A foreign guide with a beard led us, sharing in-depth stories about nature and history as we progressed. I was nervous since it was my first trekking experience, but I was thrilled when I stood on the Taiko Rock and the view opened up. I also became friends with a father and daughter who joined the tour, making it a surprisingly enjoyable experience.

髭モジャの外国人の方がガイドで、自然や歴史のことをじっくり話しながら進んでくれました。初めてのトレッキングでドキドキしましたが、太鼓岩の上に立って視界が開けた時は興奮しました。一緒になった父娘のお二人とも仲良くなり、思いがけない楽しさが詰まったツアーでした。

Even though I don't usually do much sightseeing in Ishigaki Island, it was really great to have a guided tour of the key spots, and the lunch included was fantastic!

石垣島に行ってもなかなか市内観光しないのですが、要所を巡ってもらって、ランチも付いててすごく良かったです！

It was a rather rushed tour, but I was able to grasp the main points. Based on this experience, I would like to take my time and explore at my own pace next time. Particularly impressive were Chuguji Temple and the Suzaku Gate of Heijokyo that I saw from the bus window at the end.

慌しく駆け足に近いツアーでしたが、ざっと把握することが出来ました。今回の体験を元に、次はマイペースで時間的に自由な廻り方をしたいと思います。中宮寺と、最後にバスの窓から見た、平城京の朱雀門が特に印象的でした。

The weather was nice, and the guide's stories provided a sense of value that you can only get by participating in the tour.
The lunch was delicious, but I felt the portion was a bit large.
If GOTO is postponed, I would like to repeat this during the snowy season.

天気も良く、ガイドさんのお話は、ツアーに参加しないと得られないお得感がありました。
昼食は、美味しかったけど、量が多かった気がします。
GOTOが延期なら、雪の時期にリピートしたいです。

The COVID-19 measures were thorough, and the staff responded promptly. Most importantly, it was great to hear the experiences shared by the older guide. We were able to safely disembark under clear skies and fully enjoy the views from the ship. I highly recommend this tour!

コロナ対策バッチリで、スタッフさん達もテキパキ対応されていたし、何より年配のガイドさんの体験談が聞けて良かったです。快晴の中、無事に上陸でき、船上からの景色ともに満喫できました。おすすめツアーです！

A village with gassho-zukuri architecture covered in snow. I often saw it in posters and winter news, but seeing the gassho-zukuri village in person reminded me of the family values that Japanese people seem to have forgotten, nostalgic childhood memories, and the bonds of family. It felt like I was meeting my late father again.

雪をかぶった合掌造りの集落。良くポスターや冬のニュースで見ていたが、実際に見た合掌造りの集落は日本人が忘れかけた家族のあり方、懐かしい子供の頃の思い出を、そして家族の心の繋がりを思い出させてくれた。亡くなった父親に会った様だった。

I apologize for the delay caused by my junior this morning. As a result, we departed 10 minutes late, but thank you for waiting.

Now, regarding the tour itself, it was great that we were able to visit various places, but the tour guide was a foreigner. While they could speak Japanese, it was very difficult to understand them. Towards the end, their voice became so quiet that I couldn't hear the explanations. When they said, "Please ask if you have any questions," it was hard to do so under those circumstances.

We started from in front of the prefectural office, but there were many buses lined up, making it hard to find the right one. Other tour guides were calling out loudly, while ours just stood outside holding a customer list. That made it really confusing. Since I’m not very experienced with tours and this was only my second time, I didn’t know what to do. This was evident as other customers, who were also there more than 10 minutes early, ended up arriving at the bus just in time and expressed their confusion.

Additionally, I went with my junior this time, and while I understand the need for social distancing due to COVID, everyone could have easily maintained distance by sitting by the windows. However, we were made to sit together as a couple, and when I asked if we could move to the window seats, I was told to wait. Ultimately, we were able to sit by the window only in the afternoon. If they were going to allow it, they could have done so in the morning as well. Moreover, there was someone sitting alone who wanted to see the scenery and preferred to sit by the window, which was prioritized instead. Doesn’t that seem strange?

Please ensure proper training for the tour guides. If it had been a Japanese guide, I think we could have enjoyed it a bit more.

朝イチ後輩が遅れてすみませんでした。それで10分出発が遅れたのですが待っていただきありがとうございました。
早速ツアー内容なんですが、内容的には色々なところをまわれたのはよかったのですが、添乗員が外人さんで、日本語も大丈夫なのですが、非常に聞き取り辛かったです。説明も、自身がないのか終わりの方は声が小さく聞こえなかったです。
分からないことが有れば聞いてくださいって、これでは聞けないですよ。
出発の場所は県庁前からだったのですが、何台も並んでいたのでわかりにくかったです。他のツアーの添乗員さんは大きな声で呼んでいるのに、今回の添乗員は外に出て、顧客リストを持っているだけ。これではわかりませんよね。旅行慣れしていなく今回が2回目だったので、わかりませんでした。それを物語るのが、他のお客さんも、10分以上前に県庁前にいたのにギリギリにバスに着いてわからなかったって言ってバスに乗ってました。
あと、今回後輩と乗ったのですが、コロナで席を空けてるのはわかるのですが、全員窓際に座っても十分距離は保てるのに、私たちとカップルだけ2人で座らされ、窓際に移っていいですか？って聞いたら待ってください。って言われて結局窓際に座れたのが昼過ぎ。結局オッケーするなら午前中でも、よかったのではないでしょうか？それも、1人で座ってる人が景色ぐ見たいから逆に座りたいって言って、そっちを優先。おかしくないでしょうか？
添乗員教育ちゃんとしてください。日本人の添乗員だったらもう少し楽しめたかな。

Everything was very good. The guide's knowledge, the way they interacted with the customers, and the way they provided information were all great. The next day, I stayed in Hokuriku and signed up for a tour with a different company, but...

To get to the northern Yanbaru area, it's difficult without a rental car, so I signed up for the only bus tour that goes to Daishirinzan. The bus had proper infection control measures in place, including seat arrangements.

Unfortunately, it rained on the day of the tour. I was looking forward to the views from the observation decks at Cape Hedo and Daishirinzan, but sadly, I could barely see anything. The weather forecast predicted clear skies for the afternoon, so I wished we could have reversed the order of the tour to visit the Churaumi Aquarium later. (Since it's a group tour, I understand that the schedule for each location is fixed and changes are probably not possible.)

We had 80 minutes at Daishirinzan. I wanted to see the "Observation Deck" and "Gajumaru," so I walked the shortcut course "Kigan & Churaumi" plus the "Yanbaru Forest Course." I just barely made it back in time within the 80 minutes. I wished I had a bit more time.

At the Churaumi Aquarium, we had 180 minutes. Perhaps because it was the second day of a three-day weekend in September when people started to move around (they were allowing entry with restrictions for infection control), there was a huge line, and it took 20 minutes to get in after we started waiting. The tour guide mentioned that it was the longest line they had ever seen. However, even with the 20-minute wait, we had plenty of time with the 180-minute stay. I skipped the really crowded tanks, looked at the beach and sea turtles, and then returned to the aquarium to explore.

It seems that the tour content has changed now. It looks like it offers a better experience to fully enjoy Yanbaru.

北部やんばるエリアに行くにはレンタカー以外では難しくて、この大石林山に行くことができる唯一のバスツアーに申し込みました。
バス内では席位置等感染対策がしっかりととられていました。
当日はあいにくの雨。「辺戸岬」と「大石林山」の展望台からの景色を楽しみにしていたのですが残念ながらほぼ何も見えませんでした。午後からの天気予報は晴れだったので午後からの「美ら海水族館」と回る順番を逆にすることができたら良かったのになあって思いました。（ツアー団体だから各場所に行く予定時間は決まっていて変更は無理なんだろうとは思います）
「大石林山」の滞在時間は80分。「展望台」と「ガジュマル」は見たかったので「奇岩・美ら海」のショートカットコース+「やんばる森林コース」を歩きました。なんとかギリギリ80分でもどれました。もう少し時間が欲しかった。
「美ら海水族館」は滞在180分。人が動き出した9月の3連休の二日目のためか（感染対策のために入場制限をしながら入場させていた）入場はすごい列ができていて、並んでから入るまで20分かかりました。添乗員さんはこんなに行列ができているのは初めてだと言われていました。ただ20分並んでも180分滞在時間があったので時間は十分でした。すごく混んでいる水槽は飛ばし、ビーチやウミガメを見てからまた水族館にもどり入って見ました。

今はツアー内容が変更になっているようですね。やんばるをより満喫できる内容のようなので良さそうですね。

Ishigaki Island Dream Tourism seems to handle many tours, including those for groups, and efficiently guides participants through multiple different options, allowing us to enjoy ourselves without getting bored.

The bus driver and everyone involved clearly wanted the participants to appreciate the charm of the Yaeyama Islands, and I was completely captivated by the allure of Ishigaki Island and the surrounding Yaeyama Islands!

One point to note: I chose the rental bicycle option for Taketomi Island, but there are many unpaved areas on the roads. If you're not comfortable with cycling, you might want to consider the glass-bottom boat or other options.

石垣島ドリーム観光さんは、団体も含めてツアーの開催が多き手がけておられるようで、複数の異なるオプションの参加者を効率的に振り分け誘導されており、退屈することもなく、楽しむ事ができました。
道中のバスの運転手の方も含め、みなさん参加者の方に八重山の島々の魅力を知っていただきたいと言う気持ちが前面に出ており、すっかり石垣島を初めとする八重山諸島の魅力に虜になりました！
一点だけ、竹富島のオプションはレンタルサイクルにしましたが、道路が舗装されてない箇所も多いです。
自転車が苦手な方は、グラスボートとか他のオプションを検討されてもいいかと思います。

It was a larger ship than I expected. There were many participants on the day, making it difficult to maintain distance due to COVID-19 precautions. After departing, we received explanations about the World Heritage sites visible on both sides, and we quickly approached Gunkanjima. The conditions were good, and I was lucky to be able to land. The guide's explanations were accurate and easy to understand. Those with priority boarding plans had priority for everything. I was on the regular plan, but I didn't have any particular issues. I'm glad I participated.

思っていたより大きな船でした。
当日の参加者が多かったのが、コロナ対策として人との距離が取りにくかったです。
出港してから両側に見える世界遺産の説明もして頂けて、あっという間に軍艦島に近づきました。
コンディションが良くて上陸できて、ラッキーでした。ガイドさんの説明も的確でよく分かりました。
優先乗船プランの人が全てに優先でした。
私は普通プランでしたが、特に困ることはありませんでした。
参加してよかったです。

At the Tsuno Port Tourist Center, showing your sightseeing bus ticket gives you a 10% discount on purchases. It's recommended to shop after checking in. I had some time before checking in, so I ended up buying souvenirs at the Tsuno Tourist Center first and missed out on the discount...

私は受付前に時間があったので、先に土庄観光センターでお土産を買ってしまい、割引ならず・・・

I visited Miyako Island right at the new moon, so I wanted beautiful photos of the starry sky, but I thought I couldn't take them myself, so I asked for help. The photos were naturally wonderful, and the photographer made me (the model) feel comfortable and enjoy the experience. Truly a professional! The guidance was kind, and I was given various recommendations for spots to visit, which I really appreciated.

ちょうど新月に宮古島を訪れたので、綺麗な星空の思い出写真が欲しかったけど、自分では綺麗に撮れないと思いお願いしました。
写真が素晴らしいのは当たり前ですが、モデル（私ですが）を気分良く楽しませてくれました。さすがプロのカメラマンさんですね！
道案内も親切で、おすすめスポットもいろいろ教えていただき、お心遣いが沁みました。

The fun time flew by in an instant. Although we couldn't go to Barasu Island due to the weather, I am more than satisfied! The cave adventure, canoeing, jungle exploration, and the Lucky Falls were all exciting. While canoeing, the surrounding tranquility made me want to stop paddling and just listen. It was a collection of precious experiences! Yoshida's guidance was easy to understand and I had a great time. He took so many photos that I didn't even need my phone. I want to visit Iriomote Island again! I wonder which waterfall I should go to next! Thank you very much!

鍾乳洞冒険、カヌー、ジャングル探検、幸運の滝、どれもワクワク◎カヌーでは、周りの静けさに思わず漕ぐのをやめて耳を澄ませたくなります。貴重な体験ばかりでした！

I wish we could have spent more time exploring Shirakawa-go and Takayama. If we could have extended our time by 30 minutes each, arriving back in Kanazawa an hour later would have been fine. The guide was wonderful. It was a trip to show my friends from Tokyo around. I'm satisfied.

白川郷も高山も散策時間を長くして欲しかった。
３０分ずつ長くして金沢帰着１時間遅くても・・・
ガイドさんは素晴らしい。
東京の友人を案内する旅行であった。満足です。

I enjoyed the beautiful scenery and delicious food. I was especially satisfied with the food, as I took notes and asked the guide for information to fully enjoy it. The bus had automatic hand sanitizer available, and the seats were spaced out nicely, which was good for infection control. I definitely want to go again.

美しい景色と美味しい食べ物を満喫しました。
特に食べ物についてはガイドさんからの情報をメモしたり、尋ねたりしてしっかり食べて来て大満足です。
バスには自動で出る消毒液が設置してあり、席も程よく空いていたので感染対策として良かったです。
またぜひ行きたいと思っています。

The aquarium allows unlimited entry on the same day, so I was able to go from the aquarium to the dolphin show and then re-enter the aquarium to take my time looking around. Since it was a weekday, it wasn't too crowded, which was lucky. I was also able to see the baby sea turtles that are only available during this season, which was great.

水族館は当日限り何回でも入場可能なので、水族館→イルカショー、その後に水族館に再入場してゆっくり見ることができました。平日だったこともあり、大混雑もなかったのでラッキーでした。この時期だけのウミガメの赤ちゃんも見ることができよかったです。

In the mangrove forest, we had an explanation from the guide and were able to explore while looking for creatures like coconut crabs. For lunch, we had sashimi with three pieces of white fish fry, which was very filling and delicious. Cape Hedo had an impressive deep blue color; although the wind was strong, the view was wonderful. At Daishi Forest, I was able to walk more easily than I expected and fully enjoy nature. I also thought that infection control measures were well implemented, such as hand sanitizer when getting on and off the bus and seating arrangements that maintained social distance. I'm glad I went.

マングローブ林ではガイドさんの説明があり、ヤシガニ等生き物を探しならがら見学できました。ランチは刺身に白身フライが3枚もつきボリューム満点で美味しかったです。辺戸岬は濃いブルーが印象的、風は強かったけど素晴らしい景色でした。大石林山は思ったより楽に歩くことができ、自然を満喫できました。バス乗り降りの際は手指アルコール消毒、ソーシャルディスタンスを保った座席配置など感染症対策もしっかりされていたと思います。行って良かったです。

I was able to see the Milky Way with my own eyes for the first time. I thought the starry sky on Miyako Island was beautiful enough, but this was a different world. I was worried about whether I could stay still since I had my children (2 years and 7 months) with me, but they took a lot of photos and captured some great shots.

初めて天の川を肉眼で見れました。宮古島本島の星空で十分キレイと思っていましたが、別世界でした。
子供（2歳と7か月）を連れていたので静止出来るか心配でしたが、写真枚数を多めに撮って下さって、良い写真を撮って頂きました。

It was a perfect day for sightseeing, and I was able to explore the city comfortably under the blue sky. I was happy to have the option to borrow a blanket. It was also nice that the bus stopped for a few minutes at the photo spots. Next time, I would like to see the night illuminations. The driver and attendant provided pleasant service as well.

観光日和、青空の下でとても快適に市内を回れました。ブランケットの貸出しがあり、嬉しいです。撮影スポットでバスが数分停車してくれるのも良かったです。次回は夜のライトアップを観てみたいです。ドライバー、アテンダントの方も、気持ちが良い接客でした。

I made a reservation for 9 PM and drove to the location. Since it was a place where I had fished during the day, I arrived without getting lost.

I thought I would patiently wait while looking at the starry sky, and the staff member helped a lot by sharing various stories about Miyako Island. Because of the island's weather, it can change quickly, and I was worried when it started pouring rain. However, before I knew it, the clouds cleared, and I took the opportunity to climb the rocks and start shooting. Photographing the starry sky is a battle against the weather, and the photographers patiently waited for the clouds to clear to get the best shots, resulting in some wonderful photos! While we were waiting, they engaged us with interesting topics, which made it very enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Also, since there are no lights at all, you can see a beautiful starry sky with the naked eye. When I happened to look up, I was thrilled to see several shooting stars!

Honestly, the photos are so wonderful that they could easily justify a price increase! If you visit Miyako Island, I highly recommend participating in this experience.

What was a bit scary was when a cockroach landed on my back...! I desperately searched in the car on the way back to make sure it didn't sneak in...

21時に予約して現地へ車で向かいました。たまたま昼間に釣りをしていた場所だったので、迷わず到着できました。

星空を見ながら気長に待っていようと思ったら、担当のお兄さんが色々と宮古島の話をしてくれてとても助かりました。
島の天気なので、天候が変わりやすく、途中大雨が振ったりでダメかなー...と思っていた所、気がつけば雲が晴れてチャンス！とばかりに岩場に登って撮影しました。星空を撮るのに天候との戦いで、カメラマンさんたちもベストショットのために雲が晴れるのを粘り強く待ってくださり、すばらしい写真が撮れました！
待ってる間も私達が退屈しないように、興味のある話題を振ってくださり、とても楽しかったです。本当にありがとうございました。
また、一切明かりがないので、肉眼でもきれいな星空が見れます。たまたま見上げていたら、流れ星がいくつも見れてハッピーな気分になりました！

本来ならもっと値上げしてもいいんじゃないか？！ってくらい素敵な写真です。宮古島に来られた際はぜひ参加してみてください。

I was able to see a variety of creatures living on Ishigaki Island, including coconut crabs, bats, white crabs, fireflies even in winter, and rare small owls.

Although it was somewhat cloudy on the day, the clouds moved quickly, and I was able to see the stars, which made me very satisfied.

Not only the creatures but also the constellations were explained in detail by the guide, making it easy to understand. Thank you very much.

I was looking for a tour to visit the Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island since I couldn't drive. There was a pick-up service from the hotel in Onna Village, and the tour was very fulfilling and great! Even without a car, I was able to visit various places on a day trip.

車が運転できなかったので、美ら海水族館と古宇利島に行けるツアーを探していました。宿泊していた恩納村のホテルまで送迎があり、内容も充実していてとても良かったです！！車がなくても日帰り観光で色々な場所に行けました。

I used a 6-hour ticket. When I tried to use it from Kyoto Station in the morning, it was unexpectedly full, and I couldn't board... In the end, I used the subway. In the afternoon, I was able to board from another location, so I could use it, but I only used it once, and honestly, it felt like a waste. I think it's not suitable for active sightseeing. The weather was nice that day, and the temperature was high, so the view from the second floor was great and felt refreshing.

朝京都駅から利用しようとしたらまさかの満席で乗れず…
結局地下鉄を利用。
午後、別の場所からは乗れたので利用自体はできましたが
1回しか利用できず正直もったいなかったです。
アクティブに観光をするには向かないかなと思います。
当日天気が良く気温も高めだったので、2階からの眺めはよく
気持ちよかったです。

I was amazed by the stunning views of Kabira Bay. The bus guide's explanation of Ishigaki Island was helpful for sightseeing. The lunch was also delicious.

川平湾の絶景には驚きました。バスガイドさんの石垣島の説明は観光の参考になりました。ランチも美味しかったです。

I was worried about COVID-19 and contacted them the day before, so I participated with some anxiety. The driver was very safe, and I didn't feel tired even after a long time. The guide explained things inside the bus, not at the site. They used demonstrative pronouns like "that" and "there," so it was hard to understand the guide's explanations from the back seats, which was a bit disappointing. The food had a good quantity, but the taste was... The tour itinerary was good. The bus was full, crowded, with no windows that could open, and passengers were concerned about the ventilation, which made me quite worried as well. It might be unavoidable, but I wished they could have used a bus with windows for better ventilation and spaced out the seats for each group. I participated with some anxiety.

コロナが心配で前日に問い合わせしたり、心配の中での参加でした。運転手さんの運転手さんも安全運転で長時間でも疲れませんでした。現地ではなく、バスの中でガイドさんが説明をしてくれます。そこが、あそこ、あれがとう指示代名詞を使われて説明するので、後ろの席だと、ガイドさんの説明が分かりづらく、イマイチだったので、ちょっと残念。料理も量はありましたが、味は…。ツアーの行程は、良かったです。バスの中は、満席で、密、窓がない、窓が開かないバスだったので、バスの乗客が密すぎるー、換気どうなんだーって皆さん話していて、私もかなり心配しました。仕方ないことなのかもしれませんが、窓のあるバスにして乗客が換気できる、グループごとに席を空けるなど、工夫して欲しかったです。
ちょっと心配の中での参加となりました。

I participated on the last day of my trip. I thoroughly enjoyed a half-day tour from morning until 2:30 PM. During the mangrove cruise, the guide provided very clear explanations. Since it had just rained, there was a rainbow arching over the green mangroves and blue sky, which was refreshing for the soul.

The water buffalo cart to Yufuin was also a lot of fun, as I learned about the buffalo's stories and the history and culture of Yufuin. I would love to visit again!

旅行最終日に参加しました。朝から昼14:30までの半日観光でたっぷり満喫♪マングローブクルーズではガイドさんがとてもわかりやすく案内してくれました。雨上がりだったので、緑のマングローブと青い空に七色の虹がかかり、心が洗われました。
由布島へ渡る水牛車では、牛さんたちのエピソードや由布島の歴史や文化を知れてとても楽しかったです。
また訪れたいな〜

It was absolutely fun! The weather was really nice and pleasant, and the guide's explanations were interesting, making it truly enjoyable! The moment the Sky Duck dove into the water was thrilling! I want to participate in another course as well.

We were blessed with good weather and enjoyed a meaningful trekking experience, even while causing some trouble for our guide, who was determined not to let anyone fall behind. The long trolley path on the way down was tough, but we managed to return before sunset, and I am satisfied with the experience. Thank you very much.

天候にも恵まれ、絶対に脱落者を出さないというガイドさんにご迷惑をおかけしながら有意義なトレッキングを堪能しました。下りきった後の長いトロッコ道はしんどかったですが何とか日没までに帰ることができ満足しています。ありがとうございました。

I couldn't access the mobile reservation page, which caused delays for other customers at the counter. The QR code printed out at the counter wasn't recognized well by the bus's iPad, which made boarding take longer.

携帯予約ページがアクセス出来なくて窓口で他のお客に時間をとらせてしまった。
窓口で打ち出していただいたQRコードの紙がバスのIｐａdにうまく認識できなくて搭乗に時間がかかった。
