My first solo bus trip. I participated from Okinawa in my 50s.
The initial nerves disappeared, and I had a great time!
It's a simple course, but I realized that the fun of a bus trip can be multiplied depending on the tour guide. I would like to use this service again. Thank you to the driver and the tour guide (Mr. Kuroda) for your support!

シンプルなコースですが、バス旅の面白さは添乗員さん次第で何倍も楽しめるなぁと改めて思いました。また利用したいと思います。運転手さん、添乗員さん（黒田さん）お世話になりました！

I had a very enjoyable day.
My husband and I planned a trip to Kyoto, which we hadn't done since middle school, but we struggled with using public transportation to get around. At that time, I came across this tour and thought it was perfect, so I signed up right away.
The tour guide provided us with a lot of information, making it a wonderful trip.
It brought back memories of our school trip in middle school, and we had a great time.
I also thought it would be nice if there were more tours for places we haven't visited yet, but that might be difficult.
If there's another opportunity, I would like to request it again.

自分達で、交通機関を使い見学するのに苦戦していました。その時に、このツアーを目にして、これだと思いすぐに申し込みをしました。

It was my first tour of Shirakawa-go, and it was truly amazing! The driver was very adaptable, using back roads during heavy traffic, and I appreciated their safe driving. Additionally, our guide, Mr. Kuroda, provided very detailed and interesting commentary. Following the guide's advice, I enjoyed sightseeing and visiting cafes, making for a really fun day. I already want to go back in winter!

初めての白川郷のツアーでしたが本当に最高でした！ ドライバーさんは、大渋滞の中、裏道を使うなど臨機応変でしかも安全運転に好感が持てました。さらにガイドの黒田さんのお話は、大変丁寧で細やかで大変面白かったです。ガイドさんのアドバイス通りに観光&喫茶巡りをし、本当に楽しい一日でした。
また、冬に行きたくなりました。

I was able to visit many places in one day. The wait times were short, and I think it was efficient. Since there are many foreigners, I recommend it if that doesn't bother you.

1日でたくさんの場所を回れました。待ち時間も少ないし、効率よく行けたと思います。外国の方が多いので、気にならなければお勧めです。

- I wanted to climb to the top of Fushimi Inari Taisha. A round trip in two hours is impossible due to physical stamina and sightseeing time.
- Kiyomizu-dera is indeed great. The Otowa Waterfall was crowded, and I had to wait 30 minutes.
- Kinkaku-ji looks beautiful from the outside, but it's disappointing that you can't enter the building, especially since the entrance fee is high.
- Arashiyama has many places to see, eat, and souvenir shops, so there wasn't enough sightseeing time. I want to cool my feet in the Katsura River and relax more.

This time, there were many participants, and the "meal included" option was not available (two groups including myself), but I hope that everyone who wants it can choose the "meal included" option. Considering age and cultural customs, it would be nice to have a choice of meal types (price increase acceptable). Also, for me and my wallet, it's difficult to fill up on street food; there weren't any proper restaurants at the current sightseeing spots (only shaved ice shops). Additionally, there are no places to eat in the Kyoto Station building for those returning home after sightseeing (I couldn't find any), so I would appreciate an option for a dinner-inclusive course.

・伏見稲荷大社は山頂まで登りたかったです。
　往復２時は体力と観光時間のため無理ですが。
・清水寺はやはり良いですね。音羽の滝が混雑で30分待ち。
・金閣寺は外観綺麗ですが建物中に入れず残念、
　拝観料が高いのに。
・嵐山は見るところ、食べるところ、お土産屋等が沢山あり
　観光時間が足りません、桂川で足を冷やし、もっと涼みたいです。

なお今回参加者多くて「食事付き」選択不可（私を含め２組）でしたが
希望者全員が「食事付」選択できるようにして欲しいです。
年齢や国風習等もあり、食事種類を選べるとうれしいです（金額Up可）。
また私もおサイフも、食べ歩きでは満腹困難、今の観光地は、ちゃんと食事の
できるお店がありませんでした（飯屋は皆無、かき氷屋ばかり）。
また京都駅ビル内は、観光終了後に自宅に帰る人向けに食べる場所が
無いので（見つけられない）、夕食付オプションコースもあればうれしいです。

I finally made it to Takayama and Shirakawa-go. I was able to visit both places without worrying about transportation, which was a relief. I would have loved a bit more time in Takayama, but it can't be helped. In Shirakawa-go, I was taken to the observation deck, so I didn't have to worry about that either. It was a fulfilling day. The fact that the second person was free as part of the monitor participation was the deciding factor for my final decision. There were also people from overseas. I had a great time.

念願の高山・白川郷へ。交通手段を気にせず安心して二ヵ所を巡ることができました。高山はもう少し時間があれば嬉しかったですが、仕方がないですね。白川郷は、展望台まで連れて行ってく
れたので、これまた心配せずにすみました。充実した１日でした。
モニター参加で、２人目は無料というのも、最後に申込む決め手となりました。海外からの方もいらっしゃいました。楽しみました。

In Takayama, I ate Takayama ramen, visited the Jinya, and walked through the old town. The ginjo soft serve was delicious. I got a blister on the way, but the staff at the town's pharmacy were very kind. The scenery of Shirakawa-go was breathtaking. If I have the chance, I would like to visit during the snowy season as well. It was the best day that will remain a lifelong memory. Thank you very much.

高山では、高山ラーメンを食べ、陣屋を見学し、古い町並みを歩きました。吟醸ソフトクリームが美味しかったです。途中靴擦れになりましたが、町の薬局の方がやさしかったです。白川郷の景色は感動的なものでした。機会があれば雪の時期にも行ってみたいです。一生の思い出に残る最高の1日になりました。ありがとうございました。

I wanted to visit Shirakawa-go, but it was far from Nagoya and driving ourselves would be difficult, so we used this bus tour. The two hours of free time in both Takayama and Shirakawa-go was just right. It was helpful to receive recommendations for spots to visit before getting off the bus. It turned out to be a very enjoyable day, thank you.

白川郷に行ってみたかったのですが、名古屋から遠く自分達で運転するのは大変なので、こちらのバスツアーを利用しました。
高山と白川郷それぞれ2時間のフリータイムというのが、ちょうどよかったです。
バスを降りる前におすすめのスポットを教えてもらい、助かりました。

It was a hot day, but I really enjoyed the scenery in Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go. The blue sky and clouds over the mountains were beautiful, and Takayama was beautifully decorated just before the Tanabata Festival.

Since it was a larger, multinational tour, the guide skillfully used English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese to share recommendations and efficient routes for each group during the travel time. Thanks to that, I was able to relax and enjoy tea and meals, which made it easier to manage my energy despite the heat.

I also appreciated the care shown, like asking, "Isn't it hot?" from the meeting time. I think it would have been difficult to explore this area on my own in one day, so joining the tour was definitely the right choice. Thank you for your assistance.

暑い日でしたが、飛騨高山も白川郷も景色を楽しめてとても良かったです。
山の青空と雲はとても美しく、また高山はちょうど七夕祭の前で街の飾りがきれいでした。
人数多目、多国籍のツアーだったので、
移動時間中にガイドさんが英語、中国語、ハングル、日本語を駆使して、参加グループごとに、オススメポイントや、効率よく周れるルートを教えてくれました。
おかげで、ゆっくりお茶や食事をすることができて、暑い中でも、体力的に余裕ができました。

また、集合時間の時から「暑くないですか？」など、気遣ってくれているのがありがたかったです。
自分でこの場所を1日で周るのは難しいと思うのでツアーに参加して大正解でした。

This time, I requested an English guide, and the guide was truly wonderful. It seems that they studied English as a result of working in this field, and I was impressed by their ability to communicate without any issues. They had a wealth of local knowledge, and the conversation was very interesting and enjoyable (they were also good at telling jokes in English).
Tourists from various countries participated in the tour.
Lunch was included, and the price was reasonable.
I was very satisfied that I could easily take a day trip from a tourist city like Kanazawa to see a World Heritage site. I would like to visit again with friends if the opportunity arises.

今回、英語でのガイドをお願いしましたが、ガイドの方が大変素晴らしかったです。英語をこちらのお仕事をされることがきっかけで勉強されたらしいのですが、全く支障なくコミュニケーションが出来るレベルで感服いたしました。地域の知識も豊富で、お話も大変興味深く楽しかったです。（ジョークも英語でお上手でした。）
ツアーには、世界各国からの旅行客が参加されていました。
お昼ご飯もついていて、値段もリーズナブルでした。
金沢のような観光都市から気軽に日帰りで世界遺産を見に行くことが出来て、
大変満足でした。また機会があれば、友人等と訪れたいと思いました。

The plan itself was very good. However, perhaps the food photos were too appealing... for those who came from overseas or for those who think of this as a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Kyoto, it may be hard to recommend due to personal preferences.

Additionally, since Kiyomizu has many attractions, if you choose a plan that includes meals, having a bit more free time would allow for more enjoyable exploration, which would likely increase satisfaction (it might be good to allocate some time for the next visit to Kinkaku-ji as well...).

For the final stop at Arashiyama, if there were a note stating "JR time to the disbanding location at Kyoto Station is free for each person," those who want to leisurely explore Arashiyama could plan their own itinerary, which would add even more enjoyment to the tour.

It's a good plan, and I hope it gets even better.

プラン自体はとても良かったです。
ただ、食事写真が良すぎたのか…わざわざ海外から来られた方や、一生に一度の京都と思って食事を楽しむつもりの方には、好みはありますが、おすすめしにくいです。
また、清水は見どころが沢山あるので、食事をつけるプランにするなら、もう少し自由時間が長いほうが散策も楽しめて、満足度は高まりそうです(次の金閣寺散策時間を少しあてても良さそうですが…)。
最後の嵐山も「解散場所の京都駅へのJR時間は各自自由」の文言があれば、ゆっくり嵐山を散策したい方は各自でみたい場所の計画をたてられそうなので、さらに楽しみが増えそうなツアープランだと思います。
良いプランなので、さらに良くなるように祈ります。

I am a bilingual Japanese person. I participated in the tour because it was conducted in English and Chinese. Even though I arrived late, I was able to enjoy the planned duration of the stay and explore various places. The highlight was that the guide (Christy) provided information in advance and answered questions, which was satisfying. This tour may not be suitable for those who only understand Japanese, but for those studying English, I think it’s a great opportunity to talk with people from different countries and have fun. Since there is quite a bit of walking, I recommend wearing sneakers. At Oshino Hakkai, there is spring water from Mount Fuji, so if you bring a plastic bottle, you can fill it up for free.

時間は、遅れて到着しても、予定通りの滞在時間
がもらえて、各地楽しく散策できました。
ポイントは、ガイドさん(Christy)が、事前に教えて
くれるし、質問にも答えてくれるし、満足でした。日本語しかわからない方は、不向きなツアーですが
英語を勉強している方には、色んな国の方と
お話できるし、楽しめると思います。
かなり、歩くのでスニーカータイプがお薦め。
忍野八海では、富士山の湧水があるので
ペットボトルを持って行ったら無料でお水が
汲めますよ。

I was worried since I made the reservation from Kyushu. On the day of the tour, I was surprised by everyone’s punctuality, arriving 15 minutes early. I tend to be a bit early myself, but when I went to check in, I was almost at the end of the line. However, thanks to that, both the departure and return times were early, and I was very satisfied.

The tour guide's explanations were enjoyable, and I took thorough notes to fully appreciate Shirakawa-go. My favorite café was closed. The guide was fluent in English, which made foreign guests feel at ease. It seemed they were very considerate even for solo travelers, especially regarding lunch seating.

The lunch was delicious, and the driver was safe. It was a very enjoyable trip to Shirakawa-go. Thank you very much.

九州から予約したので、大丈夫かなあと心配しました。当日、皆様の15分前行動にびっくりしました。
私も大概気が早いですが、受付開始に行くとほぼ最後のほうでしたね。でもおかげさまで、出発時間も帰りの時間も早くて、とても満足でした。
ツアーガイドさんの説明が楽しくて、しっかりメモして白川郷を堪能しました。お気に入りの喫茶店は、お休みでした。英語も堪能で外国人の方も安心でした。一人旅でもすごく気を遣っていただけるみたいでした。昼食の席など。
昼ごはんも美味しかったです。運転手さんも安全運転でした。
とても楽しい白川郷の旅となりました。ありがとうございました。

Kuroda-san, our guide, was amazing! I appreciated that there was no pressure from the guide and that we were allowed to explore independently. I think it must have been challenging to engage with such a diverse group of international tourists. They also pointed out great photo spots. Thank you very much!

One downside was that while I learned a lot about the charm of Shirakawa-go, I felt a bit lost regarding the spots in Takayama. If possible, since this is not a place we can visit multiple times as tourists, I would appreciate advice on the following:
1. Must-see places (locations, food, history) for this tour
2. Places (locations, food, history) to visit next time, even if we couldn't go this time
3. Photo spots

I would love to join you again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for a wonderful time!

ガイドさん独特の圧もなく、自主性に任せてくださり感謝でした。
国際色豊かな観光客相手でなかなか話題も難しかったと思います。
写真撮影スポットとかも教えて頂きました。有難うございました！
残念だったところは、白川郷の魅力は色々教えて頂きましたが、
飛騨高山のスポットがいまいちわからないまま、
観光していたという感じでした。
出来ましたら、観光客目線で行けば何回も行ける場所ではないので、
①今回のツアーで押さえるべき所（場所・グルメ・歴史）
②今回はいけないけど次回、行くべき所（場所・グルメ・歴史）
③撮影スポット
など、アドバイス頂けると助かります。
また、機会があればご一緒させてください。

The departure and meeting point were written as Kyoto Station, so I thought we would be on the bus until the end and bought a lot of souvenirs. Then, at the very end, they handed out JR tickets from Arashiyama to Kyoto Station and told us to return individually. I was disappointed that it wasn't to the meeting point at Kyoto Station as stated.

出発と 解散場所が 京都駅と 書いてあったので
最後まで バスだと思って お土産も 沢山買っていました。
そしたら 最後の最後に 嵐山から 京都駅まで JRの 切符を 渡すので 各自 帰って下さいとの事でした。
どうして 書いてあった 解散場所の 京都駅までじゃなかったのか ガッカリでした。

The lunch included in the tour was greatly appreciated. On July 16th, it was hot, as expected in the basin city of Kyoto. The sightseeing bus tour from Fushimi Inari Taisha to Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama was optimal as it allowed for breaks along the way. The bus served as a refuge from the blazing sun, making it a strong ally for us first-timers. We had lunch at a scenic spot on the approach to Kiyomizu-dera, and arrangements for the admission tickets were made while we ate. What excellent coordination!

Thanks to this, we were able to participate in the Yamaboko Junko the next day with energy. (We also relied on VELTRA for the procession. From the taxi pickup, our spirits were high. We never expected to be able to visit Honno-ji, which was a big surprise.)

For first-timers, especially during the busy season, I think there are various tour options available. Thank you very much.

７月１６日、暑いのひとこと。さすがは。盆地の街、京都。伏見稲荷大社から、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山方面観光バスツアーは、目的地までの間に休息ができ最適。照り付ける太陽の下にあって、バスが避難場所。初めての私達にとって、強い味方でした。清水寺の参道では、見晴らしのよい場所で昼食。食べている間に、拝観券の手配。なんと手回しのよいこと。
おかげ様で、翌日も元気に山鉾巡行に参加できました。（巡行もベルトラさんにお世話になりました。迎えのタクシーから、気分はアゲアゲ。まさかの本能寺にお参りできるとは、思ってもいません、大サプライズ。）
初めてで、特に混む季節は、ツアー様々だと思います。ありがとうございました。

We couldn't visit all the courses on our own, so it was great to be taken around by bus. However, I couldn't hear the guide's voice well, so I missed the explanations of the sightseeing spots.

自分たちでは、すべてのコースはみてまわれないので、バスでつれていってもらえて良かったただ、ガイドさんの声が後まで聞こえなくて観光名所の説明がわからなかった

The tour guide was friendly, so I didn't feel lonely or anxious participating alone. The explanations of each sightseeing spot were easy to understand.

添乗員さんが気さくなので1人で参加しても寂しさや不安はありませんでした。各名所の説明も分りやすかったです。

I was able to experience the World Heritage sites of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. It was great. While each area recorded the highest temperatures of the season, I was troubled by the heat, and it was disappointing that the observation deck in Shirakawa-go was under construction, preventing me from fully enjoying the view. I would like to visit again in a different season after some time.

The bus had safe driving, and the air conditioning worked well, making it comfortable. The guide's explanations were also easy to understand. I thought it would have been better if the morning departure time had been 30 minutes later, and if we could have returned to Kanazawa using the expressway like we did on the way there.

白川郷と五箇山2地区を巡り、世界遺産を味わうことができました。よかったです。各地で今季最高気温を記録する中、暑さに参ったことと、白川郷の展望台が工事中で展望を十分に楽しめなかったことが残念でした。期間をおいて違う季節に訪れたいです。
バスは安全運転で、冷房もよく効き快適でした。ガイドさんの案内もよく分かりました。朝の出発時刻があと30分遅く、帰りも行きと同じように高速を利用して金沢に戻れないかとも思いました。

Also, we could not go to Gotemba Outlet due to traffic congestion.

日本語でのガイドがあるのかと思っていた。日本語の案内がないならわかりやすく記載してほしいです。ガイドさんは非常に丁寧でした。

また、旅程に含まれていた御殿場アウトレットに交通渋滞により行けなかった。

My grandson and his mother (both Americans) wanted to see Mount Fuji, so we participated in the tour.

The English guide was great. Although we couldn't see Mount Fuji, we had plenty of fun with the matcha experience, Oshino Hakkai, and Gotemba Outlet.

日本初めての大学生になる孫と母親(共に米国人)が富士山を見たいというので参加しました。

英語ガイド良かったです。富士山は見えませんでしたが、抹茶体験、忍野八海、御殿場アウトレットで十分楽しんでもらえました。

Our guide and chauffeur where very kind and helpful.
The lake kawaguchi and the visit of the sanctuary so peaceful after the crowded lake was magical.

It was hot, but the guide was very kind, and it became a wonderful memory. I also got to see a foreigner's great fortune omikuji for the first time, and I have a feeling that something good is coming my way! I definitely want to participate again!

This product is a bus charter, not a tour. The differences from a regular bus tour are as follows: 1: Basically, almost all participants are foreigners from Asian countries. Many are quite open to communication, so for those who are sensitive, it's recommended to bring noise-canceling headphones as a precaution. 2: There are no assigned seats, so you may find yourself pushed by those who go ahead without forming a line when boarding. In our case, the seat we tried to take was secured by a Korean family who casually tossed their bag onto it from behind, resulting in us ending up further back than we expected. Additionally, during the two breaks and two stops, if you don't clearly secure your seat, you might find it taken by participants with a different sense of space. 3: I was well aware that there would be no guide, but I feel that those accompanying should at least have some basic knowledge. The young woman who accompanied us (she seemed very shy and kind, with Chinese as her mother tongue, able to communicate in English with basic words, and studying Japanese) bears no responsibility, but if a complete novice is to accompany, the operating company should provide at least basic geographical and historical information materials. 4: Some participants come from countries or regions where time is more relaxed, so don't forget to maintain a certain level of mental flexibility! Lastly, the benefits of participating. In this itinerary, it is possible to travel to the destination from Nagoya by Meitetsu bus, but the convenience of simply clicking to apply is great for busy professionals. If you participate with the mindset that it's a culturally diverse mode of transportation, you won't get upset.

この商品は、ツアーではなくバスのチャーターです。普通のバスツアーと違う点は以下の通り。1：基本的に、参加者はほぼ全員アジア諸国からの外国人です。大らかにコミュニケーションをとる方も多いので、神経質な方はノイズキャンセリングヘッドフォン持参などの対策がお勧めです。2：座席指定がないので、乗車の際に列を作らずグイグイと行く方々に押されがち。私たちの場合、座ろうとした座席を後ろからカバンをポイっと投げた韓国のご家族に確保されてしまい、思ったより後ろの席になってしまいました。また二回の休憩と二回の現地下車の際にわかりやすく自分の席を確保しておかないと、ちょっと感覚の違う参加者に座席を取られてしまいます。3：ガイド同伴でない事は百も承知でしたが、最低限知識がある方でないと同伴者は務まらない気がします。同伴者であった若い女性（とてもシャイで優しそうな方で、中国語は母国語、英語は単語を並べての基礎コミュニケーションに困らない程度、日本語は勉強中と察します）には何の責任もありませんが、全くの素人に同伴させるなら催行会社側は基本的な地理情報や歴史情報などに関する資料を最低限用意するなどもっと配慮が必要かと思います。4：時間にルーズな国や地域の参加者もいるので、ある程度の心の余裕をお忘れなく！最後に、参加したメリット。この旅程の場合、名古屋からなら名鉄バスで自ら目的地を回ることも可能ですが、やはりポチッと申し込むだけで済むというのは忙しい社会人には便利。国際色豊かな交通手段と割り切って参加すれば、腹も立たないですよ。

I participated in this tour because I wanted to visit all the places in Kyoto in one day. It was great to be able to move efficiently in an air-conditioned bus in the heat of over 30 degrees.

Also, the guides Tammy and Taka were wonderful. I was impressed by their bright, friendly, and attentive work. The explanations of each landmark were very informative. Thank you.

If I have the opportunity, I would like to join other tours as well.

京都で行きたいと希望していた場所を、１日で全て巡れるので参加しました。
30度を超える暑さの中、冷房の効いたバスで効率的に移動できたのが良かったです。

The guide in Kyoto was excellent. They were also fluent in English. I enjoyed my school trip after 40 years. I want to go again while I'm still healthy.

The tour notice mentioned that "participants from overseas will be joining," but on the day of the tour, I was the only Japanese person among the 18 participants. There were attendees from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea. I was a bit worried, but everyone was well-mannered, didn't raise their voices, and adhered to the meeting times. I believe the tour company recruiting locally has a good quality of clientele. The guide, who I think was a native Chinese speaker, was also proficient in Japanese, so I had no issues at all. The destination is a bit far, so the bus ride is long, but there were two hours of free time in both Takayama and Shirakawa-go, allowing for a leisurely stroll.

ツアーの注意書きに「海外の方が参加されます」とありますが、当日参加者18名中、日本人は私一人でした。台湾の方・香港の方・韓国の方が参加されていました。ちょっと心配だったのですが、皆さんマナーも良く、大きな声を出すこともなく、集合時間なども順守されていました。おそらく現地で募集されているツアー会社が客質の良い会社なのだと思います。ガイドさんも母国語は中国語の方だと思いますが、日本語もお上手で、何ら困ることはなかったです。目的地まではちょっと距離があるのでバス乗車時間が長いですが、高山・白川郷ともに２時間の自由時間があるので、のんびり散策できました。

I had wanted to visit Shirakawa-go for a long time, but I never had the chance until I went to Kanazawa and took a bus tour there. It was a wonderful place where I could feel the daily lives of the people, not just a typical tourist spot. The guide and the bus driver were also very kind.

白川郷にあ一度行ってみたいと思いつつなかなかチャンスがありませんでしたが、金沢に行ったついでにバスツアーで行ってみました。
単なる観光地ではなく、そこの人々の営みも感じられ素敵な場所でした。
ガイドさんもバスの運転手さんもとても親切でした。
