Since I’m not good with the heat in early July, I requested a bus tour, glass boat, and water buffalo cart. I had seen reviews mentioning that the guidance was unclear, so I was cautious about that, but there were no problems. During the bus tour, we had a little free time at one beach. The coral I saw while on the glass boat made me want to protect it in the future.

The explanations were very friendly and easy to understand. During the transfer to the beach, the guide casually talked to all the participants about delicious restaurants, allowing us to enjoy our time even outside of snorkeling. The explanations during snorkeling were also clear. They sent us about 60 to 70 photos, including pictures with sea turtles and of the coral and fish underwater. They turned out beautifully and became precious memories. I would love to request their services again when I visit Miyako Island. Thank you very much!!

It was my first time snorkeling, and I received thorough instruction. Additionally, I was given recommendations for great restaurants, making the time outside of snorkeling enjoyable as well.

During snorkeling, I was able to get so close to the turtles that I couldn't believe it!

It was a fun and valuable experience, and I would like to participate again. I highly recommend it!

Thanks to Yamachan's cheerful guidance, I swam a lot, and the enjoyable time flew by. I actually got to see sea turtles and had beautiful photos taken, making it the best experience! とても和やかにご説明等してくださいました。海までの移動中も美味しいお店等気さくに参加者の皆さんに話してくださり、シュノーケル以外のお時間も楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。
シュノーケルの最中も、分かりやすい説明でした。ウミガメとの写真、海の中の珊瑚や魚たちの写真含め、60〜70枚ほど送ってくださいました。とても綺麗に写っていて、貴重な思い出になりました。

The World Heritage Site "Sefa Utaki" is a must-visit.
The limestone cave at Okinawa World is very beautiful. My child was moved to see a limestone cave for the first time.

We efficiently explored Sapporo for half a day on the last day. The outer market for lunch was cheap and delicious! The guide was kind and very friendly to the kids.

It was a meaningful day as we were able to go to the places we wanted with a chartered sightseeing taxi since we traveled without a car on our parent-child trip. I finally got to visit Yakushima and took on a 10-hour trekking challenge. I secretly brought my wife and kids along. I only slipped and fell once, but I had a great time. When I saw Jomon Sugi, I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow!" ( ´艸｀)

来てみたかった屋久島、10時間のトレッキングに挑戦しました。妻子には内緒で同行させました。一度滑ってこけたくらいで、非常に楽しめました。縄文杉を見たときは「お～」と思わず言っていました。( ´艸｀)

I was able to fully enjoy the various natural wonders of Iriomote Island in one tour, including a SUP experience in the mangroves, trekking at Kura Falls, and snorkeling. Thanks to the explanations and natural responses from our instructor, Kengo, I was able to participate in the tour with great enjoyment. If I have the opportunity to come back to Iriomote Island, I would definitely like to sign up for the night tour that you recommended. Thank you for the wonderful time.

マングローブでのsup体験、クーラの滝でのトレッキング、シュノーケリングと、一回のツアーで西表島の様々な自然を満喫することが出来ました。

In the scorching heat, the sea breeze provided a pleasant and magical moment. Wearing a life jacket, we traveled at varying speeds, stopping at points of interest to take photos, allowing us to capture images at a leisurely pace.
I found the air conditioning in the waiting room to be weak and wished for adjustments to match the outside temperature. I thought it would have been nice if there were cruises to Honmoku even on weekdays.

猛暑の中、海風が心地よく幻想的なひとときを過ごせた。ライフジャケットを装着し、緩急のスピードで走行し、見どころでは停船して撮影時間を設けてくれ、ゆっくり撮影できた。
待合室の冷房が弱く、外気に合わせた調整を望む。本牧まで行くクルーズが平日にもあると良かったと思う。

Team leader Mitsuhashi Confidante has professional skills to lead the team, is aware of the timing during the hike, and ensures that breaks are taken properly. The introductions along the way are also courteous. I don't understand Japanese, but since there was a companion who explained in English, I was able to enjoy a safe hiking trip.

Originally, I was supposed to participate in the Jomon Sugi hike on May 7, but the weather was bad that day! I changed to participate in this trip on July 7, and I would like to thank your company for sending breakfast and a bento on that day! After all, I had already enjoyed the breakfast and bento from May 7.

チームリーダーの三橋コンフィダンテさんは、チームを率いるプロフェッショナルな能力を持っています、途中の時間も把握しており、休憩もしっかり取っています、途中の紹介も丁寧です、日本語は分かりませんが、同行者もいて英語で説明してくれるので、安全なハイキング旅行を楽しめました。
なお、本来は5/7の縄文杉ハイキングに参加していたのですが、その日は天気が悪かった！ 今回の旅行に参加するために7/7に変更したのですが、当日の朝食とお弁当を送ってくださった御社に感謝いたします！ だって、5/7のその日の朝食とお弁当をすでに堪能してきましたから。

The day I had reserved was cloudy, so I changed it to the next day at the last minute. The response was very courteous.

Even just watching, the starry sky was beautiful, but the photos taken were stunning and became a lifelong memory.

It was my first time having photos taken with the starry sky as a backdrop, and since there are limitations with the iPhone camera, I think it's great to request professional photography to capture such beautiful images!

Since I have long hair, I gathered it up for the shoot, but there was indeed some wind on the day of the photo session. Personally, I think it would be better for those with long hair to tie it up so that their faces are more clearly visible!

予約していた日が曇っていたので急遽翌日に変えていただきました。とてもご丁寧な対応でした。
みているだけでもとても綺麗な星空でしたが、写真でとっても綺麗に撮ってくださり一生の思い出になりました。
星空を背景に写真撮影をしていただくのは人生で初めてでしたが、iPhoneのカメラだと限界があるのでこうやって撮影をお願いして綺麗に撮っていただくのはとても良いと思います！
髪の毛が長いので髪の毛をまとめて撮影に行ったのですが、写真撮影の日はやはり風があったので長い髪の毛の方は結ばれたほうが顔がはっきり映るかなあと個人的には思います！

I was able to swim with many sea turtles. I was very satisfied to see fish and coral as well. They took and sent me many beautiful photos. They said, "If there are any fish you want us to take pictures of, just let us know," so I took them up on their offer and had them take various shots. There were children in the same group, and they were very kind to adjust the pace for everyone. I personally didn't mind, but the bright yellow fins weren't particularly stylish, so if you're concerned about how the photos will turn out, it might be a good idea to check in advance. The beach itself was very crowded, and there was only a paid parking lot available for 2,000 yen. It might take some time to find a spot, so I think it's best to go with some extra time to spare. I thought it was "Shinjō" beach, but I panicked when I realized it was "Aragusuku" beach, so everyone should be careful.

同じグループにお子さんもいたのですが、ペースをそれぞれに合わせてくれてとても親切でした。
私は全く気にしませんが、真っ黄色のフィンで特におしゃれなものではなかったので、写真映えを気にされる方は事前に確認した方がいいかもしれません。
ビーチ自体すごく混雑していて、2,000円の有料駐車場しか空いていませんでした。停めるのにも時間がかかる場合がありそうなので、時間に余裕を持って行かれると良いと思います。
「しんじょう」海岸だと思っていたら「あらぐすく」海岸で場所を間違えたと思い焦ったので皆さんご注意を。

I participated with my one-year-old, and it was definitely the right choice to go on a bus tour in the scorching summer heat. Renting a car is expensive, and with lunch included, I didn't have to drive. The bus was always cool, so I didn't have to return to a sweltering vehicle after sightseeing. The bus guide was experienced and provided great commentary, and at the end, they even sang a song with a sanshin, which was fun! I wish it could have been a bit longer. However, I was a little disappointed with the lunch! The scenery was beautiful, though!

一歳の子連れで参加したんですが、真夏の暑い中バスツアーにして正解でした。レンタカーも高いし、昼ご飯も付いていて運転もしなくていいし、
車内は常に涼しく目的地で観光しても激アツの車内に戻らなくても良かったし、バスガイドさんも慣れた感じで案内してくれて最後には三線で歌を歌ってくれたり、楽しかったです♪もう少し長くても良かったかなってくらいです♪
しかし、昼食は少し残念だったかな！

This product is a bus charter, not a tour. The differences from a regular bus tour are as follows: 1: Basically, almost all participants are foreigners from Asian countries. Many are quite open to communication, so for those who are sensitive, it's recommended to bring noise-canceling headphones as a precaution. 2: There are no assigned seats, so you may find yourself pushed by those who go ahead without forming a line when boarding. In our case, the seat we tried to take was secured by a Korean family who casually tossed their bag onto it from behind, resulting in us ending up further back than we expected. Additionally, during the two breaks and two stops, if you don't clearly secure your seat, you might find it taken by participants with a different sense of space. 3: I was well aware that there would be no guide, but I feel that those accompanying should at least have some basic knowledge. The young woman who accompanied us (she seemed very shy and kind, with Chinese as her mother tongue, able to communicate in English with basic words, and studying Japanese) bears no responsibility, but if a complete novice is to accompany, the operating company should provide at least basic geographical and historical information materials. 4: Some participants come from countries or regions where time is more relaxed, so don't forget to maintain a certain level of mental flexibility! Lastly, the benefits of participating. In this itinerary, it is possible to travel to the destination from Nagoya by Meitetsu bus, but the convenience of simply clicking to apply is great for busy professionals. If you participate with the mindset that it's a culturally diverse mode of transportation, you won't get upset.

この商品は、ツアーではなくバスのチャーターです。普通のバスツアーと違う点は以下の通り。1：基本的に、参加者はほぼ全員アジア諸国からの外国人です。大らかにコミュニケーションをとる方も多いので、神経質な方はノイズキャンセリングヘッドフォン持参などの対策がお勧めです。2：座席指定がないので、乗車の際に列を作らずグイグイと行く方々に押されがち。私たちの場合、座ろうとした座席を後ろからカバンをポイっと投げた韓国のご家族に確保されてしまい、思ったより後ろの席になってしまいました。また二回の休憩と二回の現地下車の際にわかりやすく自分の席を確保しておかないと、ちょっと感覚の違う参加者に座席を取られてしまいます。3：ガイド同伴でない事は百も承知でしたが、最低限知識がある方でないと同伴者は務まらない気がします。同伴者であった若い女性（とてもシャイで優しそうな方で、中国語は母国語、英語は単語を並べての基礎コミュニケーションに困らない程度、日本語は勉強中と察します）には何の責任もありませんが、全くの素人に同伴させるなら催行会社側は基本的な地理情報や歴史情報などに関する資料を最低限用意するなどもっと配慮が必要かと思います。4：時間にルーズな国や地域の参加者もいるので、ある程度の心の余裕をお忘れなく！最後に、参加したメリット。この旅程の場合、名古屋からなら名鉄バスで自ら目的地を回ることも可能ですが、やはりポチッと申し込むだけで済むというのは忙しい社会人には便利。国際色豊かな交通手段と割り切って参加すれば、腹も立たないですよ。

I was disappointed that I didn't receive any communication until the last minute before the reservation, so I wasn't sure if it would go ahead. Given the forecast for heavy rain, it might have been unavoidable, but I had to make plans in case it was canceled, so I wish I had known a bit earlier...

The event did go ahead as planned, but unfortunately, it was canceled midway due to the heavy rain. In this case, we have to prioritize safety, so I think it was a good decision.

I look forward to the day I can go on a nice weather day while dreaming about it.

予約の段階で前日ギリギリまで連絡がなかったので、決行するのかわからなかったのが、まず残念なところ。
大雨の予報だったので仕方なかったかもしれませんが、中止になった時のこととか予定を立てないといけなかったので、もう少し早ければ。。。と思いました(^_^;)

予定通り決行にはなったのですが、やはり大雨で途中で中止に(T_T)
こればかりは命を守る行動をしないといけないので、いい決断だったと思います(^_^)

また天気のいい日に行ける日を夢見ながら楽しみにしたいと思います。

This was not the bus tour I had expected; it was merely a shuttle service in a small vehicle. The last tour I participated in at least had a guide. Moreover, due to other customers not updating their cancellation information, we had to wait at the airport for a long time. Additionally, our free time was reduced because of a delayed arrival. We were supposed to have only 60 minutes at Akama Shrine and Karato Market for meals, but in the end, we only had 50 minutes. It was a very rushed tour.

Furthermore, the route was blocked, and there were no alternative plans, so we went directly back. This was my first time encountering such a situation, and I was not informed about it in advance. In other words, I paid 8,900 yen to go to Karato Market, but there was no apology or compensation afterward, which left me astonished.

At the very least, please inform us in advance about the possibility of cancellations. I believe having a Plan B is common sense for tours. From this perspective, I think the organizers are completely inexperienced.

Additionally, I wanted to argue with this company afterward, but I found a careless and unreasonable rule stating that "we are not responsible for weather-related issues," which was frustrating. I don't want to pursue this further, but it was the worst experience.

The driver's attitude was not bad, but everything else was a terrible experience. I no longer want to participate in any tours again.

テーマで書いたようなバスツアーではなく、小型車で送迎の役割しかないツアーでした。前回参加したツアーはせめてガイドさんをついていましたのに。
しかも、他のお客様がキャンセル情報は更新していなかったの原因で私たちを長時間で空港に待っています、さらに、到着時間が遅れたのに、私たちのフリータイムは減縮されました。そもそも60分だけ赤間神宮と唐戸市場での食事をしなければなりません。結局、50分しかありません。非常に慌てていたツアーでしました。
そして、前路がブロックされましたので、何の他のプランがなく、直接に回送になりました。初めてこういう状況に遭遇しましたが、事前に一言も言われませんのに。つまり今回は唐戸市場に行ったのに8900円を払いました。しかも事後は何の謝れや賠償もなく、呆れました。
せめて事前に中止の可能性があることを伝えてください。プランBがあるのはツアーの常識だと思います。こうから見ると、全く素人の組織者だと思います。
しかも、事後この会社とargueしたいですけど、事前に同意した規則において「天気の原因は一切責任を負えない」のような無責任な強盗規則を見つかりました。私は追究したくないですが、最悪の体験でした。
運転手の態度が悪くなかったが、他は全然最悪体験だ。二度とツアーを参加したくなくなりました。

I was able to create wonderful memories on Tanabata, July 7th. With atmospheric music playing, they suggested several poses, making the photo shoot enjoyable.

７月７日七夕に素敵な思い出を作れました。雰囲気ある音楽が流れ、ポージングもいくつか提案して下さり楽しく撮影できました。

It was the most beautiful starry sky I've ever seen in my life. I was able to see the Milky Way and shooting stars; it was an incredible view that far exceeded my imagination. The brother who was in charge of the photography was easy to talk to and took the photos very carefully. It was also wonderful that music was playing during the shoot. The photos were sent to me the next day. I truly made the best memories with such wonderful photos! I would definitely like to do this again!
