In the small space of a minibus, I sincerely hope that the guide will refrain from speaking loudly to the guests without covering their mouth, as this is important for preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Additionally:
- Speaking on the phone about personal matters for a long time without covering their mouth,
- Telling guests, "You don't have to worry about COVID,"

These actions demonstrated a lack of thoroughness in preventing the spread of COVID-19. I would like to see improvements in this area moving forward.

小型バスという小さい空間の中、ガイドさんが口をカバーしないまま大きい声で、客にしゃべるのが、コロナ感染拡大防止の意味でこころよりおやめいただきたいです。

他にも:
- 口をカバーしないまま長時間でプライベートのことを携帯電話で話したり、
- 客に「コロナを気にしなくてもよいよ」と言う
など、コロナ感染拡大を徹底していない姿勢を見せました。今後ともこの点だけ改善していただきたく思っております。

The guide was very kind. They carefully monitored our fatigue levels and included breaks, making it a very enjoyable experience. Seeing the Yakusugi was truly amazing!

Honestly, I had never encountered a good bus tour, so I didn't have high expectations. However, it gradually became interesting and enjoyable, and by the end, I was convinced that it was worth coming. The guide's speeches and thoughtfulness, the driver's attentiveness, the good manners of the other tourists, the timing of everything, and the delicious lunch, even with the rain, made this a trip that will remain a cherished memory for the two of us. 正直、バスツアーのいいのにはであえたことがなかったから期待はしてませんでした。
ところが、段々と面白くなり楽しくなり最後は来てよかったと確信に変わりました。
ガイドさんのスピーチや気遣い、運転手の気遣い、集まっていた観光客のマナーの良さ、時間の配分，昼飯の美味しさ、雨も降りましたがタイミング良さなど、私たち2人には深く思い出に残る旅行でした。

For those visiting Okinawa for the first time, I think it's great because it's affordable, the schedule is set, so you can move smoothly, and you can visit the main attractions in Okinawa! They also ensure thorough disinfection when getting on the bus for COVID-19 safety measures. You can listen to stories about Okinawa's history and the islands through headphones using a transmitter. Since it's for individual listening rather than the tour guide speaking, I felt it was a good measure for infection control. The tour guide's explanations and energy were very enjoyable. While there were moments when I felt the time was short, I think a tour is recommended if you want to see a lot in one day!

人生初の沖縄という人には、安いし時間決められてるからスムーズに動けて、沖縄の主要な場所ヘも行けて最高だと思います！
コロナの感染対策のためにしっかり消毒もバス乗る時にしてくれます。沖縄の歴史や島についての話もトランシーバーを使ってイヤホンで聞くことが出来ます。添乗員さんが話すのではなく、個人で聞くため、感染対策にもつながり良いと感じました。
添乗員さんの説明もノリもとても良く楽しめました。時間が短いなと感じる部分もありましたが、1日で沢山観光したいならツアーがおすすめだと思います！

I had a valuable experience watching the athletes practice at the Okurayama Jump Stadium! The sound when they slid down the jump ramp right next to me while I was on the lift was incredible!

大倉山ジャンプ場で選手が練習していて、貴重な体験が出来ました！
ちょうど、リフトに乗っている時に
すぐ横のジャンブ台を滑ってくる時の音が凄かったです！！

It was my first visit to Ishigaki Island, so I signed up for a tour plan. The order of the islands may change depending on the tides of the day. I also had a change in plans, and Taketomi Island became the first stop. I was glad to go in the morning since there was cycling involved; if it had been in the afternoon, I might have been exhausted under the blazing sun. The round trip to Yubu Island, where I could ride a water buffalo, was soothing thanks to the host's sanshin performance.

初の石垣島訪問でしたので、周遊プランを申し込みました。
島の順番は、当日の潮の加減で前後することがあるみたいです。
私も、当初の予定から変更で竹富島が一番になりました。
サイクリングがあったので、午前中に行けて良かったです。昼からだと、炎天下でバテていたかもしれません、
水牛ちゃんに乗れる由布島往復は、主さんの三線に癒やされました。

Due to heavy rain on the scheduled day, the trekking was canceled, but I really wanted to participate, so I was able to join a tour on a different date at the last minute. In mid-July, perhaps due to the return of the rainy season, there was heavy rain in the morning the day before, but the weather on the day of the trekking was cloudy. The forest was very deep, and the moss was sparkling with raindrops, creating a truly mystical atmosphere. The view from Taiko Rock after passing through the deep forest was absolutely breathtaking! Since I chose the early morning plan, we only passed a few other people in our group, allowing us to stay at Taiko Rock for a long time. When descending the mountain, we encountered many people, so I think choosing the early morning plan was definitely the right decision! The guide who took care of us was very experienced; upon our arrival, they picked plumeria flowers for us and taught us various things about the history and origins of names while we were in the forest. Thank you for the wonderful time!

参加予定日に大雨が降った関係でその日のトレッキングが中止になってしまったのですが、どうしてもトレッキングに参加したく、急遽別日のツアーへ入れ込んで下さりました。
7月中旬、梅雨戻りのためか前日の午前中は大雨、トレッキング当日の天気は曇りでした。
森はとても深く、苔には雨つゆがついていてキラキラ輝き、本当に神秘的でした。
深い森を抜けた後の太鼓岩からの眺めは本当に絶景でした！
早朝プランを選んでいたので、私たちのグループの他に数人とすれ違うのみで、太鼓岩にも長時間とどまることができました。
山を下る際には大勢とすれ違ったので、早朝プランにして大正解だったと思います！
担当して下さったのはベテランガイドさんで、迎えの際にはプルメリアの花を摘んできてくださったり、森の中では歴史や名前の由来など様々なことを教えていただきました。
楽しい時間をありがとうございました！

Although the rain was a bit disappointing, I heard that the animals tend to be more active in the rain. Thanks to that, I was able to see the animals up close as they moved around, which was very enjoyable.

雨が、少々残念でしたが、雨の方が動物たちが動いてくれるとのことでした。
よって、よく動いてくれたおかげで、すぐそばで動物たちが見れて、とても楽しかったです。

I'm glad I chose to take a taxi since it would have been tough to visit the tourist spots on my own in the heat.

The company originally focused on inbound tourism, and the guides from abroad provided thorough explanations. The driver also practiced safe driving, and thanks to the participants who adhered to the meeting times, everything went smoothly. Since we visited several places starting early in the morning, this tour is suited for those with good stamina. One place I particularly liked during the trip might be worth staying at next time to enjoy it more thoroughly. It was significantly more efficient than renting a car and navigating an unfamiliar area alone, including being able to rest in the vehicle.

もともとインバウンドをメインにされていた会社で国外出身のガイドの方が丁寧に解説して下さいました。運転手の方も安全運転で、集合時間を守る参加者の方々のお陰で気持ちよく進みました。朝早くから何か所も回りますので、体力のある方向けです。出かけた中で特に気に入った場所は、次回は宿泊してじっくり楽しむのもありかと思います。一人でレンタカーを借りて慣れない土地を回るよりは、車内で眠ることも含めて格段に効率的でした。

I participated in a tour that covered Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo in one day. The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining, always attentive to the participants. Even though I joined the tour alone, I felt safe and was able to trek without getting bored during the long journey.

Along the way, the guide pointed out many photo spots and provided support for taking pictures at perfect angles, so I was able to capture a lot of wonderful photos. The follow-up after the trekking was also excellent, making it a very satisfying tour.

It truly became an unforgettable memory of a lifetime. I would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you very much.

縄文杉と白谷雲水峡を1日で回るツアーに参加させていただきました。
ガイドの方はとても知識豊富で話も面白く、参加者のことも常に気にしてくれる方で、１人でのツアー参加でしたが安心して、そして長い道のり飽きることなくトレッキングをすることができました。
また道中では、多くの写真スポットを教えてくれ、完璧なアングルでの写真撮影のサポートもしてくれたので、素敵な写真がたくさん撮れました。
トレッキング終了後もアフターフォロー素晴らしく、とても満足できるツアーでした。

本当に一生忘れることのない最高の思い出になりました。

I was worried about the weather, but somehow there were some clear skies, and I was able to see a bit of Shakotan Blue. I thought it would just be about seeing the blue sea, but the towering cliffs were magnificent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the scenery that is characteristic of Hokkaido. The seafood bowl for lunch was delicious, and the extra order of sea urchin was truly exquisite. Both the driver and the guide were friendly, making for a pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

天気が心配でしたが何とか晴れ間もあり、積丹ブルーを少し見ることができました。
ただ青い海を見るだけかと思いきや、切り立った崖が雄大で北海道らしい景色を存分に楽しめました。
昼食の海鮮丼も美味しく、別注のウニは本当に絶品でした。
運転手さんもガイドさんも人柄がよく気持ちよく過ごせました。ありがとうございました!

We participated as a couple, and it was both of our first experiences with snorkeling and SUP. The instructor was very clear and thorough in their guidance, and they also monitored the health of all participants, which made us feel safe during the experience! Not only did we observe the fish, but we also enjoyed explanations about them at various points, which made it even more fun.

It was great that they took photos for us, so we didn't have to bring a camera into the water. We were able to encounter a sea turtle right away, and they filmed it with us.

One thing that concerned me was that the schedule at the time of booking was significantly different from the actual schedule. It was planned to include lunch and last until around 3 PM, but it actually ended in the morning. It wrapped up sooner than expected. While it was nice to have time afterward to enjoy other beaches and sightseeing, I think it would be helpful to have a more accurate schedule at the booking stage, as some people might be preparing lunch.

Overall, I was satisfied with this tour and would like to participate again if the opportunity arises! Thank you very much.

夫婦で参加し、二人ともシュノーケリング・SUPともに初体験でしたが、インストラクターの方がわかりやすく丁寧に指導してくださり、また、参加者全員の体調を見ながら進めてくれるので安心して体験できました！またお魚を観察するだけでなく、ところどころお魚の説明付きでより楽しめました。
写真を撮っていただけるので、海にカメラを持っていかなくても済んだのも良かったです。ウミガメにはすぐに遭遇することができ、一緒に動画で撮影してくださいました。
ひとつ気になったことと言えば、予約段階のスケジュールが実際のスケジュールとは大きく異なっていたことです。各自昼食をはさみ1５時頃までの予定でしたが、実際は午前中で終わりました。思いのほか早く終わりました。その後に行きたかった海や観光を楽しめたため良かったのですが、昼食の準備をされる方がいるかもしれないので、予約の段階で、ある程度正確なスケジュールがわかると良いのかなと思いました。
総じて、このツアーは満足しており、また機会があれば参加したいと思います！！ありがとうございました。

The itinerary was as follows: Hakata → Fukuoka Airport → Karato Market (Akama Shrine for those who wish) → Tsunoshima Bridge (viewing from the observatory) → Motonosumi Shrine → Dan-no-ura Service Area (shopping) → back to Hakata.

There was no tour guide; the driver handled the minimum explanations and roll calls on his own.

Only the meeting times were set for each area, and everything else was free time, which made for a comfortable experience! Unlike typical tours that guide you to affiliated souvenir shops and introduce products, it felt like we were taken on a drive! The plan suited us very well, but I think those participating for sightseeing or tour purposes might feel a bit unsatisfied.

博多→福岡空港→唐戸市場（赤間神宮は希望者）角島大橋（展望台で見物）→元乃澄神社→壇ノ浦サービスエリア（買物）→博多の工程でした。

添乗員さんは居らず、運転手さんが最低限の説明や点呼など1人でこなされていました。

各エリアで集合時間のみ決められ、他は全て自由行動な為、快適に過ごせました！ツアーによくある、提携したお土産屋さんへの誘導や商品の紹介等なく、ドライブに連れて行ってもらったような感覚でした！私たちは、すごく合っていたプラン内容でしたが、観光やツアー目的で参加されると少し物足りなさを感じるのでは？と思います。

On the last day of my trip to Ishigaki Island, I had a whirlwind tour of three hours until my flight departure, and it was definitely the right choice! I was able to visit many sightseeing spots in a short time, and the guide sang folk songs, making it a very fulfilling three hours! When I come back to Ishigaki Island, I look forward to it again.

石垣島旅行最終日、飛行機が出発するまでの三時間という弾丸ツアーでしたが、お願いして正解でした！短時間で多くの観光スポットを回ることができ、ガイドの方が民謡を歌って下さり、とても充実した三時間となりました！また石垣島に来た時には、よろしくお願いします。

I was able to enjoy it very much without any difficulty, even alone. My first visit to Asahiyama Zoo was very fulfilling. I would like to go again if I have the opportunity.

The pickup was convenient, and I received prior notice, so I was able to join right away. The guide was interesting and fun to talk to, and the singing was wonderful—I was captivated. It was my first time in Okinawa, and the weather was great throughout, making it very enjoyable. Each spot had plenty of time allocated, so I didn’t get tired, which was nice. On Iriomote Island, we experienced one of the few days of high tide that occur about eight times a year, and the water level was so high that we couldn't see the roots of the mangroves during the mangrove tour. However, we were guided through a route that can only be accessed during high tide. On Yubu Island, we enjoyed a round trip on a water buffalo cart and a lunch while exploring the island. On Taketomi Island, there were cycling courses available, and I was glad to ride the water buffalo cart again as I learned a lot about the islands. Since it's a small island, this tour, which can be completed in a day, was very enjoyable.

西表島では一年に8回程しかない大潮の日に当たり、水位が高くマングローブ遊覧はマングローブの根元が全く見えませんでしが、大潮時にしか通れないルートを案内してもらえました。由布島では水牛車での往復とランチ島内散策、竹富島ではサイクリングのコースがありましたが、島についての説明がいろいろ聞けたのでまた水牛車に乗って良かったと思いました。小さい島なので1日で周れるこのツアーはとても良かったです。

★Overall: I was satisfied because I was able to reach my destination.

☆I participated alone, but there were no shared seats.

☆It was a course that I couldn't fully explore by myself, but the time spent at each location was tight.
(I was probably the youngest participant.)
→At Shimamukui Coast, there wasn't enough time to go down to the beach.
→At Kamoi Cape, I went to the tip while being mindful of the time.
⇒⇒Since the boat couldn't depart, one sightseeing spot was canceled, but I wonder if that time could have been redistributed elsewhere? Will that money be refunded? I have some lingering questions.

☆For lunch, we had seafood rice bowl and crab hot pot.
→The seafood rice bowl was average. The crab hot pot might be hit or miss, but the crab seemed to be close to molting, as there was a thin layer under the shell, and it wasn't very tasty.
→The extra sea urchin was amazing! I've never had such delicious sea urchin before. You'd be missing out if you don't order it!

☆１人での参加でしたが、相席はなかったです。

☆１人では廻りきることのできないコースでしたが、一ヶ所辺りの滞在時間がタイトでした。
(参加者で恐らく自分が最年少)
→島武意海岸に至っては、海岸まで降りる時間がないです。
→神威岬は時間を気にしながら先端まで行きました。
⇒⇒船が出られないとの事で１ヶ所観光がなくなったのですが、その時間を他に振り分けることはできないのか？？そのお金は返ってはは来ないのか？？等、多少疑問は残ります。

☆お昼は海鮮丼&蟹鍋でした。
→海鮮丼は普通です。蟹鍋は当たりハズレあるかと思いますが、蟹が脱皮間近なのか殻の下に薄皮がはっており、あまり美味しくなかったです。
→追加の雲丹は最高でした！こんなに美味しい雲丹を今まで食べた事ないです。頼まないと損！！

☆ガイドさん素敵でした。

I was able to efficiently visit two World Heritage sites. There was plenty of free time, and I was able to see more than I expected. The lunch in Shirakawa-go was also delicious.

二か所の世界遺産を効率よく回れました。自由時間もたっぷりとってあり、思った以上に見学できました。白川郷での昼食もおいしかったです。

It was a tour that condensed the charm of Yakushima with carefully selected sightseeing spots and a detailed guide's explanation. For lunch, we had fried flying fish as the main dish, accompanied by plenty of vegetables. They also prepared hot chawanmushi (savory egg custard). Yakusugi Land has well-maintained walking paths where you can stroll while soaking in negative ions. I recommend the 50-minute course for beginners. Since the bus goes up to the summit, those who are prone to motion sickness should prepare some anti-nausea medication.

選りすぐりの観光地と丁寧なガイドさんの説明で、屋久島の魅力が凝縮されたツアーでした。
ランチは飛び魚の唐揚げがメインでお野菜たっぷり。熱々の茶碗蒸しも用意してもらいました。屋久杉ランドは遊歩道が整備され、マイナスイオンを浴びながら散策できます。初心者は50分コースがおすすめ。バスは山頂まで登るので車酔いしやすい人は、酔い止めを準備しておいた方がよいと思います。

In the morning, I participated in a snorkeling activity, and in the afternoon, I did stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) in the mangroves!

The snorkeling was amazing, with beautiful fish and coral. Even as a near first-timer, I was able to enjoy it easily thanks to the life jacket. We swam at two spots, including Baras Island, so I got to see various underwater scenery, and I was deeply moved when I saw a sea turtle swimming up close at the end!

In the afternoon, the mangrove experience was great too. They carefully taught us how to paddle and ride, making it easy for beginners like me! I felt connected to nature in a way I usually can't, and I was healed by the natural plants and animals around the Kuura Falls!

Overall, I think it was a truly fulfilling tour that filled my heart throughout the day! The guide's explanations and the many photos we received afterward became wonderful memories.

I joined this tour as a solo traveler on a tight schedule, but the other participants and the guide were so kind that I was able to enjoy it fully on my own! Thank you very much!

午前中にシュノーケリング、午後からはマングローブでSUPというアクティビティツアーでした！

シュノーケリングは魚もサンゴもすごくキレイで、ほぼ初体験に近い私でもライフジャケットのおかげで難なく楽しめました。バラス島を含めて2か所のポイントを泳げたので色んな水中の景色が見れたのと、最後にすごく近くでウミガメが泳ぐ姿を見ることが出来たのでとても感動しました！
午後からのマングローブも、始めに乗り方漕ぎ方を丁寧に教えてくれたので初めてでも簡単に乗れました！
普段見ることのできないような大自然を感じることができ、クーラの滝にも自然の動植物にも癒やされました！
1日通して本当に心が満たされたツアーだったと思います！ガイドさんの説明や、ツアー後にたくさんもらえる写真もとても思い出になりました。

今回は弾丸の一人旅で参加したツアーでしたが、他の参加者やガイドさんも優しくて一人でも充分に楽しめました！ありがとうございました！
