I also love airplanes (especially ANA), and my elementary school child is a big fan of ANA as well, so we visited for the first time as a family. We were able to observe the training of ground staff, cabin crew, cargo and ground handling staff, maintenance personnel, and pilots. There were also exhibits and explanation corners related to each profession, and we got to hear interesting behind-the-scenes stories from the current ANA employees, which was very engaging and left the whole family extremely satisfied. At the photo spots and experience corners, we could try out the various roles we saw on the tour, and it felt like we were part of the ANA group employees, even if just for a little while.
自分も飛行機（特にANA）が好きで、小学生の子供もANAが大好きなので、家族で初めて行ってきました。グランドスタッフ、客室乗務員、貨物・グランドハンドリングスタッフ、整備士、パイロットが実際に訓練している様子を見学できる他、それぞれの職種に関する実物などの展示・解説コーナーもあり、ANAの現役の社員の方の丁寧で親切な説明で仕事の裏話も聞けたりして、とても面白く、家族全員大満足でした。フォトスポット・体験コーナーでは 、ツアーで見た各職種の体験ができて、少しだけANAグループの社員になれた気分でした。

There were about three groups of Japanese participants and fifteen groups of foreigners. Thanks to everyone sticking to the schedule, the tour proceeded mostly as planned, even though our return was slightly delayed due to traffic.
The guide, Kim, mentioned that he was not very familiar with Japanese, but he provided simple explanations about the tourist spots and the flow of the tour without any issues. I think it was a great tour that allowed us to efficiently visit various attractions.

My first trip to Miyako Island. On the day of my return, I was picked up at the hotel and taken to the airport. I requested a four-hour tour. I intentionally didn’t research anything in advance, and the driver guided me to recommended places for the itinerary and lunch. Driver Nema was incredibly knowledgeable about the island, and I felt it was wonderful. I was able to cross all three bridges and see many beautiful landscapes. I was very satisfied with the fresh, cheap, and delicious seafood bowl at the shop recommended by Nema, which I definitely wouldn’t have found on my own. It truly felt like a unique taxi tour experience. Of course, the driving was safe, and the explanations and guidance were clear, along with enjoyable conversations, making the four hours fly by! I fell in love with Miyako Island. This was my first time using a chartered taxi, and I highly recommend it. I plan to visit Miyako Island again next year, and I would like to use this service again then. Thank you very much.

I felt that guests from more than three countries participated, and they kindly guided us in Japanese, Chinese, and English. Our stay at Asahiyama Zoo was about an hour and a half, which might feel a bit short for those who want to take their time, but we were able to see almost all the popular animals, except for those that were resting! Despite the unfortunate weather, we were able to see both the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls well. The wonderful memories were thanks to the tour guide! At the end of October, I challenged myself to trekking with my father during the cold season. It was quite dark around us, and we walked while shining a flashlight, but it felt like we were exploring the unknown and going on an adventure, which was very enjoyable and lifted my spirits. The guide not only talked about the history of Yakushima but also shared his own experiences and life stories, which was educational! I was also moved by being able to drink natural water. By the time we reached Jomon Sugi, my father was completely exhausted and it seemed like he couldn't handle it anymore, which was quite funny. His face was so desperate that it became a lifelong memory. Although it was my father's idea to go trekking, I ended up getting hooked on it. I was also happy that the other participants in the tour were very nice people. I hope to challenge myself again someday.

This was my first time participating in a bus tour alone. I knew that there would be many Chinese participants on this overseas tour, but there were delays due to some people arriving late or not showing up at all, which caused our departure to be quite late. However, since there were few Japanese participants (only two of us that day), the guide was attentive and kindly took photos at sightseeing spots and made sure to consider our seating arrangements.
I don't mind traveling alone, so I enjoyed the free time, and I am grateful to the driver for taking us to some truly wonderful tourist attractions despite the long drive. While announcements were primarily in Chinese and Korean, the guide also provided explanations in Japanese, so there were no inconveniences.
I brought my own lunch, but if I hadn't, the guide offered advice on where to buy food along the way, and we could also purchase items at cafes at the sightseeing spots within the time limit (eating was mostly done on the bus or while walking). The tourist sites were grand and rich in nature, but there were many stairs and slopes, and even though we traveled by bus, I ended up walking about 15,000 steps! It might require some stamina!

海外の方向けのツアーで、中国人が多いのは承知で行きましたがやはり遅刻されてきたり来なかったりでかなり出発は遅れました。
ただ日本人が少なかった(当日は2人でした)分、ガイドの方も気にかけてくださり観光名所でも写真を撮ってくださったり、席の配慮など、優しく声をかけてくださいました。
1人行動は嫌いじゃないので自由時間は楽しめましたし、とても素敵な観光名所に連れてってくださったのでロングドライブを頑張ってくださった運転手の方にも感謝しています。
中国語、韓国語のアナウンスが優先になりますが、ちゃんと日本語でも観光地の説明をしてくださったので不便なかったです。
昼食は持参しましたが、なければ道中のどこで買えばいいなどアドバイスもしてくださいますし、観光地のカフェも時間内なら購入できました。(食べるのはバスの中か歩きながらという感じでした)
観光地は壮大で自然豊かな場所ばかりなのでやはり階段、坂が多くバス移動なのに15000歩くらいは歩いてました。笑 体力は必要かもしれません！

The mangrove tour experience was truly wonderful! As we leisurely paddled down the river in a canoe, I was moved by the beauty of the mangrove forest that unfolded before us. My trip to Nara, especially visiting the areas of Hōryū-ji and Tōshōdai-ji, was best experienced through a bus tour. I considered taking the train and walking, or even renting a car, but I might have just reached my destinations without fully enjoying the journey. I believe this would have been especially true for middle-aged and older travelers. I'm grateful for the wonderful tour that was organized for us.

I joined the tour to visit the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village! I was very satisfied as I enjoyed the beautiful views of the beach and Manzamo, and was able to buy delicious sweets at the Okashi Goten! The meeting place was easy to find, as there was a guide standing there, which made me feel very secure. When I was thinking about how to get to Sam's, they kindly explained the way to me. I'm filled with gratitude for the kind staff who even took photos for us. Thank you very much! In the evening, I added a steak at Sam's. It was incredibly delicious and the best!

Since we had the same driver for two days, we were able to finalize our plans the day before. Due to road conditions and time constraints, he was flexible and accommodating. We couldn't visit both recommended lunch spots, but I definitely want to try them next time. As for lunch at the roadside station, the view was amazing! We were able to enjoy our meal while looking at the scenery with nine of us lined up. Of course, the food was delicious too (Okinawan specialties, great value). It was such a wonderful place that I wish we had gone there from the start. All the recommended spots were great, and our driver, Kan-chan, was truly impressive! He was always on time, so there was no wasted time. Thank you for accommodating our lively group in various ways. It was thanks to Kan-chan that we had such a fun trip.

The Jomon Sugi tour picked us up at the meeting point near our accommodation, and we had a guide assigned to our group at the site! We formed a group of seven and made a round trip to Jomon Sugi. The guide adjusted the pace according to our group's level, taking breaks for lunch and restroom stops as needed. Our guide was a veteran with 25 years of experience, and after lunch, he made us coffee. I was really tired, so it was a wonderful treat! The walking speed on the way back was fairly quick, but the timing was perfect, and we managed to arrive at the bus stop before 5 PM!
縄文杉ツアーはお宿近くの集合場所にお迎えに来てくださって、現地でグループごとにガイドさんが1人ついて下さいました！
7人でグループになって、縄文杉までを往復します。
あとは休憩などはガイドさんがグループのレベルに合わせて、お昼休憩やトイレ休憩など取りながら進んで行きました。
私たちのガイドさんはガイド歴25年なベテランガイドさんで、お昼の食後にはコーヒーをいれてくれました。
すごく疲れていたので、ほっこりできて最高でした！
帰りの歩くスピードはまあまあ早かったけど、時間配分が絶妙で無事17時前にはバス停に到着することができました！
