I participated with my mother, who has difficulty walking. I was very satisfied that we could visit various sightseeing spots in just one day. The tour was aimed at international guests, but most of the participants were Japanese. Our guide, EIKO, was great with her explanations and even took personal photos for us, which was very thoughtful! Since it was just the right season for school trips, I was glad that lunch was included as well. I would love to join again if I have the opportunity.

足の悪い母と参加しました。1日でいろんな観光地に行けて大変満足しました。ツアーは海外のお客さん向けですが、日本のお客さんがほとんどでした。ガイドのEIKOさんの説明や個人的に写真を撮ってくれるなどのお気遣いも良かったです！ちょうど修学旅行シーズンだったので昼食も付けておいて良かったです。また機会があれば参加したいです。

The food is surprisingly good with the view and everything. We had a blast! Highly recommended.

This tour was aimed at inbound tourists, but it seemed challenging for the guide since there were mostly Japanese participants. I thought it was a great plan to visit the main tourist spots in Kyoto. Despite being tight on schedule, we had enough time to enjoy the sights, and I was very satisfied. I had been to these places before, but I made new discoveries and had a fun day.

今回のツアーは、インバウンド向けでしたが、日本人ばかりでガイドさんが大変そうでした。
京都の主要な観光地を巡って、大変良い企画だと思いました。タイトでありながらも十分に観光できて大満足でした。今まで行ったことあったけど、新たな発見もあり、楽しく過ごせた1日でした。

The bus was about 80% full, and I was on a tour with Chinese speakers. Everyone except me was a foreigner, but aside from one person who arrived late at departure, everyone was punctual during the tour, and the bus was quiet. The guide provided detailed explanations about Takayama and Shirakawa-go, and I felt very well taken care of as they also gave us a hand-drawn map with marked meeting points and highlights. The driver was Japanese and greeted us with phrases like "Welcome back," which made me feel safe and happy. We arrived in Takayama at 10:30 and Shirakawa-go at 13:00. Time flew by, so I recommend narrowing down the places you want to visit in advance.

中国語ツアーと乗り合わせになり、全体でバスの8割ほど埋まっていました。
私以外全員外国人でしたが、出発時に1人遅れてきた以外はツアー中は皆さん時間厳守で、バス内も静かでした。
ガイドの方は高山と白川郷についてかなり詳しく説明してくださり、また集合場所や見どころを手書きで印をつけたマップをいただいたり、とても親切に感じました。運転手さんは日本人の方で、おかえりなさい等声掛けをしてくださり、安心かつ嬉しかったです。
10:30に高山着、13:00に白川郷着のスケジュールでした。あっという間に時間が過ぎたので、行きたい所は事前に絞って行くのがおすすめです。

It was quite a busy tour since we stayed in three places, but I think it's perfect for those who are greedy for experiences. The guide provided detailed explanations on the bus and suggested several recommended spots and efficient ways to get around, allowing us to choose according to our interests, which was great! The guide spoke all the content fluently in three languages, and they were wonderful!

3箇所に滞在ということで、かなり忙しいツアーではありましたが、欲張りな人にはピッタリのツアーだと思います。
バスの中でガイドさんが丁寧に説明をしてくださり、またお薦めスポットや効率的な周り方をいくつか提案してくれたので自分の興味に合わせて選択できてとても良かったです！
全ての内容を3カ国語きちんと話してくださり素晴らしいガイドさんでした！

It was a bit early for the autumn leaves, but it was a fun river descent. There were three boatmen working well as a team, and more than half of the guests were foreigners, but I felt that everyone enjoyed it together.

紅葉には少し早かったけど　楽しい川下りでした。船頭さんが3名1組でチームワーク良く　お客は外人さんも半分以上おられましたが、一緒に楽しめたように思います

The bus seats were spacious, allowing us to enjoy the trip without getting tired. The tour guide communicated the necessary information clearly without talking too much, which was great. It would have been better if lunch had a bit more volume; perhaps they were expecting us to snack while walking around?

Second experience.
The weather forecast predicted rain.
Just in case, I brought a raincoat.
I was hoping it would hold off, but it started raining about halfway through!
The boatman put up a roof, so I was able to make it down to the end somehow.

２回目の体験。
天気予報は、雨。
念の為カッパ持っていきました。
なんとか、保つかなって思ってたのですが、半分位のとこで雨が！
船頭さんが、屋根を張ってくれたので　なんとか　最後まで下れました。

The course was two hours in Takayama and two hours in Shirakawa-go. It was a good decision to have lunch in Takayama as per the guide's explanation, and we were on schedule. The autumn leaves were just beginning to change, and I could feel the season. In Shirakawa-go, I experienced the quiet lifestyle of the snow country from long ago. It was unfortunate that the Wada House, a national cultural asset, was closing early and we couldn't go inside. The bus was comfortable, the guide provided clear explanations, and everyone else on board was quiet, making for an enjoyable time.

高山２時間、白川郷２時間のコースでした。
時間通りの日程で、ガイドさんからの説明どおり高山で昼食をとり正解でした。紅葉になり始めており、秋を感じました。白川郷では、騒音のない雪国の昔からの暮らしを感じ取れました。国の文化財の和田家が、早く閉館する日で中に入れず残念でした。
バスも快適、ガイドさんからも分かりやすい説明があり、また同乗の他の方々もみなさん静かで、楽しいひとときでした。

A good experience that you can eat in the boat and enjoy the sightseeing at the same time.

yes the weather was bad and the traffic also, however it felt like trying to cram too much into the day especially when doing two pick ups and drop offs an hour apart

I was unable to make it to the meeting time due to a train delay. I was considering canceling and was almost ready to give up. However, thanks to the guide's quick thinking, I was able to join at Fushimi Inari and participate in the entire itinerary without any issues. I can only express my gratitude. The guide was easy to understand, and each part of the tour was impressive.

電車遅延で　集合時間に間に合いませんでした。キャンセルも視野に入っていて、半ば、諦めかけておりました。ですが…　ガイドさんの機転で　伏見稲荷から合流し、無事　全日程参加することが出来ました。　感謝しかありません。
ガイドも分かりやすく、各々 見応えがありました。

I was able to visit spots that are quite difficult to go to individually, and I had a great time. In particular, Shirakawa-go had beautiful scenery, and I would like to go again.

中々、個人では行きにくいスポットに行くことができ、とても楽しかったです。
特に、白川郷は風景もよく、また行きたいと思いました。

This time, I participated with a friend from Miyagi. We were able to visit famous tourist spots within a limited time. However, there were a lot of people everywhere, but the tour's yellow flag stood out, so we didn't get lost. We walked quite a distance, and by the time we reached Arashiyama, my legs were exhausted, but I was glad to see the wonderful sights of Kyoto.

Our tour guide, Maria, explained everything clearly in both English and Japanese. She was very friendly and considerate of each participant, which was great. Maria is the best!!

I forgot the driver's name, but thank you for your safe driving. It was a fun trip to Kyoto. If there’s another opportunity, I would appreciate it again.

今回は宮城から友人と2人で参加させていただきました。
有名な観光地を限られた時間で行く事ができました。ただ、どこに行っても人がたくさんでしたが、ツアーの黄色い旗が目立って迷子にならずに済みました。結構な距離を歩いて、嵐山に行った時には足がくたくたでしたが、京都の素晴らしい観光地をみる事ができて良かったです。
添乗員のマリアさん、英語と日本語で分かりやすく説明してくれました。
親しみやすい方で参加者ひとりひとりを気遣ってくれて良かったです。

It was a bus tour, so I was able to visit multiple spots without worrying about travel time. The bus ride was really comfortable. Our guide, Maria, was always attentive to my mother's condition as she uses a cane. Thank you very much.

バスツアーでしたので、移動時間を気にせずに行きたかったスポットを複数まわることができました。バスの移動は本当に楽でした。ガイドのマリアさんが杖をついている母の足の状態を常に気を配って下さいました。ありがとうございました。

The bus tour goes by in a flash at each landmark, and today was no different. The price is reasonable, but since we drove from Kanagawa, we could enjoy sightseeing without worrying about parking, which is definitely a plus of the bus tour. If you have the guide in the photo, there's a 120% guarantee you won't go wrong! I hope this is helpful.

バスツアーは、各名所の時間あっと言う間ですが、今日も同じになりました^_^
金額はそれなりですが、神奈川から車で来たので中日は駐車場を気にせず、観光が出来るのは、やっぱり、バスツアーです。
写真のガイドさんになったら１２０%間違えなしです！

It was very good to visit the main tourist spots with a guide, allowing us to make effective use of our limited time. The lunch menu was also satisfying.

主な観光地を、ガイドさんについてもらって、限られた時間で有効的に回れて、非常に良かった。昼食も満足できるメニューだった。

I participated in a tour with my parents in their 70s. The guide was very attentive, and they kindly took many great photos of the two of us. We were able to see and walk around famous spots in just one day, and they returned home very happy and satisfied.

The humorous explanations from the tour guide were incredibly enjoyable. Shirakawa-go had nice weather. The Kanda family house was not crowded, but it was definitely worth seeing. The inbound visitors were captivated by the rice harvesting with the combine. We were able to capture great scenes with the remaining rice stalks and the trees starting to turn red.

On the other hand, it started to rain in Ainokura, but at Yusuke, we could vividly imagine the silk farming from that time. Additionally, the washi paper-making experience was a great memory for the family from Germany who were also delighted.

　白川郷はいい天気。神田家は空いていたけど見ごたえ十分。
　インバウンドの皆さんはコンバインでの稲刈りの様子に見入っていました。稲穂が残っているところ、赤く色づいてきた木など、良いシーンが撮れました。
　一転、相倉は雨になってしまいましたが、勇助では当時の養蚕業の様子を具体的にイメージできました。また、和紙漉き体験はドイツから来た親子も喜んでいていい記念になりました。
　

The guide was not at the meeting time, and the bus number that was originally listed was different, so we had to walk around quite a bit at the meeting place to find it. The bus was also in very poor condition. It was not a large tour bus, but a small microbus, giving more of a feeling of being transported rather than riding. The ride was very bumpy, lacked cleanliness, and even had an unpleasant smell. If I had brought my grandparents, I think I would have canceled.

The guide could not speak Japanese. Since we could speak both English and Chinese, we managed, but I felt that at least someone who could speak simple Japanese would be necessary in case of an emergency.

Although it was stated that we would go directly from Nipponbashi in Osaka to Shiga, we ended up going to Kyoto because we had to go to another boarding point, resulting in a loss of about 50 to 60 minutes overall. The time we had at the main attraction, the art museum, was significantly shortened, which was quite disappointing. We could hardly see the exhibits, and since we also had to have lunch, it was very busy.

Additionally, despite the tour fee being quite high, all entrance fees and meal costs were out of pocket. I think it's usually included, so that was disappointing.

The only good thing was that we were able to go to places we normally wouldn't visit. The price and quality are not balanced at all.

集合時間にガイドがおらず、元々記載されていたバスのナンバーも異なっており、集合場所でかなり歩き回ってさがしました。
そしてバスがあまりにもボロい。
大きな観光バスではなく、小型のマイクロバスで、乗車というよりかは輸送されている(運ばれている)感覚。揺れも大きく、清潔感もなく、臭いまでありました。仮に祖父母などを連れていっていたとしたらキャンセルしていたと思います。
ガイドは日本語が話せませんでした。
我々が英語も中国語もできたからまだ大丈夫でしたが、せめて簡単な日本語を話せる人じゃないと緊急時は頼りにならないなと思いました。
大阪日本橋からそのまま滋賀に向かうと書かれていたのに、もうひとつの乗り場までいくからとのことで京都まで行き、全体で見ると50~60分のロス。
最初に行ったツアーのメインである美術館での時間は大変短くなってしまい、かなり残念でした。展示品はほぼ見ることが出来ず、昼食も取らなければならなかったのでかなり忙しかったです。

またツアー代はしっかりかかっているにも関わらず、入場代や食事代は全て実費。
普通は含まれていることが多いと思うので、残念でした。

良かったところは普段行けないところに行けたという一点のみ。
値段と質があまりにも釣り合っておりません。

It was hard to understand which bus to take! If the goal is to teach Japanese manners while sightseeing, I would have liked to see the guide apologize to everyone for being 15 minutes late. Also, I was surprised that while Japanese people tend to sit in the same spot once they take their seats, foreigners do not. The guide was very dedicated and tried hard to communicate in Japanese, and I felt a bit sorry for participating as a Japanese person, but it was fun. Next time, I want to study English and join!

どのバスにのるかわかりづらかった！
日本のマナーとか教えたりしながら観光をする事が目的だとすれば、出発時間15分遅れて来たら、皆に一言謝る姿勢なども伝えてほしかった！また、1度座席に座れば、同じ場所に座るのが、日本人だが、外国の人は、そうではないのにびっくりしたのが、大きすぎて、ガイドも日本語で、がんばって接してくれていて日本人が一緒に参加して申し訳なかったですが、楽しかったです。今度は、英語を勉強してきて参加したいですね！

This was my second time using the service, and this time there were many international guests. The three boatmen, who were like comedians mixing in English, made it a lot of fun. I would like to participate again with my grandchildren. Thank you very much.

It took about 1 hour and 40 minutes from Kameoka to Arashiyama. The travel time seems to vary depending on the water level; it can take as little as 1 hour or up to 2 hours at the longest. On the day I participated, the water level wasn't very high, so it was a calm boat trip while enjoying the scenery.

There were moments when the river narrowed or had significant drops, but that was also quite pleasant. For those seeking thrills, I think rafting would be a better option.

There were three boatmen who took turns rowing, as it is physically demanding work. It was very impressive to see them earnestly guiding the guests in English, especially since most of the customers were foreigners. Their efforts to entertain the guests, often with laughter, were evident.

Along the way, you can see rare wild birds and a trolley train, and you can leisurely enjoy the picturesque mountains and rivers that resemble Japan's original landscapes. However, I wouldn't recommend participating in the height of summer or winter (I heard that a roof is put up in the summer). Depending on the travel time, some people might get a bit bored, and I experienced a little seasickness.

I recommend this for those who love vehicles or want to experience something out of the ordinary. If you decide to participate, I think it's best to bring minimal luggage.

亀岡から嵐山まで1時間40分ほどかかりました。水の量によって所用時間が変わるようで、早ければ1時間遅くて2時間かかることもあるとのことでした。
私が参加した日は水が多くなかったようで、景色を眺めながら穏やかな船旅でした。
時折川幅が狭くなったり落差が大きいポイントがありましたが、それもまた心地よかったです。
スリルを求める人はラフティングの方が良いと思います。

船頭さんは3人で、力仕事なので交代しながら船を漕いでくれます。
お客さんのほとんどが外国人という中で英語で一生懸命案内している姿がとても印象的で、時折笑いも交えながらお客さんを楽しませようという気持ちが伝わってきました。

道中は珍しい野鳥やトロッコ列車が見えたり、日本の原風景のような山と川の景色をのんびりと楽しむことができます。ただ真夏や真冬の参加はおすすめしません。（真夏は屋根が出るとのこと）
所用時間によっては少し飽きてしまう人もいそうなのと、私は少しだけ船酔いしました。

乗り物が好きな方や非日常を味わいたい方におすすめです。
参加される際は荷物少なめが良いと思います。

I had a really great time. The tour guide was very kind, and while the walking was a bit fast, I understand it was necessary due to the crowds. However, I did get tired at the end in Arashiyama, and it was quite challenging for me to reach the bamboo grove (partly because it was hot...). I think it would be even better if we could split into two groups near the parking area: one for shopping and the other for exploring the bamboo grove. Thank you for your help. It was a very enjoyable route that covered everything in one day. If I had to move around on my own, I would have been too tired to enjoy it. The English guide was easy to understand, and they also included explanations in Japanese, which made it a lot of fun.

一日で回れて、ちゃんとポイントを押さえたルートなので、とても楽しかった。
自力での移動だったら、疲れ過ぎて楽しめない。
英語ガイドもわかりやすくて、日本語での説明も入れてくれるので、とても楽しめました。

I was very lucky on the day of the experience.
The weather was great, with a gentle breeze.
The scenery on both sides was beautiful, the water was clear, and I could see small fish.
The bento was exquisite and delicious, with generous portions that definitely filled me up.
The boatman was very skilled, and the ride was extremely smooth.

The railroad crossing in front of Fushimi Inari Taisha was closed for over 30 minutes due to a JR issue, which disrupted our itinerary. However, aside from that, it was an enjoyable trip. If it weren't for the trouble, we might have had a bit more time to proceed with the other parts of our schedule. That was beyond our control, though. There were both foreigners and Japanese people, so the guide provided information in both English and Japanese. The guide was Japanese.

伏見稲荷大社前の踏切がJRのトラブルにより30分以上閉じた状態が続き、旅程通りに進めることができなかったがそれを除き、楽しい旅行となりました。
トラブルさえなければもう少し時間に余裕を持って他の工程を進めることができたのかもしれません。
それは不可抗力ですが。
外国人、日本人どちらもいたのでガイドさんは英語と日本語でガイドしていました。
ガイドさんは日本人でした。

I was able to see the festival in Hida Takayama, and Shirakawa-go had great weather, making it the best day ever. When we gathered in the morning, there were mostly foreigners and only four Japanese people, which made me a bit anxious. However, our guide KAKU was very attentive and communicated in Japanese, which was great. He also recommended shops and food, allowing us to move around efficiently. However, the two hours of free time felt a bit short, and I wished I could have enjoyed sightseeing a little longer.

飛騨高山のお祭りも見られて、白川郷もお天気が良くて最高の一日でした。
朝集合した時、外国人の方達ばかりで日本人は4人のみで、不安でしたガイドのKAKUさんが丁寧に日本語で対応してくださりとても良かったです。お勧めのお店や食べ物も教えて頂き、効率よく回れました。
ただ自由行動の2時間はちょっと短く、もう少しゆっくり観光したかったです。
