I participated with a friend. The instructor provided a thorough explanation, and we had a lot of fun on the tour. They also took many photos during the snorkeling, which we received afterward, so that was great. It was my first time in Miyako Island, but I learned a lot about the island, and during the morning snorkeling, I was able to see a sea turtle, which was satisfying! There were also several participants who joined alone, so I think it's fine to participate solo as well.

2人で参加しました。インストラクターの方にご丁寧にご説明いただき、とても楽しくツアーに参加できました。
またシュノーケリング中にお写真もたくさん撮っていただきそのあといただけたので、とても良かったです。宮古島は初めてでしたが、島のことも色々と教えていただき、午前中のシュノーケリングでは、ウミガメもみることができ満足です！
1名で参加させれている方も複数おり、一名で参加されても良いかと思います。

I used this service for the first time.
We went to Yufu Island by water buffalo, and in the afternoon, we did mangrove kayaking and trekking to Pinai Sara Falls.

For lunch, we had handmade, heartfelt rice ball bento, which was incredibly delicious (laughs).

The guide was truly knowledgeable and shared various stories about the flora and fauna of the Yaeyama Islands during the trek.

I really felt that they love the Yaeyama region and their work.

The lecture was also wonderful, and I was able to paddle smoothly in the kayak for the first time.
At Pinai Sara Falls, they took many photos for us and even provided warm drinks, making it a very attentive experience.

It was a very heartwarming tour (even though the temperature was scorching, haha). I would definitely like to sign up again if I have the chance!

初めて利用させて頂きました。
水牛で由布島→午後はマングローブカヤックとピナイサーラの滝までトレッキングです。

お昼は手作りの心籠ったおにぎり弁当で、これがやたら美味しかったです(笑)

ガイドさんは本当に知識豊富で、トレッキング最中にもいろいろと八重山に関する動植物の話をしてくれました。

本当に八重山郡と仕事が好きなんだなぁと感じました。

レクチャーも素晴らしく、初めて乗ったカヤックもスムーズに漕ぐことができました。
ピナイサーラの滝ではたくさん写真を撮っていただき、温かい飲み物までだしてくれて、至れり尽くせりです。

とても心温まる(気温は灼熱ですが笑)ツアーでした。また機会があったらぜひ申し込みたいです！

It was my first time in Miyako Island! I had a great experience with PiPi when I visited Ishigaki Island before, so I used their services again!

We did canoeing and snorkeling, and the explanations were thorough from start to finish. I really appreciated how they engaged with each customer individually! During canoeing, the instructions were clear, and they made sure to check in with everyone while we were out on the water, which allowed us to enjoy ourselves!

In snorkeling, I was able to see a sea turtle, which made me very satisfied! They took photos for us multiple times, creating wonderful memories! I want to visit Miyako Island again and would love to use their services once more!

初めてのの宮古島でした！以前石垣島に行った時に、こちらのPiPiさんにお世話になりとてもよかったのでまた利用しました！
カヌーとシュノーケリングでしたが、最初から最後まで丁寧な説明で、一人一人のお客さんと向き合っている感じがとてもよかったです！
カヌーをしましたが、説明もわかりやすく、乗っている間もそれぞれ回って丁寧に声掛けをしていて、楽しむことができました！シュノーケリングでは、ウミガメをみることができて大満足でした！写真を何度も撮っていただき、素敵な思い出になりました！
また宮古島に行きたいですし、またこちらを利用したいです！

I traveled alone this time, and I initially planned to go to Shirakawa-go by rental car. I'm truly glad I chose this bus tour instead. The tour guide and the driver were very kind, sharing interesting facts and recommending souvenirs, which was very helpful for travelers. They were considerate throughout the trip, and I would love to join the Shirakawa-go tour in the winter snow scenery again. It was fun! Thank you very much!

今回一人旅でしたが、当初レンタカーで白川郷に行く予定にしていました。
こちらのバスツアーにして本当に良かったなと心から思います。
添乗員さん、運転手さんはとても優しくて、豆知識だったり、おすすめのお土産を教えてくれたりと旅人にとってはとても参考になりました。
終始配慮があり、また冬の雪景色の白川郷ツアーに参加したいなと思いました。

On the last day from Kohama, I was guided through a day in Ishigaki Island, which also served as a preview for my next visit. Although I requested tourist spots that I found online, thanks to the driver's arrangements, I was taken to some hidden gem viewpoints. I never expected to have such a fulfilling day, and I truly enjoyed it. The experience included places that only a local driver would know, and it was so enriching that I almost don't want to share it with everyone. I definitely want to be guided again next time.

小浜からの最終日、次回の視察も兼ねて石垣島での一日を案内して頂きました。
ネットで調べたような観光地をリクエストしたものの、運転手さんの計らいでかなり穴場の絶景スポットへ連れて行ってもらいました。
こんなに充実した1日が過ごせるとは思わず、かなり満喫できました。
地元のドライバーならではの場所へも連れてってもらい出来れば皆んなに教えたくないレベルの充実した内容でした^ ^
次回も必ず案内して頂きたいです。

It was supposed to rain that day, but the weather was nice, and both the driver and the tour guide were very pleasant. I was comforted by the tour guide's voice, and I am grateful to have learned so many things about Hokkaido that I didn't know before.

I was able to visit Farm Tomita, which my friend had long dreamed of, and the lavender was beautifully in bloom, it was the best. Farm Tomita had not only lavender but also many other beautiful flowers. I visited Shikisai no Oka for the first time, and the flower carpet was very beautiful.

I was able to go at a very good time, and the weather was perfect. I would like to use Veltra again. Hokkaido is a place you can visit many times and still enjoy. Thank you very much! I truly appreciate it.

その日は雨のはずでしたが、天気もよく、運転手さんや添乗員さんも、とても感じの良い方でした。添乗員さんの声に癒されたのと、北海道の知らない事が、沢山知れて感謝です。
友達が昔から念願だったファーム富田にも行けて、とてもラベンダーが綺麗に咲いていて最高でした。ファーム富田は、ラベンダーや他のお花もとても綺麗でした。四季彩の丘は、初めて行きましたが、お花の絨毯で、とても綺麗でした。
とても良い時期に行けたのと、天気がよく最高でした(^-^)また、Veltraさんを利用させて頂きたいです。北海道は、何回行っても良いですね。本当にどうもありがとうございました(^∇^)感謝です。

We used this service during our honeymoon. It was a bit difficult to find the meeting place as there were no landmarks, and after arriving, we were unsure of what to do, which made us wander around for a while. Additionally, we arrived much earlier than our reserved time, but when we checked in at the scheduled time, we found out there was a double booking, and we had to wait for 30 minutes. We didn't understand why we were the last to be called, but the wait was worth it as the stars were incredibly beautiful. The photos taken were also very beautiful and we were pleased with them.

新婚旅行の際に利用させていただきました。
集合場所までは目印などもなく、行くまでがやや難しいのと、到着後の動きなどが分からずしばらくふらふらしてしまいました。
また、予約していた時間よりもだいぶ早めに着いていましたが、時間になり確認するとダブルブッキングをされており30分待つハメに。どうして自分達が後の案内になったのか分からなかったが、待ち時間も一瞬で過ぎてしまうほどきれいな星でした。
撮影していただいた写真もすごく綺麗でよかったです。

I used this service to efficiently visit the places I wanted to go with my family. We rushed to catch the Airport Liner from New Chitose Airport just in time. We also managed to exchange our bus tickets within the time limit.

Farm Tomita was pleasant, with the weather being neither too hot nor too cold for walking. The Blue Pond looked beautiful, and fortunately, we didn't get rained on in Biei. The flower fields in Biei have a tractor ride for 500 yen, which is great for those who find walking tiring. The lunch was delicious as well. Also, it seems that reservations fill up quite quickly, so it might be a good idea to decide on what souvenirs you want in advance, as there isn't much time to browse.

効率よく、行きたかった場所に家族と行くため、利用しました。無理して時間ギリギリの新千歳空港からエアポートライナーに飛び乗りました。
バスのチケット引き換え時間にも間に合いました。
ファーム富田は、天気も暑すぎず歩きやすかったです。青い池も綺麗に見えて、美瑛も運よく雨にも降られませんでした。美瑛の花畑は５００円のトラクター、歩くのだるいなと思う人は、楽でいいですよ。ランチも美味しかったです。あと予約は割と早く埋まってしまうみたいです。あまりお土産をみる時間時間はないので、欲しいものを決めておくといいかもしれません。

I tried snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time! The guide was very attentive, and I was able to enjoy my time comfortably.

In snorkeling, I was able to see many fish the moment I entered the water, and I was even lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, which became a truly wonderful memory.

Thanks to the detailed instructions on how to paddle and ride from scratch during SUP, I was able to enjoy it right away, and time flew by so quickly.

Thanks to everyone, I have fallen in love with Miyako Island and would like to come back again.

初めてシュノーケルとSUPをしました！
ガイドさんが非常に丁寧で気持ちよく過ごせました。
シュノーケルでは、入った瞬間からたくさんの魚たちを見ることが出来て、更に幸運にもウミガメに出会うことができて、本当にいい思い出になりました。
SUPではイチから丁寧に漕ぎ方、乗り方を教えてもらったおかげですぐに楽しめるようになり、本当にあっという間に時間が過ぎてしました。
皆様のおかげで宮古島が大好きになり、また来たいと思います。

In the morning, I went snorkeling at Shigira Beach to look for sea turtles! Right from the shallow waters, there were so many beautiful fish swimming around, and it was truly breathtaking! As I swam a little further, the sea turtle I had been hoping to see swam towards me, and I was able to witness the moment it surfaced for air! This seems to be a rare experience, and I’m really glad I participated to see such a precious moment! I was very satisfied with all the photos taken. In the afternoon, I tried stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time, and since they taught me how to paddle carefully, I was able to enjoy it while participating!

午前にシギラビーチでシュノーケル、ウミガメを探しに海に出ました！浅瀬すぐから魚たちがたくさん泳いでいてとっっっても綺麗で感動しました！少し泳いでいくと会いたかった海ガメがこちらに泳いで来てくれて、息継ぎのために海面から顔を出す瞬間まで見ることが出来ました！これはレアな体験のようですが、そんな貴重な瞬間を見ることができて参加して本当に良かったです！たくさんの写真を撮ってもらえて大満足です。午後からは初めてSUPをしましたが、丁寧に漕ぎ方を教えて頂けたので、楽しみながら参加することができました！

I participated with my 4-year-old and 2-year-old children. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we wore masks the entire time (including the kids). The mangrove tour was very sunny and hot, so it's important to stay hydrated. The kids were a bit fussy throughout since we had to wake up early. I felt that this kind of tour might be a bit too early for children of this age. (The parents got tired. Haha.) The water buffalo cart and sightseeing in Yubujima were very enjoyable, as the water buffalo were adorable. The lunch bento included ingredients and dishes typical of Okinawa, which was great. The kids had zaru soba separately. I recommend taking commemorative photos with the water buffalo during the Yubujima tour. Since it starts early, I think parents with preschoolers should ensure they get a good night's sleep the night before to enjoy the tour.

4歳と2歳の子供を連れて参加しました。コロナ禍ということもあり、基本はマスクをずっと着用しました。（子供も）マングローブ遊覧はとにかく日差しが強い、暑いので水分補給はこまめにした方がいいです。子ども達は朝が早かったこともあり、終始ぐづついていました…。これくらいの歳の子達にはまだマングローブ遊覧は早いかな？という印象でした。（親が疲れました。笑）由布島の水牛車や観光は、水牛さん達が可愛くてとても楽しかったです。お昼のお弁当も沖縄らしい食材や料理が入っており、すごく良いです。子ども達は別途、ざる蕎麦を食べさせました。由布島観光の水牛さんとの記念撮影はオススメです。朝が早いので未就学児連れの方はツアーを楽しむためにも前日しっかり寝かせておいた方がいいと思います。

It was an old Toyota Hiace. Although it was stated that a large bus couldn't be used because there were fewer than 20 people, this was not mentioned in the recruitment details. The bus itself was from a charter bus company in Gunma Prefecture, and it felt like the driver and guide were hastily gathered. The bus continued to make unpleasant noises at first and was quite shaky. Furthermore, the guide was a woman from Hong Kong. While it was clear she was trying her best, she couldn't convey detailed information. It seemed she had been guiding foreign tourists for a long time, which might not be suitable for Japanese customers. Is it a case of "you get what you pay for, so just endure it"? I did endure it, but I was worried about who would be responsible if there were an accident or something happened.

古いトヨタハイエースだった。20名以下なので大型は使えないとのことだったが、募集内容には書いていなかった。バス自体、群馬県の貸切バス会社のもので、運転手もガイドも急遽寄せ集めた感が強く、バスは始めのうち不快な音を発し続け、かなりガタついていた。さらに、ガイドのおばさんは香港の人で、頑張っているのは十分伝わったが、細かい話しは分からなかった。ずっと、外国人相手のガイドをして来たそうで、日本人客には不適切なのではないか？安かろう悪かろうだから我慢しろということか？我慢はしたが、もし仮に事故などにあったら、誰が補償するのか不安だった。

Two years ago, my main purpose for visiting Miyako Island was to take photos of the starry sky! However, despite trying for two days, the weather was bad and I couldn't take any pictures... The person in charge was very kind and even came to greet me. When I visit again, I plan to have that same person take my photos for a two-year revenge... Unfortunately, the person in charge two years later was away on a business trip, but another staff member was also very kind and took truly amazing photos for me. It was really an excellent starry sky photo tour!!! Thank you very much!!!

２年前に宮古島に訪れた際１番の目的が星空フォトでした！
しかし、二日間粘りましたが、天気が悪く撮ることができませんでした…
ご担当された方が親切に対応してくれて、わざわざ挨拶にも来てくれました。
また訪れるときは、その担当の方に撮ってもらおうと思い、２年後のリベンジ…
あいにく２年後の担当の方は、ご出張でご不在でしたが、別の担当の方も親切に対応していただき本当に最高な写真を撮っていただきました。

I participated with my fourth-grade child. We walked along a narrow path in the forest, relying on our lights. Just that alone made it feel like an adventure, and my child seemed to really enjoy it. Along the way, we all searched for living creatures. The guide passionately shared detailed information about the creatures we found. The guide's love for wildlife really came through, and we had a wonderful time.

Then, we turned off our lights and saw the starry sky in complete darkness. I was moved to realize just how many stars there are. We also got to see the coconut crab we were hoping to find. I'm really glad we participated. Thank you very much!

森のなかの細道をライトを頼りに歩きます。それだけでも探検気分でこどもは楽しそうでした。
その道すがら、みんなで生きものを探します。見つけた生きものについて、ガイドさんが詳細に、そして熱く語ってくれます。ガイドさんの生きもの愛がとても伝わってきて、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
そして、ライトを消して、真っ暗闇の中見る
満天の星空。星ってこんなにあるんだな、と改めて認識でき、感動しました。

I participated with my child who is in the second year of middle school. We walked along a narrow path in the forest, relying on our lights. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and answered any questions we had about the creatures we encountered with precision and passion, which was fascinating and made the experience very enjoyable. Additionally, the starry sky we saw after walking quite a distance was breathtaking. I had never seen the Milky Way so clearly before, so it was truly wonderful! Thank you very much!!

ガイドさんがかなりの博識で、見つけた生きものについて、どんな質問にも的確に、かつ熱く語ってくれるのですが、それが面白く、とても楽しめます。
また、歩いて行った先で（結構歩いたと思います）見る満天の星空は、感動できです。
天の川があんな風にはっきり見たことがなかったので、本当によかったです！

It was disappointing that the weather wasn't great, but it was very enjoyable to have a professional driver take us through areas that would have been impossible to drive alone! I participated with my family, but since I'm usually the driver, I can't enjoy the scenery. However, I was able to relax and doze off while taking in the views, making it a wonderful trip that gave me peace of mind. Thank you, driver AOKI!

Thank you so much to S for guiding us through the highlights of Nara for the entire time! We were able to safely navigate the back roads that only a local driver would know, and even in the hot season, we were comfortable while exploring. I'm really glad we chose a taxi. It became a wonderful memory.

I participated in a course that started from Kanazawa Station, included a visit to the observation deck, Shirakawa-go, and a hands-on experience of making rice crackers, and ended back at Kanazawa Station. The guide shared some lesser-known spots that aren't frequented by tourists, as well as places related to souvenirs from Kanazawa and locations said to be named after Kanazawa. I visited all of them! The guide was very attentive and it was enjoyable. The driver also drove carefully, allowing us to relax. Thank you very much.

I participated with six colleagues.

Wataru, our guide, kindly taught us everything from how to enter the sea after a long time to how to put on fins. During the tour, he also helped a colleague whose underwater mask didn't fit quite right, even though we were still on the surface. Thanks to him, all participants were able to swim with sea turtles for the first time, and we got some amazing photos. It was truly moving! Furthermore, Wataru noticed that a colleague was on the verge of seasickness and helped transport them back to shore. Thank you so much!

The weather was perfect, and swimming with the sea turtles was incredible! Wataru was also fantastic!

I was able to explore Okinawa thoroughly, which was a great help for a beginner like me. The bus guide's singing and sanshin performance were especially fantastic. I also learned a lot from the stories about Okinawa's history. I think this is a unique experience that you can't get from renting a car! I want to go again!

沖縄をまんべんなくまわれて沖縄初心者には助かりました。特にバスガイドさんのお歌や三線のパフォーマンスは最高でした。沖縄の歴史のお話等もたいへん勉強になりました。レンタカーでは味わえないバスツアーならではの旅だと思います‼️ま行きたいです。

I encountered Yakushima macaques and Yakushima deer on the Seibu Forest Road. There were also sea turtles. For those without a license, it was very helpful to be taken to various sightseeing spots. It was a satisfying day.

西部林道で、屋久ザル、屋久シカに会えました。
ウミガメもいました。免許の無い者にとって、色々観光スポットへ連れて行ってくれるので、
大変助かりました。
満足した1日となりました。

Miyako Island has unpredictable weather that often doesn't match the forecast, but we were lucky and it was sunny! At the meeting time, there was heavy rain, and we waited in the car because we hadn't taken photos yet. We waited for just under an hour, but afterwards, we were able to take wonderful pictures. Since these are photos I couldn't have taken myself, I'm glad I asked for them. I definitely want to request this again when I visit Miyako Island next time.

宮古島は天気予報があてにならないくらい天気が変わりやすいですが、運良く晴れました！
集合時間には強い雨が振り、前の方がまだ撮れてないからと車で待っていました。一時間弱待ちましたが、その後素敵な写真を撮って頂けました。自分では撮れない写真なので、頼んで良かったです。また宮古島に行く際は必ずお願いしたいと思いました。

Even if you leave early in the morning, you will be rushing quite a bit since you are visiting all three islands in one go.

I wouldn't recommend this for those who want to take their time, but it's great for those who want a quick tour...

On the way back from Yubu Island and during the sightseeing in Taketomi Island, I was really healed by being pulled by a water buffalo while enjoying the sound of the sanshin.

I panicked a bit when I ran out of drinks in Taketomi Island, as there were no places to buy anything. ^^:

I think it's better to secure your drinks before starting your cycling.

早朝出発しても、やはり、3島を一気に巡るので、かなり駆け足です。

ゆっくり巡りたい方はオススメしませんが、サラッと巡りたい方はオススメです…

由布島からの帰り道と竹富島観光では、水牛に引かれて、三線を奏でて頂き、本当に癒されました。

竹富島では飲み物が無くなり、売ってる所が無いので、かなり焦りました。^^:

は出発した方がいいと思います。

Mammoth Tour Company. Everything is messy. There are too many inefficiencies in the operations, and the quality of the guides is terrible. They advertise on their website that you can visit three places for 15,000 yen, but in reality, it's only two. I do not recommend this at all. I think it's better to go with a privately operated guide.

マンモスツアー会社。全てが雑。オペレーションも無駄が多いし、ガイドの質が悪すぎる。15000円で3つ行けるとホームページに書いておきながら実際は二つとかあり得ない。全くオススメしません。個人経営のガイドの方がいいと思います。

I participated with a friend. The instructors for the morning sea turtle snorkeling were two women, Nakamura-san and Yuki-san, who were very kind and provided detailed guidance. My friend, who cannot swim, required quite a bit of assistance, but they remained cheerful and even took pictures with the sea turtles until the end (≧∇≦).

The instructor for the afternoon SUP was a man named Jun-san. Despite the heat, he watched over everyone and taught us how to paddle on the SUP! Thanks to him, I was able to stand up by the end (^ -^)v Of course, he took plenty of pictures too ♪

This tour made me love Miyako even more, so I look forward to joining again next time!

友人と2人で参加していました。
午前中のウミガメシュノーケリングの担当者は中村さんとゆきさんの女性のお二人で、とても親切で丁寧に案内いただきました。特に友人は水泳できないため、結構面倒いただいたと思いますが、ずっと明るく最後までウミガメとの写真も撮ってくれました（≧∇≦）
午後のSUPの担当者はじゅんさんという男性の方です。暑い中みんなを見守りながら、SUPの乗り方も教えていただきました!おかげさまで、最後は立つことができました(^-^)vもちろん写真もいっぱい撮ってくれました♪
このツアーをきっかけに、宮古のことますます好きになりましたので、また今度もよろしくお願いします‼️

Eating and drinking are prohibited on the bus as part of infection control measures. It was great that the bus went directly from Sapporo, and the guide's explanations were interesting.

バス内では飲食禁止など感染症対策を徹底しています。バスも札幌から直行なので良かったし、ガイドさんの説明も興味深かったです。

The guide was very kind and, being a foreigner, generously provided a translation device. During the tour, they gave detailed introductions to the scenery and even danced the Okinawan dance.

とても親切なガイドさん、外国人なので親切に翻訳機をくれました。観光の途中で景色を詳しく紹介したり、沖縄の踊りを踊ったりします。

I used it until my evening flight on the last day! First of all, I was impressed by the service from the staff at the bus stop! They were very kind and friendly! It was raining, but they generously lent me an umbrella!

Unfortunately, it rained all day, but I was able to quickly visit the main spots, which was nice! The lunch was also quite substantial!

I think it's more economical than renting a car for two people!

まず最初のバス乗り場の係員さんの接客に感動しました！とっても優しく親切です！雨だったのですが、傘も快く貸していただけました！

残念ながら一日の雨でしたが主要なスポットをさくっと回れて、楽でした！お昼ごはんもかなりボリュームがあります！

二人だったらレンタカー借りるよりお得かなと思います！

I thought it would be quite a fast-paced tour since we were visiting three islands in one day, and it turned out to be just that. However, for someone like me who was visiting for the first time, this speed was actually very comfortable. We got to sample the best parts of each island and fully enjoy the main attractions, which made for a very high level of satisfaction. If there’s an island I particularly liked, I can visit it again next time, and since I've already been there once, I think I’ll be able to enter smoothly and enjoy it even more!

3島を1日で巡るということでかなり早足なツアーになると思ってその通りだったのだが、初めて訪れる僕みたいな人は実際このスピードが最高に心地良かったです。それぞれのいいとこちょこっと取り、各島のメインをしっかり味わうことができて満足度はすごく高かったです。ここからさらに気に入った島があれば次回以降そこに行けば一回見てるのでスムーズに入島できてより楽しめると思います！
