During this trip to Hokkaido, I chose the Farm Tomita, Shikisai no Oka, and Aoi Ike course, and I created the best memories. The tourist spots offered a series of locations that can only be experienced in Hokkaido, making for a highly satisfying day. Additionally, there were moments that moved me, making the trip even more emotional.

First, the driver, Mr. H, drove exceptionally safely, allowing me to feel secure during the ride. When we arrived at each tourist spot and got off the bus, he always greeted each of us with phrases like "Have a good time" and "Thank you for your hard work." While I have experienced bus guides giving such greetings, it was rare to hear them from a driver, and I was very touched. He is the best driver I have encountered among my many bus tour experiences.

Next, the bus guide, Ms. I, introduced herself as "the actress... Satomi." I was impressed by how she spoke about the travel information for a long time without looking at notes, flowing like the gentle current of the Ishikari River. Her speaking style was gentle and engaging, with a pleasant tone, and she skillfully incorporated humor into her guidance.

This tour reminded me that the journey is not just about the attractions. Thank you to driver Mr. H and bus guide Ms. I for making the tour so enjoyable.

今回の北海道旅行の中でファーム富田・四季彩の丘・青い池コースを選んで最高の思い出が出来ました。
観光地は北海道でしか味わうことが出来ないロケーションの連続で最高に満足できる一日となりましたが、そのことにプラスして感動できることがあった事で、一層感動的な旅行になりました。

まず、運転手Hさんの運転はすこぶる安全運転で安心して乗車出来たこと。また、観光地に到着し降車する際、必ず一人ひとりに「いってらっしゃい」「お疲れ様でした」等の声掛けを頂きました。バスガイドさんの声掛けは経験があるのですが、運転手さんの声掛けは殆ど経験がなく、とても感動しました。
私の数あるバスツアー経験の中で一番の運転手さんです。

次は、自己紹介で「女優の・・・・さとみ」の名前を名乗ったバスガイドのIさんですが、移動の長い時間をカンペを見ることもなく旅先の情報をゆったりとした石狩川の流れのように喋られたことにも感動しました。
喋りは優しく語り掛ける口調で、トーンも心地よく、時に笑いを交えたガイドは流石でした。

旅は観光地の魅力だけでは無いことを改めて噛み締めたツアーとなりました。
ツアーを魅力的にして頂いた運転手Hさん、バスガイドIさんありがとうございました。

I picked up my ticket at the counter and headed to the boarding area. Since the seats are unreserved, it's a good idea to arrive early to get a nice spot.
On Iriomote Island, we enjoyed a 30-minute mangrove cruise. The guide provided detailed explanations about the plants and animals.
We traveled to Yubu Island by water buffalo cart. The guide's shamisen was very soothing.
Lunch was a bento at a restaurant, followed by free time for exploration. It was nice to take it slow.
On Taketomi Island, we immediately went on a bus tour to see the star sand and other attractions.
It was a very hot day, so I was glad I didn't choose to ride a bicycle.
After that, we enjoyed a water buffalo cart tour on Taketomi Island, which included photo opportunities.
I was very satisfied with how efficiently we were able to see everything in one day.

Traveling alone is okay, and renting a car can be a hassle. However, I chose this tour because it seemed difficult to get around on my own in Shodoshima. The tour was fantastic. The guide was kind and had a great singing voice. Of course, the explanations were easy to understand. It's optional, but you should definitely take the ropeway. In my case, I wanted to go down to the sea, so I stayed at Olive Park. After that, I took a regular bus to the port. It was a fun experience. The Twenty-Four Eyes Movie Village and the Choshikei monkeys have separate fees, but there are discounts, so I definitely recommend experiencing them.

*Since there was only 30 minutes at Olive Park, I got off there. The olives from Shodoshima are reliable. I won't use foreign products anymore. Domestic products are the most trustworthy. I want to go back to Shodoshima again.

一人旅でもOk、レンタカーなんか面倒です。しかし小豆島で一人でなかなか移動が大変そうだからこのツアーを選びました。ツアーは最高でした。ガイドさんも親切、歌もとても上手です。もちろん案内もわかりやすい。オプションだけど、ロープウェイに乗るべきです。私の場合は海まで降りて見たかったので、オリーブ公園でそのまま残りました。その後は普通のバスで港まで行きました。楽しい体験でした。二十四の瞳映画村と銚子渓お猿は別料金ですが、割引がありますので、是非体験するといい。
※最後のオリーブ公園には30分しかない為、私はこちらで降りた。小豆島のオリーブは信頼できる。もう外国の物を使わない。国産は一番信用できます．
また小豆島へ行きたい。

We participated as a family of four. My daughter is in the third grade and can't swim at all, but the instructor was kind and taught her patiently, so she was able to snorkel with peace of mind. Even while swimming, whenever her goggles slipped, the instructor adjusted them for her multiple times, allowing her to swim comfortably. I was worried about whether we would see a sea turtle, but we were able to see one just about 10 minutes after we started. It was incredibly moving to swim so close to it. My son, who loves turtles, was so touched that he almost cried. Thank you for the wonderful experience! It's all thanks to the kind instructor!

In the northern part of Yanbaru, I participated in my first solo bus tour. On the day of the tour, it was cloudy with occasional rain, and I was a bit anxious, but the cheerful greeting from the tour guide immediately put me at ease. The information I heard through the earphones was also educational. Thanks to the guide's flexible responses, I was able to visit the mangrove walkway, see the stunning view of Route 58 and Daishi Forest, enjoy lunch (which was a heavy downpour at that moment), visit Cape Hedo (a breathtaking view), and at Daishi Forest, I could admire the strange rocks, forest, and sea, managing to complete all the courses even though I wasn't very confident on my feet.

I was able to see the Yanbaru Kuina, and I realized that it was great to efficiently explore and learn through this tour rather than going without any knowledge. By the way, I had a great time chatting at the local sweets shop at the roadside station we stopped at (the tart and cream puffs were the best).

Next time, I want to stay in the northern area and take my time to revisit the places on my own. I must mention the tour guide, YK! Even though she must have been more tired than I was after two consecutive tours, she kept the atmosphere bright and lively throughout. What a professional! Her parting words, "Let's meet again someday!" really touched me.

やんばる北部、初の独りバスツアーで、当日は曇り空ぽつぽつ雨の中不安ながらの参加でしたが、最初の添乗員さんの底抜けに明るいご挨拶に心も解れ、イヤホンで所々聞く案内も勉強になりました。添乗員さんの臨機応変なご対応で、マングローブの遊歩道、ルート58と大石林山のツーショット、お昼ごはん(ここだけ大雨)、辺戸岬(絶景)、そして大石林山では奇岩、森林、海を眺めながら、足に自信がない私でも全てのコースを廻ることができました。
ヤンバルクイナも見られたし、何も知らないで行くより先ずこちらのツアーで効率よく廻って学べたのは良いなと。
そうそう、最後立ち寄った道の駅の地元のスイーツ屋さんでお話も出来て(タルト、シュークリーム最高)楽しかったです。
次回は北部に宿をとり、ゆっくり自分の足で復習に廻りたいと思いました。
特筆は、添乗員さんのYKさん！2連続の添乗で私よりも疲れていらっしゃるでしょうに、通して明るく元気に盛り上げてくださり、なんてprofessional！最後降車時の『またいつか会いましょうね～！』の一言は染みました。

The green sleeping cabin had four beds in one room, but I was the only one there, so I could use it comfortably. The crew members were polite, and it felt a bit luxurious, making for an enjoyable sea trip. (The weather was good, so I didn't feel any rocking at all.)

The captain chooses the best spots to stop, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. Looking up from so close was incredibly cool.
It's safe, but the boat ride is quite wild, so be careful not to lose your hat. When I got off, my hair was a mess (laughs).

映画『ブレードランナー』のような近未来的な景色が大好きなので、すべての景色がステキでした。
人間のいない無機的な雰囲気のなか、坦々と動き続けている工場、機械たちが生き物みたいで、胸が熱くなりました。ほとんど無人で操業しているそうです。
船長さんが、最高のスポットを選んでで止めてくれるので、じっくり楽しめました。すぐ近くから見上げると、ものすごくカッコいいです。
安全ですが、かなりワイルドな舟行きなので、帽子など飛ばないよう注意です。降りたときは、髪が爆発してました（笑）

Lunch packed with mountain delicacies & a hand-baked rice cracker experience.
The miso-grilled Hida beef included in the lunch was delicious.
It was also my first time baking rice crackers, so it was a lot of fun.

Above all, the tour guide was really great.
His name was something like Kuro. He was a veteran male guide who provided detailed information about the highlights and souvenirs, making this trip truly memorable because of him.

Normally, we would receive a notification by 5 PM the day before regarding whether the tour would take place. However, at that time, it wasn't raining yet, and since there was a forecast for bad weather the next day, it was decided that we would go to the Arakawa trailhead and make a decision at 5 AM on the day of the tour.

At 5 AM, it was still just a light rain, so we proceeded with the trek. We started our trekking already wearing rain gear from the beginning. However, the rain intensified as predicted, and by the time we reached Jomon Sugi around noon, it was pouring. There were numerous instances of thunder rumbling in the distance.

Despite this, our guide was very considerate, setting up a tent in the rain so we could have lunch comfortably and even making instant miso soup for us. Everyone quickly finished their lunch and silently walked back the way we came. Even with a rain cover on my backpack, water got inside, my shoes were soaked, and my pants were drenched. But I was glad we went ahead with the trek.

I heard from a staff member at the hotel shop that there were customers who had their trekking plans canceled due to rain in the weather forecast the day before, only to find the weather clear on the day of their tour. So, I felt fortunate that our tour was held, and we were able to go and return safely.

Trekking in Yakushima, known for its rain with 35 rainy days in a month, became a wonderful memory and a great story to share. Thank you to our guide and all the fellow tour members for your support.

本来なら、前日の17時に、ツアー催行の可否の連絡が入るのですが、その時点ではまだ、雨も降っておらず、明日荒天の予報となっていたため、当日荒川登山口まで行って５時の時点で可否を決定するということになりました。
そして、当日の５時、まだ、ほんの小雨だったので決行。
初めから雨具を着てのトレッキングスタートでした。
しかし、雨脚は順調に予報通りとなり、縄文杉に到達した昼近くには土砂降りに。
幾度となく、雷鳴も響き渡り・・・。
それでもガイドさんは皆を気遣ってくれて、昼食が食べやすいように雨の中、テントを張ってくれたり、即席のみそ汁を作ってくれたり・・・。
皆、そそくさと昼食を終え、来た道を黙々と歩きました。
ザックカバーをしていても、リュックの中に雨水が入り、シューズの中もビチョビチョ、パンツの中もグッショリ。
でも、決行していただけて良かったです。
ホテルの売店の店員さんから「前日に天気予報で雨と言われ、トレッキングが中止となったのに、当日お天気になったお客さんもいた」という話を聞いて、
とりあえず、ツアー開催となり、無事に行って帰ってこれただけでも良かったと思いました。
１か月の内、３５日雨が降ると言われている屋久島ならではの雨の中でのトレッキング、良い思い出になり土産話になりました。
ガイドさん、そしてご一緒したツアーの仲間の皆さんお世話になりました。

The reservation date was unfortunately canceled due to bad weather, but I was able to change it to the next day and finally participate in the long-awaited Jomon Sugi tour. The shuttle from the bus stop near my accommodation to the trailhead was very convenient.

The 22-kilometer trek was honestly tough, but thanks to the guidance of our guide, I managed to get through it and was rewarded with some truly beautiful scenery. The tea they made for us during a break gave me a boost of energy, and the photos I took in the poses suggested by the guide make me smile when I look back at them.

It was a tour that makes me want to go again.

予約日は、あいにくの天候で中止になってしまいましたが、翌日に変更して頂き何とか念願の縄文杉ツアーに参加出来ました。宿泊先の近くのバス停から登山口までの送迎は、とても楽でした。
22キロのトレッキングは正直しんどかったですが、ガイドさんの指導により何とか乗り切る事が出来て、とても素敵な景色に出会えました。途中の休憩時に作って下さった紅茶で元気出ました、言われるままのポーズで撮った写真も後から見ると、クスッと笑える良い写真です。
また行ってみたいと思えるツアーでしたた。

It rained during the morning mangrove tour, but the combination of the rain and the mangrove atmosphere was very enchanting. I was worried about whether I could paddle well since it was my first time canoeing, but the guide kindly taught me, and I had a great time.

In the afternoon, for snorkeling and the Blue Cave, they provided wetsuits, fins, and life jackets, so I could swim with peace of mind. It was also nice that when I got tired, I could hold onto the guide's float and take a break.

They took a lot of photos and sent me all the data without any additional charge, so I can always relive the memories.

It was a very enjoyable tour.

午前中のマングローブは雨でしたが、雨とマングローブの雰囲気が合っていてとても幻想的でした。
初めてのカヌーでうまく漕げるか心配していましたが、ガイドさんが優しく教えてくださり、楽しく体験できました。

午後のシュノーケリングと青の洞窟はウエットスーツやフィン、ライフジャケットも貸してくださり、安心して泳げました。
疲れたりした時はガイドさんの浮輪？に捕まって休憩したりもできるのでありがたかったです。

写真も沢山撮ってくださり、追加料金なしでデータ全て送ってくださるので、いつでも思い出に浸れます。

とても楽しいツアーでした。

We transferred to a bus and headed to the cruise ship terminal. The driver and guide was very good at speaking! After switching to the cruise ship, we observed the mangroves. Having done quite a few guided river cruises in Southeast Asia, I wasn't particularly impressed. We then transferred to another bus to go to the water buffalo cart station. The water buffalo cart ride while listening to Yaeyama folk songs was nice! The Okinawan cuisine at Yubu Island, accompanied by explanations, was delicious! After the meal, we took a commemorative photo with the water buffalo "Rui-kun"! I wanted the photo data and purchased two for 2500 yen. You can quickly download the data with a QR code. Then, there was a thunderstorm! During that time, we enjoyed Yubu Island coffee and cake at the Yubu Island tea house. The coffee was very tasty with a slight acidity. It seems to be a daily blend. When the rain lightened up, we returned to Iriomote Island by water buffalo cart, switched buses to go to the port, and took a boat to Taketomi Island. We took another bus and visited two beaches. At the much-anticipated Hoshizuna Beach, the rain stopped, but we couldn't find any star sand... After that, we enjoyed a guided tour of Taketomi while listening to Yaeyama folk songs on the water buffalo cart. After finishing, we took a commemorative photo. The data costs from 1500 yen. 残り時間20分で展望ビルに上り、アイスの商店でアイス購入し、走り回り～またバスで港へ行き船で帰港・・・。クルーズ時間を短くするかして竹富島観光時間を、あと30分は取って欲しい。全ての行程でチケットを切り取り、出すのが大変でした。遊園地の腕輪のようにコース番号印刷をはめれば見せるだけでOKみたいなものを使ってほしいです。

2: Regarding the ox cart, I was informed by the local staff that moving to a different seat (especially towards the back) puts significant strain on the ox's neck, which has led to instances of fainting and even life-threatening situations in the past. It would have been better if this information had been provided during the adjustment phase when we were confirming our seating positions before departure, but this discussion happened during the return trip. I found it very stressful to receive a stern warning without prior explanation during the outbound trip when we were fixing our seats. I will never visit this island again. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I will not support it.

3: Additionally, the tour did not include the "2022 shuttle bus timetable" until I pointed it out. It was still showing the expired link from early 2021. 二度とこの島へは行きません。非常に不快な思いでです。支援もしません。

3:また本ツアーは「2022送迎バス時刻表」を私が指摘するまで掲載がありませんでした。リンク期限切れの2021年前半掲載のままでした。
管理担当者はツアー会社側と本仲介(マッチングサイト)両者と推測されます。管理担当者の運用意識が私にはわかりかねました。

4:ツアー前日に電話がかかってきてその際に集合時間を案内されますが(他ツアーも同じく)申し込みがWebなのにその後アナログ対応で電話とは。。。IP電話だと電話代発生しますし沖縄旅行だと前日もバタバタしていたり離島や電波の悪い場所にいたり(私はそうでした)。運用システムの改善を強く要望します。
要は、目的が「集合時間、場所相互認識一致」ですよね。
なら申し込みに使用したメールアドレスからそのような画面へうつってクリックするなりすれば目的は果たせますよね？
アプリや大掛かりなシステム開発では費用がかさむこともありますが
この程度のものなら短時間少人数で対応できるわけです。
今回沖縄旅行で2つのツアーを申し込みましたが、現システムの悪さを踏まえてもリピートはありません。
IT知識向上と最新情報のブラッシュアップ、マーケティングを再度見直してください。

上記理由と体験から、ツアー申し込みよりも個別オプションを自分で手配した方が不満回避になると思いました。

Although the weather was unfortunate, we had only a few participants on the large bus. Thanks to the wonderful guidance from our guide and the safe driving of the driver, we were able to enjoy a leisurely sightseeing experience!

The guide was excellent, and I was impressed by how much I learned about things I didn't know before.

I would like to use this company's tours again.

I participated with a female friend. We chose this highly-rated private tour because we wanted to walk at our own pace.

We gathered at 4:40 AM and boarded the mountain bus. The guide encouraged us to rest to avoid car sickness on the winding roads. After getting off, we had breakfast and started trekking. The guide provided clear explanations about the cedars and plants, and we enjoyed walking while engaging in plenty of casual conversation.

Since rain was expected to intensify in the afternoon, we walked at a faster pace, but we encountered a family of deer along the way. They were so cute that we ended up staying there for quite a while.

After about three hours of walking, we arrived at Wilson's stump. The spirit of cooperation among everyone during the photo session was wonderful.

After about five hours of walking, we finally met the Jomon cedar. It was larger and more magnificent than any Yakusugi we had seen along the way. I was quite moved, perhaps due to the sense of achievement from walking for such a long time.

We had lunch deeper in the area of the Jomon cedar, where we were treated to warm miso soup.

On the way back, we chatted the whole time and quickly returned to the starting point.

I think we walked for a total of about 11 hours, but it didn't feel like that much, and it really ended in the blink of an eye. It was such a fun and wonderful time.

I believe it also depends on the compatibility with the guide, but we had a great time. I hope to request the same guide when we come back.

女友達と2人で参加させていただきました。
自分たちのペースで歩きたかったので、貸切プランで評価が高いこちらのツアーを選びました。

4時40分に集合して登山バスへ乗車。山道で車酔いを避けるために寝るよう促してくれました。
降りてから朝ごはんを食べ、トレッキングスタート。杉や植物の説明を分かりやすく説明していただいたり、雑談も多く交えながら楽しく歩かせていただきました。
午後から雨が強まる予想だった為、早めのペースで歩いていましたが、途中鹿の家族と遭遇。可愛すぎて結構な時間そこに居続けてしまいました。笑

3時間くらい歩いたところでウィルソン株に到着。写真撮影の時の皆さんの譲り合いの精神が素晴らしかったです。

5時間くらい歩いたところでお目当ての縄文杉とご対面。歩く途中で見てきた屋久杉のどれよりも大きく、壮大。長時間歩いた達成感もあってかかなり感動しました。

縄文杉の奥の方で昼ごはん。
温かいお味噌汁をご馳走になりました。

復路はひたすら雑談をしながら歩き、あっという間にスタート地点に戻ることができました。

合計11時間くらい歩いたと思いますが、そんなに歩いたという感じがなく、本当にあっという間に終わってしまいました。
それくらい楽しく素晴らしい時間でした。

ガイドさんとの相性もあるかと思いますが、私たちはとても楽しく過ごさせていただきました。
また来る時、ぜひ同じガイドさんでお願いできたらなぁと思っております。

The boat to Iriomote Island was quite rocky due to strong winds, which was a bit scary. I had imagined the mangrove cruise on Iriomote Island to be like a jungle, so I was a little disappointed that the river was wide. However, it was a fun tour as I finally got to ride a water buffalo cart, which I had been looking forward to.

I wanted to go to Yakushima, so I joined with three friends. Due to heavy rain, there was a possibility of cancellation on the day of the trip. Since we were leaving the next day, I consulted with the guide about climbing until we could make it to the airport in time for our flight, and I received a good response. On top of that, after preparing to leave, they said they would take us to Taiko Rock and then directly to the airport. It felt like a dream come true!

Since the date for returning the rental clothes, shoes, and backpack changed due to the hike being postponed, they kindly extended the return date by one day without changing the fee. Everyone was so nice! On the day of the hike, it was cloudy with occasional sunshine as we set off. The mountains after the rain sparkled and were truly beautiful.

Additionally, the guide was great, providing good explanations, and we had a fun time chatting and laughing together! I’m definitely considering going to Jomon Sugi next time. Thank you so much for accommodating the sudden changes!

なんだか屋久島に行きたくて友達3人で参加しました。
当日の天気は豪雨のため中止のおそれが‥
次の日はもう帰るので飛行機に間に合う時間まで登れたらと、ガイドさんに相談してみたら良い返事をもらえ
おまけに帰る準備をして太鼓岩まで行き下山したら、そのまま空港まで送っていただけると言う。
夢のような話が実現しました！
レンタルの服や靴リュックも登山日が変更になったので返す日にちを１日延長してもらい（料金はそのままで良いと）なんて優しい方ばかりなんだと。
当日は曇り時々晴れとなり出発しました。
雨上がりの山はキラキラ、しっとり本当に綺麗でした。
また、ガイドさんも良い方で説明もよく、たまに世間話などをして笑いながら楽しい時間を過ごせました！
次はぜひ縄文杉まで行ってみたいと考えています。
急な変更にも対応してくだり本当にありがとうございました！
