This was my first time visiting Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, and the explanations and guidance were very clear. The gassho-zukuri villages covered in pure white snow were incredibly beautiful, and I had a great time. My younger sister, who had just studied "traditional living" at school, kept saying, "It was fun and interesting."

The gassho-zukuri villages in winter were deeper in snow than I had imagined, and I really understood why they are referred to as "islands in the mountains." It was clear that the structures were built for winter as I walked through the village. I was amazed by the meticulousness of the attic spaces in the gassho-zukuri houses! The lunch was also very delicious, and I was able to have seconds, which made me very satisfied!

The last experience of making senbei was really warm and cozy. The timing for flipping them was a bit tricky, but the senbei I made myself was very tasty. I was also happy with the souvenirs!

白川郷も五箇山も初めてでしたが、解説&案内もわかりやすく、雪で真っ白の合掌造り集落がとても綺麗でとても楽しめました。学校で「昔の暮らし」を勉強したばかりの妹も「楽しかった面白かった」とずっと言っていました。

冬の合掌造り集落は、想像以上に雪深く、「陸の孤島」と言われた意味がよくわかりました。冬のためのつくりであることが、集落を歩いていてもよく分かりました。合掌造りの中は、屋根裏の部分の綿密さにびっくりしました！昼食もとても美味しく、ご飯もおかわりでき、大満足でした！

最後のせんべい焼き体験所はすごく暖かかったです笑
ひっくり返すタイミングはちょっと難しかったけど、自分で焼いたせんべい、とても美味しかったです。お土産も嬉しかったです！

The tour guide provided great recommendations, allowing us to explore efficiently. Additionally, we learned a lot about the surrounding area.

Before departure, there was no guidance for the bus, and I wished they had clearly communicated the bus color and number. I almost got on the wrong bus. The staff member was very nice, but their Japanese was limited, and they mostly spoke Chinese, so I would have preferred a bit more conversation in Japanese. My friend who was traveling with me is Thai, so I had to translate everything, but since their Japanese was limited, I couldn't interpret very well.

出発前にバスへの案内がなく、バスの色やナンバーをしっかりと伝えて欲しかった。
違うバスに乗りまちがえそうになった。
案内の人は、すごく良い人ですが、日本語があまりなく、ほとんど中国語であり、もう少し日本語ではなしをしてほしかった。　　　　　　　　　　　　
今回の同乗の友達が、タイ人なので全て翻訳して伝えなければいけないのに、日本語が少なく通訳が、余り出来なかった。

I was able to visit Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island! On Taketomi Island, I had planned to take a glass-bottom boat, but it was canceled due to the weather, so I enjoyed sightseeing with water buffalo on both Yufu Island and Taketomi Island. However, on Yufu Island, we toured on the water, while on Taketomi Island, we toured on land with the water buffalo, so I had a great time sightseeing with water buffalo on both islands!

西表島、由布島、竹富島へ行くことができました！竹富島ではグラスボート予定ですが、天候の影響でキャンセルとなってしまい、由布島でも竹富島でも水牛での観光でした。しかし、由布島では水の上を、竹富島では陸の上を水牛で観光でしたので、どちらの島も水牛観光でも楽しめました！！

Since it was rainy season and I couldn't drive, I decided to splurge and request a sightseeing taxi. They covered all the places I wanted to visit while checking the rain clouds until my flight time. I was a bit worried about not having much to talk about since I was participating alone, but they enthusiastically guided me even in the heavy rain, and I was thrilled during the brief moments of sunshine. I was lucky to have such a wonderful guide. Having previously lived in Ishigaki Island, I appreciated their company as we revisited places that had changed and explored my memories, making it a fun sightseeing experience. I'm glad I decided to splurge.

I was surprised to learn that many people are involved in getting a single airplane in the air. I have great respect for their daily efforts to hone their skills in their respective positions, and I have become even more of a fan. The staff's speaking skills were also wonderful; I was captivated. I was happy to have such a wonderful opportunity. Thank you very much.

Both the guide and the driver were pleasant, and I thoroughly enjoyed my first trip to Okinawa. The guide's singing and explanations were excellent (which may be a given), and I learned a lot about the history of the landmarks and useful information. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and rainy, so it was disappointing not to see the beautiful ocean. There were also a few solo travelers, and being able to chat with them was one of the highlights of the trip. I often use bus tours, and I think 5,900 yen for a tour that includes light snacks is quite reasonable.

ガイドさんも運転手さんも感じが良く、初めての沖縄旅行でしたが満喫できました。
ガイドさんの歌や説明が上手（あたりまえのことかもしれませんが）で名所の歴史やお得情報などよくわかりました。
あいにくお天気が☁や雨だったので綺麗な海が見られなくて残念でした。
一人旅の方も何人かいらしてて、お話ができたのが旅の醍醐味のひとつでしょうか。
よくバスツアーを利用するのですが軽食つきで5900円はお手頃だと思います。に

I witnessed the serious training of ANA employees at one of Japan's largest training facilities, and I realized that through their rigorous training, we, as ANA users, can board with peace of mind.

日本最大級の訓練施設でANAの社員さん方が真剣に訓練をされている姿を目の当たりにして厳しい訓練を重ねることによって普段我々ANA利用者が安心して搭乗出来るのだと思いました。

The guide and driver were both wonderful, and the conversations were enjoyable. Since they go to Shirakawa-go every day, they shared some hidden gems and delicious food recommendations. I had a really great time!

ガイドさんや運転手さんの人柄も良くて、お話も楽しく、毎日白川郷へ行っているからこその穴場情報やおいしい食べ物も教えてもらえて、本当に楽しかったです！

This is my personal opinion. The time was short. I am thinking of finding time to participate with my grandchild next time. The guide's explanations were clear and good.

I recommend this for those who want to make effective use of their limited time. It includes a guided tour, and you can also stop by the places you want to visit. They also provided recommendations for places to see. I informed them of my JR train schedule and was able to buy a bento to eat on the train at the Omihachiman Market, and they made sure I had enough time to do so.

限られた時間を有効に使いたい人にお薦めです。観光案内付きでしかも行きたい所に寄ってもらえます。お薦めの所も教えてもらいました。
私は、帰りのＪＲの時刻を告げて、車中で食べたいお弁当を近江市場で購入し間に合うように回ってもらいました。

At first, I was worried because it was cloudy, but the wind cleared the clouds, and I was glad to see the beautiful view. After participating in the tour, I started to pay more attention to the stars.

I was glad to see the wonderful scenery, but when I stood up because I really needed to use the restroom before the meal, the guide scolded me without asking for a reason, saying, "I told you to stay seated!" Even when I tried to explain, I was told to sit down again a couple of times, and since it was early in the trip, I felt uncomfortable throughout the course.

The meal was very satisfying as I got to enjoy a lot of delicious fish, and after the meal, I enjoyed looking at the beautiful sea and swinging on a handmade swing.

There were many older participants, and it seemed like there were quite a few couples, but there were also a good number of solo participants.

At the national park, the local guide provided detailed explanations, which was very nice! I enjoyed listening to the descriptions of the plants and animals. However, it was puzzling that after finishing the national park visit, we were shown an introduction video about the park. I thought the order was strange...

I participated in December, and it gets a bit chilly in the morning and evening, so I think having a light jacket would be good. It was a bit hot during the hike.

Since they take you around to various places, I think it's great for those who can't drive themselves. I recommend it if you don't mind spending a long time on the bus.

素晴らしい景色が見れて良かったとは思いますが、
食事前どうしてもお手洗いに行きたくて立ち上がると理由も確認せず頭ごなしに「座っていてと言いましたよね！」とガイドさんに怒られました。
理由を述べようとしても2.3度被せて座ってくださいと怒られ、旅の序盤だったのでコースを回っている間中ずっと不愉快でした。

食事は美味しいお魚がたくさん食べられて大満足でした、食事後綺麗な海を眺めたり手作り感のあるブランコを漕いだりしました。

参加者の方々は年配の方が多く、ご夫婦が多かった印象ですがお一人の参加者も少なくなかったです。


国立公園では現地の方が詳しく説明をしてくださりとても良かったです！
植物や生き物たちの説明は聞いていて楽しかったです。
国立公園を見終わった後に国立公園の紹介動画を見せられたのは謎でした。
順番がおかしいと思います…。

12月に参加しましたが、朝と夕方少し冷えるので軽い上着があるといいかなと思います。
ハイキング中は少し暑かったです。

色んな所に連れ回してくれるので自分で運転ができないという方はいいと思います。
長時間バスに乗るのが苦痛でなければおすすめします。

The weather wasn't great, so it felt a bit hectic, but I think the tour itself was good value for money. There were two disappointing points. One was the need to remind some tour guests to speak a little more quietly. The other was that although there were three hours allocated for visiting the Churaumi Aquarium and having lunch, considering the time spent waiting to purchase tickets and the round trip to the parking lot, we effectively had just over two hours. Even though we wanted to eat, all the restaurants were crowded, with waits of 40 minutes to an hour, so we prioritized sightseeing and ended up not being able to eat. I would have appreciated more information in advance about the locations and expected crowds.

天候が良くなかった為に少々ばたばたした感じでしたが、ツアーそのものの内容はコスパが良いと思います。
残念だったのは2点。ひとつは少し大きめの声で会話するツアー客に対して注意する必要が有る事。もうひとつは美ら海水族館での見学および昼食の時間は3時間あるもののチケット購入待ちや駐車場までの往復を考えると実質は2時間強だった事。食事しようにもどの店も混んでおり40～1時間待ちなので見学を優先した結果食事はできませんでした。事前に場所や混雑見込み等の情報をもう少し教えていただきたいと思いました。

It was interesting to hear about the work that you can't see just by taking a plane, and there were exciting points in the video production and filming sections that made it fulfilling.

Since the number of participants on the tour wasn't too large, I was able to comfortably receive explanations while also considering infection control measures.

普段飛行機に乗るだけでは見えない仕事を聞けて面白かったのと、映像の演出、撮影コーナーとワクワクできるポイントがあって充実できました。

一度のツアー人数も多くないので、感染対策もそうですが、快適に説明をうけれました。

I traveled to Kyoto with my wife, which was our first visit since our school trip. Despite it being a busy time of year, we managed to take a 1-night, 2-day trip and chose Kyoto as our destination since we hadn't been able to go for a while. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, we decided to join a bus tour to visit the main attractions.

To cut to the chase, it was a great decision! We gathered at Kyoto Station and took the JR train to Inari Station, the closest station to Fushimi Inari. Seeing the famous thousand torii gates for the first time was truly moving! From there, we traveled by bus to our next destination, Kiyomizu-dera.

We had a tempura set lunch here. Thanks to the tour reservation, we didn't have to wait and could enjoy our meal, after which we strolled around Kiyomizu-dera and the nearby area. After Kiyomizu-dera, we moved on to Kinkaku-ji.

Our tour guide provided us with great tips on photo spots and took a lovely couple's photo of us after a long time. We then headed to Arashiyama, where we received our tickets for the return trip to Kyoto Station and were free to explore on our own. Although it was a free time, the guide shared some helpful advice about Arashiyama along the way.

After that, we enjoyed the bamboo grove, explored the area, and sampled some local snacks before returning to Kyoto Station. We managed to visit the main attractions in one day without getting lost during the transfers, and we had about an hour at each site, making it a very efficient tour.

I highly recommend this tour for beginners visiting Kyoto. The tour guide and bus driver were both very pleasant, and I would definitely like to use this service again when I visit Kyoto in the future.

自身修学旅行以来の京都を妻と旅行しました。暮れの忙しい時期ではありましたが、1泊2日の旅行の時間が取れたのでなかなか行けなかった京都を旅行先に選びましたが、土地勘もないのでバスツアーで主な観光地を巡ろうと思いこのツアーを選択。
結論から言うと大正解でした！
京都駅にて集合〜JRで伏見稲荷の最寄駅の稲荷駅迄移動〜伏見稲荷観光で初めての千本鳥居見て感動！
ここからの移動はバスで次の目的地清水寺へ。
ここで天ぷら御膳の昼食。ツアーでの予約もあり待ち時間もなく昼食を取ることが出来、食後清水寺及び近隣を散策出来ました。
清水寺の後は金閣寺に移動。
添乗員さんからは撮影スポットを教えていただいたり、久しぶりの妻とのツーショット写真を撮って頂いたりしてとても良かったです。
その後嵐山に移動し、我々はここで帰路の京都駅迄の乗車券を受け取り自由解散となりました。自由解散ではありましたが途中迄添乗員さんが嵐山のワンポイントアドバイスを教えてくれました。
その後竹林の小径を見たり、近隣散策、食べ歩き等して、京都駅迄戻りました。
主な観光を1日で回れて、あれこれ移動で迷う事なく、それぞれの観光地で1時間程度見学時間も取れ無駄のないツアーでした。
京都旅行ビギナーには超おすすめです。
添乗員さん、バスドライバーさんもとても感じが良く、また京都を訪れる時には利用したいと思いました。

写真が撮れませんでした。少し残念で、シミュレーションを試してみたいです。

The reason I chose this tour was the richness of the course. I thought it would be difficult to go on my own, and I was a bit anxious about being alone, but I decided to sign up. There were a few other solo travelers as well. On the bus, the guide provided clear explanations about recommended sightseeing points, photo spots, and souvenir information, which were very helpful. Shirakawa-go in late autumn was incredibly beautiful. For lunch, we had mountain delicacies. The sweet simmered river fish, wild vegetables, Hida beef grilled with miso on a magnolia leaf, and pickles were all delicious. Also, the old streets of Takayama felt like stepping back in time to the Edo period. I enjoyed tasting sweet sake, Japanese sake, and dumplings. I plan to participate again in a different season.

このツアーを選んだ理由はコースの充実さです。なかなか個人で行くのは難しいと思い、1人で不安でしたが思いきって申し込みました。自分以外にもお一人様の方が数人いらっしゃいましたよ。バスの中ではガイドさんからお薦めの見学ポイント▪写真スポット▪お土産情報など分かりやすく説明して下さりとても参考になりました。晩秋の白川郷はそれはそれは美しかったです。昼食は山の幸。川魚の甘露煮や山菜▪飛騨牛の朴葉味噌焼き▪漬物など美味しかったです。また、高山の古い街並みは江戸時代にタイムスリップしたかの様。甘酒▪日本酒の試飲▪お団子を頂きました。季節を変えてもう1度参加するつもりです。

I participated with a friend. The forecast predicted a change from rain to snow on the day of our visit. It was raining in Kanazawa, but it started snowing on the way to Shirakawa-go, and Shirakawa-go had a light dusting of snow. Perhaps due to the weather, it was quite empty, and we were the only ones at the observation deck. The town also had few people, allowing for a pleasant stroll.

The tour guide was excellent, sharing various stories during our travels, and on the way back, they minimized conversation, understanding that everyone was likely tired. Their thoughtfulness was evident.

友人と二人で参加。ちょうど当日雨から雪に変わる予報でした。金沢は雨でしたが白川郷への途中から雪になり、白川郷はうっすら雪化粧でした。天気のせいかガラガラで、展望台も我々だけ。街も人は少なく、良い感じの散策ができました。
添乗員さんが非常に良く、移動中もいろいろな話をして下さり、帰りはみんな疲れているだろうということで最小限の話にしたりと心づかいが伝わってきました。

The service attitude of the tour guide, You You, was very polite. Even though many people returned late from the first sightseeing spot, he didn't get angry and simply asked for everyone's cooperation.

Along the way, one guest had to stop the bus twice due to stomach pain, but overall, he was able to manage the schedule adjustments well.

You Youという添乗員の接客態度はとっても丁寧だし、最初の観光地で遅れて戻ってきた人々たくさんいたのに、怒らずただみんな様のご協力を求めただけ。

途中で、ある客は腹痛のため、バスが２回も止まらせざるをえなかったのですが、トータル的にはスケジュールの調整を上手に把握できていただきました。

My first visit to Shirakawa-go in the snow was a wonderful memory. I was surprised at how close it was to Kanazawa. Both the tour guide and the driver were very pleasant, making the sightseeing experience enjoyable. They pointed out great photo spots, so I was able to take some lovely pictures. Joey Lee, a tour guide from Hong Kong, is humorous and great at time management, ensuring everyone can take perfect photos. He speaks English, Japanese, Cantonese, and Chinese, so I'm already looking forward to the next trip.

香港出身のツアーガイド、ジョーイ・リーさんはユーモラスで時間管理も上手で、誰でも完璧な写真が撮れますし、英語、日本語、広東語、中国語も話せるので、すでに次が楽しみです旅行。

I have visited Yakushima several times and have participated in activities with Veltra alone on a few occasions! I really appreciate that there are options available for solo participants.

This time, we trekked in constant bad weather and got completely soaked, but the other participants were all great people, and we were able to help each other finish the trek! Comparing sunny days to rainy days, I personally felt that there was about a threefold difference in physical stamina. On rainy days, our speed inevitably suffers, so we took shorter breaks and opted for steeper shortcuts to make it back on time!

I really wanted to take more photos, but I think I’ll save that challenge for a sunny day!

I was advised in advance that the summit might be frozen in December, so I brought a shell trainer for snowy mountains and a rain suit that cost around 10,000 yen. However, the shell trainer was too hot, and the rain suit was pointed out to be of poor quality and inappropriate. To avoid trouble, I think it’s preferable to rent equipment!

何度か屋久島には来ており、何度かベルトラのアクティビティに1人参加しております！
1人でも参加可能なものがあるのは大変ありがたいです。

今回は終始悪天候でずぶ濡れになりながらのトレッキングでしたが、参加メンバーは良い方たちばかりで、助け合いながら終えることができました！
晴れの日と雨の日を比べると、個人的には体力3倍くらい差があるなと感じました。
雨の日はどうしてもスピードが劣るので、晴れの日よりも休憩は短く、緩やかな道より険しめな近道を通り、爆速で進んでやっと時間内に終わる事が出来ました！
本当はもっと写真撮ったりしたかったですが、それは晴れの日にチャレンジしようと思います！

12月で山頂は凍結しているかもと事前にアドバイス頂き、雪山用のシェルトレーナーと、1万くらいのレインスーツを持参したのですが、雪山用は暑すぎるし、レインスーツは粗悪で不適切だと指摘されてしまったので、トラブルを避けるためにも装備はレンタルが好ましいと思います！

I thought it was great that the seats on the bus were already assigned before boarding. Also, the bus route allowed us to get an overall view of Shirakawa-go, which made it efficient for us to explore freely. The tour guide also pointed out recommended photo spots, and I was able to take the best pictures. The lunch was very delicious as well. We were blessed with calm weather, and I felt that having a slightly longer free time was nice.

Since we arrived back a bit earlier than scheduled, thanks to the tour guide's arrangement, we were able to disembark first, which allowed us to catch an earlier train to our next destination and avoid about an hour of delay. I regret not being able to thank the guide properly at the end.

バス内の席が乗車前に既に指定されていたのはとても良かったと思います。
又バスルートも、まず白川郷の全体を見渡せ「全体像」を把握していた為効率良く自由散策が出来ました。お勧め写真撮影スポットも添乗員さんに教えて頂き最高の写真が撮れました。お昼もとても美味しかったです。風も無い天候に恵まれ、気持ち長めの自由時間でも良かった気はします。
帰路到着時間が予定より多少早まった為、添乗員さんの図らいで優先的に下車させて頂いたおかげで、次の目的地への電車に一便前に乗れ、およそ一時間のロスを回避できました。最後にゆっくりお礼を言えなかったのは心残りです。

This was my first time booking a tour with this company, so I was honestly a bit anxious. However, the guide was incredibly attentive, and it truly became a wonderful memory. The driving was safe, and I felt at ease during the ride. The driver was cheerful and very kind.

I lost something on the bus, but the guide, the driver, and everyone participating helped look for it, for which I am very grateful.

I had considered going without a reservation and renting a car, but I think this tour was great because we didn't have to wait for meals and had plenty of time.

I know I’m being repetitive, but the guide this time was really amazing. The introduction of recommended spots, suggestions for souvenirs, and consideration for everyone were outstanding.

I prepared for snow and rain, but contrary to expectations, it only drizzled under a cloudy sky, and I didn't need to use an umbrella. The rice crackers I didn't expect were very delicious, and for lunch, perhaps due to the local flavor, everything had a rather high salt content. Departing from Kanazawa Station at 9:32 AM and arriving back at 3:28 PM was great because I arrived while it was still light out, allowing me to go sightseeing in Kanazawa afterward. I was satisfied with the many photos I took of Shirakawa-go.

雪と雨を覚悟して参加予想に反して曇り空のままパラパラと降りましたが傘は使わず済みました　期待していなかった煎餅はとても美味しく昼ご飯は土地柄もあるのか全てかなりの塩分高めなラインナップでした　金沢駅９時３２分出発金沢駅１５時２８分到着　明るいうちに到着しその後金沢観光に行けるので良い時間帯でした　白川郷の写真がたくさん撮れて満足です　

I traveled to Shirahama with three friends. Since I had been to Shirahama many times before, I didn't have high expectations for the taxi tour, but we were able to visit places we had never been to before, with detailed explanations. Even the places we had visited previously felt fresh. The driver was also kind, and everyone was satisfied.

友人3人で白浜旅行、今まで白浜には何回も行っていたのでタクシーでの観光も、それほど期待して無かったのですが、今まで行った事の無い所まで、丁寧な説明付きで観光でき、前に訪れた事のある所も新鮮でした。運転手さんも親切で、みんな満足でした。
