの中で取ることをお勧めします。
また、長い道中もバスガイドさんが沖縄の歴史やこれから行く場所の説明もしてくださり、退屈することなく過ごすことができました。自分たちが泊まったホテルが停留所の一つだったことも嬉しいポイントでした。
全体的にとても楽しいバスツアーでした！雨だったことが唯一の残念なところだったので次は晴れている時にまた参加したいと思います！

I honestly didn't have high expectations for the one-hour city tour. I rode with my two younger sisters. The weather, which wasn't very promising, cleared up enough to see blue skies, and the temperature became warm enough that the open bus was quite comfortable. Above all, the guide's thorough explanations during the tour were excellent. Even though I thought it would be a short time, I learned about the history of Osaka, its origins, the medicine wholesale district, and place names related to sumo. If we had tried to navigate that course on our own, we would have definitely gotten lost. If I get the chance to go to Osaka again, I would love to ride this tour once more. This time, I'll bring a map! Thank you very much.

　1時間程度の市内観光なので、正直あまり期待していませんでした。妹二人と乗車しました。　　　　　あまり芳しくないお天気が青空見えるくらいになり、気温も暑いくらいになってオープンバスが快適さがグーでした。そして何よりもガイドさんの丁寧な観光案内が良かったです。短い時間と思っていたのに、大阪の街の成り立ちや言われや薬問屋街とか相撲と関わりのある地名などもわかりました。
あのコースを自分たちで回ろうものならもう、迷子もいいところです。もう一度大阪に行けたら、是非乗りたいです。今度は地図持参で！ありがとうございました。
