At first, I was really worried about whether I could ride, but they kindly taught me, and after practicing several times, I was able to ride properly! Along the way, we stopped many times, and they explained various interesting facts about Okinawa in a fun way. The scenery was also wonderful, and I’m really glad I experienced it! It's no surprise that there are many repeat customers. Someone in the same group mentioned it was their fifth time. I definitely want to do it again!

最初は本当に乗れるのか不安でしたが、とても親切に教えていただき何度も練習して、ちゃんと乗れるようになりました！途中、何度も止まって、いろいろな沖縄の知識を面白楽しく説明もしてもらい、景色も素晴らしく体験してみて本当に良かったです！リピーターが多いのも納得です。同じグループでご一緒した方は５回目と言われていました。また絶対したいと思います！

Although I signed up myself, I was a bit anxious about possibly being a burden to my teammates since I'm not very athletic. However, the instructor taught us very well, and it turned out to be a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. It was great that we had a photo time during the session and got to hear stories about the geography of Ishigaki Island and some interesting tidbits from a nice viewpoint. I highly recommend this experience not only to those who haven't tried Segway yet but also to those who have experienced it elsewhere! My husband also said he had a great time. We definitely want to participate again next time. Thank you for your hospitality!

自分で申し込んでおきながら、運動音痴なので同じチームの方々に迷惑かけてしまうかも⁇と恐るおそるの参加でしたが、インストラクターの方が上手に教えてくださり本当に心に残る楽しい体験となりました｡途中で撮影タイムを設けたり、眺めの良い場所で石垣島の地理や小ネタなどのお話も聞けて良かったです。感動のセグウェイを体験していない方はもちろん、他所で経験済みの方々にも是非オススメです‼︎夫もホントに楽しかったと喜んでいました。また是非次回も参加したいです｡お世話になりありがとうございました。

My mother-in-law had wanted to ride a rickshaw for a long time, and she was very happy. Although it's local for us, it seems she enjoyed feeling like a tourist.

At first, I was worried if I could ride it, but after the training, I got used to it quickly. I enjoyed looking at the plants in Banna Park, crossing bridges, and spending a fun and fulfilling time. I highly recommend it!

最初、乗れるかな？大丈夫かな？と不安でしたが、講習もあり、すぐに慣れました。バンナ公園の植物を見たり、橋を渡ったり、密度の濃い楽しい時間を過ごせました。オススメです！

This time, I chose horseback riding with Moon River Horse as a birthday present. I felt fortunate that the timing finally matched during the most wonderful season of autumn foliage, when it was neither too hot nor too cold, despite the weather, sudden emergencies, and the horse getting injured.

Since it was in the mountains, Google Maps kept spinning and I couldn't reach the destination, arriving after the scheduled time while bothering them with phone calls. Nevertheless, they provided thorough explanations about the horses and shared the owner's journey to this point, answering all my many questions patiently. I usually act with plenty of time to spare, but I reflected on that this time.

I rode NANA, and the other horse was Biscuit. The owner had trained them very well; they were calm, and I was able to enjoy the experience safely throughout. At the end, we sanitized our hands, nervously fed them some carrots, and got to see their teeth (laughs). Finally, as a gesture of gratitude, I brushed them. I learned about the pressure points that horses find pleasurable, and by the end of these three hours, I had gained quite a bit of knowledge about horses.

As a present, it was greatly appreciated, and I enjoyed it myself as well. Together with the photos taken, it became the best memory.

今回は、誕生日のプレゼントとして、Moon River Horseさんの乗馬を選ばせて頂きました。
天候や急用が出来たり、馬が怪我をした等・・・やっと日程が合った時期が、紅葉の最も素晴らしい、暑くも寒くもない最高の時期となったことを幸運に思いました。
山の中ですので、途中からGoogleマップがクルクル回り一向に辿り着かず、何度も電話して迷惑を掛けながら、予定を過ぎての到着。にも関わらず、丁寧な説明や、馬の事、オーナーご自身のここに至るまでの経緯等々・・私の沢山の質問にも１つ１つ丁寧にこたえて下さいました。元々何事にも時間的余裕を持って行動する性格なのですが、今回ばかりは反省しました。
私はNANAちゃん、もう一人はビスケットちゃん。オーナー様に大変躾よくされているのでしょう、大人しく、始終安心して楽しむことが出来ました。
最後には、手指消毒をし、人参を少し怖いながらもあげ、歯並びなども見せて頂きました（笑）。最後はお礼の意を込めてブラッシング。馬が気持ち良いとされるツボの位置まで教えて頂き、この3時間で馬の事が随分詳しくなれました。
プレゼントとしてもとても喜んで貰え、同時に私自身も楽しめ、撮って頂いた写真合わせて、最高の想い出となりました。

Even though I've visited Kamakura many times, I felt like it was my first time. The person who pulled the rickshaw was a pleasant individual with a high level of professionalism. While I can't say it was cheap, I am very satisfied this time.

何度も訪れている鎌倉なのに、初めて訪れたような気持ちになりました。人力車を引いて下さった方は、プロ意識の高い気持ちの良い方でした。
お安いとは言えない金額ですが、今回は大満足です。

I was a bit anxious about riding a Segway for the first time, but the guide was fun, and I quickly got used to it while riding around the park. They also took photos, creating great memories. If you're unsure, you should definitely give it a try; you won't regret it.

はじめてのセグウェイで乗れるか不安もありましたが、ガイドさんが楽しいかたで公園内を乗っているうちにすぐに乗り慣れることができました。

I have experienced horseback riding several times, but this was the first time I was able to ride for such a long time in such a spacious area. On the day of the experience, we arrived on time, but the tour did not start at all. It seemed that the previous tour was delayed, and in the end, our tour started 40 minutes late. Since it was our last day of travel, I was very anxious, and for travelers with limited time, a 40-minute delay is significant. It seemed that our reservation had not been properly noted, as we were repeatedly asked, "Did you really make a reservation?" "When did you make the reservation?" "What course did you book?" It felt as if we were being blamed, creating an uneasy atmosphere even before the tour began.

Once the tour finally started, I felt sorry for the horses that were made to run while still tired from the previous tour. The tour itself lacked any lectures (we were only shown a file book beforehand), and it started in a disorganized manner, leaving me with many questions in my mind, which made it difficult to enjoy the horseback riding. Since this was our third time riding, we managed to get by, but I can imagine that first-timers would be quite confused.

By the way, there was no apology for the delay in starting the tour (they mentioned that it was due to the previous tour participants being late, but I wish they would consider our situation).

体験日当日、定刻に到着したものの、ツアーが一向に始まらず。どうやら私たちの前のツアーが遅れていたようで、結局40分遅れでツアーが始まりました。旅行最終日だったのでとても焦りましたし、時間に限りがある旅行者にとって40分のロスはとても大きいです。そもそも私たちの予約を把握されていなかったようで、何度も「本当に予約したのか？」「いつ予約したの？」「予約したコースは？」などと、まるでこちらに非があるかのように聞かれ、開始前から不穏な雰囲気が漂っていました。
いざツアーが始まってからも、前のツアーで疲れた状態のお馬さんをそのまま走らせるのが気の毒でなりませんでした。ツアーそのものも、レクチャーも全くなく（事前にファイルブックを見せられただけでした）、グダグダな中で始まったので、頭の中にずっと疑問符が浮かんでいて、乗馬そのものをあまり楽しめませんでした。私たちは今回で３回目の乗馬だったのでなんとかなりましたが、初めての方だったら、さぞ戸惑うのではないかと思います。
ちなみに、ツアーが遅れて始まったことに対する謝罪はありませんでした（前のツアー参加者が遅れてきたせいだと言っていましたが、そんなこと聞かされるこちらの身になって頂きたいです）。

Since I had some horseback riding experience, I practiced a bit in the arena before heading out for the trail ride. Riding in the wide open fields, especially in the rich course with grasslands and small paths, was amazing. The gentleman was very friendly and a great person.

乗馬経験があったので少し馬場で練習し外乗りへ出発。草原や小道など富んだコースで特に広い草原での乗馬は最高でした。おじさんは気さくなとても良い方でした。

In the blazing sun, I received careful instructions on how to ride. Additionally, I was able to enjoy running through the vast park while being guided about the flora and fauna for about two hours.

炎天下の中、丁寧に乗り方の指導をして頂きました。また、約２時間ほど動植物等のガイドをして頂きながら，広大な公園を走行し楽しむことが出来ました。

I was on my way to the store to rent a bike in the morning when I encountered heavy rain. Since the weather forecast predicted clear skies in the afternoon, I called to discuss my situation, and they kindly agreed to push back my reservation. Thanks to that, I was able to ride the bike in beautiful weather and visit the places I wanted to go! I made some wonderful memories!!!

午前中から借りる予定でお店に向かっていたところ、大雨に遭いました。天気予報では午後は晴れの予定だったため電話で相談したところ、快く時間を後ろにずらすことを引き受けてくださりました。おかげで、快晴の中バイクに乗ることができ、行きたかった場所へも行くことができました！とても楽しい思い出ができました！！！

I experienced it for the first time three years ago, and it was so much fun that it has become the main event of my trips to Ishigaki Island! The instructors were very attentive, so I felt safe, and the two hours flew by. I want to enjoy it again when I come back to Ishigaki Island.

3年前に初めて体験し、楽しすぎて、石垣島旅行のメインイベントになりつつあります！インストラクターの方がとても目を配ってくださるので、安心してできますし、あっという間に2時間がたってしまいました。また石垣島に来たら楽しみたいです。

I checked the location in advance and arrived early, so I had ramen at a nearby diner before going. Thank you for taking photos in the rain. I hope to work with you again if there's another opportunity. It was great to have the place to ourselves. I made wonderful memories.

We visited with five guys, and we had a great time. The instructor's chatter was enjoyable, and we had a nice atmosphere. We quickly got used to the Segway, and it felt great.

I also recommended it to a friend who is going on a trip to Ishigaki soon.

Visiting seven shrines and temples was more exhausting than I expected. I recommend electric bicycles for anyone who isn't confident in their leg strength. The reduced travel time was fantastic.

7か所の神社・仏閣の見学は思いの外、きつかったです。脚力に自信ある女性の方以外は電動自転車をお勧めします。移動時間短縮は最高でした。

I booked the 60-minute course.
It was great to learn about the history of Kamakura while receiving explanations.
My child was also very satisfied!
I would love for a 90-minute course plan to be created.

I was a bit nervous since I was alone, but thanks to the polite, kind, and sometimes playful (laughs) rickshaw puller, I had a comfortable and enjoyable time. They were also very attentive to safety and considerate of those around us. I was happy that they took photos for me as well. When traveling alone, it's hard to get pictures of myself. I would love to request their service again if I have the chance.

女性一人だったので少し緊張していましたが、丁寧で優しく、時々お茶目な（笑）俥夫さんのおかげで、快適で楽しい時間になりました。安全や周りの方への気遣いも細やかでした。写真撮影してくださるのも嬉しかったです。一人旅だと自分の写真がなかなか撮れないので。また機会があればお願いしたいです。

I took a stroll through the spacious park on a Segway. Along the way, our guide explained the nature of Ishigaki Island, including plants and birds. I felt like riding even more.

The meeting point was in Zone C, so I ended up going deep into the park, but if you park your car at the North Entrance parking lot along the prefectural road, the Segway meeting point is right next to it, so please be careful not to get confused. Don't worry, there are restrooms nearby.

You will wear a helmet, but you'll first put on a paper hat, so it's all good. There's also a tea service available.

　広い公園の中をセグウェイに乗ってお散歩。途中、植物や鳥など石垣島の自然についてガイドさんが説明してくれます。もっともっと乗りたい気分でした。

　集合場所は、Ｃゾーンとあったので公園奥まで行ってしまいましたが，県道沿いから北口駐車場に車を止めると、すぐ隣がセグウェイの集合場所なので、間違えないようにしてくださいね。トイレは近くにあるので安心してください。

　ヘルメットをかぶりますが、最初に紙帽子をかぶるので大丈夫です。お茶のサービスもありますよ。

The guidance was excellent, and everyone was able to control it immediately. There were people among the participants who lived nearby and shared the same interests, which led to some great connections.

指導が上手く全員がすぐにコントロール出来ました。参加者の中に家近、同趣味の方が居て出会いもありました

Despite the unfortunate strong winds and rain, I was able to enjoy riding a Segway through the expansive, undulating park. The instructor provided thorough guidance, even though I was the only participant, and took many photos and videos. At first, I felt the cost was a bit high, but considering the long riding time and the safety ensured by proper equipment maintenance, I think it's a reasonable price. The only regret is that the weather was bad, so if I have the chance, I would like to participate again and enjoy the views from the park.

It was my second time, and I had an even more upgraded and enjoyable experience. The instructor's talk was fun, and it was great to reconfirm the same route as last time. I will definitely come back in a few years.

2回目でしたが、さらにグレードアップし楽しい時間をすごせました。インストラクターの方の話も楽しく前回と同じルートを回ることも再確認できよかったです。また必ず数年後に来ます。

Overall, it was good. However, the handle adjustment was off, and I went downhill quickly three times during the tour. I managed to regain my balance twice, but on the third time, I fell and injured my leg. I haven't gone into detail about that, but it still hurts. It's quite a significant wound.

全体的に良かったです。
ただ、ハンドルの調整がおかしくて、直ぐに下ってしまい、ツアー中３度もあり、2回は体制を整えたが、あと1回は転倒して足を負傷してしまいました。それを詳しくは伝えてないけど、まだ痛いです。かなりのキズです。

Since it was a weekday, I was the only participant, but they kindly guided me and proceeded at my pace, making it a very comfortable tour experience. They took me to places that I wouldn't have seen otherwise, and it was truly a fulfilling tour. Thank you very much. The guide took a photo of me from behind at the end, but I forgot to have it transferred to my smartphone, which is a shame. There's no way to get in touch, right? (laughs)

平日ということもあり、参加者が私一人でしたが、快く案内してくださり、私のペースに合わせて進めてくださったのでとても快適なツアー参加となりました。こういう機会でないと見られない所にも案内してくださり、本当に充実したツアーでした。ありがとうございました。ガイドの方が最後に後ろ姿の写真を撮ってくださったのですが、それをスマホに転送してもらうのを忘れたのが残念です。連絡取りようがないですよね？（笑）

Thank you for guiding us through the Hakone Forest Course the other day.

We took several short breaks to match the pace of the children, during which you kindly explained a lot about the nature of Hakone. Thank you for your kindness. Riding mountain bikes and traversing the forest trails was a refreshing experience for our family. Even a few days after the tour, the children are still happily talking about it.

Next time we have the opportunity to go to Hakone, we would like to try a different course. Thank you very much.
