It was my second time visiting Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. The last time I saw Shirakawa-go covered in snow, and this time it was beautiful with autumn leaves; both were wonderful. We were fortunate with the weather and had a great time exploring together with my friend. The meals were also very good for the price.

At times, the guide was excellent and provided enjoyable commentary, making for a fun day. I was surprised that the bus tour was also part of the Go To Travel campaign.

二度目の白川郷と五箇山でした。前回は雪の白川郷、今回は紅葉の白川郷、どちらも素敵でした。お天気にも恵まれ友人と二人で楽しく散策できました。お食事もこの値段設定ではとても良かったです。
時にガイドさんが良くて楽しく案内してくださり　楽しいい一日を過ごせました。
バスツアーも　go to トラベルキャンペーンの対象だったのはびっくりしました。

You can visit the famous spots in the northern region in one day. The aquarium is spacious, so three hours was a good amount of time. The emerald green sea is refreshing and definitely worth seeing. I would love to go again.

北部の名所を一日で観光できます。水族館は広いので３時間設定でよかったです。エメラルドグリーンの海は爽快で見ごたえ十分。ぜひまた行きたい。

I applied to take wedding photos.
The meeting place was a bit hard to find, so even the taxi driver got lost.
The starry sky was so beautiful that I could see shooting stars, and I could have stared at it forever.
The stars were beautifully captured in the photos, and I'm really glad I applied!!

集合場所が少しわかりづらかったので、タクシーの運転手さんでも迷ってしまいました。
星空は流れ星が見えるくらいきれいでいつまでも眺めていたくらいでした。
写真にもきれいに星が映っていて申し込んでよかったです！！

On the day of the activity, the weather was bad with strong winds and cloudy skies, and the sea currents were fast, but we went ahead with it. However, due to the swift currents, we were able to see sea turtles swimming more than usual, and I was able to take many great photos. I think we saw about three sea turtles. They were so cute and it was moving. I'm looking forward to receiving the data. Our guide, Kometchi, was friendly and very nice. He shared many recommendations for spots in Miyako Island. I would like to ask for Kometchi's help again when I do activities in Miyako Island!

当日は風が強く曇り空で海の流れも早くて悪天候でしたが、決行。ですが、海の流れの速さもあり、いつも以上にウミガメが泳いでくれていい写真を沢山撮っていただきました。ウミガメは3匹くらい見れたと思います。可愛くて感動しました。データが届くのが楽しみです。ガイドのこめっちさんが気さくで、とても良かったです。宮古島のオススメスポットをたくさん教えていただきました。また宮古島でアクティビティするときはこめっちさんにお願いしたいです！

The bad weather and low temperatures meant that we couldn't see many animals, which was disappointing. However, the guide provided a lot of explanations, which made it enjoyable!

天候が悪く、気温も低かった為あまり動物が見れなかったのがガッカリポイントでした。
その分ガイドさんが色々説明してくれて楽しかったです〜！

It was my first time on Ishigaki Island, and I was able to efficiently visit three islands, making it a fulfilling day. I am very satisfied with the experience, so thank you!

I was really satisfied to visit so many sightseeing spots in just one day. The schedule was well organized, so the sightseeing went very smoothly, and I was happy. I also appreciated that the driver adjusted the time a bit for recommended places. Noboribetsu Date Jidaimura was incredibly fun! You can leave your luggage and souvenirs (except for valuables) on the bus, and for those considering using trains and other means of transportation, I truly recommend it! I will use this service again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much!

We participated in a Shirakawa-go tour that we had wanted to join as a couple for a long time. We enjoyed the experience on-site, the food was delicious, and the tour guide provided plenty of information about local attractions and recommended souvenirs. We would love to do this again if we have the chance!

夫婦で以前から行きたかった白川郷ツアーに参加しました。
現地で楽しめたのはもちろん、食事も美味しかったですし、添乗員さんの現地の見所の説明やお勧めのお土産の話などお盛りだくさんでした。

Honestly, I signed up for this tour looking forward to the starry sky, but on the day of the tour, it was cloudy and I was disappointed that I could hardly see any stars. However, during the drive, the jungle tour, and the mountain roads to see the night view, the tour guide shared many interesting stories, making it such a fun tour that I almost forgot about not being able to see the stars! Thank you very much!

正直、私は星空を楽しみにこのツアーを申し込んだのですが、当日は曇りでほとんど星空は見えない状況でがっかりしてました。しかし、車での移動中や、ジャングルツアーや、夜景までの山道などで、ツアーのお兄さんがたくさんの面白いお話をしてくださり、星空が見えなかったことを忘れられるくらい、楽しいツアーとなりました！ありがとうございました！

The autumn leaves were at their peak, and the mountains in the background of the gassho-zukuri were colorful, making everything photogenic! I arrived from Kanazawa quicker than I expected, and the sightseeing time was just right to explore the village thoroughly. The lunch was delicious, and it was a very satisfying tour.

紅葉の見頃だったので、合掌造りの背景の山々も色とりどりで、全てがフォトジェニックでした！
金沢から思ったよりあっと言う間に着いたし、観光時間も集落を一通り周れてちょうど良かったです。
ランチも美味しくて大満足なツアーでした。

This was my first landing on a remote island from Ishigaki Island. I was looking forward to the Phantom Island, but due to the weather, it was canceled, and we had to change our course at the last minute. However, we were all very satisfied and healed by the adorable water buffalo! Next time, I want to land on Phantom Island and experience snorkeling!

石垣島からはじめての離島上陸。楽しみにしていた幻の島はお天気の都合で中止になり、急きょコースを変更しましたが、とても可愛らしい水牛に癒されて子供達も大人も大満足でした！次こそは幻の島に上陸してシュノーケリングを体験したいと思います！

Despite being caught in a sudden downpour along the way, I was able to enjoy trekking until the end, thanks not only to the wonderful scenery of Yakushima but also to our guide, Yuta Moroi. He was truly an amazing guide, and I was deeply impressed! If I have the opportunity to visit Yakushima again, I would definitely like to request Moroi-san once more!! Thank you very much! I was able to efficiently visit places that are difficult to reach without a car. The morning gathering is early, but as a result, we could see the quiet Sefa Utaki. Since I had elementary school children with me, I was torn between Okinawa World and the Valley of Gangala, but I'm glad we chose the latter. It was fun and felt like an adventure.
Thanks to GOTO, it was cheaper, and I received the common coupon email properly.

車が無いと行きにくい場所を効率よくまわれました。朝の集合は早いですが、その分静かな斎場御嶽が見れます。小学生連れなのでおきなわワールドと迷いましたが、ガンガラーの谷にして良かったです。冒険気分で楽しかったです。

The mangrove cruise and the water buffalo ride were both very relaxing and enjoyable. The guides for both were experienced and entertaining. I was especially soothed by the laid-back water buffaloes.

マングローブクルーズも水牛のりもとてもまったりしていて楽しかったです。どちらもガイドさんはベテランで面白かったです。特にマイペースの水牛さんたちは癒されました。

For a beginner like me in Ishigaki Island, not only did I receive basic information, but the guide's explanations allowed me to touch upon the culture and history, making it a very enjoyable trip!

Indeed, it was a bit rushed, but I felt sufficiently satisfied. (This tour made me want to learn more about Ishigaki.)

The person who took care of us was a foreign-looking woman with a darker complexion, reminiscent of a younger Rosanna. She was very kind to me, even though I was a solo participant suffering from a hangover from drinking too much awamori the night before, which made me very happy!

The Churaumi Aquarium was not crowded, but including the show and lunch, it felt a bit rushed in just two and a half hours, so I wished I had a little more time.

The guide's explanations were very clear, and they occasionally incorporated the feelings of the Okinawan people, which made me fall in love with Okinawa's unique culture.

I compared several companies for the tour to Churaumi and chose this one because you can board in Naha and get off at Chatan, which is also where my next accommodation is. The arrival time in Chatan was early, allowing me to enjoy my hotel life longer after the sightseeing bus tour.

美ら海水族館は空いていましたが、ショーと昼食を含めて2時間半は慌しかったので　もう少し時間が欲しかったです。

ガイドさんの説明はとてもわかりやすく、ときおり沖縄県民の思いを織り交ぜながら解説してくれて独特の文化を歩む沖縄が大好きになりました。

美ら海へ行くツアーを何社か見比べてこちらに決めたのは　那覇から乗り、次の宿泊地の北谷で降りられる事。その中でも北谷の到着時間が早い事です。こちらの観光バスのあともホテルライフを長く楽しめました。

Although my parents got a bit seasick on the glass-bottom boat, the kids were sparkling with excitement the whole time. Shima-kun, the water buffalo, was wonderfully lazy! We were also healed by the songs of the young man playing the sanshin. I'm grateful for the precious experience on Taketomi Island.

少々グラスボートで親は酔いましたが、子供達は終始目をキラキラさせていました。水牛のシマ君のやる気のなさも最高！笑　お兄さんのサンシンと歌にも癒されました。竹富島の貴重な体験に感謝です。

On the bus to Shirakawa-go, the tour guide shared information about the highlights and photo spots, and we were able to take beautiful pictures with the autumn leaves. The discussion about souvenirs from Kanazawa was also helpful! It was a fun time that went by in a flash.

白川郷に着くまでのバスの中で、添乗員の方が見所・撮影スポットを教えてくださり、ちょうど紅葉もしていて綺麗な写真を撮ることができました。

On the round trip of about one hour, there are good videos playing about the history and life of Gunkanjima, so there is no wasted time.

片道1時間ほどの往復船内でも軍艦島の歴史、生活の写真、等々できの良いビデオが流されていて、無駄な時間がないです。

It took just a little over an hour by bus from Kanazawa Station. The weather was nice, making it the perfect day for sightseeing. Our guide, Mr. Kuroda, shared various recommendations, allowing us to fully enjoy Shirakawa-go. I was also grateful to learn more about Kanazawa. I was unsure whether to go on my own, but participating in the tour allowed us to sightsee efficiently, so I'm glad I joined!

金沢駅からバスで1時間ちょっとでした。
お天気も良く、最高の観光日和でした。
ガイドの黒田さんが色々おすすめを教えてくださったので、白川郷を100%満喫できました。
また金沢のことについても教えていただけたのがありがたかったです。
個人で行くか迷っていたのですが、ツアーで周ることで効率よく観光することができたので、参加して良かったです！

Many people have mentioned this, but Yakusugi Land is a 30-minute course, not a 50-minute one. If that is the default, I think it should be stated in the course introduction. Nevertheless, Yakusugi Land is still a wonderful place, and the Jomon cedar is impressive. If you can't walk to see the giant cedars, I highly recommend it.

The Yakuzaru bus is really recommended for those who do not use rental cars. Thank you for your assistance.

多くの方が書いていますが、ヤクスギランドは50分ではなく30分コースでした。
それがデフォルトなら、コース紹介にもそう書くべきではないかなと思いました。
それでもヤクスギランドはやっぱり素晴らしいところだし、紀元杉も見応えがあります。
歩いて巨大杉を見に行くことができない方は是非。

ヤクザル号は、レンタカーを使わない方には本当にオススメです。

First, we went on a mangrove cruise in Iriomote Island. It was very pleasant to leisurely explore on a sightseeing boat while listening to the guide's explanations. After that, we crossed to Yubu Island by water buffalo cart. The flowers along the road to Manta Beach were very beautiful. The tropical flowers like hibiscus and bougainvillea, along with the butterflies, were impressive. The sea beyond was also breathtaking.

Finally, we visited Taketomi Island. We chose a glass-bottom boat and bus tour. The guide was very kind and taught us how to find star sand at Kaiji Beach, and we toured the village on the island, receiving various explanations in a short amount of time. Although we didn't ride the water buffalo cart, we were able to walk nearby and take photos, which was great. Since the time to see the village was short, I would like to take a leisurely stroll next time. It was a charming and very lovely island. I was extremely satisfied to see so many different landscapes in just one day!

最初に西表島でのマングローブクルーズ。ガイドさんの説明を聞きながらのんびり遊覧船での散策は気持ちが良かったです。そのあと由布島へ水牛車で渡ります。マンタの浜までの道沿いのお花がとても綺麗でした。ハイビスカスやブーゲンビリアなど南国らしいお花、蝶々に感動。その先の海にまた感動でした。
最後に竹富島です。我々はグラスボートとバス観光を選択しました。
ガイドさんがとても良い方で、カイジ浜で星砂の見つけ方を教えて頂いたり、島内の集落を回り、短い時間の中いろいろ説明して頂きました。
水牛車には乗りませんでしたが、歩きながら近くで見て写真も撮る事が出来たので良かったです。
集落を見る時間が短かったので、次はゆっくり散策したいです。風情がありとても素敵な島でした。
１日でこれだけ色んな景色が見れて、大満足です！

We couldn't discover it ourselves. We saw a coconut crab that the instructor brought from somewhere. Also, it was disappointing that the starry sky was cloudy.

自分達で発見できず。インストラクターさんがどこからか持ってきたヤシガニを見ました。あと星空は曇っていたので残念でした。

I was captivated by the gassho-zukuri village that appears in the mountains. There is also a river nearby, and beautiful traditional scenery spreads out before you. Since it's a tourist spot, there are souvenir shops scattered around. I bought some limited edition doburoku (unrefined sake). Two hours was not enough time, and I felt rushed. I hope to visit again someday and take my time.

I participated in this tour, which included the Silo Observation Deck, Showa Shinzan, designated as a special natural monument, a lunch featuring thick grilled scallops, takikomi gohan made with Hokkaido brand rice "Nanatsuboshi," and a delicious chanko nabe full of ingredients, all of which were very satisfying. The ninja show at Noboribetsu Date Jidaimura was very powerful and impressive. Finally, we visited Hell Valley and headed back. The scenery from the car was exceptional, especially since the autumn leaves were still visible. Thanks to the driver's efficient and kind guidance, we were able to visit many famous spots in one day. Additionally, my companions took many photos, creating wonderful memories, and my mother was very happy. I highly recommend this tour. I want to visit Hokkaido again!

こちらのツアーに参加させて頂きました。サイロ展望台、特別天然記念物に指定されている昭和新山、昼食は肉厚の帆立焼き、北海道産ブランド米を使った【ななつぼし】の炊き込みご飯、具沢山の美味しいちゃんこ鍋と大変満足な内容でした。登別伊達時代村での忍者ショーはとても迫力があり見応えがありました。最後は地獄谷へ行き帰路につきました。紅葉がまだ残っていたこともあり車中から見る景色は格別でした。ドライバーさんの無駄のない親切な案内でたくさんの名所を1日でまわることができました。また同行の方に写真をたくさん撮っていただき良い思い出になり母も喜んでおりました。このツアーはオススメです。また北海道へ行きたいと思います！

Since I had some time in Osaka, I joined a one-hour bus tour. I was able to see various landmarks from the second floor of the bus, and I enjoyed it.

大阪で時間が有ったから、1時間のバスツアーに参加しました。色々な名所をバスの二階から見ることが出来て、楽しめました。

It was my first time in Shirakawa-go. The weather was great, and it became a very good memory. The lunch was also delicious. There was no crowd, and we arrived at Kanazawa Station almost on schedule.

始めての白川郷でした。お天気にも恵まれてとても良い思い出になりました。お昼ご飯もおいしかったです。混雑もなくほぼ予定通りに金沢駅に着きました

The guide was Mr. Takahashi from the Yakushima Guide Association, just like the previous day. Perhaps due to the pandemic, it turned into a private tour. We didn't encounter any rain, just like the day before. Despite the fatigue from the Jomon Sugi course and blisters on my feet, the enjoyable guidance allowed us to experience a different world of forest bathing fantasy. Next time, I would like to visit again with the children. Thank you again, Mr. Takahashi.

前日同様ガイドは屋久島ガイド協会の高橋さん。コロナ禍のせいもあるのか、プライベートツアーになりました。天候も前日同様雨とは全く遭遇することはありませんでした。縄文杉コースの疲れ、靴擦れという悪状況でも、楽しい案内と合わさって、縄文杉コースとは違った、森林浴幻想の世界を楽しめました。次回は、子供たち含めて再訪したいです。また、高橋さんお願いします。

We were fortunate with the weather and our guide. First of all, it was great that Yakushima Tour Operations was the only company that could take us to the trailhead (without having to wait for a bus on the way back).

We were blessed with good weather. While rain is expected in Yakushima and the cedar forests are said to be mystical, as a beginner, I wondered if my wish had been granted, as it was sunny all day. Our guide, Ryo Takahashi from the Yakushima Guide Association, was excellent. Due to the pandemic, there were only two groups of four people, including my husband and me, so there was no crowd at all. He provided detailed explanations at key points, shared information about Yakushima, tips for smartphone photography, and even personal stories. The round trip took about 10 hours, and before we knew it, the time had flown by.

For a couple around their sixties, it was physically demanding, but the sense of achievement upon completing the entire course was exceptional. The only tough part was on the way back from Jomon Sugi, where I had trouble with the worn-out soles of my shoes. More than that, I experienced swelling in my feet from the long distance, leading to blisters, and I even had issues with the nails on both of my little toes coming off. Please be sure to choose shoes that are not only stylish but also have a bit of extra room.

今回恵まれたのはお天気とガイドさん。まず、屋久島ツアーオペレーションズのみが登山口まで行けて(帰りもバスを待つこともなく）大変良かった。
今回恵まれたのはお天気とガイドさん。屋久島は雨当然、屋久杉の森も幻想的だそうですが、初心者としては…その願いが届いたのか、終日晴天でした。ガイドは、屋久島ガイド協会から高橋亮さんに担当いただきました。コロナ時間禍のせいもあって、わが夫婦含めて2組4人だけ、道中も混雑一切なく、ポイントとなる場所の詳しい解説はもちろん、屋久島の情報、スマホの撮影方法、そしてプライベートのお話まで。往復約10時間、気がつけばあっという間の時間でした。還暦前後の夫婦には体力筋力を使ってつらいけれど、全行程クリアした際の達成感は格別でした。唯一、辛かったのは、縄文杉からの帰路、経年劣化した靴底のトラブル、それ以上に、未経験の長距離で足がむくんで靴擦れ起、加えて、両足の小趾の爪が剥がれるトラブル発生したところ。くれぐれも、靴は見た目で判断せず、少しゆとりのある靴で。
