I participated with three colleagues! It started with the bus guide's perfect announcements, and I felt a sense of security throughout thanks to the safe driving.

The plan was focused on the zoo, but we couldn't manage to see everything even at a brisk pace... My honest feeling is that it would be nice if the meeting time could be a bit earlier to extend the viewing time.

However, I am very grateful to have seen the behavioral exhibits that I was looking forward to, and to have experienced it at this price! I definitely want to use this service again.

動物園に特化したプランでしたが、私たちには急ぎ足でも回り切ることができませんでした…せめてもう少し集合時間を早くして、見学時間が伸びたらいいのになというのが率直な感想です。
ですがお目当てだった行動展示をこの目で見られて、そしてそれをこのお値段で体験できたことに私はとても感謝しています！ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。

A two-day, one-night trip to Yakushima. I was researching how to visit Yakusugi Land and the Jomon Sugi in the limited time I had on the afternoon of the first day when I discovered this tour. With the local bus, you can only visit either Yakusugi Land or Jomon Sugi, and I was also considering using a taxi for one way, so I decided immediately after seeing the tour price.

It was really helpful to leave my large luggage on the bus and enjoy sightseeing, and I appreciated being taken to my hotel in the Onojima area after the tour.

Additionally, I was grateful for the guide's consideration for guests who could only walk slowly. Having a guide made it easy to understand the highlights, and if I have the opportunity to visit Yakushima again, I would like to join the morning course as well. Thank you very much.

一泊二日の屋久島旅行。初日の午後から限られた時間でヤクスギランドと紀元杉をいかにして回ろうかとリサーチしていたところこのツアーを発見。路線バスではヤクスギランドか紀元杉のどちらかしか回れず、片道はタクシー利用も考えていたのでツアー代金を見て即決。
雨がパラつく中、大きな荷物をバスにおいて観光できたのと、ツアー後に尾之間エリアのホテルまで送っていただけたのは本当に助かりました。

また、ガイドさんの、ゆっくりしか歩けないゲストへの気配り心配りもありがたかったです。案内が付くことで見どころもよくわかり、また屋久島に行く機会があれば、午前のコースにも参加したいです。

Since I came all the way to Ishikawa, I wanted to explore the Noto Peninsula as well, but going on my own seemed quite difficult, so I joined this tour. The male bus guide had a modest impression, but he mixed in some amusing stories, making the tour enjoyable. They also provided snacks and coffee, which made it feel like a leisurely outing. The Shirakami Senmaida was a place I had always wanted to visit, and I was moved when I got there. Perhaps because it was just before the summer vacation season, there were relatively few tourists overall, which allowed us to enjoy the sightseeing at a relaxed pace within the allotted time.

せっかく石川に旅行に来たので能登半島も観光したいなと思っていましたが、自分で行くのは結構大変なので、こちらのツアーに参加しました。
男性のバスガイドさんで控えめな印象でしたが、時折クスっと笑えるお話を混ぜながらのガイドで楽しく過ごせました。
おやつやコーヒーも用意してくださっており、遠足気分でゆっくりできました。
白米千枚田はずっと気になっていた場所でもあり、訪れた時は感動しました。
夏休みシーズン前だったためか、全体的にも観光客が少なく、決められた時間内でゆっくりと観光ができたのも良かったです。

While listening to the guide's entertaining stories, I swam from Shinjō Beach through the shallows and was able to say hello to a sea turtle right away! Not just one, but several turtles, and I was healed by their leisurely pace as they ate seaweed! The guide took many wonderful photos for me! ガイドさんの楽しいお話しを聞きながら、新城海岸から浅瀬を泳いでいくと、すぐウミガメさんとこんにちはできました！一匹に限らず何匹も会えて、ゆっくりマイペースに海藻を食べている姿に癒されました！ガイドさんには素敵な写真をたくさん撮ってもらいました！宮古島のおすすめスポットも教えてくださってありがとうございます！

I participated the day after trekking at Shiratani Unsuikyo. I was suffering from severe muscle pain due to my lack of exercise, but it was great to be able to enjoy sightseeing comfortably. For those who want to take their time to see each spot, the sightseeing time might feel a bit short, but considering that it's possible to cover everything in one day, I think it's sufficient. I appreciated the thoughtful gestures, like allowing my companion with back pain to use the back seat and stopping the bus when we spotted a family of monkeys along the way. The only downside was that the Western Forest Road was closed, but I believe it gives me something to look forward to next time.

白谷雲水峡トレッキングの翌日に参加しました。日頃の運動不足がたたってバリバリの筋肉痛だったのですが、楽して観光が出来てとても良かったです。一つ一つをじっくり見たい方には少し観光時間が物足りないかもしれませんが、1日で回れることを考えれば充分だと思います。腰痛持ちの同行者のために後部座席を使わせて頂いたり、途中やくざるの親子がいればバスを止めて下さったり細やかな気遣いが有り難かったです。唯一、西部林道が通行止めだったのが残念ですが、次の楽しみが出来たと思っています。

As a pair of sisters in our 60s who don't usually exercise and were filled with anxiety, we decided to book a private tour because we wanted to take a lot of photos. In the end, it was the right choice. I wanted to check out the Bougyou-sugi (the giant cedar tree), and when I asked, the guide said, "If you have the energy on the way back, we can go," while assessing our condition. Thanks to the guide's witty talk and pacing, we were able to fully enjoy the mystical world of moss and ancient trees, the breathtaking views of Taiko-dani, the thrill of crossing streams, and the natural beauty of Yakushima. The return trip to Bougyou-sugi was tougher than I expected, but I was able to experience the atmosphere of the primeval forest even more, and I was very satisfied. I feel so grateful, thinking that I couldn't have experienced this emotion without the guide's thoughtful care. Thank you very much.

60代、普段運動しない全くの初心者姉妹で不安だらけだったのと、写真を沢山撮りたくて『貸切』で申し込みました。結果、大正解。奉行杉の方も回ってみたかったので確認したところ、「帰りに余力があれば行きましょう」とこちらの様子を見ながら案内して下さいました。ガイドさんの軽妙なトークとペース配分のおかげで、苔や古木の神秘な世界、太鼓谷の絶景、沢渡りのスリルと屋久島の自然を満喫できました。帰りの奉行杉は思った以上にきつかったのですが、より原生林の雰囲気を味わうことができ、大満足でした。この感動はガイドさんの細やかな気遣いなしには味わえなかったと思うと感謝の気持ちで一杯です。本当にありがとうございました。

The captain was very skilled at navigating the ship and also great at storytelling. The factory night view was beautiful, and everything was just perfect! I was glad to see the fireworks too! For those who are prone to seasickness, I think you won't get sick with the captain's navigation! Captain, please keep doing your best for a long time! I had a wonderful time. It was a bit cloudy at first, which made me anxious, but thanks to the guide who quickly took photos at the right moments when the clouds parted, I was able to capture some stunning pictures! It was also great that the sample photos from the tour turned out just as they were shown, matching my expectations perfectly.

When entering the water from land, there was a big splash that was impressive, and those on the outside got thoroughly soaked, resulting in everyone bursting into laughter! It was a very enjoyable tour! I want to ride again.

I was able to use the service with peace of mind thanks to the prior communication and confirmation. When my plans changed the day before the reservation and I contacted them on the day, they responded graciously. The driver was very kind and took us to various tourist spots despite the heat. They took photos for us and recommended delicious souvenirs. My whole family was satisfied, and it became a wonderful memory. I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

The 75-year-old guide was very enjoyable and gave us a lot of energy, allowing us to walk for 11 hours. We encouraged each other with our companions, and the guides worked together, helping each other through several troubles. It was moving when we were able to descend together.

75歳のガイドさんがとても楽しく元気を与えてくださり11時間を歩ききる事が出来ました。
仲間とも励まし合い、ガイドさん同士も連携し、いくつかのトラブルも助け合いながら下山できた時は感動でした。

The bus didn't require masks, but there weren't many people talking, so it was comfortable! The tour had about 30 people, half Japanese and half Asian! Both the guide and the driver were kind. The beauty of Cape Erimo and the grilled whelk skewers were delicious! The guide, Shu, used Japanese, Chinese, and English, and his multilingual guidance was impressive! His dedication really came through! Thank you very much.

My grandson and his mother (both Americans) wanted to see Mount Fuji, so we participated in the tour.

The English guide was great. Although we couldn't see Mount Fuji, we had plenty of fun with the matcha experience, Oshino Hakkai, and Gotemba Outlet.

日本初めての大学生になる孫と母親(共に米国人)が富士山を見たいというので参加しました。

英語ガイド良かったです。富士山は見えませんでしたが、抹茶体験、忍野八海、御殿場アウトレットで十分楽しんでもらえました。

In the 8-hour course, we were able to visit all the planned spots: Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, and American Village. For lunch, we had the driver’s recommended soki soba, which was very delicious.

8時間コースで、美ら海水族館、古宇利島、アメリカンヴィレッジと予定していたところ全てを回れました。
また、お昼ごはんには、運転手さんおすすめのソーキそばをいただいてとても美味しかったです。

I had trouble making a reservation for a long time, but I finally got to go. Since it was a paid experience, I was excited to see what it would be like, but I felt it was a bit simpler than I expected. However, I was happy to be able to tour the valuable training facility, and the exclusive merchandise and gacha available only to participants were a nice touch. The stories from the current cabin attendants were also easy to understand and enjoyable.

ずっと予約が取れず、やっと行くことができました。
有料だったこともあり、どんな内容かワクワクしていましたが、思ったよりはあっさりした感じだったかな、と思います。
ただ、貴重な訓練施設を見学でき、参加者のみが購入できるグッズやガチャは嬉しかったです。
現役CAさんのお話も分かりやすくて良かったです。

Since it was my first time touring the Yaeyama Islands, I chose a tour where I could listen to detailed explanations. I participated with the intention of just getting a taste, as it's certainly not an island you can fully explore in half a day. However, on Yubu Island, I was healed by the stories and songs of the ox cart driver, and I was able to relax while encountering the fallen Sagari flowers at just the right moment.

When crossing to Yubu Island, I happened to ride in the only four-wheeled ox cart, pulled by "Mirai." I plan to visit the leisurely ox cart driver (whose name I forgot) again on my return.

初めての八重山諸島巡りなので詳しく説明を聞きながら周れる　ツアーにしました。
到底半日で周れる島ではないので触りだけのつもりで参加しましたが由布島では牛車夫さんの語りと歌に癒やされ島内ではタイミングよくサガリ花の落ちたのに出くわしのんびりと過ごせました。
由布島へ渡るときの牛車は偶然にも1台しかない4輪のものでそれを引く「未来」クン
帰りに乗ったのんびり屋さん（名前は失念）にまた会いに行きますよ。

You can go on your own, but the beauty of the tour is that the guide provides detailed explanations about the places you will visit along the way. Based on that knowledge, my visits to the Sefa Utaki and the Gangala Valley turned into a wonderful journey.

At Sefa Utaki, I stepped into the heart of the Ryukyu Kingdom's politics, a place that served as a spiritual home for the king and the people. In the Gangala Valley, each group had a specialized guide who joyfully introduced us to the valley's formation, its flora and fauna, and the remains of ancient human dwellings and burials, allowing us to share a moment in time with the ancient Port of Nakagusuku people.

Although my wife, who was supposed to join me, was unwell and I participated alone, I had a great time.

自分で行くことも出来ますがツアーの良さはガイドさんが道中にこれから行くところを詳しく説明してくれるところだと思います。
その知識をもとに行った斎場御嶽とガンガラーの谷は素晴らしい旅になりました。
斎場御嶽では琉球王国の政治の根幹をなす王と国の民の心の拠り所に足を踏み入れ古代王朝の世界に。
ガンガラーの谷ではグループごとに専門のガイドさんが楽しくこの谷の成り立ちや動植物、古代人の住居跡や埋葬の跡を紹介してくれ太古の港川人と時空を共有出来ました。
同行予定の妻が体調不良でひとりで参加しましたが楽しく過ごせました。

On the day of the tour, a veteran driver welcomed us at the hotel. Even though we arrived a bit early, they accommodated us. I thought they would just take us around, but they were very knowledgeable and shared detailed historical backgrounds and interesting stories at each landmark, making the experience very fulfilling.

Additionally, they took us to places that can only be accessed by taxi, so we could easily reach large areas like Todai-ji, which would be difficult to walk through on our own. This is the charm of a private taxi service, in my opinion.

It was very hot that day, and I noticed many people had removed their masks. However, there were some places where wearing a mask was requested when viewing important cultural properties, so I think it would be wise for those who take off their masks to keep one handy.

I will definitely repeat this experience.

当日はホテルまで、ベテランドライバーさんがお出迎え。少し早めに到着したにもかかわらずご対応して頂きました。ただ、あちこち連れて行ってくれるだけかと思いきや、知識が豊富で各名所で詳しい歴史的背景や、それにまつわる興味深いストーリー等をお話しして頂き、とても充実しました。
また、タクシーでしか入らない場所まで連れて行ってくれるので、東大寺など敷地が広くて自分で歩くには大変なところまで、簡単に行くことができました。これぞ、貸切タクシーの魅力だと思います。
当日はとても暑く、マスク等外されている方も多々見られました。重要文化財等見る際に、着用をお願いしている箇所もあったので、脱マスクの人も携帯すると安心かと思いました。
再度リピートします。

It was a tour full of highlights! The guide provided detailed information, which made it even more enjoyable. I think it would be tough to go on our own due to the distance and lack of knowledge.

見所満載のツアーでした！ガイドさんが詳しく教えてくれるので、より一層楽しめました。自分達で行くには距離的にも辛いし、知識もないし大変だと思います。

We Hadès a wonderful journey to Mount Fuji.
Our guide and chauffeur where very kind and helpful.
The lake kawaguchi and the visit of the sanctuary so peaceful after the crowded lake was magical.

About two-thirds of the guests were foreigners, so the guide provided explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese repeatedly. There were some parts that were a bit difficult to understand, but the guide was sincere, which made it acceptable.

The tour had an appropriate time allocation, allowing for efficient sightseeing, and I was satisfied with that. However, at the lunch area in Lake Toya Onsen, most of the shops were closed? Unfortunately, this meant lunch ended up being a convenience store bento, which was disappointing.

Overall, it was excellent.

外国人のお客さんが2/3位占めてたので、ガイドさんが日本語、英語、中国語で繰り返しガイドされて、少し分かり辛い所もありましたが誠実な方でしたのて許容範囲でした。
ツアー内容は適切な時間配分で効率良く観光でき満足でした。
ただ、昼食エリアだった洞爺湖温泉では、お店の大半が営業時間外？だったため、昼食がコンビニ弁当になってしまったのが残念でした。
トータルでは◎でした。

The tour started at 2:30 PM, which was a bit late, so the time spent at each location during the bus tour was short. I recommend joining an earlier tour. The water buffalo was cute.

ツアーに参加した時間が2時半と遅かったので、バス観光での各所の滞在が短かったです。早い時間で参加するのがおすすめです。水牛はかわいかったです。

The compatibility with the driver was quite challenging. There were times when they spoke casually (I’m probably older than the driver), and some of their comments felt a bit sharp, which made me feel uncomfortable. Spending almost the entire day together was tough.

Well, I guess this is also about compatibility.

In hindsight, it might have been better to catch a taxi using an app rather than a chartered service.

運転手さんとの相性がかなり試されます。
所々タメ口で話されたり（おそらく私の方が運転手さんよりは年上です）、所々トゲがある言い方をされたり、あまり気分がよくなく、ほぼ1日かけて一緒に居るのがしんどかったです。

まぁでもこれも相性でしょうね。

貸し切りではなくタクシーアプリなどで捕まえるのが良かったかもと後から思いました。

Waking up a bit early was not ideal, but I was impressed with the tour guide's sightseeing information. Since they drop you off at the airport at 1 PM, I think this is a good option for those flying in the afternoon. Thank you very much.

Please consider this review with the premise of participating with preschool children.

The bus… there was trash left by the previous passengers. The audio guide content was good, but the connection with the headphones was poor. The number of participants on the tour was about half of the bus seats filled, but during the hot summer, everyone was crammed in the front seats, and there was someone nearby with a strong body odor, which was tough. Given the current COVID situation, I thought it would be better to space out the seating instead of packing everyone together. There was no restroom on the bus, so I had to be mindful of my child's bathroom timing, and I was constantly worried about restrooms during our stay at each facility. It would have been better if there were restrooms available.

Kouri Island, Okashi Goten, Manzamo… the stay time was about 30 minutes, and we were always in a hurry. I was anxious thinking that if my child threw a tantrum, there wouldn’t be time for shopping. The drop-off location on the way back was flexible (changes can only be made within the designated drop-off points).

Pineapple Park… I wished we could have stayed a little longer. There was no time to enjoy tastings. It felt like we were just pulling the kids towards the exit.

Churaumi Aquarium… they set the stay time to accommodate two dolphin shows, allowing us to choose which one to see, which was great. The aquarium isn’t that large, so if you’re just doing the dolphin show and the aquarium, the time seemed about right. Lunch was on our own, but there wasn’t time to eat leisurely. The large bus parking lot was extremely far from the aquarium. There was a paid trolley-like vehicle running inside the park, but due to the admission ticket situation, everyone had to walk to the entrance. If the tour guide had prepared and handed out the tickets on the bus beforehand, we wouldn’t have had to walk so much… but maybe that wasn’t possible due to scheduling?

I’ve mentioned mostly negative points above, but overall, I am satisfied. Above all, it’s inexpensive; the service isn’t bad for the low price, and although it’s busy, you can visit many famous spots in one day. I would even like to try a different course when I come to Okinawa next time.

未就学児を連れての参加ということを前提にご覧ください。

バス…前の人のゴミが残っていた。音声ガイドの内容は良いがイヤホンとの接続が悪い。ツアーの参加人数はバスの座席半分程度が埋まったくらいだったが、夏の暑い時に全員前に座席を固められ、近くに体臭がきつい方がおられてしんどかった。コロナの時期でもあるし、前に固めずに間隔をあけて座らせたらいいのに…と思う。バスにはトイレがないので、子どものトイレのタイミングに気を遣い、各施設滞在中もトイレのことばかり気にしていた、トイレ付きならもっと良いのに…
古宇利島、おかし御殿、万座毛…滞在時間が30分程度と始終小走り。子供がわがままを言ったら買い物なんてしてる時間ないなぁと思ってヒヤヒヤしていた。帰りに降ろしてもらう場所は融通を聞いてもらえる(設定された降車地点の中でのみ変更可)
パイナップルパーク…もう少し長くてもと思った。試飲試食を楽しむ間はない。子どもを引っ張ってとにかく出口へという感じ。
美ら海…イルカショー2回分の時間帯に滞在時間を設定してくれていて、どちらか好きな方を選んで見ることが出来てよかった。水族館内はそんなに広くないので、イルカショーと水族館のみならば時間としてはこんなもんかな？という感じ。昼食は各自だがゆっくりたべる時間はない。大型バス駐車場から水族館までものすごく遠い。園内有料でトロリー的な乗り物が走っていたが、入館券の都合で全員歩いて入り口まで連れて行かれる。ツアーの方が予め準備しておいて乗ってきたバスの中で渡してくれたらこんなに歩かずに済んだのに…日付の都合で無理なのかな？

マイナスなことばかり上には挙げていますが、総合としては満足しています。
何より安い、安い割にサービスが悪いわけではない、忙しないけれど名所を1日で一気に回れる。
次回沖縄に来ても、別のコースを頼んでみたいと思うほどです。

Although it was cloudy in Ishigaki Island at the departure point, it was raining when we arrived at Iriomote Island by boat. While there was no impact when riding the sightseeing bus or the water buffalo cart, I had to buy a raincoat for 300 yen during the walking tour on Yubu Island. The rain diminished the charm of the sightseeing experience.

I also rode the water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island, but I felt that it wasn't necessary to ride it twice. 2,800 yen was quite expensive.

On Taketomi Island, there was no rain, and I wandered around the houses, but considering the residents, I felt it might have been a nuisance to them, which made me feel embarrassed.

出発地の石垣島は曇天だったのに、船で西表島に着いた時には雨だった。観光バスや水牛車に乗った時には影響はないが、由布島徒歩観光の際には雨で３００円の雨合羽を購入してまわった。雨が降ると観光の魅力が半減しました。
竹冨島でも水牛車に乗ったが、２度は乗らなくても良かった感想でした。２，８００円は高かった。
竹冨島では雨はなく、民家をめぐり、うろうろしましたが、島民の事を考えると迷惑してだろうなと、恐縮しました。

I’m really glad I went on the tour! During the tour, I learned about the unknown Yakusugi trees, various gourmet foods and sightseeing spots on Yakushima, and the mountains. It was fun to interact with the tour guide and the other participants! The nature was truly pleasant, and it was a happy time. The bento was delicious and satisfying!

I finally swam with sea turtles! I read in reviews that the free parking fills up quickly, so I arrived around 8:20 and just managed to park one car. The paid parking is 2000 yen for the day. I'm not a great swimmer; during my school swimming classes, I always ended up in the group that couldn't swim. However, the staff were very kind, saying, "If you get tired, just grab onto the float. I'll pull you." That made me feel at ease. Fortunately, with a life jacket and fins, I was able to glide through the water and enjoyed myself without needing to hold onto the float until the end! Shinjo Beach is shallow, so I could reach the seabed, which made it not scary at all. Along the way, I encountered a sea turtle that seemed used to people; it was very cute as it focused on its meal even when I got quite close. (Touching the sea turtles is prohibited.) The staff showed me photos saying, "This is how it looks right now," and the finished photos were fantastic. I'm really grateful for that. I immediately sent them to my family and friends. Not only did I see the sea turtles, but I also got to see beautiful fish, and I was very happy that they took pictures of the fish I thought were cute. Thank you very much. The staff were not only knowledgeable about sea turtles and the ocean but also kindly provided a list of recommended spots in Miyako Island via LINE at the end. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

念願だったウミガメと泳ぎました。口コミで無料駐車場がすぐ埋まるとあったので、8:20頃に着いてギリギリ1台停めれました。有料駐車場は1日2000円です。学生時代のプールの授業では毎回泳げないグループに入るほど、泳ぐのは苦手ですが、スタッフさんはとても親切で『しんどくなったら浮き輪に捕まってください。引っ張ります』とのことで安心でした。幸い、ライフジャケットとフィンですいすい進めたので、浮き輪に捕まらなくても最後まで楽しめました！新城海岸は浅くて、海底に手が届くくらいなので全然怖くなかったです。途中でウミガメに遭遇でき、人慣れしているようでかなり近づいても、ご飯タイムに集中していてとても可愛かったです。(ウミガメに触るのは禁止です) 写真も『今こんな感じに撮れてます』と見せてくださり、出来上がった写真も最高でした。本当に感謝です。さっそく家族や友人に送りました。ウミガメだけでなく、綺麗なお魚も見ることができ、私が可愛いと思っていたお魚の写真も撮ってくださっていてとても嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。スタッフさんはウミガメや海のことだけでなく、最後に宮古島のオススメスポットを一覧にしてLINEで教えてくださり最後までとても親切にしていただきました。最高の思い出をありがとうございました！

Swimming with the sea turtles was amazing! I thought it would take time to find them and that we would have to go out to deeper waters, but they were just casually swimming in the shallow areas, eating seaweed, and they didn't run away even when we got close. I couldn't believe how close we could get! It was beyond my expectations. The coral reefs were beautiful, and I wanted to keep diving there. The guide was incredibly kind, which made me feel at ease. I received many beautifully taken photos, creating wonderful memories of my time in Miyako Island. I want to come back again!

ウミガメさんとずーっと泳げて最高でした！
ウミガメを探すのに沖へ出たり、時間がかかるのかと思っていましたが、浅瀬に普通に(笑)いて、普通に泳いでいて、普通に海藻を食べていて、近くに行っても全然逃げないし、こんなに近くにいられるなんて！想像以上でした。
珊瑚礁もきれいでずっと潜っていたかったです。
ガイドさんがとにかく親切で安心できました。
きれいに撮っていただいた写真もたくさん送ってもらえて、最高の宮古島での思い出ができました。
また来たいです！
