Although I exercise every day, walking 22 km round trip on mountain trails at the age of 59 with knee concerns was an unknown world for me. However, I applied because I wanted to see Jomon Sugi before I die. Even after signing up, I was anxious and wondered when I should cancel or what to do if I had to give up halfway. For the first hour, I was worried about whether I could make it through the dark and rain. But I was able to complete it.

There is a famous saying, "There are 35 rainy days in a month," so I prepared high-quality rain gear for peace of mind. True to the saying, it rained both going and coming back, but for about three-quarters of the journey, the rain stopped, and at times, there were even glimpses of sunlight. I was able to use the rain gear I bought and enjoyed the rain. The beauty of the droplets falling from the ferns and moss was stunning. The forest after the rain was wonderful. I also encountered Yakushima deer. The grandeur and purity of the rainwater flowing down the streams were indescribable. The majestic trees living alongside the Jomon Sugi, which I had seen many times on TV, were awe-inspiring. When I finally reached Jomon Sugi, I was moved to tears.

Moreover, the tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, discussing the origins of the famous cedar's name, tree rings, efforts to protect nature, Michael Jackson, sake from Niigata, phytoncide, the Yashima Aquarium in Kagawa, ghosts, and ways to cure dementia, among other topics tailored to the participants. Listening to various stories allowed me to reflect on my own life, and it was a cleansing experience for my heart.

The guide taught us how to ascend and descend the mountain without putting strain on our knees, and we all managed to complete the trek by following their swift, ninja-like footsteps. Thanks to the guide, my knees hardly hurt at all. The muscle soreness the next day was my own doing. The guide kept the atmosphere light during breaks and while walking, allowing me to chat with fellow members I met by chance on the tour. The lineup naturally rotated, and we were able to follow along, chat, and walk leisurely.

The guide carried a large backpack filled with food for the seven of us who would be staying overnight, and I was impressed by their preparedness for any potential dangers. The peace of mind that comes from having a tour guide is invaluable for trekking.

This tour required no transfers or waiting for buses from the hotel to the Arakawa trailhead. I especially appreciated this on the way back when I was sleepy. The only downside was the rice balls in the lunch box. The service was excellent, and they were tightly packed, but unfortunately, the taste was disappointing. I think they would have been much better if they had been a bit fluffier. I hope this can be improved.

I would like to come to Yakushima two more times to try the 1-night, 2-day hike on Mount Miyanoura, the Shiratani Unsuikyo trekking, and river kayaking. There will never be a time when I am younger than now. I want to visit again soon.

I am satisfied that I was able to safely and enjoyably complete the Jomon Sugi trekking, which was rated as high difficulty in travel guidebooks. Thank you very much, Shimazu-san.

　毎日運動しているとはいえ、59歳で膝に不安を抱え、往復22㎞歩くそれも山道というのは未知の世界です。でも、死ぬまでに縄文杉を見てみたいと申し込みました。申し込んだものの不安で、いつキャンセルしようか、途中で断念する場合はどうしたらいいのだろうかなどと迷っていました。はじめ1時間ほどは暗い中、雨に降られながら踏破できるかどうか不安でした。しかしやり遂げることができました。
　「月に35日は雨」という有名な言葉があったので、雨具も安心感のある高級品を用意しました。言葉通り行きも帰りも雨に降られましたが、行程の4分の3くらいは雨が止んだ状態で時々薄日が差すほどでした。せっかく買った雨具を使えて雨ふりを楽しめました。シダや苔から落ちる雫の美しいこと。雨上がりの森はすてきでした。屋久シカにも逢えました。沢を下る雨水の豪快さと清らかさが何とも言えません。TVで何度も見た屋久杉とともに生きている木々たちの雄大なこと。縄文杉にたどり着いた時には感激し、ひそかに涙が出ました。
　また、ツアーガイドさんはとんでもなく博学で、有名な杉の名前の由来、年輪のこと、自然を守るための取り組み、マイケルジャクソンのこと、新潟のお酒のこと、フィトンチットのこと、香川の屋島水族館のこと、幽霊のこと、認知症の直し方などツアー参加者に合わせて話題がつきませんでした。いろいろなお話を聞く中で自分の人生を振り返ることもあり、心が洗われました。
　膝に負担のかからない山の登り方下り方を伝授して下さり、忍者のようなスピードで実践していく足元を追いかけて7名全員が踏破できました。私の膝もほとんど傷むことなく終わったのはガイドさんのお蔭です。翌日の筋肉痛は私のせいです。休憩中も歩行中も場を和ませてくれたので偶然ツアーで出会ったメンバーの方ともお話しできました。列の並びも自然とローテーションをしていてひたすらついて行ったり、しゃべったり、のんびり歩いたりとできました。
　ガイドさんは7人が1泊できる食料などの入った大きな荷物を背負われていて、あるかもしれない危険に備えられているところがプロだと感動しました。その安心感を持ってトレッキングできるのはツアーガイドさんがいてこそです。
　このツアーはホテルから荒川登山口まで乗り換えやバス待ちの必要が全くありません。帰りは眠たく、特にありがたく感じました。ただ一つ惜しかったのは、お弁当のおにぎりです。サービスが良くてぎゅうぎゅうに握って下さっていたので味が残念なことになっていました。もう少しふっくら握ってくれていたらよりおいしかったことと思います。そこだけ改善をお願いします。
　あと2回は屋久島に来て、1泊2日の宮之浦岳縦走キャンプツアー、白谷雲水峡トレッキング、リバーカヤックもしてみたいと思います。今より若い時はありません。早いうちに再び訪れたいと思います。
　旅行ガイドブックには高難度になっていた縄文杉トレッキングを安全に楽しく踏破できて満足です。島津さん、本当にありがとうございました。

Pickup was at 4:20 AM. They arrived on time, well before the scheduled time. I was somewhat prepared for rain since it was in the forecast, but it rained all day long. Especially at the start, it was dark and pouring, making it difficult to walk. At first, I tried to hop on stones to keep my shoes dry, but that was pointless, and soon my pants and shoes were soaked. I reflected that I had underestimated the situation. I waited for dawn in the mossy forest, but it was too dark for decent photos. I was told that Taiko Rock was obscured by fog, so I skipped it. After that, I aimed for Jomon Sugi.

The guide observed the crowd and suggested that we visit Wilson's Stump on the way back, and advised not to see Ohyama Sugi first, as it would lessen the impact of seeing Jomon Sugi. They also took creative photos at various spots and kept the return trip from being boring by giving us quizzes, so despite the bad weather, it turned out to be a fairly enjoyable trekking experience in the end.

I thought having a guide was beneficial, but I believe it would be better to visit Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo on separate days.

朝4時20分にピックアップ。きちんと、時間前に迎えに来てくれた。雨の予報だったのである程度覚悟はしていたが、一日中ずっと雨。特にスタート時点は暗い中、土砂降りで、足元も悪く歩きづらかった。最初は靴が濡れないように石を飛ぶように歩いていたが、それも意味なくそのうち、ズボンも靴もビショビショに。少しなめていたと反省。苔むす森で夜明けを待ったが暗すぎて写真もイマイチ。太鼓岩は霧で何も見えないと言われパス。その後縄文杉を目指す。
ガイドが混雑を見てウィルソン株は帰りに寄るとか、大王杉は最初に見ると縄文杉の感動が薄れるからと行きは見ないように助言してくれた。また、スポットで凝った写真を撮ってくれたり、辛い復路を退屈しないようクイズを出しながら歩いたり工夫してくれたので、悪天候であったが最後はそれなりに楽しいトレッキングになった。
ガイドはいた方が良いと思ったが、縄文杉と白谷雲水峡は別の日の方が良いと思った。

I signed up for the landing tour as a solo participant. Onboard, the guide provided clear explanations using videos about the islands visible from the ship, UNESCO World Heritage sites, and stories from people who actually lived on Hashima Island, while showing photos on the island. It was a tour I would recommend to friends and family!

上陸ツアーに一人参加で申し込みをさせて頂きました。
船内ではガイドさんが船から見える島々や世界遺産、軍艦島で実際に生活されていた方のお話など映像を交え、島では写真を見せてくれながら分かりやすく説明してくださいました。
友人や家族にもオススメしたいツアーでした！

My first visit to Taketomi Island was peaceful and really great!

The glass-bottom boat was quite shaky because the sea was rough, but even in that situation, I had a lot of fun seeing many fish!

The water buffalo cart is a wonderful way to leisurely explore Taketomi Island! The stories from the person taking care of the water buffalo are interesting, and they even play the sanshin and sing along the way. It was the best!!

I was able to enjoy half a day of sightseeing before returning on the evening flight.

The bus tour felt shorter than I expected, as it seemed more like a ride just to see the star sand, but I was glad to experience various activities like the glass-bottom boat and the water buffalo without any wasted time.

For those who want to relax, it might be a good idea to choose a course that only includes the water buffalo and then do some free exploration afterward.

Churaumi Aquarium and the pineapple garden can still be enjoyed while paying attention to social distancing, and not much has changed from before. Manzamo has transformed the aisles of souvenir shops. The tourist facilities and observation deck are open. We were blessed with good weather and were very satisfied.

美ら海水族館、パイナップル園はソーシャルディスタンスに注意しながら観光するも以前とあまり変わらず。万座毛は　土産物店の通路が大変身。観光施設と展望台がオープン。天候にも恵まれ大満足。

It's been over 40 years since I visited Gyokusendo. It's very long, mysterious, and beautifully lit up, so I highly recommend it. The outside temperature was 30°C, but it was cool and comfortable inside the cave. Just be careful of the dripping water from the ceiling...

40数年ぶりの玉泉洞。とても長く、神秘的でキレイにライトアップされておりお勧めです。外気温が30°のあったのですが、鍾乳洞内は涼しくて快適快適でした。天井からの水滴に注意ですかね・・・

We were picked up by a large bus at our hotel, which made things very convenient. I have been to Okinawa several times, but this was my first experience with an underwater tour on a submarine and visiting the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. The huge tanks filled with various fish were truly magnificent. My daughter and son came here on a school trip, so even though they were separate, now all four of us in the family have visited, and it's fun to share our experiences. Next time, I would like to sign up for the Pineapple Park tour.

大型バスで宿泊ホテルにお迎えでしたのでとても楽でした。
沖縄は何回も来ていましたが、潜水艦での海中見学も「美ら海水族館」は初めてです。凄く大きな水槽にいろいろな魚達がいてとても壮大でした。娘と息子は修学旅行で来ており、別々ですがこれで家族４人全員が来たこととなり、話題の共有ができてたのしいです。次回はパイナップルパークのツアーに申し込みたいと思います。

Saijō Utaki is reached by walking a slight slope after getting off the bus. The entire process takes about 30 minutes. At the entrance of the Ganjalaru Valley, there is a café where I enjoyed a coffee. Before heading to Korea, we received an explanation from our guide and were given water bottles to carry for the tour. There were many unfamiliar sights, like workplaces and insects, but the female guide provided thorough explanations to any questions we had. Along the way, we entered a cave, and the faint light from the lanterns made the experience even more enjoyable. I believe children would be thrilled. The scenery and the guide's explanations made for a very meaningful time. The bus guide was also kind and provided good explanations despite being young. It was a half-day course, but it was a very worthwhile tour.

全体で30分程度の工程です。
ガンガラーの谷は入口にカフェがあり、そこでコーヒーをいただきました。
韓国前にガイドさんから説明を聞き、水筒をもらい肩からかけてツアー開始です。
職場、昆虫など見慣れないものばかりですが、女性ガイドさんは何を聞いてもきちんと説明して下さいます。
途中、洞窟内に入って行きますが、ランタンのわずかな明かりで楽しみ倍増です。
子供達であれば、大喜びだと思います。
景色、ガイドさんの説明等大変有意義な時間でした。
バスのガイドさんも親切で若いのによく説明してくれます。
半日コースでしたが、大変有意義なツアーでした。

I arrived in Miyako Island the day before the event, and unfortunately, it was rainy due to the typhoon's impact. On the morning of the event, we experienced a sudden downpour, but we were informed on-site that "due to the rain, the cancellation fee is waived, and you can cancel." However, we were drawn in by the refreshing smile of our guide, who resembled Sho Takei, and decided to participate with my wife.

Although it was a bit chilly, they provided us with wetsuits.

In the morning snorkeling session, there were some waves due to the rain, but we enjoyed seeing the vibrant fish up close while the staff was considerate of my wife, who isn't a strong swimmer.

During the lunch break, since the location was close to our accommodation, we were able to change in our room and have lunch at the hotel.

In the afternoon, we participated in canoeing at a location a bit away from the hotel. The wind and rain became stronger.

While canoeing, the strong rain and wind hitting our faces actually lifted our spirits, and my wife and I found ourselves laughing heartily as we paddled against the wind, enjoying the experience.

This tour allowed us to have a truly enjoyable day, thanks to the guide's consideration for our safety and enjoyment despite the bad weather. Thank you very much.

If I have the opportunity to go to Miyako Island again, I would love to use this service again.

参加日の前日に宮古島に到着してから、台風の影響であいにくの雨模様でした。当日の朝にゲリラ豪雨にあいましたが、現地で「雨ですからキャンセル料は無料で、キャンセル可能です。」と案内がありましたが、武井壮似のガイドさんの爽やかな笑顔につられ思いきって妻と参加しました。
肌寒い気温でしたが、ウェットスーツを用意して下さりました。

午前中のシュノーケリングは、雨で少し波がありましたが、泳ぎがあまり得意ではない妻を気遣っていただきながら鮮やかな魚たちを間近見られ楽しみました。

昼休みは現地が宿泊先の手前もあり、部屋で着替えることもでき、ホテル内で昼食をとることができました。

午後はホテルから少し離れた現地でカヌーに参加しました。
風も雨もますます強くなりました。

カヌーに乗りながら、顔に当たる強い雨と風で、逆に妻と二人で妙にテンションが上がり、ゲラゲラ笑いながら逆風の中オールをこぐ手も力が入り楽しく周遊しました。

今回のツアーは、ガイドさんには悪天候にも関わらず安全と楽ませる配慮をしていただき本当に楽しい１日を過ごさせて頂きました。

宮古島に行く機会があったら、また利用したいです。

I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Fujiyama for all the assistance with the preparation items, rental shop, transportation arrangements, and advance preparations.

I also want to thank Mr. Yabuta for his careful consideration during the Jomon Sugi course, which was a race against time in the rain. His attention to our situation was incredibly helpful, allowing us to complete the course. I’m really glad we requested a private tour. The small seats to sit on the rocks and the soup for lunch were thoughtful touches that made a difference, even in the rain.

He helped me with taping for my bunions multiple times. I was struck by severe pain in my bunions and knees while descending, and I was able to return safely thanks to Mr. Yabuta. I apologize for not being able to express my gratitude properly due to the rain, cold, and pain. I still feel some discomfort, so I want to be mindful of that.

Thank you very much, Mr. Yabuta. When I passed by fellow guides along the way, everyone had a bright and cheerful atmosphere. He was a wonderful person, like a Madonna, intelligent and very considerate.

外反母趾のテーピングを何度も何度も手当てして頂きました。
外反母趾や膝の激痛に下りに襲われ、なんとか無事帰還出来たのは、藪田さんのおかげです。雨と寒さと激痛で、充分に御礼を言えないままで申し訳なかったです。未だ…痛みの違和感が残るので留意したいと思います。

途中ガイド仲間とすれ違う時、皆さん明るく楽しい雰囲気で、マドンナのような存在で、聡明で気遣いの行き届いた素晴らしい方でした。

There were times when the rain made me feel gloomy being alone, but the guide led us energetically, turning a day with unmotivating weather into a fulfilling one. The guide was also very easy to understand. The optional meal was a great value at 1,000 yen. This option is definitely worth taking.

時々雨で一人だと憂鬱になるところでしたがしたが、ガイドさんがグイグイリードしてくれて、やる気の出ない天気の一日を充実した一日にすることができました。ガイドもとてもわかりやすかったです。オプションの食事も1000円ではコストパフォーマンスが良かったです。このオプションは受けるべきです。

Thank you for the enjoyable time. The guide was fun, and the experience was amazing. It's a pity that we couldn't go to Heart Rock on Kouri Island because the bus was not available.

I will keep it brief since writing too much will force a system reset. What I enjoyed was the interesting stories from the bus driver on the route from Nakama Port to Yufu-guchi. I also got to see various trees in the Nakama River mangroves, and it was my first time seeing water buffalo, which was great. For the sightseeing in Kohama Island, I wanted to cycle instead of taking the bus, so I chose the Mishima tour.

良かったのは仲間港から由布口迄のバス運転手さんの話が面白かった、仲間川マングローブも色々な木が見れたし、水牛も初なので良かったです
小浜島観光はバスでなくサイクリングしたかったので三島ツアーを選びました。

I was looking forward to the stargazing tour, but unfortunately, the weather was bad. Ishigaki was no good, and Iriomote Island was also no good. We weren't blessed with good weather, so once again, the stargazing was a miss.
As for the alternative jungle tour, it was quite good. I had seen the stationary coconut crabs during the day, but seeing the active ones at night was shocking. We also encountered a habu snake, which made for quite an adventure.
I also learned for the first time that firefly larvae glow.
Overall, I think it was good. I want to repeat it because I want to see the stars.

星空ツアーを期待していたのですが、あいにくの悪天候。石垣もダメ、西表島もダメ。天候に恵まれず、星空はまた空振りでした。
代替のジャングルツアーですが、結構良かったです。昼間の動かないヤシガニは見たことがあったのですが、活発に動きまわる夜のヤシガニは衝撃的。ハブにも遭遇しなかなかのアドベンチャーでした。
ホタルの幼虫が光るというのも初めて知りました。
総合的に良かったと思います。星空が見たいのでリピートしたいと思います。

I was very satisfied with the half-day tour, which included a glass-bottom boat, bus sightseeing, and a water buffalo ride, offering a variety of experiences. The weather was a bit unfavorable, and there was some rocking on the boat, but I was able to see plenty of cute fish through the glass-bottom boat. The bus tour allowed us to quickly visit places like Kaiji Beach, known for its star sand, and Kondoi Beach.

Before the water buffalo ride, I felt sorry for the buffalo as they pulled many people along. Although the ride lasted 20 minutes, I think 10 to 15 minutes would have been sufficient for the buffalo. At the end, there was an Okinawan performance and singing, which added to the atmosphere.

While there are rental bicycles available on the island, this course is great for families with small children or for those who don't want to get too tired. I had a lot of fun.

半日観光としてグラスボート、バス観光、水牛乗車と色んな乗り物で盛り沢山で満足でした。
天候が少し良くなくて船の揺れも多少ありましたがグラスボートから、しっかり可愛い魚達が見れました。
バス観光は星砂採取のカイジ浜、コンドイビーチなどサクッと回れました。
水牛乗車では乗る前から水牛が沢山の人々を引っ張って行くのが可哀想と思っていました。
20分間でしたが水牛の為には10〜15分でも充分です。
最後に沖縄演奏と歌もあり雰囲気満載。
島内はレンタサイクルもありますが、このコースは小さい子連れや疲れたくない人向けには良いです、楽しかったです。

I think it's very good for those who want to efficiently visit the nearby islands of Ishigaki Island. You can enjoy the highlights of three islands in one day. It's a beginner-friendly orientation to the islands, so even those who are new can participate with peace of mind. On the other hand, it may not be suitable for those who have visited the islands before or are seasoned travelers who are eager to explore the unknown on their own.

I would like to visit Taketomi Island and Iriomote Island again. The sea at Taketomi Island was particularly stunning and amazing.

For those who want to go to the beach, renting a bicycle is essential. However, since the rental bicycles were only available until 4 PM, I couldn't go to Kaiji Beach. I spent too much time sightseeing in the town. I wish I had an extra 30 minutes. Also, the bicycles were a bit small, like mama-chari, so it was tough on hills and unpaved roads. Since you’ll be rushing around the island, I think those who lack stamina or women should consider renting an electric assist bicycle to enjoy it more comfortably. For groups of men with good stamina, it shouldn't be a problem.

I wrote a few complaints, but overall it was very good. The tour guide was polite and shared various stories, allowing us to learn about the plants, animals, and the lives of the islanders. I'm grateful for that.

効率よく石垣島近隣の島を回りたい人はとても良いと思います。1日で３島の良いとこ取りができます。
島のオリエンテーション的な感じで初心者でも安心して参加できます。逆に一度でも島に訪れたことのある方や旅慣れして自分でガンガン未知の世界に踏み入れていける方には不向きかもしれません。

竹富島や西表島にあらためて行ってみたいと思いました。
特に竹富島の海は絶景で最高でした。

ビーチに行きたい人はレンタサイクル必須です。
ただレンタサイクルが１６時までだったのでカイジ浜に行けませんでした。街並みを見学するのに時間を使いすぎてしまいました。後３０分あれば良かったです。
あと自転車が少し小さいママチャリだったので坂や舗装されていない道が大変でした。時間のない中で島中を走り回るので体力に自信のない方や女性は別に電動アシスト自転車を借りたほうが気持ちよく満喫できると思います。体力のある男性グループなら問題ないです。

少し不満を書きましたが、総じてとても良かったです。添乗員さんも丁寧でいろいろお話をしてくださり植物や動物、島の方の生活なども知ることができました。感謝です。

The view from the cruise on the way there, the visit to Gunkanjima, the guide's explanations, and the video on the return cruise were all great. If I had to say something, there are few places to visit on Gunkanjima. I wanted to explore more. But it's understandable since the buildings are old and there's a risk of collapse.

あえて言えば、軍艦島内の見学場所が少ない。もっと探検したかった。でも建物が古く倒壊の危険があるから仕方ないですね。

It was so much fun! I'm glad I participated!
It rained the whole time, which was tough at times, but moving through the forest wrapped in a mystical fog created a wonderful atmosphere.
It was darker than I expected in the early morning, so having a flashlight would make walking more comfortable.
Although I didn't need to use it, I think having a portable toilet would provide peace of mind just in case.
I would love to participate again when I visit Yakushima next time.

終始雨が降っていて途中辛かったですが、幻想的な霧に包まれた森の中を進んで行くので、雰囲気はとても良かったです。
思っていた以上に早朝暗い中、トロッコ道を進んで行くので、懐中電灯はあった方が安心して歩けます。
使うことはありませんでしたが、携帯トイレあると万が一のためのお守りとして安心できると思います。
次、屋久島訪れた際も、参加したいです。

The open-air double-decker bus is incredibly refreshing, but you can get sunburned on sunny days. It must be too hot in the summer. Even in mid-October, it was hot in the sun.
I highly recommend this bus tour for first-time visitors to Kyoto, as it takes you to the classic spots and you can listen to the guidance through earphones. It's a fun experience, like passing under the torii gate of Heian Shrine, which is something you usually can't do.
By the way, the double-decker buses only depart on even hours, so if you take one that departs on an odd hour, it will be a regular sightseeing bus. I was disappointed at first because I didn't know, so please check before you go.

２階立てバスのオープンエアは、最高に気持ち良いですが、晴れていると日に焼けます。夏は暑すぎるでしょうね。１０月中旬でも日なたは暑かったです。
京都の定番スポットをバスで回ってくれ、イヤフォンから案内も聞けるので、京都が初めての方には絶対お勧めします。平安神宮の鳥居の下をくぐれるなど、普通はできない経験ができて楽しいですよ。
ちなみに、２階立ては偶数時間出発のバスだけなので、奇数発だと普通の観光バスタイプでした。知らなくて最初がっかりしましたので、調べてから乗ってくださいね。

The tour content was very easy to understand and interesting. However, it felt like a waste of time as it took an hour from the meeting time to boarding.

ツアーの内容はとても分かりやすく興味深い内容だった。
ただ集合時間から乗船まで1時間もかかり時間の無駄が多いように感じた。

I've been to Okinawa many times, but this time I joined a tour departing from the Prefectural Office since I was traveling alone!

To put it simply, it was a great deal and I was able to sightsee efficiently, which was really nice. Originally, it was an affordable tour, but thanks to GoTo, it became even cheaper, and I also received a 1,000 yen electronic coupon!

I participated on a Monday, and there were 21 people on the tour, with about one-third being solo travelers. At the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, I had two and a half hours of free time to see the whale sharks and manta rays while having lunch at a café, and then I watched the dolphin show at the Okichan Theater from 1:00 PM before returning to the bus... it was just right!

On the bus, the guide played the sanshin and sang, and occasionally posed quizzes, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the trip. Since we walked a lot, I appreciated being able to take a nap on the way back while island songs played.

Not only did we visit the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, but we also went to Kouri Island, the newly renovated Manzamo, and the Okashi Goten (Sweet Factory). As others mentioned, I felt that the free time at American Village was a bit long, so it might be better to unify the free time to 20 minutes for all places except the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. Surprisingly, 20 minutes was enough to see everything!

何度も来ている沖縄県ですが、今回は一人旅だったので県庁前から出発のこちらのツアーに参加！

一言で言えば大変お得で効率良く観光でき本当に良かったです(^^)

月曜日の参加でしたが21人のツアーで、1/3はお一人様の参加でした。
美ら海水族館も2時間半の自由時間でジンベエザメやナンヨウマンタを見ながらカフェで昼食も取れ、13:00〜のオキちゃん劇場でイルカショーを見てバスに戻って…と丁度良かったです♪

バス車内ではガイドさんが三線を弾きながら歌って下さったり、時折クイズを出して下さったり始終和やかな雰囲気で楽しく過ごせました。
たくさん歩いたので、帰りは島唄が流れ仮眠ができた点もありがたかったです。

美ら海水族館だけでなく、古宇里島や新しくなった万座毛、またお菓子御殿にも行けました。
他の方々もおっしゃっておりましたが、アメリカンビレッジは正直少し自由時間が長い気がしたので、美ら海水族館以外は全て20分の自由行動で統一しても良い気がします。
意外に20分でどこも十分に見れました！

As an aquarium, it was impressive and very beautiful. I want to go again. I've been to facilities in other prefectures, but I felt that Churaumi Aquarium was really good. If you go to Okinawa, I definitely think you should stop by.

水族館としては、迫力があり、とてもきれいでした。
また行きたいです。他県の施設も行ったことがありますが、美ら海水族館は、とても良いと感じました。沖縄に行ったなら、ぜひ立ち寄るといいと思います。

The guide's explanation conveyed the current situation in Okinawa thoroughly, which was great. It left a strong impression on me. Although they said they were not very good, they were truly wonderful.

ガイドさんの説明が沖縄の現状を余すころなく伝えられていてよかったです。非常に心に残りました。さらに下手だと本人は言うが、とても素敵でした。

I had a great time wherever I went. The smooth assistance made it possible for me to move around without feeling anxious. One downside was that when I asked about the GoTo campaign through Veltra, the staff at Ishigaki Island Dream Tourism had no idea about it, which was disappointing. I had to research and inquire on my own, and I would have appreciated it if they could at least provide the contact information for Veltra. That said, I personally had a very fulfilling day with plenty of time to explore each sightseeing spot, and I was extremely satisfied!

何処へ行っても楽しく過ごせました。
スムーズな対応をして下さるので、不安になることなく動けました。
一つ難点だったことは、ベルトラで対応のgotoキャンペーンのことをお聞きしても、石垣島ドリーム観光の方々は全く分からなかったことは残念でした。自分で調べて問い合わせましたが、せめてベルトラの連絡先だけでも教えてくれたら有り難いなぁと思いました。
とはいえ、各観光場所での時間は個人的にはゆっくり回れてとても充実した１日で、大満足でした！

I participated alone. I came to Ishigaki for diving, but I thought I would try something different and joined this activity. In the end, I really felt that it was a good decision to participate. It was cloudy, so I couldn't see the starry sky, but I was able to see the sparkling night view of Ishigaki city and learn about various marine life! There were so many things I saw for the first time. There were fireflies, and I was surprised because it was my first time seeing such fireflies; it completely changed my previous image... The frogs were cute too!

一人で参加しました。
石垣にはダイビングをしに来たのですが、違うこともしようと思って参加致しました。
結果、ほんとに参加して良かったと思いました。
曇りだったので、星空は見れませんでしたが、石垣の街のキラキラした夜景を見れて、そして石垣の色々な生体を知ることができました!
初めて見るものだらけです。
ホタルがいたのですが、こんなホタルみたの初めてでビックリ今までのイメージが…
カエルも可愛かった!!

The guide's explanations were clear and precise. They pointed out photo spots that are also featured in the calendar, allowing us to take great pictures. I'm glad we were able to visit Gokayama as well. The lunch was delicious too.

Thank you very much for the information about recommended sweets from Kanazawa and the light-up at Kanazawa Castle.

ガイドさんの説明が分かりやすく的確でした。カレンダーにもなっている撮影スポットを教えて下さって良い写真がとれました。五箇山にも行けて良かったです。昼食も美味しかったです。
金沢のお勧めの銘菓や金沢城のライトアップのことなど情報を頂き本当にありがとうございました。

I wish the time could be extended a bit longer. Also, since Oishi Forest is a sacred place, I wanted to walk quietly and reflect by myself, but this time, tourists participated for the first time, and for some reason, it turned into a lively chat, which was a bit troubling. It might be fine for some people, but I honestly felt disappointed because I took time off work just to participate and wanted to reflect alone. Additionally, the course was decided without my input... Previously, I had been looking towards the Gajumaru area, so in the end, we had to rush through, and I wanted to explore at my own pace from the beginning.

もう少し時間を長くして欲しいです。
また、大石林山は拝所なので、一人で静に内観しながら歩きたかったのですが、
今回初めてツーリストさんも参加されて、なぜかお喋り和気あいあいになり困りました。それがいい人はいいかもしれませんが、
私は一人で内観したかったので、正直、仕事を休んでやっと参加したのに残念でした。
また、勝手にコースも決められて、、、
前回までガジュマルの方までみてたので、、、
最後は駆け足でみるかたちになり、自分のペースで最初から周りたかったです。

I was able to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while riding a water buffalo cart. The rental bicycles cost 1,500 yen, and since it takes about 20 minutes to walk from the tourist center to the sandy beach, I decided against it. However, I learned that using the shuttle bus would only cost 300 yen, so I wish I had known that beforehand.

水牛車に乗って、のどかな雰囲気を味わえました。
レンタル自転車が1500円もするので、観光センターから砂浜まで歩くと20分もかかるのでやめましたが、巡回バス利用なら300円で行けるようなので、知っていれば行きたかったです。

This was my first mountain climbing experience, and to be honest, I wasn't very confident in my physical strength, but I was greedy and booked this course. I was anxious, but I was healed by the beautiful scenery and sounds everywhere I walked. The guide was very knowledgeable and took many great photos using camera techniques at each point, allowing me to enjoy the 11.5 hours of walking. I gained confidence in my physical and mental strength, and I felt a sense of accomplishment that I hadn't felt in a long time. It was truly worth the challenge. The weather was rainy the entire time, and I regret not being able to go to Taiko Rock, but the rainy forest was also mystical. I chose this greedy course thinking it would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Yakushima, but now I feel like I want to go back for Taiko Rock. When I do, I definitely want to request the same guide again.

初登山、しかも実は体力にはあまり自信はないこのに、欲張りなのでこのコースを予約しました。
不安でしたが、どこを歩いても美しい景色と音に癒され、また、ガイドさんは何でも詳しく教えてくれて、各ポイントでカメラ技術を駆使してたくさん良い写真も撮ってくれて、11時間半ずっと楽しく歩けました。
自分の体力気力にも自信がつき、こんな達成感はいつぶりでしょう？という感じで、本当に挑戦してよかったです。
お天気はずっと雨で、太鼓岩に行けなかったのが心残りですが、雨の森も神秘的でした。
一生一度の屋久島というつもりで欲張りコースにしましたが、太鼓岩の為にまた行きたい気持ちになっています。
そのときはぜひまた同じガイドさんにお願いしたいです。
