There were many participants from China, so there were announcements in Chinese as well as in Japanese. Shirakawa-go and Takayama felt like a different world, and the bus stopped at tourist spots, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing at a leisurely pace.

参加者は中国の方が多数居たせいか、中国語の案内と日本語の案内が有りました。
白川郷に飛騨高山は別世界、観光場所にバスを停車してくれるので、ゆっくり観光出来ました。

Due to not properly considering the details, I realized I wouldn't make it in time for the flight, so I only participated in the visit to Kumamoto Castle and the lunch buffet, and then I left the tour. I wanted to go to Mount Aso and Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine in the afternoon.

詳細をきちんと検討しなかった為飛行時間に間に合わない事が分かり、熊本城見学とお昼のバイキングだけをいただき、ツアーから抜けました。
午後からの阿蘇山、上色見熊野座神社に行きたかったです。

Most of the passengers were Chinese, but everyone was punctual, boarded quietly, and followed good manners, which made me feel at ease. The driver's skills were excellent, and it was great that the schedule was maintained on time.

乗客が中国人の方がほとんどでしたが、みなさん時間を守り、静かに乗車してて、マナーを守る人達ばかりで安心して乗れました。
運転手さんの運転も上手で時間通りに予定が進んで良かったです。

It was a participation in the very hot end of July. I hoped to join to take a Vietnamese youth studying in America, but as the reviews said, it was mostly a tour catering to customers from China. The guide was sweating profusely in the extreme heat, doing their best, and I could see efforts to accommodate in English, such as preparing English leaflets. For me, who is learning Chinese, it was enjoyable to have some interactions in Chinese. All the participants were well-mannered, and I personally hope that many inbound visitors will see the wonderful aspects of Japan and share them when they return to their home countries.

By the way, I was happy to find the flowering of the tobacco plant; it was a nice reunion after a long time. The lunch was also fulfilling, and I was satisfied that we could go to Takachiho for a day trip.

とても暑さの厳しい7月末の参加でした。アメリカに留学中のベトナムの青年を連れていくために参加を希望しましたが、口コミの通り、ほぼ中国からのお客様対応のツァーでした。ガイドさんも酷暑の中汗びっしょりで孤軍奮闘、英語のリーフレットを用意するなど英語対応の努力が窺えました。中国語を学んでいる私にとってはそれなりに楽しめる中国語のやりとりでしたよ。参加者の皆さん節度ある方で、私自身は数多くのインバウンドのお客さんには日本の素敵なところを見て祖国に帰って伝えて欲しいと思っています。

そういえばイワタバコの花が咲いているのを見つけ、久し振りの出会いが嬉しかったです。
昼食も充実していましたし、日帰りで高千穂までいけたのですから満足です。

I had wanted to visit this place for a long time, so I was glad to join the tour this time. Participating alone didn't bother me at all, but while I was taking photos of the scenery, I fell behind and almost got lost. The strict adherence to the schedule during breaks and free time is one of the challenges of group travel, but I was grateful that the guide was attentive to us. The staff at the dining places were also very accommodating, making it an overall satisfying trip.

今回ツアーに参加して良かったです。
一人での参加は全く気になりませんが、風景を撮っていたりすると遅れを取り、迷子になりそうになったり、休憩・自由時間も時間厳守だったりが団体旅行の大変さですが、ガイドさんが気に掛けて下さっていたので有り難かったです。お食事処の皆さんの対応も良く、総じて満足な旅でした。

We were blessed with warm and beautiful weather that felt more like spring than December, allowing everyone to create wonderful travel memories while keeping to the schedule. All three sightseeing spots were attractive, and exploring the shops was enjoyable. Our guide, Mr. Chou, was very kind and attentive, which was great. The explanations in Chinese, Japanese, and English were impressive. The driver also drove safely and had a pleasant demeanor.

It seems that the amount of water was low, so the intensity was moderate. However, we were able to stay on the boat longer, and thanks to the boatman's skillful storytelling, we had a very enjoyable time. The autumn leaves were beautiful enough, although it seems that they need the perfect combination of rain, heat, and coolness to achieve a perfect score.

水の量が少ないらしく、激しさはほどほどでした。その分長く乗っていられ、船頭さんの巧みな話術で、とても楽しい時間を過ごせたので良かったです。紅葉は、雨、暑さ、冷えの三拍子が、完璧でないと、100点にならないようですが、十分綺麗でした。

I thought it would have been good to have a bit more explanation for the Japanese people. The Chinese guide mentioned that their Japanese wasn't very good. Some people walked quickly and couldn't keep up.

日本人にももう少し説明があっても良いと思った。
中国人のガイドで日本語はあまりと言ってました。
歩きも早く着いていけない人もいました。

We are a family of four from Singapore.
On November 30th, we visited Takayama and Shirakawa-go.
Since it was a bit early in the season, we weren't expecting snow, but we were surprised to find sleet mixed with snow.
Both the kids and the parents were excited. It was amazing! Next time, we hope to visit a little later and see the snowy landscapes like in the pictures.

I visited Gujo Hachiman and Shirakawa-go for the first time. It was very nice. The gassho-zukuri with snow was the best; I was lucky. The guide explained in three languages, but I think I was the only Japanese person there. If that's the case, I feel a bit sorry about it. Thank you very much.

My 89-year-old father and 84-year-old mother were also able to enjoy it without any difficulty, making it a great way to show my appreciation for them. Thank you to the boatman for the safe navigation.

I went to Nagoya for sightseeing, but I didn't do enough research on the places I wanted to visit. When I checked Veltra, I found out there are day tours by sightseeing bus to Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go in Gifu. Shirakawa-go has been a place I wanted to visit for a long time, but I didn't have a clear image of the specific location or how to get there (I hadn't researched it), so this sightseeing bus tour was very lucky for me. The old streets of Hida Takayama felt fresh to me, and the guide explained everything well, allowing me to have a fulfilling day.

　観光で名古屋に行ったのですが、
現地での行きたい所の下調べが足りず、
Veltraでチェックしたところ、観光バスで
岐阜の飛騨高山や白川郷の日帰りツアーが
あるのを知りました。
　白川郷は以前から一度は行きたい所でしたが
具体的な場所や行き方(調べた訳ではありませんが)
のイメージが無く、今回の観光バスツアーは
とてもラッキーでした。
　飛騨高山の古くからの街並みも自分にとって新鮮な感じがしてガイドさんも良く説明してくれて
充実した一日を過ごすことが出来ました。
　

I never expected to see snow at the end of November, so it was truly wonderful to see the snow-covered roofs in Shirakawa-go! Additionally, I appreciated the 15-minute restroom breaks at the service area on both the way there and back. The streets of Takayama were also very charming, and I had the chance to enjoy some delicious food, making it an amazing experience. I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises!

11月末でまさか雪が降ってると思わず、白川郷の屋根に積もる雪景色を見る事ができた事は本当によかったです！
また途中行きも帰りも15分のトイレ休憩でサービスエリアにも寄っていただき助かりました。飛騨高山の街並み観光もとても素敵で、美味しいものも食べられ最高な経験になりました。

I participated in a tour of Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go in early November! In conclusion, it was a very enjoyable tour, and both my husband and I were extremely satisfied with the day!

Before arriving at each location, the bus guide provided personalized recommendations for sightseeing spots to each tour participant. They offered helpful advice such as, "If you want to go to ~, it's better to go there first because it gets crowded," and "If you go to ~ after ~, you'll be able to return to the meeting place smoothly." Thanks to their thorough guidance, we were able to visit the sightseeing spots with high satisfaction, making this tour highly recommended. Since the information is provided in multiple languages, I believe it's a tour that foreign visitors can enjoy with peace of mind.

11月上旬に飛騨高山と白川郷にツアー参加してきました！結論、とても楽しいツアーで夫婦共々大満足の1日でした！

各現地に到着前にはバスガイドの方がそれぞれのツアー参加者個別に、観光すべきスポットを教えてくれます。「〜は混むかそこに行きたいなら初めに行った方がいい」「〜は〜に回ってから行くとスムーズに集合場所に帰れる」など丁寧な案内をくれるため、満足度高く観光スポットを回ることができるのでおすすめなツアーです。各言語で案内があるので外国人の方も安心して楽しめるツアーだと思います。

The river cruise was cancelled the last few days because some work was being carried out. however, they told us this only on the morning of the trip. We should have been advised a couple of days earlier. The tour is only in Japanese, so if you don’t understand the language don’t use this tour provider. Even basic instructions in english are not provided, nor are your questions understood.

It was 98% inbound tourists, which made me feel like I was on an overseas trip. The boatman's somewhat clumsy yet charming English explanations made me laugh. I recommend bringing a cap for sun protection. The weather was clear on the day, but the water level was low, which affected the intensity of the experience; however, this is a natural phenomenon, so it can't be helped.

I wasn't surprised since I had seen previous posts, but most of the participants were from China, and the explanations were also in Chinese. It seemed that the guide couldn't speak much Japanese, so I asked about the meeting time and place and then had some free time. If you use it purely as a means of transportation, I think there won't be any issues. The Chinese participants also had good manners on the bus; it was quiet and comfortable. In the morning, the bus arrived just in time, and there was no announcement, which made me a bit anxious. I think it would have been better if someone had provided guidance in advance.

以前の書き込みを見ていたので、驚きはありませんでしたが、ほとんどが中国の方で、説明も中国語でした。ガイドさんもあまり日本語が話せないようで、集合時間と場所を聞いて、自由行動しました。交通手段として割り切って利用すれば、問題ないかと思います。中国の方もバスの中でのマナーも良く、静かで快適でした。朝、バスがギリギリに到着し、案内掲示がなかったので、ちょっと不安でした。事前に係の人が案内していただければ良いかと思いました。

Shirakawa-go had a small bus that runs every 20 minutes to the observation deck, so I couldn't ride it and walked up instead. The slope was steep, but I was able to enjoy the scenery along the way, so walking might have been a good choice!

This time, I also got to see the Wada House. The steep stairs, resembling a ladder, and the roof structure were quite fascinating.

The souvenir shop was narrow, so I couldn't browse leisurely, but I managed to buy a local magnet for my collection.

Everywhere I went, the locals were very kind, and I had a great time sightseeing. I would love to participate again!

白川郷、20分に1本の展望台までのバスが小さめで乗れず、歩いて上りました。
坂道キツかったけど、途中の景色もゆっくり見れたので歩きで良かったかも！
また今回は和田家を見せていただきました。はしごのような急な階段も、屋根の部分も興味深い造りでした。

お土産物屋さんは狭くてゆっくり見ることはできませんでしたがなんとかコレクションしているご当地マグネットを購入。

どこに行っても現地の方みなさんとても親切で楽しく観光できました。またぜひ参加したいです！

I participated with another Japanese person. I will briefly review the good points and those that could be improved.

The good points include the ease of access from Nagoya to the old streets and morning market of Hida, as well as the UNESCO World Heritage site Shirakawa-go, simply by taking a bus. Since we participated on a Sunday, there were no significant traffic jams, and although there were moments of light rain, overall, we managed to have an enjoyable day. We had two hours each to explore, and in Hida, we enjoyed Hida beef for lunch while walking around the town. In Shirakawa-go, we took a compact round trip to the observation deck from in front of Wada House, enjoyed the scenery, and had plenty of time to savor gohei mochi and Hida beef croquettes.

On the other hand, I would like to note a few points that concerned me as a Japanese participant. First, the morning meeting point was very confusing. There were three guides holding designated flags, but I had no idea how the check-in system worked as it was my first time (in the end, we had to find our assigned guide among the three and choose our preferred seats on a first-come, first-served basis. I think it would be smoother and more efficient if the organizers specified this in advance).

Additionally, this tour is not particularly budget-friendly based on my experience, and the bus used was quite cramped. While I could tolerate the lack of charging facilities, I expected a larger bus, so the comfort level did not match the cost. Furthermore, the air conditioning was not on during the outbound trip, making the interior very cold. Although I believe the driving was generally safe, there was no announcement before each departure, which made the sudden starts quite dangerous. For safety reasons, I think there should definitely be an announcement like "We are about to depart." This should be addressed promptly (at one point, the guide almost stumbled).

Finally, I want to emphasize that since this tour does not have a Japanese guide, you cannot expect the detailed guidance that Japanese participants might imagine. (If you prefer a more relaxed experience, I definitely recommend participating.) During the bus ride, they sent four images explaining the destination via AirDrop, but that was about it. More than 90% of the participants were from overseas, so there were times when the Japanese explanations were skipped during verbal announcements. (However, since there are generally explanations in English, I think it’s fine as long as you can understand that.)

日本人2人で参加しました。良かった点とそうとは言えなかった点を簡単に分けてレビューします。

良かった点は、名古屋から最も楽な方法でただバスに乗っているだけで飛騨の古い街並や朝市、そして世界遺産である白川郷へアクセスし、簡単に戻ってこられる点です。日曜参加でしたが特に大きな交通渋滞もなく、雨がちらつく瞬間もありましたが、概ねなんとか楽しく一日を過ごせたことはとても良かったと思います。それぞれ2時間ずつ散策可能なので、飛騨では街歩きがてらに飛騨牛のランチをとりました。白川郷では和田家の前から発着しいるバスで展望台までコンパクトに往復し、景色を堪能した後に、五平餅や飛騨牛コロッケを楽しむ時間もたっぷりありました。

他方、僭越ながら、日本人参加者として気になった点もいくつかメモとして記しておきます。まず朝の集合が大変分かりにくいです。指定された旗を持っているガイドは3人いましたが、どういうシステムで受付をしているのか初めてだと全くわかりません（結局、担当のガイドを3人の中から探し出し、先着順に好きな座席を、参加者自らがその場で決めるシステムでしたが、主催者の方で事前に指定して伝える方がスムーズかつ時間の無駄がなくクレバーだと思います）。

また本ツアーは経験上そこまでリーズナブルなバスツアーではないですが、使用している車体がかなり狭いです。充電ができない等は我慢できるとしても、もう少し大型のバスを期待していたので、快適性については費用に見合っていないのと、同時にコストの兼ね合いもあるのかと思いますが、往路はエアコンをつけてくれていなかった為、車内が大変寒かったです。また、基本的に高速などは安全運転だったとは思いますが、全ての発車時になんのアナウンスもない為、毎回急に発進するかなり危ない発車だったと思います。これは安全の為なので「これから発車します」というようなアナウンスを必ずするべきだと思います。これについては、早急に善処すべきではと思いました。（あるタイミングなどではガイドが転倒しそうになってました）

最後に日本人がこのツアーに参加するにあたっては、日本人ガイドではないので、日本人が想像するようなきめ細かいガイドはまず期待できないことだけは強調しておきます。（それが楽だと思う方は是非参加をオススメします）行きのバスの中でエアドロップで行き先についての画像説明書きを4枚飛ばしてくれますが、それだけです。参加者の9割以上は海外からの参加者なので、口頭での説明時は日本語をスキップされることもありました。（が、基本的には英語での説明もあるのでそれが理解できれば問題はないと思います。）

今回はお世話になりました。

I only had 40 minutes to visit Kumamoto Castle and couldn't make it to the top of the main keep. I wish I had a bit more time. It was disappointing that I couldn't go to Aso Nakadake due to bad weather. I would like to visit both places again. The tour was mainly for Chinese tourists, and there were just the two of us Japanese, but the tour guide was very kind, and I was able to enjoy the sightseeing without any worries.

熊本城の観光時間が40分しかなく、天守閣の上まであがれませんでした。もう少し時間が欲しかったです。阿蘇中岳は天候不良で入れず残念でした。両方とももう一度行きたいです。中国人がメインのツアーで日本人は私たち二人でしたが、添乗員さんには親切にしていただき不安なく観光できました。

I was overwhelmed by the variety of people gathering at the meeting point at Nagoya Station. I was also surprised that the guide was able to accommodate each participant's language and we departed smoothly!
On the bus, we had easy-to-understand maps and explanations of the sightseeing spots (with versions for each country), which made the tour enjoyable.

The guide was a Chinese person who had lived in Japan for 24 years, and they were very kind and unique. The lunch buffet was also very delicious, and although we were initially not supposed to visit the Aso volcano crater due to restrictions, they were lifted at the last minute, allowing us to see the impressive crater up close, which was a very valuable experience.

日本に24年も住んでいる中国人のガイドさんでしたが、とても親切でユニークな方でした。お昼のビュッフェもとても美味しかったですが、途中 阿蘇山噴火口は規制がかかって行けない予定でしたが 最後に解除されて間近に迫力ある噴火口を見れてとても貴重な体験になりました。

Since it was a tour for foreigners, there were fewer explanations in Japanese. The bus ride from Hakata was long, but there was plenty of time for sightseeing. The lunch was satisfying.

外国人向けのツアーだったので、日本語の説明は少なめでした。博多からなのでバスに乗っている時間は長いですが、見学の時間は十分ありました。

During my business trip to Nagoya, I decided to join a bus tour to Shirakawa-go and Takayama, and I was very satisfied with my first experience on a bus tour. Although there were many international participants, the guide provided explanations in multiple languages and distributed maps before arrival, giving thorough explanations in Japanese, which allowed us to enjoy our free time efficiently.

The plan was to gather at Nagoya Station around 8 AM and depart. We arrived in Takayama just before noon, where we had two hours of free time. I enjoyed walking around the morning market and sampling local delicacies like Hida beef sushi and meat buns. Afterward, I thought it would be nice to sit down at a restaurant for a meal, but since it was the weekend, the famous places had long lines, and I had to give up on that, which was my only regret.

We arrived at Shirakawa-go about an hour later. Since it’s a small village, we were able to visit all the places we wanted to see. Compared to Takayama, there are fewer restaurants, but you can enjoy local specialties like soba made from Shirakawa-go buckwheat and gohei-mochi.

At Shirakawa-go, we were able to park smoothly as a tourist bus, but regular cars were lined up for a long time to enter the parking lot.

I usually plan my own trips, but I found that on a bus tour, I could comfortably rest during travel time, making it a great experience.

名古屋出張のついでにせっかくならと申し込み白川郷と飛騨高山へ、バスツアーは初めてでしたが大満足でした。
海外の方が多数のツアーでしたが、ガイドさんは多言語で説明してくださり、到着前には地図を配り日本語でも丁寧に説明してくれたため、自由時間を効率的に楽しむことがでしました。

プランとしては、8時頃に名古屋駅集合し出発、飛騨高山にはお昼前に到着し2時間の自由時間。朝市や街歩きをしながら飛騨牛寿司や、肉まんなど食べ歩きを楽しみました。その後せっかくならレストランに入ってご飯も食べようとしたのですが、土日で有名店は軒並み行列しており、時間的に断念したのが唯一の心残りです。
飛騨高山から1時間ほどで白川郷に到着。小さな集落のため回りたいところは全て回ることができました。
飛騨高山と比べてご飯屋さんは少ないですが、白川郷の蕎麦粉で作ったお蕎麦や、五平餅などグルメも楽しむことができます。

白川郷では観光バスのため駐車場にスムーズに停められましたが、一般車は駐車場に入るために大行列をなしてました。

普段は自分でプラン立てて旅行をするのですが、バスツアーだと移動時間も快適に休めるため、バスツアーっていいなと思える旅でした。

I took a bus tour departing from Nagoya Station, visiting Takayama and Shirakawa-go. The tour started on time, and during the trip, there were announcements in Japanese, Chinese, and English, providing explanations tailored to the participants. Most of the participants were travelers from China, with a small number of Japanese. The bus was very comfortable, with appropriate temperature control and a quiet environment. We had a two-hour stay at both Takayama and Shirakawa-go, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing thoroughly. In particular, the tour guide recommended spots and highlights in advance, which made our sightseeing efficient. I was moved by the beauty of nature and the traditional townscape, and I had a fulfilling day.

名古屋駅から出発したバスツアーで、高山と白川郷を訪れました。
予定通りの時間に運行が始まり、ツアーの途中では、日本語、中国語、英語で案内があり、参加者に合わせた説明が行われました。
参加者は主に中国からの旅行者が多く、日本人は少数派でした。
バス内はとても快適で、温度調整も適切で静かな環境でした。高山と白川郷ではそれぞれ2時間の滞在があり、十分に観光を楽しむことができました。
特に、事前に添乗員さんがおすすめのスポットや見どころを紹介してくれたので、効率よく観光ができました。
自然の美しさと伝統的な町並みに感動し、充実した一日を過ごしました。

It was a very good tour that was worth the price. The tour guide provided sufficient information about the destinations and explanations during the fast-paced travel, which was helpful. There were many participants from overseas, but the English interpreter translated accurately, which I appreciated. I was happy to be able to have a friendly conversation with the person next to me, even though I attended alone. It was also great that the tour was conducted almost exactly as scheduled.

価格に見合う、大変良いツアーでした。添乗員さんも必要十分な訪問先の情報、高速で移動中のご説明を下さり為になりました。海外からの方も多く乗っておられましたが、英語の通訳さんも的確に訳されており良かったと思います。
ひとりでの参加でしたが、お隣の方と親しくお話出来たのも嬉しかったです。ツアーの前に示されていた日程とほぼ違わずに実施されたのも良かったです。

I participated alone, but I was able to enjoy my time thanks to the thoughtful arrangements for the bus seats and other details. The guide's clear explanations were very good. I would like to visit again when there is snow on the ground.

A photo taken at a recommended photo spot by our guide. It looks just like a calendar or a postcard. It's rare to find a place where you can take this photo without any obstacles. Our guide was cheerful, and we had a lot of fun. On the way back, the highway was congested, but our driver was quick-witted and took the back roads, so we arrived quickly. Thanks to that, we made it in time for our reservation at the restaurant. Thank you very much.

Good tour to Korankei. Guide is super nice and friendly

I traveled to Fukuoka with my son, who is preparing for exams.
The purpose was to visit Dazaifu Tenmangu!
When we arrived at the meeting place, I was very surprised to see so many people.
There were also many tour guides, so I felt a bit anxious until we met one.
I was surprised by the large number of foreign participants.
And I was even more surprised by the surprisingly low number of Japanese participants.
The tour guide was fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese, and guided everyone while being friendly and entertaining.
There were people from various countries, but we were able to tour smoothly without any troubles.
At Dazaifu Tenmangu, I got the coveted amulet for passing exams and then enjoyed sightseeing.
The free time in Yufuin was surprising again due to the crowd, almost like Harajuku.
Unfortunately, the Beppu ropeway was under a cloudy sky, and we only visited the shrine at Ichinomiya in the fog.
At the hell tour, there was a foot bath, but I refrained due to the large number of people. It was nice that towels were available for rent.
The day passed in the blink of an eye.

受験生の息子と福岡へ旅行。
目的は、太宰府天満宮！
集合場所へ行くとたくさんの人で溢れかえっていて、とても驚いた。
添乗員さんもたくさんいるので、出会えるまでちょっと不安だった。
外国人の参加者の多さにも驚き。
そして、まさかの日本人の少なさでさらに驚いた。
添乗員さんは、英語中国語日本語が堪能でみんなを案内してくれた。そして、気さくで参加者を楽しませていました。
いろんな国の人がいましたが、トラブルも無くスムーズに観光出来ました。
太宰府天満宮で、目的の合格祈願お守りをゲットしてあとは楽しく観光しました。
湯布院のフリータイムは、原宿かと思うほどの人の多さにまた驚きでした。
別府のロープウェイはあいにくの曇り空で霧の中で一宮だけお参りしました。
地獄めぐりでは足湯もあったけど、あまりの人の多さで遠慮しました。タオルも貸し出しがあって良かったです。
あっという間に過ぎた一日でした。
