Due to the sudden high waves, we were unable to go snorkeling, but they listened to all our requests and created the best plan for us!

The cave exploration, in particular, was in a location that hasn't been commercialized, so it really felt like an adventure!

SUP was surprisingly unstable, and taking photos by myself was quite difficult, but the guide took an abundance of photos and videos, so there was no need to worry, haha.

If I have the chance to come back to Iriomote Island, I would love to request their services again! Thank you, Nakao-san!

急遽、波が高い？関係でシュノーケリングができなくなりましたが、いろいろこちらの希望を聞いていただいて最高のプランになりました！
特に鍾乳洞探検は観光地化されてない場所だったのもあり、本当に冒険してる気分になれました！！
SUPは意外と安定せず、自分で写真撮るのはかなり難しかったけど、ガイドさんがこれでもかってくらい写真や動画を撮ってくれるので心配無用です笑

I signed up for a SUP tour on Iriomote Island, but I was informed the day before that we wouldn't be able to land on Barasu Island due to strong winds. Instead, the tour was changed to include SUP in the mangroves, the Lucky Falls, and a visit to the limestone caves on Yubu Island.

In the morning, I participated in the SUP, Lucky Falls, and limestone cave tour, and for lunch, we ate at a restaurant recommended near the port. In the afternoon, I joined the Yubu Island tour. It was my first time doing SUP, but by the end, I was able to stand on the board, and my companions really enjoyed it as well. The limestone cave tour provided a thrilling experience that you wouldn't normally get to try.

I would love to participate again. If I had one request, it would be to take a few more photos. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience!

バラス島上陸、西表島SUPツアーに申し込みました。しかし強風の影響でバラス島上陸がなくなることを前日に電話でお伝え頂きマングローブでのSUP、幸運の滝、鍾乳洞のツアー由布島観光に変更になりました。
午前にSUP、幸運の滝、鍾乳洞ツアーに参加し午後は港の近くで紹介して頂いたご飯屋さんで昼食を取りました。午後から由布島観光に参加しました。SUPは初めてやりましたが終盤にはSUPの上に立つことができ同行者の方も凄く楽しんでくれました。鍾乳洞ツアーでは普段体験できないようなスリルある体験が出来ました。
また参加したいと思います。少し要望があるとすればもう少し写真を撮って欲しいと感じました。
とても楽しい体験をありがとうございました。

I was able to visit the long-awaited Sefa Utaki. It was a quiet and sacred place, and I was very satisfied. For the second half of the tour, I chose Okinawa World, but I would love for you to plan a tour that also includes the Valley of Gangala.

念願の斎場御嶽に行けました。静寂かつ神聖な場所で、満足しました。後半のツアーは、沖縄ワールドを選択しましたが、ガンガラーの谷も同時に行けるツアーをぜひ企画下さい。

We started at 9 AM on the course to Taiko Rock. It was an experience on a rainy day, but it was magical and allowed us to fully enjoy nature. Since there was a lot of fog, we changed the course based on the guide's suggestion. I'm looking forward to Taiko Rock next time.

9時スタート、太鼓岩までのコースでした。雨の日の体験でしたが、幻想的で自然を満喫することができました。霧が多かったのでガイドさんからのご提案でコースを変更しました。太鼓岩は、次回の楽しみです。

It was a rainy day, but I was able to enjoy the island while seeing the animals. There were children on the bus, and it seemed difficult as some of them threw up and cried along the way.

雨の日の参加でしたが、動物も見れて合率良く島を満喫することができました。バスの中には子どもがいて、途中吐いたり泣いたりして大変そうでした。

Although the weather was bad and we couldn't see the starry sky, we were able to enjoy a detailed explanation of the town's layout and the genre tour. During the ride back in the shuttle, we received helpful information about recommended restaurants near the hotel, which was very useful.

天候が悪く星空は見えませんでしたが、その分石垣島の町の作りや、ジャンルツアーでゆっくり丁寧に説明をしていただけました。
帰りの送迎車の中でもホテル付近のオススメの飲食店の情報を教えて下さり、大変参考になりました。

I participated in the tour since I didn't rent a car. I realized that if you come to Yakushima, it's better to take a tour around the island. I was able to encounter cute Yakuzaru monkeys and Yakushima deer, and thanks to the many spots we visited and the guide's thorough explanations, I had a very fulfilling time. I highly recommend it!

Thanks to you, it was a wonderful trip. I'm glad I decided to go to the Yanbaru region. I wanted to explore Daioh Forest more thoroughly, but the lunch was delicious, and I appreciate all the kind guidance. If I have the chance again, I would like to join another tour.

I was recommended by a friend to sign up for the starry sky photo tour in Miyako Island, so I went ahead and booked it! Until the day before, the weather looked questionable, so I was worried, but on the day itself, we miraculously got to see a sky full of stars! It was the most beautiful sight I've ever seen in my life (^^) Thanks to the friendly photographer, I was able to enjoy the starry sky photoshoot without any stress. I learned even more about the charm of Miyako Island, and I would love to come back with my spouse next year. Thank you!

I have visited Hakone many times, but this time I requested a guide and went for a stroll. It was wonderful to leisurely walk while listening to enjoyable stories about the trees, birds, and animals in Hakone. I highly recommend it when you have some free time. The guide was friendly and great. Next time I come to Hakone, I would like to request a light hike.

箱根は何度も来ていますが、今回はガイドさんをお願いして、散策してみました。
箱根の木々､鳥、動物等いろいろ楽しく話を聞きながら、のんびりと散策が出来て
最高でした。時間に余裕がある時はおすすめです。ガイドさんも気さくで、

The driver was kind and friendly, and when my daughter expressed her desire to collect seashells, he took us to a different beach since there weren't many at Shirarahama. He also shared a lot about the history of Shirahama. We made wonderful memories. I definitely want to use this service again next time. I highly recommend it! Thank you very much.

The tour guide left a very good impression. He spoke calmly and provided detailed explanations. He shared information that you wouldn't know just from reading the pamphlet, allowing us to enjoy Ishigaki Island from a different perspective.

Since they offer pick-up service, if you think, "I have some free time in the evening," I highly recommend signing up.

We started with stargazing. He took us to a hidden spot that wasn't mentioned in the brochure, where the stars are incredibly beautiful if the weather is clear. There are no lights around, so you can enjoy the view in peace. He also provided thorough explanations about the stars, which was very educational.

Next, we headed towards the coast. To keep us entertained in the car, he shared various interesting facts. He carefully explained each sight we passed, including pineapple farms, shisa statues, and owls. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any coconut crabs at the coast, but he told us about local traditional culture and the ecology and legends of the large trees growing along the shore. Since there were no explanatory boards at the site, I learned a lot of new things thanks to the guide, which was very fascinating.

ツアーのお兄さんがとっても好印象でした。落ち着いた話し方で、丁寧に解説をしてくれました。ただ刊行するだけでは知ることのできない事柄を教えてくれるので、また違った視点から石垣島を楽しむことができます。

送迎してくれるので、「夜時間があるな」と思ったらぜひ申込してみてはいかがでしょうか。

最初は星空観賞から始まりました。パンフレットでは星空がきれいとは載っていない穴場スポットに連れていってもらいました。晴れていればとっても星空がきれいに見えます。周囲にライトが一切ないので、静かに鑑賞できます。星に関する知識も丁寧に解説してくださり、勉強になりました。

次に海岸の方に向かいました。車の中でも私達お客さんが飽きないように、色んなことを教えてもらいました。道中で見られるパイナップル農園や、シーサー、フクロウなど1つ1つ丁寧に教えてくださいました。海岸では、残念ながらヤシガニを見つけることはできませんでしたが、地元の伝統文化や海岸沿いに生えている大きな木の生態や伝説を教えてくれました。その場に、解説する掲示板などがないため、ガイドさんを付けて初めて知ることばかりで、大変面白かったです。

The guide was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to, and I was very satisfied to see both the Yakushima monkeys and Yakushima deer. I had a great time. I was taken care of during the half-day tour, but I thought maybe I should have chosen the full-day course instead. Thank you very much.

I visited Miyako Island for the first time this time! In the midst of that, I thought it would be nice to take some photos for memories, so I joined this tour. The meeting place was also a spot where the stars were beautifully visible, making it the perfect location. We were able to take many photos from angles we wanted, and the shooting process was enjoyable. The data was sent to us right away, which was fantastic. This will be a lifelong memory!!! I would love to have photos taken from different angles when I visit Miyako Island again.

今回初めて宮古島にいきました！
そんな中、思い出に写真を撮ろうと思い今回このツアーに参加しました。待ち合わせ場所も非常に星が綺麗に見える場所でこれ以上ない場所でした。そして写真撮影も自分達が撮りたいアングルや写真を沢山撮って頂きました。そして楽しく撮影をすすめることができました。データもすぐに送って頂き最高でした。一生の思い出に残ります！！！

The day after climbing Taiko Rock, I was worried about my physical stamina, but the guide taught us various techniques for walking and climbing without getting tired, as well as how to descend without straining our knees. Thanks to that, I was able to reach Jomon Sugi without feeling as exhausted as I expected and made it back down energetically. On the way there, we walked for almost an hour in light rain, but it didn't bother us at all, and while looking at Jomon Sugi, we even saw some blue sky, which was fantastic! On the way back, it was completely sunny, and I enjoyed relaxing by a beautiful river, which made the experience of nature beyond just Jomon Sugi even better.

太鼓岩登山の翌日だったので体力的に不安でしたが、ガイドの方が疲れない歩き方や登り方、膝を傷めない下り等を色々教えてくれたので、思ったより疲れる事なく縄文杉まで登頂し元気に下山できました。往路はスタートから1時間弱小雨の中を歩きましたが雨も気にならず、縄文杉を見ている途中で青空も見えてきて最高でした！
帰りはすっかり晴れて途中で綺麗な川でのんびりしたりと縄文杉以外の自然も満喫できたのも良かったです。

We experienced mangrove SUP and snorkeling at Barasu Island with a group of 8 family members. Thanks to the guides and staff, the tour was enjoyable, and everyone was very satisfied with our time on Iriomote Island. Although it was a one-day tour, the combination of mangroves and snorkeling was great. Thank you for taking so many photos. I would definitely like to use your services again when I visit Iriomote Island. Thank you very much.

2家族8名で、西表島マングローブSUP＋バラス島シュノーケリングを体験してきました。ガイドやスタッフ皆様のお陰でツアーも楽しく西表島を満喫できて参加者一同大満足でした。一日のツアーでしたが、マングローブとシュノーケリングの組合せも良かったです。写真も沢山撮って頂き有難うございました。また西表島に伺う際には是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。有難うございました。

I highly recommend it. Thanks to the guide (I'm sorry I don't know their name) who spoke more polite Japanese than a Japanese person and showed great consideration, I was able to spend a wonderful day, and I am truly grateful. I was able to visit places that are hard to go to alone, and it was nice that pleasant music played on the bus.

At the end, I thought the time spent at "American Village" could be shortened to about 1 hour and 30 minutes for those who want to eat, and I would have preferred a longer stay at "Churaumi Aquarium."

I would like to join this tour again when I go to Okinawa. Thank you for your help.

おすすめです。日本人よりていねいな日本語と心地よい気づかいの出来る外国人（名前が分からなくてごめんなさい）のガイドさんのおかげで
ステキな1日を過ごすことが出来て、本当に感謝です。ひとりでは、なかなか行けないところをまわれてバスの中では、心地よい音楽が流れていて良かったです。
最後に行った『アメリカンビレッジ』は食事をとる方のためか1時間30分は、もう少し短くして
『美ら海水族館』の滞在時間を長くしていただけたらと思いました。

I wanted to visit the Himeyuri Monument, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there were no tours available, so I chose to take a taxi. I thought it was nice to have the taxi accommodate our pace. Thank you to the driver!

On the last day, the ocean activity we had planned for the morning was suddenly canceled the evening before... As an alternative, we chose this tour. I am very satisfied with the content.
We visited two famous spots in the southern region. There was plenty of time at both locations. It is also possible to get off at the airport before returning to the city, so depending on your flight time, I think it would be nice to head to Umikaji Terrace from there.

最終日、午前中に予定していた海のアクティビティが前日夕方に急遽中止に……。代替案として選んだのが、このツアーでした。内容にはとても満足しています。
南部の名所２ヶ所を回ります。時間的にはどちらも余裕があります。市内に戻る前に空港で下車することも可能なので、飛行機の時間によってはそこからウミカジテラスに向かうのも良いと思います。

On the day, it was cloudy, and I was a bit worried about whether I would be able to see many stars. The journey to the location was also pitch dark, and I went a bit hesitantly... However, once we started shooting, it was a first-time experience that was very enjoyable, and I was moved to see the stars beautifully captured in the photos!! 当日は曇っていて、たくさん星が見えるか少し不安でした。行くまでの道のりも真っ暗で少し恐る恐る行きました、、、ですが、撮影を始めると初めての体験でとても楽しく、また写真にもしっかり綺麗に星が映っていて感動しました！！　　　　終わったあとは宮古島のオススメスポット等も教えていただきとっても楽しい時間を過ごせました！！　　　データを見られるのがとっても楽しみです！！ありがとうございました！

Since we had a 3-year-old and an 8-year-old with us, I thought it might be tough to visit Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo, so we decided to join this tour. The adults enjoyed the guide's extensive knowledge and fully experienced the nature of Yakushima, while the kids had a great time seeing the dynamic waterfalls, the wide sandy beaches, and the unexpectedly large Yakusugi trees.

The fried flying fish we had for lunch was plentiful and filled us up, and I really appreciated that they arranged for the kids to have a children's lunch. The guide was incredibly kind, taking many family photos and being considerate of the children, so I would love to join another tour with this guide again!

3歳8歳の子連れだったので、縄文杉や白谷雲水峡は厳しいかなと思いこちらのツアーに参加させていただきました。
大人はガイドさんの豊富な知識や屋久島の自然を全身で感じながら満喫し、子供たちも普段見ることのないダイナミックな滝、広い砂浜、想像以上の大きさの紀元杉など、とても楽しんでくれました。
お昼ご飯にいただいた飛び魚の唐揚げは、量も多くてお腹がいっぱいになり、子供たちにはお子様ランチへ変更してくださるなどアレンジしていただき大変感謝しています。
ガイドさんがとにかく親切で、家族写真もたくさん撮っていただいたり、子供たちにも配慮してくださったので、またこのガイドさんで参加したいです！

I participated at the request of my son, who loves animals. We had rented a car, but it was great that there was a hotel shuttle since it was nighttime. There were 19 participants that day, which was quite a large group, but the guide was skilled at storytelling, making it an enjoyable tour. We even got to see a coconut crab! It was a pity that we couldn't see the starry sky well due to the season, but instead, we enjoyed the night view. The recommendations for shops and the unique stories about the islands were also interesting.

生き物が大好きな息子の希望で参加しました。レンタカーを借りていましたが、夜なのでホテル送迎があって良かったです。この日は19人の参加で人数も多かったですが、ガイドさんのお話が上手で楽しいツアーになりました。
ヤシガニも見れました！時期的に星空はよく見えなかったのは残念でしたが、代わりに夜景が見れました。おすすめのお店や離島ならではのお話も面白かったです。

The bus guide's stories were interesting, so I took a lot of notes to remember them! You can visit many tourist spots in a full day, so I was satisfied to be able to go to multiple places I wanted to see.

バスガイドさんの話が面白かったので、忘れないように沢山メモしました！丸1日かけて観光地を目一杯回れるので、行ってみたかった場所に複数行けて満足です。

On March 30th, I experienced a morning tour of Yakushima. Thanks to our veteran and friendly guide and driver, I was able to enjoy Yakushima thoroughly, even in a short amount of time. It rained a bit, but I was moved to see Yakushima macaques and deer up close. Since I had some extra time, I slightly regretted not opting for a full-day tour. I hope to come back with my family someday.

3月30日に午前屋久島ツアーを体験しました。ベテランで親切なガイド兼運転手さんのお陰で短い時間でしたが十分屋久島が楽しめました。多少雨でしたが屋久ザル、鹿を間近に見れて感動です。時間に余裕があったので一日ツアーにしとけばと少し後悔でした。またいつか家族で来たいと思いました。

It's understandable that we couldn't see the wild creatures, but I was disappointed not to meet the coconut crab since I had high expectations. The guide's stories were interesting, but I wondered about the constant use of a chin mask in this day and age. Even though it was a stargazing experience, there was no explanation about the stars at all. Just saying, "That's Orion," isn't enough... I didn't come all the way to Ishigaki Island just to see Orion; I can see that from my home area too.

野生の生き物なので会えないこと仕方がないのですが期待していただけにヤシガニに会えず残念でした。
ガイドさんの話は面白かったのですが終始あごマスクなのはこのご時世いかがなものかと思います。星空鑑賞なのに星について全く説明なしです。「あれがオリオン座ですね」って・・・わざわざ石垣島まで来てオリオン座見たい訳じゃないんですが・・・自宅地域でも見れますから。

My first SUP experience included snorkeling at Barasu Island.

Iriomote Island, a 50-minute boat ride from Ishigaki Island, has a different atmosphere compared to Ishigaki, and I could really feel its unique charm. I was a bit anxious about falling during my first SUP experience, so I focused on maintaining my balance while moving.

It felt great to paddle through the mangroves on the SUP! The sea was so clear and beautiful; it felt like I had come to a stunning ocean abroad.

I found myself wanting to enjoy even more activities, and I also wanted to visit Yubu Island, which is close to Iriomote. It was wonderful to experience nature in a way that you can't feel in the hustle and bustle of city life.

The guide took many photos at various moments, creating lasting memories. The photo quality was great, and I appreciated that they captured the corals underwater as well. I am grateful for the kind guide who took care of us!

初のSUP体験、バラス島でシュノーケリングをしました。
石垣島から船で５０分の西表島は石垣とは違った雰囲気があり、西表、独特の良さを感じれました。
初のSUPで落ちないか不安でバランスを気にしながら移動できました。
SUPでマングローブの中を通り抜けるのは気持ち良かったです！

海は透き通っていて綺麗すぎました☆
海外の綺麗な海に来たかのようでした。

まだまだ楽しみたいことがでてきて、西表に近い由布島にも行きたくなりました。
都会の日常生活では感じられない自然など、五感で感じれて良かったです。
ガイドさんに色んな場面で写真を撮って頂き、思い出になりました。
写真の画質も良く、海の中の珊瑚も撮れていたので感謝です☆

On the Blue Course, I was able to look up at Tokyo Tower from directly below and enjoy a 360-degree view from Rainbow Bridge. On the Red Course, I looked up at Tokyo Skytree from directly below, crossed the Sumida River, got off at the Ueno Station bus stop, enjoyed cherry blossom viewing in Ueno Park, and then returned.

The weather was nice, and the open-roof breeze was refreshing, making for a very luxurious day. The bus operated almost on schedule, which was convenient for transfers.

However, when getting on the bus from a different stop than where I got off, it was difficult to find the bus stop, so having a bus stop map would be helpful. Additionally, the seats on the first bus in the morning were a bit wet from yesterday's rain, so I would have appreciated more attention to that detail.

Aside from those two points, everything was excellent. Thank you very much.

ブルーコースでは、東京タワーを真下から見上げ、レインボーブリッジから360度の景色を堪能できました。レッドコースでは、スカイツリーを真下から見上げ、隅田川を渡り、上野駅バス停で降りて上野公園の桜のお花見をして、戻りました。
天気が良く、オープンルーフの風が爽快で非常に贅沢な1日を過ごせました。
バスはほぼ定刻通りに運行している点も、乗換には便利でした。
途中で降りたバス停と違うバス停から乗る場合、バス停が探しにくかったので、バス停地図があるとなお良いと思いました。
また、朝一番のバスの座席が昨日の雨で少し濡れていたので、そこまで気を配っていただけたらと思いました。
その2点以外は、最高でした。

Initially, I had signed up for the Mangrove SUP + Barasu Island snorkeling, but due to rough seas, it was changed to Mangrove SUP + Barasu Island landing + cave exploration.

I was disappointed that I couldn't go snorkeling at Barasu Island, but the revised plan was also very good.

In the morning, we explored the caves and landed on Barasu Island. After a lunch break, we did the Mangrove SUP in the afternoon.

During the cave exploration, we wore helmets and visited three caves. It was quite fun to enter the water and pass through narrow spaces. The scenery at Barasu Island was stunning. I really wanted to go snorkeling there.

At the end, we did SUP in the mangroves, and after that, we got off the SUP and trekked through the forest. The Kura Falls we reached was very beautiful.

The guide was great at storytelling, and we had a wonderful time. They provide equipment for rent, and they also took photos and sent the data on the same day. The shower room after the tour was clean and nice.

I would like to use Pipi again when I go to Iriomote Island next time.

当初マングローブSUP＋バラス島シュノーケリングで申込んでいましたが、海が荒れているとのことでマングローブSUP＋バラス島上陸＋鍾乳洞探検に変更になりました。

バラス島でシュノーケリングが出来なかったのは残念でしたが変更後のプランもとても良かったです。

午前中に鍾乳洞の探検・バラス島上陸。お昼ご飯を挟んで午後マングローブSUPでした。

鍾乳洞探検では、ヘルメットを被って3つの鍾乳洞へ。水の中に入ったり、狭いところを通ったりとなかなかの面白さでした。
バラス島は景色が最高でした。シュノーケリングほんとにしたかったー。
最後のマングローブではSUPで進んだ後、SUPをおりて林の中をトレッキング。辿り着いたクーラの滝はとても美しかったです。

ガイドの方がお話も上手く楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。道具類は貸出ししてくれますし、写真も撮ってその日のうちにデータで送ってくれます。
ツアー後のシャワー室も綺麗で良かったです。

次、西表島に行く時にはまたpipiさんを利用したいと思うツアーでした。
