Since my companion injured their foot a few days ago, we decided to use a rental bicycle instead of walking on Taketomi Island. The water buffalo cart on Yubu Island had a great guide who shared interesting stories, played the sanshin, and sang beautifully. The bus driver and guide on Iriomote Island was efficient and considerate, making for an enjoyable conversation that was quite moving. The guide for the mangrove cruising provided clear explanations and moved with great agility, which made the experience very pleasant.

連れが数日前に足を痛めてしまったため、竹富島はウォーキングではなくレンタサイクルにしました。
由布島の水牛車では案内のオジサンの話や三線、唄が良かったし、西表島のバス運転手兼ガイドさんかテキパキしてて配慮ある楽しいお喋りで感動、マングローブクルージングの操縦兼ガイドの方の説明も分かりやすく、きびきびした動きで大変気持ち良かったです。

This time, the temperature was just right, not too cold. Living in Osaka, I was satisfied with the little sightseeing I could do. I want to go again. The illumination was wonderful.

I was able to efficiently tour and enjoy the place called Kyoto. The guide was attentive, and the explanations were easy to understand.

ザ京都っていう場所を効率的に観光できて、楽しめました。
ガイドさんの気配りも良く、説明もわかりやすかったです。

I had a great time. In Hida Takayama, we did a sake tasting and enjoyed sukiyaki made with Hidaka beef for exactly two hours. In Shirakawa-go, we admired the colorful autumn leaves and the gassho-zukuri houses while sampling local foods. It was a bit chilly, but I think it had a different charm compared to winter in Shirakawa-go.
The guide was kind and seemed to be trilingual, speaking English, Japanese, and Chinese. We traveled with people from various countries, and the announcements on the bus were made in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, English, and Thai, which was reassuring.
Even if you rent a car from Nagoya, the round-trip highway fees can be quite high, so taking the bus was satisfying as it allowed us to enjoy sake tasting without worrying about driving.

とっても楽しかったです。飛騨高山では日本酒の試飲を行い、日高牛のすき焼きを食べて2時間ぴったりでした。白川郷では色づくもみじと合掌造りの家を眺めて、食べ歩きを行いました。少し肌寒かったですが、冬の白川郷とは違う良さがあったと思います。
ガイドさんは優しくトリリンガルで英語、日本語、中国語が話せるようです。様々なお国の方々と旅を共にしますが車内アナウンスは日本語、中国語、韓国語、英語、タイ語と様々流れますので安心です。
名古屋からレンタカーを借りても往復の高速代金がかなりかかるので、、
バスだと運転してくれてお酒の試飲もできて満足です。

Shirakawa-go is famous in winter, but autumn was also wonderful. The sunlight was warm, and the autumn leaves were beautifully colored, creating an indescribable beauty. People from various countries participated in the same tour, and announcements in different languages were made on the bus, which was reassuring. Additionally, the guide was trilingual in Chinese, Japanese, and English, and very kind.

冬の白川郷が有名ですが秋もよかったです。日差しが暖かく、紅葉が色づき何とも言い難い美しさでした。様々なお国の方々が一緒のツアーに参加されますが、各国のアナウンスがバス内で流れるので安心です。また、ガイドさんは中国語、日本語、英語とトリリンガルで優しいです。

I participated in a bus tour to Amanohashidate and Ine.

The guide, Mr. Zheng, was modest about his Japanese skills, but there was no need for that; he explained everything clearly and covered all the important points, so there were no issues at all. I was very satisfied.

I joined with three friends, and we made great memories.

天の橋立、伊根へ行くバスツアーに参加しました。

ガイド郑さんは、ご自身の日本語について謙遜されてましたが、そんな事は無く、ポイントを押さえてハキハキ説明されてましたので全く問題ありませんでした。満足です。

Most of the people on the bus were foreigners, but the guide was friendly and easy to talk to, which made it comfortable. I had some anxiety being in a new place, but we were able to visit the tourist spots efficiently, and the duration of the stay was just right! I would like to use this service again if I have the chance!

バス内はほとんど外国の方でしたがガイドさんが気軽に話しかけて下さり過ごしやすかったです。
初めての土地で不安もありましたが、観光地に効率よく回れ滞在時間もちょうど良かったです！また機会があれば利用したいと思います！

The open deck bus is the best.
It was refreshing and liberating, and I felt fantastic.
I was able to fully enjoy the streets of Osaka.

The wind had been strong since the day before, so I was worried about seasickness and bought some motion sickness medication just in case, but the large ferry was stable, and it seemed I didn't need the medication after all.

I purchased a premium seat for the segment from Iriomote Island to Taketomi Island, and I was able to take photos both indoors and on the deck, which made for great memories! The mangrove cruise was also comfortable with a pleasant breeze.

The bus tour on Iriomote Island featured a wonderful guide with a great sense of humor. I was impressed by the water buffalo on my first-ever water buffalo cart ride! The sanshin music and singing added to the Okinawan atmosphere, making it a fantastic time! The tour of Yubu Island (the botanical garden) was also enjoyable, and the lunch was delicious. The only slight regret was missing the free commemorative photo with the water buffalo.

This was my second visit to Taketomi Island, and I remembered strolling through the village while being amazed by the scenery last time. Even though it had been over a decade, I thought I could have the same experience, so I chose the free walk plan, which turned out to be a mistake. Both my husband and I were exhausted just reaching the village, and we ended up resting at a café. I can't help but feel that if we had chosen the bus tour, this day trip would have surely been "the best!"

Now that we're in our 60s, it seems best to choose plans that don't overestimate our physical strength. The hotel pick-up and drop-off service was also very appreciated. Thank you for all your help!

前日から風が強かったため、船酔いが心配で、酔い止めの薬を念のため買って呑みましたが、大型フェリーで安定感があり、薬は要らなかったようです。
西表島から竹富島への区間は、プレミアムシートを購入しましたが、室内でもデッキでも写真撮影ができて、いい思い出になりました！
マングローブ遊覧も、風が気持ちよくて快適でした。
西表島のバス観光は、ユーモアのセンスに溢れた観光案内が素晴らしかったです。人生初の水牛車も賢くて働き者の水牛に感動！　三線と歌も沖縄の雰囲気が楽しめて最高の時間でした！　由布島（植物園）の観光も楽しく、ランチも美味しかったです。水牛との無料の記念写真撮影を逃したのだけが若干心残りです。
竹富島は2回目で、前回景色に感動しながら集落をぶらぶら歩いた記憶があったので、あれから十数年経っているにも拘らず、同じ体験ができるものと思い、フリーウォークプランを選んだのが失敗でした。主人も私も集落まで辿り着くだけで足が疲れてしまい、カフェで休憩して終わりました。バス観光を選んでいたら、今回の日帰りツアーはきっと「最高でした！」を選べたのにと思うとその点だけが残念でなりません。やはり、60代になったので、自分たちの体力は過信せずに無理をしないプランを選ぶのが一番のようです。
ホテルへの送迎もとても有難かったです。大変お世話になりました！

I think the time allocated for each activity felt short, but it was just the right amount!

As others have mentioned, this tour has more foreign participants than Japanese, so announcements are made in Japanese, Chinese, and English. When I went, there were 6 Japanese participants and about 20 foreign participants, but the Japanese guide was not very thorough and still managed to entertain us!

As someone who loves shopping, I felt that 90 minutes at the outlet was a bit short, but I think that's about the only downside.

各時間は短いように思えますが、ちょうどよい時間配分だったと思います！

他の方も仰っている通り、外国の方のほうが日本人よりも多く参加するツアーなので、日本語、中国語、英語でのアナウンスがされます。
私の時は日本人6人で、ほか20人弱が外国の方でしたが、日本語でのガイドも適当でなく、きちんと楽しませてくれました！

私自身がショッピング好きなので、アウトレット90分というのは少し短いように感じましたが、悪いところはそれくらいだと思います。

My first time in Ishigaki Island, and the three-island tour was amazing. Since I had already paid through Veltra, there was no waiting for check-in at the remote island terminal, making everything very smooth. The mangrove cruise in Iriomote Island, the water buffalo cart to Yufu Island, and the lunch, along with the water buffalo cart in Taketomi Island, made for a fun day.

初めての石垣島、3島めぐり最高でした。
ベルトラで支払い済だったこともあり、離島ターミナルでの受付待ちもなくとてもスムーズ。
西表島のマングローブ遊覧、由布島への水牛車、そしてお弁当、竹富島での水牛車と楽しい一日でした。

Since we understand that it gets crowded, please request the restaurant to coordinate and provide a smoother dining experience.

Shirakawa-go and Gokayama had a stunning blue sky, with clear weather all day! The tour guide (who also served as an interpreter) had a gentle speaking style that was pleasant, and they kindly pointed out great photo spots, allowing us to explore efficiently.

白川郷も五箇山も突き抜けるような青空で、終日快晴！　添乗員（兼通訳）の方のソフトな語り口も心地良く、撮影スポットなども丁寧に教えてくださったので、効率よく回れました。

I participated with my mother and brother. Even when we arrived at the departure point at Nagoya Station, it was difficult to tell which tour was which because many tour companies were using the same meeting place. However, while waiting, it was fun to talk with people from various countries about which tour they were joining and to discover others who were on the same tour. There was an 83-year-old mother and her daughter who came from Hawaii, and a student from the Philippines who was interested in Japanese history.

Most participants were from China or Southeast Asia, and there were only about one other group of Japanese besides us. I love different cultures, so I had no resistance and actually enjoyed the experience. The bus guide started in Chinese, but the guide distributed maps and explained to each group before arrival, so I didn't have any particular difficulties.

In Hida Takayama, we first explored the morning market. It was held along the river, and just walking there with the sound of the flowing water and the clear river was soothing. Afterwards, we enjoyed Gohei-mochi, small taiyaki from Kissa Cha no Me, and the Hida beef three-roll set from Kotte-gyu. Kotte-gyu and Cha no Me are connected, and when we went, it was relatively quiet, allowing us to eat leisurely. The sushi and small taiyaki were also very delicious, so I recommend them.

After that, we went to Shirakawa-go. Upon arrival, we took a shuttle bus to the observation deck to see the whole area, and then we slowly explored the village. It was a pleasant autumn day, and walking along the boardwalk by the rice fields and small streams felt the best. This tour is recommended for those who enjoy food walks, cultural exchanges, and nature.

母と兄と私の3人で参加しました。名古屋駅の出発場所に行っても、たくさんのツアー会社が待ち合わせ場所として使用しており、どのツアーかわかりにくかったです。ただ、待ってる間にいろんな国から参加してる人とどのツアーに参加するのか話したり、一緒のツアーを発見したりと話をするのは楽しかった。ハワイから参加された83歳の母親と娘さん、フィリピンから日本の歴史に興味があって参加した学生さんなどいらっしゃいました。
ほとんどが中国や東南アジアからの参加者で、日本人は私たちともう1組くらいでした。私は異文化大好きななで、全然抵抗なく、むしろ楽しく過ごせました。バスのガイドもまず中国語から始まりますが、ガイドさんが到着前に地図を配りながらひとくみずつ説明してくれるので、特に困ることもなかったです。
飛騨高山では、まず朝市を散策。川沿いで開かれており、川のせせらぎと澄んだ川の水にただ歩いているだけで癒されました。その後、五平餅、喫茶茶の芽の小鯛焼き、こって牛の飛騨牛三巻セットをいただしました。こって牛と茶の芽は中で繋がっていて、私達がいった時は比較的すいていて、ゆったりと食べることがでにました。お寿司を小鯛焼きもとっても美味しかったのでおすすめです。
その後白川郷へ。到着後、シャトルバスで展望台へいきまず全体をみて、その後村をゆっくり散策しました。秋の朗らかな1日で、田んぼの脇の小川沿いの板道を歩いたのが一番気持ちよかったです。食べ歩き、異文化交流、自然が好きな人にはおすすめのツアーです。

The illumination on Midosuji and the buildings at night make you exclaim "Wow!" It's a bit cold on the way back as we took the highway, but it was an experience that you don't usually get. They also lend you blankets.

御堂筋のイルミネーション、夜のビル、思わずワーッと言う声がでます。帰りは高速に乗り、少し寒いですが普段できない経験でした。ひざ掛けも貸してもらえます。

It was disappointing that the weather was mostly rainy. Although the tour was primarily for foreigners, I experienced a different sensation than usual. I thought it was impressive that we managed to stick to the schedule and finish on time. It was nice that the guide offered a photo service at the end.

天気がほぼ雨で残念だった。外国人中心の観光だったが、いつもと違う感覚を味わった。良くあのスケジュールで時間通りに予定を終えられたなと思いました。
ガイドさんが最後、写真撮影のサービスしてくれて良かった。

I participated with five friends, and there were many people from China, but everyone was punctual and things went smoothly. This was my third trip to Hokkaido, and in the past, I felt that the travel time was long, but this time we had one male guide who spoke fluent Japanese and Chinese and provided detailed explanations of the highlights and local delicacies. We had a 90-minute stay at Asahiyama Zoo, and thanks to the accurate advice, we were able to tour efficiently! We all had a great time and returned very satisfied!

仲間5人で参加　中国の方も多かったですが皆さん時間厳守でスムーズでした。北海道は３回目いままでは　移動時間が長く感じられた旅でしたが、今回はガイドさん男性１名で、流ちょうな日本語、中国語を使い見どころ味どころを丁寧に説明。旭山動物園は９０分の滞在ですが的確なアドバイスで効率よく回れる案内通り！十分楽しめました。５名共に満足で帰ってきました！

The course with lunch included had options for a Kyoto cuisine set and a Kyoto tofu set, and since I was there, I chose the Kyoto cuisine course. However, the restaurant specializes in tofu dishes, and naturally, the meal consisted entirely of tofu dishes. I couldn't help but ask the person I was dining with which tour course they had chosen. They seemed to be worried too, wondering if this was not the Kyoto tofu course.

There were many delicious-looking restaurants near Kiyomizu-dera, so I thought I should have skipped the lunch option given this meal.

I was satisfied with the tour itself as we visited the main four locations. However, the schedule was tight, so I don't think it's suitable for those who want to take their time exploring. The tour guide was accommodating in both English and Japanese, and their service was good. It was just the meal that was disappointing.

昼食付きのコースは、京料理御膳と京豆腐御膳があり、せっかくだからと京料理御膳のコースを選択しました。
しかし、お店は豆腐料理のお店で、食事内容ももちろん豆腐料理ばかり。
思わず、一緒に食事をした方にどのツアーコースを選択したか確認しました。その方も、これは京豆腐コースじゃないのか？と不安に思っていたようです。
清水寺には美味しそうなお店がたくさんあったので、この内容なら昼食付きにしなければ良かったなと思いました。

ツアー自体は主要な4箇所を回れたので満足しています。ただ、スケジュールがタイトなので、ゆっくり見て回りたい方は向いていないかと思います。
添乗員さんは、英語と日本語で対応しており対応も良かったです。
本当に、お食事だけが残念でした。

The weather was nice on the day of our visit, and there was no traffic, so we arrived smoothly in Takayama. With only two hours of free time, we had lunch as well, which made our sightseeing a bit rushed, but I was moved by the charm of the old town that I hadn't felt in my younger days. There are many restaurants where you can enjoy Hida beef, which is tender and highly recommended. It was my first time visiting Shirakawa-go, and the gassho-zukuri houses lined up there were truly impressive. There are also points where you can overlook the town, which takes about 20 minutes on foot, but there are also microbuses available. The autumn leaves had started to change, and they were very beautiful.

当日はお天気も良く、渋滞も無かったのでスムーズに飛騨高山に到着出来ました。
自由時間が2時間という中で昼食も食べたので、急ぎ足の観光となりましたが古い町並みを散策し若い頃には感じなかった味わいを感じ感動いたしました。
飛騨牛を頂けるお店が多く、柔らかいお肉ですので是非オススメです。
白川郷は初めて行きましたが、合掌造りの家が立ち並び圧巻の迫力もあります。
街並みを見下ろすポイントもあり、歩いて20分程度ですが、マイクロバスも出ています。
紅葉も始まっていて、とても綺麗でした。

The weather was very nice, and it was great to have a well-organized schedule. I would like to participate in another interesting tour if there is one. Shirakawa-go had beautiful scenery, and I was disappointed that I couldn't attend the light-up event. Hida also had beautiful streets, but there were many tourists, so I would like to visit during a quieter time. I was a bit surprised by the number of foreign tourists. It was wonderful to experience the charm of Japan. I'm looking forward to another interesting project.

It was great to be able to visit so many tourist attractions at this price, as exploring them on my own would have taken a lot of time and money.

A family trip to Osaka. Blessed with good weather, we enjoyed a quick tour of Osaka under the clear blue sky while admiring the buildings. The guide's stories were enjoyable, and before we knew it, an hour had passed, making for a delightful experience.

大阪での家族旅行。
天候にも恵まれ、快晴の青空のもと、ビルを眺めなながら大阪をサクッと見学。
ガイドさんのお話も楽しく、あっという間に1時間が過ぎ、楽しい時間を過ごしました。

We departed at 8:30 and arrived at Shirakawa-go around 11:00. After getting off the bus, we walked through Deai Bridge and the streets of Shirakawa-go, visiting the interior of the Wada House, which features traditional gassho-zukuri architecture.

After visiting the Wada House, we enjoyed A5-ranked Hida beef skewers and pork skewers from Shirakawa at a small shop called "Yui no Sato" located just before Deai Bridge. Both were incredibly flavorful and juicy, thanks to being grilled over charcoal.

Our two hours in Shirakawa-go flew by in no time.

Next, we arrived in Takayama a little after 14:00 and had 5th-grade rare cuts of Hida beef sushi served on hand-baked seaweed rice crackers at a shop called "Kotte Gyuu," located in the old town. I think it was the best beef dish I've ever had.

After that, we visited Takayama Jinya, which is the only remaining government office of its kind in the country.

Again, two hours passed quickly, and we left Takayama around 16:15.

This tour had mostly foreign participants, but everyone was well-mannered, and the bus was quiet. The staff were also foreign but spoke Japanese and were very pleasant.

Originally, the plan was to visit Shirakawa-go after Takayama, but due to anticipated crowds, we went to Shirakawa-go first, considering the time constraints there.

Since Shirakawa-go and Takayama have poor access, the bus tour was a great choice.

　8時半に出発して、11時頃白川郷に着きました。バスを降りて、出合橋を通って、白川郷の通りを抜けて、合掌造りの和田家の建物内部を見学しました。
　和田家の見学の後、であい橋の手前の「結の郷」という小さなお店でA5ランクの飛騨牛の串焼きと白川産の豚の串焼きをいただきました。いずれも炭火焼の風味が大変よくジューシーです。
　白川郷での2時間はあっという間に過ぎていきました。
　続いて向かった高山に14時過ぎに着き、古い街並みの中にある、「こって牛」というお店で、お皿の代わりのあおさ入り手焼き煎餅の上に、三貫の寿司がのった5等級の希少部位の飛騨牛握り寿司をいただきました。今まで食べた牛料理の中で一番おいしいと思いました。
　その後、通りを抜けた少し先にある高山陣屋を見学しました。ここは全国に唯一現存する郡代・代官所だそうです。
　ここでも２時間はあっという間で、16時15分頃高山を後にしました。
　このツアーは大半が外国人でしたが、皆さんマナーが良く、バスの中も静かでした。係員の方も外国人でしたが、日本語もお話になり、感じの良い方でした。
　予定では、高山の後に白川郷でしたが、混雑が予想されるということで、時間制限のある白川郷に先に向かう配慮もありました。
　白川郷や高山はアクセスが悪いので、バスのツアーはとても良かったです。

What stood out to me the most were the mangrove tour and the water buffalo cart ride. The boatman during the mangrove tour skillfully controlled the boat while sharing fascinating stories about the ecosystem, and he was able to spontaneously respond to the rare creatures that appeared, which was very captivating.

Additionally, the interactions between the guide and the water buffalo conveyed a strong sense of trust. The buffalo cart moved along while the guide explained things to the guests, and the harmony created with the singing and the sanshin was truly moving.

Lunch was also delicious, made with local ingredients. Although I participated alone, the staff provided thorough explanations, so I didn't feel confused at all.

特に印象に残ったのはマングローブの遊覧と水牛車でした。
　マングローブ遊覧の船頭さんは安全に船をコントロールしつつ
生態系の興味深いお話しをしつつ突発的に現れる珍しい生物もアドリブで
対応されていてとてもひきつけられました。
　また水牛車のガイドさんと水牛さんとのやりとりが随所にあり信頼関係がひしひしと伝わってきました。
牛車の進行・お客に説明しながらさらに唄三線となんだか調和がとれている
感じが感動的でした。
昼ごはんも地元の材料を使ってあり、おいしくいただけました。
一人参加でしたがスタッフの方が丁寧に説明していただけたので
戸惑うことはありませんでした。

- During the bus ride, the guide shared information that was very easy to understand. We had a break along the way where we could enjoy soft serve ice cream and do some shopping.
- At the zoo we visited, I had a great time and felt rejuvenated.
- I think the disbanding time was just right.
- I have a driver's license, but I don't usually have the opportunity to drive, so it was helpful to be taken to the destination by bus tour.
- I would like to participate again.

・車中、ガイドさんがお話して下さり、とてもわかり易かったです。　途中休憩があり、ソフトクリームを食べたり、買い物ができました。
・目的の動物園では、十分楽しみ、癒やされました。
・解散時間も丁度良かったと思います。
・車の免許証は持っていますが、普段、運転する機会がありませんので、バスツアーで目的地まで連れて行って頂けると助かります。　
・また参加したいと思いました。

I participated in a three-day weekend tour. The participants were from various countries, including Japan, China, South Korea, and Taiwan. The tour guide, Mr. Zhu, provided very detailed explanations and was very kind. He made multilingual announcements to ensure everyone could understand and provided individual guidance for sightseeing during the walks. The plan included plenty of time for exploration, allowing us to fully enjoy Takayama and Shirakawa-go! The driver also drove safely, which made me feel very secure. Since it was a three-day weekend, I was worried about encountering traffic jams, but thanks to the adjusted route, we returned to Nagoya Station earlier than planned. I had a great time on this day trip!

The guidance was very detailed, and it was no problem even if you don't speak Japanese; the staff were very friendly! The driver drove safely and comfortably, which made the overall experience very reassuring.

三連休に参加させていただきました。
参加者は日本、中国、韓国、台湾など、多国籍な方が集まっています。
添乗員の朱さんの説明がとても丁寧で対応も親切です。
全員に理解しやすいように多言語のアナウンスをしていただいたり、散策の観光案内も1組ずつ対応してくださったりしていました。 ⁡ プランはたっぷりの散策時間を設けていただくことで、高山や白川郷を満喫できました！ ⁡
運転手さんも安全運転してくださり、とても安心です。三連休なので、渋滞に遭遇するの心配しましたが、ルートを調整してくださったおかげで、予定より早く名古屋駅に戻れました。

I'm really glad I was able to visit the spots I wanted on my third tour. Although time was a bit tight, I got to see the Eisa show at Ryukyu Village, and I was able to buy a few things I wanted at Okashi Goten. What satisfied me the most on this tour were Manzamo and the beach at Banta Cafe. Both had amazing views, and the sunset at Banta Cafe was particularly moving. Next time I come to Okinawa, I want to visit Banta Cafe again.

3回目のツアー参加で行きたいスポットに行けたのが本当によかった。時間は少し惜しかったが琉球村ではエイサーショーを見れ、御菓子御殿では欲しいものもそこそこ買えた。このツアーで満足したのは、万座毛とバンタカフェのビーチだった。どちらも景色が最高だったし、特にバンタカフェのサンセットはとても感動的だった。
次に沖縄に来る際はまた、バンタカフェに行きたい。

It was my first time in Hokkaido, so I wasn't familiar with the area... I decided to sign up for a bus tour. During the trip, they provided explanations here and there, which made it easy to understand and I learned about the region! They took care of everything, including lunch, which made it convenient and I thought it was really great. The timing at each spot was just right, and I was satisfied. On the way back, when I got off the bus and mentioned I wanted to go somewhere, they helped me out with that too (^^). The driver quickly caught a bug that got inside the bus, which was impressive! They were a wonderful duo (^^).

I happened to be in the front seat, so I could hear the interactions between the guide and the driver. They would say things like, "No cars on the left! A bicycle is coming!" and thank everyone at every intersection, which I thought was lovely. It was reassuring to see that they were confirming things together, making the ride very pleasant! Listening to their exchanges made me feel good, and I thought it was a wonderful company.

初めての北海道だったので、土地勘がわからず…思い切ってバスツアーに申し込んでみました。
移動中ちょこちょこ説明してもらえてわかりやすく、地域のことを学べました！
昼食など全部やっててくれて楽だし、すごく良かったなと思います。
各スポットの時間もちょうど良くて満足でした。
帰りに、バスを降りたらここに行きたい！と相談したら教えてくれてそれも助かりました(^^)
運転手さんも車内に入った虫をささっと捕まえて頼もしい！素敵なお二人でした(^^)

2人で確認してるんだなと安心して乗車できたのですごくよかったです！
やり取りを聞いてる(聞こえている)こっちも気分がいいし、素敵な会社だなと思いました。

I used this service for a trip with my parents and daughter. Since I'm not familiar with Kyoto, it was convenient not to have to research the route to our destination, and my child wanted to ride on a double-decker bus! That's why we decided to go with this option. However, the routes for the double-decker buses were limited (I'm not sure if it was just for that time period).

Additionally, there were tickets available that only allowed travel on specific routes indicated at the ticket counter, which were a bit cheaper (1-day adult ticket for 2,500 yen). I wish it was made clear at the time of booking which buses would be operating on which routes. Even though you can hop on and off, there aren't that many buses running, so I think it would be better if the price were a bit lower. If you're going to purchase tickets, I felt that a 2-day pass might offer better value.

両親、娘との旅行で利用しました。
京都に詳しくないので、目的地までの道のりを調べなくても良いのと、子供が2階建てバスに乗ってみたい！と言う事で決めました。
ただ、2階建てバスが運行する路線が決まっていました。（その時期だけなのかはわかりませんが）
また、窓口に案内されていた特定の路線だけにしか乗れないチケットもありました。それだと少しお値打ちでした。（1日券大人2500円）
路線によって運行するバスが決まっているのであれば申し込みする時点でわかるようにして欲しいなと思いました。
乗り降り自由でも実際にそれほどの本数は乗れませんでしので、もう少し安いと良いのにと思います。
購入するなら2日通し券のがお得感はあるのかなぁと思いました。

I was able to fully enjoy the sightseeing spots in Kyoto in one day. The guide provided information in both English and Japanese. Once we arrived at each landmark, we had free time to explore on our own. Since I didn't opt for lunch, I had quite a bit of time to spare at Kiyomizu-dera. Those who chose the lunch option mentioned that their visit to Kiyomizu-dera was a bit rushed (the plan included lunch near Kiyomizu-dera).

We traveled by bus between the landmarks, so if you got tired, you could relax and sleep until the next destination. It was convenient to buy souvenirs at each location and leave them in our seats while heading to the next sightseeing spot. However, any loss of belongings left in the vehicle is your own responsibility.

I was glad I checked the boarding location the day before, as it was a bit hard to find. Also, the drop-off point on the way back is Hachijo-guchi.

京都の観光名所を一日で堪能できました。ガイドさんは英語と日本語の案内付き。名所に着いたら各自、自由行動。昼食付きにしなかった為、清水寺ではかなり時間を持て余した。昼食付きにした方は清水寺の観光が慌ただしかったとの事。(清水寺の近くで昼食をとるプラン)
名所をバス移動するので疲れたら次の目的地までゆっくり眠れる。各地でお土産を買っても座席に置いて次の観光名所に行けたので楽でした。しかしながら車中に置いていった荷物の紛失等は自己責任です。
説明にあった朝の乗車場所は前日に下見をしておいて良かった。分かりづらいです。あと、帰りの降車場所は八条口です。
