会議場所はとても見つけやすく、責任者が待っていました。公共交通機関のために並ぶ手間もありませんでした。

Very easy to find the meeting place and there was a person in charge waiting. No hassle to queu for a public transport.

I made a reservation because I wanted to see Shirakawa-go covered in snow. This year, it had been warm for a while, so I was worried about whether there would be snow, but my worries were unfounded. When I arrived, it was snowing so heavily that I could barely see in front of me. Snow boots are a must during snowy weather. The bridge leading to Shirakawa-go from the parking lot was frozen. When the sun peeked out, it was as beautiful as I had imagined, so I definitely think everyone should see the snowy scenery and Shirakawa-go at least once! In Takayama, I had enough time to see the morning market, eat Hida beef, and do some shopping. If you want to explore more thoroughly, I think you would need a bit more time.

高山は、朝市みて、飛騨牛食べて、買い物する程度の時間はありました

I would like to come again for an overnight stay. I'm looking forward to the Takachiho Kagura and the boat ride. It’s definitely best to aim for the autumn foliage season. Most of the visitors were foreigners, and the guide provided bilingual explanations mixed with Chinese. The time management was very well organized, and even though there were only a few of us, it turned out to be a wonderful day of leisure for the travelers as well. It was truly a lovely trip.

It was my second time on the Hozu River boat ride, and the boatman's explanations were entertaining. I was able to experience the occasional rapids with excitement. My visit was for the purpose of enjoying the autumn leaves during the high season, and by making a reservation in advance, I was able to board without waiting.

２回目の保津川下りでしたが、船頭さんの説明が面白く、たまにある急流をドキドキしながら体験する事ができました。
紅葉狩り目的でハイシーズンにトロッコ列車を含めた観光でしたが、事前に予約することで待つことなく乗船できました。

I decided to go to Nagoya with my mother, and since it was a special occasion, I wanted to create memories by visiting places I had never been before, so I signed up for a tour.

At first, I felt anxious because most of the other passengers and the guide were foreigners (we might have been the only Japanese). However, the guide from China was very friendly and explained everything in Japanese, which eased my worries. It was also reassuring that the bus driver was Japanese!

On the bus, we stopped at the destination and had about two hours of free time. In Hida Takayama, we were able to visit the morning market, and I was very satisfied to buy some delicious miso. The meat sushi was also tasty, and there was a Snoopy store. Since both my mother and I love Snoopy, I was happy to buy matching Snoopy sarubobo dolls with her.

In Shirakawa-go, although there wasn't much snow, I was glad to see the snowy scenery. We entered Nagase-ya and Wada-ya, and the interiors were filled with historical artifacts, allowing us to feel the past. It was fascinating to think that there are still people living in this village today.

The tour took us to two sightseeing spots at once, so we were able to spend a very meaningful time. Thank you very much.

母と一緒に名古屋に行くことが決まり、せっかくなので行ったことがない場所へ行き思い出を作りたいと、ツアーを申し込みさせて頂きました。

最初は案内の方も、他の乗客の方もほとんどが外国の方(日本人は私達だけだったかもしれません)だったので不安になりましたが、案内の中国の方が一生懸命愛想よく日本語で説明してくれたので、不安は拭えました。またバスの運転手の方が日本人だったので心強かったです！

バスでは現地に寄り、それぞれ約2時間ほど自由時間がありました。
飛騨高山では朝市にも行くことができ、美味しいお味噌を買えたのが大変満足でした。肉寿司も美味しく、またスヌーピーのお店があり2人ともスヌーピーが好きなので、母とお揃いでスヌーピーのさるぼぼを買えたのが嬉しかったです。
白川郷は、少なかったですが雪が積もっていたので雪景色が見れて嬉しかったです。
長瀬屋と和田屋の中に入りましたが、お家の中は歴史を感じるものばかりで当時を感じながら見ることができました。今もこの集落で普通に生活をしている方達がいるのが不思議になりました。

2つの観光名所に1度に連れて行ってくれるので、とても有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

There were many foreign visitors, but the guide was fluent in Japanese and kindly taught us various things, which made it very enjoyable! I want to go again!

I was surprised to learn that there were only three Japanese participants among a large number of attendees, but both our guide, Mr. Yamazaki, and the driver were very hospitable, making the day enjoyable and pleasant.

大勢の参加者の中で日本人は3名との事で驚きましたが、ガイドの山崎さんもドライバーさんもホスピタリティにあふれる方で、一日気持ちよく楽しく過ごせました。

I was concerned about the long travel time before going, but it turned out to be a very enjoyable tour where I could relax. The guide's stories were fun, and the driver was safe. The Miyazaki beef for lunch was also very delicious. Takachiho is a wonderful place with untouched nature, and I experienced things that photos can't convey. Next time, I will join with my husband. 行くまでは移動時間ぎ長いのが気になってましたが、逆にゆったりとできてとても楽しいツアーでした。ガイドさんのお話も楽しく、運転手さんも安全運転でした。お昼の宮崎牛もとても美味しいかったです。高千穂はとても素晴らしいところで、手付かずの自然が素晴らしく、写真では伝わらないものを体験しました。次は夫と参加します。メイさんありがとう😊

●Issue 1
Twelve days before the scheduled date, I received an email stating that there was a change in plans due to guidance from the Ministry of Transport. I was surprised that instead of going to a hot spring, we were going to a souvenir shop. Since it was difficult to make other reservations at the last minute, I decided to participate, but I regret not canceling.

●Issue 2
Out of 30 participants, I was the only Japanese person. The rest were of Chinese descent. The guide was also of Chinese descent, so the explanations of the highlights were long and detailed in Chinese, while in Japanese, it was only about the meeting place and time. It was painful to be subjected to an incomprehensible language for an extended period, and I felt a sense of alienation throughout, as if I had become invisible.

●問題点1
催行日の12日前に、運輸省指導により予定変更とのメールが届きました。
温泉にいく予定が、土産物屋にかわって驚きましたが、直前で他の予約は難しいため、参加することにしましたが、キャンセルしなかったことを後悔。

●問題点2
参加者30人中で日本人は自分一人でした。残りは中国系の参加者。ガイドも中国系なので、中国語での見どころ説明だけは長く丁寧、それに対して日本語は集合場所・時間のみ。意味不明な言語を延々と聞かされる苦痛、加えて終始、疎外感があって透明人間になった気分でした。

I felt a bit out of place as a Japanese person among a tour of Chinese tourists. The tour guide spoke at great length in Chinese, and while I couldn't understand it and felt a bit lonely, they also provided highlights and recommendations in Japanese, which made the experience very comfortable. I was able to exchange snacks in English with the Chinese guests next to me, and it was great to participate without any troubles and have fun.

中国人ツアーに紛れ込んだ日本人。というくらい、日本人には肩身の狭い日本国内観光でした。ツアコンの方が中国語で凄く長いお話をされており、拍手があがり・・・理解できず寂しい部分はありましたが、日本語でもきちんと見どころ、おすすめ行動をしてくれたのでとても快適でした。隣の中国人客の方と英語でお菓子の取り替えができたり、トラブルもなく楽しく参加できて良かったです。

The meeting point for VIP LINER is located at 〒453-0015 Aichi Prefecture, Nagoya City, Nakamura Ward, Tsubaki-cho 20, next to the Orix Parking Tower, with Lawson convenience store across the street. Make sure you don’t get lost!

Our tour guide is Alberto, who is a very nice and warm person. He provided a briefing before we arrived and gave us a map marking the meeting points. He also left his contact information in case you really get lost in these beautiful places. The beef lunch at Koshiyama (a restaurant near Shirakawago) is delicious. What made us a bit sad is that we only had 1.5 to 2 hours in Takayama and Shirakawago; we don’t think that’s enough time to enjoy these lovely places. However, we still had a good day and would love to visit again.

Our tour guide is Alberto, who is very nice and warm person. He gave a brief before arriving and a map marking meeting points. Last year, on November 23, 2023, I participated in the Shirakawa-go + Takayama bus tour, and it was wonderful, so this year, on November 22, 2024, I joined the Shirakawa-go + Gokayama bus tour. Unfortunately, it was rainy, but the gassho-zukuri houses in Shirakawa-go were slightly colored with autumn leaves, and the mist created a beautiful view that I enjoyed. I imagine it must be covered in heavy snow during winter. The lunch featuring mountain and river delicacies was delicious. The guide's explanations were also great, and I am thinking of visiting again next year, in 2025.

昨年、2023年11月23日に、白川郷＋高山バスツアーに参加して、素晴らしかったので、今年、2024年11月22日に、この白川郷＋五箇山バスツアーに参加しました。生憎と、雨模様でしたが、合掌作り白川郷、少し紅葉しており、霧が出ていて、良い景色を、楽しめました。冬はさぞかし豪雪に覆われるのでしょう。昼食の山、川の幸は、美味しかったです。ガイドさんのご説明も良くて、来年、2025年にも訪れたい、と思っています。

Day trip tour from Fukuoka.
There were 15 participants on the day, so we used a small bus, which felt a bit cramped. This number of participants is quite tricky. If there were just a few more people, I think we could have used a larger bus with two seats per person...

This time, there was only one Japanese participant, and while the Chinese guide was doing their best, it seemed they didn't understand much of our Japanese (^^; (^^;

Lunch was scheduled for 11 AM, which was early, and although it was a buffet at Kumamoto Castle, it was disappointing that I couldn't eat much...

福岡発日帰りツアー。
当日参加者は１５名ということで、小型のバスになり、少し窮屈でした。
この参加者数が一番微妙ですね。あと数人多くなればひとり２席利用の大型バスになると思うのですが・・

今回も日本人は一人だけで、中国人ガイドさんは頑張ってはいましたが、こちらからの日本語はあまり理解できないようでした(^^;(^^;

ランチは時間が１１時と早く、せっかくの熊本城でのバイキングでしたが、あまり食べられなかったのが残念・・

It was a bustling tour with a total of 40 participants, even though it was a weekday. However, the driver, the guide, and all the participants were of Chinese descent. I was the only Japanese person there.

There was no guidance in Japanese at all, but the itinerary and meeting times were communicated directly in Japanese, so there was no problem.

Well, thanks to the foreign tourists, it's great that a tour can take place even on a weekday when it would normally be quiet.

平日なのに総勢４０名の盛況ツアーでした。
ただし運転手もガイドも参加客もすべて中国系外国人。日本人は私一人(^^;(^^;

日本語でのガイドは全くないですが、行程、集合時間などは直接日本語で言ってくれるので問題ないです。

ま、外国人観光客のおかげで閑古鳥が鳴くはずの平日でもツアーが成立するのはありがたいです(^^;(^^;

It was a tour exclusively for foreigners departing from Fukuoka.

On the day of the tour, there were about 20 people on a large bus, so each person had two seats, which was quite comfortable. Among the passengers, there were only myself and the driver who were Japanese. The other passengers were half Filipino and half Chinese. The guide was Chinese and mainly provided commentary in English and Chinese.

The main itinerary and meeting times were communicated in Japanese, so there were no issues. There was almost no general Japanese-speaking tour guide.

However, I was able to visit the places I wanted to go, and thanks to the many foreign passengers, the tour was able to operate even on days when there were no Japanese tourists, which I really appreciated.

福岡発外国人専用？ツアーに便乗する形となります(^^;(^^;

当日は２０名ぐらいで大型バスだったので一人２席利用で余裕がありました。
その中で日本人は私と運転手さんだけ(^^;(^^;
フィリピンと中国系乗客が半々。
ガイドさんは中国人で、主に英語と中国語のガイドでした。

主な工程と集合時間は日本語で言ってくれるので問題ないです。
一般的な日本語での観光ガイドはほぼなしです。

でもまあ行きたいところへは行けましたし、多くの外国人乗客のおかげで、日本人観光客のいない日でもツアーが成立するのでありがたいです。

The guide spoke English but also used Japanese and took care of me, which made for a great trip.

I was able to travel with foreigners and visit the long-desired Takachiho Gorge, Amano Iwato Shrine, and Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine. They were truly beautiful, and I was moved and excited to see such wonderful scenery in Japan. I'm glad I went from Chiba.

Since I usually work with foreign customers, I really appreciated this trip. Thank you so much to the guide.

ガイドさんが英語だったけども日本語を使用してくれたり、私のことを気にかけて下さって良い旅行が出来ました。

外国人の方と一緒に旅行出来て、念願の高千穂峡と天安河原、天岩戸神社、上色見熊野座神社にも行けてホントに綺麗で日本にはこんなに素晴らしい景色があることを感動してワクワク出来ました。千葉から行って良かったと思いました。

The Japanese guide was fluent in Chinese. However, the answers to our questions did not match, making communication very difficult.

日本語のガイドさんは中国語が堪能でした。
我々の質問の答えが合致しておらず、意思疎通が大変でした。

The Miyazaki beef lunch was delicious, the views of Takachiho Gorge were breathtaking, and visiting the shrines was amazing! The guide was friendly, which was great. I fell into a deep sleep on the way back thanks to the gentle driving of the female driver.

As mentioned in other people's experiences, it was a bus tour for foreigners. There were only two groups of Japanese people, including myself, but the guide was very attentive and provided detailed explanations in Japanese, showing great consideration. The travel time on the bus was long, so I found the return trip quite tough on my back, haha. I was able to fully enjoy the magnificent nature of Takachiho, and overall, I had a fulfilling day, so I am very satisfied. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

日本人は自分含め2組でしたが、ガイドさんは丁寧に日本語でも細かくガイドして頂き、気配りの出来る方でした♪
バスでの移動時間が長いので、帰りのバスはけっこう腰が辛かったです笑

To conclude, I’m really glad I participated!
As a trip, every location had many highlights. When I participated, the rough time allocations were about 1 hour in Gujo Hachiman, 2 hours in Takayama, and 2 hours in Shirakawa-go, so you need to move efficiently and quickly, or you won't have enough time. I think it's better to research the places you want to visit in advance.
Since I went to Shirakawa-go on a weekday between 3 PM and 5 PM, many shops that usually stay open until 5 PM closed by 4 PM, so it’s better to check out cafes and the gassho-zukuri buildings first. On the flip side, from around 4 PM, the number of tourists decreases, making it easier to take photos of the scenery.
Regarding the other tourists on the same tour, when I participated, I was the only Japanese person. (laughs) There were many tourists from China, and since I had seen reviews of this tour, to be honest, I was quite anxious until we reached the first sightseeing spot. However, everyone was very well-mannered, quiet on the bus, and adhered to the meeting times, returning to Nagoya as scheduled. This was another reason I felt glad to join this tour. My impression really changed.
As for the guide, I can’t emphasize enough how positive my impression was; it’s not an exaggeration to say that thanks to this person, we had a safe tour.
On the bus, they provided highlights of the places we visited and safety reminders (like restroom breaks and seatbelt alerts) in Chinese, English, and Japanese, allowing for a safe and comfortable sightseeing experience. They were probably from China but spoke Japanese well, and whenever they spotted me, the only Japanese person, they spoke to me in Japanese. When we finally arrived in Nagoya, after everyone got off, they checked the seats to ensure no one left anything behind, showing great consideration until the very end. It was truly a wonderful tour.

結論から言いますが、参加してほんと良かったです！
旅行としてはどの箇所も見所多く私が参加した時は、大まかですが郡上八幡が1時間、飛騨高山2時間、白川郷2時間の滞在時間なので、ある程度効率よく早足で回らないと時間が足りなくなります。寄りたい場所をある程度調べて訪れた方が良いと思います。
白川郷は平日の15〜17時の時間帯に行ったので、本来なら17時までやってる店なども16時に閉まる店が多く、先にカフェや合掌造りの建物を見学した方が良いです。逆に言えば16時くらいから観光客が減るので景色を撮りやすい時間でした。
同じツアー観光客についてですが、私が参加した時は日本人は私1人でした。笑
中国からの観光客が多くみられ、このツアーの口コミも観てたので本音言うと最初の観光地に着くまですごく不安でした。しかし、皆さんすごくマナー良くバス内では静かで、集合時間も守り、名古屋には予定通りに戻ってきました。この点もこのツアーに参加して良かったと思った点です。ほんとに印象が変わりました。
ガイドさんについてですが、この方のおかげで安全なツアーが出来たと言っても過言では無いほど好印象な方でした。
バス内では中国語、英語、日本語で訪問箇所の見どころや移動中の注意点(トイレ休憩あるかやシートベルトの注意喚起)をしてくださり、安全で快適な観光ができました。多分中国出身の方でしたが、日本語も上手で、唯一日本人の私を見かけたら日本語で話してくれました。最後名古屋に着くと、全員降りた後に忘れ物がないか座席を確認してる姿も最後まで配慮が行き届いた方で、ほんとに良いツアーでした。

The plan was to go from Takayama to Shirakawa-go, but due to road congestion, it was reversed. It might have been better that way.
The guide was trilingual and spoke Japanese well.
The bus tour had 80% Asian foreigners and 20% Japanese, but everyone was punctual and well-behaved.
Shirakawa-go was snowy, but we were able to visit all the sightseeing points we wanted. I gave up on lunch and ate skewers and menchi katsu on the bus.
It was raining in Takayama. We arrived at 2:30, and since most ramen shops were closed, we found one that was still open and went in. The soup had a rich flavor, but it was delicious.
I was glad we could visit Takayama Jinya and Sakurayama Hachiman Shrine.
Lastly, I appreciate the female driver for her safe driving. 😊

高山から白川郷の予定が、道路の混雑により逆になりました。却って良かったかもしれません。
ガイドさんはトリリンガルで、日本語も上手でした。
アジア系外国人8割･日本人2割のバスツアーでしたが、皆さん時間厳守でお行儀も良かったです。
白川郷は雪でしたが、行きたい観光ポイントは全て行けました。昼食は諦めて、串焼きとメンチカツをバス内で食べました。
高山は雨。2時半に着いたのでラーメン屋さんはほぼ時間外の中、1軒だけ営業中を見つけ入店しました。濃い味のスープでしたが、美味しかったです。
高山陣屋と桜山八幡宮に行けて良かったです。
最後に、安全運転をして下さった女性ドライバーさんに感謝😊

We participated as sisters aged 75 and 73. During the day, we took this course, and at night, we went to Tokyo Mega Illumination and stayed at a business hotel. Although we live in Saitama Prefecture and are not very confident in our mobility, it was difficult to return home at night after participating all day, so we stayed overnight. It became a wonderful memory, and we really enjoyed it. The Sky Transportation was excellent.

75才と73才の姉妹で参加しました。昼はこのコースに夜は東京メガイルミに行ってビジネスホテルに宿泊しました。私達姉妹は埼玉県に住んでいますが　足もあまり自信がなく　昼夜の参加で夜の帰宅が大変なので1泊して帰りました。
良い思い出になり本当に楽しかった。　スカイ交通最高でした。

The weather was nice, perfect for a sky bus ride. I thought there wouldn't be many people since it was December, but it was almost full. Since there was no roof, it was thrilling when we passed under the elevated tracks. Time flew by in no time.

お天気が良く、最高のスカイバス日和。12月なのであまり人がいないかと思っていたら、ほぼ満席。屋根がないので、高架線の下を走るときにはスリル満点。あっという間に時間が過ぎました。

On this day, the forecast predicted a high of 3°C and a low of -1°C in Shirakawa-go. Thanks to that, I was able to visit Shirakawa-go, which I had seen in TV shows and photos, with its beautiful snowy scenery.

With a heat pack on my back, another in my shoes, and rain shoe covers on, I was fully prepared for my stroll. This allowed me to enjoy the stunning winter landscape of Shirakawa-go and indulge in some street food without being deterred by the cold or muddy ground!

The nostalgic old town of Takayama was filled with exciting shops from the moment I stepped in. I enjoyed exploring while savoring gourmet food, chopsticks, bowls, and local sake. I also visited Takayama Jinya and felt like I had traveled back in time!

I wish I had more time, but considering how challenging it is to get there, I thought it was great to experience it on a day trip bus tour from Nagoya!

この日、予報では最高気温は３℃、最低気温は－１℃の白川郷へ。おかげで、テレビや写真で見たことのある、雪景色の白川郷を訪れることができました。
背中にカイロ、靴の中にもカイロ、レインシューズカバーも装着し、完全防備で散策に向かったおかげで、寒さやぬかるむ足元にひるむことなく、白銀の白川郷の風景や食べ歩きを楽しむことができました！
高山のノストラジックな古き良き町並みは、一歩足を踏み入れた瞬間からワクワクするお店が並び、グルメやお箸・お椀、銘酒を堪能しながら散策しました。
高山陣屋もお邪魔して、タイムスリップした気分を味わいました！
もっともっと時間があったら良かったけど、そもそも行くだけでなかなかハードな地域なので、名古屋からの日帰りバスツアーで体験できるのは良いな☆と思いました。

The guide was Chinese, and he provided explanations not only in Chinese but also in English. However, the amount of explanation in Japanese and English was less than half compared to Chinese. This was within expectations. When it was time for the bus to depart, the guide checked the number of passengers. While everyone was indeed on the bus, there were some who were not seated. I felt that this was a bit dangerous.

ガイドさんは中国人でしたが、中国語だけでなく英語でも説明してくれました。ただし、説明の量は中国語に比べると日本語や英語でも説明は半分以下でした。ここまでは想定内。ガイドさんがバスの発車時刻になると人数確認をされます。確かにバスの中にはいるのですが、座席についていない方がおられました。少し危険かなと感じました。

Takachiho Gorge and Amano Iwato Shrine are very healing. The dynamic scenery is breathtaking. The lunch was also delicious. I would like to participate again.

I'm glad I was able to visit the long-desired Takachiho! If I could wish for more, I would have liked to ride a boat as well. The food was delicious. I experienced the hospitality of the local Japanese people. Although the guide was not Japanese, they provided guidance in Chinese and English, and perhaps because there were few Japanese people, they offered direct assistance. ガイドさんは、日本人ではありませんでしたが、中国語で案内して英語で案内して、日本人は少ない為か直接案内をしてくれました。

I participated in a tour of Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go, which are two attractions that are quite difficult to cover in just one day. The majority of the participants were from China, and the large bus was fully booked. The tour guide provided explanations in both Chinese and Japanese.

On the way, it started to snow on the highway, causing traffic congestion, so we changed our plans and headed to Shirakawa-go first. The path to the observation deck was not in great condition due to rain and snow, but I wanted to see the view from the deck, so I walked there. Once I reached the top, I was able to overlook the beautiful snowy houses of Shirakawa-go, which was truly moving. The visit to the Nagase family house afterward was also nice, as I could take my time exploring the interior. I was worried that the two-hour stay might be a bit short, but I think I managed to see the main parts of the village.

Since we arrived in Hida Takayama in the afternoon, we couldn't visit the morning market, but we did explore Takayama Jinya and stroll through the old streets. The visit to Takayama Jinya took about 30 minutes, and it was impressive with its spacious grounds. Perhaps due to the time of day, there were few visitors, allowing for a leisurely exploration. I noticed that many shops near the bus parking area ended their lunch service around 3 PM, which is something to keep in mind.

Overall, it was an efficient bus tour that allowed us to visit two locations, and the tour guide's service was pleasant, making for a fulfilling day.

飛騨高山と白川郷のツアー、なかなか1日では回れない2つの観光地に行けるのが魅力的で参加しました。参加者は中国の方が多く大型バスが満席、添乗員さんは中国語と日本語での説明をされていました。
行きの高速道路で雪が降り始め道路が混雑したため、予定変更で先に白川郷へ行くことに。展望台への道も雨と雪で足元が良くない状況でしたが、せっかくなので展望台からの景色が見たくて、徒歩で展望台へ。登ってみたらとても素敵な雪の白川郷の家並みを見渡すことができ、感動的でした。その後に立ち寄った長瀬家もゆっくり内部を見学できて良かったです。2時間の滞在は少し短いかと心配していましたが、一通り集落を回ることができたと思います。
飛騨高山は午後の到着になったため、朝市見学はできませんでしたが、高山陣屋を見学し古い街並みを散策しました。高山陣屋は30分程で見学。広いお屋敷で見応えがありました。時間帯もあってか、見学客が少なく、ゆっくり見学できました。バスの駐車場近辺の商店街は、ランチタイムが15時頃終了してしまう所が多かった点は注意が必要かと思いました。
全体的には効率よく2箇所を巡ることのできるバスツアーで、添乗員さんの対応も気持ち良く、充実した1日でした。
