The bus runs through the amazing snow towards Shirakawa-go. I had a slight anxiety in my heart about whether we could return.

However, thanks to the wonderful driver's skills and the enjoyable guide's commentary, I was able to fully appreciate the snowy Shirakawa-go and the streets of Takayama.

I think of the efforts of those who are dedicated to preserving Shirakawa-go.

I felt grateful to have participated in this tour and to have had such a unique experience.

驚くような雪の中バスは白川郷へと走っていきます。心の中では戻ってこれるのかという一抹の不安もありました。

ところが、素晴らしいドライバーさんの運転と楽しいガイドさんの案内で雪の白川郷と高山の街並みを堪能させていただきました。

あの白川郷を大切に守っている方々のご苦労を思います。

なかなかできない体験をすることができ、このツアーに参加して良かったと思いました。

We gathered at Kanazawa Station at 8 AM, and the bus was mostly filled with foreign tourists. It was an older sightseeing bus, and there was no restroom.

Since we arrived early, there weren't many people around, and the snowy scenery was charming. After a while, it became crowded with foreign tourists, which surprised me.

As soon as we arrived, we had free time. I hurriedly walked to the farthest point while taking photos. I couldn't stroll around because of the time constraints, so personally, I wished I had a bit more time.

For lunch, we had a healthy course meal with plenty of wild vegetables at a restaurant with the tour group. The portion was small, but it was just right for me. The grilled meat on the magnolia leaf was very delicious.

When we arrived at the second location, Gokayama, the snow started to fall heavily. There were hardly any people here, and it was quiet and picturesque. I preferred this place more.

Finally, the cheerful smile of the bus guide, who provided explanations in both English and Japanese with some humor, was great. I was satisfied to be able to visit the snowy Shirakawa-go and Gokayama!

朝8時に金沢駅集合、バスはほぼ
外国の方で埋まってました。ちょっと古めの観光バス、トイレはありません。

現地に早く着いたので、あまり人もおらず雪景色が風情があった。少し経つと外国の観光客で溢れかえっていて、びっくりした。

着いてすぐフリータイム。急ぎ足であちこち写真撮りながら一番端っこまで歩く。時間がないのでブラブラはできず、個人的にはもう少し時間欲しかったかな。

ランチはツアーの人とレストランでヘルシーな山菜多めのコース料理。量は少なめだけど、私にはちょうど良い。朴葉焼のお肉がとてもおいしかった。

二箇所目の五箇山に着くと雪が本降り。こちらにはほとんど人がいなく静かで趣深い。こちらの方が好みであった。

最後にバスガイドさんの明るい笑顔で英語と日本語での笑いも交えながらの説明、良かったです。雪の白川郷、五箇山に行く事が出来て満足です！

It was my first time in Kyushu and my first time at a safari park, so it was refreshing.

I was a bit disappointed that I didn't have much time, but well, it was just about the right amount of time, I suppose.

At night, I went to a seafood restaurant recommended by the guide and was very satisfied.

I was very satisfied with the tour of the three ancient capitals. At Shirakawa-go, it was very crowded, so I wished I had a bit more time.

The guide was a young man who skillfully spoke English, Chinese, and Japanese, and he was very kind. I hadn't done much research before going, so I was a bit anxious, but there were no problems at all. The driver's driving was safe, and I didn't feel any anxiety. We visited three places, which was a bit hard, but each had its own charm, and we were blessed with good weather, making for a fulfilling day. There were many foreign visitors. The car was very quiet and comfortable during the transfers. Still, when we arrived at Nagoya Station, the final greeting from the guide was met with applause and shouts of "thank you" from the passengers, which made me feel very warm inside.

お若い男性のガイドさんでしたが、英語、中国語、日本語を巧みに操り、かつ、とても親切でした。
下調べをあまりして行かなかったので、不安でしたが、全く、問題ありませんでした。
運転手さんの運転も安全で、不安を感じませんでした。
３か所回るので、ハードではありましたが、それぞれの良さがあり、お天気にも恵まれ、充実した１日でした。
外国の方が多かったです。
移動中の車内は大変静かで、快適でした。
それでも、名古屋駅到着時の最後のガイドさんの挨拶に、乗客の皆さんから拍手とサンキューの声が上がり、とても温かい気持ちになりました。

I was very well taken care of by the two guides, and it was a fulfilling day. The tour included Chinese, Korean, Westerners, and myself, a Japanese person, making it an exotic experience. The guides spoke Chinese, Korean, English, and Japanese fluently, and there were no issues at all. Furthermore, they provided detailed information about Japanese mythology that even Japanese people might not know. Although lunch was not mentioned in the tour details, they kindly informed us of a place where we could take a lunch break, and on the bus before we parted ways, they shared detailed gourmet information about the area around Hakata Station. It was a very meaningful and memorable tour. Thank you, Emi and John.

2人のガイドさんには、大変お世話になり、充実した1日でした。この日のツアーは、中国人、韓国人、欧米人、そして日本人の私で、エキゾチックなツアーでした。ガイドさんたちは中国語、韓国語、英語、日本語を流暢に話し、全く問題ありませんでした。さらに、日本人でも知らないような日本の神話を詳しく教えてくださいました♪ツアー内容にはお昼のことは書いてありませんでしたが、お昼休憩ができるお店を親切に教えてくださり、解散前のバスの中では、博多の駅周辺でのグルメ情報を詳しく教えていただきました。とても有意義な思い出に残るツアーでした。エミさん、ジョンさん、ありがとうございました。

This tour efficiently takes you through routes that are quite difficult to navigate on your own by bus! We stopped at roadside stations and enjoyed a delicious Hida beef wrapped in bamboo leaf miso grilled lunch in Shirakawa-go without any waiting, making it a fantastic experience. The guide was excellent, providing necessary explanations and maps in advance, as well as giving commentary along the way!

個人ではなかなか難しいルートをバスで無駄なくまわってくれるツアーです！道の駅へ寄ったり白川郷内での飛騨牛の苞葉味噌焼きランチなど並ぶこともなく効率よく楽しめて最高でした。
バスの中で必要な説明や地図を事前に配ったり、道路沿いの説明をしてくれたり、段取りの素晴らしいガイドさんでした！

I was attracted to a day trip tour to Yufuin and Beppu within my limited travel schedule, so I decided to participate. I saw on the web and in reviews that it was a tour aimed at overseas visitors, which made me a bit anxious, but as many others mentioned, the guide was truly wonderful, and I was able to enjoy myself and feel at ease. When I participated, there were four people in our group, plus two Japanese participants, and the rest were mostly from China and Taiwan. Even though it was a weekday, it was a popular tour with nearly all the seats on the large bus filled.

The guidance was provided in Japanese, Chinese, and English, and since our seats were close to the guide, they engaged with us and were very attentive and cheerful. Unfortunately, the day we participated was rainy, so the view from the ropeway was almost nonexistent, but it was a well-packed tour that I enjoyed.

限られた旅行日程のなか、日帰りで湯布院・別府に行けるツアーに魅力を感じ、参加しました。Webや口コミをみて、海外の方向けのツアーと書いてあったので、少し不安もありましたが、皆さんも書いていたように、本当にガイドさんがすばらしく、とても楽しく、安心して過ごすことができました。参加した時は、私たちグループ4人と、+2名の日本人、あとはほぼ中国・台湾の方々で、平日でしたが大型バスの席が埋まるほどの人気ツアーでした。
案内は、日本語・中国語・英語の3カ国でしてくださり、席もガイドさんの近くだったので、色々話しかけていただいたり、気配りと笑顔が素敵なガイドさんでした。
参加した日は、あいにくの雨でロープウェイからの景色はほぼ皆無でしたが、色々凝縮されたツアーで楽しめました。

Shirakawa-go had more snow than usual this year. Due to an avalanche, we could only reach the observation deck by shuttle bus, but we gave up because of the long line waiting for the bus. It was nice to see the filming location of "Saiai" as well.

例年以上の大雪の白川郷でした。
雪崩？のために展望台へ徒歩では行けず、シャトルバスのみでしたが、バス待ちの長蛇の列で諦めました。「最愛」のロケ地も見れて良かったです。

The guide was an excellent person who was fluent in English, Chinese, and Korean. They distributed maps and provided detailed explanations to each individual, which was very kind and greatly appreciated. The other guests were quiet and punctual, and although there was a bit of a traffic jam waiting for parking at the entrance to Shirakawa-go, we were able to get through quickly, which was good.

However, it was disappointing that while the two-hour exploration of Takayama was nice, two hours in Shirakawa-go was not enough, and I couldn't make it to the observation deck. The shuttle bus had a long line, and I tried to walk but ended up taking the wrong path. If the tour can't be extended due to the driver's working hours, I think it would be better to have an hour and a half in Takayama and two and a half hours in Shirakawa-go.

The foreign students I brought along (from Vietnam) were very moved and said they created lifelong memories, so it was worth taking them. Thank you very much.

ガイドさんが、英語、中国語、韓国語に堪能な優秀な方で、地図を配り一人一人に丁寧に説明してくれて、とても親切だったのが

同乗のお客さんも静かで時間厳守してくださり、白川郷の入り口では少し、駐車場待ちで渋滞していたがすぐに抜けられて良かった

ただ、残念だったのは高山２時間散策は良かったが、白川郷、２時間は足りなかくて、展望台まで行けなかったのが残念だった。
シャトルバスは長蛇の列で、歩こうとしたが、道を間違えてしまった。運転手さんの労働時間とかの関係で、ツアーを長く出来ないのであれば、高山１時間半、白川郷２時間半でもいいのではないか
と思います

The tour guide provided very little information throughout the tour and did not fulfill the role of a guide. She was a Chinese woman, and while her attitude was not bad, it was quite disappointing. Regarding the destinations, she only mentioned the meeting times, and that was it.

When another guest tried to engage in conversation by asking questions, the responses were completely off-target, leading to awkward laughter among everyone.

I don't intend to make comments based on nationality, but foreigners likely can't distinguish between Japanese and Chinese people, so as a Japanese person, it felt uncomfortable. For a tour in Japan, I would prefer a guide who is either Japanese or has knowledge at a similar level. Even just sharing small anecdotes that a Japanese person would naturally know (like about the Fuji Five Lakes or the differences between the Shizuoka and Yamanashi sides, or about the Aokigahara Forest) would have made a significant difference in the overall impression.

ツアーを通してガイドさんからの情報があまりにもなく、ガイドとしての仕事をしていない。中国人の女性で、態度が悪いとかではないのだがあれではかなりガッカリ。目的地についても集合時間を言うだけで、それだけ。
別のお客さんが会話を繋げるために質問をしても完全に的外れな回答でみんな失笑。

国籍でどうこう言うつもりはないが、外国人からは日本人も中国人も見分けがつかないだろから、日本人としては嫌な気持ちになった。
日本の案内なら日本人か同レベルの知識がある外国人にガイドをお願いしたい。日本人なら当然知っている程度の小話（富士五湖のことや静岡側・山梨側、樹海のこと）だけでもあると全然印象が違うのにな、と思った。

Takachiho Gorge, Takachiho Shrine, and Amano Iwato Shrine had beautiful scenery, and I'm glad I went. The food was also very delicious. I was a bit worried since the main language was Chinese on the site, but the guide was very impressive and it was fun. I thought it would be nice to have a tour where you can ride a boat.

高千穂峡、高千穂神社、天岩戸神社、とっても景色が良く、行って良かったです。
料理もとても美味しかったです。
中国語がメインとサイトにあったので、ちょっとだけ不安でしたが、ガイドさんがとても印象が良くて楽しかったです。
ボートに乗れるツアーがあるといいなぁと思いました。

I participated in a tour of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. I was a bit anxious about the bus ride, which took over an hour one way, but thanks to our guide's interesting stories, the well-organized itinerary, souvenir information, and the driver's safe driving, I was able to enjoy an efficient and worry-free visit. This time, we experienced heavy snowfall and deep snow, but I would love to join again in a different season to see the changing expressions throughout the year. It was a wonderful tour. 白川郷、五箇山のツアーに参加しました。片道1時間超のバス移動は少し不安でしたが、ガイドさんの興味深いお話しと見学コースの組み立て方やお土産情報、ドライバーさんの安全運転のおかげで安心して効率的な見学を楽しむことができました。今回は大雪で深い積雪の中の見学でしたが、別の季節もぜひまた参加して、四季折々の表情を見てみたいです。素晴らしいツアーでした。ありがとうございました。

I participated in this bus tour, but unfortunately, the service was very poor, and I cannot recommend it.

1. Tour Guide's Response
The tour guide was Chinese and had limited Japanese skills, making communication difficult. Additionally, they seemed inexperienced with the tour's progression, and information sharing about meeting places and times was insufficient.

2. Mistake in Meeting Place Guidance
There was no announcement regarding the meeting place or itinerary changes, and we ended up waiting in the wrong location. Afterward, we headed to the correct meeting place, but the bus ended up passing by the original location where we were waiting. If there had been an explanation when I called about the delay, we wouldn't have needed to move unnecessarily. It was very challenging to rush down a crowded street with a small child in the snow and poor footing.

3. Impact of Other Participants' Delays
Other participants arrived significantly late, causing a major delay (about 2 hours). By the time we reached our destination, many shops were closed, ruining the sightseeing experience. The return home was also quite late, which was particularly tough for those with children.

4. Poor Balance Between Cost and Service
I booked this tour because it was cheaper compared to other bus tours, but even at a low price, such poor management is unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, this is a tour I cannot recommend.

I hope for improvements, but as it stands, I cannot consider using this service again.

今回、こちらのバスツアーに参加しましたが、残念ながら非常に対応が悪く、参加をおすすめできません。

1. 添乗員の対応
添乗員の方は中国人の方でしたが、日本語があまりできず、意思疎通が困難でした。加えて、ツアーの進行にも不慣れな様子で、集合場所や時間等情報共有が不十分でした。

2. 集合場所の案内ミス
集合場所や行程変更の案内がなく、私たちは誤った場所で待機することに。その後、正しい集合場所に向かいましたが、結局バスが元々私たちがいた場所を通過する形に。遅れてしまうことをお電話した際に説明があれば無駄に移動する必要はなかったのに、雪が降り足元の悪い中、小さな子どもを連れて混雑した道を急ぐ羽目となり、とても大変でした。

3. 他の参加者の遅刻による影響
他の参加者が大幅に遅れて到着したため、予定より大幅に遅延。(約2時間遅れ)目的地に着いた頃には閉まっている店も多く、せっかくの観光が台無しに。帰宅時間もかなり遅くなり、特に子連れには厳しい状況でした。

4. コストとサービスのバランスが悪い
他のバスツアーと比較して料金が安かったため予約しましたが、安いとはいえ、ここまでお粗末な運営では満足できません。残念ながら、参加をおすすめできないツアーでした。

改善を期待したいですが、今のままでは再利用は考えられません。

I enjoyed the well-timed and efficient full-day bus tour! If I could wish for something, I would have loved to visit one more spot on the hell tour at the end. I was impressed by the guide's ability to speak three languages!

Thanks to the nice judgment of the guide and the driver, we were able to fully enjoy all three locations safely, considering the snow forecast and road conditions during the middle of the three-day weekend. The guide provided explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese, which made it easy to understand. When displaying the meeting point on Google Maps from the website, it points to Bic Camera across the road, but it's actually in front of the police box.

3連休中日で雪の予報や道路状況を踏まえて、ガイドさんと運転手さんのナイスな判断のおかげで無事3ヶ所全てを満喫できました。
日本語、英語、中国語全ての言語でガイドをしていて、わかりやすかったです。
ウェブサイトからグーグルマップで待ち合わせ場所を表示すると道路の反対側のビックカメラを指しますが、交番の前です。

I knew that the main plan was in Chinese, so I expected there would be fewer Japanese guides, but I was pleased to find that there were also guides in Japanese and English, which made it enjoyable. The driver's consideration for safety during boarding and alighting left a good impression.

中国語メインのプランと知っていて、日本語ガイドは少ないのかなと予想してましたが、しっかりと日本語+英語のガイドもあり楽しめました。
運転手さんの乗り降り時の安全への配慮も好印象でした。

It was my first time in Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go. We had 2 hours of free time in Hida Takayama and 2 hours in Shirakawa-go. The time in Takayama was just right, but 2 hours in Shirakawa-go was not enough. This was because the walking path to the viewpoint I wanted to visit was closed due to snow, so the only option was the shuttle bus, which had a long line of about an hour to board. In the end, it was certain that I wouldn't make it back in time for the bus departure, so I reluctantly gave up (tears). Since the shuttle bus only came every 20 minutes, I think anyone wanting to go to the viewpoint during this season needs at least 3 hours of free time... Other than that, I was very satisfied! I was also able to buy the water pudding. About 90% of the tour participants were foreigners, but there were no particular issues.

初めての飛騨高山と白川郷でした。
フリータイム飛騨高山2時間、白川郷2時間でしたが、高山はちょうどよかったのですが白川郷2時間は時間が足りなかったです。というのも、一番行きたかった展望台へは遊歩道が積雪の影響で通行止めになっていたためシャトルバスしか手段がなく乗れるまでに1時間くらい並ぶ感じになっていました。結局帰りのバス出発に間に合わないのが確実だったので泣く泣く断念(涙)
シャトルバスが20分おきしか無かったのでこの時期に展望台に行きたい方はフリータイム3時間は必要かと…
それ以外はとても満足できました！
水ぷりんも買えましたので。
ツアー参加者の9割くらいは外国の方ですがとくに問題はなかったです。

On the first day, I visited Dazaifu and Yufuin. On the second day, I participated in a tour of Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso Nakadake. By chance, I had the same female guide on both days, and I was the only Japanese person in the group. However, she always provided the guide in Japanese after Chinese and English, so there were no issues.

1日目太宰府、湯布院 2日目熊本城、阿蘇中岳に参加しました。たまたま、2日とも同じ女性のガイドさんで日本人は私1人でしたが中国語、英語の後必ず日本語でガイドしてくれるので問題ありませんでした。

The weather was nice, and the mystique of Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine, Amano Iwato Shrine, and Amano Kawara was very strong. While traveling by bus, the view of Mount Aso was dynamic and beautiful, conveying the mysteries of nature on a global scale. Takachiho Gorge was also breathtaking, and I was overwhelmed by the astonishingly large number of columnar joints I witnessed. The participants were multinational, including people from the U.S., China, Taiwan, Korea, and Singapore, and as a Japanese person, I was in the minority (probably the only one), but everyone was well-mannered, making for a pleasant trip. The guide was Chinese and had no issues with Japanese or English, effectively communicating the features of the tourist spots in Japanese, which helped me understand them well. The bus driver was also a pleasant person. It was a long day from 8:00 to 18:30, but it was truly an interesting day that flew by.

天気が良く、上色見熊野座神社、天安河原、天岩戸神社の神秘性が非常に強く伝わってきました。各所をバスで移動中に見える阿蘇山もダイナミックで美しく、地球規模の自然の神秘も伝わってきました。高千穂峡も圧巻で、驚くほど巨大で多くの柱状節理を目の当たりにし、圧倒された一日でした。参加者は米、中、台、韓、シンガポールなど多国籍で日本人の私は少数派（恐らく1人だけ）でしたが、すべての人がマナー良く心地よい旅でした。ガイドさんは中国人で日本語にも英語にも問題はなく、要所を日本語で伝えてくれましたので観光スポットの特徴をよく理解することができました。バスの運転手も感じの良い方でした。8：00～18：30の長丁場でしたが、あっという間の本当に面白い一日でした。

The snow and scenery in Shirakawa-go were beautiful, and I enjoyed tasting and purchasing sake in Takayama. It was a shame that the mitarashi dango was sold out in Takayama, so I couldn't try it, but I was able to relax without any rain.

白川郷の雪と景色、高山ではお酒の飲み比べをして購入しました。
高山でみたらし団子が売り切れており、食べられなかったのは残念でしたが、雨が降ることもなく、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。

The plan was to visit Shirakawa-go, but due to a severe cold wave, the news had been advising against visiting Shirakawa-go and announcing road closures for 2-3 days prior to the tour. Despite this, when I confirmed whether the tour would proceed, I received a response that the tour would take place on the day. Since cancellations on the day before do not qualify for a refund, I participated, but in the end, we could only go to Gujo Hachiman. About 80% of the participants were foreigners. There were few Japanese participants, and it was very disappointing given my expectations.

After going to Gujo Hachiman, we were told we would go to an outlet as an option, but I couldn't help but think that this was part of the original plan. In the end, we had to return to Nagoya Station right away. I find it unacceptable that the tour was conducted knowing in advance that we couldn't go, and I inquired about it, but I didn't even receive a response, so I will no longer use this site.

I appreciate the guide and the driver who safely drove us on the day.

白川郷のプランだったが、大寒波と重なり、ニュースでは白川郷は通行止めや観光に来ないよう呼びかけていることを、ツアーの2〜3日前からやっていた。
それにも関わらず、催行の有無を確認すると、当日はツアーがあると返事が来た。前日キャンセルは返金対応にならないため、当日参加したものの、結局郡上八幡のみにしか行けなかった。参加者は約8割外国人。
日本人参加者は少なかったが、期待しただけにとても残念だった。
郡上八幡に行った後、オプションでアウトレットに行くと言われたが、始めからそのプランの予定だったのでは？と思ってしまうほど。結局すぐに名古屋駅に戻ることになった。今回は予め行けないと分かっていたのにツアーを催行させたことが納得行かず、問い合わせたが返事すら帰ってこないため、もうこちらのサイトは利用しません。

当日のガイドさんや安全に運転して下さった運転手さんには感謝しています。

Thank you for the wonderful guidance in three languages from the tour guide. We applied for the tour without realizing it was for foreigners, and later noticed that the guidance was in Chinese. Before participating, I was nervous about what the tour would be like, but the staff were kind and warm-hearted, which put me at ease. I was able to spend the day feeling like I was traveling abroad while still in Japan, and it was very enjoyable. I would like to participate again.

私たちは外国人向けのツアーだと知らずに申し込み、後から、案内は中国語と書いてあることに気がつきました。
参加前はどんなツアーなのかドキドキでしたが　親切で心優しいスタッフさんで安心。

Traveling from Hakata to Takachiho using public transportation can be time-consuming and costly, but this bus tour is appealing because it departs from in front of Hakata Station in the morning and returns in the evening. For just a little over 10,000 yen, lunch is included, and you can visit the main attractions. While there isn't enough time to ride a boat in Takachiho Gorge, aside from that, it's a tour that allows you to enjoy sightseeing thoroughly.

博多から個人で公共交通機関を使って高千穂へ行こうとすると、費用も時間もかかりますが、こちらのバスツアーは朝に博多駅前を出発して夕方には戻って来れるというのが魅力でした。一万円ちょっとで昼食も付いて、主要ポイントには行くことができます。高千穂峡でボートに乗る時間まではありませんが、そのことを除けばじゅうぶんに観光を楽しめるツアーです。

I applied with my Canadian boyfriend. On the day I participated, there were no other Japanese people, and the guide was in Chinese and English. He was also satisfied and able to understand the content! The guide was fluent in Japanese as well and communicated with us in Japanese during the tour.
I don't think it's possible to explore so efficiently on your own, especially in winter, so I was very satisfied! The time allocation was very sufficient, and in Gujo Hachiman, we walked to scenic spots with the guide, while in Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go, we had the freedom to wander around.

カナダ人の彼と2人で申し込みました。私の参加した日は、私の他に日本人はおらず、中国語、英語でのガイドでした。彼も内容を理解できて満足でした！ガイドさんはもちろん日本語も堪能で、ツアー中は日本語でもコミュニケーションをとってくれました。
なかなか個人で、しかも冬に、こんなに効率よく巡れないと思うので、とても満足でした！
時間配分もとても十分で、郡上八幡ではガイドさんに連れられ景観の良い場所を歩き、飛騨高山、白川郷は自由に歩き回りました。

It was my first time visiting Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso since my middle school trip! I had a delicious lunch and spent a wonderful time at Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine, which was truly lovely! It was a great deal.

I also want to thank the driver and guide for their excellent service; I would love to request them again if the opportunity arises! Thank you very much!!

The tour was primarily conducted in Chinese, but there were also some explanations in Japanese, which was not a problem. The distance from Fukuoka to Kumamoto was considerable, and the time spent at tourist sites (strict timekeeping, free time) was short, making it quite a busy experience. However, there were toilet breaks, and the lunch was good, providing satisfaction that exceeded the price. On the bus, I had a great time chatting friendly with a family from Taiwan (using a translation app) and the guide.

中国語対応が主体のツアーでしたが、日本語での説明も少しあり、問題ありませんでした。福岡から熊本までの距離があり、観光地の滞在時間（時間厳守、自由行動）が短いため、大変忙しい思いをしましたが、トイレ休憩あり、ランチも良くお値段以上の満足感はありました。バスの中では、台湾から来られたご家族（翻訳アプリ使用）、ガイドの方とフレンドリーにお話ができて楽しかったです。

What impressed me the most was how the guide skillfully used three languages and provided dedicated and enthusiastic guidance. The hospitality with a smile was outstanding. I heard they are a student, and I look forward to their future!

ガイドさんが3ヶ国語を駆使して献身的かつ熱心にガイドしてくれたことが一番印象的でした。笑顔でのホスピタリティは最高でした。学生さんだそうですが、今後が楽しみです！

Previously, when I visited Shirakawa-go in winter, unfortunately, there was no snowfall. However, this time I was able to see the snowy Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, which was wonderful. Additionally, the stories from the bilingual guide were interesting and created great memories.

以前、冬に白川郷を訪れたときは、残念ながら積雪がありませんでしたが、今回は雪の白川郷・五箇山を見ることができてすばらしかったです。また、バイリンガルのガイドの方の話も面白く、いい思い出になりました。
