I was able to see many creatures that I can't find in other aquariums. Additionally, in the outdoor sea turtle area, there was a space where we could experience nesting and feeding, which allowed us to learn about the ecology of these animals in a very real way. I also enjoyed a very fun time watching the elderly dolphin, Oki-chan, give an impressive performance.

他の水族館では見ることの出来ない生き物も沢山見ることができた。
また、外の海亀のエリアでは産卵の様子や餌やりが体験出来るスペースがあり生き物の生態などをリアルに体験できるのがとてもいいと思いました。
高齢なイルカのおきちゃんも頑張って迫力ある演技を披露してくれとても楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました。

It was my first time in Okinawa, and I wanted to explore various places, but since I didn't have a car, I decided to use a bus tour this time. Many tours only depart from Naha City, but this one was the only one that started from a hotel in Onna Village, and they also provided a return trip, which I really appreciated.

That day, there were few passengers, creating a homely and relaxed atmosphere. The tour included all the places I wanted to visit in Okinawa, and the ticket prices for both the Churaumi Aquarium and Pineapple Park were included, making it feel like a great deal. It was the day the rainy season started, and there was heavy rain, so I couldn't enjoy the view at Manza Beach, but I think I'll save that for my next visit.

The bus guide was also a very nice person who provided a lot of interesting explanations about Okinawa, which was fascinating for me as a first-timer. They even sang Okinawan songs, which was enjoyable. Thank you very much!

Next time, I would like to use this tour again when the weather is clear during my next visit to Okinawa.

初めての沖縄だったので、色々周りたいけど車も無かったので今回バスツアーを利用しました。
那覇市内からしか出発していないツアーが多く、恩納村に宿泊していたのでここのツアーが唯一恩納村のホテルから出発できて、帰りも送っていただけるということでとても有り難かったです。

この日は搭乗人数も少なくアットホームで自由な雰囲気でした^^
沖縄の行っておきたかった場所が全て詰まっていて、美ら海水族館かパイナップルパークのチケット代も含まれてこの価格はとてもお得だと感じました。
梅雨入りの日ですごい大雨で万座毛などは眺められませんでしたがまた次来た時の楽しみに取っておこうと思います。
バスガイドさんもとても人柄の良い方で、沖縄について色々な説明を沢山してくださり、初めてだった私にはどれも興味深かったです。
沖縄の歌も歌ってくださり楽しめました。

次は晴れてる時に、また沖縄に来た際は利用したいです。

I'm glad I was able to visit the main tourist spots in Ishigaki Island in half a day. There was a bit of concern when the driver hit the mirror and we had to switch buses, but we ended up finishing the tour on schedule without any delays. It would have been even better if we could have spent a little more time at each spot. I really appreciated being able to visit places like the Yonehara Yaeyama Palm Forest, which are difficult to reach on your own.

半日で石垣島のメイン観光スポットを回れて良かった。
出発時にドライバーがミラーぶつけてバス乗り換えトラブルがあり心配されたが日程に遅れも生じず順調に観光が終えられたので、各スポットでの時間をもう少し長く取られるともっと良かったと思う。
米原八重山ヤシ原生林など個人では行きにくい所に行けたのがとても良かった。

Depending on the actual situation, we were given more time at each stop than originally planned. The driver was also kind. It was a fun trip.

I recommend this for those who have a flight back around 3 PM. On the last day, you can enjoy a complete tour around Ishigaki Island without wasting time starting from 9 AM. In the end, they drop you off at the airport.

Depending on the weather, you can fully enjoy the charm of the outer rim of Ishigaki Island. You can visit places you might not have gone to alone and gain knowledge you wouldn't have otherwise. If the weather had been good, Kabira Bay and Tamatorizaki Observatory would have surely offered stunning views. Unfortunately, it was slightly cloudy, so I could only experience about half of its beauty, but I was very satisfied. The guide entertained us with interesting trivia and a variety of songs and shamisen performances!

15時台の帰りの飛行機を取ってる方にはおすすめです。
最終日の朝9時から時間を無駄にすることなく石垣島をぐるっと一周。最後は空港で降ろしてくれます。

天気次第ではありますが、石垣島外周の魅力を余すところなく楽しめます。
1人で回ってるだけでは行くことはなかったであろう場所に行くことが出来、知り得なかった知識を得られます。
天気が良ければ川平湾や玉取崎展望台はさぞや絶景だったことでしょう。
残念ながら薄曇りでしたのでその美しさの半分程度しか味わうことは出来ませんでしたが非常に満足できました。
ガイドさんの豆知識と多彩な歌や三味線で楽しませてくれます♪

A trip to Kyoto with my 85-year-old mother after 30 years! It started raining in the morning, and since my mother has some knee concerns, I asked the tour guide at the meeting point about the elevator at Fushimi Inari Taisha, which was mentioned in the brochure. They were very attentive and helpful all the way to the shrine! Thank you so much for your support in such terrible rain!

During the bus ride, there was a lot of information packed in, including explanations of history using photos until the next stop!

85才の母と30年ぶりの京都旅！朝から雨に始まり、膝に不安があるので、伏見稲荷大社にエレベーターがあるとパンフレットに記載があり、集合場所の添乗員さんに質問!その後稲荷大社までいろいろと気にかけて頂き、とても助かりました!ヒドイ雨の中本当にありがとうございます!!

The guide provided detailed information and made it easy to explore comfortably. The information about Toyama that we passed through was also interesting.

I had my parents join the tour I participated in during my first trip to Okinawa. They were very satisfied with the Churaumi Aquarium. I believe this tour is a must for anyone's first trip to Okinawa.

I visited ANA's training facility.
I was able to see the training of various professions, and it became clear that many people are involved with the airplanes we often see without thinking. I particularly understood the importance of teamwork.
During the tour, it felt as if I was listening to announcements in an airport. I also think the guide did a great job creating a good atmosphere.

I was filled with anxiety as a near-beginner in mountain climbing, considering the early morning departure, the long hours of hiking, and the restroom situation. However, thanks to the guide's accurate advice and support, I was able to meet the impressive Jomon Sugi and return safely. The pre-tour communications were as instructed, which provided a great sense of reassurance. I was healed and overwhelmed by the nature of Yakushima. I had prepared myself for the fact that it is a rainy island, but we were blessed with beautiful weather!

早朝発、長い時間の山登り、トイレ事情に加え、山登りほぼ初心者の私で、不安満載でしたが、ガイドさんの的確なアドバイスとフォローで、感動の縄文杉に会って、きちんと帰ってきました。
事前の諸連絡も案内を受けた通りで、とても安心感のあるツアー。
屋久島の自然に癒され、圧倒されました。
雨が多い島とのことで覚悟して行きましたが、

I had a great time! However, I went with my mother, who walks with a cane. At the Churaumi Aquarium, you have to walk from the parking lot to the entrance. Since you also walk around at Nago Pineapple Park, I wouldn't recommend the tour for those with mobility issues. If someone with mobility issues is participating, I think it would be a good idea to contact the tour company in advance.

ただ、私が行った時は杖をつきながら歩く母と一緒でした。
美ら海水族館は入り口まで駐車場から歩きます。ナゴパイナップルワールドでも園内歩くので、足の悪い方はツアーはオススメできません。
足の悪い方が参加されるのなら、一度観光会社に問い合わせておくといいと思います。

The tour included a comfortable transfer to Inari Shrine via JR, followed by a bus ride, making the travel very easy. However, I felt it was somewhat unkind that there was no explanation provided despite the time being slightly tight. On the other hand, the guide was very kind and attentive to each group, which was impressive. While the explanations about the destinations were clear in both English and Japanese, there were moments when it was difficult to hear the guide, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I had a satisfying trip and would like to use this service again.

　稲荷神社まではツアーでJRによる移動、その後はバス移動で非常に楽々な移動でした。ただ、時間配分が若干押しているにも関わらず、説明が無かったことがやや不親切に思われました。また、ガイドさんは非常に親切で一組一組に寄り添われていたのは印象的でした。ただ、目的地に関しては英語と日本語での説明で分かりやすかったものの、声が聞きづらい点もあり、その点だけ惜しいと思いました。
全体的に満足の行く旅行ができましたのでまた利用させて頂きたいです。

The meeting place was only vaguely indicated, and I ended up waiting at a different location, which was disappointing. I think they should provide a clear meeting point. When I called, the Japanese was broken and hard to understand, and I felt deceived. The bus to Takayama also made stops along the way without any explanation, and even though it was a highway, the speed was slow.

It was a trip for two people aged 72 and 79, and from the departure at Ishigaki Port to the return, all aspects of the journey were wonderful. The lunch was also delicious. I unconditionally recommend this tour to anyone considering it.

72歳と79歳の二人旅でしたが、石垣港の出発から帰港まで、全ての行程の内容・対応が素晴らしかったです。ランチも美味しかったです。ツアーを検討されている方に無条件にお勧めします。

I was impressed by the amazing facilities that are usually not accessible. In addition to pilots and cabin crew, there are many ground staff who manage equipment and ensure the safety of the aircraft. They strive for improvement through training and practice.

Pilots must take qualification exams for each specific aircraft, meaning they can only fly that particular type. There were many details about the various job responsibilities that I was unaware of.

The explanations were thorough, and there were places to take photos, so I enjoyed it without getting bored.

What was impressive was that the tour started and ended exactly on time!

普段は見れない施設内に設備の凄さに感動
パイロットやCAのほかにもたくさんの
グランドスタッフに設備機器等を管理するスタッフが居て飛行機の安全を確保している。
研修や訓練で日々向上を目指す。

パイロットは、一つの飛行機の資格試験を受けてその飛行機しか飛ばせない。
多々、それぞれの細かい仕事内容が知らないことばかりでした。

説明も丁寧で、写真撮れる場所もあるから飽きずにとっても楽しめました。

スゴイのは、案内時間がピッタリ！始まり、
ピッタリ！終わったこと。

It was raining on the day of the event. Walking for a long time in the rain is tough. It would have been better if there were options for those who don't want to walk much. (I walked over 20,000 steps in one day.) The tour guide was from Taiwan and was fluent in three languages, which I thought was impressive.

　当日は雨でした。雨のなか長い時間歩くのはきついです。あまり歩きたくない人向けの対応策があれば、もっと良かったです。（1日で２０，０００歩を超えました。）添乗員は台湾出身とのことで3か国に通じ、レベルは高かったと思います。

I applied for a sightseeing bus tour for the first time. The departure was at 8:30 AM, which wasn't too early, and we visited Ainokura first.

There were about 20 participants, which was just right. We were able to enjoy sightseeing at a leisurely pace. We could also walk to a high point to take photos.

Next, we visited Shirakawa-go. It was spacious, and there were many dining options available. There were long lines, though. Food sampling was also possible (in fact, we did some food sampling). There were several restrooms as well. The bus parking area was reserved and was probably the easiest place to find.

The tour guide explained things clearly in both Japanese and English. We were able to return to the bus center before 4 PM, which allowed us to make effective use of our time.

はじめて定期観光バスを申込ました。
朝早すぎない８時半出発で、相倉が先に見学でした。

参加者もほどよく２０人ぐらいです。
ゆっくり観光できました。高台からも歩いて写真を撮ることが出来ました。

次に、白川郷を見学しました。
広い、食事処もたくさんあります。すごい並んでますが。
食べ歩きも、可能でした。（実際食べ歩きでした）
トイレもいくつもありました。
バス駐車場も、予約されていたそうで一番分かりやすいかも場所でした。

添乗員さんも日本語、英語とわかりやすくせつめいしてくれます。到着（バスセンター）も、４時前にかえってこれるので、時間を有効に使えます。

The explanations about the history of Yakushima and the formation of its forests were clear and posed no problems. However, during the free talk, I was a bit disappointed by the guide's harsh tone and lack of refinement that came through at times. At one point during a break, the guide said, "This group isn't lively, so shall we move on?" and no one could respond, which made the atmosphere freeze. It seemed like the guide lacked the ability to engage and uplift the group. On the way back on the tram road, I could even hear the guide sighing from the back. It's such a shame for a tour of Jomon Sugi...

Additionally, while other tours had groups of 2 to 4 people, this tour had 8 participants. It was clear that the guide was struggling to manage the group. The guide and members had no choice but to leave it to chance, and while there is also a matter of compatibility, I was painfully reminded that a tour can be enjoyable or boring depending on the people involved.

屋久島の歴史や森の成り立ちなどの説明は分かりやすく特に問題ありませんでしたが、フリートークの際、節々に出てくるガイドさんのキツい口調や品のない態度に少しがっかりしました。休憩時に、「このグループは話が弾まないからもう行こうか」という発言もあり、誰ひとり返事ができず、空気が凍る。。。ガイドさん自身に場をまとめ盛り上げる力量がないのでは??帰りのトロッコ道では、後方からガイドさんのため息が聞こえる始末。せっかくの縄文杉ツアーなのに。。。
また、他のツアーが2〜4人で1グループだったのに対し、こちらのツアーは参加者8人。ガイドさんもまとめるのに苦労している様子がわかりました。
ガイドさんやメンバーは運に身を委ねるしかありませんし、相性もありますが、人次第で楽しくもつまらなくもなるのがツアーなのだと、痛感させられました。

It was a great tour that allowed us to visit so many attractions in just one day. The tour guide was very good at speaking and was able to communicate in Japanese, Chinese, and English, kindly assisting people from various countries. The bus driver was also skilled and friendly, making us feel safe during the ride. Personally, I was very satisfied. Thank you to the tour guide and the bus driver for your hard work!

一日でこれだけの観光地を周れるお得なツアーでした。添乗員さんも話し上手な方で日本語中国語英語と三ヶ国語を操り各国の方々に親切に対応していました。バスの運転手さんも運転が上手く気さくな方で安心して乗っている事ができました。わたくし個人、大変満足しました。添乗員さんバスの運転手さんお疲れ様、ありがとうございました。

I was recommended by an acquaintance to join the tour, and I participated. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and he pointed out great photo spots; his fluent English was also impressive. The amount of lunch and the time for free exploration were just right.

I heard that starting April 28, cars and buses can no longer access the observation deck, so we had to walk there... the uphill was quite tough, but the downhill was very easy. By the way, I heard there is a shuttle bus, but I don't think I saw it while I was in Shirakawa-go.

If I have the chance again, I would like to see Shirakawa-go in all four seasons. I look forward to your assistance then.

知人からツアーで行く事を勧められて参加しました。
ガイドさんのお話は分かりやすく、撮影ポイントなどを教えてくれ、流暢な英語も良かった。
ランチの量、自由散策の時間…丁度良かったです。
展望台へ車・バスの乗り入れが4月28日から出来なくなったとの事で徒歩で展望台へ…上りかなりキツめ(;´д｀)下りかなり楽ちん。
ちなみにシャトルバスは有るそうですが、白川郷に居る間は見かけなかった気がします。
また機会があれば、四季折々の白川郷をみたいです。またその時は、お世話になります。

I had chosen my own itinerary for the day, and left the details to the driver. The driver was great, friendly & responsive, and made excellent suggestions. He took me to purchase discount tickets, which wasn’t on my radar, and knew the best places to park & meet up. A great day with a great driver!! (I could tell that he was nervous at first about communication, but he was very relieved that I speak Japanese so we could communicate without issue.)

I made a reservation for a bus tour in Okinawa, which I visited for the first time in 10 years, thinking it would efficiently take me to the places I wanted to go. I was grateful that the bus arrived on time despite it being a Sunday, and the bus guide's explanations were very clear and enjoyable.

There are several departure points, but if you choose randomly, you might end up quite far from your hotel, so I think it's best to check the locations properly and get on from the nearest one.

Also, the stops are not meant for leisurely exploration, so there isn't much time to slowly decide where to go or what to do. I think it's better to have a rough idea of the places you want to visit and the food you want to try, and then move quickly!

10年ぶりに訪れた沖縄で、行きたいところを効率よく回れるバスツアーはないかなと思い予約しました。日曜日にも関わらず、定刻通り到着してくれてありがたかったのと、バスガイドさんのご説明がとても分かりやすく楽しめました。

出発地がいくつかあるのですが、何となくで選ぶとホテルから結構遠かったりするので、きちんと場所を調べて最寄りのところから乗せてもらうのがいいと思います。

また、立ち寄る場所ではゆっくりする、という感じではないので、どこ行こうか、何しようかとゆっくり選んでいる余裕はあまりないです。ある程度行きたい場所や食べたいものなど決めておいて、サクサク回るのがいいかなと思いました！

The content and cost performance are good. I wanted to enjoy a quiet solo trip, but the tour guide was lively. Even though there were empty seats, a man was sitting next to me. It's frustrating that I can only input 50 characters for my evaluation.

内容とCPは良い。一人旅で静かにしていたかったが添乗員が賑やかだった。席が空いていたのに私の隣が男性だった。評価するのに50字しか入力できないのは如何なものか。

I went in May. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and cold. The trip itself was interesting. The scenery was wonderful. One of the great things about this travel package is that you can visit places that are not accessible by public transportation using a sightseeing bus.

5月に行きました。生憎の天候で曇っていたし寒かった。旅行自体は面白かった。景色が素晴らしかった。公共交通機関で行けない場所を観光バスを使って行ける所が、この旅行パッケージの良いところ。

It was my first solo trip to Okinawa. I really enjoyed my time at the Churaumi Aquarium. Even without renting a car, this tour allowed me to visit various places, which was great. I think it's a good option for first-time visitors to Okinawa, as it includes locations like Manza Beach that are hard to reach without a car.

初めての沖縄一人旅でした。美ら海水族館は滞在時間が長く楽しめました。レンタカーを借りなくても、このツアーなら色々な場所に行けて、良かったです。万座毛など、車がなければ行けない場所にも行けるので、初めて沖縄を訪れる人にはいいと思います。

This time, it was a short stay of 2 nights and 3 days. One of my friends was visiting Okinawa for the first time, so we signed up for this tour. It was a fun tour packed with a lot of activities. You can also take a nap during the bus rides, and for those with a short stay and visiting Okinawa for the first time, I highly recommend it!
