It was still quite hot at the end of September, but it was a bit cloudy, making it a perfect day for sightseeing.

I participated alone, but I quickly became friends with the person sitting next to me on the bus.

We chatted while exploring, which doubled the fun.

At Kinkaku-ji, I also enjoyed matcha with that person. It was delicious and had a lovely atmosphere.

私は一人参加でしたがすぐにバスの隣の席の方と仲良しになりました。

その方といろいろと話をしながら回りました。楽しさが倍増しました。

そして、金閣寺ではその方とお抹茶も楽しめました。おいしかったです。風流な感じで良かったです。

I recently participated in the Japan Holiday Tour to Sapporo, which included Noboribetsu, Lake Toya, and Lake Shikotsu. I was so moved by the driver, the guide, and the tour content that I wanted to express my gratitude through this message.

First of all, regarding the tour content, it was designed to fully enjoy the great nature of Hokkaido. Every place we visited was breathtaking.

Particularly, Lake Shikotsu before sunset was quiet, and its beauty was even more pronounced. I was touched by the thoughtfulness behind planning our arrival at this time to showcase this scenery.

Additionally, the bus driver’s consideration was outstanding. The itinerary was quite packed in terms of distance and time.

Moreover, I had a schedule at Sapporo Station at 6 PM. When I informed the guide and driver Ito about this, they made sure to drive safely while also ensuring we arrived on time. I was truly moved by their efforts.

I believe there are no other drivers as wonderful as him, and I was deeply touched by his thoughtfulness.

The guide was also fantastic. He paid attention to the participants to ensure the bus could depart on time. He provided detailed explanations about our destinations so that participants wouldn’t get bored, and he genuinely cared for each individual, which was impressive.

Honestly, participating in this tour and meeting the driver and guide made me love Hokkaido even more.

I would definitely like to join again if there’s another opportunity. I was so impressed by the tour content and the thoughtfulness of the driver and guide.

運転手さん、ガイドさん、そしてツアー内容に

まずはツアー内容に関してですが
北海道の大自然を全て満喫できるような内容で

どの地に行っても感動ばかり

特に日の落ちる前の支笏湖は
静かで、その美しさをより
際立たせていました

この景色を見せるために
この時間に到着させようと企画した
その気持ちに感動しました

また、バスの運転手さんの
心遣いが素晴らしかったです

距離的にも時間的にも
かなり盛りだくさんの
行程でした

その上、私がは18時に
札幌駅で予定を入れていて

その旨をガイドさん
運転手の伊藤さんに伝えたら

安全運転をしながら
私たちの予定の時間に
間に合うように

心を使ってくださったことに
本当に感動しました

あんなに素晴らしい方は
他にいないのではないかと
思うくらい運転者さんの心遣いに

We had a guide named Yuka who took care of us. She was attentive to our health and equipment, and even though we hadn't been in the ocean for over ten years and felt a bit anxious, we were able to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. It was also appreciated that she waited for participants who were late or had drifted away before providing information to everyone.

Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any sea turtles while snorkeling, but we were able to see clownfish and various other fish and creatures, which was satisfying enough.

During the SUP, I fell into the sea a few times, but once I got the hang of it, I was able to stand up, so I think even those like me who aren't very good with core strength can enjoy it.

The meeting point was a bit hard to understand. I was informed about the meeting location the day before, but I couldn't answer the phone due to travel, so I ended up receiving a text message. I appreciated the text message, but the parking area at the meeting point was large, and there were other tour groups as well, so I would have liked to have some kind of landmark provided. I think it would be good for future participants to confirm in advance via phone or text message.

ユカさんというガイドさんに付いていただきました。体調や器具のことなど色々気にしてくださり、10年以上海に入ったことなどなく、少し不安だった私たちでも安心して楽しむことができました。また見どころでは遅れたり離れた参加者でもきちんと待ってから全員に教えてくれたのでありがたかったです。

シュノーケリングでは残念ながらウミガメに遭遇はできませんでしたが、クマノミやその他様々な魚や生き物を見ることができたので十分満足できました。

SUPでは私は何度か海に落ちましたが、慣れれば立つこともできたので、体幹の良くない私のような方でも楽しむことができると思います。

集合については少しだけわかりにくかったです。集合場所は前日のご連絡とのことでしたが、前日は移動で電話に出ることができず、ショートメールでの連絡となってしまいました。ショートメールで連絡いただけただけでもありがたいのですが、集合場所の駐車場は広く、また他のツアーの方々もいらっしゃったので、目印のようなものも併せて教えていただきたかったです。今後参加される方は、電話やショートメールで事前に確認されると良いかと思います。

In a small tour group of 11 people, I was the only Japanese participant, while the others were from Taiwan and Hong Kong. The guide spoke Japanese, Chinese, and English, so I was able to enjoy the experience without any difficulties.

Thanks to all the participants voluntarily gathering five to ten minutes early, we were able to move smoothly, which allowed us to return earlier than scheduled, for which I was grateful.

During the break, the guide and the driver showed us highlights and photos from tours during the winter season, making me want to visit again in winter. Additionally, the guide provided detailed information about the restroom situations at each sightseeing spot, which was very helpful.

Although I participated alone, it was truly a delightful time.

総勢11人のこぢんまりしたツアーの中、日本人は私1人で、後は台湾と香港の方でしたが、ガイドさんが日本語、中国語、英語の3カ国語を話せる方で、何不自由なく楽しめました。
参加者の皆さん全員が自主的に5分前集合、10分前集合をしてくれたおかげで、スムーズに行動出来、それにより、帰りの時間も予定より早めに帰れてありがたかったです。
休憩時間中にガイドさんや運転手さんから、冬の季節にツアー参加した時の見どころやお写真を見せていただきだき、冬もまた行ってみたくなりました。
そして、ガイドさんには各見学場所のトイレ事情を細かく教えていただきとても助かりました。
1人参加でしたが、本当に楽しいひとときでした。

This time, I traveled to Okinawa alone, and thanks to you, it turned out to be a wonderful trip! Of course, I visited the sightseeing spots I wanted, but I also appreciated the suggestions to visit other places since I had time. At each location, there were explanations about the entrances and sightseeing spots, which made it easy to explore various places, and I felt it was a great decision to use your service.

今回、1人で沖縄旅行だったのですが、お陰様でとてもいい旅行になりました！
希望した観光地はもちろんですが、時間があるので他にも行けますよと提案があったり、
希望していた天ぷらのお店もオススメを知り合いの方から事前に聞いて頂いてたのも嬉しかったです！！

各場所で入口や観光地についての説明などもあり、スムーズにいろいろ周れて、利用してよかったなと思います。

I went snorkeling first, and as soon as I entered the water, I was able to see a sea turtle up close, which was very cute. When the sunlight hit the water, the fish sparkled and it looked like a different world, it was beautiful. Stand-up paddleboarding was a first-time experience for me, but the staff explained everything carefully and took a lot of photos, so I was able to stand up without any issues. I had a valuable experience and I am very satisfied. I also liked Miyako Island, so I definitely want to use this service again.

シュノーケリングを先にしましたが、海に入ってすぐに凄く間近でウミガメが見ることができて、見ていて、とても可愛かったです。また海中に日があたると魚がキラキラ輝いて見えて、まるで別世界で綺麗でした。サップは初めての体験でしたが担当者も一つ一つ、丁寧に説明して下さり、写真もたくさん撮って下さったので、問題なく立つことが出来たし、貴重な体験ができて、大変満足しています。宮古島も気に入ったので、また是非利用したいと思っています。

I honestly didn't do enough research on geography and tourist spots before the day, so I roughly communicated that I wanted to visit Yachimun no Sato and the Churaumi Aquarium, and asked for any other recommendations. Fortunately, the driver was fantastic in terms of service, geographical knowledge, driving skills, and communication, making for a very satisfying day. Additionally, I appreciated the advice on booking a taxi from the hotel to the airport and suggestions for sightseeing at Shuri Castle and Kokusai Street before my flight. I think I would have struggled more if I hadn't met Ando. Thank you!

地理や観光スポットを十分調べずに当日となり、正直にその旨とともに、やちむんの里と美ら海水族館には行きたい、あとはお勧めがあったら。。とざっくりお伝えしました。幸いにも、サービス精神、地理的な知識、運転技術、そしてコミュニケーション、どれも素晴らしい運転手さんで、大満足の１日となりました。おまけに帰り日のホテルから空港までのタクシー予約や、フライト前に首里城や国際通りの観光のこともアドバイスくださり感謝です。安藤さんに会えていなかったら、もっと苦労したと思います。ありがとうございました！

I participated in the ANA Blue Base Tour for the first time. I was curious about what happens at ANA's employee training facility, but during my visit, I was guided by an active flight attendant. I had never considered how many people are involved in operating a single airplane, but I was deeply moved to learn that these individuals are trained in this wonderful facility and are active in the field.

初めてANA blue Baseツアーに参加しました。
ANAの社員教育施設て、誰が何している所？？でしたが、私の参加した回は現役のCAさんの案内で、飛行機1台を飛ばすのに何人の方が関わっているいるのか？今まで考えても見ませんでしたが、その方達がこの素晴らしい施設で研修され現場で活躍されている事が分かり大変感動致しました。

Adult Social Studies Tour
I was able to glimpse how daily training is essential for the safe operation of aircraft. People of all ages, from small children to the elderly, can visit with their own thoughts and feelings. Although it was a short time, I enjoyed the extraordinary experience.

　［航空機の安全な運航の為に日々訓練が欠かせない］…垣間見る事ができました。小さなお子さんから年配の方まで、それぞれの思いを持って見学する事ができます。短時間でしたが、非日常の世界で楽しめました。

It would have been great to see the actual aircraft up close and observe various types of training, such as evacuation drills. However, the person who guided us was very pleasant.

航空機の実機を間近で見るとか、いろいろな業種の訓練を見れればよかった
例えば、避難訓練等。
ただ案内して頂いた方は大変好感が持てました。

We had a safe and timely bus tour, blessed with good weather, and it was a lot of fun. It was great to efficiently and enjoyably visit the famous spots.

安全にかつ予定通りの運行で、天気にも恵まれ、楽しいバス観光を過ごせました。
有名どころに効率よくかつ楽しんで巡れてよかったです。

Even though I live in Osaka, there were many things I learned for the first time from the guide's explanations, and I discovered places I had overlooked, making it a great experience. It was also nice to see views that regular cars can't see because the double-decker bus is taller than the sound barrier walls on the highway!

大阪に住んでいるのに、ガイドさんの説明で初めて知ったこと・見過ごしていた場所も多く、よい体験でした。
2階建てバスが高速の目隠しの壁より高いので、普通車では見れない景色も見れてよかったです！

There were about 25 participants, and I was the only Japanese person. The driver was the only Japanese person, which somehow made me feel reassured. (laughs) I think the tour guide was probably Chinese.

Since there were participants from various countries, there were no greetings on the bus and no local guidance. It’s necessary to accept that the tour guide is not a guide in the traditional sense. (laughs) However, they clearly communicated the meeting times, distributed brochures tailored to each country before arriving at each location, and provided simple explanations in broken language.

This may not be suitable for those expecting the services of a large Japanese travel company’s bus tour, but it was absolutely fine for me. I was able to visit places that are difficult to reach individually, enjoy sightseeing comfortably by bus, and had a wonderful day.

That said, there were indeed participants from various countries this time, but everyone adhered to the meeting times, there were no loud talkers, and everyone was quite reasonable, which might have been lucky. It might be better for those participating in this tour to not expect too much of a Japanese-style experience.

In any case, I had a great time sightseeing without any issues. Thank you for a fun day!

約25名の参加者で日本人は私だけでした。
運転手さんは唯一日本の方で何となく心強かったです。笑
添乗員さんは多分中国の方だと思います。
色々な国の参加者の方が居られましたのでバス内で挨拶もないし現地の案内もありません。ガイドさんではなく添乗員さん、と割り切るのが必要です。　笑
でも集合時間を分かりやすく伝えてくれたり、各地到着前に各国に合わせたパンフレットを配ってくれたり、片言で簡単な説明してくれたり、と、
日本の大型旅行会社のバスツアーサービスを期待してる方には向かないかもですが、私には全く問題ありませんでした。
個人では行きにくい場所にゆったりとバスで連れて行って貰えて観光も満喫でき、楽しい1日となりました。

ただ、今回は本当に様々な国の方が居られましたが、皆様しっかりと集合時間を守り、大声で喋る方も居ないし、常識ある方ばかりだったのがラッキーだったのかも知れません。
そこは参加者の方で差があるかもなのでこのツアーはあまり日本式を求めないで参加する方がいいかもです。

とにもかくにも私は何も問題なく楽しく観光させていただきました。

Although small, I was able to discover a coconut crab that is said to have become rare recently. It was the end of September, but it was still quite hot, so wearing light clothing after applying insect repellent might have been better. It is necessary to be careful of the vegetation. I didn't have much of an image of such things, but it was nice to hear various stories. Since I didn't see coconut crabs very often, I felt a bit unsatisfied, but the staff's response was wonderful, and I felt that just being able to hear local stories was valuable.

小さいですが、最近見なくなったとされるヤシガニを発見することができました。
9月末でしたがまだまだ暑く、虫除けスプレーをした上で薄着の方がよかったかもしれません。草木に気をつける必要はありますが。
こういったものにイメージが湧きませんでしたが、色々なお話が聞けるのはよかったです。
見かけるヤシガニなどを見かける頻度が高くはなかった為か、少しばかり物足りなさは感じましたが、スタッフの方のご対応は素晴らしく、現地のお話ができるだけでも価値はあると感じました。

During my trip to Hokkaido for a live concert, I thought it would be a waste to only stay in Sapporo, and since I love animals, I decided to visit Asahiyama Zoo! So, I joined this tour. Unlike other zoos, you can search for animals hidden in the bushes or see them actively moving around in their enclosures, which made this tour a great success with a longer stay at the zoo! Even though we rushed a bit towards the end, my satisfaction level was high.

On the way back, there was an accident on the highway that caused a road closure, so we had to take a detour, which made us arrive later than planned. However, the experienced bus guide kept us informed about the situation and even added an unplanned bathroom break, which made me feel very reassured.

If I had one complaint, it would be that the location of the ticket center to show the voucher and receive the bus ticket was hard to find. There were several people from the same tour wandering around in a similar way. I think it would be the best tour ever if we could just clear up the bus ticket situation!

ライブ参戦のための北海道旅行で札幌だけだと勿体ないし、動物が大好きなので旭山動物園に行こう！ということでこちらのツアーに参加させていただきました☺️
他の動物園とは違い動物たちが茂みの中にいるのを探したり檻の中を活発に動いている姿が見れるので動物園の滞在時間が長いこちらのツアーにして大成功でした！
それでも最後の方は駆け足で回ったりしたのですが、満足度は高いです。
帰りの高速でアクシデントのため途中通行止めになっており一旦下道に降りたりして予定よりも到着が遅くなってしまったのですが、ベテランのバスガイドさんが状況が分かり次第都度報告してくれたり予定にはなかったトイレ休憩を入れてくれたりしてとても安心できました
ひとつだけ不満があったとすればバウチャーを見せてバスチケットを貰うチケットセンターの場所が分かりづらく、同じツアーで同じようにウロウロしている人が何人かいましたバスチケットのことさえクリア出来れば最高のツアーだと思います！！

I really saw a lot of sea turtles! They were so cute...!! The staff were kind and explained how to snorkel in detail! They also talked about the creatures and Miyako Island, which was very enjoyable! Thank you very much!

I heard that the sea turtle encounter rate was 99%, but I was able to see about 120% of the sea turtles! They didn't escape at all, and I had plenty of time to take photos up close, which made me very satisfied! The two male guides were also very friendly and provided detailed information about the sea and the terrain! Even after the tour ended, they shared tourist spots and delicious restaurants via LINE, and I was able to receive photos immediately on my iPhone! This is a tour I highly recommend!

On the other hand, I felt that the parking fee of 2000 yen was a bit expensive. I would understand if the facilities had nice showers and hair dryers, but...

ウミガメ遭遇率99%と聞いていましたが、120%くらいのウミガメを見ることができました！全く逃げることなく、近くで写真を撮る時間も多く大満足です！ガイドの男性おふたりも、非常に愛想良く、海や地形のことを詳しく紹介してくださりました！ツアー終了後もLINEで観光地や美味しい飲食店を教えてくださり、写真もすぐiPhoneで受け取り可能でした！非常にお勧めできるツアーです！


一方で、駐車場が2000円と割高に感じました。綺麗なシャワーやドライヤーを完備している施設であれば納得なのですが。。

In the morning, I participated in snorkeling, and in the afternoon, I joined a SUP session. The weather was nice, and it seemed like the sea was very clear, which made for wonderful memories.

Although I didn't get to see any sea turtles while snorkeling, there were plenty of clownfish, and I was able to take photos with them.

Since I was a beginner at SUP, I was a bit anxious about whether I could do it well, but I was able to progress slowly and felt reassured while trying. I was happy to be able to paddle while standing.

Hajime and Miyu were in charge of our activities. It was a lot of fun. Thank you very much!

午前中にシュノーケリング、午後にSUPに参加しました。天気が良く、海の透明度も高い日だったようで、とても良い思い出ができました^ ^
シュノーケリングでは、ウミガメに会うことはできませんでしたが、カクレクマノミが沢山いて一緒に写真も撮っていただきました。
SUPは、初心者だったので上手くできるか不安もありましたが、ゆっくり進めていただけて安心して挑戦できました。立って漕ぐことが出来て嬉しかったです。

I had a great time on the bus tour that effectively took us to all the places we wanted to visit. Unfortunately, the tour guide spoke continuously in Chinese. There were only a few minutes in Japanese and an hour in Chinese. I couldn't understand what was being said since it was in Chinese, but it was great that the driver pointed out to the tour guide, "There are Japanese people on board." Good job to the driver!

回りたいところを効果的に回れるバスツアーで楽しかった。残念なのは添乗員さんがずっと中国語で喋り続けていた事。日本語は数分、中国語は1時間。何を喋っていたのかは中国語だったのでわかりませんが、運転手さんに添乗員さんが「日本人も乗っているんだぞ」と注意してくれたのは、運転手さんグッジョブでした。

Since it was a trip with my elderly parents who cannot move around freely, this taxi tour was perfect. The explanations were clear, and the attention to detail was exceptional; it truly felt like a veteran service, and I had no doubts about it. I am really grateful for the meaningful time we were able to spend.

自由自在に動き回ることができない高齢の両親を連れての旅行だったので、このタクシー観光がピッタリでした。
分かりやすい説明、細かい気遣い、まさにベテラン、もう間違いないという感じでした。
有意義な時間を過ごす事ができ本当に感謝です。

I booked a 5-hour plan for five people. First, since our previous schedule ended earlier than expected, I contacted them to see if it was possible to pick us up 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, knowing it might be a stretch. They kindly agreed to this request.

Throughout the ride, they kept the atmosphere lively by asking us trivia questions about Okinawa and showed us many sightseeing spots. Above all, I was truly grateful for how they took photos of our group at various locations. The photos were very well taken, and I was impressed throughout the experience. I think it's often difficult to get nice pictures of everyone when traveling, but thanks to them, we were able to create wonderful memories with many great photos.

I really believe it was an experience worth more than the price! Thank you very much!

5人で5時間のプランを予約いたしました。
まず、前の予定が思ったより早く終わったため無理を承知で予定時間の30分前に早めに迎えをお願いできないか連絡をしたところ、快く引き受けてくださいました。
その後も車内を盛り上げようと沖縄に関するクイズを出してくださったり、観光地をたくさん案内していただきました。なにより、至る所で5人の写真を撮ってくださったことが本当にありがたかったのですが、その写真もとてもセンスがあり終始感動していました。旅行に行くとなかなか全員での綺麗な写真を撮るのが難しいと思うのですが、沢山撮っていただいたおかげですごくいい思い出を残すことが出来ました。
本当にお値段以上の体験だったと思います！ありがとうございました！

Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, and Manzamo were all places I wanted to visit, so I was satisfied to see them all! I would have liked to take my time at a few more places, but I enjoyed the key spots! Okinawa is beautiful everywhere, the weather was great, and it was wonderful. The staff were polite, refreshing, and lovely. I would like to use this service again!

美ら海水族館、古宇利島、万座毛、どこも行きたかったところなので、全部開けて満足です！
もう少しどこもゆっくりじっくり回りたいところもありましたが、要所要所は楽しめました！
沖縄はどこも美しく、お天気も良く、最高でした。
スタッフの方も丁寧で爽やかで素敵でした。
また利用させていただきたいです！

We encountered a thunderstorm along the way, but we were able to move efficiently. It was great that various discounts were available with the bus ticket. The veteran guide's way of speaking was very easy to listen to and wonderful.

The lift at Okurayama stopped due to a sudden thunderstorm, and we were unable to descend. Some people had to get off the bus early because we were running behind schedule. Even though it was a short tour, I recommend it for those who have some time to spare.

I made some wonderful memories. I would like to use this service again next time.

途中、雷雨にあたりましたが効率よくまわれました。バスの半券で色んな割引が効くのも良かったです。ベテランガイドさんの話し方がとても聞きやすく素敵でした。
大倉山のリフトがゲリラ雷雨で停まってしまい、下りることが出来なくなりました。時間押してしまって途中下車した方もいらっしゃいました。短時間ツアーとは言え時間の余裕のある方におすすめします。
とてもいい思い出が出来ました。
次も使いたいと思います。

The weather was nice, and I was able to see many turtles. The guide was also very thorough in their explanations, which was great. It seems possible to see turtles on your own in this sea, but since you have to swim quite far, having a guide makes it safer and more reassuring.

天気も良く、カメもたくさん見れました。
ガイドの方も説明も丁寧で良かったです。
この海では自力でもカメを見に行けそうですが、遠くまで泳いでいくのでガイドがいたほうが安心安全に終えることができます。

I guided my relatives from America around Kyoto. It seems that the English explanations and brochures made it very easy to understand. If the intervals could be reduced to 30 minutes like before COVID, it would be even more convenient. I'm glad we were able to enjoy it.

Furano and Biei, which my beloved wife hoped to visit, were wonderful! I had heard that they were truly amazing, but I was also moved. I want to come back together again, healthy and happy.

I signed up for the longest tour at Asahiyama Zoo. It lasted just over three hours, which was the perfect amount of time to leisurely explore the park while having lunch. I thought that if the stay had been any shorter, it might not have been enough.

The highlight of this tour was the wonderful stories and explanations from the bus guide, who was very considerate. They were easy to understand and pleasant to listen to, making the experience truly enjoyable. Additionally, the driver's careful driving made me feel safe throughout the ride. At certain spots on the highway with unique local traffic signs, the driver even changed lanes to make it easier for us to take photos. I would love to join this tour again when I visit Hokkaido next time. Thank you!

旭山動物園での滞在時間が一番長いツアーだったので申し込みました。
３時間ちょっとありましたが、昼食をとったりしながらゆっくり園内を回るにはちょうど良い時間で、逆にこれ以上短い滞在時間だと、足りなかったかもしれないと思いました。
そして、このツアーの一番の魅力は、バスガイドさんの気遣い溢れる素晴らしいお話と説明です。とてもわかりやすく、かつ、聞きやすくて、本当に楽しかったです。また、運転手の方の運転もとても丁寧で、安心して乗っていられました。高速道路でのご当地ならではの交通標識のある場所では、わざわざ、写真を撮りやすいように車線変更をするなどの気遣いもあり、また北海道に来たときはこのツアーに参加したいと思いました。

This was the perfect tour for exploring Yakushima without a rental car! The flying fish tempura for lunch was so delicious that it made me want to visit Yakushima again just for that. While there are buses in Yakushima, they don't run frequently, so it might be difficult to fully enjoy sightseeing unless you have plenty of time and a flexible schedule. I went from the Kanto region for a 2-night, 3-day trip, and I'm really glad I participated in this tour!

レンタカー無しで屋久島をまわるには最適なツアーでした！昼食のとびうおの唐揚げがとても美味しくて、それだけでもまた屋久島に行きたいと思うほど◎屋久島はバスもありますが、頻繁にあるわけじゃないので時間や日程に余裕がある方じゃないと十分に観光するのは難しいかもしれません。私は関東から2泊3日でいったのでこちらのツアーに参加して本当に良かったです♪

I participated in a sightseeing tour in Kyoto. I was thinking of exploring on my own by car, bus, or train, but I'm glad I chose this option. I was satisfied with the sightseeing, the guide's explanations, and I could take a nap during the transfers, which made for a fulfilling day.
