I participated in a Shirakawa-go tour that I had wanted to join for a long time. The tour guide provided plenty of information about the highlights, recommended photo spots, and souvenirs, making it very enjoyable. The autumn leaves were beautiful this time, but I would like to join a tour during the snowy season next time.

以前から行きたかった白川郷ツアーに参加しました。
添乗員さんの見どころの説明やお勧め写真スポット、お土産の話等盛りだくさんで楽しめました。
今回は紅葉がとても綺麗でしたが、次回は雪の季節のツアーに参加してみたいと思いまます。

I have visited Nara several times for sightseeing, but I had only been to major tourist spots like Nara Park. Since it was a bus tour, I was taken to places I had never been before, and I was really happy to be able to visit many national treasures and other fascinating locations. The autumn weather was pleasant, and the guide's explanations were clear and thorough, making for a wonderfully quick day.

奈良には何度か観光に訪れたことがありましたが、奈良公園等の主要な観光地しか行ったことがありませんでした。バスツアーということで、行ったことのない場所へ連れて行ってもらえて、多くの国宝仏をはじめ、魅力的な場所を巡ることができて本当に楽しかったです。秋の気候も気持ちがよく、またガイドさんの説明も分かりやすく丁寧で、あっという間の１日でした。

I was able to efficiently visit various places and had a great time!

I also enjoyed the long-awaited Churaumi Aquarium, which was wonderful!

Since there isn't much time for American Village, I think it might be better to include other spots that can be enjoyed in a short time instead of forcing it into the plan.

I also had a meal where I could see Ryukyu dance, and both the food and drinks were delicious, making for an enjoyable viewing experience.

アメリカンビレッジが、かなり時間がないので、無理にプランに入れずに短時間でも楽しめる他スポットを入れても良いかと思いました。

琉球舞踊のみれる食事もつけていただきましたが、食事もお酒も美味しくて、楽しく鑑賞できました。

I got caught in a little rain, but I was able to use the GO TO discount, and with that price, including admission to the Churaumi Aquarium, it was more than satisfactory. It was a very satisfying tour that included all the places I wanted to visit.

少し雨に降られましたが、ＧＯＴＯも使えて、あの金額、しかも美ら海水族館の入場も含まれるので申し分ありません。行きたいところが全部入っていたとても満足いくツアーでした。

I had a really fun time during the photo shoot. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of my reservation, but when I checked if it was possible to change to the next day, they responded quickly, and as a result, we were able to shoot safely the following day. Just before the shoot, I was worried that we might not be able to take photos due to sudden weather changes, as it started to rain while we were heading to the location. However, upon arrival, they explained that it would likely clear up, so we decided to wait a bit. As expected, the clouds cleared, and we were able to take wonderful photos. While we waited for the clouds to clear, they chatted with us, and we had a great time. I would definitely recommend this to my acquaintances!

とっても楽しく撮影ができました。予約当日はあいにくの雨で翌日に変更可能か確認したところ、素早くご対応頂き、結果翌日に無事撮影できました。また、撮影直前に急な天候の変化で雨が降ってきて撮影ができないかもしれないと心配しながら撮影場所まで向かいましたが、到着後すぐに説明がありおそらく晴れるから少し待つこととなりました。その後予想通り雲がはけ、素敵な写真を撮って頂きました。雲がはける間、お話などして下さり楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。知り合いにおすすめしたいと思います！

I inquired whether the "designated hotel pick-up" meant they would come to pick me up at my accommodation, and it turned out to be five hotels associated with Jumbo Tours. Fortunately, one of them was just a seven-minute walk from my hotel, so I decided to join the tour.

The itinerary allowed us to efficiently visit the major spots in the northern region that would be difficult to cover in a day on our own, thanks to the guide's advice. In particular, we spent about three hours at the Churaumi Aquarium and even extended our visit to the Tropical Dream Center.

Regarding COVID-19 measures, both the guide and the driver were very considerate, which made me feel quite safe.

Additionally, it was my first time touring while listening to audio guides in eight different languages. Although it may seem rude to the guide, I felt it was better for them to provide supplementary explanations of the timely audio guides rather than repeating the same information each time. Considering the number of foreign travelers, this approach felt appropriate. (Since it was during the pandemic, the GOTO program was only for Japanese people... haha)

『指定ホテル送迎可』は宿泊ホテルに迎えに来てくれるのかと問い合わせしたらジャンボツアーズ社様の関わる５つのホテルでした。幸いに、その一つが宿泊所から徒歩７分の所にありましたので、気を取り直してツアーに参加しました。

内容は、個人では１日ではなかなか回れない北部の主要スポットを、ガイドさんのアドバイスの中で効率よく観光できました。特に、『美ら海水族館』は滞在時間が約3時間！あり、熱帯ドリームセンターまで足を伸ばせました。

コロナ対策については、ガイドさんだけではなく運転手さんも必要以上に配慮されていて大変安心しました。

また、初めて８か国の音声ガイドを聞きながら観光をしましたが、ガイドさんには失礼ですが毎回毎回同じこと喋るよりは、ガイドさんにはその時に旬な音声ガイドの補足を説明していただき、外国の旅行者が多いことを考えるとこれもありと感じました。
（　コロナ禍だったのでGOTOは日本人だけでしたが・・・　笑　）

It was my first time in Ishigaki Island, so I signed up for an island-hopping tour! I was able to enjoy various modes of transportation like boats, water buffalo carts, buses, and bicycles! Each experience was short, but that's understandable! It was a bit hectic, but I had a great time! The staff were all polite and friendly, which made it very pleasant! Thank you very much!

We purchased tickets for two, and since we had always used this bus overseas, we knew what to expect. However, this time we were very disappointed! First of all, there were very few buses. Also, we got off because we wanted to see Kinkaku-ji, but an old man shouted at the entrance that it was currently under renovation and we couldn't see it at all. After getting off the bus, we had to wait an hour for the next one... In the end, we wasted money moving around using the city bus, Keihan Railway, and JR! If there are staff on the bus, they should provide such information as people involved in Kyoto tourism! It's unacceptable!

二人で購入、海外でいつも使用していたのでどう言うバスか良く知っていました。が、今回はとってもガッカリ！本数がまずとても少ない。それと今回は金閣寺を見たくて降りたのに入り口で今は修復作業中で全く見れませんよ〜とおじさんが叫んでいました。せっかくバス降りたのに次のバスまで１時間。。。結局市バスと京阪電車、JRでの移動で無駄金でした！バスにスタッフも乗っているなら京都の観光に携わる人間としてそう言う情報は伝えるべき！失格です！

You can easily take a tour around Kururi. The glass boat, which is available for an additional fee, was a bit cheaper at 900 yen. You can also get off at the airport, so it seems like a good option to use on the last day of your trip. The guide shared not only information about tourist spots but also various interesting things about Ishigaki Island, allowing us to learn a lot.

手軽にくるり周遊できます。別料金のグラスボートは少しお安くなって900円でした。空港で下車することもできるので、旅行の最終日に利用するのも良さそう。ガイドさんは観光地だけでなく石垣島のあんなことやこんなことをお話してくださったので、色々なことを知ることができました。

The time spent driving was the main part, but along the way, the guide's stories were enjoyable and kept me from getting bored. I couldn't help but chuckle at the max speed in the water. Huh?! But the weather was nice, and the scenery was great, making it a fun experience.

でも、お天気がよく景色もよく楽しい経験でした。

This tour is perfect for the last day as you can leave your luggage on the bus, making it possible to drop off at the airport. They implemented COVID-19 measures such as alcohol disinfection and seat arrangements every time you board. Previously, I participated in tours to Ontake and Okinawa World, so this time I chose the Valley of Gangala. It was disappointing that we couldn't enter the back of the triangular rock at Ontake, but we were able to take our time exploring. The Valley of Gangala had other tour participants, and we were around 20 people with our guide. They provide insect repellent gel, but I still got bitten, so I think it's better to ask for extra! The highlight was the impressive banyan tree.

バスて荷物を預かってもらえるので、空港降車も可能なこのツアーは最終日に最適。乗車時に毎回アルコール消毒、席配置などコロナ対策もされてました。以前、御嶽とおきなわワールドのツアーに参加したので、今回はガンガラーの谷を選択。御嶽は三角岩の奥には入れず残念でしたがその分ゆっくりと回れました。ガンガラーの谷は、他のツアーの方もいて、20人弱でガイドさんとともにまわりました。虫除けジェルを支給してくれますがそれでも虫に噛まれたので、多めにおかわり⁉︎した方がよいと思います。ポイントのガジュマルは、圧巻でした。

The Jomon Sugi was amazing. While I haven't climbed any of the hundred famous mountains, I've hiked a decent number of mountains, and at 68 years old, it was quite hard.

In the early morning, in the dark, we started walking at a pretty fast pace under our headlamps, and it felt quite intense. Our group consisted of five young men and women in their twenties and us, a couple over 65, making a total of seven people. As we sweated and walked to keep up with the younger ones, we finally reached Jomon Sugi.

On the way back, there were many stairs that put a strain on my knees, but despite that, we managed to reach the finish line. On the way there, our guide took us on a nature observation route that was different from the usual path, allowing us to see a different form of Yakusugi than what is shown in guidebooks, which was fantastic.

The coffee after lunch was a delightful cup for our chilled bodies. I am very grateful to our guide, Mr. Mitsuhashi. I have used VELTRA several times for overseas travel, and once again, it was the right choice.

Next time, I plan to challenge climbing Mount Miyanoura and attempt Jomon Sugi again. When that time comes, I intend to use VELTRA again.

縄文杉、最高でした。百名山までいかないが、そこそこの山を登っているが、68歳にとっては結構ハード。
早朝、暗い中、ヘッドライトのもと、かなりのハイピッチで歩きだし、これは何だとの感じ。グループ構成は20代の男女5人と我々65歳以上の夫婦の計7人。若い者に負けないよう汗をかきかき歩いているうちに縄文杉に到着。帰りは、階段が多く膝に負担がかかるが、ハイピッチにもめげず、どうにかゴールイン。
行きは、ガイドさんが通常ルートとは別の自然観察路コースを歩いてくれたので、ガイドブックとは別の屋久杉の形態を見ることが出来て最高。昼食後のコーヒも寒くなった体には嬉しい一杯でした。ガイド（三橋さん）の方に感謝、感謝。これまで、海外旅行で何回かVELTRAを利用してきましたが、今回もやはり正解でした。
次回は、宮之浦岳への登山挑戦と縄文杉の再挑戦を計画。その時には
、また、VELTRAを利用しようと思っています。

The Valley of Gangala was very fulfilling and enjoyable. It was pouring rain, but the introduction of a 100 yen raincoat was a lifesaver. I wish the bus guide had sold them before we went to the Sefa Utaki.

ガンガラーの谷はとても充実していて、楽しかったです。大雨でしたが、100円のレインコートの紹介もあり、助かりました。できれば斎場御嶽に行く前に、バスのガイドさんに販売してほしかったと思います。

It was fun. Thanks to the guide's thorough explanations, I was able to enjoy the nature of Iriomote Island. The weather was also favorable, making it a perfect day. Next, I want to go snorkeling.

We were blessed with good weather, and the veteran guide's stories, including the changes in Okinawa, were very well done. The sandwiches were delicious as well. It was a very fulfilling day of sightseeing. Thank you very much.

The schedule was just perfect. The zoo, the Blue Pond in Biei, lunch, and all-you-can-eat melon were all enjoyable experiences! Since it was late October, the autumn leaves visible along the highway were incredibly beautiful. The cold was quite intense, and it seems that people in Hokkaido don't think it's cold, as they dress lightly and don't seem to use heating anywhere, so it's best to dress warmly! A down jacket was the best choice!

Especially at Asahiyama Zoo, it's mostly outdoors with few buildings to block the wind, so be careful of the strong gusts! The Blue Pond is also quite far by car, and it's too cold to stay outside for long. Walking on the unstable ground for a bit meant we didn't need to stay for more than 10 minutes, so joining the tour was definitely the right choice. The driver was kind and considerate. The melon was surprisingly sweet. All-you-can-eat is quite a bargain! There were also coupons included, so I thought it was a great value!

スケジュールは全てちょうどよかったです。
動物園、美瑛の青い池、お昼＆メロン食べ放題、どれも連れて行っていただけて楽々でした！
10月後半なので、途中高速道路などで見れる紅葉が半端なく綺麗でした。
寒さは半端なく、多分またま北海道の方は寒いと思わないのか薄着＆どこへ行っても暖房付けない様である為、かなり着込んで行った方が良いです！ダウンがベストでした！
特に旭山動物園はほぼ屋外、周りに建物等遮るものが少なく、強風直あたりなので気をつけてください！
青い池も車で遠いし降りても寒すぎるし、地面が不安定なところを少し歩くので、滞在時間10分もいらなくてよかった感じなのでツアーで大正解かと。
ドライバーさんも優しく気遣いのある方でした。
メロンも甘くてびっくりしました。食べ放題だなんてかなりお得！
クーポンもついてるし、コスパ良いと思いました！

The weather was nice, and the driver who guided us was friendly. They walked with us and took us to almost all the places we wanted to go.

According to the bus guide, compared to last year, there were hardly any international visitors, and it was almost entirely domestic travelers. It was quite empty, so we were able to enjoy the sights comfortably.

Unfortunately, it rained on and off, but there were times when it stopped, and I was able to take a decent number of photos. On the way back, I baked some rice crackers in Toyama, which was also a nice souvenir spot.

In Shirakawa-go, the PayPay discount was applicable, so I was able to buy souvenirs at a lower price. The meat was, of course, delicious, but I also recommend the dumplings. Don't miss out on the doburoku and doburoku soft serve!

バスガイドさんの説明によると昨年と比べて海外の方はほとんどなくなりほぼ国内旅行者。だいぶ空いている状態とのことで、かなり人も少なく快適に観られました。
残念ながら雨が降ったりやんだりでしたが、やんでいる時間帯もあり、写真もそれなりに撮れてよかったです。 帰りに富山でせんべいを焼き帰ってきましたが、お土産ポイントとしてはこちらも良かったです。
白川郷ではPaypayの割引もきいていたので、お土産も安めにかえました。 お肉はもちろん美味しかったですが、お団子もおすすめです。 どぶろくとどぶろくソフトも是非。

Although it was unfortunately rainy on the day of the visit, the gentle autumn rain actually meant fewer people around, which made me feel relieved about the concerns regarding COVID-19. I found a perfect half-day tour to Hōryū-ji, which I had wanted to visit for a long time despite its proximity, and it was also eligible for the Go To Eat Travel campaign, so I felt very lucky. Of course, it can be enjoyable alone, but I really felt that having a guide's explanations made a significant difference in understanding the history. It turned out to be a very memorable day.

当日はあいにくの雨模様でしたが、しっとりとした秋雨で、かえって人出も少なく、コロナ禍の心配が少なくてよかったと思います。
近いのに中々いけなかった法隆寺に、ちょうど良い半日ツアーを見つけ、Go To Eatトラベル対象にもなっていて、とてもラッキーでした。
もちろん1人でも楽しめますが、やはりガイドさんの説明があると、歴史の理解度が違うと感じました。
とても思い出に残る1日となりました。

I usually don't go mountain climbing, so I joined a tour. I was blessed with a great guide, wonderful tour members, and good weather, making it an enjoyable experience.
We started climbing at 6:20 and finished at 15:40. We took the bus back at 16:00.
There were some people who couldn't reach Jomon Sugi. Preparation is important. I'm really glad I did some climbing before the trip.

普段は山登りしないので、ツアーで行きました。ガイド、ツアーのメンバー、天気、すべてに恵まれ、楽しいツアーとなりました。
6:20登山開始、15:40終了。16:00のバスで帰りました。
縄文杉までたどり着けていない人もいました。事前準備は大事です。旅行前に何度か登山しておいて、本当によかったです。

The local tour company organizing this tour manages the entire vessel, so you won't be mixed with general passengers, and there's no chance of getting lost along the way. The tour progresses smoothly like a conveyor belt, allowing you to see everything efficiently. The guide on Iriomote Island is also very experienced. On the day of my participation, the wind was strong and the weather was a bit poor, so we didn't stay long on Taketomi Island and quickly wrapped up our cycling. However, if you plan to go to the beach with star sand, it's better to allow at least an hour of extra time. The path is made of sand and small stones, making it difficult to ride quickly. Participants varied from solo travelers to families.

このツアーを主催している地元ツアー会社が運航船を丸ごと管理しているので一般客と混載することがなく、途中で迷うこともありません。流れ作業のようにどんどん進みますが、効率的に見て回れます。西表島のガイドさんも手馴れています。参加日は風が強く少々天候が悪かったので竹富島ではあまり長居せずにサイクリングも早々に引き上げて帰りましたが、星の砂のビーチまで行くなら、1時間以上は時間の余裕をみた方がいいです。砂と小石の道なので走行しにくく、スピードは出せません。参加者は、ひとりから家族連れまでさまざまでした。

I was able to visit during a great time to enjoy the stunning autumn leaves and the snow-covered mountain scenery. The conductor on the bus taught us how to get around, so we were able to visit photo spots and observation decks, thoroughly enjoying our walk in Shirakawa-go. For lunch, the Hida beef and tsukudani were delicious. Since we could return to Kanazawa Station in the evening, I recommend this as a day trip for those traveling to Kanazawa.

見事な紅葉と雪化粧された山の風景が楽しめる良い時期に行けました。
バスの中でコンダクターの方に回り方を教えて頂いたので、写真スポットと展望台を巡り、白川郷散歩を満喫できました。
昼食は、飛騨牛と佃煮が美味しかったです。
夕方には金沢駅に帰ってこれるので、金沢旅行される方は日帰りツアーとしてオススメです。

It was my first time visiting an outlying island. Although it was a quick visit, I was satisfied with my experience on the island. I think it was a great opportunity to scout for a future trip where I can take my time on a favorite island. However, I was quite anxious during the bus ride because one of the children in the same tour group kept coughing. I felt anger towards the parents traveling with a child who was coughing so much at this time of year. While it might not bother them if it were their own child, for others, it is nothing but a source of fear.

初めての離島。駆け足ではありましたがその島を堪能できて満足でした。気に入った島に次回はゆっきりでかける為の下見としてとても良いと思います。ただ同じツアー参加者のお子さんがずっと咳をしていてソレが気になってバスの中では不安な気持ちでいっぱいでした。この時期のこんなに咳をする子供を連れて旅をする親御さんに怒りを覚えました。自分の子供なら気にならないかもしれませんが他人にとっては恐怖でしかありません。

I frequently traveled to Kanazawa in the Hokuriku region for business, but this time I chose to visit Kanazawa, a city I love, and Shirakawa-go, which I had not yet visited, before starting my next job. Unlike the busy activities during my business trips, I was able to enjoy a relaxed time participating in the tour. The schedule had enough flexibility, allowing me to fully enjoy the autumn season. The tour guide, Kuroda, provided various information and had interesting candid conversations. I wanted to hear some English conversation as well, but... The COVID-19 measures were thorough. 私は出張族で北陸金沢にも頻繁に行ってましたが、この度次期職業に就く前に好きな街の金沢と未だ訪問してない白川郷を選びました。
出張での忙しい活動とは違いツアー参加でのゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。スケジュールも時間の余裕があり十分秋を満喫できました。
添乗員の黒田さんも色々な情報、本音トークも面白かったです。
英会話も聴きたかったですが、、

I had a great time leisurely exploring on a water buffalo cart. It was nice to hear the guide's stories as well. Since you can make good use of the free time, I think it's a great tour.

I had a great time seeing various creatures, such as coconut crabs, bats, owls, and many hermit crabs. The weather was nice on the day, and I was able to see the stars beautifully, which made me very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

色々な生物が見られて楽しかったです。ヤシガニ、コウモリ、フクロウ、たくさんのヤドカリ、など。
当日は天気も良く、星を綺麗に見ることもでき、大変満足でした。

The tour to Barasu Island was canceled due to the typhoon (I received a call the day before), but I was refunded the difference.

Two staff members accompanied us, and both were very entertaining, making the experience a lot of fun! They shared various interesting facts about plants and mangroves, making it a very enjoyable tour. They even took the initiative to get under the waterfall, which gave us the courage to do the same! They took a lot of photos (over 100), making it a memorable tour!

I would like to rely on them again when I visit Ishigaki Island or Iriomote Island. Thank you very much!

台風の影響でバラス島のツアーは中止になってしまいましたが(前日に電話をいただきました)、差額は返金していただけました。

スタッフの方が2人ついてくださったのですが、2人とも面白い方達で、すごく楽しませていただきました！植物の事やマングローブの事など、色々な豆知識も教えてくださり、とても楽しいツアーでした。滝にも率先して打たれてくださり、自分達も滝に打たれる勇気が出ました笑　写真もずっと撮ってくださり(100枚越え)、とても思い出になるツアーでした！

また石垣島や西表島に行く際はお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました！
