I participated in a tour that went from Fukuoka to Dazaifu, Yufuin, and Beppu♨️

We were blessed with great weather, and we were the only Japanese people on the tour, which made it feel exotic and interesting♪

The guide and the driver, as well as the other tour participants, were punctual and everything went smoothly.

From the morning gathering, everything was perfect. We were the last ones to board, haha.

In Dazaifu, I had a Dazaifu Burger.

In Yufuin, I enjoyed duck soba.

And at the sake shop, I tasted some delicious local sake✨

I was moved by the beautiful view of Mount Yufu✨

It was a really fun day^ ^

I had a wonderful time with breathtaking views, and there was plenty of time for sightseeing without feeling rushed. I would like to bring my family next time.

絶景でとても素敵な時間を過ごせました、観光時間もゆとりがあって慌てず観光出来ました。次回は家族も連れて行きたいと思いました。

One of my favorite idol group's members saw the Jomon Sugi and said it became a turning point for them, and I've always wanted to visit this place. After getting permission from my family and taking time off work, I set out on a solo trip. I chose this place because it mentioned that solo participants were welcome. The shuttle service to the accommodation was truly appreciated. I had quite a bit of confidence in my physical strength since I exercise regularly, but the round trip of about 10 hours was really tough. However, the guide and other participants were kind enough to talk to me, which made me very happy. I felt a sense of camaraderie that motivated me to keep going. The guide even gave us miso soup for lunch, and I was really touched by their kindness. The moment I saw the Jomon Sugi at the summit was truly a happy time. It was the best trip, blessed with good weather. I'm sore all over, but I really feel like this could be a turning point for me.

推しのアイドルグループの１人が縄文杉を見て「変わるきっかけになった」と言っていて以前からずっと行きたいと考えていた場所でした。家族に許可をもらい仕事も休みを貰えたので１人旅に出ました。１人参加歓迎と書いてあったのでここにしました。宿までの送迎は本当にありがたかったです。日頃から運動をしていたので体力にはけっこう自信があったのですが、往復約10時間はとてもきつかったです。ですが１人参加の私にガイドさんや他の参加者さんが心優しく話かけてくれてとても嬉しかったです。仲間意識が芽生えて頑張れます。ガイドさんがお昼にはお味噌汁をくれて本当に人の優しさに感激しました。頂上で縄文杉を見た瞬間は本当に幸せな時間でした。天候にも恵まれた最高の旅でした。全身筋肉痛ですが、本当に何か変わるきっかけになりそうな気がします。

Good trip to discover the island of Okinawa and the aquarium - more material in English needed as the audioguides had insufficient info and connection. Very nice guide for japanese speaking visitors.

Since I was the only Japanese person this time, I think the tour guide had a tough time with the Japanese, Chinese, and English explanations, but the schedule felt a bit too packed. The plan mentioned a soft serve ice cream gift, but it wasn't provided.

今回日本人が私1人だったこともあり、添乗員さんも日本語案内、中国語、英語と辛かったと思いますが、スケジュール過密過ぎた感があります。
ソフトクリームプレゼントがプランに書いてあったが、無かった。

I was the only Japanese person among about 15 people on the tour. The others were mostly young tourists from China. I felt quite out of place, but the tour guide, Liu, was very considerate and frequently checked in on me, so I didn't feel uncomfortable. I think it would be tough to explore Itoshima without a car, but I had a great time visiting various places. The direct sales market was amazing!

ツアー15人くらいのうち、唯一の日本人でした。他は中国からの観光、ただし若い方が多かったです。めちゃアウェイ感ありましたが、ツアコンの劉さんが私に人一倍気を遣ってくださり、頻繁にお声がけくださったので、居心地は悪くなかったです。糸島は車がないときついと思うので、色々巡れて楽しかったです。直売所最高です！

I participated in the Jomon Sugi trekking. It was my first time hiking, but the guide provided detailed advice and explanations, showed us photogenic spots, and took photos for us, making the experience very enjoyable and smooth as we reached Jomon Sugi. Thank you! This experience has awakened my interest in hiking! I had the impression that it would be rainy and much colder, but the weather was clear throughout, with temperatures around 25 degrees, making it comfortable. We were blessed with great weather. Yakushima is amazing!

縄文杉トレッキングに，参加しました。
初めての登山でしたが、ガイドの方がきめ細かいアドバイスと、説明や、フォトジェニックな場所を，教えてくれたり写真を撮ってくれたりして非常に楽しくスムーズに縄文杉まだ辿り着きました。

雨が多くてもっと寒いイメージがありましたが、終始晴天で気温も25度くらいで過ごしやすく、天候には恵まれました、
屋久島最高！

Thanks to the local veteran guide, I was able to participate with peace of mind and have fun. After the trolley path, the mountain trail was tougher than I imagined, but seeing Jomon Sugi was incredibly moving and gave me a great sense of achievement! It was clear weather in early July, and I hardly noticed any bugs, plus there were no bears, so the nature was truly beautiful and a wonderful space that made me want to lie down anywhere! There were so many highlights, so it was definitely the right choice to hire a guide. It's a lifelong memory!

地元のベテランガイドさんのお陰で安心して楽しく参加できました。トロッコ道の後は想像よりもキツイ登山道でしたが、縄文杉を見たら感動で達成感がすごいです！７月上旬の晴天でしたが虫もほとんど気にならず熊もいないので、どこでも寝そべりたくなるような自然が本当に美しい素敵な空間でした！見所がたくさんあるのでガイドをお願いして大正解でした。一生の思い出です！

It was a mixed tour, but the guide and the fellow members created a friendly atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy the long journey.

混載ツアーでしたが、ガイドさんも同行したメンバーも和気あいあいとした雰囲気で、長い行程を楽しむことができました。

Out of about six participants, around four were guests from abroad. The guide was kind and not only recommended places at the destination but also kept the bus talks brief, allowing us to relax. Lunch was at a dining hall in a traditional house in Shirakawa-go. It was delicious. Gokayama is highly recommended!

6組ぐらいの参加者のうち、4組ぐらいが外国からのお客さまでした。ガイドさんは親切で、目的地のおすすめの場所も教えてくれたし、バスの中のお話しもずっとではなく、落ち着いて過ごせました。昼食は白川郷の民家の食堂でした。おいしかったです。五箇山はおすすめです！

The singing on the bus was wonderful, and the stories were very interesting. I was completely captivated by the singing; it was very skillful.

While riding the bus, we were taken to various places, and there were detailed explanations along the way. Both the singing and the chatting were excellent, making for a very enjoyable time.

This was a tour I participated in on the last day of my trip, and I was able to get off at Ishigaki Airport, which was very helpful. I had been wondering how to get to the airport from the hotel on the final day, so it was a fun experience to arrive at the airport while enjoying the bus tour.

I highly recommend it! By the way, it was a solo trip without a rental car.

バスのなかで歌ってくださり、お話しもとても面白かった。歌は聞き入ってしまったとてもお上手でした。
バスに乗っていればいろんな所につれてってくれて、途中全て詳しく説明があり、歌もおしゃべりもとってもお上手で、とても楽しい時間でした。
旅の最終日に参加したツアーなんですが、石垣空港で途中下車も出来て、それがとても助かりました。最終日ホテルからどうやって空港にいこうかと考えてたので、バスツアー利用しながらの空港着という楽しい時間でした。

I participated in this tour to watch a baseball game from Tokyo. It efficiently takes you around famous places. The guide is also very kind and provides various information. It would have been even better if there had been time to take a sightseeing boat on Lake Toya.

東京から野球観戦に併せて参加しました。
有名な場所を効率良く回ってくれます。
ガイドさんも親切に色々な情報を教えてくれます。
洞爺湖の遊覧船に乗れる時間があるとなお良かったです。

This is more of an experience report or feedback, but the tour guide was very kind and unique, making the experience enjoyable. However, I was looking forward to the Kyoto tofu meal that was included, but unfortunately, there was only a little bit of tofu, which was disappointing.

体験談というか感想になってしまいますが、添乗員さんがとても親切かつユニークな方で、楽しく参加させていただきました。でも、京豆腐御膳付きってあったので楽しみにしていたのですが、豆腐がほんの少ししかなくて残念でした。

The rental items were easy to use, and the guide was very kind, which made me very satisfied. As a note, the Yakusugi tour the next day was canceled due to bad weather after gathering, but they refunded the entire tour fee, including the rental items.

I was moved to see Jomon Sugi. However, the guide was terrible. I wonder if there are any decent guides out there. Maybe I just had bad luck.

縄文杉を見みれ、感動しました。ただし、ガイドが最悪でした。もっと、まともなガイドはいないものか。ついていなかったのかもしれない。

I was able to enjoy both the Shakotan Peninsula and Otaru sightseeing at the same time. During the tour, I passed through the gate that prohibits women at Cape Kamoi and had a panoramic view of the Sea of Japan. In Otaru, I also had over two hours for sightseeing, so I visited the Kitai Hall and the Stained Glass Museum!

小樽でも2時間以上観光の時間がありましたので北一ホールやステンドグラス美術館を見学しました！

Since it was my first time in Hokkaido and I couldn't drive, I used this tour. I'm glad I was able to visit places like the Blue Pond and waterfalls that I definitely wouldn't have been able to reach on my own.

It was indicated that there was no guide, but there was one. The conversation was enjoyable.
The Herb Garden Furano did not have a herb garden; it was just a drive-in with food and a souvenir shop.

It was a hot day, but the experience of riding a water buffalo was so valuable that I forgot about the heat. The leisurely journey through Taketomi Island was the best.

暑い日でしたが、暑さを忘れるぐらい水牛の乗車の体験はとても貴重でした。
ゆっくり竹富島の中を通りに抜ける体験は最高でした。

Shakotan is said to be a famous place, so I decided that when I go to Hokkaido, I will definitely visit Shakotan. I also think Otaru Canal is a nice spot. I had a seafood bowl at Sankaku Ichiban.

積丹は有名なとことと言われて、北海道へ行くのは絶対に積丹に行くことを決めました。小樽運河もいいところだと思います。三角一番で海鮮丼を食べました。

The Shikotsu Lake and Toya Lake course has other options, but this course includes a sightseeing boat on Shikotsu Lake (additional charge), where you can see Ezo chub and columnar jointing through a glass-bottom boat, which was great.

支笏湖、洞爺湖コースは他にもありますが、こちらのコースは支笏湖遊覧船（別料金）があり、グラスボートでエゾウグイや柱状節理をみたりできるので良かったです。

I appreciate the tour that takes you to famous places since it's far to the Yanbaru area. It would have been nice to have the stay time on Kouri Island increased to two hours or more.

ヤンバル方面へは遠いため専用で有名な場所を回ってくれるツアーには感謝しています。
古宇利島での滞在時間を２時間とか増やして貰うと良かったです。

I participated in a Beltora tour for the first time.

I understood it was aimed at foreigners, but it turned out to be just my husband and me among all the foreign participants.

Although I was anxious about the language barrier, the guide was fluent in Japanese and provided detailed explanations of the schedule and sightseeing spots, which eased my worries.

The driver was friendly and drove safely, allowing us to complete the tour without any issues.

The foreign participants also followed good manners and had a great time.

If the opportunity arises, I would like to join another Beltora tour.

初めてベルトラのツアーに参加させて頂きました。

外国人向けとは理解しておりましたが、私達夫婦１組だけで外国人の方ばかりでした。

言葉の不安を抱えながらのツアーでしたが、ガイドさんは日本語も上手で、きめ細かくスケジュールや観光地の説明も分かり易くて、不安は無くなりました。

運転手さんも気さくで安全運転でツアーを無事に終了することが出来ました。

外国人の方々もマナーを守り楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。

機会があればまたベルトラのツアーに参加したいと思います。

I am Japanese and participated alone. The guide (a Japanese person) provided explanations in English for inbound guests. There were several Japanese participants, including myself. The schedule was followed, and there was free time at various locations, allowing for a certain degree of relaxation.

【Points of Concern】
The guide's treatment towards me was somewhat dismissive.

(1) When I arrived at the bus stop before the meeting time, the guide said, "I forgot my smartphone at the bus stop. What time is it now?" and then poked my smartphone that I was holding with his finger quite forcefully. Even if there was no ill intent, what? That was too rude. It's not yours! Don't touch other people's things without permission!

(2) During lunch at Kiyomizu Temple, the guide explained to a foreign traveler who ordered the same meal as me, "If you don't know how to eat it, just watch how she (pointing at me) eats and learn!" while laughing (in English).
Huh? It's my first time eating this too, so don't say such careless things! You might have thought I didn't understand English, but I major in foreign language literature and can understand the guide's English just fine.
(In the end, I was able to ask the restaurant staff how to eat it. The foreign traveler didn't ask me about how to eat it.)

【Was the treatment towards foreigners polite...?】
While I felt the treatment towards me was rough, I noticed that the inbound guests were treated very kindly. Even though it was a 9:30 departure, they waited for foreign travelers who were 5-10 minutes late (which caused a slight delay in our departure), and the schedule was explained repeatedly. Was it really necessary to say the same thing so many times? It felt overly protective, like a mother. Was it too much?

日本人です。一人で参加しました。
インバウンドのお客さん向けのためガイドさん(日本人)は英語での説明です。私含め何組か日本人参加者もおりました。　スケジュールどおりに回れるのと、各所で自由時間が設けられるので、ある程度はのびのびできました。

【気になった点】
担当ガイドさんの私への対応がちょっとした対応です。

(1)集合時間前にバス停へ来た時、「スマホをバス停の中に忘れてしまった。いま何時？」と仰って、私が手に持ってたスマホを指でポンポン強めに叩いたこと。悪気はないにせよ、何？失礼すぎるやろ。あんたのもんちゃうで！人様のもんに勝手に触らんといてや！

(2)清水寺のランチにて。私と同じ御膳を頼んだ外国人旅行者に対して、「食べ方が分からなかったら、日本人の彼女(私の方を手で刺して)の食べ方を見て習ってね〜」などとケラケラ笑って説明してること(英語)。
(ﾟДﾟ)ﾊｧ〜?私だって初めての食事なんやぞ、適当なこと抜かすな！
英語がわからないからって思ってたんかもしれんが、こちらは外国語文学の専攻や、ガイドさんの喋る英語くらい、私も分かるで？
(結局、レストランのスタッフさんに食べ方は伺えました。外国人の方からも食べ方については聞かれませんでした)

【外国人への対応は丁寧…？】
私への対応は雑に感じましたが、一方のインバウンドのお客様にはメチャ優しかったと感じます。9時半出発なのに5〜10分遅れた外国人旅行者はまってあげたり(その御蔭でちょっと出発時間遅れたな)、タイムスケジュールの説明を幾度となく行ったり。そんな何度も同じこと言わんでもええんちゃう？過保護過ぎなオカンみたいな感じでした。オーバーTooリズムでは？

I booked a bus tour to Takachiho Gorge. I was the only Japanese person, and the others were from different countries.

Since I was traveling alone, I had no problem with the nationalities of my companions, but I think families and groups of friends who came from far away might feel confused.

Above all, I was concerned about the overwork of our kind guide who followed me.

It seemed very challenging for them to manage a diverse group of people alone. Perhaps because they had to explain the same thing multiple times in different languages, their voice was quite hoarse.

I often felt sorry for making them work hard, but thanks to the guide, it was truly a wonderful trip.

I think active individuals or those with knowledge of the area will enjoy it without any issues, but others might want to think it over.

I can't emphasize enough how amazing the guide was! They were the best guide I've ever had on a bus tour! I would book again just to meet them again.

高千穂峡へのバスツアーを
予約しました。
私1人だけ日本人で、
他は他国の方々だったそうです。

そもそも1人旅だったので、
同行の方々がどこの国の方でも
私はまったく問題ないのですが
遠方から初めて来た家族、
友人同士の旅行の方は戸惑うと思います。

なにより私をフォローしてくれた
親切なガイドさんの
オーバーワークが気になります。

1人で多国籍な人間たちをまとめるのが
見ていてとても大変そうでした。
いろんな言語で同じ説明を何度もした為か
声がかなり枯れていて、

私も気を使わせて申し訳ないなと
思う事が多々ありましたが、
ガイドさんのおかげで
本当にとても良い旅でした。

アクティブな方や場所の知識がある人は
問題無く楽しめると思いますが、
そうではない方は一考したほうが
よろしいかと思います。

何度も言いますがガイドさんは
最高でした！
いままでのバスツアーのガイドさんで
1番素敵な方です！
またお会いする為だけに
予約したいぐらいです◎

I joined a tour with the purpose of visiting Lake Toya. I was able to go to more places than I expected. Noboribetsu Hell Valley was also amazing.

洞爺湖として目的でツアーに参加しました。思ったより色んな場所へ行けました。登別地獄谷も凄かったです。

It is difficult to access Cape Kamoi on the Shakotan Peninsula without a car, but the scenery during the 50-minute round trip to the tip of the cape was breathtakingly beautiful. With good weather and strong winds, trekking while enjoying the views of Shakotan Blue on both sides was undoubtedly the highlight of this tour.

This tour had a mixed group of participants from various countries, and the guide spoke English, Chinese, and Japanese at a basic level (probably Chinese). The guiding during the trip was mostly in English and Chinese, with Japanese being brief and lacking explanations about the towns along the way. There were no descriptions of the scenery or landmarks during the journey. For Japanese tourists expecting the detailed professionalism of a Japanese tour guide, this left some dissatisfaction.

On the other hand, most of the guests were Chinese, which was a unique experience in a way. However, I wished that more time had been dedicated to introducing Japanese culture to the Chinese tourists who traveled all the way to Japan. Even while traveling, if there were interesting sights outside, the guide should actively share information about Japanese local culture, history, and food. It feels unfortunate for Chinese tourists who came all the way to Japan! By providing detailed introductions to Japan that can only be gained by being there, I hope to see an increase in pro-Japan sentiments among Chinese visitors.

As it stands now, I cannot recommend this tour to Japanese tourists.

個人では車がないとアクセスしにくい積丹半島の神威岬に行き
往復５０分の岬先端へのアクセス道中の景色は息をのむ美しさでした。
お天気が良く風が強い中、積丹ブルーの景色を両サイドに見ながらのトレッキングが何と言ってもこのツアーのポイントです。　

このツアーは各国混載でガイドさんは　英語、中国語そして日本語がまあまあという感じで（多分中国人）移動中のガイドはほとんど英語と中国語が長く
日本語は手短で途中の街の説明などはなし。移動中の土地の景色や名所説明についての説明は一切なし。いわゆる日本人観光ガイドのようなきめ細かいプロフェッショナルな観光を期待した、日本人にはちょっと不満が残りました。

逆に、お客のほとんどは中国人で、ある意味、貴重な体験でした。しかし、遠路はるばる日本へ来た中国人観光客に対しても、もっともっと時間を割いて日本の文化を紹介してほしかった。走行中もお席に座ってお休みなされないで、社外の面白い景色があったらすぐ、日本の郷土文化や歴史や食べ物なども、積極的に、ガイドするべき。これじゃ、わざわざ日本に来た中国人観光客が可哀そう！。現地へ来たからこそ得られる、詳しい日本を紹介することにより、親日本の中国人が増えて欲しい！

なお、今のままでは、日本人観光客にはこのツアーはお勧めできない。

This time, there were few participants, so it was stress-free. I think ANA fans will enjoy getting a glimpse behind the scenes of the work. ☻

I felt that it would be impossible for non-able-bodied individuals to participate due to time constraints (my mother has a disability). I had hoped to go to the aquarium, but I was asked if it was okay to change the course since the time was short. I really wanted to go to the aquarium! ✨

時間に、余裕がなく、(母が心障の為)健常者でない人の参加は、無理だと思いました
水族館希望でしたが、時間が短くなるけど、良いですか?と、言われコースを変更しました。
水族館へ行きたかったです✨
