I honestly didn't have high expectations for the one-hour city tour. I rode with my two younger sisters. The weather, which wasn't very promising, cleared up enough to see blue skies, and the temperature became warm enough that the open bus was quite comfortable. Above all, the guide's thorough explanations during the tour were excellent. Even though I thought it would be a short time, I learned about the history of Osaka, its origins, the medicine wholesale district, and place names related to sumo. If we had tried to navigate that course on our own, we would have definitely gotten lost. If I get the chance to go to Osaka again, I would love to ride this tour once more. This time, I'll bring a map! Thank you very much.

　1時間程度の市内観光なので、正直あまり期待していませんでした。妹二人と乗車しました。　　　　　あまり芳しくないお天気が青空見えるくらいになり、気温も暑いくらいになってオープンバスが快適さがグーでした。そして何よりもガイドさんの丁寧な観光案内が良かったです。短い時間と思っていたのに、大阪の街の成り立ちや言われや薬問屋街とか相撲と関わりのある地名などもわかりました。
あのコースを自分たちで回ろうものならもう、迷子もいいところです。もう一度大阪に行けたら、是非乗りたいです。今度は地図持参で！ありがとうございました。

非常に価値のあるツアーで、日本のすべてのゲストにお勧めします。ガイドの名前はトシだったと思いますが、彼は知識が豊富で、ユーモアがあり、英語も上手でした。たくさんのことを学び、将来またこの体験を繰り返したいと思います。

It was a very valuable tour and I would recommend it to all guests of Japan. Toshi (I believe that was the name of the guide) was knowledgeable, humorous, and spoke English well. I learned a lot and would like to repeat the experience someday in the future.

The cherry blossoms are almost not blooming. Even on the trees that are blooming, there are only a few flowers. However, just feeling the pleasant breeze and listening to the guide's stories made for a very enjoyable cruise.

桜はほぼ咲いていません。咲いている木でも数輪程度がほとんど。
でも気持ちいい風を感じながら、ガイドさんの話を聞いてるだけで、十分楽しめたクルーズでした。

At the end of March, I took a one-day bus tour. Fushimi Inari Shrine was crowded, but I was able to visit. However, the next stop, Kiyomizu-dera, was delayed by an hour due to bus congestion, and we arrived in Arashiyama at 5 PM. I only saw the bamboo grove, which was really disappointing. If congestion was expected, I wish they had considered skipping one sightseeing spot. The tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable, which was the only satisfying part. Also, lunch was all pre-prepared, and there wasn't much time, so I couldn't even have a beer. I think I won't book a bus in Kyoto again.

3月末に1日バスバイクをしました。伏見稲荷神社は人が多かったですが見学できました。しかし次の清水寺はバスが混雑で動かす予定より1時間遅れそして嵐山に着いたのは5時　　見たのは竹林だけ　　すごく残念で仕方ない混雑が予定されているなら見学地を一つ削るとか工夫が欲しかったです。添乗員さんはすごく優しく詳しかった。そこだけは満足あと昼食はすべて作り置きで時間も少なくビールも飲めなかった。京都のバスはまあ予約しないと思う。

I was surprised by the number of foreign travelers participating, which was more than I expected. Since the guide's language was primarily English, it was a very good experience, especially for children (elementary school students). I felt like I was traveling abroad while being in Kyoto, which was a great bonus!!

想像以上に外国人旅行者の参加が多く驚きました。ガイド言語も基本的には英語だったので、特に子供（小学生）にとって非常に良い経験となりました。京都にいながら海外旅行をしている気分を味わえて得した気分です!!

Renting a car to tour Okinawa alone can be challenging, so it was efficient and enjoyable to use the bus for sightseeing. I appreciated that tickets for the tourist spots were arranged in advance, allowing for a smooth experience. There were places I wouldn't have chosen to visit on my own, but I ended up enjoying them, and having them as part of a package added to the fun.

一人で沖縄を観光するのにレンタカーで回るのは大変なので、バスで効率的に観光できて楽でした。
観光スポットのチケットも手配してあって、まとめて回れて良かったです。
自分では行くと選ばないスポットも、行ってみると楽しめて、セットになっているとそういう楽しみもありました。

I drove with my 8-year-old daughter, who had not been feeling well since the day before our reservation. As expected, she got car sick. Although we couldn't make it on time due to breaks, once we arrived, the staff kindly accommodated us and allowed her to join after she felt better. I was also comforted by the gentle and warm responses from the staff, and we were able to have a wonderful time.♡

予約の前日から体調のすぐれない8歳の娘を連れて車で向かいました。
案の定、車酔いでダウン。休憩しながらなので時間に間に合わなくなりましたが、到着後、臨機応変に対応してくださり、体調の回復を待って参加させてくださいました。

Finally visiting Yakushima, and the weather was perfect!
The mountain ridges were beautifully visible along the path to Jomon Sugi, and the view from Taiko Rock was amazing.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful aspects of Yakushima's forests.
The guide was a very experienced and great person both days, making the long journey enjoyable.

念願の屋久島、天気も最高！
縄文杉の道中に山の稜線も綺麗に見えて、太鼓岩からの景色も素晴らしかったです。
妻と二人で屋久島の森の良いところを満喫させてもらいました。
ガイドさんも2日ともベテランのとても良い方で、長い道程も楽しく踏破する事が出来ました。

It was really great. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and it rained while we were moving, but it would have been perfect if the weather had been nice. I wanted to see the scenery in the sunshine. I wished I had one more hour at Daishi Forest Mountain. The tour was the most healing experience. I'm glad I went.

The tour was well-organized and very enjoyable. I had some concerns about participating in the tour as a pregnant woman in her stable period, but I was able to relax and fully enjoy it. The highlight for me was riding the water buffalo cart, which I had always dreamed of doing.

I joined this tour because I wanted to ride a water buffalo cart. It's efficient since you can visit three islands in one day. There was enough time on Iriomote Island and Yufu Island, but I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't much time on Taketomi Island. The water buffalo cart ride I was looking forward to was very pleasant.

水牛車に乗りたくて参加しました。
1日で3島まわれるので効率が良いです。
西表島と由布島には時間的ゆとりがありましたが、竹富島はあまり余裕がなかったのだけが残念です。
楽しみにしていた水牛車はとても気持ちが良かったです。

I arrived just in time for departure and was a bit anxious, but thanks to our guide who was fluent in Japanese, there were no troubles and I had a great time. The group was mostly Chinese, about 80% with young couples and families at the center. The weather was nice, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it!

We were blessed with beautiful weather, and it was a fun day enjoying the scenic views at Jigokudani, Lake Toya, and Lake Shikotsu. I think it was also thanks to our cheerful and very articulate guide. I hope that when I visit again, I can have that guide show me around Hokkaido!

良いお天気にも恵まれ、地獄谷、洞爺湖と支笏湖を訪れて、風光明媚な景色を堪能した楽しい１日でした。にこやかでとてもお話の上手なガイドさんも、おかげもあると思います。また、訪れた時はあのガイドさんに北海道を案内してもらえたらいいな〜と思います。

Since it was a group, our plans were not set, but they kindly accommodated us, which gave us a great sense of relief. ✨ I felt that the price, including highway tolls and gas, was a good deal.

I was hesitant to participate because of the rain forecast, but I decided to go for it after reading reviews that said you could encounter many creatures in the rain. Although we couldn't see the stars, the deep jungle provided enough cover from the rain, and once we reached the beach, we were able to search for creatures in a nearby cave, so it was fine.

Thanks to the staff and a knowledgeable child who was also participating, we encountered even more creatures. We saw three coconut crabs, as well as other crabs, a scorpion fish, a sea snake, an eel, frogs, and many other unique creatures of Ishigaki Island, making for a very enjoyable time. My daughter and I both love various creatures, so it became a great memory.

For those hesitant about the rain forecast, I recommend participating without hesitation.

雨予報だったので参加を迷ったのですが、口コミに雨だと生き物に多く出会えるなどかかれていたので思い切って参加しました。星空は見られませんでしたが、深いジャングルの中は木に遮られてさほど雨はかかりませんでしたし、浜に出てからも近くの洞窟で生き物探しをしたので大丈夫でした。
スタッフの方はもちろん、参加されていた生き物に詳しいお子様のお陰でより多くの生き物に出会えました。ヤシガニ3匹、その他にもカニやサソリもどき、ウミヘビ、ウツボ、カエルなどなど、石垣島ならではの生き物を身近にみられとても楽しい時間でした。娘も私も色々な生き物が好きなので、良い思い出になりました。
雨予報で迷っている方は迷わず参加する事をおススメします。

The canoeing on the Miyara River honestly had a bit of a smell that initially put me off, but as I continued paddling, I was able to forget about it and enjoy myself.

There was a little over two hours between the morning canoeing and the afternoon snorkeling, so I thought I should have planned to return to the hotel for a bit. Those not on the hotel shuttle had to wait on Ishigaki Island. Two hours can't be filled just with lunch, so I ended up going back to the hotel to take a shower, wash my swimsuit, and change before heading back to the port.

The blue cave for snorkeling was not at all like the Blue Grotto in Naples, which I had imagined, so I was a bit disappointed. The snorkeling itself lasted about 30 minutes, but I was able to enjoy the beautiful sea. Overall, the staff were kind and it was a good experience.

カヌーをした宮良川は正直臭いがあって最初はひいてしまいましたが、カヌーで進んでいくうちに忘れて楽しむことができました。
午前のカヌーと午後のシュノーケリングの間が2時間強開いたのでホテルに一旦戻る予定にしておけばよかったと思いました。ホテル送迎じゃない組は石垣島で待機になります。2時間はランチじゃ潰せないので、結局ホテルに一度戻ってシャワーを浴びて、水着も洗濯して着替えて再度港へ向かいました。
シュノーケリングの青の洞窟は全然青の洞窟じゃないです。ナポリの青の洞窟を連想してたので、拍子抜けでした。シュノーケリング自体は30分程でしたがきれいな海の中を堪能できました。
総じてスタッフさんも親切でよかったです。

We used the service for two consecutive days on a family trip. (It may depend on the timing, but) the same tour guide accompanied us! It was a long journey, but they were with us at every location, providing explanations about history and guiding us to dining places. Everything was flexible and smooth, truly perfect. During the tourist season, places can get crowded, and I was worried about how my elderly family members would manage sightseeing and moving around on their own, but I was impressed that we could leave everything to them, avoiding the hassle of constantly checking our phones for directions!

The day before our meeting, we received a confirmation call, which was reassuring. They also responded quickly to sudden changes in the meeting location, and I felt a strong sense of "customer focus" in everything they did. It was our first family trip, and thanks to everyone at Koshin Taxi, it became a lifelong memory! Thank you very much. I would like to use your service again when I visit Kyoto!

The last time I visited, I went river rafting on a leisure boat, so this time I wanted to do something with more activities, which is why I chose this tour.

There was a discrepancy between the meeting time listed on the voucher at the time of booking and the time I was told over the phone the day before. This required me to cancel and rebook the boat I had reserved the night before, which was a frustrating start. I was told that the schedule was based on the boats from Yaeyama Tourism, but that information wasn’t written anywhere, and I had no idea.

As for the activities, we did canoeing on both Ishigaki Island and Iriomote Island, and the water clarity was definitely better on Iriomote Island. Despite it being a bit hot, I enjoyed it comfortably.

The snorkeling at Barasu Island was canceled due to rough seas, and in the afternoon, we were switched to a tour of Yubu Island. Since Yubu Island has such beautiful nature, I wish they would minimize the number of signs and plates to show the scenery as it is.

I exchanged LINE information with the tour staff because they said they would send photos, but in the end, I never received any photos. I wonder what that was all about. I would like to visit Iriomote Island again if I have the chance, but the tour left me feeling a bit unsettled.

以前訪れた際はレジャーボートで川下りをしたので、今回はもっとアクティビティ度が高いことがしたく、このツアーを選びました。
予約時のバウチャーに載っていた集合時間と前日電話で言われた時間が異なっていて、事前に予約していた船を前日夜にキャンセルと再予約が必要になり、いきなり出鼻を挫かれるスタートでした。八重山観光の船を基準にスケジュール組んでるからと言われましたが、そんなことどこにも書いてないし知らんし。。

肝心のアクティビティは、今回石垣島と西表島の両方でカヌーをしましたが、水のキレイ度が断然西表島の方が良く、少し暑いくらいのなか、気持ちよく楽しめました。

バラス島のシュノーケリングは海が荒れているため中止と前日に連絡があり、午後からは由布島観光に振替えました。由布島はせっかくの自然なのだから、案内のプレートや看板は極力減らしてそのままの景色を見せて欲しいなと思ってしまいました。

ツアーのスタッフの方が写真を送るからとLINE交換したのですが、結局写真は届くことはなく、あれはなんだったんだ。。
西表島は機会があれはまた行きたいですが、ツアーはちょいちょいもやもやする内容でした。

I haven't obtained my driver's license yet, so I chose this bus tour that includes admission tickets. As expected, bus tours don't allow for detours and have limited time, so it felt more like moving with a constant awareness of the time rather than leisurely sightseeing. However, considering that you can visit multiple tourist spots in one day without a car, and that admission tickets are included for places like Pineapple Park and Churaumi Aquarium, I think it's quite a good deal overall. There were many families with children, and since the travel time was quite long, there were kids crying for nearly an hour, which might be stressful for some. But I also realized that being in a large group has its benefits, like making friends with those sitting next to you. It was a bus tour that made me feel that way! If I have the opportunity, I would love to participate in a different bus tour as well!

免許をまだ取得しておらず、レンタカーを借りることができなかったので今回入場券等が付いているこのバスツアーを選択しました。
やはりバスツアーは寄り道ができなかったり、時間も限られているのでゆっくり観光というよりは常に時間を気にして動くという感じでした。
ですが、一日の中で車がなくとも何箇所も観光地を巡れる点や、パイナップルパークや美ら海水族館に関しては入場券が付いているのでトータルで考えるととてもお得だと思います。
子供連れのお客さんも多く、移動時間がとても長いので1時間近く泣き叫んでる子もいてストレスになる人は少なからずいるのかなとも思いました。
でもお隣さんと仲良くなれたりと、大勢で動くからこそ良いこともあるんだなと実感したバスツアーでした！また機会があったら違うバスツアーにも参加させていただきたいです！

I participated alone, but I had a great time even as a solo traveler! It was really enjoyable not having to deal with the hassle of arranging trains and buses; I could just ride the bus and visit various places. There were many inbound customers, and indeed, there were few Japanese participants, but they provided guidance in Japanese, so I didn't encounter any issues, and I'm glad I signed up. If I have the opportunity, I would like to join another plan next time.

1人での参加でしたがぼっちでも楽しめました！
自分で電車やバスの段取りする煩わしさがなくバスに乗ってるだけであちこち回れたのが本当に楽でした。
インバウンドのお客様が多くて日本人の参加は確かに少ないですが、ちゃんと日本語でもガイドしてくれるので何も困った事はありませんでしたし申込んで良かったです。
また機会があれば次は他のプランで参加したいと思います。

I participated with my high school child who is interested in the aviation industry. It was impressive to see the mock-ups in action during the training. I was a bit disappointed that training for roles other than pilots wasn't conducted, but the video introductions and the guidance and stories from the cabin crew made the aviation industry feel more accessible. I realized just how many dedicated people are behind the scenes, ensuring safety in the airplanes we only ride during our travels. Adults can enjoy it as well, but it's also a great experience for children, and I highly recommend it.

航空業界に興味のある高校生の子どもと参加しました。実際に訓練されているモックアップが動いている様子も迫力がありました。
パイロット以外の訓練は実施されてはいなかったのが少し残念でしたが、映像による紹介やCAさんの案内やお話で航空業界で働くことをより身近に感じられたようです。
旅行で乗るだけだった飛行機の裏側にはこんなにたくさんの働く人たちの安全への思いが込められているんだなあと実感しました。大人も十分楽しめますが、子どもたちにもとても良い経験になり、おすすめです。

There was constant attention to detail, and even though our children, who are at a bit of a difficult age, struggled, they managed to complete the Yakusugi trekking without complaining. The guide made the experience enjoyable by sharing stories along the way, and although it was a long journey, the 9 hours flew by without a dull moment. If we have the chance again, we would love to request the same guide, as our entire family was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

少し難しい年頃の子供達も辛いながらも弱音を吐かずに屋久杉トレッキングをすることができました。
ガイドも楽しく体験を交えながら進めて下さり、長い道のりでしたが退屈する時間もないくらい9時間があっという間でた。また機会があれば同じガイドさんにお願いしたいくらい家族全員とても満足しております。ありがとうございました。

A mother-daughter trip to Okinawa for the first time.

Initially, my husband was supposed to join us, but he had to cancel due to work commitments.

I lack confidence in driving, so I decided to cancel the rental car I had booked and opted for a charter taxi through VELTRA for our transportation in Okinawa.

The driver who took us around for two days was truly kind and friendly, making us feel at ease and taking us to all the places we wanted to visit.

While charter taxis are more expensive than rental cars, when I thought about driving in an unfamiliar city...

I realized I would be too anxious to enjoy myself, and I wouldn't know how to manage the time for our travels. Plus, if an accident were to happen, it could ruin our trip, so I prioritized safety and peace of mind to fully enjoy our journey.

As a result, we had a wonderfully relaxed and enjoyable three-day, two-night trip without any worries.

I truly feel it was the right decision to go with this option!

We made a reservation for five people and went by car. We intended to park at the Yaesu Underground Parking, and since my father is in a wheelchair and my mother might not be able to walk, we participated with both of them in wheelchairs. My parents and I got dropped off in front of the VIP lounge while our companion headed to the parking. However, everywhere was full, and we couldn't find a place to park by the time we needed to leave. The bus guide helped by pushing the wheelchair and checked the names of the two companions who were running late, ensuring that all five of us could participate until the end. I thought we arrived early, but it was our responsibility that we ended up searching for parking. Still, I was very grateful for the guide's kindness.

For those participating by car, please be careful.

The weather was cloudy, and there was a light rain for a short time, but we didn't get too wet. I wanted to enjoy cherry blossom viewing, but since the blooming forecast was delayed, we ended up looking for the few cherry blossoms that were blooming.

With two people not making it, three of us participated, and searching for the scattered blooming cherry blossoms became a good memory. After getting off, we met up with our companions and promised to join another tour together. My parents also participated in the double-decker bus, and since the stairs were dangerous, they were allowed to get on and off last, which made them happy as they were told to take their time.

I think it was good that even with a wheelchair and elderly people, we didn't have to get on and off the bus during the one-hour drive. Traveling can be tough for the elderly, but I appreciate tours that don't require frequent getting on and off in a short time.

5人で予約し、車で行きました。八重洲地下駐車場に停めるつもりで、車椅子の父と歩け無くなるかもしれない母も車椅子を押しての参加で、VIPラウンジ前で両親と3人が降りて、同行者がパーキングへ向いました。しかし、どこも満車で
車が停められずに出発時間となりました。バスガイドさんが、車椅子を押してくれたり、間に合わない同行者を気にして2人の名前を確認してくれたり、最後迄5人で参加できる様に対応して頂きました。早目に行ったつもりでしたが、パーキング探しになったのはコチラの責任。それでもガイドさんの優しさが、とても嬉しかったので感謝しています。
車で参加される方は注意して下さい。

お天気は曇りで、途中にパラパラと雨が降りましたが、短時間でしたのでそれ程濡れる事も無かったです。
御花見をしたかったのですが、開花予想が遅れていたので、逆にチラホラと咲いている桜を見付ける様に御花見して来ました。

2人が間に合わず3人参加、チラホラと咲く桜を探すように見て廻った事も良い想い出となりました。
降車後、同行者と合流し　また違うツアーに参加する約束をしました。
両親も2階建てバスに参加し、階段が危ないため最後に乗降させて頂き、ゆっくりで良いですよ〜。と気遣って頂けたので、楽しかったと喜んでいました。
車椅子や高齢者でも、1時間のドライブで　バスに乗ったり、降りたりしないので良かったと思います。高齢者になると外出や旅行は大変ですが、短時間で乗り降りしないツアーは有難いと思います。

It had been decades since I last visited Kyoto. I was with people from various countries, but it didn't bother me at all, and I was able to participate at my own pace, which was great. It's easier to join a sightseeing bus than to drive ourselves to the tourist spots!

何十年ぶりの京都でした。
多国籍の方々とご一緒でしたが、全然気にならず自分のペースで参加出来たので、良かったです。
観光地は自分たちで運転して行くより、観光バス参加の方が行きやすいですね！

The day I participated, the weather wasn't good and I couldn't see the stars, but I was able to see six coconut crabs. We got out of the car at the end of a dark road and, relying on the light on our heads, we ventured into the dark forest, feeling a bit scared of the darkness and insects. Within a minute, the guide found a coconut crab. As we continued, the guide mentioned that it was a good start, and every five minutes or so, we encountered more coconut crabs and large hermit crabs about the size of a finger (which are also a natural monument). Later, we even came across a group of hermit crabs (which was a bit scary).

Along the way, we also spotted a habu snake, which added to the thrill, but neither the habu nor the coconut crabs seemed aggressive towards us. Following the guide's instructions and moving calmly made for a reassuring tour. I hope to see the stars next time; while not everything went as expected, I thought that participating leisurely might lead to unexpected enjoyment.

星は見えなかったのですが、ヤシガニを6匹も見ることができました。
真っ暗な道の突き当たりで車を降りて、頭につけたライトを頼りに真っ暗な森の中を暗闇や虫にビビりながら踏み込んでいくと、一分もしないうちにガイドさんがヤシガニを見つけました。
幸先良いですよ〜とのお話の中、更に突き進むと
５分おきくらいにヤシガニや、指の長さくらいの大きなヤドカリ（おかやどかり？　こちらも天然記念物とのこと）に会うことができました。その後、ヤドカリの集団にも出会えました（それがちょっと怖かったです）。
途中ハブも見つかり、スリリングな感じでしたが、ハブもヤシガニも人に向かってくるような感じはありませんでした。
ガイドさんのいうことを聞いて、落ち着いて動けば安心できるツアーでした。
今度は星が見れたらいいなーと、全て期待通りにはなりませんが、次へ楽しみとしてのんびり参加すると意外楽しめるのかなと思いました。

I visited after six years. Since it was a time-constrained trip, I decided against renting a car and it was the right choice to ask for help here. The roads have changed since the last time, and it was crowded due to spring break, but I was taken smoothly to all the places I wanted to go as planned. I was also grateful to be taken to the airport right on time. I definitely want to ask for help again next time.

6年ぶりに訪れました。時間がない旅行でしたので、レンタカーはやめて、こちらにお願いをしたら正解でした。道路も昔より変わっていたり、春休みのため、混んでいたりもしましたが、スムーズに予定通り行きたいところへ連れて行っていただけました。時間もピッタリに空港までも送っていただき、ありがたかったです。次も是非お願いしたいです。

A two-day trip to Nanki Shirahama.
On the first day, we spent time at Adventure World, and on the second day, we used a private sightseeing taxi for our tour.
It was great to be able to sightsee efficiently, considering the places we wanted to visit and the time until our flight!

一泊二日の南紀白浜旅行
初日は「アドベンチャーワールド」で過ごし、二日目の観光に『貸切観光タクシー』を利用しました。
行きたい場所や飛行機までの時間を考慮して無駄なく観光出来て良かったです！

I don't think I could have visited so many tourist spots in one day on my own! Even though it was an English-based tour, they explained everything in Japanese as well, so I had no trouble at all and was able to create wonderful memories. This time, it was a tour that included lunch, and the meal was delicious and very satisfying! I would love to use this service again on my future travels. Thank you!

自分ではこれだけたくさんの観光地を、1日で回ること出来なかったと思います！英語ベースのツアーですと言いながらも、日本語でもちゃんと説明してくれるので、困る事は一つもなく、とても良い思い出を作る事ができました。今回、お昼付きのツアーでしたが、お昼の御膳も美味しくてお腹いっぱいの大満足でした！他の旅でもまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました！

The facility is flat, so even my mother, who knows about the war and is in good shape, was able to walk around.
