I participated with my daughter.
Most of the participants were from Taiwan or China, but the female guide was very kind and considerate. The bus driver was also a gentle person with a smile.
I believe we wouldn't have been able to do that much sightseeing on our own.
It was a lot of fun.
I would like to apply to Veltra for my next trip as well. Thank you very much.

殆どの方々が台湾や中国の方でしたが、女性ガイドさんがとても親切でたくさん配慮して頂きました。バス運転手さんも笑顔のある優しい方でした。
やはり自分達だけでは、あれだけの観光は出来てなかったと思います。
とても楽しかったです。
次回も旅行の時にはベルトラに申し込みたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

I was able to efficiently visit the sights during my morning tour of Ishigaki Island, and the guide's explanations were enjoyable, making for a great time. It was also nice to be able to make a stop at the airport along the way.

午前の石垣島観光で、効率よく名所を回ることができ、ガイドの解説も楽しく良い時間を過ごせました。また空港で途中下車できたのも良かったです。

It seemed impossible to use the open deck since it had been raining right up until the last moment, but once we got on, it was hardly raining at all. It would have been more enjoyable if we could have opened it up along the way; what a shame.

直前まで雨が降っていたので、オープンデッキ無理のようでしたが、乗ったらほとんど雨降ってなかったので、途中でオープンに出来たらもっと楽しめたのに、残念です。

I felt the spirit of Okinawa that connects to the present, knowing that the crossing by water buffalo cart began with a man who defied the administration.

水牛車での渡りが、行政に刃向かった一人の爺さんから始まったことを知って、今に通じる沖縄の魂を感じた。

I was scared to drive on the snowy roads in Hokkaido during winter, so I signed up for a tour. It was great not having to drive, and I could enjoy some drinks during breaks! The guide was from China and mentioned that he would mainly speak Chinese when excited, but he could also speak Japanese and English, so I learned a lot and had a fun trip. On the day I went, about half of the participants were Japanese, and the rest were from China and the Philippines. The weather was nice, and the scenery was beautiful, making it a wonderful memory.

冬の北海道で雪道の運転が怖かったので、ツアーを申し込みました。
運転しなくていいので、休憩でお酒も飲めるし最高でした！
ガイドさんは中国の方で興奮すると中国語がメインになるとおっしゃってましたが、日本語も英語も話せるのでいろいろ教えてもらえて楽しい旅でした。
行った日は日本人が半分ほどで、あとは中国とフィリピンの方という感じでした。
天気も良く景色もいいので最高の思い出になりました。

I had a great time chatting with the guide and observing various creatures. I was surprised to suddenly encounter a habu snake. It was an enriching tour with explanations that were easy for children to understand and full of humor.

ガイドさんとの会話も楽しく、いろいろな生き物を観察できてとても楽しかったです。いきなりハブに遭遇したのには驚きました。こどもにもわかりやすく、ユーモアあふれる解説で充実したツアーでした。

I was able to efficiently explore the islands on my first trip to Ishigaki Island. It was great to stop at Taketomi Island and travel the way we wanted.

初めての石垣島旅行で離島巡りを効率的にできました。竹富島で途中下船して自分たちのやりたい様に旅ができて良かったです。

I participated with my daughter and two adults. We were blessed with good weather and thoroughly enjoyed Asahiyama Zoo. It had been a while since I took a sightseeing bus, but the bus guide had a calm speaking tone, making the journey comfortable. We also had plenty of time at Asahiyama Zoo, so it was great to enjoy it to the fullest. It was a pity that the penguin march had already ended.

娘と大人２人で参加。天気に恵まれて旭山動物園を堪能しました。観光バスは久しぶりだったのですかバスガイドさんも穏やかな話口調で移動中快適に過ごせました。旭山動物園でもゆったり時間取れたのでめいっぱい楽しめて良かったです。ペンギンの行進は終っていたのは残念でした。

I didn't know anything about Ishigaki, but the person was very kind and taught me a lot. They were also an excellent driver, and I had a lot of fun. I wondered if it was tough for them to drive for such a long time, but they patiently accompanied me, and I truly felt that coming to Ishigaki was a great decision.

Before my son started his job, we had some free time in our schedule, so we took our first and possibly last trip together as just the two of us. Both the guide and the driver were polite and kind, making our visit to Asahiyama Zoo enjoyable. Since it was just the two adults, we even had some extra time. I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

息子が就職前に、スケジュールが空いたのでなんと始めてで、最後？であろう母子2人旅に利用しました。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも丁寧で、親切な対応で楽しく旭山動物園を堪能できました。
大人2人連れだったせいか、時間が余ったくらいでした。
また機会があれば利用したいです。

I participated with my daughter, who graduated from elementary school this year, and her friend's family. The kids had visited the same place a few months ago for a school trip, but due to bad weather, they couldn't enjoy sightseeing, so we decided to revisit. Spring in Kyoto is crowded, and we were delayed in arriving compared to our planned time, but it was definitely easier than searching for parking while traveling in our private car. Above all, our tour guide, Hama-san, was always smiling and very kind. The guidance was easy to understand and it was excellent! Rather than wanting to join LIMON again, I want to ride on Hama-san's bus! We had a great trip. Thank you.

今年小学校を卒業した娘と、その友達親子で参加しました。
子供達は数ヶ月前に同じ場所へ修学旅行で来ていますが、その時は悪天候でゆっくり観光できず、ずっと悔んでいたので再訪しました。
春の京都は混雑しており、予定時間より到着が遅れたりはありましたが、自家用車で駐車場を探しながらの旅よりも断然楽でした。なによりも、添乗員のハマさんが常に笑顔でとても親切でした。案内も分かりやすく、最高でした！またLIMONに参加したいというよりは、ハマさんのバスに乗りたいです！
良い旅ができました。ありがとうございます。

Since there were only one-third as many Japanese tourists, the guide provided information in three languages (Japanese, Chinese, and English), which was impressive. I'm glad I could visit various places. It felt more like quickly going to different spots rather than leisurely sightseeing. I went in late March, so it was particularly cold around the lake. I think it's best to be well-prepared for the cold.

日本人観光客が1/3しかいなかったため、ガイドさんが3か国語(日本語、中国語、英語)で案内されてて凄かったです。
色んなところを観光できてよかったです。
ゆっくり観光というよりは、さくさく色んなところに行くという感じです。
3月下旬に行ったので、湖周辺は特に寒かったです。
防寒対策はしっかりされた方がいいと思います。

We had a lot of fun with the mangrove boat, glass-bottom boat, and water buffalo cart.

We used this service for a family trip. Initially, we were considering a bus tour, but since we had a large group, we consulted with the consultant and decided to use two taxis.

It may seem expensive, but when calculated per person, I think it's about the same price as or even cheaper than a bus tour. However, if you use a paid parking lot, there will be additional charges.

Unlike a group bus tour, we could decide the locations and times ourselves, and it was possible to change destinations while on the go, so I highly recommend it.

The driver provided us with information about tourist spots and souvenirs, and they were very kind and attentive until the very end. I am grateful for that.

家族旅行で利用させてもらいました。
当初、バスツアーを検討していましたが、人数が多かったため、コンサルタントさんへ相談してタクシー2台を利用する事にしました。

高そうに感じますが、1人あたりに計算すると、バスツアーと同額または安いくらいだと思います。ただし、有料駐車場を利用する場合は追加になります。

団体でのバスツアーとは違い、場所も時間も自分たちで決める事ができ、周りながら行先変更なども可能なので、とてもオススメです。

運転手さんが、観光地やお土産の情報も教えて下さり、時間いっぱいまで、親切かつ丁寧に寄り添って頂き、感謝しております。

とても楽しく、有意義な時間になりました。

I used this service on the day I left Okinawa after my business trip to Naha. The guide's explanations were wonderful, and I felt my heart cleansed by Okinawa's mysterious and beautiful nature. I had never traveled alone before, so I was anxious, but I’m glad I participated in this tour. Thank you!

那覇出張後、沖縄を発つ日に利用しました。ガイドさんの説明が素晴らしく、沖縄の神秘的かつ美しい自然に心が洗われました。一人旅はしたことがなかったので不安だったのですが、このツアーに参加して良かったです。ありがとうございました！

Although we couldn't take our time because we were moving quickly to see many places in a short time, I really enjoyed it since I wanted to explore various spots efficiently. Compared to transferring buses, we were able to move around without wasting time. Since each stop is brief, I think it would be more enjoyable if you do some research in advance and plan your pacing!

It was great that we could eat and drink on the bus, allowing us to use travel time for meals. At Manzamo, after taking a quick round, you have some extra time, so I recommend buying a fruit-filled smoothie bowl from the second floor of the building and enjoying it as breakfast on the bus!

On the way back, we got off at Hilton, and we were able to catch the sunset at American Village, which was perfectly timed! I had a very fulfilling day. Thank you very much.

One disappointing thing was that the person in front of me reclined their seat quite deeply without asking, which made it uncomfortable. It might have just been an isolated incident, but it would have been nice if the bus guide or the tour instructions had mentioned something about reclining seats to avoid awkwardness. The bus isn't very spacious, so it felt quite cramped when the seat was fully reclined. I hope no one else has to experience the same discomfort in the future.

短時間にたくさん回ってくださるためあまりゆっくりはできませんが、サクサク色んなところを周りたかった自分はとても楽しめました。
バスを乗り継いだりするのと比べ、無駄な時間がなく効率よく回ることができました。
一つ一つが短時間なためあらかじめ下調べをしたり、回るペース配分など決めておくとより楽しめると思います！

バスの中で飲食が可能なため、移動時間を食事にあてられるのもとてもよかったです。
万座毛はくるっと一周したら時間が余るので建物2階にあるフルーツたっぷりのミキボウルを買って朝食としてバスの中で食べるのがおすすめです！

帰りはヒルトンで下車し、タイミング的にアメリカンヴィレッジでサンセットを見ることもできました！
とても充実した１日を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

一つ残念だったのは、バスの車内で前の座席人に声かけもされず勝手にリクライニングをかなり深くまで倒されたことです。
今回たまたまそういった方がいただけかもしれませんが、こちらから直接戻してほしいと声をかけるのはお互い気まずく気を使うため、バスガイドさんからやツアーの注意事項などで、リクライニングに関して全体に一言あればよかったと思います。
決して広いバスではないため思い切り倒されてかなり圧迫感がありしんどかったです。
今後同じ思いをする方がいないことを祈ります。

The day before, my daughter wasn't feeling well, so I was worried, but once we were in that situation, all concerns about her health disappeared.
Her first snorkeling experience was more amazing than I had expected. I never imagined there would be such wonders in the underwater world!

It was drizzling, and there was a roof. Since it was just a little rain, I wanted to ride the open bus with a raincoat. The bus guide's commentary was good.

小雨で、屋根がついていました。
少しの雨だったので、カッパで、オープンバス乗りたかったです。
バスガイドさんの案内はよかったです。

The Gunkanjima Museum is very impressive, and especially the "Gunkanjima VR" feels like an attraction, allowing you to see views that are hard to access in reality, which was amazing. For those with a fear of heights, it might be a bit scary. However, since you can adjust where you want to look, I think it's fine as long as you don't go too high if you're afraid.

On the boat heading to Gunkanjima, we heard detailed stories, which were very interesting. I heard that there are days when you can't land due to waves and wind, but I was really glad that we were able to land safely on our first tour! I'm satisfied! Since the buildings seem to be gradually deteriorating, I think those who want to see them should join a tour sooner rather than later.

軍艦島ミュージアムはとても見応えがあり、特に「軍艦島VR」はアトラクションのようで、なかなか実際には入れず見られない景色が見られて凄かった。高所恐怖症の人はちょっと怖いかも。でも自分で見たい所を調節できるので、恐ければ上の方に行かなければ大丈夫だと思う。
軍艦島に向かう船の中では、詳しいお話が聞けて、とても興味深かった。
波や風で上陸できない日もあるらしいが、初めてのツアーで無事上陸でき、本当に良かった！満足！だんだん建物も壊れていくようなので、見たいと思っている人は早めにツアーに参加した方がいいと思う。

It's a trip where you can experience traditional Japanese culture. Kumamoto Castle, Aso, and Kurokawa Onsen are all wonderful! However, it was a bit disappointing that there were mostly Chinese tourists, and it was somewhat noisy.

日本の伝統的文化に触れられる旅です。
熊本城、阿蘇、黒川温泉はどれも素晴らしい❗
ただ、中国人の人達がほとんどで、若干騒がしかったのが残念でした。

It was a wonderful day visiting the historic temples of Nara, such as Hōryū-ji, Chūgū-ji, Jikō-in, Yakushi-ji, and Tōshōdai-ji, at a leisurely pace. The bus guide and driver were both experienced and provided attentive service, for which I am grateful. Although I usually lack exercise, I walked over 15,000 steps for the first time in a while and was satisfied with the pleasant weather. Compared to Kyoto, there were fewer tourists, allowing for a more tranquil experience in this ancient capital.

法隆寺、中宮寺、慈光院、薬師寺、唐招提寺等の、歴史のある奈良の寺を、ゆったりと観光訪問でき、よい一日でした。バスガイドさん、運転手さんも、ベテランで、丁寧に接遇よく対応していただき、感謝しています。日頃は運動不足気味ですが、久々に１５０００歩以上を歩き、天候にも恵まれ満足しています。京都に比べ、観光客も少なく、落ち着いた古都の観光ができました。

It was a hectic 2-night, 3-day trip to Otaru and Sapporo, so I was looking for a simple tour that would allow us to get around efficiently. Unfortunately, on the 27th, there was terrible wind at Haneda, and one runway was unusable, causing our arrival in Sapporo to be delayed by about an hour and a half. We rushed in without even having lunch, keeping in touch by phone along the way. Given the rough start, I wasn't feeling very enthusiastic, but I was overwhelmed by the power of the Okurayama Jump Stadium. My perspective on ski jumping competitions on TV will definitely change from now on.

There was still snow, and since the dinner restaurant was far, I thought about skipping Mt. Moiwa, but I was captivated by the wonderful view from Sapporo Dome, which offers a panoramic view of the city. In just a short time, I was able to see an impressive view that I couldn't have accessed alone, and I was very satisfied.

On the way back, I was dropped off near the dinner location, for which I was grateful.

2泊3日の小樽、札幌あわただしい旅行でしたので、効率よく回れる簡単なツアーを探しておりました。あいにく２７日は羽田のものすごい風で滑走路が１本使えず、札幌到着が１時間半ほど遅れてしまいました。途中から電話で連絡を取りながら、昼も取らずに駆け込みました。出足からこんな具合でしたので、あまり気が乗りませんでしたが、大倉山ジャンプ場についてその迫力に圧倒されました。今後TVのジャンプ競技を見る目が違います。
雪も残っており、ディナーのお店が遠いので、羊山はいいかなと思っておりましたら、札幌ドーム、市内一望の素晴らしい景色に見とれました。わずかの時間でひとりでは行けない圧巻の景色を見ることができ、大満足でした。
帰りはディナーに近い場所に降ろしていただき、感謝でした。

We participated as a couple in our fifties along with our middle school son. Thank you to the microbus driver who picked us up in front of our accommodation at 4:30 AM and safely drove us to the trailhead, and then back to the accommodation.

During the tour, our guide, Mr. Mitsuhashi, provided detailed information about walking speed, the order of walking, scenic points, the abundant plants around us, and the formation of Yakushima. At the photo points, he took many wonderful pictures, allowing us to create lasting memories and beautiful photos from our Jomon Sugi hike.

I was glad to have a brief conversation with the two men in our group who walked with us.

Thanks to this experience, we received a lot of energy from Yakushima's great nature and the encounters during the tour, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Yakushima.

Once again, I sincerely thank everyone who helped make our wonderful Yakushima trip possible. Thank you very much.

P.S. I requested a rental for hiking shoes at the last minute during the confirmation the day before the tour (I had my own hiking shoes but had become careless, and since I hadn't worn them in a while, the soles had worn out). Despite the last-minute request, the person who arranged it helped us successfully complete the Jomon Sugi hike. Thank you very much.

アラフィフの夫婦、中学生の息子と3人で参加しました。早朝4時30分に宿の前まで迎えに来てくださり安全運転で登山道入口まで、帰りも宿まで送り届けてくださったマイクロバスの運転手さん、ありがとうございました

ツアー中は、担当してくださったガイドの三橋さんが歩行速度、歩く順番、景色のポイント、周りにあふれている植物について、屋久島の成り立ち等を細かく教えてくださって、写真ポイントでは、たくさんのステキな写真を撮ってくださって、記憶にも、心にも、ステキな写真も残せた縄文杉登山になりました。

一緒のグループで一緒に歩いてくださった男性お二人とも、少しでしたがお話し出来て、よかったです。

お陰さまで、屋久島の大自然や、ツアーでの出会いでたくさんのエネルギーをいただき、屋久島を大満喫できました。

追伸　　ツアー前日の確認の際に、急遽登山靴のレンタルをお願いした(自分の登山靴を持っていたので、油断していたのですが、久しぶりに履いたので靴底が剥げてしまった為)のですが、急遽だったのにも関わらず手配くださった方、お陰さまで無事に縄文杉登山ができました。ありがとうございました

It was my first trip to Shiretoko, so I couldn't miss the ice floe walk. I had heard that the main season had passed, but I decided to go for it and signed up!

When I participated in the ice floe walk with Picchio, miraculously, the ice floes had returned, and I was able to enjoy it! Picchio was very thorough in not only guiding us through the activity but also teaching us about the nature of Shiretoko, which made for great memories!

初の知床旅行でしたので、流氷ウォークは外せませんでした。メインシーズンが過ぎていると聞いてましたが、思い切って申し込みました！

ピッキオさんの流氷ウォークに参加してみると、奇跡的に流氷が戻ってきており、楽しむことができました！
ピッキオさんは、とても丁寧にアクティビティーだけでなく、知床の自然についても教えてくださり、良い思い出になりました！

I expected that the guide would cater to both foreigners and Japanese people based on everyone's experiences, but most of the guidance was in English. They do provide the necessary parts in Japanese, but since it was my first time in Kyoto, I was disappointed that I expected more guidance in Japanese. The guide seemed concerned, asking if it was okay since it was a tour for foreigners. I got the impression that the guide was making an effort to provide explanations in Japanese as well. It was good that we were able to visit various popular spots, as we wouldn't have been able to do so efficiently on our own.

皆さんの体験談から、外国の方と日本人の両方向けにガイドしてくれると思っていましたが、英語での案内が大部分を占めていました。最低限の必要な部分は日本語でも案内してくれます。
初めての京都でしたので、もっと日本語でも案内してくれるものだと期待していたので残念でした。
ガイドの方にも外国人向けのツアーですが、大丈夫ですか？といった感じで心配されました。
ガイドさんも気を遣って、頑張って日本語の案内もしてくださっていた印象です。
自分たちだけでは人気スポットを効率よく観光する事はできなかったので、色々回れたことは良かったです。

I knew from the beginning that the guidance would be in Chinese, so I brought a translation app, but the guide spoke Japanese as well, so I hardly used it. Since they are from China, they can't speak Japanese fluently, but they clearly communicated the meeting time and were cheerful, so there were no issues. The driver was friendly, and the participants were punctual, so there were no delays, making it an enjoyable trip.

中国語での案内だと初めから知っていたので、翻訳アプリを入れて行きましたが、案内の方が日本語も話されるので、ほぼ使いませんでした。
中国の方なので、日本語がペラペラというわけにはいきませんが、集合時間をしっかり教えてくださるし明るい方で問題なしでした。また、運転手の方も気さくで、参加された方も、時間をしっかり守られて遅れる事もありませんでしたし、楽しい旅になりました。

I was looking forward to the Lake Toya bus tour, and the guide was a Chinese person who spoke fluent Japanese. The explanations in Japanese were easy to understand, and the guidance was perfect. The ability to switch between Japanese, Chinese, and English was quite impressive. It was a lot of fun since it was all new places for me.

I had a full day of enjoyment. Thank you very much.

楽しみにしていました、洞爺湖バスツアー、ガイドさんは流暢な日本語を話す中国の方でした。日本語の説明もわかりやしく、案内も完璧でした。日本語、中国語、英語と使い分けは中々良かったです。初めての場所ばかりで大変楽しかったです。
