I couldn't drive, so I requested assistance. It was helpful because the hotel was in the opposite direction from where I wanted to go, and I wanted to avoid taking the bus and sightseeing in the heat. I will definitely use this service again when I go to Okinawa.

車を運転できないので、お願いしました。行きたい所からホテルまで、逆方向なのと、暑いなかバスなどで観光地を回るのを避けたかったので、助かりました。また、沖縄行く時は利用させていただきます。

I went to the Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island on a 9-hour tour. You can gather information using guidebooks or your smartphone while traveling to the destination, and there's no need to worry about restrooms or parking. You can also change your destination freely along the way, and even if you're tired on the way back, you can sleep in the car. Considering the convenience of being able to go to places efficiently until the last minute, I think it's a great value for the cost.

9時間のコースで美ら海水族館や古宇利島に行きました。目的地へ向かう車中でもガイドブックやスマホで情報収集できるし、トイレや駐車場の心配もない。途中で自由に目的地も変えられ、帰りは疲れても車中で寝ることもでき、ギリギリまで効率よく行きたいところに行ける便利さを考えるとコスパもいいと思います。

I used the service because I wanted to take memorable photos on my first visit to Miyako Island! My impression is that it was absolutely great! The starry sky was beautifully captured, and it became a wonderful memory! If you decide on poses, I think they can take photos that match those as well!

The bus guide and the local guide provided thorough explanations, and the driver was also very kind, making it a very enjoyable tour. I’m truly sorry for causing trouble by forgetting my souvenirs on the bus on the way back. I really appreciate that you returned them to the restaurant where I got off last. Thank you very much. 今回「斎場御嶽」と「ガンガラーの谷」に参加しました。バスガイドさん現地のガイドさんの丁寧な説明と運転手さんも親切でとても楽しいツアーでした。帰りバスの中に土産物を忘れて迷惑をかけてしまい、本当に申し訳ありませんでした。最後に降りた先のレストラン迄戻って届けて頂き助かりました。ありがとうございました。次回の旅行の時もベルトラさんで行きたいと思います。

I didn't feel tired at all on the way to Jomon Sugi, but I was very tired on the way back. However, Mr. Ando kept the conversation going without interruption, which made it easier to walk. Additionally, it was great that he created different topics from different perspectives on the way there and back. Deciding when to depart was also challenging, so it was good that we delayed the departure time by 30 minutes. The panoramic photography technique was excellent as well.

I headed to the meeting place using my mobile navigation! The photographer greeted us very warmly, which instantly made me feel at ease. It was a very windy day and quite dark, but the photographers shone lights at our feet and guided us carefully! It seemed there were some guests already at the best spot to capture the starry sky, and they waited until their shoot was finished before guiding us there. It was just my husband, my third-grade daughter, and me, but in the darkness, we suddenly heard "Sparkle" from "Your Name"! It was so romantic while we were photographing the stars, and I couldn't help but smile! It turned out that the photographer had subtly played that music for us! I was so moved! We got some wonderful photos! Thank you so much! ♪

携帯のナビで集合場所に向かいました！
カメラマンの方はとても気さくに挨拶してくださって一気に安心感に繋がりました。
風がとても強い日で真っ暗な場所でしたが、カメラマンの方々足元にライトを照らして気をつけて〜と案内してくださいました！
1番星空がキレイに映るところに、先客いたようで、その方達の撮影が終わったのを見計らってそこに案内してくださいました。
小3の娘と主人と3人でしたが、真っ暗な中、どこからともなく、「君の名は」のスパークルが聞こえてきました！
星空撮影してる時にとってもロマンティックで自然に笑みがこぼれました！そしたらその音楽はカメラマンさんがさりげなくかけてくださってました！
感動です！素敵な写真がとれました！ありがとうございました♪

It was the perfect tour for making memories! The timing was great, and I was able to take wonderful photos with the Milky Way in the background.

Despite concerns about rain, we were lucky to have clear weather, which made for a great tour. I was worried about participating alone, but the guide and the other participants were all wonderful people, so I was able to enjoy the trekking experience.

雨が心配される中、この日は運良く晴れてとても良いツアーができました。
一人参加で心配でしたがガイドの方や他の参加者の方良い人ばかりでしたので、楽しんでトレッキングできました。

I participated in a bus tour by myself for the first time.
As a result, once I got on the bus, I was taken to the destination without getting lost.
At the destination, I had free time to explore at my own pace, and I just needed to return to the bus by the meeting time.
The bus seats were assigned, but they arranged them by group, so I didn't have to sit next to strangers.
Additionally, the bus guide provided information during the journey, making it very enjoyable and it went by in no time.

バスの座席も指定席でしたがグループごとにしていただけていました なので私は知らない人と隣どおしになることもなく
またバスガイドさんが現地までの道中案内をしてくださりとても楽しくあっという間でした

It was a bit cloudy, but just barely. It was a slightly cold day for Ishigaki Island. As soon as we arrived, the shuttle bus welcomed us. We took a boat through the mangroves with the water buffalo and bus plan, stopping at points to listen to explanations about various types of plants and animals. The water buffalo seemed to enjoy listening to the sanshin music. It seems that each water buffalo has its own personality, and we enjoyed hearing various stories. Yubu Island is small, but you can explore it all during your free time. We had lunch here. On Taketomi Island, we explored by bus while listening to the guide's stories, and we learned how to collect star sand. Without the tour, I might not have known how to do that. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Taketomi Island, Yubu Island, and Iriomote Island for the first time.

星の砂の取り方も教えてもらって
ツアーでなかったらわからなかったかも
初めて竹富島由布島西表島はぜひこのツアーに参加おすすめします

The weather was bad, but I enjoyed the Umeda course to some extent. Next time, I would like to try the Namba course.

天気が悪かったですが、梅田コースを回りそれなりに楽しめました。今度は、なんばコースを回りたいと思えました。

I swam with turtles at Shinjo Coast. They took a lot of photos and sent them all to me. They also guided us to the coral reefs. Most snorkeling tours have a restriction for those under 65, but here there was no age limit for seniors, so I participated. However, it's quite far from the accommodation, so if you're going alone, the round-trip taxi fare might be a bit painful.

新城海岸で亀と一緒に泳ぎました。写真もいっぱい撮ってもらって、全て送ってくれました。珊瑚礁の方にも案内してくれました。ほとんどのシュノーケルツアーが65歳以下の制限がありますが、ここはシニアの年齢制限なかったので、参加しました。ただ宿泊先からは遠いので、１人参加だと、往復のタクシーがちょっと痛いかな。

I participated with my elderly mothers. The weather and breeze were pleasant. The meeting place was close to Tokyo Station and easy to find. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate again.

天気や風も気持ち良く。東京駅から近い集合場所も、解り安く機会があれば、また参加したいです。

Although our schedule didn't go as planned due to some shops being closed and having some unexpected downtime, the driver thoughtfully adjusted the itinerary and took us to various places. As a result, we were able to make new discoveries without wasting time and had a wonderful trip.

Even when we were late for our meeting time, the driver hurried to ensure we made it on time.

What stood out the most was that I didn't expect a guided tour, but the driver provided continuous information about Okinawa during our travels, which was very informative. I felt that alone made the private hire worthwhile.

I would definitely like to use this service again next time.

時間が限られた中、予定してた場所へ行くお店が閉まっていたり、中時間が空いてしまったりと予定通りいかなかったりしましたが、運転手さんが色々考えてくださり、連れて行ってくれました。その為、時間をお持て余すことも無く新たな発見が出来て楽しく旅行が出来ました。
また、集合時間に遅れてしまった時なども、急いで下さり時間に間に合う事が出来ました。
特に良かったのが、ガイドをしてくれるとは思って居なかったので、道中を移動している最中ずーっと沖縄を案内して下さり大変良く分かりました。それだけでも貸し切りを利用した価値が有ると思いました。
次回もまた利用したいと思います。

The stories were interesting, and I was very happy to hear unique tales from Yakushima. They took a lot of photos during the hike, which made for great memories ( ˆОˆ )/. Even someone like me, who has no stamina at all, was able to climb! The Yakusugi trees were, of course, amazing, but the other natural features were also very beautiful and mystical! I highly recommend this tour to many people!

全く体力のない私でも登れました！
屋久杉ももちろんすごかったのですが、それ以外の自然物がとてもきれいで神秘的でした！

It was drizzling, but they provided simple raincoats, which helped. Even though it was a two-hour course, we had one hour of free time in Odaiba. The tour was about enjoying the night view by finding our own spots. When the bus came to pick us up after free time, the seats were still wet, probably because of the light rain. Since it’s a paid tour, I thought there should have been at least some consideration to wipe them down, which might have made me want to use their services again.

In the end, the highlight was just the illumination of Tokyo Tower. Passing by the closed Tsukiji at night and getting explanations was not interesting at all. The lights of Ginza were just glamorous.

Well, it was a tour that matched the price. I was disappointed in myself for having too high expectations.

小雨だったけど簡易レインコートを配ってくださり、凌げた。2時間コースなのにお台場で1時間のフリータイム。
夜景は自分で場所を探して堪能するツアーでした。乗客を下ろし、フリータイムが終わる時間に来たバスは小雨だからか座席は濡れたまま。金とってるツアーなんだからせめて拭いておくくらいの心遣いはあったほうが次も利用しようと思ったかもしれない。
結局目玉は東京タワーのライトアップのみ。夜の閉まっている築地の前を通って説明されても面白くもない。銀座の明かりが華やかだっただけ。
まぁ値段並みのツアーでした。
期待しすぎた自分が残念でした。

The moonlight was strong, so we couldn't see many stars, but instead, we were able to take wonderful photos in various poses with the fantastic moon as a backdrop. Thank you!

I have been to Cape Chikyu several times, but I was never fortunate with the weather and couldn't experience the curvature of the horizon. However, this time, the view was truly spectacular, with the horizon appearing round. I could also see Hakodate clearly, making it a memorable experience for a lifetime.

地球岬には、何度か来ましたが天候に恵まれず、水平線の丸さを味わうことができませんでしたが、今回は、本当に水平線が丸く見える絶景でした。
函館方面もくっきりと見えて、一生の記念になりました。

I could only stay in Kyoto for about five hours, but I was able to drink matcha, eat udon, and visit about four sightseeing spots! Despite the heat, I was able to use my time effectively without wandering around aimlessly. The driver also provided explanations for each location, which made me very satisfied! My child was in my arms the whole time, but we were able to rest each time we returned to the taxi, so I managed to keep my energy up. I would love to do this again!

京都には５時間ほどしか滞在できなかったのですが、抹茶も飲んで、うどんも食べて、４箇所程観光もできました!暑い中右往左往しることなく、滞在時間を有効的に使えました。
運転手さんがそれぞれの場所の説明もしてくださり、大満足でした!子供がずっと抱っこでしたが、タクシーに戻って毎度休めてたのでなんとか体力が持ちました。
またお願いしたいです!

I participated in this tour because I wanted to visit all the places in Kyoto in one day. It was great to be able to move efficiently in an air-conditioned bus in the heat of over 30 degrees.

Also, the guides Tammy and Taka were wonderful. I was impressed by their bright, friendly, and attentive work. The explanations of each landmark were very informative. Thank you.

If I have the opportunity, I would like to join other tours as well.

京都で行きたいと希望していた場所を、１日で全て巡れるので参加しました。
30度を超える暑さの中、冷房の効いたバスで効率的に移動できたのが良かったです。

I was a bit disappointed to hear that the photos would focus on the moon instead of the starry sky due to the moon's influence this time, but seeing the actual photos was simply wonderful! The guide was also very kind, and even though it was a short time, I really enjoyed it!

今回月の影響で星空ではなく月メインの写真になると聞いて少し残念に思っていましたが、実際の写真を見ると素晴らしいの一言でした！ガイドさんもすごく親切で短い時間でしたが楽しませてもらいました！

The guide in Kyoto was excellent. They were also fluent in English. I enjoyed my school trip after 40 years. I want to go again while I'm still healthy.

The weather forecast predicted rain. When I arrived at the trailhead, there was a rainbow! The sun also peeked through. It rained for about two hours on the way back. I was anxious about participating alone, but everyone in the same group was also participating solo, which made it fun. As we walked, we learned various things from the guide about Yakushima and the Yakusugi trees, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Along the way, there were multiple water points, and the taste of the water was amazing! I encountered deer and monkeys!! I fully enjoyed the great outdoors. I want to go again. The sense of accomplishment after walking for 10 hours was even more enjoyable with friends!

天気は雨予報。登山口に到着すると虹が！晴れ間も出て。かえり2時間ほどの雨でした。一人参加で不安でしたが、同じグループ皆さん一人参加で、楽しかったです。ガイドさんから屋久島のこと、屋久杉のことなど…色々聞きながら歩くとより楽しめました。途中、何度も水飲みポイントがあり、水の美味しさ!感激しました。鹿、猿とも遭遇！！大自然を満喫しました。また行きたい、と思います。　10時間歩いた達成感、仲間と一緒はより楽しいと思います!

I arrived at the meeting place 40 minutes early, but I wasn't sure where to go. It said "in front of the prefectural office arch," but in reality, I had to look for several buses lined up to figure it out. There were many people wandering around. Even five minutes before the meeting time, no one had arrived at the arch, so I finally went towards the buses and understood where to go.

There is a problem with the meeting location. It would be better to either come to the arch or look for your tour bus. The arch is where school trip students gather.

The tour itself was very good. Next time, I would like to try a full-day tour. I will be going to Okinawa again this year.

待合せ場所に40分まで行きましたが。良くわからない。
県庁前のアーチのと書いてありましたが、
実際は縦列しているバスの幾つかを探さないとわからない。
ウロウロしている方々が沢山いた
５分前になってもアーチの所には誰も来ないので
バスの方へ行ってやっとわかった。

集合場所に問題がある。アーチへ来るか、自分のツアーのバスを探して下さい。とどちらかにした方がいい。
アーチは修学旅行生が集合する。

ツアー事態はとても良いです。
次回は１日ツアーを行ってみたいです。
今年又、沖縄行きます。

I participated in a tour around the Yaeyama Islands, and at each destination, there was a guide who provided precise instructions for the next transportation, allowing us to smoothly experience a lot of activities! The mangrove cruise on Iriomote Island and the round trip water buffalo cart to Yufu Island were such precious experiences that I will never forget! The only moment I panicked was when the tour guide said the return boat was at 17:00, so I took my time writing postcards at the souvenir shop, only to find out that the departure was actually at 16:50, and I almost missed it. Thankfully, I made it in time, so it turned into a funny story. Thank you very much for such a valuable experience!

八重山諸島の島を巡るツアーで、行く先々でガイドの方がいて次の乗り物を的確に指示してもらえるので、めちゃめちゃスムーズに沢山のアクティビティを経験できました！
西表島のマングローブクルーズと由布島への往復水牛車は貴重な経験すぎて一生忘れません！
一個だけ慌てたのは帰りの船がツアー案内では17:00とあったのでお土産屋さんでハガキを書いてゆっくりしてたら実は出航が16:50で、あわや乗り遅れるところでした。間に合ったので笑い話ですが。笑

The bus tour centered around Shikotsu-Toya National Park didn't include meals, but it was great to be able to visit various places just by riding. However, Hokkaido is vast! It felt like we spent about half the time on the bus. I wish we had more time at Lake Shikotsu at the end. That said, it would be impossible to cover this itinerary by rental car, so I felt that 6,800 yen was a good price. Most of the participants were foreigners, but everyone was very well-mannered.

支笏洞爺国立公園を中心としたバスツアーで食事は無いものの乗ってるだけでいろいろ回れたのでよかったです
ただ北海道は広い！バスに乗ってる時間が半分くらいあったような
最後行った支笏湖はもっと時間欲しかったな
とはいえこの旅程を
レンタカーで周るなんていろいろと不可能なんで6800円は安いと感じました
ほとんどが外国人だったけどみんなマナー良かったですよ

On our first family trip to Ishigaki Island, we used the 6-hour course. We had shared some spots we wanted to visit in advance, but when we met, they took the time to really listen to where we truly wanted to go and also took us to some recommended scenic spots, which was great! We learned a lot from their stories about the island's wildlife and history. Seeing the Ryukyu kingfisher and the crested serpent eagle was truly moving! It was a wonderful experience. I would like to use their services again when we visit Ishigaki Island next time.

初めての石垣島家族旅行で6時間コースを利用しました。
事前に訪れたいスポット候補をお伝えしていましたが、お会いした時に改めて本当に行きたいところをしっかりヒアリングしてくださり、加えておすすめの絶景スポットも回ってくださりとても良かったです！
島の生き物や歴史についても色々お話いただき勉強になりました。
リュウキュウアカショウビンとカンムリワシを見ることができて本当に感動！！
