There were only two groups of Japanese tourists, which made me a bit anxious, but the guide was kind and easy to talk to. We were able to visit the famous sites in Kyoto on time. The lunch was also delicious, and I think the cost-effectiveness is good. However, there wasn't time to buy souvenirs, so I think it would be better to purchase them after the experience or on a different day.

日本人の観光客が二組のみで、少し不安でしたが、ガイドさんが親切で話しやすかったです。時間通りに、京都の名所を回れました。昼食も美味しく、費用対効果は良いと思います。ただお土産を買う時間はないので、体験終了後か別日に買ういいと思います。

I hesitated to participate because of COVID-19, but I'm glad I did! I don't think we would have been able to cover everything in one day on our own. I definitely want to join again in a few years on a different route!

I booked a tour on Sunday since I happened to be nearby during my trip to Kanazawa. Overall, I was very satisfied with the price of 7,800 yen, which included lunch, a guide's talk, a rice cracker grilling experience, and a small souvenir.

I was hoping to have Hida beef grilled on a magnolia leaf for lunch, but to my surprise, it was the main dish! My companion had been wanting to eat Hida beef for a long time, so we were both very happy. The meat was quite substantial, and in addition to the main dish, there were also local delicacies like sweet simmered fish and pickles, making for a fun menu. We also enjoyed walking around the village trying local treats like doburoku kintsuba and gohei mochi, as well as Hida beef skewers.

The rice cracker grilling experience was over in a flash, and it felt more like a bonus to have tea while grilling the crackers. Along the way, we heard interesting stories about the origins of Kanazawa and places like Kanazawa Castle, which made it very enjoyable. The bus guide and the taxi driver we met in Kanazawa were both very knowledgeable about delicious restaurants and sightseeing spots, which was surprising. It seems everyone has studied hard.

The plan was from 9:20 to around 15:00, and personally, I had a slight desire to enjoy Gifu until around 17:00 when the sun sets, but this timing allowed us to relax after returning to Kanazawa. After we returned, we went to see Kenrokuen, which was beautifully illuminated.

*I noticed that the prices differ between weekends and weekdays, and I wondered why when I made the reservation, but I realized on the day that the plans were different. I had been looking at the weekday plan schedule from the website when I first checked. I think it would be helpful to change the specifications so that the schedule differs depending on whether you choose a weekend or a weekday.

I highly recommend this tour if you're considering it!

金沢旅行の最中にせっかく近くまできたからと日曜日にツアーを予約。全体で言うと、7,800円で昼食・ガイドさんのお話・お煎餅焼き体験・プチお土産でのこのお値段で大満足です。

朴葉焼き食べたいな〜お昼に出たら嬉しいな〜くらいの気持ちだったのですが、まさかのランチで飛騨牛の朴葉焼きがメイン！連れもずっと飛騨牛が食べたいと騒いでいたのでとても嬉しかったです。お肉もしっかりボリュームがあり、メイン以外にも土地ならではのお魚の甘露煮やお漬物もあって楽しいメニューでした。。どぶろくきんつばや五平餅、飛騨牛串など集落での食べ歩きも楽しかったです。
お煎餅焼き体験は本当にあっという間で、お茶をするオマケにお煎餅を焼くくらいの感じでした。
道中では金沢の街の由来や所以のある金城麗澤など、ならではのお話が聞けてとても楽しかったです。バスガイドさんも金沢の街中で乗ったタクシーの運転手さんも美味しいお店や名所などの観光地話にとても詳しくて驚きました。皆さんしっかりお勉強されてるんですね。

9:20～15:00頃のプランで個人的には日が落ちる17:00くらいまで岐阜を満喫したい気持ちも少しありましたが、このくらいが金沢に戻ってもゆったりできるからいいのかな？私たちは戻った後にライトアップされている兼六園を見に行きました。

※土日と平日で値段が異なり、何故だろうと思いながら予約しましたがプランが違かったことに当日気づきました。ずっとHPで最初に調べた際の(平日プランの)日程表をみていました。間違えやすいと思うので、土日を選択した場合と平日を選択した場合とでそれぞれ日程表が変わるように仕様変更していただきたいです。

迷ってるなら行った方がいいとオススメできるツアーでした！

Our guide was very sweet and accommodating! This tour is weather-dependent. Unfortunately our tour was affected by bad weather so the scenic views were compromised. A lot of time was spent on the bus because it was cold and wet. That’s when you make the best of it with the people you are with!

The tour guides are really good and accommodating as well.

I participated with my foreign husband. Since the explanation was in English, he enjoyed it as well.

I heard that there was no snow until the day before, but fortunately, there was snow on the roofs on the day of the tour. Shirakawa-go is a popular tourist destination, but there were many highlights, such as entering the houses and enjoying the view from the observation deck. Gokayama is smaller, but it was nice to see a village where people actually live and to compare it with Shirakawa-go.

Regarding lunch, there were many dishes, but most of them were cold. After being outside for about three hours, it was tough on our chilled bodies. Also, the portion size felt small, about the size of a woman's fist. The seasoning of the main meat dish was quite strong, and since there were many cold dishes, I wanted a second helping, but I was told that would incur an additional charge, so I decided against it. I was a bit disappointed.

As for the final rice cracker-making experience, it ended quite quickly. Honestly, there was quite a bit of time until the bus departure after that.

Overall, I’m really glad I went. Thank you!

外国人の夫と参加しました。英語で説明して頂いたので夫も楽しんでいました。
前日まで雪が全くなかったそうですが、ツアーの当日は運良く屋根の上にも積もっていました。
白川郷は観光地化していますがお家の中に入ったり展望台から景色を見たりと見所がたくさんありました。五箇山はこじんまりしていますが、実際に住んでいる方がいる村を見ることができたこと・白川郷との比較ができたのでよかっです。
1点お昼ご飯について、品数は多いですが冷たいものがほとんどでした。3時間くらい外を回って冷えた身体にこたえます。またご飯の量も女性の握り拳程度で少なく感じました。メインのお肉の味付けがかなり濃かったことと冷たい料理が多くておかわりしたかったのですが、それは別途料金が発生するとのことでやめました。少しがっかりです。
それから最後のおせんべい体験について、作ること自体はあっさりすぐに終わりました。その後バスの出発の時間までかなり時間があったなぁというのが正直なところです。
でも総合的に行って本当によかったです。ありがとうございました！

I participated hoping to see the snowy Shirakawa-go, but unfortunately, there was only a light dusting of snow. However, the weather was fantastic, and the gassho-zukuri roofs stood out beautifully against the bright blue sky. We had plenty of time to explore Shirakawa-go and leisurely look for souvenirs. We had considered taking the local bus ourselves, but it was definitely the right choice to join this tour. It would have been better if there had been a bit more snow, so I give it a minus one.

雪の白川郷を狙っての参加でしたが、残念ながら雪はうっすらと残ってるだけでした。
でも、とてもいい天気で、真っ青な空に合掌造りの屋根が映えてました。
白川郷での散策の時間も充分にとっていただいて、お土産もゆっくり探せました。
自分たちで路線バスで行くことも考えていましたが、このツアーに参加して正解でした。
雪がもう少しあったらよかったので、マイナス1で。

It seems that there have been snowless days due to the mild winter, but on the day of my visit, there was about 30 cm of snow from the previous night's snowfall, which was lucky. I thought it would have been nice to have a bit more free time to explore leisurely. The free time in Takayama was sufficient.

This year, I had almost given up on the wonderful snowy landscapes of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama due to the lack of snow, but the scenery transformed from rain to snow the day before, just as I had hoped. I was able to take many photos of the snowy landscapes, and I am very satisfied. I look forward to printing the photos large and enjoying them. Thank you to the driver and guide for their hard work.

今年は、雪が降らずで、白川郷、五箇山の素晴らしい雪景色は半ば諦めていましたが、前日の雨から雪に変わっての雪景色は、希望通りでした。たくさんの雪景色の写真を撮ることも叶い満足しています。これから、写真を大きく印刷して等と楽しみが膨らみます。ドライバーさんガイドさん御苦労様感謝です。

I participated alone in mid-February. It just so happened that the shop at the stop we visited was closed for its monthly day off, so I was able to see three places: Shirakawa-go and Gokayama (Aikura and Suganuma villages). This information was provided when I made the reservation, and since these were places I wanted to see, it was a pleasant surprise!

The guide was very polite and explained everything clearly. They also prepared alcohol disinfectant as a measure against the coronavirus, which made me feel safe participating in the tour. Perhaps due to the pandemic, there were hardly any noisy foreign tourists around, allowing me to enjoy the traditional scenery at a leisurely pace.

I was grateful that the guide shared their experience from guiding daily at various locations, pointing out hidden photo spots and important tips. There was also plenty of free time for sightseeing.

It would have been quite challenging to navigate on my own, but I was able to smoothly and comfortably visit these places for this price, making it a wonderful day. If I have the opportunity, I would love to participate again.

２月中旬に一人で参加しました。ちょうど立ち寄り箇所のお店が月１の定休日とのことで、白川郷と五箇山(相倉集落と菅沼集落)の３ヶ所をみることができました。上記連絡は予約時に告知され、私は見たいと思っていた所だったのでタナボタ、でした！
ガイドの方はとても丁寧に分かりやすく案内をしてくださり、コロナウイルス対策としてアルコール消毒も準備されていて安心してツアーに参加できました。コロナの影響か、各地で騒がしい外国人はほぼいなかったので昔ながらの風景をゆっくり楽しむことができました。
ガイドの方は、各所 毎日のようにガイドされているご経験を生かして隠れ写真スポットや注意点などを教えてくださってありがたかったです。自由観光の時間も充分に確保されていました。
自力で回ろうとしたらかなり大変な行程を、この金額で楽にスムーズに回ることができ、素敵な一日になりました。機会があればまた参加させていただきます。

The guide provided information carefully in both Japanese and English.
I was traveling alone, but since I wasn't seated with others, I appreciated that consideration and enjoyed the experience. However, the inefficiency and unfriendliness of the reception staff stood out. I would like to see improvements, such as having clearly organized reception desks by type and visual aids for bus number announcements. This is especially important since there were many foreign tourists.

難波発です。
ガイドさんが丁寧に日本語と英語に分けて案内していていただきました。
１人旅でしたが、相席ではなかったので、その点も配慮されていたので、楽しめました。しかし、受付スタッフの手際の悪さや不親切さが目立ちました。種類別に、わかりやすく受付デスクを用意したり、バスの号車案内も視覚化するなどして工夫していただきたい。外国人観光客も大勢いたので尚更。

The guidance from our bus guide, Mr. Kuroda, was both polite and interesting, and the duration of each stop was just right, making for a very good experience.

バスガイドの黒田さんの案内も丁寧で面白く、それぞれの滞在時間も丁度良く、とても良い経験ができました。

The guide was kind. I could easily recognize them because they were wearing yellow clothing. The tourist spots were less crowded than I expected, and I was able to enjoy sightseeing thoroughly.

ガイドの方は親切でした。黄色の服を着ていたので直ぐに分かりました。
観光地は思ったよりも空いていて、たっぷりと観光が出来ました。

The tour included people from Australia and Belgium, so we were guided in both Japanese and English, which allowed us to hear the explanations twice, making it very good.

Although there wasn't much snow this year, we enjoyed the World Heritage sites of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, and the experience culminated in a fun rice cracker grilling activity.

We also enjoyed a delicious traditional Japanese meal in Shirakawa-go for lunch.

ツアーにはオーストラリア、ベルギーの人がいたため、日本語と英語でガイドしてもらったので説明も2度聞けとても良かったです。

ツアーも今年はなかなか雪が無かったようですが、雪の白川郷、五箇山と世界遺産を楽しめ最後にはお煎餅の焼き体験まで充実した内容でした。

お昼も白川郷の和食を堪能出来て美味しかったです。

The tour was very convenient, organized, gave ample time for each stop and the guide was very accommodating. The food was also great! Will definitely recommend this.

We had a nice,relax city tour with this tour agent. Tour guide was very attentive and well organized. We had buffet lunch and we liked it very much. We will highly recommending people to join this tour.

It was a great tour that allowed us to see a good amount of Kyoto in just one day. My spouse and I, along with my parents, participated as a group of four, and I think this tour would be very convenient for those who find it troublesome to arrange transportation like trains and buses on their own. The flow of the tour was smooth, and we were able to stick to the schedule without any delays, which was wonderful! I would love to join this tour again if the opportunity arises.

１日である程度の京都観光が出来てとてもいいツアーでした。
夫婦二人、両親二人の四人で参加しましたが自分で電車やバスなど移動手段の手配が面倒な方はきっとこのツアーがとても楽だと思います。
ツアーの流れもスムーズで遅れる事なく時間通りに行けてとても良かったです！

Informative introduction to Tokyo and value for money.

We usually work as guides, so we thought it would be nice to be on the receiving end of a tour for a change! We participated in the tour with that mindset. Both the tour guide and the driver were friendly, which made for a really enjoyable time.

Aside from the two of us, everyone else was a traveler from abroad, and at first, we felt a bit out of place. However, the guidance in both English and Japanese was very educational. Traveling by bus was convenient, and we were able to try the food we were curious about and enjoy some drinks, which left us very satisfied!

私達は、普段案内する側の仕事なのでせっかく旅行するなら案内される側もいいのでは？っという思いでツアーに参加させて頂きました！
添乗員さんも運転手さんも気さくな方だったのですごく楽しい時間を過ごせました。
私達2人以外は外国からの旅行者さんで最初はとまどいましたが、英語での案内、日本語での案内として頂いて大変勉強になりました。
バスでの旅は移動が楽で、気になっていた食べ物も食べれてアルコールも飲めて大満足でした！

This was my first bus tour, and I was filled with anxiety about whether my reservation was really confirmed, if traveling alone would be awkward, and what if the bus was cramped... However, thanks to the very pleasant hospitality from the guide, driver, and interpreter, it turned out to be the best trip.

Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy the wonderful history, cuisine, and scenery of Kanazawa and Shirakawa-go.

I plan to use their services again.

初めてのバスツアー、予約は本当にとれているのか、一人旅は敬遠されるのではないか、狭いバスだったら…等々、不安だらけで参加させていただきました。
が、ガイドさん、ドライバーさん、通訳さんのとても心地好いもてなしで最良の旅となりました。
おかげさまで、金沢、白川郷と素晴らしい歴史、料理、景観を満喫させていただきました。

I visited with my high school daughter and 5-year-old son. Since we couldn't cover everything individually, I was glad to join the tour. About 90% of the participants were foreigners, but the explanations in both Japanese and English were easy to understand. It was a satisfying tour.

On January 31, we participated as a couple. After signing up, we watched the live camera of Shirakawa-go every day, but there was no snowfall, and I had given up hope thinking that this year would be an unusually warm winter without snow. On the day of the trip, we departed from Kanazawa Station at 8 AM, and it started snowing as we got on the Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway. By the time we arrived in Shirakawa-go, it was a world covered in silver. In Gokayama, the snowfall was so heavy that we had to push through the snow to reach the observation deck. I can only say we were lucky, but we were able to experience the snow-covered Shirakawa-go and Gokayama that we had longed for. The explanations in Japanese and English by the veteran guide were easy to understand, and it was a very satisfying day.

1月31日、夫婦で参加しました。申し込みしてから毎日ライブカメラで白川郷の様子を見ていましたが積雪はなく、今年は異常な暖冬だから雪は期待できないなと諦めていました。当日8時に金沢駅を出発、東海北陸道に乗る頃から雪が降り始め、白川郷に到着する頃は一面銀世界。五箇山は展望台に上がるのも雪をかきわけて進むほどの積雪でした。運が良かったとしか言えませんが、念願の雪の白川郷と五箇山を体験できました。ベテランのガイドさんによる日本語と英語の説明は分かりやすく、大満足の一日でした。

Very well organised and a good trip to see Mt Fuji from different perspectives. This was from going onto Fuji, we went to the 4th station because the winter snow prevented us from going to the 5th station. It didnt matter that we couldnt go further as it was a great view out. Then we moved on to lunch at the theme park and although this was an option it was worth it to have been served very well with good food. We sat in a lovely French decorated dining room with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. Then on to a boat trip on the lake to see Fuji from this viewpoint and we were lucky to have a cold but very clear day to see its beauty. After the lake we moved on to the cable car which took us up to another viewpoint to see Fuji and and town below. All great photo opportunities and a great experience for a tourist to capture Mt Fuji at its best.

Very punctual, and tip was well managed and covered all the thing are promised.

I didn't know about Ainokura Village, but when I visited, it had a more atmospheric feel than Shirakawa-go, which I really liked. I thought the rice cracker baking experience wasn't necessary.

I was disappointed that Kiyomizu-dera was under exterior renovation. I was really looking forward to it, so I wish they would include notices about ongoing construction in the remarks section. I had heard that punctuality was important, but someone arrived late for the meeting time, which disrupted the tour. I hope that those who cannot be punctual will join by taxi or other means.

清水寺が外装工事をしていて、がっかり。すごく、楽しみにしていたので、備考欄等に工事中などの注意事項を記載して欲しい。時間厳守と聞いていたのに集合時間に遅れて来て、ツアーに支障をきたした。時間厳守できない人は、タクシー等で合流して欲しい。

During the New Year, I traveled for the first time. It was crowded, but they took plenty of time, allowing me to look around slowly. They also explained things in a way that was easy for foreigners to understand.

Of course, walking is a given for sightseeing, but until I got on the first bus, I walked a lot. It was like I was at the level of taking a taxi. My feet were sore. The tour guide was walking quickly, and I was desperately trying to keep up without losing sight of them. Somehow, the 5,000 yen felt expensive. I won't do this again. It's definitely better to go on my own using public transportation.

観光で歩くのは勿論当たり前ですが最初のバスに乗るまで、まぁ歩く歩く。タクシーに乗るレベルです。それで足はパンパン。添乗員は早足で、とっとと行くし見失わず追いつくのに必死。なんだか五千円が高く思えました。次はないです。公共交通機関で自分で行く方が断然マシです。

It was very nice, relaxing day with beautiful views and tasty lunch. We had such a nice and funny guide, who spoke perfect english and took great care of us. There was enough time at each place we have visited. Good value for this price, highly recommend the trip.

When I arrived at the meeting place and said my name, I was confirmed as Japanese. Even though I have a Japanese name... After a while, I realized there were participants from Indonesia and China; indeed, at first glance, you can't tell just by their faces and how they speak. There were only two Japanese people, a couple. After the Japanese part, the guide spoke in English, and it felt like I was in Japan but not really in Japan, and I enjoyed the tour. At the end in Arashiyama, the timing for the Shinkansen reservation was a bit tight, so we disbanded individually on-site, but it was fun.

集合場所に行って名前を言ったら日本人ですよねと確認されました。日本名なのに・・・としばらくしたらインドネシア、中国からの参加者なるほど顔と喋りだけじゃ一見わからん。日本人は２人夫婦だけでした∩^ω^∩。日本語の後に英語でガイド日本にいるが日本じゃない感じでツアー楽しめました。最後の嵐山では新幹線予約時間にビミョーだったので個別現地解散しましたが楽しかったです。
