It was crowded during Golden Week, but since the tour had secured parking and lunch spots in advance, there was no need to wait or line up, which made us feel the privilege of being on a tour.

I was glad to fully enjoy this world heritage site that I want to visit at least once. The time management and lunch were also very satisfying.

Shirakawa-go, which is not easily accessible from Tokyo, had a heavy rain forecast, but I thought there wouldn't be another chance like this, so I signed up.

Among a tour mostly consisting of international travelers, I was able to take my time exploring, and the weather wasn't too bad, so I was satisfied. The food was simple but delicious.

The tour guide this time was good, but I would have liked to meet the famous tour guide mentioned in everyone's reviews.

東京からだとアクセスの悪い白川郷、土砂降り予報だったけどこんなチャンス無いなと思って申し込みました。

ほぼ海外の方のツアーの中、ゆっくりまわることができ天気もそこまで悪くなく満足でした。
ご飯も素朴で美味しかった。

今回の添乗員さんも良かったですが、皆さんの口コミにあった名物添乗員にお会いしてみたかったです。

英語通訳さんは会話は普通なのに肝心の案内が辿々しくて海外の方が可哀想でした。

I participated in this tour with my mother. The weather was great, and we had the best time sightseeing in Kyoto! Since we could always find seats on the bus, we enjoyed the full day of sightseeing without getting tired. The tour guide was kind and provided us with a lot of information, making it more meaningful than exploring on our own. Lunch and admission fees were included, which made it feel like a great deal. I would love to join another tour!

As soon as we realized we wouldn't make it on time due to traffic, we quickly got off the bus and walked together to Shirakawa-go. Our guide also shared great recommendations for souvenirs and local cuisine, creating many unforgettable memories that we wouldn't have experienced otherwise. This was a unique type of guide. I hope we can meet again somewhere.

渋滞で間に合いそうにないと判断するや、すぐにバスから降りて歩いて全員で白川郷に向かったり、おすすめのお土産やグルメ情報を教えてくれたり、なかなか経験出来ない思い出が沢山できました。今までにないタイプのガイドさんでした。

This tour allows for a relaxed pace, which is wonderful. The local cuisine for lunch was delicious, and we were shown photo spots. They took us by bus to the observation deck, provided us with a map of the village, and informed us about souvenirs that can only be purchased in Shirakawa-go. We had plenty of time to leisurely explore the village, enjoying Hida beef croquettes, doburoku, and gohei mochi, taking photos and buying souvenirs. It was a fantastic experience. Additionally, the guide and driver were very pleasant, making it a memorable trip.

このツアーはゆったり時間をとってあるのでとてもいいです。郷土料理の昼食も美味しく、フォトスポットも教えてもらえたり展望台迄バスで連れて行ってくれ、集落の地図や白川郷でしか買えないお土産を教えてもらったり、ゆっくりと集落を散策できる時間がとってあるので、飛騨牛コロッケ、どぶろく、五平餅等を食べたり写真撮ったりお土産買ったりとてもいい時間が過ごせました。又ガイドさんや運転手もとても感じの良い方だったので、良い思い出になりました。

The weather wasn't great, so my mood didn't reach its peak, but it was wonderful to walk through the scenery that I had only seen in videos and photos until now. I also thought the tour guide's explanations were spot on. Additionally, the access from Kanazawa was manageable in terms of scheduling, making it suitable for families with children. Honestly, I had no expectations for lunch, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. I'm glad I participated in this tour, and I would like to visit again in a different season. I recommend participating as an optional tour from Kanazawa.

天候が今ひとつだったので、気分が最高まで盛り上がらなかったのですが、今まで映像や写真でしか見た事がなかった景色や、その中を歩く事が出来てとても良かったです。添乗員さんの説明もポイントをついていて良かったと思います。また、金沢からのアクセスがスケジュール的に無理がなく、子供連れの家族参加でも問題がありませんでした。ランチは正直、全く期待していなかったのですが、美味しくいただく事が出来ました。このツアーに参加して良かったですし、違う季節にまた行ってみたいと思いました。金沢からのオプショナルツアーとしての参加おすすめです。

I had a short stay and couldn't take my time to look for souvenirs. I wanted to try some sweets too. The Kyoto cuisine was very delicious. However, it seemed that the foreign guests at the next table left quite a bit of food. You can also enjoy food tours, so maybe consider the meal plan? Isn't it a bit too extravagant?

This time, we used the opportunity to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was like a relay from Fushimi Inari to Kiyomizu Temple, then to Kinkaku-ji, and finally to Arashiyama. I was particularly moved by the thousand torii gates and the bamboo grove. It had been a long time since my school trip to Kyoto, and I was really looking forward to it, and it met my expectations. This happened last year, but I was surprised by the river rafting incident. When I actually participated, the three boatmen took turns at the front and back, providing enjoyable commentary and giving us a sense of security. It was fun to watch them skillfully navigate through the rough spots and dangerous rapids. Perhaps it was due to some difference in their "technique" that I felt the fear of the water and the fear of nature during that incident. Since this is a traditional activity, I hope to continue passing down those "skills" and safely enjoy that wonderful nature again. I think it's amazing how the scenery changes with the seasons.

利用したのは去年の事ですが、この川下りの事件を見て、驚きました。
実際に乗った時は、船頭さん３人が前後交代しながら楽しく解説してくださり、安心感を与えてくれていました。ドンとくるところとか、急流・交流で危険なところも「技」で越えていくのを楽しく見せていただきました。その「技」の何かの違いだったのでしょうか、水の怖さ、自然の怖さを感じた事件でした。伝統的なものですので、「技」をしっかり受け継いで、あの素晴らしい自然をまた安心して見に行きたいと思います。四季によって景色が変わるのは素晴らしいと思います。

The most challenging aspect was that the lunch venue did not have chair seating, and it was uncomfortable to sit on cushions on the floor. There was no way to order drinks, only tea served in a pot. I would have liked to have a beer since I was thirsty. Additionally, there was a lack of information about why it is a UNESCO World Heritage site and what makes it special; the explanations were very superficial. There were many foreign guests, but the English announcements were inadequate. I hope for improvements.

I participated from Kyushu, and it was my first time at Kyoto Station, which was large and difficult to find the meeting place. I finally figured it out after checking with people around me.
About 80% of the participants were foreigners, and the guide efficiently provided information in both English and Japanese, which seemed challenging, but I felt reassured and was able to participate comfortably.
We visited Kyoto's famous sites in one day, and since most of the travel was by bus, we could smoothly reach our destinations and had a fulfilling day.
If I have another opportunity, I would like to participate in other plans as well.

九州からの参加でしたが、京都駅が初めてで広く、集合場所が分かりづらかったです。周囲の方に確認してようやく分かりました。
参加者の8割が外国の方で、ガイドの方が英語、日本語とテキパキと案内され、大変そうでしたが、安心して参加出来ました。

It was my first family trip to Kyoto, and I was glad that we arrived at our destinations smoothly without getting lost during the bus transfers. Occasionally, the guide changed, but they were very kind and attentive, which made me feel at ease. We were able to visit all the sightseeing spots in one day, but since the COVID situation has settled down, there were many other tourists at the spring attractions. Because of that, we couldn't take our time sightseeing, and if we have another opportunity, I would like to join other plans as well. It was great that even small children could participate without any difficulty.

初めての京都家族旅行でしたが、バス移動で迷わずスムーズに目的地に到着出来たので良かったです。
時々、担当のガイドの方が変わられることがありましたが、とても親切丁寧で安心できました。
行きたい観光地を1日で廻ることができましたが、コロナが落ち着き、春の観光地は他の観光客も多かったです。そのため、ゆっくり観光ができず、また機会があれば、他のプランにも参加したいです。

This was my first time participating. I chose this plan to visit many famous tourist spots in Kyoto in one day. Since Kyoto Station is large and it was my first time there, I got a bit lost trying to find the meeting place. There were two Japanese people and 95% of the participants were foreigners. Our guide, Ma-chan, provided a very pleasant experience with fluent English and polite Japanese while guiding us through temples and castles. I felt very comfortable during the ride. Besides sightseeing, I enjoy food tours and browsing souvenir shops, so I chose not to have lunch. It was fun to stroll around while enjoying local ice cream and otabe. I live in Osaka, and it was my first time visiting Fushimi Inari and Kinkaku-ji, places I've always wanted to see. The course included four stops, and I found the duration to be just right—not too long and not too short. Thank you very much! ^ - ^

日本人が2人。外国の方が95%乗車の参加日でした。ガイドのまーちゃんさんは流暢な英語と丁寧な日本語で、寺院、お城などの案内をしてくださり、とても気持ちよく車内を過ごせました。観光以外、食べ歩き、お土産屋さんをのぞくのも楽しみなので、昼食無しを選びました。ご当地のアイスやおたべをいただきながら、ぶらりとするのも楽しかったです。大阪に住みながら、いつか行ってみたいと初めて訪れた伏見稲荷、金閣寺。4か所巡るコースでしたが、私的には滞在時間は長すぎず短すぎずの絶妙でした。ありがとうございました〜^ - ^

We participated as a family of four. The tour guide's stories were interesting and filled with useful information, making our time on the bus enjoyable. In Shirakawa-go, which welcomed spring, we had a generous two and a half hours for exploration, allowing us to fully appreciate the gassho-zukuri village. The lunch we had in a renovated room on the second floor of a gassho-zukuri house, featuring Hida beef with bamboo leaves, mountain vegetables, and soba, was delicious, and we left Shirakawa-go feeling satisfied. In the afternoon, we explored the gassho-zukuri village in Gokayama. We heard various stories about Gokayama's gassho-zukuri during the bus ride, which was very informative. Actually, this was a tour I had initially booked three years ago in spring but had to cancel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It felt like a long-awaited assignment after three years, and I am very satisfied to have finally participated in the tour to the gassho-zukuri.

家族4人で参加しました。添乗員の方のお話は面白く且つためになる情報満載で、バスでの移動中も楽しい時間を過ごせました。春を迎えた白川郷では散策時間が2時間半たっぷり取られており、合掌造り集落を堪能することができました。合掌造りの2階をリノベーションしたお部屋で頂いた飛騨牛の朴葉味噌に山菜、蕎麦などの昼食も美味しく、満足して白川郷を後に。午後は五箇山の合掌造り集落を散策。五箇山の合掌造りについてもバスの車中でいろいろなお話を伺い大変有益でした。最後の休憩を兼ねた白海老煎餅焼き体験も楽しく、8時間余りのバスツアーは退屈することもなく、一日楽しませて頂きました。どうもありがとうございました。
実は3年前の春にも一旦予約しておきながら、コロナ禍のためやむなくキャンセルしたツアーだったのでした。今回3年越しの宿題という感じでしたが念願の合掌造りへのツアーに参加させて頂くことができて、大変満足しています。

先日は弊社ツアーにご参加いただきありがとうございました。当日は天候に恵まれ空も晴れ渡った気持ちの良い、正に「ツアー日和」となりました。他にもご家族連れの方々が何組か参加され楽しそうに集落を散策されていましたね。

It was great that we could efficiently visit multiple tourist spots. The positive aspect is that although the schedule was tight, we were able to go to several places in one day. It was enjoyable to see various sights within a limited time, reminiscent of a school trip.

On the downside, the lunch was not good. I made a reservation thinking it would be difficult to find a place to eat since all the restaurants would be crowded if we didn't include lunch, but the cold dengaku, lukewarm yudofu, and the overall taste of the dishes were disappointing, and I couldn't eat much... It left a negative impression. Additionally, some foreign tourists were not punctual, which caused delays as they didn't return on time, making it difficult for the guide who had to call out names loudly to find them.

　効率よく観光スポット巡りが出来るので良かったです。良かった点は時間はタイトですが、1日で数ヶ所に行く事が出来る事。限られた時間の中であれこれ観て回るのも修学旅行の様で楽しかったです。
残念だった点はランチが美味しくなかった事。ランチ付にしなければ　どこのお店も混んでいるので食事をとるのは難しいだろうと思い予約しましたが、冷めた田楽や煮物　ぬるい湯豆腐　お料理自体の味もイマイチで箸が進まず…良い印象は残りませんでした。他には、外国人観光客の中には時間にルーズな方がいて　毎回定刻通りに戻らないため　待たされました。ガイドさんも大声で名前を読んで探しているのが大変そうでした。

It was closer to Shirakawa-go than I expected, and I was able to get there quickly. I had planned to return by Shinkansen that day, but I had plenty of time and was able to enjoy it. Also, with lunch included at this price, I am very satisfied.

On the day of our visit, it was quite crowded due to the holiday, so we made a reservation. Although there are several boats available on the day, it's recommended to book in advance since there might only be afternoon departures if you go in the morning.

After checking in, we were quickly guided to board the boat. The captain we had was very skilled at storytelling, making it a fun experience that we wanted to keep listening to, with laughter echoing on the boat. There were spots where cherry blossoms were blooming, which were beautiful, and we even encountered wild monkeys, making it a valuable experience.

In mid-March, masks were required due to infection control measures. There were life jackets available to wear around the waist. If you ask the captain, they can provide proper life jackets for you to wear.

It's very unfortunate that an accident occurred the following week. I hope they establish a thorough safety system and reopen soon.

私たちが乗った船は船頭さんがめっちゃ口が上手く話し上手でずっと聞いていたくなるぐらい楽しい時間で船上は笑い声が響いてました。
所々、桜が咲いていたところもあり綺麗で野生の猿にも遭遇し貴重な体験をさせて頂きました✨

感染症対策でマスクの着用はありました。
腰に巻く救命胴衣もありました。
船頭さんに言えばきちんと着る用の救命胴衣も貸して頂けます。

翌週に事故が起こってしまいとても残念です。
万全の安全体制を築き早めの再開を待ってます。

The time management was very good, and it was nice to see everything smoothly. I think that guides in overseas tours tend to provide more detailed explanations compared to Japanese guides. If they could provide more in-depth explanations, I believe it would make the long journey more enjoyable without getting bored. Both the guide and the driver were very considerate, which was great. I think if the company prepared detailed scripts in both Japanese and English, it would make things easier for both the Japanese and English guides.

海外などのガイドを見ると、日本のガイドより詳しくいろいろと説明してくれる傾向があると思います。
掘り下げた説明をもっとしてもらうと長い道中飽きずに楽しめると思います。

It's a unique experience to be able to visit so many places in just one day on a tour! Even the small troubles faced by guests were handled smoothly thanks to the wonderful support from our tour guide. Bravo! Hiro, our guide, was fantastic, and his personality and work ethic made for a memorable experience.

I believe there were participants from five different countries? Everyone was smart, and the bus environment was pleasant from start to finish. It's understandable why this tour is popular, as it covers globally renowned tourist spots. The schedule is tight, but there's plenty of time for sightseeing. Even those with walking aids were able to enjoy the tour.

I opted for the admission tickets and lunch, which was definitely the right choice. It was smooth and stress-free. I would love to participate again. Thank you very much!
