It was packed with fun, and during my free time, I was able to experience the atmosphere of the Shiroi Koibito Park and the jump area. I participated alone, but I had a great time.

We participated as a family of three on our first trip to Iriomote Island and Yufu Island. It had been since my student days that I last used a canoe, but they provided a thorough lecture on how to use the paddle, and I gradually got the hang of it while enjoying the scenery. (I did crash into the mangroves a couple of times, though…) The Pinaisara Falls were truly amazing! Jumping into the plunge pool was exhilarating. Since our group had the place to ourselves during the second half, we were able to experience nature even more. Listening to the guide's detailed stories about the islands made the trekking feel less strenuous, and I really had a great time. In the afternoon, we had a plan to visit Yufu Island, so I was very satisfied to enjoy two islands!

初の西表島と由布島、家族3名で参加しました。
カヌーは学生の頃以来でしたがパドルの使い方もしっかりレクチャーしてくださり徐々に慣れて景色も楽しめました。（2回程マングローブに突進してしまいましたが…）
ピナイサーラの滝は本当に最高！滝壺に飛び込んで爽快でした。
タイミングで後半私たちのグループで貸切になったのもありより自然を体験できました♪
ガイドさんの詳しい島の話などを聞きながらだったのでトレッキングもきついと感じず本当に楽しかったです。
午後は由布島に行くプランで島を２つも楽しめて大満足でした！

I learned about the facility opening and waited for several years.
Although COVID-19 had an impact, I was finally able to visit.
The flight attendant has transferred to this department and provided explanations from a professional perspective.
Unlike in-flight service, I was able to have conversations up close, and it was really enjoyable.
It's a training facility for employees, and it's definitely worth seeing.

CAさんがこの部署に異動となり、プロからの解説。
機内での接客とは異なり近くでお話ができ
すごく楽しめます。
社員の方々の訓練施設。見ごたえありますよ。

From the start, the guide provided a lively and engaging overview of the day's schedule. The commentary at each sightseeing spot was delivered in an entertaining and brisk manner, making it a fun tour with hardly any time to rest. I was a bit worried that the guide might lose their voice from speaking in both Japanese and Chinese.

スタートからテンポの良い話術で本日のスケジュールを案内頂きました。各観光地の案内もテンポ良く面白く話しかけて頂いたので寝る暇も無く楽しいツァーでした。日本語と中国語による案内で声が枯れたのではと、心配しました。

Thanks to the kind tour guide Kometchi's lecture and guidance, we, who are complete beginners at snorkeling, were able to swim with sea turtles together. And above all, the quality of the photos was excellent!

親切なツアコンこめっちさんのレクチャーと引率でシュノーケリングど素人の私たちが皆んなでウミガメと泳ぐことができました。そして何より写真のクオリティが高い！

The tour notice mentioned that "participants from overseas will be joining," but on the day of the tour, I was the only Japanese person among the 18 participants. There were attendees from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea. I was a bit worried, but everyone was well-mannered, didn't raise their voices, and adhered to the meeting times. I believe the tour company recruiting locally has a good quality of clientele. The guide, who I think was a native Chinese speaker, was also proficient in Japanese, so I had no issues at all. The destination is a bit far, so the bus ride is long, but there were two hours of free time in both Takayama and Shirakawa-go, allowing for a leisurely stroll.

ツアーの注意書きに「海外の方が参加されます」とありますが、当日参加者18名中、日本人は私一人でした。台湾の方・香港の方・韓国の方が参加されていました。ちょっと心配だったのですが、皆さんマナーも良く、大きな声を出すこともなく、集合時間なども順守されていました。おそらく現地で募集されているツアー会社が客質の良い会社なのだと思います。ガイドさんも母国語は中国語の方だと思いますが、日本語もお上手で、何ら困ることはなかったです。目的地まではちょっと距離があるのでバス乗車時間が長いですが、高山・白川郷ともに２時間の自由時間があるので、のんびり散策できました。

The tour guide was pleasant and everything was well organized. Considering the traffic situation in Okinawa, I think a bus tour is better than renting a car and driving.

添乗員の方も感じよく、段取りよく回れました。
沖縄の交通事情もあり、レンタカーを借りて運転するより、バスツアーの方がいいと思います。

I was told that "the stars might not show up well because the moon is high," but we were able to capture a beautifully clear starry sky. The moon was beautiful, so we took many incredibly magical photos. I also learned a lot about posing, which allowed me to take some stunning pictures as souvenirs. I would love to do this again if the opportunity arises.

I went to Sapporo with my elderly mother for some errands, and I thought it would be a good opportunity to do some sightseeing. I considered a tour to Asahiyama Zoo, which I had wanted to visit for a long time.

There were tours that included visits to other attractions as well, which seemed like a better deal and were eligible for travel support. However, considering my mother's stamina, I opted for a tour with a shorter duration.

Perhaps because many people choose the tour mentioned above, there were only 15 participants on the day, which made for a relaxed experience. We enjoyed the magnificent scenery of Hokkaido while listening attentively to the knowledgeable guide's explanations on the bus.

We had plenty of time to explore the zoo, and although my mother struggled a bit with the hilly terrain, she was able to take her time and enjoy the visit.

If I have the chance, I would like to participate in a more packed tour next time.

It was raining on the day of the experience, but it wasn't too hot during the kayaking, making it very easy to navigate. When we went snorkeling in the Blue Cave, the rain had just stopped, and the sea was incredibly beautiful—it was the best!

This was my first time snorkeling, and I was a bit anxious, but the guide was very attentive and taught us well, allowing us to have a fun day! If I have the chance to go to Ishigaki Island again, I would love to participate!

体験の日は雨が降っていて、カヤックの時は暑すぎず非常に周りやすく、青の洞窟でのシュノーケリング時はちょうど雨が上がり海もすごく綺麗で最高でし！

今回初めてのシュノーケリングで少し不安でしたが、
ガイドさんも丁寧に教えてくださり楽しい1日を過ごすことができました！
また石垣島に行く機会があれば参加したいと思いました！

I had wanted to visit Shirakawa-go for a long time, but I never had the chance until I went to Kanazawa and took a bus tour there. It was a wonderful place where I could feel the daily lives of the people, not just a typical tourist spot. The guide and the bus driver were also very kind.

白川郷にあ一度行ってみたいと思いつつなかなかチャンスがありませんでしたが、金沢に行ったついでにバスツアーで行ってみました。
単なる観光地ではなく、そこの人々の営みも感じられ素敵な場所でした。
ガイドさんもバスの運転手さんもとても親切でした。

June 24, Saturday
The weather was quite decent, with occasional clouds and sunshine.

Meeting time was at 8:10 AM in front of the Sapporo TV Tower information desk. However, there were many buses, and I had trouble finding mine, almost thinking I would be late. When I called, they responded immediately. Thanks to that, I was able to meet up with the guide without being late.
We departed for the zoo almost on time. There were only three Japanese people in the group, but the Chinese guide spoke fluent Japanese.

At Asahiyama Zoo, I participated in the polar bear feeding time. Arriving just over 10 minutes early, I got a great spot in the front row for standing viewers!

Before the feeding time, the zoo staff got ready, and the polar bear started to get restless. It climbed on the rocks and wandered around...
Then, at the start time, fish were thrown into the pool, and we witnessed an impressive dive from the polar bear, which drew cheers from the audience! After that, it elegantly swam while eating the fish.
I also got to see the feeding times for seals and giraffes. Although it was only two hours, I was able to see most of the animals!

Next, we headed to Furano for an all-you-can-eat lunch. There were 30 types of food, including Hokkaido specialties like Genghis Khan (grilled lamb) and soup curry, as well as desserts.
Well, I also enjoyed lavender soft serve and melon at the shop.

After the meal, we headed towards Tokachidake and enjoyed the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls. Both the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls were connected, and the waterfall and pond were all stunningly blue, which was breathtaking. Tokachidake was also beautifully visible, offering a spectacular view!

I got tired from walking and dozed off on the return bus. Thanks to the driver and guide, we safely arrived at Sapporo Station.
I made wonderful memories in just one day! Thank you very much!!

6月24日土曜日
天気は、まずまずの曇り時々晴れ。

集合時間8時10分　札幌テレビ棟インフォメーション前。
でも、バスがたくさんいて、バスを探してしまい、危うく遅刻かと思い電話したら、すぐに対応あり。おかげで、遅刻せず無事ガイドさんと合流。
だいたい時間通りに、動物園へ向けて出発。
日本人は、３人と少なめ。
でも、中国人ガイドさんは慣れた日本語でした。

旭山動物園では、白くまのもぐもぐタイムに参加。
10分ちょっと前に行くと、立ち見の最前列で絶好の場所でした！

もぐもぐタイム前に動物園のスタッフさんがスタンバイすると、白くまがソワソワ。
岩は登ったり、ウロウロ歩いたり。。。
そして、スタート時間にプールはえさの魚が投げ込まれると、白くま大迫力の飛び込みダイブが見られ、観客は大歓声！！
その後は、餌の魚を優雅に泳ぎながら食事していました。
その他、アザラシやキリンのモグモグタイムが見れました。
２時間でしたが、だいたいの動物たちにも会えました♪

次に、富良野へ向かいランチ食べ放題。
北海道ならではのジンギスカンやスープカレー、デザートなど30種類も食べ放題です。
まあ、売店ではラベンダーソフトやメロンも食べれました。

食後は、十勝岳の方向へ向かい、青い池としろひげの滝を堪能しました。

河　池が全て青くて感動
十勝岳も綺麗に見え、絶景でした！

歩き疲れて、帰りのバスでウトウト。
この間に、運転手さんとガイドさんのおかげで，無事札幌駅へ到着。
一日良い思い出が出来ました！

I participated with a friend because I wanted to see sea turtles. On the day of the tour, I was able to meet many sea turtles, swim with them, and take wonderful photos. I've used various tours before, but this one had the most beautiful photos and was the best I've experienced! The staff was friendly, kind, and provided thorough guidance. When I come back to Miyako Island, I definitely want to use this service again. Thank you! ♡

This is my impression from participating in snorkeling tours in Miyako Island several times. I think it's a safe and enjoyable tour for beginners and families with children, as you can encounter sea turtles and clownfish shortly after entering the beach. The instructor, Komecchi, was also kind and attentive, making the experience enjoyable. I would love to join again if the opportunity arises.

ビーチエントリーから間もなく海ガメに出会えたり、カクレクマノミに会えたりできて、シュノーケリング初心者やお子様連れの方にも安心で楽しいツアーだと思います。

I had a lot of free time and enjoyed swimming as I pleased. It was amazing to see sea turtles so easily. They were very friendly and incredibly cute.

The guide was very skilled at entertaining us.

We were able to see about four sea turtles, and they taught us how to take great photos, so we got some wonderful pictures with the sea turtles! Not only the sea turtles, but the starfish photos were also cute.

We came here for our honeymoon, and it became a great memory!

It was a weekday in late June, but the place was almost full.

The time spent at each sightseeing spot might feel a bit short, but I think it would be hard to visit this many places efficiently on my own, so I was glad.

Following the guide's advice to do my shopping first at Shiroi Koibito Park, since the register gets crowded, was definitely the right decision.

6月下旬の平日でしたがほぼ満席でした。

各見学場所の見学時間は少なく物足りなく感じるかもしれませんが自分でこれだけ回ろうと思うとこんなに効率よくはできないと思うのでよかったです。

白い恋人パークはレジが混雑するから先にお買い物をしたほうがいいというガイドさんのアドバイスどおりにしたら大正解でした。

This was our first trip as a couple after retiring from work. It was quite hot, but the weather was nice, and it turned out to be a memorable day. The guide's information and guidance were excellent, and the driver was polite and kind. I'm really disappointed that we forgot to take a photo together! If we have the chance again, I would like to join another tour. Thank you very much.

I used this service for a trip with three women. They explained the canoeing and snorkeling clearly, so I felt safe participating! During the activities, they provided various stories and explanations. All the guides were kind and funny, it was the best experience!! If I have the chance to go again, I would definitely like to request them.

We both wanted to enjoy Awamori during our distillery tour, so we requested an 8-hour course starting from our hotel in Naha City to Naha Airport.

On the way there, our driver shared local knowledge to match our energetic mood, and on the return trip, he drove quietly while we slept in the car, making for a very comfortable ride. Since I usually can't sleep in a friend's car because I feel like I have to be considerate, it was great to be able to relax and sleep in the taxi without hesitation.

When we visited tourist spots, he also shared interesting tidbits about the area, which was very enjoyable.

It was a whirlwind 2-day trip, but thanks to Mr. G, the second day was the best!

泡盛の酒造見学で2人とも泡盛を楽しみたかったので8時間コースで集合は那覇市内宿泊ホテルから到着は那覇空港までお願いしました。

行きは元気な私達に合わせて、地域の知識をお話してくださり、そして帰りは車内で寝ている間は静かに運転してくださり、とても居心地の良い車内でした。友達の運転だとどうしても気を使って寝れないので、タクシーは遠慮なく寝られるのか良かったです。

観光場所に行く時は、その地の豆知識もお話ししてくださり、とても楽しかったです。

1泊2日の弾丸旅行でしたが、Gさんのお陰で最高の2日目になりました。

We participated in a family tour from Umeda to Kyoto. The email responses regarding changes were quick, allowing us to have a fun family trip.

梅田から京都ツアーに家族での参加しました。
変更等のメールでの対応も素早くしてくださり楽しい家族旅行が出来ました。

When you think of Miyako Island, you might imagine the ocean, but the stars were just as amazing. I was able to see a night sky that far exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and pleasant, making the experience enjoyable for taking photos. The images were sent to me the next day. This became my favorite memory from the trip. I was also happy that my friends who went with me enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend it!

宮古島というと海のイメージですが、それと同じくらい星もとても最高でした。私の想像をはるかに超えた星空を見ることができました。担当の方は気さくで感じが良く、楽しく撮影することができました。画像は翌日に送ってもらえました。今回の旅で一番な思い出になりました。一緒に行った友人達にもとてと喜んでもらえたのでうれしかったです。かなりオススメです！

On the multinational tour, the guide spoke Japanese, English, and Cantonese, which was quite challenging, but everyone followed the rules and was able to enjoy sightseeing.

多国籍のツアーで、ガイドさんは、日本語、英語、広東語と大変ですが、みなさんマナーを守って、楽しく観光できました。

Thoughts after the visit: It was a truly wonderful training facility! If I could wish for anything, I would have liked to see a bit more in-depth areas as well! Like the training scenes, etc. (^_^)

When asked if there were any places I wanted to visit or see first, I requested the general sightseeing course that was mentioned during the application process.

We leisurely toured Kenrokuen and Kanazawa Castle at our own pace, and the explanations were easy to understand. We were able to see all the highlights in a short amount of time, and thankfully, we could see everything in Kenrokuen. When I asked for family photos, they were taken with great care, and the photographer was skilled, making it a wonderful keepsake.

When I requested a short break for my mother, who was tired, they quickly guided us to a resting area within the castle, which was reassuring. We also had a little time in Higashi Chaya District, where we enjoyed some tea.

Due to time constraints, we viewed Oyama Shrine and the samurai residences from the car, but considering my parents' stamina, this was more helpful for us than getting out to tour each site. They thoughtfully adjusted the itinerary for each group, which I greatly appreciated.

During our travels, they shared knowledge about the history and buildings of Kanazawa, providing insights we wouldn't have known otherwise, which was educational.

The three hours flew by as we enjoyed visiting the sightseeing spots. The taxi drop-off point was very close to the entrance, and we were guided quickly, which was helpful. The short walking distances also saved us time, allowing us to visit the attractions without having to search for taxi locations each time. This made it a great experience for sightseeing with my parents.

Personally, three hours felt too short, so I thought it would be beneficial if we could extend it to four hours, allowing more time to shop for souvenirs in Higashi Chaya District and other tourist spots.

最初にどこか行きたい場所や見たい場所はありますか？と聞いてくださり、申し込み時に書かれていた一般的な観光コースをお願いしました。

兼六園から金沢城をゆっくりと私たちの歩くペースに合わせて回って下さり、説明も分かり易く、しっかりと短時間の中で見所を押さえながら回れ、兼六園は有難いことに全て見ることが出来ました。家族の写真もお願いすると丁寧に撮ってくださり、撮り方も上手い方で、大変記念になりました。
母の足が疲れたから、少しの時間だけ1人で休憩したいとお願いすると城内にある休憩場所もすぐに一緒にご案内下さり、安心しました。
東茶屋街での時間も少しあり、お茶をする時間もありました。
時間的に御山神社、武家屋敷は車からのご案内でしたが、親の体力を考えると、全て降りて観光よりは、その方が私たちには助かりました。
それぞれのグループに対応して配分を考えながら案内してくれ、大変ありがたかったです。
移動中も金沢についての歴史や建物についても教えてくださり、自分達では知り得ない知識を知ることが出来、勉強になりました。

3時間という時間は大変楽しく、観光名所を巡る中であっという間に過ぎました。
タクシーを停める下さる場所も入り口から大変近く、すぐにご案内頂ける点、また歩く移動距離も少なく助かりました。その都度タクシー場所を探してに並んだり、呼ばずに済む点が時間も短縮でき、時間が限られている中で、観光名所を回ることが出来、親との観光巡りをするのに大変良かったです。

個人的に3時間ではあっという間だったので、4時間で回ってくださると、東茶屋街や他の観光地でお土産を見る時間があって、助かるなぁと思いました。

I participated with my husband who was on a business trip in Hokkaido. Since we were joining from Tomakomai, we opted for a plan that only included Asahiyama Zoo instead of a plan that covered the Blue Pond and other early morning spots.

During the trip, the guide's stories were entertaining, and at the zoo, we enjoyed curry at the restaurant near the east entrance, inspired by the stories we heard in the car.

I thought three hours would be long, but while watching the orangutan's munching time, we ended up not being able to see everything. However, we truly had a great time.

On the way back, we received discount coupons usable at Sunagawa Service Area, and the Jaga Pokkuru and Hokkaido limited pack (LALALA) that I was planning to buy at the airport were also 10% off, making it a tour that was worth more than the price.

I highly recommend the bus tour!

北海道に出張中の主人と参加しました。　苫小牧から参加なので朝早い青い池等も回るプランより　朝日山動物園だけのプランにしました。
行き帰りの道中　ガイドさんのお話が面白く、動物園では車中でのお話を参考に東入口のレストランでカレーを頂きました。
三時間・・・長いなと思ってまいたがオランウータンのモグモグタイムなどを見てたら　結局全部回り切れない　全部回り切れませんでしたが　本当に楽しめました。
帰りの車中で頂いた砂川SAで使用可能な割引券、空港で購入しようと思ってた　じゃがポックルや　北海道限定のパック（ＬＡＬＡＬＡ）も10％割引になりましたので　お値段以上のツアーとなりました。
バスツアーお勧めです！
