It was great that we could move efficiently. We were also blessed with good weather, making it an enjoyable trip. However, I think we should consider the time allocation at each location a bit more.

効率良く回れたのは良かったです。お天気にも恵まれて楽しい旅行になりました。しかしながら、各場の時間配分をもう少し考えた方が良いかと思います。

The meeting point at the bus terminal entrance is difficult to find on the map. They are taking infection control measures by checking temperatures at the meeting point and ensuring alcohol disinfection every time we board the bus. The audio guide through earphones inside the bus is easy to hear.

Main sightseeing spots:
☆ Lake Shikotsu (60 minutes)····· If you take the glass boat at the designated time, there’s hardly any time left. You need to take a few photos, go to the restroom, and dash back to the bus to make it in time; I wish we had at least another 20 minutes here. Unfortunately, the lake's transparency was poor, and I couldn't see the beautiful Shikotsu Blue surface.

☆ Lake Toya (85 minutes)····· First, everyone has lunch inside the hotel. There are many dishes, but they are quite ordinary, just decent enough not to be bad. After taking photos of the desolate tourist spot, Lake Toya, there was nothing else to do or see, and we had a lot of time to kill. We just sat in the lobby waiting. I understand that the crew needs to take a break, but 85 minutes here is unnecessary. I would prefer to allocate that time to Lake Shikotsu instead. The crew also knows there’s nothing to see here, so the lack of explanation about how to spend time here is the best evidence of that.

Mount Usu····· The ropeway will stop in bad weather, and in that case, we would visit the bear ranch, but it would be the worst if we couldn't ride the ropeway here. The view from the summit was wonderful.

Others····· Since this is just a restroom break, I don't have any particular impressions. It was somewhat rushed.

The pricing, including lunch at the hotel, is not bad, but the time allocation needs to be reconsidered. Overall, I didn’t feel it was an amazing tour. If the weather is bad, I would feel quite disappointed. Honestly, I would have preferred to join a different, slightly cheaper tour that operates on weekdays and covers similar areas.

集合場所のバスターミナルの入口が地図で分かりにくい。集合場所での検温、バス乗車の都度アルコール消毒の徹底で一応感染対策はしている。車内でのイヤフォンによる音声案内は聞き取りやすい。
メインの観光場所
☆支笏湖（60分）·····指定時間のグラスボートに乗るとほぼ残り時間がありません。写真数枚撮ってトイレに行ってダッシュでバスに戻らないと間に合わない、ここはあと20分は時間が欲しい。
あいにく湖の透明度が悪く、支笏湖ブルーの湖面は見られなかった。
☆洞爺湖（85分）·····まず全員でホテル内で昼食。品数は多いがごく普通、不味くは無い程度。寂れた観光地、洞爺湖の写真を撮った後、他に何もする事も観る所も全くなく時間時間をかなり持て余した。ロビーでボーと座って待つだけ。乗務員の休憩時間を確保しなくてはいけないのは分かりますが、ここは85分も不要。それなら支笏湖に時間を回して欲しい。乗務員も何も見る所がない事は分かっているので、ここでの過ごした方に関しての説明が全くなかったのが何よりの証拠。
有珠山·····天候不良時はロープウェイ停止になりますが、その場合、クマ牧場の観光になりますが、ここでロープウェイに乗れなかったら、最悪ですね。
山頂から見る景色は素晴らしかったです。
他·····トイレ休憩ついでの場所なので、特に感想は無いです。まあまあ慌てる。

ホテルでの昼食を含めての金額設定は悪くはないですが、時間配分は再考の必要有り。総合して、凄く良いツアーでした‼とは思わなかった。もし天候不良の場合はかなり損した気分になりそう。
本当は同じ様な地域を回るもう少し安価の別ツアーが平日も催行してくれてたらそちらに参加したかった。

It was great to be able to talk closely with the staff from the reception. The guide was a current cabin attendant, and I was able to discuss questions I had about flying, which was very nice. The explanations about the work in each department were easy to understand, and I realized the vast amount of manuals one must go through to become a cabin attendant, as well as the years of training required to become a pilot. It was a much more educational experience than a typical factory tour! The tour was well organized, and the 90 minutes felt very short. There were places to take photos, and I took many pictures, even having the cabin attendant take some for me.

Last month I visited the ground staff, and this month I visited the training facility. I feel a deeper connection to ANA and appreciate their commitment to safety and security. I will continue to support the blue team.

With the travel support program starting this month, I believe there will be more opportunities to fly domestically, and I will board with gratitude for the work of all the staff. Thank you for a wonderful time!

受付からスタッフの皆さんと親しくお話し出来て案内役が現役のCAさんで日頃飛行機搭乗時に疑問に思っていた事など お話し出来て大変良かったです。各部門のお仕事内容の案内も分かりやすくCAさんになるまでのマニュアルの膨大さやパイロットになるまでの養成経過年数なども伺えて大変さを痛感しました。企業工場見学などとは比べ物にならないくらい大変勉強になりました！見学工程も工夫されていて 90分間が大変短く感じました。写真も撮れる所で一杯撮ってCAさんにもシャッター押して頂きました

It was a very fulfilling tour that allowed us to visit three islands in one day. The staff provided clear and thorough explanations, making it easy to enjoy the tour with peace of mind. I was glad to have various experiences in one day, and the rental bicycles were also a lot of fun!

３つの島を1日で回れてとても充実したツアーでした。　スタッフの方々も丁寧な説明で分かりやすく、安心してツアーを回れました。
いろんな体験が1日できて良かったですし、レンタルサイクルも楽しかったです！

I participated in the tour starting at 4 PM. Although it was in the evening, I was able to see the training scenes of the ground staff, cabin attendants, and pilots.

It was a great tour where I could see behind the scenes that I usually don't get to experience.

当日は夕方ではありましたがGS、CA、パイロットの訓練風景を見ることができました。

普段目にすることのない裏側を見学できるいいツアーでした。

This tour is quite physically demanding. Of course, you will receive communication from the tour operator in advance. However, it seems that if you misjudge your physical condition, you may end up unable to move due to illness or injury. The schedule is also tight, and I felt like I was being rushed along by the guide. I was scolded for not having a protector for my trekking poles, which was not mentioned in the prior communication. Caution is necessary. To fully enjoy the beautiful nature and scenery, I recommend being well-prepared physically.

体力的に結構厳しいツアーです。
もちろん、事前にツアー運営会社から連絡あります。ただ自分の体力を見誤ると体調不良や怪我で動けなくなることがよくあるツアーだそうです。スケジュール的にも厳しく、ガイドさんに追い立てられるように引っ張られました。
トレッキングポールはプロテクターが無いと使えないと怒られました。事前の連絡では記載なかった事です。注意が必要。
せっかくの大自然、景色を堪能するには体力を十分つけて臨むことをお勧めします。

I was able to efficiently enjoy the best views. The lunch was delicious, and the tour guide was very nice and attentive.

I booked a bus tour that required a minimum of six people. It turned out to be just the six of us. It felt like a private taxi, making for a relaxed trip with just our group. The driver was also kind and easy to talk to.

However, it was disappointing that the restroom at Rokkatei was dirty in the early morning. Since they handle food, it really needs to be clean...

私は、引いてしまいました。

We were blessed with good weather and were able to see the slightly misty Jomon Sugi. I participated alone and was quite anxious about whether I could make it to the top based on the experiences I heard. I usually don't exercise much, only going hiking once a year. I prepared my stamina with an hour of running for a month beforehand.

There were four of us: one female student and two other women. The guide kept us engaged with quizzes and explanations about the spots, which helped us focus less on the walking, so it felt like we arrived much quicker than I expected! (The quizzes were difficult, and my brain was tired.)

The guide took a lot of photos, using wonderful angles and techniques, and thanks to that, we were able to capture some great shots with the trees. Honestly, watching other guides, I thought, "We really hit the jackpot." So, I believe it depends on luck. Each guide must have their own unique qualities!

It’s truly impressive how the guides can keep talking while carrying heavy loads! For lunch, we were treated to pork miso soup, which was so delicious that it could be said the guide fee was worth it just for that!

As mentioned in the reviews, it was indeed at a fast pace, but thanks to that, we didn’t have to wait for the restroom, could take our time for photos at Jomon Sugi, and boarded the return bus without waiting. If you push yourself, you will definitely get your money's worth!

I also think the number of participants, their stamina differences, and personalities were just right this time. (Most of the quizzes were answered by the excellent members.)

I had heard of Jomon Sugi, but it still felt far away (≡ε≡；). I wished I could get closer to truly appreciate its size. However, the guide mentioned that even they rarely get to touch it, so I guess it can’t be helped (tears). Therefore, the most moving part was at the place of the deity, Okotojin.

I debated whether to rent trekking poles, but I think not many people were using them. It seemed more practical to use my hands for a lot of four-legged walking, so they might actually be a hindrance. Gloves were much more useful.

I usually wear high-cut trekking shoes, but this time I rented mid-cut ones in Yakushima, which made me anxious. However, since the Jomon Sugi trek has many trolley paths, it seems that high-cuts can cause blisters due to the edges. I realized that it’s best to learn from those who know the mountain well and adjust accordingly.

天気にも恵まれ少し霧掛かった縄文杉を見る事ができました。
1人参加で体験談を聞いた限り、ちゃんと登り切れるかかなり不安で挑みました。
普段運動はせず、年に1回山登りをする程度。
1ヶ月前から1時間のランニングで体力の準備はしました。
女子学生さん1人と、女性2人組との4人メンバでした。
ガイドさんは終始、クイズを出したり、スポットの説明をしてくださり、歩くことに集中しすぎず進む事ができたので、思っていたよりもあっという間に着いちゃったなと言う印象でした！(※クイズは難しくて頭は疲れました)
写真もいっぱい撮ってくださって、しかも素敵なアングルや撮影技術を駆使して撮ってくださり、お陰で木霊も出て来てくれて一緒に写真を撮る事が出来ました(*´︶`*)♡
正直、自分達以外のガイドを見てると、「自分達は大当たりだったんだな」と思いました。なのでやはりそこは運次第だと思います。きっとそれぞれのガイドさんにそれぞれの持ち味があるんだと思います！
でもあんなにずっと喋り続けながら重い荷物を持って歩けるガイドさん達は本当にすごいです！
ランチでは豚汁をご馳走してもらいました！この為のガイド料と言っても過言でないぐらい美味しかったです！
口コミにあるように確かにハイペースではありましたが、お陰でトイレは並ばずに入れたし、縄文杉のところでゆっくり写真は撮れたし、帰りのバスも待つ事なく乗れたし。頑張ればちゃんとお釣りが来ます！
あとはツアーメンバーの参加人数や体力差やキャラクターも今回は丁度良かったんだろうなと思いました。(クイズはほとんど優秀なメンバーさん達に答えてもらいました)

縄文杉は知ってはいましたが、やっぱり遠かったぁ(≡ε≡；)
もっと近くに行って大きさを実感したかったなぁと思っちゃいます。
でもガイドさんでも触れる事は滅多にないとの事なので、仕方がないんだろうなー(涙
なので、1番の感動は乙事主様のところでしたね！

ストックをレンタルした方がいいか悩みましたが、使ってる人はあまりいなかったと思います。それよりも手を使って四足歩行になる事が多いので、逆に邪魔かな。グローブの方が重宝しました。

トレッキングシューズはいつもハイカットを履いているのですが、今回は屋久島でレンタルしたところミドルカットが来て不安になりました。でも縄文杉トレッキングはトロッコ道が多いのでむしろハイカットだと縁で靴擦れを起こしてしまう人がいるそうです。やはりその山を知り尽くしている人に教えてもらって合わせるのが良いんだなと思いました。

It was easier than I imagined since there weren't as many steep slopes (we climbed quite a bit by bus at first), and we took breaks and stopped for photo spots! The guide took great photos at key points, and of course, we heard various explanations about the Yakusugi and Yakushima. They also managed the pace well, so I'm really glad I joined the tour! The main Jomon Sugi is currently surrounded by a lot of grass and plants, so you can't see the base... I heard they are currently applying for permission to clear the vegetation. However, there are plenty of Yakusugi trees along the way, and I was satisfied being able to see and touch them up close.

休憩や写真スポットで立ち止まったりするのと、急勾配が思ったよりなかったので（最初バスでかなり登りました）想像よりも楽でした！
ガイドさんも要所でいい感じに写真を撮ってくれ、もちろん屋久杉や屋久島の説明も色々聞けて、ペース配分もしっかりしてくれるので、やはりツアーに参加してよかったです！
メインの縄文杉は今は足元にかなりの草木が生い茂っていて根元が見えず、、、国に草木の伐採の申請中だそうです。でもそこまでにも屋久杉は沢山あって、近くで見れたり触れたりするので満足です。

I was worried about being a burden to the other participants since I don't exercise regularly, but it went smoothly without any issues. Beyond Tsuji Pass, the trail became particularly challenging and difficult to climb, and going down felt a bit like an obstacle course, but as long as you are careful, it's completely manageable. The view from Taiko Rock was amazing. I'm glad I participated.

At the mossy forest, eating and drinking are prohibited, and despite the posted notice, I saw a family and a foreign woman eating, which was very disappointing. It might be helpful to make the "no eating" signs more visible, especially in areas like the benches.

The restroom at the hut had a notice asking not to put toilet paper in the toilet, but I think it's easy to overlook. I almost ended up putting paper in the toilet. Many people might have the habit of wiping the toilet seat before sitting down, so I thought it would be good to have a notice before entering the restroom stalls as well.

日頃運動していないので、他の参加者さんに迷惑を掛けないか心配でしたが、特に問題なく行けました。辻峠から先は特にハードというか登りにくい道が続き、おりる時もアスレチック感がありましたが、気をつければ全く大丈夫でした。太鼓岩からの眺望はすばらしかったです。参加して良かったです。
苔むす森では飲食禁止で、その注意書きの掲示があるにも関わらず飲食しているマナーの悪い家族連れと外国人女性を見かけ、とても残念でした。ベンチみたいな所にも、大きく飲食禁止をもっとわかりやすく明示してもいいかもしれません。
小屋のお手洗いはトイレットペーパーを便器に入れないようにとの注意書きがされていましたが、気づきにくいと思います。危うく便器にペーパーを入れそうになりました。便器を拭いてから座る習慣の人達も多いでしょうし、お手洗い個室に入る前の所にも注意書きがあればいいのになと思いました。

This tour includes a visit to the Churaumi Aquarium, which is quite far from Naha City, as well as American Village and more, all in one day. The guide was very energetic. I found it interesting to hear about how the Nanyo-sugi can be used as a substitute for Christmas tree firs and that the Basketball World Cup will be held next year.

With the start of travel support and an increase in school trip students, the Churaumi Aquarium was quite crowded. Although we had two and a half hours, considering the round trip to the parking lot, we really only had about two hours for sightseeing. I thought it would be nice to see the whale sharks and dolphins, so I enjoyed watching the large whale sharks and Nanyo manta rays from a paid seat at the café, and I was able to catch the dolphin show right on time.

During this tour, I was concerned about a participant who was coughing continuously (it didn't seem like choking, but they were blowing their nose and coughing, so it might have been allergies). The guide encouraged us to open the windows, but not many people did, which was frustrating. Because of that, I deducted one star. Other than that, the admission fee for the Churaumi Aquarium was included, and overall, I was satisfied.

那覇市内からは遠い美ら海水族館をはじめとして、アメリカンビレッジなどなどを一日でまわるツアーです。
ガイドさんはきびきびされた方でした。ナンヨウスギがクリスマスツリーのモミの木替わりになる、来年はバスケのワールドカップが開催されるなど、興味深くお話聞かせていただきました。

旅行支援が始まり修学旅行生も増えていたので、美ら海水族館も混みあっていました。2時間半ですが駐車場までの往復を考えると賞味2時間見学時間なので、ジンベエザメとイルカが見られたらいいかなと考え、カフェの有料席でゆっくり大きなジンベエザメやナンヨウマンタを堪能し、イルカショーを見て大体時間ぴったりでした。

今回のツアー、参加者でずっと咳き込んでいる方がいたのが気になりました。（むせるとかそういう感じではなく、鼻をかんだりゴホゴホされていたので、アレルギーなのかもしれません）
ガイドさんが窓開けを促してくださったのですが、あまり開ける方もいらっしゃらずモヤモヤしました。その分だけ★１つ減らさせていただきました。
それ以外の点は、美ら海水族館の入場料も入っていますし、全体的に満足でした。

I really enjoyed the comfortable storytelling from the active flight attendants and the valuable experiences unique to the field. It was also nice to feel as if I were on an airplane. The exhibits were precious and all very interesting. I hope to show them to my nieces and nephews as a reference for their future.

現役CAさんの心地よい語りや、現場ならではの貴重な体験談がとても楽しかったです。
飛行機内にいるかのような気分に浸れるのもまたよかったです。
展示物も貴重で、興味深いものばかりでした。
姪っ子甥っ子に見せ、将来の参考にしてほしいなぁって感じます。

I had a great time visiting all the places I wanted to see in Okinawa for the first time. The guide was also very kind. It was reassuring that every time we got on the bus, they provided hand sanitizer for everyone!

However, the time spent at each location was quite tight, and there were moments when we felt rushed. Since all the spots were so appealing, I wish we had a little more time to enjoy them.

The audio guide's voice was sometimes choppy, and I missed some important parts.

Overall, I was very satisfied, so I definitely want to participate again the next time I come to Okinawa.

初めての沖縄で、行きたいと思ってた所を一気に回る事が出来てとても良かったです。ガイドさんも親切でした。毎度バスに乗るタイミングで全員の手にアルコールをかけてくれるのも安心度が高かったです！
ただやはり1か所毎の滞在時間が中々タイトで、駆け足になる瞬間もありました。魅力的なスポットばかりなのでもう少しだけ余裕あればな…と思いました。
音声ガイドの声が途切れ途切れで大事な所が聞こえなかったりしました。

総合して満足度は高かったので、次沖縄に来た際には是非ともまた参加したいです。

I participated in a tour for the first time, and it was very fulfilling and enjoyable! It was my first time in Okinawa, and I had a great time with my friends over the 3-night, 4-day trip! I will definitely use this service again in another prefecture!

It turned out to be a trekking experience in heavy rain. However, since Yakushima is known for its frequent rain, I accepted that as unavoidable. The trek to Jomon Sugi was more exhausting than I had imagined. After the schedule was set, I worked on my physical fitness by going hiking on weekends and managed to lose quite a bit of weight, but it was still tough.

Nevertheless, I reached Jomon Sugi without giving up along the way and was satisfied to return around the scheduled time. However, the guide who accompanied us was quite harsh, saying things like, "You're not prepared," and "If you're not confident in your stamina, you should hire a private guide. In a tour, you'll hold everyone back." While I understand the validity of their comments, I wish such warnings had been more prominently included in the recruitment details. Hearing that while already participating was frustrating.

Additionally, one of the other female participants expressed a need to use the restroom during the trek, which caused a slight delay, and the other participants commented, "It's troublesome when group actions are disrupted." She might have felt sorry for holding everyone up, but needing to use the restroom is a natural bodily function. Being told that made it difficult for anyone to say, "I need to go to the restroom."

In the end, I am grateful that I was able to reach the goal, but it is also true that I felt a bit disappointed. I wrote this review hoping that future participants won't have to experience similar feelings.

土砂降りの中のトレッキングとなりました。
ただ屋久島は雨が多いらしいので、それは仕方ないと諦めてました。縄文杉までのトレッキングは想像していた以上にしんどかったです。
予定が決まってから、週末に山歩きに行くなど体力作りをし、体重も自分なりにはかなり減らして挑みましたが、それでも辛かった。
でも途中で挫折することなく縄文杉まで辿り着き、時間通りぐらいに戻って来れたので満足です。
ただ、ついてくださったガイドさんがかなり辛口で
「準備不足だ」「体力に自信がないなら専属ガイドを雇うべき。ツアーだと足を引っ張る」だの散々言われて、楽しみに参加した気持ちがベッコリ凹みました。おっしゃることはごもっともですが、それなら募集要項にもう少し目立つようにそのような注意書きを入れておいてほしかったです。
既に参加している最中に言われても…
その上、他の参加者の女性が1人、途中でトイレに行きたいと申し出て、少し足止めになった際に他の参加者の方々に「団体行動を乱されると困りますよね」と言われてました。
待たせてるから申し訳ないと思ったのかもしれませんが、トイレなんて生理現象。なのにそんな言い方されたらもう「トイレに行きたい」と言い出せなくなってしまいます。
最終的にゴール出来たので感謝はしていますが、少し残念な気持ちになったのも事実です。
今後参加される方がそんな思いをしなければいいなと思い、感想を書かせていただきました。

On the day of the trek, I was worried about the weather, but fortunately, it didn't rain, and I was able to enjoy a fulfilling trekking experience. Initially, I was hesitant about hiring a guide, but it turned out to be the right decision. The guide taught us how to walk in a way that minimizes fatigue (both uphill and downhill), shared interesting facts about trees, moss, and the history of Yakushima, which sparked my interest in environmental conservation beyond just seeing Jomon Sugi.

The trekking itself has its challenges beyond the tramway, but I think it should be manageable for those who do not have chronic back or knee pain (I even saw elementary school students along the way). However, it's definitely easier if you regularly train through walking or running.

当日は天気が心配されましたが、無事に雨に降られることもなく、充実したトレッキングが楽しめました。
当初、ガイドさん頼むから悩みましたが、頼んで正解。疲れが残りにくい歩き方（登り、下り）、樹木、苔、等の豆知識、屋久島の歴史等々も教えて下さり、ただ縄文杉をみるだけではなく、屋久島の環境保護等へも興味を持つきっかけになりました。
トレッキング自体は、トロッコ道から先が課題では有りますが、腰痛や膝痛などを慢性的にお持ちでない方であれば大丈夫だと思います（途中、小学生も見かけました）。ただ、普段からウォーキングやランニングで鍛えてると楽になることは間違い無いでしょう。

I booked this trip for three women: my mother in her 70s and my cousin in her 60s, as I thought we might struggle with getting on and off the sightseeing bus and wanted to make the most of our time sightseeing. The guide was a female driver who had a gentle tone and a lovely smile. She provided thorough explanations that were easy to understand. We were blessed with great weather on the day of our trip, and all three of us were very satisfied with the experience. Thank you very much. I would like to use your services again next time.

70代の母と60代の従姉妹との女性3人旅行、周遊バスの乗降にも苦労しそうだったのと、効率よく観光したいと考えて予約しました。
案内してくださったのは女性ドライバーの方。
優しい口調の、笑顔も可愛らしい方でした。

I usually have a job that requires me to stand, but I don't do any exercise like walking, yet I managed to go! However, I think if you do some light training before participating, you'll have more energy and enjoy it even more. It was a day with on-and-off rain, but the mist wrapped around Jomon Sugi like smoke, creating a majestic atmosphere! I believe you can enjoy it whether it's raining or sunny. The deer also came to see us off.

普段、立ち仕事をしていますが、ウォーキングなどの運動はしていない私ですが、なんとか行ってこれましたよ！
でも、軽いトレーニングをしてから参加すると余裕ができるので、より楽しめると思います。
雨が降ったりやんだりの日でしたが、霧がスモークを焚いているかのように縄文杉を包み、それはそれは…王者感でてました！！
雨でも晴れでも楽しめると思います。

The weather was busy with rain coming and going, but thanks to that, I was able to see a wonderful rainbow three times in one day. Each experience was precious, but I was particularly impressed by the water buffalo cart to Yufujima. I don't think I'll forget that scenery. The guide's songs and stories were also great. My 3-year-old son seemed to have fun and said he wanted to ride the buffalo cart again. It was an emotional day.

雨が降ったり止んだりといそがしい天気でしたが、そのおかげか1日に3回も素晴らしい景色の中の虹を見ることがでしました。どれも貴重な経験でしたが、私は由布島への水牛車がとても印象的でした。あの景色は忘れないと思います。ガイドの方の歌や話も良かったです。3歳の息子も楽しかったようで、牛の車にまた乗りたいと言っていました。感動的な1日になりました。

It was a tour with many sightseeing spots and great cost performance. I would recommend it based on the content. However, there may be a significant difference in the level of the guides. The guide on the day I participated provided minimal information. There were beautiful autumn foliage views from the car window, but instead of explaining the scenery, the guide prioritized taking videos and photos for their own enjoyment. To be honest, I was a bit surprised and disappointed.

観光スポットが多く、コスパがとてもいいツアーでした。内容的にはおすすめです。しかし、ガイドさん間のレベルには雲泥の差がある可能性があります。参加した日のガイドさんのご案内は最小限程度でした。車窓で大変綺麗な紅葉景色がありましたが、景色のご案内より、黙って動画や写真を撮影してご自身の楽しみを優先されていました。正直なところ、少々驚いており、残念に思いました。

I participated alone, but thanks to the friendly guide and driver, I had a fulfilling day without getting bored. The timing was just right, and since the places I had wanted to visit were included in the itinerary, I was truly moved to be able to go. I will definitely rely on you again when I come to Hokkaido. Thank you very much.

時間配分も丁度良く、前から行きたかった所がコースに入っていたので、本当に行けて感動しました。

I'm glad I participated. For this trip, even if you plan it individually, the round-trip bus fare from Kanazawa Station to Shirakawa-go is 4,000 yen, and the Hida beef lunch is 2,000 yen; this is the minimum cost. In addition to that, the parking at the facility, the secret photo spots, the detailed guidance during the trip, and the rice cracker-making experience were truly priceless. This experience has turned me into a fan of bus tours. Everything went according to schedule, and although I was a bit anxious about the 15-minute transfer for the Shinkansen on the way back, there were no traffic jams at all, and I ended up having time to buy souvenirs, which made me feel secure about planning the itinerary. Thank you to the guide and the driver.

参加して良かったです。今回の旅程、個人で組み立てても、金沢駅ー白川郷の路線バス往復4000円、飛騨牛ランチ2000円、これは最低限かかります。これ以外に、施設内駐車、撮影丸秘スポット、移動中の細かなガイド、煎餅焼き体験、これはまさにプライスレスでした。今回をきっかけにバスツアーファンになりました。すべての時間割も予定通り、帰り15分しかない新幹線乗り換えも、少々不安もありましたが、渋滞する場所も全くなく、結果的に土産を買う時間もあって安心して旅程を組めると思います。ガイドさん、運転手さん、ありがとうございました。

Iriomote and Yufu were amazing! The lunch in Yufu was delicious.
Taketomi Island had too many people and bicycles, which somewhat ruined the atmosphere, but overall it was a very good tour!

西表、由布は最高でした！由布での昼食も美味しかったです。
竹富島は人や自転車が多すぎて雰囲気台無し感はありましたが、全体的に見てとても良いツアーでした！

I went to see Jomon Sugi, and the guide was incredibly kind and very responsible. It was the best experience. The guide's name is Nakama. I highly recommend it.

縄文杉見に行ってきましたが、ガイドさんがめっちゃ親切で、責任感も強くて、最高の体験でした。

The journey to Jomon Sugi along the flat trolley path and rocky areas is not easy, but it was a valuable experience to connect with nature. The guide provided thorough explanations, which were educational as well. I'm glad I was able to experience this at least once in my life.

平坦なトロッコ道や岩場など縄文杉までの道のりは楽ではありませんが、大自然に触れることが出来て貴重な体験となりました。ガイドさんが丁寧に説明してくださり、勉強にもなりました。人生で一度は経験できて良かったです。

I booked a tour for one day during my 4-night, 5-day trip when the weather was clear. At first, I thought I would plan it myself instead of joining a tour, but I was completely wrong. I'm glad I signed up for the tour. It was very efficient to visit three islands, and the guidance was accurate and wonderful. On Taketomi Island, I was able to explore freely by renting a bicycle. The return boat was extended to 5 PM, allowing me to fully enjoy my time there. Since the stay on Yubu Island is relatively short, it might be a good idea to decide in advance where to go. Overall, it was the best tour, and I highly recommend participating if you visit Ishigaki Island.

4泊5日の旅行のうち、快晴の1日を選んでツアー申し込み。
最初はツアーじゃなく自分で計画していこうと思っていたがとんでもない。
ツアーを申し込んでよかった。
とても効率よく3島を回ることができ、案内も的確で素晴らしかった。
竹富島ではレンタサイクルで自由行動ができた。帰りの船は17時に延長しじっくり堪能できた。
由布島での滞在時間は短めなので事前に行く場所を決めておくといいかもしれません。
とにかく最高のツアーで、石垣島を訪れた際は参加することをおすすめします。

This time, I participated for the first time with my father and wife. Since my father is elderly, I was worried, but he really wanted to go, so I trained on my own until this day.

However, on the day of the event, it was pouring rain. Although it wasn't a warning level, I thought I had prepared the necessary equipment and decided to go ahead. The day before, I received a call from VELTRA to confirm the necessary equipment.

But when we were about to depart from the Arakawa trailhead, the guide mentioned that our rain gear (I personally had waterproof rainwear bought from a shop) was not adequate, and we had to choose whether to cancel or proceed. I decided, considering my father's age, that the three of us would cancel.

The reason for my disappointment in this experience is that there seemed to be a misunderstanding regarding the rain gear. It's true that our understanding and interpretation of rain gear was at a beginner level. However, I honestly wished for more detailed instructions, such as "You need rain gear that is highly waterproof and retains warmth," from the confirmation the day before. If such instructions had been provided (ideally a few days earlier), we could have taken action to purchase or rent appropriate rain gear. I would like to express my strong opinion to prevent cancellations arising from ignorance for others like us in the future.

今回、初めて父と妻の3人で参加させて頂きました。
父が高齢という事もあり、心配でしたがどうしても、行ってみたいという事で、この日迄に自分なりに訓練してきておりました。
そして迎えた当日は大雨。警報とかまではいかなかったが、必要備品を揃えたつもりで決行。前日、ベルトラさんからもTELがあり、必要備品の確認をして頂きました。
しかし、当日、荒川登山口で出発しようかという時に、ガイドの方から、
雨具（※個人的には、ショップで買った防水レインウェア）が完全ではないとの事で、中止にするか、このまま決行するかの選択となってしまいました。
私の判断で、父が高齢という事もあり、私達３人だけ中止にするという決断を致しました。
今回、評価が「がっかり」という理由は、雨具に関する双方の相違があったのではないかと思います。私達の雨具に関する理解度や解釈は、初心レベルだったのは間違いないです。しかし、それならそれで、例えば、前日の確認から
「雨具も防水が強く、保温がもつようなウェアが必要です」などの細かい指示が欲しかったのが本音です。もしそういった指示があれば（※出来たらもっと前の日から）雨具を購入するか、レンタルするか、行動に移せたのではないかと思います。今後、私たちのように、無知から生まれる中止が出ないよう、厳しい意見を言わせて頂きます。
