The weather was wonderful, and it was a very comfortable taxi tour. The course was adjusted considering lunchtime, and there was a good degree of flexibility in the time allocation, which gave a nice "Customer First" feeling. At the crater, we could see a little hot spring, and at Kusasenri, I rode a horse (for the first time in 50 years!), and the view from Daikanbo was an unexpectedly breathtaking panorama that moved me!

Above all, the driver (I forgot to check her name, but she was a woman who moved to Aso last year and became a driver) was very pleasant. Even though the exploration was free, she went out of her way to come to the photo spots and took pictures for us. Her explanations about the sights were comfortable and easy to talk to, which made the tour very relaxing and enjoyable! Thank you, driver!

I made a reservation for the day of travel from the hotel near Okinawa Arena to a hotel in Naha, and while discussing a few places I wanted to visit, such as the Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island, I was taken to the hotel in Naha.
I was able to chat with the driver the whole time and received some great local tips, which made it very enjoyable.
The rafute soba I had at a restaurant that only locals go to was truly delicious.
I tried eating it again at the airport on the way back, but the flavor of the soba, the broth, and the rafute were completely different, and the price was about two-thirds. Thank you very much.

沖縄アリーナ近くのホテルから那覇のホテルへ移動する移動日に予約をして、一度行きたかった美ら海水族館や古宇利島を中心にいくつか相談しながら回って那覇のホテルまで送っていただきました。
運転手さんから穴場情報を教えてもらう等、ずーっとおしゃべりできて、とても楽しかったです。
地元の人しか行かないお店で食べたラフテーそばは、本当に美味しかったです。
試しに帰りに空港でも食べてみましたが、そばの味もだしもラフテーも全く違い、かつ値段は２／３程度。ありがとうございました。

We made a reservation for a group of four in our 20s. None of us had any serious mountain climbing or trekking experience, but thanks to our guide, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable two days of climbing!

As beginners, we were greatly helped by having a guide who managed the pace and introduced the routes. The trekking routes themselves were easy to understand, but information like "It's tough for the next xx minutes, but it will be flat after that" and "The next restroom is xx minutes ahead" was extremely helpful. I definitely recommend participating in the tour for first-timers.

Additionally, our guide kept the atmosphere lively with quizzes and games during the tour, making the challenging trails enjoyable to walk. They introduced us to the history at various points and took many wonderful photos at the photo spots. Other guides also greeted us and interacted with us whenever we passed by, creating a very friendly atmosphere for trekking.

20代4人グループで予約させていただきました。全員本格的な登山・トレッキング経験はなかったのですが、ガイドさんのおかげで2日間とも、とても楽しく快適に登れました！

初心者なので、ペース配分やルート紹介をしてくださるガイドさんがいてくれて大変助かりました。トレッキングルート自体はわかりやすいのですが、「あとxx分大変ですが、そのあと平坦になります」や、「次のトイレはxx分先です」といった情報が大変助かりました。初めての方は絶対ツアーの参加をお勧めします。

また、ガイドさんがツアー中クイズやゲームで場を盛り上げてくださって、きつい登山道も楽しく歩けました。様々なポイントで歴史等を紹介してくださったり、フォトスポットでは素敵な写真をたくさん撮影いただけました。
他ガイドさんもすれ違う度に挨拶してくださったり、絡んでくださってとても和やかな雰囲気でトレッキングを楽しめました。

We planned a trip to the Higashiyama area in Kyoto to celebrate my birthday as a couple. I've visited Kyoto several times, but this was my first time taking a taxi tour, so I made a reservation. The driver was very familiar with the roads in Kyoto, so he smoothly guided us through the congested areas. He listened to our requests and, despite the limited time, took us to three places: Ginkaku-ji, Eikando, and Bishamondo. I have almost no mountain climbing experience and am not very active, so this course was quite tough for me. It's not a place to approach with a casual walking mindset, and I recommend that those who don't exercise much prepare their stamina in advance. However, the scenery was amazing, and the guide was very nice. The moss was also incredibly beautiful, and I'm glad I came.

The tour took place during an extremely humid heatwave in late August 2023. The participants were three people: my parents and my high school-aged child.

First of all, since we had hotel pick-up, we had more time both going and returning compared to a bus tour, and it was very convenient. Additionally, our driver provided detailed guidance around Gokayama and Shirakawa-go, sharing information about delicious dining spots, souvenir shops, and famous dessert stores. This helped us thoroughly explore places we might have overlooked if we had visited without prior knowledge. We were also able to visit an observation deck with a panoramic view of Shirakawa-go, where we took some great photos.

Since Shirakawa-go is a well-known tourist spot, the dining places were very crowded during lunchtime. The first restaurant we were guided to had a long wait, but thanks to our driver's quick thinking, we were taken to a second restaurant right away, allowing us to enjoy a delicious lunch smoothly.

On the way back, the driver also shared recommendations for dining spots in Kanazawa, which were very helpful. There were places we couldn't visit this time, but I definitely want to check them out on our next visit to Kanazawa.

　まず、ホテル送迎だったので、バスツアーに比べて、行きも帰りも時間に余裕があり、更に融通もきいてとても良かったです。
　また、ドライバーさんから五箇山、白川郷内の細やかな案内（美味しい食事処、お土産情報、有名なスイーツ店舗情報も教えていただきました。）をしていただいたので、よく知らずに訪れたらスルーしがちな場所をしっかり観光することができました。（白川郷を一望できる展望台にも行くことができ、いい写真が取れました。）
　白川郷内は有名な観光スポットであることもあって、お昼時の食事処は大変混雑しており、案内していただいた一軒目は長時間並ぶことは必至でしたが、ドライバーさんの機転で直ぐに二軒目に案内していただき、スムーズにおいしい昼食を食べることができました。
　帰りの車中でも、ドライバーさんから金沢市内のおすすめの食事処の情報を教ええいただき、大変参考となりました。今回の旅行では行けなかったお店も次回の金沢訪問の際に是非行きたく思いました。
　本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。
　おかげさまで大変楽しい旅行となりました。

追伸
　翌日、金沢市内の兼六園などの有名観光スポットを徒歩で回りましたが、やはり暑さのため思うように回ることができませんでした。市内観光であっても、今年のように暑い時期や効率的に観光スポットを巡りたいとき等は、タクシーツアーはとても価値があると思いました。

I had no experience with serious mountain climbing and was quite anxious, but thanks to the favorable weather, I was able to visit a place I had always wanted to go, and I had a wonderful time.

Our guide, Ishikawa, taught us many things, and we enjoyed the journey both to and from the destination!

On the second day at Shiratani Unsuikyo, I was able to climb while being healed by the gentle aura of our guide, Minida!

Both of them shared a lot about Yakushima, and thanks to their insights, which I would have never known or noticed if I had gone on my own, I developed a strong affection for Yakushima by the time I left. I would love to come back in a different season!

I have had a very good impression of Beltora in the past, having relied on them for overseas trips and bus tours. So, I requested their service again this time, but I can't help feeling that it was a bit of a failure.

This time, I chartered a private sightseeing taxi for six hours in Okinawa. Since I arrived in Okinawa right away, I contacted them in advance with my flight number and had them pick me up at the airport. In the end, it took an extra hour, but that was within expectations.

I think the driver was a nice person, but despite being called a sightseeing taxi, they didn't share any local stories, food recommendations, or information about the sea. They seemed not very talkative, and their voice was muffled by a mask, so they hardly spoke at all.

When I asked questions, they answered politely, but basically, it was just a taxi that took me to predetermined locations in order and waited for me.

I read other reviews mentioning that drivers took photos or recommended local eateries, but in this case, the driver didn't get out of the taxi at all, so there were no photo opportunities or explanations at the entrance. こちらが質問の様に聞いた話は、丁寧に話してくれましたが…基本的には、あらかじめ行きたい場所を決めて、そこに順番に送って行って待ってるだけのタクシーです。

他の人の口コミに、写真を撮ってくれた…とか、地元の食べ物屋を教えてもらったとかありますが、今回は基本的には運転手さんはタクシーから降りないので、写真を撮ってくれるどころか、入場口などの説明もありません。
観光タクシーに聞きながら周るのを期待していたのが、ちょっとショックに変わりました。

観光タクシーとは、どこまでを期待して良いのか、ちょっと考えさせられる体験でした。

We were guided to many locations, including the filming sites of "The Woman of the Forensic Science Laboratory," the Kamogawa Delta, the Waterway Pavilion at Nanzen-ji Temple, and Arashiyama. We even went to the former residences of Misa Yamamura and Kyotaro Nishimura. We enjoyed a cool and easy tour around the sweltering heat of Kyoto, and we were very satisfied! I planned a trip to Kyoto for my daughter, who couldn't participate in her school trip due to poor health.
