Even though the instructor was a newcomer, they explained everything thoroughly, allowing me to dive with complete peace of mind. The briefing was also explained in detail, which I think is wonderful, as it’s common to not be sloppy even for regulars.

When we arrived at the sea turtle point, I was excited to start diving with a warm welcome from the sea turtles. They didn’t swim away even when I got close, so I was able to take photos from a very short distance. However, let’s remember to follow the rules and not touch the creatures.

At the third point, it seems we encountered a manta ray. I didn’t see it directly as it had already swum away by the time I dove in, but it seems a few lucky people were able to witness it.

新人のインストラクターでも丁寧に説明してくれて終始安心して潜ることができました。ブリーフィングも丁寧に説明してくれたので常連でもお粗末にしないのは当たり前ですが素晴らしいと思います。
ウミガメのポイントに着いたら早速ウミガメのお出迎えでダイビングスタートは興奮しました。近づいても逃げないから至近距離で撮影可能。ただし、生き物には触れてはいけないのでルールは守りましょう。
3ポイント目は何とマンタに遭遇したらしい。自分が潜る時はすでにどこかへ泳いで行ったあとなので直接は見れませんでしたが、数名の幸運の持ち主が目撃したらしい。

6 out of 7 people went diving for the first time!!! I was worried and nervous, but everyone had a great time☺️ The staff were also very attentive and it was wonderful!

Since it was the right time of year, we participated in a private tour. I felt a bit guilty about it (laughs). I think the guide had a hard time as well.

Although it was an ambitious plan covering the sea, rivers, and forests, I’m glad I chose something that allowed us to enjoy the nature of Iriomote Island.

If I had to say something, I wish snorkeling at Barasu Island had been included.

That beauty makes you want to swim!

時期が時期なので貸切状態での参加。何か申し訳ない気分に(苦笑)
ガイドさんもやりづらかったと思います。
海、河、森と欲張りなプランではあるが西表島の自然を楽しめるモノとして選んで良かったです。

強いていうなら、バラス島でシュノーケリングか組み込まれていると良かったなーと思いました。

あの美しさは泳ぎたくなりますね！

I went rafting in June.
Since it was just the two of us, we had the whole place to ourselves and could relax.
You should wear sneakers because you have to walk down the mountain slope to get to the boat.
There are ropes, but it was slippery going down, which was a bit scary.
The weather was sunny during the rafting, and the scenery was amazing!
Since it was just the two of us, we were able to borrow waterproof suits and shoes, so our clothes stayed mostly dry.
The guide was also really funny!
I want to go again in the fall.

6月にラフティングしてきました
友人と2人で貸し切り状態だったのでゆったりできました
ボートに乗るまでに山の斜面を降りて行くので、スニーカーを履いていった方がいいです
ロープはありますけど降りるのは滑るので怖かったです
ラフティング中は晴れてて景色も最高！
2人だったからか防水スーツとくつも貸してもらえたので服はほぼ濡れませんでした
ガイドのお兄さんも面白かったです！
秋にまた行きたいです

This tour includes everything: pickup service, experience diving, snorkeling, a bento box, drinks, and even bath towels!

I was quite nervous for my first dive, but the guide was very kind and instructed me well, and I managed to dive about 4 meters.

However, since you stay on the boat for a long time, it's definitely a good idea to take motion sickness medication.

送迎付きで体験ダイビング、シュノーケリング、お弁当に飲み物、バスタオルまで付いた至れり尽くせりのツアーです！

はじめてのダイビングはかなり緊張しましたが、ガイドさんが親切に指導してくださり、なんとか4メートル程潜れました。

ただ船上にずっといるので、酔い止めは絶対に飲んでおいた方が良さそうです。

The mangroves at Sup, the helmeted visit to the limestone cave, and the private landing on Baras Island were all fantastic, and the guide was wonderful, making for a very satisfying experience. However, it was quite difficult to have to wait for three hours in the port waiting room after the tour.

supでのマングローブ、ヘルメット付けての鍾乳洞、バラス島上陸貸切状態で、ガイドも素晴らしく大満足^_^ ツアー終了後、港の待合室で3時間も時間潰さねばならなかったこと大変でした^_^;

Due to bad weather and high waves, snorkeling at the Blue Cave was unfortunately canceled. Instead, we enjoyed playing and snorkeling at a shallow area offshore (it seems to be a famous spot, but I forgot the name). We were with a small child, but our guide Diego was kind and took care of the child, so we had a great time.

天候不良で波が高かったため、青の洞窟でのシュノーケリングは残念ながら中止となり、代わりに沖合の浅瀬（名所みたいですが、名前忘れました）で遊んだりシュノーケリングを楽しみました。
小さな子供と一緒でしたが、ガイドのジエゴさんが親切で子供の面倒を見てくれたので、とても楽しめました。

I was very anxious about walking, but the same staff member was very kind and attentive for two days, and I was able to hear various stories, which made me very satisfied. I'm glad I chose this plan.

歩くのはとても不安でしたが2日間同じ担当者がとても親切で丁寧に気を使っていただき様々な話しを聞くことができて大満足です。このプランで良かったです。

It was unfortunately rainy, but we were able to enjoy the sightseeing without getting wet since the boat had a roof.

The Russian guide spoke Japanese fluently and occasionally made jokes in Japanese, which was funny.

Also, the Blue Cave is beautiful and mysterious. There's no doubt you'll create wonderful memories there.

Additionally, since it was a rainy day and the sea was rough, the boat swayed a bit. I think it's a good idea for those who are prone to motion sickness to take anti-nausea medication in advance!

あいにくの雨でしたが、屋根が付いてるボートなので濡れずに観光ができました。

ロシア人のガイドさんは日本語がペラペラです。時折、日本語でギャグも言ってきます笑。

そして、青の洞窟は美しく神秘的。最高の思い出ができることは間違いなし。

また、雨の日で海が荒れていたので船が多少揺れました。酔いやすい方は、事前に酔い止め薬を飲むといいと思います！

It was tough, and I knew it would be, but it was really challenging! I left the hotel at 4 AM and got home at 6 PM!

But I think I had experiences that were worth it. I took a lot of photos, but I truly felt that you can't convey it unless you see it in person.

The negative ions were amazing, the air was clean, and since it only rained a little, it was easy to walk around. It was a really great day! Because it was a tour, I was able to walk while listening to various stories, and although it was tough, I made it! Thank you very much!

しんどい、大変とは分かっていましたが本当に大変でした！
朝4時発のホテル帰宅が18時でした！

でもそれに見合う？だけの経験が出来たと思います。沢山写真を撮りましたが
実際に見ないと伝わらないな、と現地に行って本当に感じました。

マイナスイオンがすごい出てて空気が綺麗で、雨が少しだけだったので歩きやすく、とても良い日でした！！
ツアーだからいろんな話を聞きながら話しながら歩けて大変だったけれども行けました！

I participated alone, but the staff were very considerate, and I had a great time! I also did an extra dive, so I was happy to dive three times. Next, I'm going to get my license!

一人で参加しましたが、スタッフの方に気遣っていただき、とっても楽しく過ごせました！
追加ダイブもして、3回も潜れて幸せでした^ ^
次はライセンス取りに行きます！

It was not a trip, but a struggle. If it had been sunny, the 22 km round trip hike in 10 hours might have been more enjoyable, but the long journey in the rain was cold. I strongly recommend avoiding rainy days if you have flexibility in your schedule. The long ascent on the stairs in the second half was tough, of course, but the boards on the wet trolley path were slippery, making it really difficult to walk. That day was truly a battle with myself; I participated with my daughter, and I believe I was able to show her, as a parent, the attitude of "never giving up and doing my best until the end."

There were seven tour participants (including one elderly woman whose shoe sole came off, leading to her unfortunate retirement → waiting). Including the guide and my daughter, all six others were in their 20s, and I was the only one in my 50s. The young people walked really fast, and I was struggling to keep up. I had heard that I needed to walk at the guide's pace, but it was fast, too fast. I wished they would walk a bit slower. I believe we could have finished the descent on time even if we walked more slowly.

To make matters worse, about a third of the way back on the trolley path, I slipped and fell, injuring myself. Even two weeks later, my tailbone still hurts. My toenail has also become a blood blister and is still black.

Additionally, standing in front of Jomon Sugi, I felt an incredible sense of accomplishment, but the stay was too short. Including lunch, it was only 30 minutes... After climbing all that way, I wanted to stay a bit longer. I wanted to take more photos and videos. Initially, we arrived at Jomon Sugi 40 minutes earlier than the explanation we received at the airport upon arriving in Yakushima...

The young guide was kind, lending me a walking stick and serving everyone miso soup during lunch, but it turned out to be a very regretful tour. Also, for us as beginner hikers, the prior explanation about what clothes to wear was unclear. I wished they had specified "rainwear" for both top and bottom.

旅行じゃなくて、苦行だった。晴れなら往復22ｋm10時間の登山ももう少し楽しめたのだろうけど、雨にうたれての長い行程は寒かった。日程に余裕があるなら雨の日は避けることを強くお勧めする。後半の長い登り階段の登山道ももちろんきつかったけど、雨に濡れた軌道敷(トロッコ道)内の踏み板が滑りやすく、本当に歩きづらかった。この日はまさに己との戦い、今回我が娘と参加したが、親として「絶対に諦めない・最後まで頑張る」姿勢を見せられたと思う。
ツアー客は7人(内、一人の年配の女性は靴底が取れてしまい、無念のリタイヤ→待機)。ガイドや娘も含めてあと6人全員20代、50代は私ただ一人。若い人は歩くのが本当に速くて、私はついていくのに必死。「ガイドに合わせて歩かなくちゃいけない」と噂に聞いてはいたが、早い、早すぎる。もっとゆっくり歩いて欲しかった。もっとゆっくりでも充分下山終了時間に間に合ったと思われる。
最悪なことに帰りのトロッコ道を3分の1歩いたあたりで滑ってしりもち、怪我したし。2週間たった今だに尾てい骨が痛い。足の爪も血豆になって今も真っ黒。
あと、縄文杉を目の前にして、達成感はものすごく感じられたけど、滞在時間短すぎ。ランチを含め30分って。。せっかく登ってきたんだからもう少し居たかった。もっと写真やビデオを撮りたかった。当初、屋久島到着時空港で受けた説明より40分も早く縄文杉に到着したのに。。。
若いガイドさんは杖を貸してくれたり、ランチ時に全員にミソスープをふるまってくれたりして良い方だったが、非常に心残りのツアーになった。
あと、登山初心者の私たちにとって、着ていく服の事前説明がわかりにくかった。上下の「レインウェア」と記載してほしかった。

The knowledge during the trekking was impressive, and another tour guest asked for recommended books about Yakushima, to which the guide responded smoothly. The lunch spot recommended after the tour was a hit! We enjoyed local fish sashimi like mackerel and flying fish, as well as the unique ingredient called "kamenote." With over 2000 guiding experiences, the guide was truly exceptional! However, as travelers, we don’t know when we’ll be back, so please let us take lots of photos. I was taking so many pictures that I was told to put my camera away around the deer lodge, which was quite disappointing. But once we reached Taiko Rock, we were allowed to take photos again, and the weather improved, allowing for many great shots. The next day, when we met again on the Jomon Sugi trekking course, the guide checked in on us multiple times. Even though it rained all day and dampened our spirits, we were uplifted each time.

トレッキング中の知識はもちろん、他のツアー客の方が屋久島に関するおすすめの本を尋ねていたが、すんなりお答えしていた。
私たちもツアー後おすすめされたランチのお店は大当たり!首折れサバやトビウオなどの地元の魚の刺身や珍しいカメノテなる食材も堪能できた。
2000回以上のガイド歴はさすが!ただこちらは旅行者、次にいつ来られるかわからないんだから写真いっぱい撮らせてね。あまりに私が写真を撮って足止めしているから、シカの宿あたりからカメラをしまうように言われてしまったのがとても残念だった。でも、太鼓岩に到着したらカメラ解禁になり、天気も回復して写真をたくさん撮ってくれた。
そして次の日、別のツアーで参加の縄文杉トレッキングコースで会った時も何度もお声がけくださり、その日1日中雨でテンション下がっていたけどその都度元気づけられた。

Due to bad weather on the day, we were unable to land on Barasu Island, so the tour was limited to the morning only. However, I was rejuvenated by the mangrove canoeing and the waterfall on Iriomote Island, and above all, the cave exploration was incredibly authentic compared to what I experienced on the mainland, providing a valuable experience. The guide was also kind and easy to understand, which was very nice. I now look forward to visiting Barasu Island next time.

当日悪天候のためバラス島は上陸出来ず午前のみのツアーになりました
ですが西表島のマングローブカヌーと滝には癒されましたし、何より鍾乳洞探検は本土で体験したものとは段違いに本格的で、貴重な体験をさせていただきました。ガイドさんも親切でわかりやすくてとても良かったです。次回こそはバラス島に、と楽しみもできました。

On the day of the reservation, strong winds made both Kawahira Bay and the Blue Cave unavailable. They rescheduled for the next day, but the weather did not improve. However, they suggested alternative locations, and as a result, I was able to experience both stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling. I'm glad it didn't get canceled. I enjoyed the alternative locations enough, and now I look forward to visiting Kawahira Bay and the Blue Cave next time.

結果的にSUPもスノーケルも体験することができました。中止にならなくて良かった。

I was very satisfied because I was able to hear various stories from the same guide for two days♪ I had concerns about my stamina, but they guided us at a slow pace, so it was really great that we could all enjoy the wonderful scenery without having to retire from the tour(^^).

2日間同じ担当者だったのもあって様々な話しを聞くことができて大満足です♪体力面で不安がありましたがスローペースで案内してくださったのでリタイアすることなく全員で素晴らしい景色を観ることが本当に良かったです(^^)

I had an amazing time!!!! Thanks to the early morning departure, I was able to visit the long-awaited Jomon Sugi and the mossy forest of Shiratani Unsuikyo, as well as Taiko Rock, all in two days. I was worried about the reviews mentioning that the guides can vary, but the guide we had both days was very nice, and I'm glad I made the reservation here◎ I think it really depends on luck!

The view from Taiko Rock, where you can see all of Yakushima and even the ocean, was truly breathtaking, so I definitely recommend joining the early morning tour on the second day as well.

The nature was really beautiful, and the locals were kind, so I fell in love with Yakushima (*^^*)

本当に楽しかったです！！！！
早朝発のおかげで、2日間で念願の縄文杉と白谷雲水峡の苔むす森+太鼓岩まで行けました。
ガイドさんに当たり外れがあるという口コミで心配していましたが、、担当していただいたガイドさんは2日ともとても良い方で、こちらで予約してよかったです◎こればかりは運次第かと！

太鼓岩からの屋久島を一望できて海まで見えてしまう景色は本当に圧巻だったので、ぜひ2日目も早朝発のツアーに参加することをおすすめします。

本当に自然が綺麗で、街の方々も優しく、屋久島が好きになりました(*^^*)

There were nearly 40 participants in total, and it felt more lively than relaxed. We received some photos as gifts, but there was an uneven distribution in the number of photos among people, and our group ended up with fewer, which was disappointing. The staff were very accommodating, and I think we could have enjoyed it more if there had been fewer people.

参加人数が全員で40人近くいて、
ゆっくりというよりはガヤガヤという感じでした。写真もプレゼントいただきましたが、人によって枚数に偏りがあり、私たちグループは少なくがっかりしました。スタッフの方は、良く対応していただき、人数が少なければもっと楽しめたかと思います。

It was unfortunately rainy, and it was cold on the boat, but the water was warm and enjoyable! At the second spot, I only saw corals and fish, but at the third spot, as soon as we arrived, there was a sea turtle near the boat, and I was able to spend quite a while with it, so I could take some great photos with my camera.

Aichan, who was in charge, was energetic, cheerful, and easy to talk to, and the lunch bento was delicious! The boat had a small bath on the floor, hot water for the shower, and transportation to and from the hotel, plus they helped with underwater photography, which was great.

If only the weather had been clear and I could have taken pictures with the sea turtle, it would have been perfect. If I go again, I want to take photos with the sea turtle in nice weather! Thank you for letting me meet the sea turtle!

あいにくの雨で船の上は寒かったけど、海の中は寒くなくて楽しめました！
２つ目まではサンゴや魚にしか会えなかったけど、３つ目は着いてすぐに船の近くにウミガメがいて、しばらくの間ずっとウミガメと一緒に過ごせたので、カメラでもしっかり撮る事ができました
担当してくれたあいちゃんも、元気で明るく話しやすかったし、お昼のお弁当も美味しかったです！
船の床には小さめだけどお風呂があったり、シャワーも温水だったりホテルまでの送迎もあったり、水中カメラで撮影もしてくれたり良かったです
これで天気が雨でなく、ウミガメと一緒に撮れてたら言う事なかったです。
次行く事があれば、いい天気の中、ウミガメと一緒に撮りたいてす！

I went on a whirlwind tour with my two children and grandfather. I had gone snorkeling a few times before, but I had never encountered a sea turtle until this trip, where I finally got to meet one, fulfilling my long-held wish. My children, grandfather, and I were all very moved.

The weather was bad, and we got a bit seasick on the return boat due to exhaustion, but overall, we had a great time throughout the day. Most importantly, all the staff were kind, and my children said they want to go again.

We'll visit again around July! ^_^

子供2人と祖父を連れて弾丸ツアーへ。
今まで何回かシュノーケリングをしていたのですがウミガメと遭遇する機会なく今回はじめてツアーに参加しやっと念願のウミガメに会えました。
私を含め、子供達、祖父もとても感動しました。

天候が悪く、体力の消耗もあり、帰りの船で若干の船酔いはありましたが丸一日を通してかなり楽しめました。また何よりスタッフの方々皆が優しくて子供達もまた行きたいと言っていました。

また7月辺りに遊びに伺います^_^

I was worried about whether I could travel to Okinawa due to the COVID-19 situation, but I'm really glad I came! It was an incredibly fun experience. The weather was great, and the scenery was wonderful. The staff were also very polite and explained everything clearly, which made me feel at ease during the experience. They even took photos for me, creating precious memories. Thank you very much!

コロナ騒動で沖縄旅行できるか不安でしたが、本当にこれて良かった！最高に楽しい体験ができました。天気も良く、素晴らしい景色でした。スタッフの方も丁寧にわかりやすく対応してくださり、安心して体験できました。

Since it was just the two of us, we were grateful for the flexible tour proposal that included a visit to Yufu Island in the afternoon after the ferry cancellation due to bad weather.

During snorkeling, we were able to see plenty of sea turtles and fish even in the rain, and we enjoyed our first canoe ride, as well as a water buffalo cart experience.

We took lots of photos and were very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

私達2人だけだったので、悪天候による帰りフェリーの欠航というアクシデントも　午後から由布島観光のち大原港送りという柔軟なツアー提案をしていただき助かりました。
シュノーケリングでは雨でもたっぷりの海亀と魚に会え、初カヌーに乗り、さらに水牛車堪能。
写真もいっぱい撮ってもらえ、大満足です。
とてもおすすめです。

The mangrove sea kayaking was so much fun, it felt like exploring in a jungle! We couldn't go snorkeling due to the waves, but we changed our plan to go to Yubu Island by water buffalo. It was my first time riding a water buffalo cart, and it was incredibly cute and soothing! If I have the chance again, I would love to participate.

マングローブのシーカヤックはジャングルの中を探検しているみたいでとても楽しかったです！
シュノーケルは波の影響で出来ませんでしたが、由布島へ水牛で行くプランに変更になりました。
水牛車に乗るのが初めてでしたので、すごく可愛く癒されました！

I used it with my girlfriend, and it was very helpful that it was possible even the day before. The weather was nice, and we were able to see things that we couldn't see on the main island, which was great.

彼女と利用しましたが前日でも可能でとても助かりました。天気も良く本島では見れないものが見れてとてもよかったです。

The guide was very kind, and even someone like me, who lacks physical confidence, was able to reach the Yakusugi. It was tough, but it's a memory I'll cherish for a lifetime.

The weather was bad, and our initial plan for snorkeling was canceled due to strong winds, so we ended up doing SUP and canyoning instead, but both SUP and canyoning were incredibly fun. The staff at the shop were friendly, which made it even more enjoyable. I would love to try it again if I go back. Thank you for a great day!

天気も悪く、当初のシュノーケリングの予定が強風で出来なくなり、SUPとキャニオニングになりましたが、SUPもキャニオニングも最高に楽しかったです。お店のお兄さん達もフレンドリーでより楽しめました。また行ったらやってみたいです。１日ありがとうございました。

I was slower at paddling and fell behind everyone, but they were kind and accommodating. The explanation about the mangroves was easy to understand, and it was fun!

漕ぐのが遅くてみんなより遅れてしまいましたが、親切に対応して頂きました。マングローブの説明もわかりやすくて、楽しかったです！！

I visited Shiratani Unsuikyo for the first time this time, and the moss was incredibly beautiful, covering everything in green and looking very picturesque! I wasn't very confident in my physical stamina, and I was a bit worried about whether I could make it to the mossy forest since I was tired from going to Jomon Sugi the day before. However, the guide spoke very slowly while we climbed, so it wasn't exhausting at all, and I was able to enjoy the scenery around me at a leisurely pace.

Next time, I want to visit in the summer and enjoy the stunning view from Taiko Rock!

今回初めて白谷雲水峡に行かせて頂きましたが、
苔がすごくキレイに生えてて、一面緑でとても美しかったです！
私はあまり体力に自信がなく、前日に縄文杉まで行って疲れていたので、
苔むすの森まで行けるか少し不安でしたが、
ガイドの方がとてもゆっくりとお話ししながら登ってくださったので、まったくしんどくなく、また、ゆっくり周りの景色を見ながら登ることができました。

次回は夏に訪れて、太鼓岩からの絶景もたのしみたいと思います♪

It was cloudy until we arrived at the observation site, but gradually the clouds cleared, and we were able to see a beautiful starry sky! The staff had extensive knowledge and responded smoothly to various questions. The starry sky that can only be seen in Ishigaki Island is highly recommended!
