We set off when the weather started to look a bit suspicious. The weather, which had somehow held up, soon turned into a light rain, followed by a thunderstorm and strong winds! The horses were trying to gallop back to the stable. That day, I experienced a slow gallop to make up for the delay caused by grazing, but in the end, we were desperately trying not to be thrown off at quite a fast pace! According to the bandana-wearing guy, it was the heaviest rain he had seen in over 30 years of experience!

お天気が少し怪しくなり出した頃出発。何とかもってたお天気はポツポツ雨の後、雷雨と突風まじりに！馬も駆け足で厩舎に戻ろうとする。その日、道草を食った遅れを取り戻すゆっくりした駆け足を初めて経験した処だったが、最後はかなりの速脚で振り落とされまいと必死！バンダナオヤジから30年以上の経験で一番の大雨との事!

We rode just one area, but it was surely fun. Friendly staff told us interesting stories around Asakusa, even to local Japanese. It was a very hot summer day, but riding a rickshaw was very cool. We had a very good time.

Starting with a courteous pick-up, the 30-minute lesson, the trail ride through town, beach horseback riding, and including insurance and helmet rental, along with lunch, I think this price is a great deal. Personally, I belong to a riding club, and just an hour of trail riding can often cost around 10,000 yen when you include insurance and equipment. Yet, I felt that this plan allowed us to ride for a solid hour and a half. I believe this is thanks to the attentive staff and the well-trained horses.

The riding style is Western, so those accustomed to British style might feel a bit confused. However, a horse is a horse, and there was joy in experiencing different ways of riding.

The horse I rode was laid-back, so it didn't rush and moved at a leisurely pace. The staff seemed a bit apologetic about the slower pace, but I actually felt more at ease riding that way.

I would like to participate again.

丁寧な送迎に始まり、３０分間のレッスンに、町中の外乗りに、海岸乗馬、更に保険とヘルメットレンタルこみで、その上にランチ付きでこの価格は、お得だと思います。個人的に乗馬クラブに所属していますが、1時間程度の外乗りだけでも、保険やヘルメットなどの道具を含めたら一万円近くする事はよくあります。なのに、今回のプランはしっかり馬に1時間半は乗っていたと思います。これも丁寧なスタッフとよく調教されているお馬さん達のおかげと思いました。
　乗馬スタイルはウエスタンスタイルなので、ブリティッシュスタイルの方は若干戸惑うと思います。しかし、お馬さんはお馬さんなので、いろんな乗り方を体験する楽しさがありました。
　今回私が騎乗したお馬さんは、マイペースタイプでしたので、バンバン走る事はなく、ゆったり進んでくれました。スタッフの方は、遅れ気味に進む事に申し訳なさそうでしたが、私は返って安心して乗れました。
　また、参加したいと思います。

It was great to explore the spacious Ban Na Park on a Segway! The guide was kind and provided clear explanations, making it easy for beginners to get accustomed quickly. They also allowed free movement in the square, and it was fun and impressive to speed along the straight course. I would love to experience this tour again when I visit Ishigaki!

広いバンナ公園をセグウェイで観光できるのがとても良かったです！
ガイドさんも優しくて分かりやすい説明なので初心者でもすぐに慣れます。
広場では好きに動く時間を設けてくれたり、直線コースをスピード出して進むのが面白くて印象的でした。
また石垣に行ったら体験したいツアーです！

We visited Ishigaki Island for our honeymoon. I had always wanted to try riding a Segway, but I never had the opportunity until I found out I could do it in Ishigaki, so I made a reservation.

I heard that due to COVID, the limit is four people, but on the day of our ride, it was just the two of us. The guide was very attentive and provided thorough instructions, and we had plenty of practice. They also provided us with water, which was reassuring.

We explored the park extensively, and the guide took many videos and photos along the way, creating wonderful memories. While we were riding the Segway, the guide also shared information about Ishigaki Island and the local plants, which was very helpful for us as first-time visitors.

Above all, the guide was incredibly entertaining, and we truly had a great time! I would definitely like to request them again when we visit next time!

新婚旅行で石垣島へ訪れました。セグウェイには一度乗ってみたかったのですが、なかなか機会がなく石垣島でできると知ったので予約しました。
今はコロナの関係で4人までが定員と伺いましたが、当日はわたしたち2人のみでした。
ガイドさんが丁寧に教えてくださり、練習もばっちりとしてくれました。お水もいただけたので安心です。
公園内をたくさんまわり、途中途中でムービーや写真もたくさん撮ってくださりいい思い出になりました。
セグウェイ乗ってる間もガイドさんが石垣島や植物の案内もしてくださり、石垣島初めてのわたしたちにとってはありがたかったです。
なによりガイドさんがとても面白い方で本当に楽しい時間を過ごせました！！！
また行く際はぜひお願いしたいと思います！

I was treated very kindly. I was worried about whether I could keep up, but I was encouraged many times and was able to do my best. I often go to Hakone, but it was refreshing to experience places outside of the tourist spots, and I was especially happy about that. I would like to request this again next time, so I want to work hard on my daily training.

Even in 2021, planning trips during the COVID-19 pandemic is challenging. I thought the risk of infection would be lower outdoors, so I made a reservation on a whim. The horses I waited for all had their own personalities and were all adorable. I think those who own dogs can understand the charm of horses as well. It's truly healing. I feel like I want to ride horses again even after returning home (I will definitely go back to play). I believe experiencing horseback riding is worth it in the long journey of life.

2021年になってもコロナ禍で旅行も選んでプランニングですから大変です
屋外であれば感染リスクも少なくすむかと思いつきで予約してみました
待っていた馬たちも皆性格がありどれもかわいかったです
犬飼ってる人なら馬のかわいさも伝わるかと思います
癒されます
帰っても馬に乗ってみたくなるくらいですから(確実に遊びに行く)長い人生の中で乗馬体験しても損はないと思いますよ

It was my first time riding so many! The guide explained a lot and took many photos for us. The Segway experience was amazing. I want to try it again when I go to Ishigaki Island.

At first, the child seemed nervous about riding a rickshaw for the first time, but thanks to the brother who called out their name many times and said, "Let's go!" they quickly became comfortable with him and appeared to be enjoying themselves.

Before getting on and while taking photos, he was diligent about sanitizing, and they had proper COVID-19 measures in place.

Riding on a vehicle that was taller than cars felt like being in an open-top car (which it actually was), and since the weather was nice, it was very pleasant.

The heated flooring (laughs) was also effective, and with the warm clothing provided, we were able to enjoy sightseeing without feeling cold.

I definitely want to ride again!

最初は初めての人力車に緊張していた様子の子供も、
お兄さんが名前を沢山呼んで「しゅっぱーつ！」とお声がけしてくださったおかげですっかりお兄さんにも慣れ、楽しんでいる様子でした。
乗る前も、写真を撮ってくださる際も、マメに消毒をしていらっしゃり、
コロナ対策もしっかりされておりました。
車より高さのある車両から道路を走る様子はオープンカーのようで（実際そうですが）、天気も良かったのでとても気持ち良かったです。
床暖房（笑）もきいており、防寒対策もいただいていたので寒さを感じずに観光を楽しめました。
また是非乗りたいと思いました！

I used a rickshaw for the first time. It was comfortable to ride, and I wasn't cold thanks to the double blanket. It was a great experience thanks to GOTO. The inn was reserved just for us, so we could relax.

人力車は初めて利用しました。乗りごこちは良く、毛布の二重にして寒く無かったです。GOTO のおかげ体験です。旅館が貸し切りでゆっくり出来ました。

I participated with my mother and sister! It was my first ride, and I had a great time! I would like to join another course!

Our family of three went on our first Segway ride. We were looking forward to it, but it kept raining on and off, and I thought it might get canceled. Luckily, the weather gods were on our side. After receiving a thorough lesson from the instructor, we headed into the park. At first, I was a bit wobbly, but once I got the hang of it, it was so much fun. I wished I could ride more. The instructor was also enjoyable to chat with, and they took lots of videos and photos, creating truly wonderful memories for our family. If I have the chance to visit Ishigaki Island again, I definitely want to go Segway riding.

It was a family-run ranch with kind people, where I learned how to handle horses in the enclosure and then spent quite a bit of time exploring the vast pastures. I thoroughly enjoyed riding in the wonderful scenery. They took many photos for me, gave me potatoes, and finally drove me back to my accommodation.
It became the best memory.
I definitely want to visit again.

親切なご家族で経営している牧場で、囲いの中で馬の操作を教えてもらった後、広大な牧草地をかなり時間をかけて散策しました。素晴らしい景色の中、存分にライディングを楽しみました。写真をたくさん撮ってくれたり、ジャガイモくれたり、最後は車で宿まで送ってくれました。
最高ので思い出になりました。
また是非お世話になりたい。

It was an incredibly fun ride, and since I don't get to do it often, I thought this was a great opportunity for my second time on a rickshaw! They took photos for me and provided explanations about the town, which was really helpful. I would love to do it again next time!

My first horseback riding experience.
Inside the enclosure, I met the horse that had been assigned to me in advance. After learning how to ride, we headed towards the sea.
On the way to the beach, we crossed a crosswalk while riding the horse and lightly galloped on the beach, making for a refreshing experience!
Throughout the journey, the guide provided careful advice and took photos for us, and we received the photos and videos for free, which made for wonderful memories!

はじめての乗馬体験。
柵の中で、あらかじめ割り当てられた馬と対面します。乗り方の練習を一通り教わったあと、海へ向かいました。
海へいくまでに馬に乗りながら横断歩道を渡ったり、ビーチでは軽く馬を走らせたりと、新鮮な体験ずくめでした！
道中ずっとガイドの方が、丁寧にアドバイスをくれながら写真撮影をしてくれ、写真や映像も無料でいただけたので、とても良い思い出になりました！

We participated as a family of six. We raced through the mountains on mountain bikes and thoroughly enjoyed the deep nature of Hakone under Mr. Kato's insightful commentary. Our youngest, who is in fifth grade and whom I was most worried about (though I wasn't really that worried), ended up leading the way, competing with his older brother and Mr. Suzuki, and had the most fun. The older sisters and mom also enjoyed themselves at their own pace. Next time, I would like to try a different course with the whole family, including our second daughter who couldn't join this time.

家族6人で参加しました。野山をマウンテンバイクで駆け抜け、加藤さんのアジのある解説のもと、箱根の奥深い自然を満喫できました。一番心配していた(実はあまり心配していなかった)小5の末っ子もお兄ちゃんや鈴木さんと競うように先頭切って走って一番楽しんでました。お姉ちゃん達、ママもマイペースで楽しんでました。今度は別のコースを今回参加できなかった次女も一緒に家族全員で走ってみたいです。

I was taken to a place that is difficult to reach on foot. Not only our tour guide, Mr. Suzuki, but also the staff from the Hakone Visitor Center accompanied us and provided explanations about Hakone's nature, allowing us to learn a lot. There were steep slopes that felt tough on my usually lazy legs, and my backside was sore afterward, but I had a great time. Thank you very much.

歩いて行くには大変な場所に連れていっていただくことができました。
ツアーガイドの鈴木さんだけではなく箱根のビジターセンターの方もついて箱根の自然について解説をしてくださるので学ぶことができます。
ふだんサボっている足にはきつく感じる上り坂もあり、終わったあとはおしりも痛いですが、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

It was incredibly fun to be able to use a Segway over a wide area! The guide occasionally shared interesting stories about the plants of Ishigaki Island. Experiencing the pleasant breeze while feeling a good sense of speed is something unique to Banan Park in Ishigaki Island!

ガイドの方が時々話してくれた、石垣島の植物の話は、とても興味深いものでした。そして気持ち良い風の中かなりスピード感も味わえるのは、石垣島のバナン公園ならではの事と思います！！

Our driver guide Kuzuki was energetic and fun
He covered some of the local street districts and backward while offering background commentary and some fun jokes
In the quiet geisha district he covered a little of their history and culture
We also visited 2 of the oldest shrines in Tokyo
Behind the Sensoji shrine and a Buddhist monk
Have us an unpected gift on leaving which also seemed to surprise Kuzuki
Pictures were taken in a few key spots and story telling w/ voices and singing occurred on our ride and tour- an enjoyable 2 hours!

It was my first time in Ishigaki Island and my first time on a Segway! ✩.*˚ Since it was just my husband and me, we were able to enjoy it in a relaxed manner without anyone else joining us. Fortunately, the weather was great, and even in December, it was warm enough to wear short sleeves, allowing us to ride comfortably in nature. The instructor was also very polite, and the explanations were easy to understand, plus we even had a tea time. I definitely want to stop by again when I travel to Ishigaki Island. After the Segway experience, we enjoyed strolling around Banna Park as well.

他の方と一緒にはならず私たち夫婦だけだったのもあり、気楽に楽しめました！
幸いお天気も良く、12月でも半袖で過ごせるほどの気候で大自然の中を気持ちよく乗ることが出来ました。
インストラクターの方も丁寧で、説明もわかり易く、ティータイムまでありました。
また石垣島に旅行した際は是非立ち寄りた糸思います。
セグウェイ体験が終わってもバンナ公園を散策したり楽しめました。

After receiving a riding lesson, I rode my horse across a meadow where sheep were grazing, through the forest, and up to a hill overlooking the sea. I took my time to fully enjoy the great outdoors. A person from Hokkaido who joined me said, "There aren't many places where you can ride freely like this." It was a wonderful experience. After riding, I also enjoyed interacting with the horses.

　乗り方のレクチャーを受けた後、羊が歩く草原を横切り森を越えて、海を見下ろす丘まで馬に乗り歩きました。たっぷり時間をかけ大自然を満喫。ご一緒した北海道の方が｢こんなに自由に外乗りできるところは、ここくらいですよ｣と教えてくれました。とても良い体験でした。乗馬の後も馬たちとふれあい満喫しました。

The guide was very impressive, and the Segway was easy to operate, making for a very enjoyable experience. The weather was a bit off, but the scenery was nice.

Once you ride a rickshaw, you'll want to ride it again. The person pulling the rickshaw is very good at explaining things and also skilled at taking photos. I had a great time in Otaru as well.

人力車は一度乗ったら、また乗りたくなります。

小樽でもとっても楽しく過ごすことができました。

The rickshaw driver let us choose our favorite course and was cheerful while entertaining my 4-year-old child who was riding with us. It was a pleasant experience to leisurely explore the downtown area in a comfortable rickshaw while listening to recommendations for shops and interesting facts about Asakusa. The children we passed all looked enviously at us, and I felt it was great to have been able to let my child experience this at least once. However, I think it was also a good decision to choose a shorter course, as children can get bored along the way (it can be dangerous if they start to fool around on the rickshaw...). I personally would have liked to ride a bit longer.

After the ride, we received seasonal stickers (it's autumn now) and discount vouchers for our next visit that can be used at branches across the country, including Kyoto, which makes me want to ride throughout the seasons. They also made sure we had a proper bathroom break before the ride, and I was especially happy that we weren't rushed.

担当の俥夫さんは好きなコースを選ばせてくれましたし、同乗した４歳の子供の相手も笑顔でしてくれました。オススメのお店や、浅草の豆知識などを聞きながら、乗り心地の良い人力車で下町をぶらり、良い気分でした。すれ違う子供たちはみんな羨ましそうに見てました、やはり一度は乗せてあげられて良かったと思いました。ただ、途中で飽きてしまうので、短いコースにしたのも正解だったと思います。（車の上でふざけ始めると危ないですから･･･）私自身はもう少し乗っていたです。
乗車後季節のシール（今は秋）と京都など全国の支店で利用できる次回優待券もいただいたので、四季を通して乗りたくなりますね。乗る前にしっかりとトイレタイムもとってくれましたし、何より急かされなかったのが嬉しかったです。

What a fun day! Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly and although his English was a little limited, went out of his way to explain to us the sights. Biking and kayaking were both very fun and the scenery was amazing!

My first Segway experience. I learned a lot about the trees and animals in Bannai Park during the tour. It was a quick two hours. I will come again!

I have done a Segway tour in Miyako Island as well, but this tour had a wide course and plenty of time, so I was satisfied. If the price were a bit lower, I would rate it even higher.

セグウェイは宮古島でもやったことがありますが、こちらのツアーはコースも広く時間もたっぷりあるので満足でした。
もう少しお値段が安くなればもっと評価は高いのですが。

I felt that there was no adjustment for ride comfort or height when borrowing, and the service varied greatly depending on the person, so I won't be using it a second time.

借りる時に乗り心地や高さの調整もなく、人によって対応が全然違うと思った事もあり2度目の利用はないです
