I used the "Round Trip Discount Ticket" from Higashi Bus for the transfer between Ishigaki Airport and the remote island terminal. Here are some points I felt after using it:

1. It is 100 yen cheaper for a round trip compared to paying directly with an IC card or cash. You can easily purchase and exchange it on the bus.

2. Be careful about getting on the wrong bus. The bus terminal has direct buses to the airport from companies other than Higashi Bus. This round trip ticket is exclusively for "Higashi Bus," so you cannot use it on buses from other companies. I recommend checking carefully before lining up at the boarding area.

石垣空港と離島ターミナルの移動で、東バスの「往復割引乗車券」を利用しました。実際に使ってみて感じたポイントを共有します。

1. 直接ICカードや現金で支払うよりも、往復で100円安くなります。バスで簡単に購入・引き換えができます。

2. 乗り間違いには要注意です。バスターミナルには、東バス以外にも空港行きの直行バスが停まっています。この往復チケットは「東バス」専用なので、他の会社のバスには乗れません。乗り場に並ぶ前に、しっかり確認することをおすすめします。

I showed my smartphone screen when boarding and received a round-trip ticket. It was convenient since I didn't need any coins and the price was discounted, making it a great deal. I want to use it again next time.

I asked the driver to wait a bit because I wanted to buy some souvenirs, and he readily agreed. While driving, he talked about various things, but since we were heading to Yufuin, he seemed to have a negative opinion about it, sharing many comments about how there’s nothing there or that it’s not great. Since there were seven of us friends, it turned into a laughing matter, but I think some people might feel their spirits dampened by such comments. Well, I suppose it’s good if he was just gauging the mood of the people he was talking to...

お土産を買いたいので少しまってほしいとお伝えしたらすんなりと了承していただきました。運転手の方は走行中も色々な話をしてはくれるのですが、今から湯布院に行くという中で、湯布院のことをあまり良く思ってないのか、何もないとか良くない話が多かったです。
私達は友人7人で行ってたので笑い話になりましたが、人によってはテンションが下がると思いました。
まぁ人を見て話してくれてたなら良いと思いますが…

We requested airport transportation for four adults with one regular car. We paid an additional fee of 1,020 yen for using the highway and arrived in 50 minutes. It was the right decision to use the highway, as the morning security check at Oita Airport was very crowded.

I used the hotel transfer service from Naha Airport. Without having to wait in line for a taxi on a weekend afternoon, I was able to travel to downtown Naha at a fixed rate, and even if we hit traffic, I didn't have to worry about the meter and could relax knowing I would be taken to my destination safely. The driver's service was excellent, and I was able to travel comfortably. I would like to request this service again next time.

週末の午後のタクシー待ちの行列に並ぶことなく、那覇市内定額で、万一渋滞にハマってもメーターを気にせず目的地に安心して送迎して頂けました。

There are many hotels within walking distance from the island terminal, making it very convenient. The usage is also very simple. When boarding from the airport, show the voucher issued by Veltra to the driver and receive your ticket (round trip). The driver will detach the ticket when you get off, so please present it as is. The bus has a front boarding and rear alighting system.

離島ターミナルから徒歩圏内にはホテルがたくさんありますので便利です。利用方法もとても簡単です。空港から乗車する時にVeltra発行のバウチャーをドライバーさんに見せ、乗車券（往復）を受け取ってください。降車時にドライバーさんが乗車券を切り離しますので、そのまま提示してください。バスは前乗り前降りです。

I used the bus round trip between Ishigaki Port Terminal and the airport. Currently, it's 550 yen one way. It's nice that there's a total discount of 100 yen for a round trip! I would like to use it again in the future.

I traveled with my elderly mother. We used a wheelchair at the airport, and it took quite a while to reach the arrival lobby, but the driver waited for us the whole time and was very kind in assisting my mother with getting in and out of the vehicle.

I recommend booking a transfer taxi in advance on this site when traveling with elderly parents.

高齢の母を連れての旅行でした。飛行場で車椅子を使用させていただき、到着ロビーに辿り着くのにかなり時間を要しましたが、運転手の方はずっと待っていてくださり、乗車の際も母の乗り降りもとても親切にお手伝いしてくださいました。
高齢のご両親を連れてに旅行される際には、送迎タクシーの予約を事前にこのサイトにてされる事をお勧めします。

I always use it when staying for more than 24 hours without using the bus for round trips to the airport. I'm grateful that there are a decent number of services operating.

I was worried about the meeting point, but when I got close to the designated area, I was able to meet the driver, which was a relief. The driver was very kind and attentive, providing an airport transfer service that helped ease the fatigue from the long flight. We had a bit of trouble finding our accommodation due to our lack of information, and we wandered around for a while, but the driver didn't show any unpleasant attitude at all and was very helpful in searching for it together with us. I regret not requesting the same company through VELTRA for the return trip. I definitely won't make that mistake again in the future.

When taking the bus from the airport, I initially went to the wrong bus company, but the driver kindly informed me that I needed to go to the other one.

When boarding the bus from the airport, you show the driver your voucher on your smartphone to exchange it for a ticket. On the return trip, you just hand over the ticket when you get off.

It's recommended because you don't have to worry about having small change, and it's a bit cheaper than paying in cash.

空港からバスに乗る際、最初は他のバス会社の方に行ってしまいましたが、運転手さんがもう1つの方だと教えてくれました。　
空港からの行きのバスで乗る時に運転手さんにスマホでバウチャーを見せ、チケットに引き換えてもらいます。帰りは降りる際に、チケットを渡すだけ。
小銭の準備を気にしなくて良いのと、現金支払いするより少しお得なのでオススメです。

Smooth service from a slightly delayed flight into Oita and travel to Yufuin. Felt very safe. There was an issue with the vehicle passenger door locks when I got dropped-off (not a staff issue, and it was not a big deal at all although i felt the driver was a bit embarrassed). Would highly recommend and use again on my next trip to Kyushu.

Despite informing them of the arrival flight number, there was no communication regarding the meeting location. As a result, it took time and effort to arrange the meeting, and the meeting point ended up being in an inconvenient location for me.

I used the shuttle service from a hotel on the west coast of central Okinawa to Naha Airport. The interior of the car was clean, and the driver's service was polite, making it a comfortable end to my journey. I plan to use this service again next time.

沖縄中部西海岸のホテルから那覇空港までの送迎で利用させて頂きました。
車内は清潔、運転手さんの対応も丁寧で、快適に旅の最後の移動となりました。

This was my fourth time using the service. This time, I was taken directly from Naha Airport to my hotel on the Chubu West Coast. During the ride, they kindly asked, "Are you okay with the restroom?" which allowed me to travel comfortably to my destination without having to hold it in. I will definitely use this service again when I visit Okinawa.

My luggage was quickly retrieved, and I arrived at the meeting point early, where I was already greeted. They promptly brought the car around. いち早く荷物が出て、ひち早く待ち合わせ場所に行ったが既に待っていて呉れ、直ぐに車を回して呉れた。車も綺麗に整備されスムースで安心な運転。更にとても丁寧で控えめだが、静かに道中で時々の説明をして貰い、とても気分の良いドライブでした。安心安全で気分の良いサービスは印象深かった。

The round-trip discount ticket to the remote island terminal can only be purchased in cash from the driver at the time of boarding, but it was great that I could buy it in advance with points and a credit card, and just show the voucher on my screen!

離島ターミナルまでの往復割引乗車券は、乗車時に運転手さんから現金でのみ購入できるのが、事前にポイントとクレジットカードで購入して、バウチャーの画面を見せるだけで、良かったです♪

I used this service for work. One person's flight arrived late, but they waited patiently. They took us from the airport to the hotel in Onna Village, and the driving was courteous and good.

I used it from Sapporo to Tomamu. Perhaps because it was a weekday in September, there seemed to be no one boarding from New Chitose Airport, so we went directly to Tomamu and arrived in about 2 hours. Depending on traffic conditions, you may need to consider a range of travel times.

札幌→トマムで利用しました。９月の平日だったためか、新千歳空港から乗る人もいなかったようでトマムまで直行で、約2時間で着きました。交通事情によっては時間に幅あることを考慮しなくてならないでしょう。

It's great that round-trip tickets can now be purchased with points and cards instead of just cash! When showing the driver the screen, please make sure to communicate that it's not a free pass to avoid any confusion.

This is my third time using this service. I can travel from Naha Airport to my hotel at a fixed rate, regardless of traffic conditions, and I can board without waiting in line for a taxi on the weekend, which is very convenient during my stay in Okinawa. The driver's service is also excellent, and I am always taken to my destination comfortably. I would like to use this service again next time.

We used a jumbo taxi from Oita Airport to our hotel in Yufuin with six friends! We were greeted upon arrival, and there was guidance along the way from the car window, which made the start of our trip exciting.

I received my checked luggage much faster than expected, so I arrived at the meeting point significantly earlier than my scheduled pickup time. The driver was already waiting for me and provided a pleasant experience. The approximately one and a half hour journey was comfortable. I would like to request this service again for my next hotel transfer.

The time from reservation to confirmation was very quick, allowing me to embark on my trip without any stress. The driver's service and driving on the day were very polite, making the travel experience comfortable and pleasant. I definitely want to request this service for my next trip as well.

The driving was comfortable, safe, and fast. The timing and thoughtfulness of stopping at a convenience store along the way were great. It was a pleasant two hours with a comfortable pace of conversation.
