At first, I was very anxious about not being able to participate in the tour due to an unexpected incident, but I headed to the departure location. When I consulted with the tour guide, they kindly listened to my concerns, and my child and I were able to participate comfortably. Thanks to that, we were able to see the winter scenery of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, which we had been looking forward to, and it turned out to be a wonderful trip. I am very grateful to the tour guide for making the arrangements despite the difficulties. Thank you very much.

当初ハプニングの為、ツアーに参加出来ないのではととても不安に思いながら出発場所に向かいました。
添乗員さんに相談すると、快よく相談に乗ってもらい親子で気持ちよく参加する事が出来ました。
お陰様で、楽しみにしていた冬の白川郷や五箇山を見る事ができてとても良い旅になりました。

I was a bit worried about my first solo bus tour. When I arrived at the meeting place, there was already a line forming even though it was 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and the check-in had already started. The boarding position on the bus was determined by the order of check-in, so the seats were filling up quickly from the front. When I expressed my hope to sit as close to the front as possible and alone, they happily accommodated my request with a smile, which I felt was lucky!

Both Takayama and Shirakawa-go were crowded with tourists, and if you wanted to eat something delicious, you had to wait in line. As someone who is greedy about wanting to see and eat as much as possible, I didn't have enough time to fully satisfy my desires, but I still enjoyed my first visit to Takayama and Shirakawa-go quite a bit. Thank you for your help!

初めての一人バスツアーで少し心配もありました。
集合場所に行くと、10分前にもかかわらずすでに列ができていて、受付が始まっていました。受付順にバスを乗る位置が決まっていくので、どんどん前から埋まっていきました。なるべく前で、一人が良いと希望を伝えると、笑顔でリクエストに応じてもらえて、ラッキーでした！
高山も白川郷も観光客が多く、美味しいものを食べようとすると並ばないといけないので、見たい、食べたいの欲張りな私には時間が足りず、満足まではいかないものの、初めての高山・白川郷に十分楽しめました。
お世話になりました！

The participants were 90% foreigners and 10% Japanese. The tour guide was fluent in both English and Japanese and provided a thorough explanation. In Shirakawa-go, not much snow removal is done for tourists, and the sidewalks are covered in snow. The paths to the Deai Bridge and the observation deck had some icy spots, and I saw many people falling. Non-slip footwear is essential. It was a very good tour that was efficient in terms of time and reasonably priced.

参加者は、9割外国人、1割日本人でした。添乗員さんは、英語日本語堪能で、丁寧に案内してくださいました。白川郷では、観光客の為の除雪はあまりされていなく、歩道には雪が積もっています。出会い橋、展望台に行く道は凍っている箇所もあり、転んでいる人をたくさん見ました。滑り止めは必須です。時間効率よく回れ、リーズナブルでとても良いツアーでした。

It was an efficient trip that covered all the tourist spots. The meeting point in front of the Oriental Hotel Lawson was crowded with foreign tourists, but I was able to find the guide right away. There were some comments about the lunch being mediocre, but the meat was very delicious, and I was extremely satisfied.

観光スポットをしっかりおさえた、効率的な旅行でした。
集合のオリエンタルホテルローソン前は外国人観光客でごった返してるのですが、すぐにガイドさんを見つけられました。
お昼ご飯が微妙というコメントもありましたが、お肉がとても美味しくて大満足です。

As expected from the pre-reviews, this tour was mostly filled with foreigners. There were only three groups of Japanese people, including us. However, the tour conductor was half-Japanese and half-Chinese, and spoke to us in Japanese, which was reassuring.

Due to the weather, we couldn't go to the fifth station of Mount Fuji in the morning, so our first stop was Asama Park. After that, we took photos at the Nishikawa Clock Shop and headed to Lake Kawaguchi. When I mentioned I wasn't interested in matcha, they said I could freely explore.

Lake Kawaguchi was beautiful. After that, the weather improved, and we were able to go to the fifth station, which was my long-awaited dream. It was cold, but I was truly moved. At Oshino Hakkai, we had houtou and were very satisfied!

It was my first time seeing Mount Fuji, and I was surprised at how beautiful it looked even from the bus on the way there. It was truly a great tour, and I felt a bit guilty for how inexpensive it was. It was a wonderful experience.

前評判通りほぼ外国人しかいないツアーです。ウチ含め日本人は3組だけでした。けどツアーコンダクターの方は日中ハーフの方で日本語で話してくださったので安心でした。
朝の時点で天候のため富士山五合目が無理で、1発目が浅間公園でした。その後日川時計店で写真を撮り、河口湖へ。抹茶に興味がないと言ったら自由に散策してて良いですよとのこと。
河口湖綺麗でした。
その後は天候が良くなり５合目いけることになり、念願の富士山５合目にいけました。寒かったけど本当に感涙です。忍野八海ではほうとう食べて大満足！

人生初の富士山でしたが、行きのバスの中からも普通に美しく見えて驚きました。
本当に良いツアーで、こんな安くてなんか申し訳なかったくらいです。素晴らしいツアーでした。

The weather was nice on the day of the visit, and I was able to enjoy the winter scenery of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. The guide provided detailed explanations, and the bus during the trip had Wi-Fi, making it comfortable.

Unexpectedly, Gokayama was wonderful. I had visited Shirakawa-go several times in the summer, and thanks to the guide's thorough explanations (about souvenirs and attractions), I was able to enjoy it thoroughly. While Shirakawa-go had a completely touristy atmosphere, Gokayama was truly quiet. There are fewer attractions, but the road to the snowy observation deck winds through the terraced rice fields, making it fun to play with my middle school son, creating great memories. Although there are few residents, it seemed to be well-managed and maintained. The calm Japanese and English simultaneous guidance from the male guide was excellent and also helped me with my English studies.

思いがけず五箇山がよかったです。
白川郷は夏に何度か訪れていたのと、ガイドさんのご丁寧な説明（お土産や見どころなど）のおかげでしっかり楽しめました。
白川郷が完全に観光地ムードだったのに対し、五箇山は本当に静か。見どころは少ないですが、雪深い展望台への道は棚田の間を縫って上がる形で、中学生の息子と遊ぶのも楽しく、いい思い出になりました。住む人は少ないものの、しっかりと管理され維持されているようでした。
ガイドの男性の穏やかな日本語と英語の同時ガイドは素晴らしく、英語の勉強にもなりました。

It was a beautiful day, and the hour flew by in no time. I boarded the bus after taking measures against the cold, and the warmth blowing from the floor by the window was very comfortable. Thank you for explaining the history in a fun and easy-to-understand way, from the past to the present. The view was outstanding, especially since there was no ceiling. It was an interesting experience to have tunnels and signals passing just above our heads, full of thrills. I would love to try a different course if I have the opportunity again.

お天気の良い日で、あっという間の１時間でした。寒さ対策をしてバスに乗り込みましたが、窓際の足元から暖房が吹き出ていて心地良かったです。
歴史から現在の姿まで楽しくわかりやすくお話をしてくださりありがとうございました。
天井がないだけあって見晴らしは抜群。
トンネルや信号が頭上すれすれを通っていくのは面白い体験でスリル満点でした。
また、機会があれば違うコースを体験させていただきたいです。

What surprised me on the bus was that, including the two of us, there were about five people, and aside from the Japanese, everyone else was of Chinese descent. The guide's announcements on the bus were mostly in Chinese, so I couldn't understand anything at all (laughs). Later, they came to us, the minority Japanese, and gave a brief explanation before moving on. It was a strange bus tour experience.

I was also looking forward to the scenery of Shirakawa-go covered in snow, but it started to rain instead... I ended up having to buy a plastic umbrella at the shop (laughs). Since it's natural weather, I can't really complain about that...

乗ったバスで驚いたのは、私達2名を含め5名ほどが日本人の他は全部中華系の外国人。ガイドの方の車内アナウンサーも殆んど中国語で何言ってるのか全く分からず(笑)後で我々少数派の日本人の所へ来て簡単な説明だけしておしまい。奇妙なバスツアー体験でした。
また雪で覆われた白川郷の景色を期待していたのですが、なんと雨が降ってきて…
まさかの売店でビニール傘を買う羽目に(笑)
自然の天候なので、これに関しては誰にも文句は言えませんけどね…

The guide was Nepalese, but he was a bilingual who was fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese. Since he was able to handle Japanese without any issues, I was able to enjoy the tour with peace of mind.

ガイドさんはネパール人でしたが、英語・中国語・日本語も堪能なバイリンガルでした。日本語も問題なく対応できたので安心して楽しいツアーを満喫することができました。

I was really wondering if we could visit all these places, but it turned out to be just right for my impatient self who likes to move quickly. We didn't have time to ride a boat at Takachiho Gorge, and my child was saying they wanted to go on one. It was a shame that we didn't have time to buy souvenirs at each location. Since our stay at the parking area was short, we couldn't do any shopping. Maybe it's a good thing we didn't spend any money.

本当にこんなにまわれるのかなぁ～と思ってましたが、
さっさと周ってせっかちな私にはちょうど良かったです。
高千穂峡で船に乗る時間が無くて子供が乗りたかったと言ってました。
その場所場所でお土産を買う時間がなかったのが残念でした。
パーキングの滞在も少しだったので買い物が出来ず。
出費が無くて良かったかも。

I'm glad I was able to visit various places starting from Dazaifu, then to Yufuin, and finally to the Kamado Hell in Beppu. Yufuin has so many shops that I almost got lost, so having a map would be really helpful. At Kamado Hell, there were quite a few tourists, so I couldn't enjoy the foot bath. However, it was fun to interact with a foreigner who didn't know how to open a Ramune bottle. The tour guide was amazing! I was surprised by how they explained everything in multiple languages. The driver also engaged with us, and their combination was great, making it a really wonderful tour.

太宰府から始まって湯布院、別府のかまど地獄へと色々行けて良かったです。湯布院ではたくさんお店があって道にも迷いそうだったのでマップがあると有難いですね。かまど地獄ではかなり観光客が多く足湯は無理でした。でもラムネの開け方のわからない外国人と交流したり楽しかったです。添乗員さんが凄い！何ヶ国語も駆使して説明して頂けてビックリしました。運転手さんも何かと声を掛けてくれたり、２人のコンビネーションも良く、凄く良いツアーでした。

I want to see the beautiful Mount Fuji. I would like to go to the 5th station of Mount Fuji. I want to take pictures of Mount Fuji from Oshino Hakkai. There are often photos of the five-story pagoda and Mount Fuji, and I want to see what that place is like and take pictures there too. The photos from Hikawa Clock Shop are also famous. I wanted to see that as well. I enjoyed all of these experiences. The guide and the driver were very kind, and it felt great.

きれいな富士山を見たい。富士山5合目まで行ってみたい。忍野八海からの富士山の写真が撮りたい。よく五重の塔と富士山の写真がありますがどんなところなのか見てみたいし写真も撮ってみたい。日川時計店からの写真も有名ですね。そこも見てみたかったです。これら全部楽しめました。ガイドの人も運転手さんもとても親切で気持ちよかったです。

Gujo Hachiman, Hida Takayama, and Shirakawa-go are all places I've wanted to visit for many years, so it was great to be able to visit all three in one day. I would definitely recommend them to others.

郡上八幡+飛騨高山+白川郷、どこも何年も前から行ってみたいと考えていた場所に1日で3箇所も行けてとてもよかったです。人におすすめしたいです。

The rice was just okay and not very tasty, which was a bit disappointing. However, I was satisfied because I got to see a lot of Takachiho.

It was great to have the atmosphere I wanted. The weather was very nice, making it the best experience. I hope they increase the shuttle buses to the observation deck.

The guide, Kei, was very kind and explained everything in detail, including the points to visit, famous restaurants, and places that can be skipped.

They cover the most famous temples in Kyoto and while the tour guide doesn't speak english, she was very patient and helpful! Overal a great tour for the price!!

After completing the reservation and checking the confirmation screen, I noticed that it was set to [mainly Chinese, with Japanese as a secondary language], but I participated without changing it. The bus guide was trilingual, and there were only two Japanese participants, but she made sure to explain everything while looking us in the eye. Before arriving at each sightseeing spot, she shared several points, such as [the location of clean restrooms] and [recommended spots for riding the cable car], which was very helpful. I had a great time.

予約が済み確認画面をみたら【中国語メイン、日本語サブ】であることに気付きましたが、そのまま変更せずに参加しました。
バスガイドさんはトリリンガルで、日本人は2名のみの参加でしたがしっかり目を見て説明してくれました。
各名所に到着する前にバスの中で【綺麗なトイレの場所】【ロープウェイ乗車時のオススメの場所】などポイントをいくつも教えてくれて、とても良かったです。
いい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

I am a French person who has lived in Japan for 50 years, but this is my first time participating in a tour for foreigners. Thanks to the natural way Kevin, our tour guide, interacted with us, I was able to relax and enjoy my trip to Mount Fuji very much.

During the matcha experience, I had the opportunity to talk with someone from the Philippines, but I think it would have been even better if we could have shared a meal together to deepen our friendships with everyone in the group. It doesn't have to be a lavish feast; even having houtou or Yoshida udon would be sufficient.

私は50年も日本に住んでいるフランス人ですが、外国人向けののツアーに参加することは初めてです。添乗員のKevinさんの自然体の接し方のおかげでとてもリラックスして楽しく富士山への旅を過ごすことができました。
抹茶体験の際にフィリピンの方と話す機会がありましたが、グループの皆さんとの親交を深めるために食事を共にすることができればなお良かったと思います。その際大ご馳走ではなくても良いので、ほうとうか吉田うどんでも十分です。

The Chinese male guide's trilingual guidance was wonderful! In the first half, he presented in the order of English → Japanese → Chinese (probably based on the number of people), but in the second half, to be fair, he changed the order of each language randomly. I was impressed and listened attentively, thinking it was amazing how it didn't get confusing.

His thoughtfulness was also remarkable; after finishing each explanation, he would say "Thank you," which was a great learning experience. In the end, we all expressed our gratitude with applause.

The tour itself progressed quickly, but it efficiently covered three locations, so I highly recommend it! The day before, there was an announcement that heavy snowfall delayed our return by two hours. On this day, the plan was changed to visit Shirakawa-go first. We were blessed with snow, and Shirakawa-go felt like a world from a fairy tale, even more than I expected!

Thanks to the change in plans and everyone keeping to the schedule (there were about four or five Japanese participants, and the rest were mostly foreigners, all of whom had good manners), everything proceeded on time. The driver’s safe and smooth driving allowed us to arrive 30 minutes early. I think people from any country would enjoy this.

This was my first time participating in a tour, and I thought it was great to be able to explore freely at the tourist spots with people from various countries while also having a guide. I believe that strict group activities can be tough for everyone.

We spent 90 minutes in Shirakawa-go (which really flew by, so it might be good to do some research on what to see), 2 hours in Hida Takayama (this includes lunch time, so there's a bit of leeway), and 60 minutes in Gujo Hachiman (I followed the guide here, which was good because I could see the highlights). On this day, we were lucky to see Gujo Hachiman at night.

I truly had a valuable experience. Thank you very much! I look forward to the next time.

中国人男性ガイドさんの3ヵ国語でのガイドが素晴らしかった❢
前半は、英語→日本語→中国語の順（おそらく人数の順番）でしたが、後半は公平になるように？それぞれの言語をランダムに順番を変えていた。よくわからなくならないな～と感心して聞き入った。
気遣いなども素晴らしく、何か説明をし終える度にThnak youとお礼を言っていたので勉強になった。最後は、みんなで拍手でお礼を伝えました。

ツアー自体は足早に進むが、３ヶ所を効率よく周れるのでぜひお勧め❢
前日は、大雪で帰りが2時間遅れたとアナウンスあり。この日は、先に白川郷に行くプランに変更された。雪にも恵まれ、白川郷は予想以上に昔話の世界♪
プラン変更と皆さんが時間を守ってくれたので（日本人は4・5組ぐらいで、あとはほとんどが外国人。皆さんマナーいいですよ）すべて時間通りに進み、運転手さんの安全かつスムーズな運転で帰りは30分早く到着でした。どの国の方も楽しめると思います。
ツアーに参加するのは初めてですが、様々な国の方と一緒のツアー＆観光地で自由に散策とガイド付きを選べることが、今どきでいいなと思いました。全て団体行動は、お互いにきついものがあると思う。

白川郷90分（本当にあっという間なので、どこを見るか下調べしたほうがいいかも）、飛騨高山2時間（こちらは、ランチの時間も含まれているのでこの時間が相当で少し余裕あり）、郡上八幡60分（こちらは、ガイドさんに付いて行きました。その方がポイントを見られるので、いいと思う）この日は、夜の郡上八幡が見られてラッキーだったのかも。

本当に、貴重な体験が出来ました。ありがとうございました❢

In Dazaifu, the annual mochi-pounding and zenzai event was held, and I was able to enjoy a cup for 200 yen (as a gesture of goodwill).

It warmed both my heart and body, and I was very grateful (*>ᴗ<*)

Due to a heavy snow warning, the expressway to Yufuin was completely closed!! Additionally, because of strong winds, I couldn't ride the Beppu Ropeway and had to change to a course exploring the Sea Hell, but I had a great time without significant delays on the way back ♬♡

I enjoyed the unique scent of sulfur from the hot springs, savored onsen tamago (hot spring eggs), and drank hot spring water at about 80°C, fully enjoying my trip 😊

I collected many photos and souvenirs ‪(*´﹀`*)‬

大宰府では 年に1度のもちつきぜんざい会が行われており、1杯200円(お気持ち)で頂くことができました

大雪警報のために、湯布院までの高速道路が全面通行止めに!!
また、強風のために別府ロープウェイには乗ることが出来ず 海地獄散策のコースに変更になりましたが 帰りの時刻が大幅に遅れることもなく、とても楽しめました♬♡

温泉ならではの硫黄の香りを楽しみ、温泉たまごに 80℃ほどの飲む温泉水を頂き 旅を満喫しました😊

The tour had about 90% foreign participants, but everyone showed great respect for Japanese culture and had good manners, so I had no concerns. (Participants were from Australia, Italy, the United States, Singapore, etc.) For children, this environment provided a valuable experience.

The guide explained in Japanese first, followed by English, and I was amazed by the variety of topics covered, from geography and history I studied in school to interesting trivia.

Winter in Shirakawa-go can be tricky with the weather, so I think it's best to have an umbrella and snow boots (rubber boots) regardless of the forecast. Children will also have fun playing in the snow if they have ski gloves!

Additionally, the viewpoint in Shirakawa-go can be accessed by walking or by bus, but the buses only come every 20 minutes and are small, so if other tours overlap, you might have to wait for the next bus due to congestion. I think it's better to go early once you arrive.

On the bus, we received a sightseeing map of Shirakawa-go and Takayama (in Japanese or English), which allowed us to explore efficiently in a short amount of time.

If anyone is interested in Shirakawa-go, I would highly recommend it, and I hope to visit again in a different season. Thank you for your assistance!

外国人が9割のツアーですが、みんな日本文化にリスペクトがある方ばかりでマナーも良く心配な点はありませんでした。（オーストラリア、イタリア、アメリカ、シンガポールなど）子どもにとってはその環境も貴重な体験になりました。
ガイドさんが日本語→英語の順に説明をしてくれて、内容も学生時代に勉強した地理や歴史から雑学的なものまでトピックの引き出しの多さに驚きました。
冬の白川郷は天気が難しく、予報にかかわらず、傘とスノーブーツ（長靴）はあった方がいいと思いました。お子様はスキー用の手袋があると雪遊びもできて楽しいです！
また、白川郷の展望台は徒歩かバスで行くのですが、バスは20分おきでしかも小さいバスなので、他のツアーの方などが重なると混雑で次のバスを見送らなくてはならない状況になりました。到着したら早めに行くのがいいと思いました。
バスの中では、白川郷と高山の観光マップ（日本語or英語）がもらえて、短時間で効率よく散策できました。
白川郷に興味がある方がいたら、おすすめしたいですし、また別のシーズンに再訪できたらいいなと思います。お世話になりありがとうございました。

Since I didn't have a car, I really appreciated being able to visit three locations. I was able to spend a rich amount of time there. It was a lot of fun. I liked that I could choose between free time and going around with the guide each time.

However, there is one area I would like to see improved. Since both the website and the email mentioned "Veltra," I ended up looking for a flag with the Veltra logo at the meeting point. It might just be my oversight, but it would have been better if "World Tour" was prominently displayed on the website and in the email as well.

Alternatively, it would be helpful if you could attach an image of the flag in the email before the event.

Other than that, everything was very good. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to use your services.

車無しなので、3箇所も巡ってくれるのは、とても有り難いです。
濃厚な時間を過ごす事が出来ました。
とても楽しかったです。
フリータイムや、ガイドさんと一緒に周る。かは、都度選べるので、良かったです。

ただ、一つ改善して欲しいところがございます。
サイトもメールも【ベルトラ】と書いてあったので、集合場所もベルトラの旗を探してしまいました。
自分が見落としてるだけかもしれませんが、サイトやメールにもワールドツアーと大きく書いて頂けると良かったです。

もしくは、旗の画像を参加前のメールにも画像添付して頂けると助かります。

それ以外はとても良かったです。
また機会がありましたら、利用させて頂きたいと思います。

I wanted to hike a bit longer at Takachiho Gorge. I knew it would be a long travel time for the tour, but I still wished I could have walked more to refresh myself and burn some calories.

高千穂峡はもう少し長めにハイキングしたかった。
分かってはいたけど、やはり移動時間が長いツアーなので、もっとたくさん歩いてリフレッシュ＆カロリー消費　したかったな、と思いました。

This was my first time participating! Unfortunately, due to New Year's traffic and unexpected snowy weather, we couldn't visit Dazaifu and the Beppu Ropeway, which was disappointing. I did enjoy Yufuin and Hell Valley Onsen, but everywhere was packed with tourists! In Yufuin, during lunchtime, all the restaurants had long lines, and we couldn't get in (（ ; ; ）). The guide was very kind, and the bus driver was excellent! I think I might avoid bus tours during New Year's in the future, but this was a good experience overall.

I was able to manage my time well at each location. For the last hell tour, I wish I had about 5 more minutes. But overall, I was very satisfied.

About 80% of the participants were from China, and everyone was very well-mannered and kept to the schedule. The guide provided explanations in Chinese, which made it feel like I was traveling in China, and it was quite interesting. Of course, they also kindly informed us about the meeting times and local specialties in Japanese, which was very helpful.

いずれの場所もいい時間配分で行けます。最後の地獄めぐりだけ、あと5分ほど時間あれば良かったかな。でも、とても満足しました。
中国の方が約8割でしたが、皆さんとてもマナーが良く、時間もしっかり守っていました。
ガイドさんも中国語で説明ですが、なんだか中国に旅行している気分にもなって面白かったです。もちろん日本語でもしっかり集合時間や、行き先地の名物なども教えてくれ、とても親切でした。

The guidance was concise and easy to understand. It would have been nice to have a few more recommended spots. One-third of the participants were Japanese, and two-thirds were foreigners. Everyone was respectful of the rules, making it a comfortable experience.
