始めは恐々削っていましたが、慣れてくると楽しくなって、カラーグラスでもう少し凝った作品にチャレンジしたいと思いました。
体験としてはとても楽しかったのでまた体験したいと思います。

It was a direct experience that made me realize just how difficult this art form is, and I truly appreciated its value. On the third day after bringing it home, I washed it... Although it's a rather clumsy piece I made myself, it has become a precious souvenir that carries the unique cultural scent of Okinawa. I hope Bingata becomes more widely known.

We were concerned about doing this….as it is described as “glass etching”. Something we have not done ever in our life, but we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised at the process. The instructor took us step by step to explain the technique of glass etching and he was to patient and calm during the whole process. I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends and family. It was just steps outside of the Asakusa train Station….so convenient.
