After the end of the pandemic, I visited Noboribetsu and Lake Toya in Sapporo for the first time in a while, and I was saddened to see that all the hotels and souvenir shops that used to be there have closed down and disappeared. The Hell Valley was also desolate, with no people around, and my previous image of the place was shattered, leaving me disappointed. There weren't many foreign visitors either, which made it feel quiet and lonely.

コロナ明けで久々に札幌登別洞爺湖に行き今迄あったホテルやお土産物屋さんもみんな無くなってつぶれてさびれてさみしく思いました
地獄谷も殺風景な景色で人影もなく今迄のイメージが覆されがっくりしました
外国の方もあまり居なくてシーンとして淋しく思いました

Due to bad weather, we received notice the day before about a change in the snorkeling location. It was great to have the option to change or cancel for free. In some cases with these types of tours, unscrupulous operators might take you to the location only to declare that you can't go out to sea and offer no refund, so I felt reassured about that.

We snorkeled in the morning. The new location was said to be an area where sea turtles often come, and while I was excited to go out, unfortunately, we didn't see any. However, the guide was very kind, which made me feel safe going out to sea. In the afternoon, we moved to the Miyara River for SUP. I thoroughly enjoyed the great nature of Yaeyama and was impressed throughout.

The activities themselves were very fulfilling, but the only downside was being left in the city for lunch right after getting out of the water. I would have appreciated either a chance to take a shower or at least some prior notice.

天候不良で前日にシュノーケル場変更の連絡あり。
変更もしくは無料キャンセルの選択肢を頂けたことがよかった。
この手のツアーでは悪質業者の場合、現地まで連れて行き海には出れませんと宣言され返金もないことがあるのでそこの心配はないと思います。

午前中にシュノーケルを実施
変更した場所はウミガメがよく来る海域とのこと、期待を膨らませ海に出るも残念ながら見ることはできず。ただとても優しいガイドさんで安心して沖に出れました。
午後には宮良川に移動しSUP。八重山の大自然を満喫。終始圧巻されていました。

アクティビティ自体はとても充実できるものでしたが、唯一のマイナスポイントとしては海に入った後そのまま昼休憩で街中に放置されたことです。
シャワー浴びさせていただくか、せめて事前に連絡が欲しかった。

I participated on September 29. I was first surprised that half of the participants were from China and that the tour guide was also Chinese. I was impressed by how fluently they explained in both Japanese and Chinese, and I felt they were a friendly guide. However, at each sightseeing spot, the pushiness of the shops was overwhelming, with the shopkeepers saying they would provide service because they knew each other, and I was personally pressured to buy things... I was disappointed to think that their kindness was just for this reason. It was a wonderful course, but when I said goodbye as I got off, I was ignored. Was it because I didn't buy the souvenirs they recommended?

9月29日に参加しました。中国の方が半分参加しているという事、添乗員が中国の方という事にまず驚きました。
大変流暢に日本語と中国語で説明してらして感心し、対応もフレンドリーな添乗員と感じましたが、観光地ごとに売店の売り込みが凄くて、売店の方と知り合いだからサービスするとか、個人的に売り込まれたり…。親切に接して来るのもこの為かとがっかりしました。
ステキなコース巡りだったのに…、下車する時挨拶したら無視されました。勧められたおみやげを買わなかったから？

I participated with my sister who came to visit from abroad. It was very enjoyable, but there was one unfortunate thing. After getting off the bus, there was quite a distance to the aquarium, and it was so large that we got lost. It would be helpful if the bus could stop a little closer. If that's not possible, I would appreciate it if the guide could lead us to the entrance.

The guide informed us of the meeting times each time, but since we are older, I thought it would be nice if they could provide a handout to avoid any misunderstandings or worries about forgetting.

海外から遊びに来た姉との参加です。
とても楽しかったのですが、残念なことが。
バスを降りてから水族館まで距離があるのですが、広すぎて道に迷ってしまいました。
もう少し近くに停めていただけると助かるのですが。無理でしたら、入り口までガイドさんが案内して下さるとありがたいなぁと感じました。
集合時間は、その都度ガイドさんからお知らせがありましたが、年齢が高いので配布していただけると勘違いや忘れてしまう心配も無いかな、と思いました。

It was great to be able to visit Shirakawa-go and Gokayama together. The guide skillfully used English while accommodating many foreign tourists. The driver also made us feel warm with just a simple "Have a good time" and "Welcome back" during our departures and arrivals. In the end, all the passengers gave a big round of applause to both of them.

白川郷と五箇山がセットで観光できたのは良かった。ガイドさんは、外国人観光客が多い中、英語を巧みに駆使し、精一杯対応していた。運転手さんも、観光での乗降の際、行ってらっしゃい、おかえりなさい、とたった一言ではあるが、気持ちがほっこりとした。最後には、乗客全員がお二人に大きな拍手を送った。

On Taketomi Island, I was taken to a beach where I could find star sand. The bus driver showed me that it’s easier to find near the rocky areas. While leisurely beachcombing, I was able to find star sand and sea glass. During the water buffalo cart tour, a chatty guide introduced me to the charms of Taketomi Island and played Okinawan folk songs on the shamisen while singing along.

When crossing to Yubu Island on the water buffalo cart, we moved over the sea. Since it was low tide, there wasn't much water, but crossing over the water provided a different kind of enjoyment compared to Taketomi Island. At high tide, the water reportedly comes up above your feet. The lunch bento, Matsukado bento, was great as it allowed me to enjoy a little bit of Okinawan cuisine. On the Iriomote Island cruise, we were able to get very close to the mangroves and see various types of mangroves. Everyone provided attentive guidance, and it was a very memorable trip. 竹富島では、星の砂を見つけることが出来るビーチに連れて行ってもらいました。バスの運転手さんが、岩場の近くが見つかりやすいよ〜と実際に見せていただきました。ゆったりとビーチコーミングをしながら、星の砂やシーグラスを見つけることができました。水牛車観光では、おしゃべり上手なガイドさんに竹富島の魅力を紹介してもらったり三味線に合わせて沖縄の民謡を三味線で弾き語りしてもらいました。
由布島に渡る際の水牛車は、海の上をわたりながら移動しました、干潮でしたので、あまり水はなかったですが、水の上をわたるので竹富島とは違う楽しみを感じられました。満潮は、足元より上まで水がくるそうです。お昼の松花堂弁当は、少しずつ沖縄のものが楽しめてよかったです。西表島のクルーズでは、マングローブのすぐ近くまで行くことができ、さまざまな種類のマングローブを見ることができました。どの方々も丁寧なガイドをして頂き。とても思い出に残る旅が出来ました。

The driver was very nice and took photos while explaining things. He guided us to see the spots in Shirahama from the best angles. The Sandanbeki Cave was impressive. We walked to the shoreline of Shirarahama, enjoyed the foot bath at Mifune, bought souvenirs at Uomasa Shoten, and had seafood bowls at Tore Tore Market. It was a very satisfying three hours.

運転手さんがとてもいい方で、説明をしながら写真も撮ってくれました。白浜のスポットを一番いい角度で見えるように案内してくれました。三段壁洞窟は迫力がありました。白良浜の波打ち際まで歩いたり、御船足湯に入ったり、魚政商店でお土産を買ったり、とれとれ市場で海鮮丼を食べたりして大満足の3時間でした。

It was a fun tour that allowed us to fully enjoy the famous tourist spots in Kyoto in one day. The guide was kind, and the driver drove safely. Thank you very much. However, there was not much time to buy souvenirs.

京都の有名観光地を１日で満喫できる、楽しいツアーでした。ガイドの方も親切、ドライバーの方も安全運転でした。有難うございました。ただ、お土産を買う時間少なかったです。

Although we applied as a team of two, we actually participated in a 10-hour trek with a team of seven plus a guide. The team was mostly in their twenties, and we had great conversations. The guide provided explanations and engaged in casual talks that made for a very enjoyable time. We also had dedicated time to take photos, which helped us create lasting memories! We learned about mountain rules, the history of Yakushima, and knowledge about Yakusugi, making it a very satisfying experience. I would love to come back to Yakushima to see Jomon Sugi again. Thank you!

2名での応募でしたが、実際には7人のチーム＋ガイドさんという形で10時間のトレッキングに挑みました。
チームは20代ばかりで話も合い、ガイドさんもそれに合わせた説明や、雑談を行なってくださりとても楽しい時間を過ごさせてもらいました。
写真なども積極的に撮る時間を設けてくださり思い出が形になって残りました！
山のルールから、屋久島の歴史、屋久杉の知識まで教えてくださり大変満足な時間でした。
また、屋久島に縄文杉を見にきたいと思います。

This was my first time as well, and I went with my parents in their 70s and my sister and her husband in their 50s. My parents in their 70s were really happy. It was so much fun that I want to go again with my husband next time. The only downside is that the ride was a bit short.

自分も初めてですが、70代の両親と50代の姉夫婦を連れて一緒に乗りました。
70代の両親も凄く喜んでくれました。
楽しかったので、次回は主人と一緒に行きたいと思います。
残念なのは乗る時間が短いですね～

Ninety percent of the participants were from overseas, and I was initially anxious, but our tour guide, Catherine, explained everything in Japanese, English, and Chinese. Each of her responses was filled with a desire for us to enjoy Japan and return home happy. It was a very enjoyable tour.

参加者の9割は海外の方で、最初不安でしたが、添乗員のキャサリンさんが、日本語・英語・中国語で説明いただき、対応の一つ一つが、日本を楽しんで帰ってほしいという気持ちが溢れてて、とても楽しいツアーでした。

The weather and scenery were great, and it was very healing. It seems a fox appeared during the drive, and the driver and bus guide told us about it (I missed it, though, haha). If I had visited alone, I wouldn't have noticed many things, but the tour helped deepen my understanding. The cheese fondue for lunch was also excellent, and I was able to enjoy the melon and lavender soft serve that I had been curious about, so it was a very satisfying tour.

天気も風景も良く癒されました。運転途中、キツネも出たみたいで、運転手さんやバスガイドさんが教えてくれました。(私は見れず笑)
1人で訪れてたら気づかない事もツアーだと教えて貰えるので、理解も深まりました。
お昼ご飯のチーズフォンデュも最高でしたし、気になっていたメロンもラベンダーソフトも堪能できたので大満足なツアーでした。

At the Kawaibawan Glass Boat, I was lucky enough to see sea turtles and was very satisfied! Since you can get off at the airport, I recommend it for those who want to efficiently explore the highlights of Ishigaki Island in a short time before their afternoon flight! 😊

川平湾グラスボートでは運良くウミガメも見られ大満足！空港で降車することができるので、午後の飛行機が来るまでの短時間で効率良く石垣島の見所を回りたい！という方におすすめです☺️

Both the guide and the driver were kind. The tea at Jiko-in was excellent. My father was very happy to visit a place we wouldn't have encountered on a personal trip.

ガイドさんも運転手さんも親切。
慈光院でのお茶最高でした。個人での旅行では出会えない場所で父も大変喜んでいました。

They arranged the tour so that we could visit in the most suitable order, considering the tides. The guide was very entertaining, and I was healed by the water buffalo's laid-back nature. It was a thoroughly satisfying tour! 😊

潮の満ち引き等を考慮して当日一番適した順番で回れるよう手配してくださいました。ガイドさんは皆さんとても面白かったですし、水牛のマイペースさに癒され、大満足のツアーでした☺️

We borrowed boots and a flashlight and ventured down a path that felt like there was no way through, just wide enough for one person to pass at a time.

With the searchlight, we found many creatures, including the palm crab we were hoping to see.

Each time we found something, there was a detailed explanation, which made it easy to understand.

The staff member even spotted a chameleon or lizard, about 2 centimeters long, disguised as a dried branch—something we would have never noticed as amateurs.

The starry sky reserve was a bit hard to see due to the brightness of the moon, but I want to see the Milky Way someday.

In the car, we heard a lot of local stories.

I would love to join the tour again when I come back to Ishigaki Island.

長靴とライトをお借りして、｢ここに入るの？？｣というような道なき道を進んで行きます、人が1列でやっと通れるくらいです。

サーチライトでたくさん生き物、お目当てのヤシガニもみつけました。

見つける度に詳しい説明もあってわかりやすかったです。

素人じゃ絶対気がつかない枯れた枝に扮した2センチくらいのカメレオン？トカゲもスタッフのお兄さんがみつけてくれました。


星空保護区は月の明るさがちょっと邪魔で見えにくかったけどいつか天の川みに行きたいです。

車の中では地元のお話をたくさん聞けました、


また石垣島に来たらツアーに参加したいです。

I rode with three friends who came from the countryside. The view from above looked different than usual. My friends also said it exceeded their expectations.

田舎から出てきた友人達と4人で乗車しました。上から、眺める景色がいつもと違う景色に見えました。友人も期待以上だったと言ってくれました。

I always come to Fukuoka for baseball games, so I hadn't done any sightseeing, but this time I found an Itoshima tour on your website. It was packed with attractions like a temple with a Kannon Hall, waterfalls, and the Couple Rocks. Since it was a tour with five people, it was nice to be able to move around comfortably. Thanks to the driver's consideration, I was able to participate enjoyably. Thank you very much.

　福岡にはいつも野球観戦で来ているので、観光はしていませんでしたが、今回は福岡の近場で探すと糸島ツアーを御社のサイトで見つけました。
観音堂のあるお寺、滝、夫婦岩などなど盛りだくさんでした。

I chose this course with a slightly later morning departure, and I was very satisfied with the content. The bus guide was kind, and even though the guidance was through headphones, it was good that I could concentrate and listen well. I thought driving a rental car to Furano would be tiring for just one person, so I opted for the bus tour, and it was truly the right decision. The itinerary included Tomita Farm, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond, which were all fulfilling experiences. Thank you very much.

朝の出発が少し遅めのこちらのコースにして、内容も充実していてとても満足しました。
バスガイドさんも優しく、案内はヘッドホンでしたが、こちらも集中して聞くことが出来て良かったです。
富良野へレンタカーはちょっと1人の運転では疲れるな、と思いバスツアーにしましたが、ホント正解でした。

I participated alone in mid-September. I had always wanted to go, but driving a rental car can be tough, so day tours like this are a great help. Above all, the guidance from the tour guide along the way was very informative and added extra charm to the experience.

I was honestly worried about visiting the zoo since I had injured my knee before participating, but there was enough time to explore at my own pace, so I enjoyed it thoroughly. A friend who went to the zoo in August told me it was too hot to stay still during the peak summer, but the animals were lively and active since the weather was nice. I had a great time, including the entire day on the bus.

However, I think those aiming for the feeding time should not have high expectations as the timing may not align. I personally didn't mind at all, so I had a great time.

９月の半ばに一人で参加しました。
ずっと行ってみたかったものの、レンタカーの運転はキツイし、こういったデイツアーは大変助かります。
何より、道中のガイドさんの案内がとても参考になり、プラスアルファの魅力でした。
参加前に膝を痛めて動物園は正直不安でしたが、ゆっくり自分のペースで見学できる時間も確保されていたので十分楽しめました。
８月に動物園に行った友人から真夏は暑くてじっとしていた、と聞いていましたが、動物たちも気候が良くなり元気に活動していました。
１日バスの中も含めて、満喫しました。

ただ、もぐもぐタイムには時間が合わないのでそれ狙いの方は期待はしない方が良いと思います。私は全く気にしなかったので楽しめました。

It was a trip in heavy rain, but thanks to Mr. Kuroda's thoughtfulness and care, we were able to have a wonderful time. My husband and I, being in an international marriage, enjoyed a fun bus trip without getting bored thanks to Mr. Kuroda's English. We are planning to go again in winter. Thank you very much.

土砂降りの中での旅行でしたが、黒田さんの心配りと気遣いでとても素晴らしい時間を過ごす事ができました。主人と私は国際結婚のため黒田さんの英語で2人とも退屈する事なく楽しいバスでの旅行が出来ました。次回は冬に行こうと話しております。ありがとうございました。

It’s a course that takes time to explore individually, but it was easy since we traveled by bus. During the journey, the tour guide provided information about the sights visible from the window, making it easy to understand where we were passing through. They even took photos while sweating, providing excellent service. Thank you very much.

I was a bit confused about the meeting place at the hotel, but I felt reassured knowing that the staff was outside to guide us.

個人で周るには時間が掛かるコースですが
バスで回れたので楽ちんでした。
道中　添乗員さんが車窓から見れるところをガイドしてくれたので
今どこを通過してるのかわかりやすかったです。

集合場所のホテルに少し戸惑いましたが

I went to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium on a bus tour with Veltra. The admission tickets were already arranged, so we were able to enter smoothly.

For lunch, we were on our own, so I enjoyed a meal at the restaurant inside the aquarium. The paid seats were next to the aquarium tanks, but I chose a free seat where I could see the entire tank.

This year, I will be taking my children with me.

Veltraのバスツアーで「美ら海水族館」に行ってきました。
入場券も手配済みでスムーズに入館できました。

ランチは、各自で取ることになっていたので、水族館の中のレストランで楽しみました。有料席は、水槽の側でしたが、水槽の全体から見える無料席にしました。

今年は、子供を連れて行ってきます。

The guide was fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and English. More than half of the participants were foreigners, but everyone was kind, followed good manners, and was punctual. We visited many places, and the time allocated at each sightseeing spot was just right.
For lunch, I recommend the scallop fried rice at Touya Marche. It's incredibly delicious!
I am grateful to the kind guide and driver.

ガイドさんは、日本語・中国語・英語の3ヶ国語を流暢に使ってガイドされていました。参加者半分以上は外国人の方ですが、皆さん親切でマナーを守り時間厳守です。沢山の場所を周りますが、各観光地の時間配分も丁度良いです。
ランチは、とうやマルシェのホタテチャーハンをお勧めします。めちゃくちゃ美味いです！

It was an early departure in the morning, but it was nothing to worry about if it meant escaping the heat a little. We had a car pick us up to the hotel, and even after arriving at the island terminal, we were well guided to the tour desk, allowing us to participate without any anxiety, even as first-timers.

At the tour desk, there was a detailed explanation during check-in, and I became even more excited about the island tour that was about to begin.

Since it was a tour that included lunch, I made sure to buy some drinks and off we went to the ferry terminal!

We boarded the ferry, and finally, the Iriomote Island tour was about to start. As the ferry departed, the staff from the tour company waved goodbye with a big smile, saying "Have a great time!" which made me feel really warm inside.

After about 45 minutes, we arrived at Ohara Port. I thought I would rush to the restroom, but it turned out to be fine. "Everyone, please use the restroom first before proceeding to the cruise ship boarding area," was the announcement. Then we boarded the cruise ship and set off for the Nakama River Mangrove Cruise.

It was just the right time for the tide to go out, and the announcement said, "The scenery will change on the way back, so please pay attention," so I made sure to take pictures of the scenery on the way. Birds that weren't visible at first started to appear as the tide receded, and the roots of the mangroves gradually became visible.

There were people observing from canoes and others fishing from canoes, waving at each other in a friendly manner. This is also the beauty of travel.

The mangroves continued deep into the interior, and as the tide went out, it felt like they were about to walk towards us, creating a mysterious sight.

After the mangroves, we took a sightseeing bus from the pier to the water buffalo cart boarding area. On the water buffalo cart, we listened to the sanshin and songs while receiving explanations about the water buffalo, and we arrived at Yubu Island. Thank you, Yuto the water buffalo!

We enjoyed a lunch bento at the subtropical botanical garden on Yubu Island and leisurely explored the garden. It was a bit disappointing that the mangrove promenade was under repair and inaccessible.

On the way back, we took the same route, riding the water buffalo cart and then the sightseeing bus back to Ohara Port, boarded the ferry, and headed to Ishigaki Island. Although it was a quick tour, it was a delightful experience that I could enjoy thoroughly.

朝が早い出発でしたが、少しでも暑さをしのげると思えばなんてことないです。
ホテルまで車でお迎えがありましたし、離島ターミナルへ着いてからもツアーデスクまで、しっかり案内してもらえて初めてでも何の不安もなく参加できました。
ツアーデスクでの受付でも詳細な説明があり、今から始まる離島ツアーが益々楽しみになりました。

昼食付きのツアーでしたので、とりあえず飲み物だけをしっかり買っていざ！フェリー乗り場へ

フェリーに乗り込みいよいよ西表島ツアー出発です。フェリーが出港するとツアー会社の方の大きな✋笑が「行ってらっしゃ〜い」と見送ってくれて、とてもホッコリ☺️しました。

45分ほどで大原港到着
トイレに駆け込もうと思ってたら、いやいや大丈夫でした
「皆さ〜ん、先ずトイレを済ませてからクルーズ船乗り場にお進み下さい」のご案内
そして、クルーズ船に乗り込み「仲間川マングローブクルーズ」へ出発です。
ちょうど潮が引いてくる時間帯で「行きと帰りの景色が変わりますのでしっかり見ててください」のアナウンスでスマホでしっかり行きの景色を撮りました。
初めはいなかった鳥たちが潮が引いてくると、アチコチから出てきて…
初めは見えてなかったマングローブの根もだんだんと現れてきて…✨

カヌーで見学されてる方やカヌーで釣りをしながらの方もいて、お互いに手を振り合う✋和やかさ
これもまた、旅の良さですね。

マングローブは延々と奥深くまで続いていて潮が引いてくると今にもこっちに歩いて来そうな感じで不思議な光景でした。

マングローブの後は、桟橋から観光バスで水牛車乗り場へ
水牛車では三線と歌をききながら水牛の説明もしていただいて由布島到着

亜熱帯植物園の由布島で昼食のお弁当を頂き、のんびり植物園を見学
マングローブ遊歩道が修理中で通れなかったのがちょっと残念でした。

帰りは同じコースで水牛車に乗り観光バスで大原港へ、フェリーに乗って石垣島へ
早回りでしたがサクッと堪能できるツアーでした

This tour required exchanging the voucher for a bus ticket. When I went to the specified location, it had moved due to construction. The new location was near the north exit inside JR. Standing at the north exit and looking back, you can see it directly in front of you. I left with plenty of time, so I wasn't flustered by the change of location, but otherwise, I might have panicked. Despite it being a weekday, the bus was almost full. The best part was the promenade at Cape Kamoi. I took advantage of the free time to walk a round trip course of about an hour. It was quite challenging, but I encountered wonderful scenery along the way and at the cape. The seafood rice bowl for lunch was also delicious. I'm glad I participated in this tour.

このツアーはバウチャーをバスチケットに交換する必要がありました。
記載された場所に行ってみると、工事のために移転していました。
新しい場所はJRの構内、北出口付近にありました。　北出口に立って、
振り返ると正面に見えます。　私は余裕を持って出かけましたので場所が
変わっても慌てずに済みましたが、そうでなければパニックになっていた
かもしれません。　平日にもかかわらず、バスは殆ど満席状態でした。
一番良かったのは神威岬の遊歩道です。　自由時間を利用して、往復１時間程のコースを歩きました。　かなりハードでしたが、道中や岬では素晴らしい
景色に出会えました。　海鮮丼のランチも美味しかったです。　このツアーに
参加してよかったと思いました。

The driver was very nice. He drove carefully and shared interesting stories about the road conditions, buildings, the nature of Okinawa, and its culture. At the same time, he didn't talk too much, which made for a comfortable conversation. Additionally, he took photos at various points, which became great mementos.

In my younger days, I used to travel by rental car, but recently, long-distance driving has become quite challenging, so this was my first time using a chartered taxi. It was really great. I would like to use it again next time.

興味深い色々な話をしてくれて
かといって喋りすぎるわけでもなく適度な会話で心地よかったです
また、ポイント毎に写真撮影もしてくださり良い記念になりました

若い頃はレンタカーで移動していましたが
最近は長距離運転をするのが大変になったので
今回初めて貸切タクシーを利用しました
とても良かったです
次回も利用したいです

The guide was very kind, and the stay in Takayama and Shirakawa-go was just the right length of two hours—not too long and not too short. I enjoyed strolling around the streets and eating delicious food. I thought it would be nice to stay overnight in Shirakawa-go someday.

ガイドさんが親切な方でしたし、飛騨高山、白川郷の滞在は、長すぎず短すぎずの２時間で、個人的にはちょうどよい長さでした。ぶらぶらしながら街並みを楽しんだり、美味しいものを食べたりして過ごしました。白川郷はいつか宿泊してみたいなぁと思いました。

It was certainly a first-time experience, but it was good.
1. The in-vehicle announcements during boarding, moving to seats, and the cool packs for the heat were all appreciated.
2. The explanations and announcements during the journey, including the voice, were easy to understand.
3. I think it might be difficult under road traffic laws, but if there are places where stopping is possible, I wondered if it could be arranged to stop for a few seconds to allow for sightseeing.
4. What kind of language support is available for foreign tourists?
5. Please continue to come up with various ideas, such as new courses, and think about improving services to entertain tourists.

もちろん初めての体験でしたが、よかったです、
１，乗車時の車内案内、席への移動、暑さに対する冷シップ等
２，移動時の説明、アナウンス、声も含めて解りやすかったです。
３，道路交通法上難しいと思われますが、停車可能な場所があれば
　　数秒でも停車して見学させられないかと思いました。
４，外国の観光客に対する言語対応はどうなっているのでしょうか？
５，いろいろ工夫していただき、新コースなど、サービス向上を考えていただ
　　き観光客を楽しませてください。　　　　　　　　　

The Furano store of Rokkatei is located among the vineyards, and the view from the elevated store was amazing. The soft serve ice cream at Tomita Farm has a lovely lavender color and fragrance. The Blue Pond is enchanting.

六花亭の富良野店は、ブドウ畑の中にあり、その高台の店からの景色は最高でした。
富田フア-ムでのソフトクリ-ムはラベンダーの色合い、香りもいいですね。
青い池は、幻想的ですね。
