The guide was excellent and wonderful. There were many people from China, but they skillfully explained various things in Chinese, English, and Japanese, allowing us to enjoy the trip. The lunch was also delicious.

ガイドさんが優秀で素晴らしかった。中国の方が多かったですが、中国語、英語、日本語を駆使して色々説明してくださり、旅を楽しめました。ランチも美味しかったです。

The guide skillfully provided information in three languages and was very knowledgeable about the places we visited, which was educational. At first, I felt uneasy about the small number of Japanese participants, but I had a great time! Thank you, Helen!

The guide, Chuchu, was very accommodating, and I was able to enjoy myself. Since I collect goshuin (temple seals), I was pleased to receive the goshuin from Jōshikimi Kumanoza Shrine, Amano Iwato Shrine, and Takachiho Shrine. Out of the 32 participants, most were from China, with 3 Japanese and 2 Koreans, but we all had a great time on this little trip.

ガイドのチュチュさんの対応がとても良く、楽しむことができました。自分は、御朱印を集めているので、上色見熊野座神社、天岩戸神社、高千穂神社の御朱印を貰えた事が良かったです。
32名の内ほとんどが中国の方でした、日本人が3名、韓国人2名でしたが、楽しんで小旅行が出来ました。

It was a place that was difficult to access, so I participated in a local tour. I have often used Veltra's local tours overseas, but this was my first time in Japan. The tour was with participants from China, and the tour guide was also from China. I was a bit worried that the explanations would be only in Chinese, but I was very satisfied as the tour used both Chinese and Japanese equally. They also provided recommendations like ice cream here and Miyazaki beef hot dogs there.

行きにくいところだったので、現地発ツアーに参加しました。Veltraの現地発ツアーは海外ではよく利用しましたが、日本では初めて。中国の方と一緒のツアーでした。添乗員さんも中国出身の方。説明が中国語だけだったらどうしようかとちょっと不安でしたが、中国語と日本語を両方平等に使ってのツアーで大満足でした。ここではアイスクリーム、ここでは宮崎牛のホットドッグがお勧めなどという案内もしていただきました。

This tour is recommendable. They provide a lunch included in the package tour and all of us love the food. Thdtouf guidd is nice and friendly. They also gave us souvenir ftom Mt. Fuji. Definitely we will book again.

The tour guide provided recommendations and explanations for each person in front of the sightseeing spots, which was very helpful. I had a fulfilling day.

観光地前に添乗員さんからのお勧め場所などの説明が一人一人にあり、とても助かりました。
充実した一日を過ごせました。

About 80% of the tour participants were foreign tourists, and as a minority Japanese family, we were a bit worried about feeling out of place. However, our guide, Mr. Kuroda, with his fluent English and Japanese, along with his calm and humorous talk, eased our concerns.

Shirakawa-go, our destination, was also crowded with foreign tourists, but thanks to the recommended hidden spots that Mr. Kuroda shared with us in advance, we were able to enjoy a leisurely tour and were very satisfied with the experience.

ツアー参加者の80％位が外国人観光客で、少数派の日本人の家族連れとしては少し場違いな雰囲気に心配していましたが、ガイドの黒田さんの流暢な英語＆日本語の穏やかでユーモアあふれるトークで、不安も吹っ飛びました。
目的地の白川郷も、ご多分に漏れず外国人観光客で溢れかえっていましたが、ガイドの黒田さんから事前に教えていただいたオススメの穴場スポットを中心にゆったり観光して回ることができ満足度の高いツアーでした。

I participated in a solo trip as a Japanese traveler. The tour guide was Chinese and primarily spoke Chinese, but there were no particular issues. They always greeted us with a smile and actively offered to take photos without us having to ask, which created great memories of the trip. There was a significant delay due to traffic, and I was worried about the flight time, but they made sure to let me off first when we arrived. Even as a solo Japanese traveler, I felt safe using this service.

日本人のひとり旅で参加しました。
中国人の添乗員さんで、中国語が主体でしたが、特に問題ありませんでした。
いつも笑顔で応対して頂き、写真撮影も、頼まなくても積極的に声を掛けてくれたので、旅の良い思い出ができました。
渋滞で到着が大幅に遅れていて、飛行機の時間を心配していたら、降車の時に、1番先に降ろしてくれる配慮もありました。日本人のひとり旅でも、安心して利用出来ます。

I participated alone this time, and I was the only Japanese person; there was one group from an English-speaking country, and the rest were participants of Chinese descent. The guide was truly amazing, accommodating all languages and providing proper attention to me as well. Everyone in the tour gathered earlier than the meeting time, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. It was great to be able to go around efficiently.

今回1人で参加しましたが、日本人は私だけ、英語圏の方が1組、それ以外は中国系の方が参加されていたツアーでした。
ガイドさんが本当に凄くて、全ての言語に対応して、1人の私にもきちんと対応してくださいました。
ツアーの皆さんも集合時間より早く集まってくれて全てがスムーズに、楽しめました。
効率良く回ることができ、本当に良かったです。

The river rafting was filled with nature and was incredibly healing. Despite the heat, the boatmen kept the conversation lively, making it a very enjoyable experience.

川下りも自然がたくさんですごく癒されました。暑い中船頭さん達が話を盛り上げてくれてすごく楽しい川下りでした。

I was moved by the untouched hidden gems. I was able to visit them all at once by taking a highway bus. The guide had thoroughly researched the places we visited and shared various insights, which added depth to the journey.

手付かずの秘境の数々に感動しました。
高速バスで一挙に訪問できました。
ガイドさんも訪問先をしっかりと研究をして、様々な知識を紹介してくれたので、旅に厚みができました。

I was the only non-Chinese person, and the guide was also Chinese, but they explained everything properly in Japanese. It was a kind and very satisfying trip.

自分以外中国人で、ガイドさんも中国人でしたが、ちゃんと日本語でも説明しにきてくれました。親切で大満足な旅になりました。

It was a very meaningful day with a tour that gathered people from various countries, including China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States.

The journey to Takachiho, one of Japan's top power spots, where people of different religions traveled together on the same bus, was enjoyable.

Additionally, the detailed care provided by our guide, Mr. Ishi, was wonderful. Thank you very much.

During the bus ride, there were explanations of the destinations in three languages: English, Chinese, and Japanese. At the end, it was mentioned that this tour is organized by a Chinese company and is not very popular among Japanese people, but I completely disagree.

I think it's a fantastic tour that allows you to fully enjoy Takachiho in just one day. I highly recommend participating!

　高千穂という日本国内でも有数のパワースポットに色んな宗教の方が同じバスに乗って巡る旅　楽しかったです。
　そして　ガイドの石さんのきめ細かなご配慮も素晴らしかったです。ありがとうございました。
　バスの中で英語、中国語、日本語の3ヶ国語で訪問先の説明があり、最後にこのツアーが中国の会社の企画ツアーという事もあり、日本の方にはあまり人気がありませんとお話しされていましたが、そんな事は全くありません。
　1日で高千穂を満喫できるとても素晴らしいツアーだと思います。

We were a bit anxious being the only Japanese people, but the bus was quiet, the schedule was kept, and it was comfortable. The guide was also fluent in Japanese, which was great.

日本人は私達だけで不安でしたが、バス内も静かで時間も守られていて快適でした。ガイドさんも日本語ペラペラでとても良かったです。

I wanted to visit Shirakawa-go, but access is difficult if you go on your own, so I made a reservation.

Even on a weekday, it was almost full, with only two Japanese participants. It seemed that all the other participants were Chinese. The guide's explanations were mostly in Chinese.

There was no traffic, and I was able to comfortably reach my desired destination, so I was glad I used this service.

白川郷に行ってみたく、自分で行くにはアクセスが悪いため申込。

平日でもほぼ満席で日本人は2人のみ。他の参加者はどうやら全員中国人。ガイドさんの説明は9割中国語でした。
渋滞もなく快適に行きたい場所へ行くことができ利用してよかったです。

The world of mythology and the breathtaking natural wonders were great. Even with my 65-year-old stamina, I managed to keep up. We were the only Japanese people there, but we had a wonderful time.

神話の世界と、自然脅威の絶景。良かったです。65歳の体力でもなんとか付いていけます。日本人は私達だけでしたが十分に楽しめました。

The weather was favorable, and I was able to enjoy the most beautiful scenery. There were about equal numbers of foreigners and Japanese people. The tour proceeded on time. I felt that the two hours of free time in Takayama was a bit short. If you try to see all the recommended spots, there isn't enough time to leisurely look at souvenirs. The guide was not Japanese, but was fluent in both Japanese and English, and was kind and pleasant, which I appreciated. It takes about three hours from Nagoya, and I was able to enjoy the trip without worrying about driving fatigue. I felt that around 7,000 yen during the Obon season was a great deal.

天候にも恵まれ、最高に綺麗な景色を楽しむことができました。
外国の方と日本人は半々くらい。
時刻通りにツアーが進みました。
高山の自由時間が2時間なのは少し短いと感じました。お勧めされたところを全て見ようとすると、ゆっくりお土産を見たりする時間はありませんでした。
ガイドの方は日本人ではありませんでしたが、日本語も英語も流暢で、優しくて感じが良くて、ありがたかったです。
名古屋から片道3時間くらい、何も気にせず運転疲れもなく楽しめて、お盆の時期に7,000円前後はとてもお得だと感じました。

The long-awaited day has started with beautiful weather! 🏃
The participants were given three missions:
1. Explore Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine ⛩️
2. Explore Amano Iwato Shrine ⛩️
3. Explore Takachiho Gorge

For the first mission, we warmed up with a light climb up the stone steps!
The second mission didn’t have stone steps, but involved walking along a path with ups and downs.
Thanks to GOGODAY for the soft serve ice cream 🍦, which helped reset my spirits! ✌
The third mission involved walking from the parking lot to the boat dock near Takachiho Gorge… but it was quite tough… 💦
However, I kept telling myself that if I pushed a little more, even more amazing scenery awaited, and I successfully completed it! I did great! 🎉
Everyone on the same bus also worked hard and cleared the mission!! Wonderful! 🏆
Not only did we complete the missions, but we also adhered strictly to the schedule ⏰️.
Our guide, KAKU, provided commentary in English, Chinese, and Japanese without any notes 📝.
He shared humorous stories about the challenging names of the gods, the origins of the shrines, and Fukuoka cuisine.
I was charmed by his Fukuoka dialect in Japanese! 😚
Thank you for your hard work as we moved around, drenched in sweat.
I was moved by the breathtaking views of nature and felt healed by the sound of the flowing river.
Now it’s just a battle with my own stamina…
I’m glad I’ve been doing strength training! 💪😅

舌を噛みそうな神様の名前、神社の由来から福岡グルメまでユーモアを交えてお話してくださいました。

汗まみれになって前に後ろに移動して頂きお疲れさまでした。ありがとうございます
大自然の絶景に感動しました。川のせせらぎに癒やされました。

Overall, it was great. Most of the participants were travelers from abroad, with about 70% coming from China. Everyone was well-mannered, adhered to the meeting times, and maintained a quiet atmosphere on the bus, making it a pleasant experience.

The tour guide spoke Chinese, English, and Japanese while providing explanations. Korean audio guidance was also available. The tour guide was kind and had a good demeanor.

Both the driver and the tour guide were excellent. Shirakawa-go and Takayama were also wonderful.

全体的によかったです。参加者は外国からの旅行者（7割ほどが中国からの旅行者？）がほとんどでした。みなさんマナーもよく、集合時間も厳守で、バス内も静かに過ごされていて、気持ちよく参加できました。
添乗員さんは中国語・英語・日本語をしゃべり説明されていました。韓国語は案内音声を流されていました。優しい対応のよい感じの添乗員さんでした。
運転手さんも添乗員さんもみなさんよかったです。
白川郷も飛騨高山もよかったです。

I visited Gujo, Takayama, and Shirakawa-go. Each location had about 1 to 2 hours for exploration and free time, but I thought it would be good to have a list of points I wanted to visit in advance. The shrines were located away from the exploration area, so I couldn't visit them within the time limit. The natural beauty and the atmosphere of each building and town were truly stunning, and I was very moved. I'm really glad I participated.

郡上、高山、白川郷を回りました。
それぞれ1時間〜2時間の散策と自由時間でしたが事前に行きたいポイントを押さえておくといいなと思いました。
神社は散策エリアから離れるので、時間内での参拝は出来ませんでした。
自然豊かでそれぞれの建物や街の雰囲気が大変美しくて感動しました。
参加して本当に良かったです。

I applied for a similar tour in Japan, but it was canceled due to a lack of participants. I really wanted to go to Takachiho Gorge, so I signed up for this tour, knowing it was aimed at overseas travelers.

There wasn't much time for lunch, so I bought an onigiri bento at Hakata Station to bring along. Eating and drinking were allowed on the bus except for ice cream. It was great to visit various places. However, be prepared to walk a lot and climb stairs; it can be tough in the summer! Expect to sweat.

The guide was multilingual, but the Japanese explanation was at the end, so there were moments when I thought, "Huh?" regarding the meeting times. However, it was fine to ask questions if something was unclear.

Hearing the explanations for overseas travelers made me realize how they interpret and present things. The guide apologized in Japanese, saying, "Since this is aimed at overseas travelers, there might be some differences to make it easier to understand, and I'm sorry for the Japanese participants."

This time, the guide was really great. They were cheerful, and their speaking style was soft. There were some troubles during the tour, but they handled everything diligently, and I had a very positive impression.

どうしても高千穂峡に行きたくて、海外の方向けを承知の上でこちらのツアーを申し込みました
途中、ランチの時間はあまりなく、博多駅でおにぎり弁当買って持ち込みました
バス内はアイス以外飲食OK
色々回れてとっても良かったです
ただし、とにかく、歩くし、階段登るし、夏は大変！汗だく覚悟でどうぞ
多言語対応のガイドさんでしたが、日本語での案内は最後なので、集合時間など、ちょっと、ん？って思う時はありましたが、分からないことは聞けば大丈夫です
多言語のため、海外の人への説明を聞いて、ああ、こんな風に解釈されて紹介するのね、って思いましたが、日本語で「海外の方向けだから、分かりやすくするためちょっと違うところもあるだろうけど、日本人の方たちごめんなさい」ってガイドさんがあやまってました
今回、ガイドさんがとても良かった。明るく、喋り方はソフト。今回、トラブルがありましたが、一生懸命対応してくれて、全く問題なく好感が持てました

Most of the participants were from abroad, but the guide was able to communicate in Japanese, so I enjoyed the experience without any worries. Everyone on the bus was quiet, punctual, and followed the rules.

One concern was that the bus was not cleaned properly. There were crumbs of food on the seats, and the windows had what looked like human grease stains on them.

ほぼ国外の方ばかりですが、ガイドさんは日本語での対応もしてくださるので何の心配もなく楽しめました。みなさんバス内も静かで時間も守ってルールある人たちばかりでした。
気になる点はバスの清掃がきちんとされていませんでした。座席には食べ物のクズのような粉があり、ガラスには人の皮脂の汚れのようなものがついたままでした。

I was looking forward to the Hozu River boat ride. I had a reservation for the 10 AM departure, but since I arrived early at the boarding area, I was able to change to the 9 AM departure. To my surprise, the boat had Makita fans installed at the front and back! I heard that the boatman had personally set them up as a trial. With temperatures exceeding 38°C in Kyoto, having fans made a huge difference, even at 9 AM! We were able to enjoy the nearly two-hour river ride comfortably. Besides the two of us, everyone else on the boat was from overseas, and the boatmen explained various things in easy-to-understand English with a touch of humor. It was enjoyable to listen to them. The boat's convenience store was also operating, and I was able to indulge in the oden I wanted to try. On that day, there hadn't been much rain for a long time, so the water level in the river was quite low, and the boatmen had to rely on their own strength for the ride. Thank you very much for the experience in the extreme heat.

楽しみにしていた保津川下り。10時出発の予約でしたが乗船場に早めに到着したので9時の出発に変更していただきました。乗った船にはなんと前と後ろにマキタのファンが設置してありました！聞けば船頭さんが試験的に個人の物を設置してくださったとか。最高気温38℃超えの京都で朝9時とはいえ送風機があるとないとでは大違い！２時間弱の川下りを快適に過ごすことができました。私たち2人以外は全員海外の方たちで、船頭さんたちがユーモアを交えたわかりやすい英語でいろいろ説明をされてました。それを聞いているのも楽しかったです。船のコンビニも健在で、食べたかったおでんも満喫できました。当日は長期間 雨が降っていなかったので川の水量がかなり少なく、船頭さんたちの人力頼みの川下りとなりました。猛暑のなか本当にありがとうございました。

At first, I thought my stay at one location would be short, but I enjoyed it. It would have been even better if there had been time for souvenir shopping at the service area.

About 70-80% of the participants were Chinese. You are assigned a specific seat number when you check in. Our guide, Lee, spoke Japanese very fluently and was easy to understand, providing explanations with a map for each family. He informed us in advance about key points and important notes, so we didn't encounter any issues.

On the way from Nagoya Station to Takayama, there was one restroom break at a service area, and there were no breaks from Takayama to Shirakawa-go, but there was one break from Shirakawa-go back to Nagoya Station. Even when we hit traffic, the driver used his knowledge to avoid delays by getting on and off the expressway, allowing us to arrive on time.

Everyone was punctual, and there were no loud or disruptive individuals; good manners were observed. If you have a free day, I think it would be a good idea to make a reservation.

中国人が７〜８割。座席は受付する時に何番目の席ですと指定されます。
ガイドさんのリーさんは日本語とても流暢で聞き取りやすいし、ひと家族毎に地図で説明をしてくださいました。ポイントとなる所や注意事項を事前に教えていただき困ることはありませんでした。
名古屋駅から高山行くまでにPA1回トイレ休憩、高山から白川郷は無し、白川郷から名古屋駅までにPA1回休憩あります。渋滞はまっても運転手さんの知識で高速降りたり乗ったりして回避しながら時間通りに到着できました。
みんな時間厳守ですし、ギャーギャー騒ぐ人は居なくてマナーが守られていました。ちょっと一日暇があったら予約してみても良いと思います。

It was a meaningful day on a tour that efficiently covered a tourist spot located in a rather challenging area to reach on your own. The guide kindly and thoroughly explained everything in both Japanese and Chinese.

I heard that a popular souvenir from Yufuin is "Mayu," and I initially thought it referred to a decoration made from the cocoons produced by silkworms. However, it turned out to be "horse oil," and we were taken to a shop selling horse oil located within "Mokuami no Mori."

However, we spent quite a bit of time there, and since we were informed of the regrouping time in advance, some Japanese participants left midway, and the rest of us wandered around on our own. Yufuin isn't very large, so I don't think you'll get lost.

Although it was a full-day itinerary, the distance from Fukuoka to Oita takes up most of the travel time. Thanks to the driver's smooth driving, I was able to get plenty of sleep on the bus.

Due to the phonetic structure of the language, when people from China (Taiwan? Hong Kong?) start speaking all at once, it can often sound noisy to Japanese people. However, everyone I was with this time spoke very little, and the bus was consistently quiet, so I felt no stress at all.

By the way, I was surprised to see that all the places we visited were filled with foreign tourists! I really felt the impact of inbound tourism.

自力で行くとなると結構大変な場所にある観光スポットを効率良くまわるツアーで、有意義な一日になりました。
ガイドさんは日本語と中国語で交互に親切で丁寧に説明してくださいます。
湯布院の人気のお土産が｢マユ｣と聞き、蚕が作る繭(まゆ)の飾りか何か？と思ったら、正しくは馬油(マーユ)で、『もくあみの杜』の中にある馬油のお店に案内されました。
ただ、そこで結構な時間を費やし、再集合時刻を先に通知されていたこともあって、日本人の参加者は途中で離脱し、あとは各自で適当に散策…。
湯布院はさほど広くないので迷子になることはないと思います。
終日の行程ですが、福岡から大分まではかなり距離があって移動時間が大半を占め、運転手さんの揺れが少ない運転のおかげで、バス車内ではたっぷり睡眠をとることができます。
言語発音構造上、中国(台湾？香港？)の方々が一斉に話し出すと、日本人にとっては騒がしく聞こえるケースが少なくないのですが、今回ご一緒した皆さんは口数が少なく、バスの中は始終とても静かで、全くストレスを感じませんでした。

それにしても、立ち寄った場所は全て、外国からの観光客ばかりでビックリ！
インバウンドを肌で感じました。

The male guide kindly and gently led us to Shirakawa-go, incorporating interesting stories in a subtle way. The explanations in English were also excellent.

ガイドさんの男性が丁寧に優しくそしてさりげなく面白いお話を交えながら白川郷まで案内してくださいました。英語での説明も素晴らしかったです。

I didn't know there were such wonderful places in Japan! Next time, I want to see the winter scenery. This time, I had Hida beef sushi, pho, and curry, and they were all delicious. I want to try Takayama ramen next time.

こんかいは、飛騨牛のお寿司やフォー、カレーを食べましたがどれも美味しかった。今度高山ラーメンも食べてみたい。

There was only one group of Japanese participants, and the rest were from various countries, but I was able to participate comfortably with the alternating interpretation in Japanese and English. It was a hot summer in Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, but I was able to enjoy the rural scenery that can only be seen at this time of year, reminiscing about the sounds of the green fields swaying in the wind and the cold water flowing in the crystal-clear irrigation channels. It was interesting to see that the spots overseas visitors wanted to capture in photos were different from the perspective of the Japanese. It was a tour with many different ways to enjoy it.

日本人の参加は1組だけで、あとは多種多様な国からの参加でしたが、日本語と英語の通訳の交互のガイドに安心して参加することができました。暑い暑い夏の白川郷と五箇山でしたが、夏のこの時期にしか見られない田園風景（緑が風に吹かれてサラサラする音や、透明感抜群の用水路を流れる冷たい水の音）を懐かしく感じながら堪能することができました。海外の方々が写真に収めたいスポットが日本人の目線とは違うことが面白かったです。色々な楽しみ方ができたツアーでした。

It's quite challenging to go on your own, but with the tour, I was able to visit so many places in just one day, and I was very satisfied. It rained a little at Takachiho Gorge, but it added to the beauty of the scenery.
