I was hoping for the evening, but due to the state of emergency, it became the afternoon. However, the singer provided guidance and performed songs, which was moving. It felt great.

夜を希望していましたが、緊急事態宣言により午後になりました。しかし、歌手の方が案内と歌を披露していただき感動しました。そして気持ちが良かったです。

On the day of the trip, it was quite windy and rainy in the morning, but when we arrived at the location, we were greeted by blue skies, warm weather, and a moment when the wind stopped and the waves were completely calm, allowing us to see beautifully down to the deep bottom. It was also the first time this year that we saw it, and through the clear kayak, we encountered a large, bright blue river master (carp), which was a mystical and wonderful experience. Thank you to our guide for being so kind and teaching us various things. On the way back, we stopped by Marukoma Onsen, where we received a discount coupon, and the open-air bath close to the lake surface was spectacular and enjoyable. My daughter and I had a lovely little trip together.

当日は朝から雨風が強めでしたが、現地に着いてみたら青空が見えて暖かく風も止んで波も全く立たない瞬間があり、すごく華麗に深い底まで見えました。また、今年初見えということでしたが、クリアカヤックの底を介して真っ青で大きな川の主（鯉）にも出会え、神秘的でとても良い経験ができました。ガイドさん、親切にして頂き、色々教えてくれてありがとうございました。帰りは割引券を頂いた丸駒温泉に立ち寄りましたが、湖面が近い露天風呂が壮観で良かったです。娘と二人、良い小旅行ができました。

I live locally, but I saw a side of Hakata that I didn't know. I was very moved. It was great. The brother's performance was also amazing!!

地元に住んでいますが知らない博多が見えました。とっても感動しました。よかったです。お兄さんの演奏も最高でした！！

On Tuesday, October 27th, around 6 PM, I visited Hakata for work and used the service alone. The timing was perfect as the sun was setting, and the illuminated signs reflecting on the river and the night view were very beautiful. A female singer performed in front of us, creating a wonderful atmosphere. I thought the 30-minute cruise would only go along the Nakasu River, but we actually ventured out towards the sea, which made it quite windy and cold. I would like to use this service again with my family when the weather is nice. It became a great memory. Thank you very much.

10/27(火)18時頃、仕事で博多に来訪時に1人で利用させて頂きました。
調度日が暮れて川面に映る看板の電飾や夜景がとても綺麗でした。
女性のシンガーさんが前で歌を歌って下さり
とても良い雰囲気でした。
30分のクルーズで中洲の川のみのクルーズだと思っておりましたが海の方まで出たので結構風がキツく
寒かったです。
又気候の良い時に家族で利用したいと思います。
良い思い出になりました。

I traveled to Fukuoka for a one-night, two-day trip with a friend. I thought we would just be on the boat for about 30 minutes, but we were actually comforted by the singing of a 23-year-old guy who sang songs by Machaaaki and Ichiro Toba. The reason it wasn't perfect was that it was unexpectedly cold on the boat. Even with a blanket, I was shivering for 30 minutes in late October. But it was really great.

福岡１泊２日で旅行の時に化友人とのりました。普通に３０分乗っているだけかと思いきやマチャアキや鳥羽一郎を歌う２３歳のお兄さんの歌に癒されました。最高によかったではない理由としては予想以上に船上は寒いから。毛布があっても10月下旬、30分震えました。でもすごくよかったです。

The instructor's explanations were easy to understand. They were cheerful and made the experience comfortable. We kayaked around Lake Shikotsu and the Chitose River. Due to the strong winds, we mainly focused on the Chitose River, which was beautiful and lovely. I was also glad to receive some photos.

インストラクターのかたの説明が分かりやすかったです。明るく声かけしていただいて過ごしやすかったです。カヤックで支笏湖と千歳川を回りました。風が強かったため、千歳川メインでしたが、美しい川で綺麗でした。写真も頂けてよかったです。

I participated with my mother in her 70s. I was worried about whether it would be okay without much stamina and if we would tip over, but those concerns were completely unnecessary. They provided us with free raincoats and Crocs, so our clothes didn't get wet.

Since it was a windy day, we mainly enjoyed the calm Chitose River. The shimmering green surface of the water and the transparent riverbed seen from the bottom of the kayak were truly beautiful.

With the guidance of a friendly and kind young man, we got to experience a bit of an exploratory feeling, and it was great to briefly venture out to Lake Shikotsu at the end and enjoy the atmosphere of the lake. My mother was also excitedly paddling away and was really happy, saying she had a lot of fun.

There were only two groups participating, so the water was not crowded, allowing us to take off our masks and breathe in the fresh air. Of course, masks and sanitization were in place inside the store before and after kayaking for infection prevention.

I couldn't use the free bathing ticket for Marukoma Onsen due to timing, so I'll save that for my next visit to Lake Shikotsu. I would love to try kayaking and diving again at Lake Shikotsu when there's no wind.

70代の母と参加しました。
体力なくても大丈夫か、ひっくり返ったりしないか、など心配していたことは全く無用でした。カッパ上下とクロックスを無料で貸し出して頂き、私服が濡れることもありませんでした。
風がある日だったので穏やかな千歳川をメインに楽しみました。グリーンに光る水面や、カヤックの船底から見る透き通った川底は本当に美しかったです。
気さくで優しいお兄さんの案内でちょっぴり探検気分を味わえたり、最後に少しだけ支笏湖にも出て湖の雰囲気も体験出来て良かったです。
母も張り切ってグイグイ漕いで、本当に楽しかったと喜んでいました。
参加時は2組だけで、水上は密ではないためマスクを外して美味しい空気をたくさん吸えました。カヤック前後の店内ではもちろんマスク、消毒で感染対策してありました。
丸駒温泉の無料入浴券が、時間が合わず使えなかったので次に支笏湖に来た時のお楽しみにします。風のない時の支笏湖でまたカヤックやダイビングをしてみたいです。

Although it was an experience affected by the weather, I can't say I was satisfied since we couldn't go out on the lake and the experience ended in just 30 minutes.

天候に左右される体験とは言え、湖に出れなかった上、30分で体験終了したので、満足とはとても言えませんでした。

On March 29, the weather was nice, and the lake was calm and very beautiful. The guide was pleasant, and we had a great time. We participated as a pair, and although they said we could each take a kayak individually, it was easier on our bodies to work together.

当日3月29日は天気が良く、湖の波もなく、とってもキレイでした。
ガイドの方も感じ良く、楽しめました。
二人で参加し、一人ずつでもカヤックに乗せてくれるとの事でしたが、二人で協力した方が体は楽です。

The instructor was very kind and explained everything in detail, which allowed me to successfully ride the kayak. Due to strong winds from the typhoon, we couldn't go to Lake Shikotsu and instead paddled up the Chitose River. The Chitose River... the water was so clear. I was thrilled when I saw fish and shrimp. During the kayaking, the instructor took many photos, and I received them immediately after the experience via AirDrop. It was a fun and fulfilling experience.

　インストラクターさんがとても親切で丁寧に説明をしてくださったので，うまくカヤックに乗ることができました。
　台風からの強風で波が高く，支笏湖には行くことができず，千歳川をのぼっていきました。千歳川・・・とても水がきれいでした。魚やスジエビが見れた時にはテンションがあがりました。
　カヤック中はインストラクターさんが何枚も写真を撮ってくれ，写真は体験終了後にair dropを通じてすぐいただけます。
　楽しく充実した体験でした。

Originally, my husband and I were supposed to participate together, but since I caught a cold, I ended up going alone.

On the boat, there was someone who sang and provided a brief explanation of the town while singing. It was nice and warmed me up from the cold.

Maybe it started from New Year's? The sea seemed to have less light.

The boat had blankets and other items for warmth, which was considerate.

本当は、夫と二人で参加するはずが風邪をひいてしまったので一人で行くことになりました。

船には、歌っていただける方がいて、街のプチ説明と歌を歌ってくれました。寒さに染みて良かったです。

多分、正月からか？海の方は光が少なめでした。

船は、寒さ対策のためにひざ掛け等が置いてあり、配慮もされてました。

The weather was unfortunately bad on the day, but I had a great time. If I have the opportunity to visit Hokkaido again, I would like to participate.

当日はあいにくの天候でしたが非常に楽しめました。
また北海道に遊びに行く機会があれば参加したいです。

I participated during a very cold period when even the water was freezing, but with the rental of dry suits and knit caps, I was able to fully enjoy the activities without worrying about the cold. The guide (a former ranger!) provided insights about the nature of the lake and took photos, allowing us to leisurely cruise around Lake Shikotsu and the Chitose River. Even as a beginner, I was able to paddle the kayak easily and without much effort. I definitely want to join again with my family (the kids) during summer vacation! Thank you to all the staff.

水も凍るとても寒い時期に参加しましたが、ドライスーツやニット帽のレンタルもあってアクティビティ中は寒さも気にならずに満喫しました。ガイドさん（元レンジャー！）が湖の自然をガイドしてくれたり写真を撮ってくれたりと終始のんびりと支笏湖&千歳川をクルージング。初心者でも簡単に、そしてそんなに力も要らずにカヤックが漕げました。次は夏休みに是非家族（子どもたち）と参加したいです！スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。

The clear kayak experience was amazing! I thought I might have to give up because of the strong winds at Lake Shikotsu, but surprisingly, they said, "You can do it!" We spent two hours on the Chitose River. There were various missions, and I might have enjoyed this more than the lake itself! The fun conversations with the guides and taking commemorative photos were great. I did have a little mishap getting out and ended up with one foot soaking wet, but that became a good memory! If you're going kayaking, I recommend Shikotsukamui!

クリアカヤック体験、支笏湖の風が強くて断念かと思いましたが、まさかの「できますよー」千歳川で2時間。色々ミッションもあって、ひょっとして湖よりこっちが楽しかったかも？と思いました。ガイドさん達との楽しい会話や記念撮影。下りるのにちょっと失敗して片足ずぶ濡れになったけどそれもいい思い出になりました！カヤックならシコツカムイ！おすすめです♬

Despite the heavy rain, it was still enjoyable. Lake Shikotsu was beautiful even in the rain, and kayaking on the lake made for great memories.

大雨の中でしたが、それでも楽しかったです。
支笏湖は、雨でも綺麗でしたし、カヤックで湖を散策できて、いい思い出になりました。

It was raining on and off, but when we tried to go out to Lake Shikotsu, it started to rain quite heavily. We were able to observe river fish closely under the bridge. Although we ended up doing a tour on the river instead of the lake, my daughter seemed to enjoy catching shrimp. I hope we can experience the lake course next time.

雨が降ったりやんだりでしたが、支笏湖に出ようとしたら結構強い雨が降り、橋の下で川魚をじっくり観察できました。湖に出ないで川でのツアーになりましたが、娘はエビ捕りが楽しかった様です。次回は湖コースが体験出来ると良いなぁと思いました。

The view from the river and the sea was great. It was a midsummer day, but there was a breeze by the sea, which made it cool. The singing and guidance were also nice.

川や海から眺める景色よかったです。真夏日でしたが、海の方では風もあり涼しかったです。歌と案内もありよかったです。

Friendly staff, although the guide did not speak English. The lake is very beautiful! The kayak trip was rather short, not more than hour, with many stops for pictures (we would have liked to kayak a bit more).

Departures are very irregular. Due to various reasons such as the number of passengers and the tides, the departure times can change, so if you plan to board, I recommend not having a tight schedule and allowing for some flexibility in your plans.

The prior notice stated "operating from 11 AM," so when I arrived at the boarding area at 11 AM, there were no staff members present, just a sign saying "Next sailing at 2:00 PM" along with a contact phone number.

When I called, I was told that due to high tide, they couldn't confirm when the departure would be, and I was asked to come back at 2 PM. Ultimately, the boat left around 2:30 PM.

In the end, I had to fill about three and a half hours with other plans for a 30-minute boat trip, so if my schedule had been tight, I wouldn't have been able to participate. The boat trip itself was relaxed and pleasant, and the staff were kind, so once on board, it was a very nice journey. However, since the departure schedule is influenced by the tides and passenger turnout, it's essential to plan with ample time when using this service.

出航は非常に不定期です。
乗客の集まり具合や潮の満ち引きなど、さまざまな理由で出発時刻が変更されるので、乗船するならタイトなスケジュールではなく、前後の予定に余裕を持たせることをお勧めします。
事前の案内では「午前11時から営業」と書いてありましたので、午前11時に乗り場へ行ってみると…そこにはスタッフさんは誰もおらず、「次回運航14:00受付」と書かれた掲示と、連絡先の電話番号があるだけでした。
試しに電話してみると、この日は満潮のために水位が高いので、いつ出航できるかは確定できないといわれ、とりあえず14時に乗り場に再度来て欲しいと言われました。
最終的に、船が出たのは14時半ごろ。
結局、30分の船旅のために、3時間半くらいを周囲の別の予定で埋める必要がありましたので、前後の予定が詰まっていたら、参加出来ないところでした。
船旅そのものは、のんびりと心地よいもので、案内のスタッフさんも親切でしたので、いざ乗ってしまえばとても良い旅なのですが、潮の干満や集客度に左右されて出航予定が定まらないので、利用する際には時間に余裕を持ったプランニングが不可欠です。

The morning of midsummer at Lake Shikotsu was sparkling and very beautiful. I was lucky to see the Chitose plum blossom algae as well. You do get a bit wet from the water, but I highly recommend it.

真夏の朝の支笏湖はキラキラとして、とても綺麗でした。千歳梅花藻も見ることが出来てラッキーでした。まあまあ水はかかって濡れますが、おススメです。

It was an amazing kayaking experience guide by our guide, Risa. The weather was a little gloomy but it created a beautiful mountain view shrouded by the mist. We also kayak along the River Chitose that was quiet and calm, allowing us to be close to nature. The highlight was when we spotted 4 huge blue carps in the river swimming under our kayaks. Most importantly, the tour was perfect because of our guide, Risa. Risa was friendly, relaxed, and was adept at striking good, pleasant conversations. Overall, I highly recommend anyone who is dropping by this lake to take this tour.

Our guide Mr. Jumbo was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was our first time to have kayak in Hokkaido. We learned a lot from Mr. Jumbo. He taught us how to appreciate the beauty of nature, and he even let us have a taste of the green onion leaves near the river side. It’s a wonderful experience that I’ll recommend for people going to 支芴湖！

Feeling the pleasant breeze on my body while rowing was refreshing. It seems that the weather can affect the event, but I had a great time.

気持ちいい風を体に受けて、オ―ルを漕ぐのは清々しかった。天候にも開催が左右されるようですが、楽しかったです。

The guide was kind, polite, and entertaining, which quickly eased my tension and helped me grasp the tips. I was able to experience snorkeling upstream, and it was a fulfilling tour with plenty of activities. Picking fruits along the river and getting a glimpse into the lives of the islanders was a valuable experience. I will never forget the coffee and the taste of passion fruit we had during our break.

親切・丁寧・面白いガイドで、

On the day of the visit, I was surprised by the unusual heat for Hokkaido, but the coldness of the water in Lake Shikotsu and the Chitose River was actually refreshing.

What amazed me the most was the clarity of the water! It was a completely fresh experience compared to the view from land.

We floated down the Chitose River for about 200 to 300 meters, enjoying a leisurely time while learning about the plants on the shore and underwater.

After that, we paddled to Lake Shikotsu, which was also a great workout. Time flew by, and I found myself wanting to do it again.

当日は北海道らしからぬ暑さでどうなることかと思いましたが、支笏湖と千歳川の水の冷たさが逆に心地よかったです。
何より驚いたのが水の透明度！
陸上から見る景色とはまた違い、新鮮な感覚でした。
千歳川を200～300メートル下り、岸や水中の植物等の説明をしてもらいつつ、のんびりした時間を過ごせました。
その後は支笏湖までパドルを漕ぎ、いい運動にもなりました。
時間があっという間に過ぎてしまい、またやってみたいと思いました。

The staff were very accommodating and kindly taught us, making our first kayaking experience very enjoyable. I was surprised by the high transparency of Lake Shikotsu! Since we used clear kayaks, we could see beautifully underwater. We were also blessed with good weather, making it a wonderful experience.

スタッフの方々の対応も良く、親切に教えていただき、初めてのカヤックもとても順調に楽しむことができました。
支笏湖の透明度の高さにはびっくり！クリアカヤックなので、水の中もきれいに見えました。天候にも恵まれ、とてもいい体験ができました。

I was really worried about whether beginners could paddle smoothly to the lake, but thanks to the careful instruction, we were able to paddle much better than we expected! Paddling on the bright blue lake while watching the fish was refreshing and amazing!!! I want to go again.

On the day, the wind was calm, and I was able to ride the kayak without any swaying. The bottom of the kayak was transparent, allowing us to see the riverbed and lakebed through the clear water. The guide was kind and taught us with great care, making it the best experience. It was a pity that it was drizzling, but I want to try again!

I was able to enjoy kayaking with peace of mind on a tour by a professional diving shop. Our family of four split into two kayaks. We leisurely paddled along the river and lake, seeing fish along the way and listening to our guide's stories. I was moved by how such a blissful and relaxing time could exist. The guide took photos at various points, and I was very happy to receive them later for free via AirDrop. I think this is a tour that people of all ages can enjoy, as there were small children participating as well. I have come to love kayaking.

本格的なダイビングショップによるツアーで、安心してカヤックを楽しむことができました。家族4人で２つの艇に分かれて乗りました。のんびりと川そして湖を船で進み、途中魚を見たりガイドの人の話を聞いたり、こんなにゆったりとした至福の時間があるんだ、と感動しました。ガイドの方が随所で写真を撮ってくださり、後でair dropで無料でいただけてとても嬉しかったです。小さいお子さんも参加されており、老若問わず楽しむことができるツアーだと思いました。カヤックが大好きになりました。
